They want to exterminate those whose life they think is unworthy. Former US Secretary of State, fat-bellied Henry Kissinger, calls us “useless eaters”. The Rockefellers, IG Farben, Loeb and Krupp were some of the main research funders of this Nazi program.
The German holocaust was preceded by a prolonged economic crisis, inflation, food shortages, unemployment, lack of confidence in the democratic process, ideological crises, emergence of extremist political philosophies, a trend towards fascism and carefully staged propaganda bombardment. World War II was the one of the biggest organized mass murders in recorded history.
In 1933 the Nazis passed the T-4 law to carry out euthanasia on selected children. The target was 70,000. Victims were selected on political, economic and social basis. They were assessed by psychiatrists, studied and then murdered. They were killed with cyanide gas, morphine injections, chemical warfare agents or phenol injection directly into the heart. Their families were told they had gotten sick and died. No death certificates were issued. The bodies were secretly disposed of.
It took less than 30 years for psychiatrists to import their madness into science, politics and law for the Third Reich and beyond. [Psychiatrists – the Men Behind Hitler]. In 1941 the T-4 program was disbanded in favor of the “final solution” of the Jewish problem.
Psychiatrists and the military worked closely together to set the norms for those in power. Robert Malthus, Charles Darwin and Frederich Nietsche laid the ground work. Malthus 1766-1834 thought that populations grow so rapidly that they outdistance the food supply leading to poverty. Discourage the poor and lower class from having children, keep wages down and no welfare.
Darwin 1809-1882 created a fake scientific basis for the holocaust of the lower races by the higher civilized races. Racial purity programs were set up such as euthanasia and murder of the feeble-minded, crippled and sick.
Friedrich Nietzsche worked on the politics of hate. He preached that war is good, positive and to be embraced. He admired the refined Aryan aristocracy who took advantage of the weak. Those who disagreed with them were sick. Democratically inclined people were insane.
In the 1930s German doctors were invited to Canada to experiment on Indigenous children in the residential schools. [Hidden from History: the Canadian Holocaust].
Eye witnesses at the Kuper Island Catholic school in British Columbia described German-speaking doctors injecting them in the chest which caused deaths. Their families were told they had died of natural causes.
One ten year old Indigenous boy described how several of them were given two needles in the chest, one near each nipple. They fell down immediately and became dizzy. Some passed out and were taken away for special treatment and put in isolation. Their body became smelly and swollen and they would die.
Researchers used prisoners, mental patients and Indigenous children from reserves and residential schools. They experimented on erasing memory and personality, using drugs, electric shock and trauma-inducing methods which had been used for years in residential schools.
An Indian Affairs official said there was a gentleman’s agreement for the church to provide the kids. The Mounties delivered them to whoever needed a fresh batch of test subjects. The government, churches and residential school principles just had to turn over the dead bodies to get paid by the military. [IHRAAm Tribunal, June 12-14, 1998]. Remember when some pioneers became wealthy by killing us and selling our heads and scalps to the colonists?
Secret links between Nazi racial hygienists and the Canadian government continued after WW II. Part of the transition on Great Turtle Island was Project Paperclip. So Russians would not get them, over 1200 Nazi scientists were brought into US, Canada and Britain. They infiltrated the medical establishment.
Medical experiments were authorized through agreements between the government, the churches and the schools. Sara Hunter, a residential school survivor [Always Remember Love, 1999] described how a former German SS doctor code named Bob Armstrong worked for the Canadian military outside of Calgary from 1956 to 1958. He experimented on 25 abducted children who were killed slowly. In Ontario Indigenous children were brought to experimental labs by RCMP, who were residential school agents under the Indian Act.
Psychiatric associations were set up worldwide. They were an integral part of the German killing machine. When the war was over they moved on. They forgot that the Germans lost the war and turned out to be nothing more than Teutonic failures.
The fascists of today are using these same failed strategies to impose a dictatorial global government. Hard times are being created by economic, political and social pressure pushing us toward totalitarianism. The neo-cons think it is easier to sell an ideology that supports extermination of the social, political and economic dead weight. Today the poor that have lost their houses and live on the streets are seen as losers. They have become targets of the municipal governments.
From racial hygiene to Nazism to racial purity [or whititude] to one global order. We too learned from the tough school of experience! Let’s overcome them again without fear by asserting our human values as Ongwehonwe.

MNN. Aug. 8, 2009. In the 1960s some Mohawks use to visit the Maliseet community of Tobique in New Brunswick. They visited us in Kahnawake to exchange ideas about the Great Law of Peace and how to resist colonialism. We looked up to our elder, Louis Karonhiaktajeh Hall for guidance. He designed the Unity flag, which became known as the warrior flag, and wrote books on indigenous history and revitalization. These people broke free of the capitalist system of exploitation:
“On Monday, June 8, 2009, some Maliseet walked peacefully into the New Brunswick Power Corporation [NB Power] hydro station. Stephen Red Feather Perley approached the employees and said, "You guys have fifteen minutes to pack up and get out." They left. The Maliseets wrapped a chain around the gate and locked it. The dam was now the property of the Maliseet Nation of Tobique.
Tobique, the largest Maliseet community in New Brunswick, first rejected a developer's bid to build a hydro dam there in 1844. Another was rejected in 1895. At that time, the Tobique River was "one of the greatest salmon river systems in the world," (along with the St. John River and its other tributaries) with hundreds of thousands of fish swimming upstream to spawn each year. This defined them and their way of life.
By 1945, provincial and federal agencies started development. In 1950 New Brunswick's Premier approved construction of a dam at Tobique without consulting the Maliseet. By year end construction began.
Tobique's chief wrote to Indian Affairs, "If the dam cannot be stopped, we demand compensation." He wanted "free electricity for all their domestic and business uses”. When the power lines were installed, they were billed. The Council paid for Elders and those on social assistance.
Today, barely any wild salmon make their way up the Tobique river. Tobique has high rates of cancer, due partly to the power lines over the community and to the toxic chemicals dumped and sprayed on their land by NB Power. The dam has eroded the community’s riverbanks. Trees being washed away and homes are in danger of falling into the river". Many of the edible and medicinal plants are gone. The islands they grew on are underwater. Tobique residents are charged among the highest electricity rates in New Brunswick.
In the spring of 2008, Canada's Indian Affairs Department put Tobique's finances under third party management; the Council was purportedly $20 million in debt. They stopped paying the power bills. In April 2008 the elders and welfare recipients received bills for thousands of dollars. When NB Power threatened to cut off an Elder's electricity, the community stepped in.
In May 2008, some Tobique activists set up a blockade denying NB Power access to the community and to the dam. Almost all Maliseet stopped paying their power bills.
In July 2008, the Maliseet began allowing NB Power access to the dam to do repairs and maintenance only. The employee had to check in with them and be escorted into the dam or community.
That month, NB Power forgave over $200,000 worth of hydro bills. In 2008 Paul Durelle, of Baie-Ste-Anne, NB died when NB Power cut his electricity because of non-payment during the winter. The Maliseet women sat at the blockade every day until New Brunswick's no-disconnect policy came into effect.
In May 2009, an NB Power employee was caught sneaking around the community reading meters. [After kicking off the peeping Tom] on June 8th, the Maliseet took over the generating station. The blockade went by the highway in front of the dam.
On June 26, 2009 tensions escalated. A truck rolled by the blockade and into the station. The driver was talking on his cell phone. Stephen Perley told him to hang up and seized his truck.
The flustered driver was escorted to the blockade and given food and water. His employer refused to pick him up. The RCMP drove him home.
Today Maliseet women sit at the blockade every day playing cards and watching for NB Power trucks. Cars drive by, many honking in support. The dam continues to operate. NB Power continues to profit off from Tobique's land and water.
On June 30th, 2009, the NB Minister of Aboriginal Affairs committed some money to restore eroded riverbanks and to clean up toxic and other wastes dumped at and around the dam.
Ottawa's Department of Justice recently validated Tobique's specific land claim, the largest in Atlantic Canada. Talks are underway.
The electricity being made on their land belongs to the Maliseet. The imperialist thieves have been hit in the once bulging pocketbook that they refused to share with the Indigenous land and resource owners. Also, they are fraudulently putting up Maliseet unsurrendered land as collateral to raise money on the stock exchange. Maliseets could soon learn to run these operations. So, New Brunswick and NB Power, stop panicking! Don’t do anything stupid or

| | | 03.06.2009 14:17:53 | | HARPER’S PENIS ENVY IS THE PROBLEM AT AKWESASNE | MNN. June 2 2009. In the US everyone needs guns. Canadians don’t need guns to protect themselves, yet! It is still different enough. Canadian society went hard against anyone that used guns in a crime. In the US if someone burglarizes, the home owner can shoot and kill them. In Canada guns can only be used in self defense. They always thought they could work things out.
Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, has taken on the US attitude where most enforcement agencies need guns to deal with criminals or the public, who will also need guns to protect themselves from the police. There are countless super violent standoffs in the US. This is being invited into Canada by Harper.
Harper wants to appear more masculine so that he is no longer just a sidekick of the US. To be the dominant party, he has to be as big and tough as Obama or Bush. He needs a macho image to compete with them. He needs a gun! Harper wants all enforcement agents to have guns. This idea is already expressed in many recent government legislation.
A truck driver in the US needs a gun to protect himself from being hijacked or killed. They used to get arrested when they crossed the border into Canada for carrying guns. They had to leave them behind. In Canada they still should feel safe. Things haven’t changed. It will always be a safe place even though Harper wants to change it.
What is the problem? It’s penis envy. In the minds of many men a gun is a phallic symbol which is a sign of masculinity and virility. This is untrue. If you get into a fight to defend yourself without guns, it requires a bigger person.
Harper was always fat and seen as the pudgy little studious nerd of the class, something like the Pillsbury Dough Boy. Everybody sees him as a wimp who wants to be in charge of all situations. He won’t let anybody around freely express themselves.
Harper, the sports trivia freak, was never good enough to play first string. He went into his closet and looked at all his hockey cards. That made him feel like a winner. His behavior is like a man who is concerned about the size of his penis.
Under capitalism a large penis is part of gender identity, a symbol of high masculinity, dominance and power. He became an economist. To him, money is power. Penis size is being popularized in the popular culture. It looks like Harper aspires to this. That’s why he is likely to have a picture taken of himself with a rifle in his hands to hang in every CBSA Customs building for every visitor to see. He is going put a Beretta in every border agent’s hand to let the world know that Canada has real macho men like him.
When it comes to masculinity, Harper thinks he always has to prove that he’s a man. Killing a deer and hunting for wild animals is a sign of the manhood he never had. He noticed this more when he left Canada, especially when he went to the US and visited so-called gunslinger, George Bush. We heard that Harper was afraid to get into the swimming pool and sauna with him where they would start comparing their jewels. He was scared of coming out second best.
This is an old trick U.S. President Lyndon Johnson used whenever he had guests at his ranch. He would dominate everybody by walking around in the raw, which scared everybody. Dick Cheney does the same but his looks like Haggis, a Scottish national food.
This is part of the macho image the Americans want to project to the world. Carrying guns is the epitome of being a real man. Harper bought into it. Now he wants to bring all Canadians into the sauna with him.
This is an American sickness that Canada cannot take part in.
With all that testosterone, the US is still in a state of collapse. Harper thinks he is going to rise up out of that and become the dominant control freak on Great Turtle Island. Canada thinks it can be a superpower by stealing the identity of the US.
Harper does not need to change Canada. As bad as it is, he should be himself. He does not need hormone injections, a personal trainer or a sun tan bed. Axe Body deodorant will not make them more appealing to women [Watch out! It’s full of toxins that lower the sperm count]. Male enhancement pills might help his personal life.
Buying powerful weapons of mass destruction is not going to make him more masculine. Canada must not become enraptured with war and guns. They proved themselves in both world wars. When the wars ended, they put their guns away and went back to the factories, farms and offices and carried on with a peaceful life. They have been influenced by the peaceful society that Dekanawida and the Rotinoshonnionwe developed. All countries of the world are aspiring to the peace embodied in the Great Law, our philosophy. Harper, go home and stop trying to be an American.

MNN. Feb. 9, 2009. When the Europeans invaded Turtle Island, they thought indigenous people were in their way. They pushed us west and did everything they could to get rid of us. Where did we go? 115 million were “disappeared” and the world doesn’t care.
The scum dogs of Europe set in motion a plan to dispossess us of our territories and resources. Almost all of us were annihilated in the biggest holocaust in the history of mankind. They developed “scientific theories” that claimed we were an inferior race to justify killing us off. Their motto was “the only good Indian is a dead Indian”. So there are only we mean ones left. Our ancestors sacrificed their lives at great cost so a few could be on Turtle Island today: in the beginning of the 20th century, from 60 million to 260,000 in the U.S. and less than 100,000 in Canada.
The law in Canada was that “a person was anyone other than an Indian”. We were treated like sub humans. The U.S. and Canada starved, subjugated, exterminated and then interned us on worthless land where it was almost impossible to survive. Today like guinea pigs we are numbered and catalogued more than anyone else in centralized computer information banks on all aspects of our lives.
As part of “racial hygiene” we were sterilized against our will. Our children were taken from us and put into concentration camps called residential/boarding schools. “Kill the Indian and save the man” was their motto. In Canada almost half never returned home. They were sexually abused, experimented on or murdered. Hitler’s World War II holocaust was modeled on the American Indian one.
Eugenics was part of how 10,000 French Canadians become a population of millions while we were being wiped out.
In the early days of New France, as Quebec was called, the birthrate was low because few European women were in Canada before 1663. After the English defeated them in 1760, the Roman Catholic Church’s retaliation was called the “revenge of the cradle”. They wanted to drown the English in a “bath” of French Catholic babies. The priests told the women that the ideal French Canadian mother was the one who took the first son from the cradle to replace him with his younger brother, while telling him that next year a little sister would take his place and so on. Fourteen children was the ideal. If they did not produce a child every year, they had to confess their sin. The protestants used the same fertility strategy to secure their theft of our lands. The physical strain of this policy killed the settler women and many of their babies.
The women got medals from the Pope for having at least 10 children. In 1973 a reporter from France, Andre Luchaire, wrote a story about this for La Presse. He visited a woman in the Laurentians, north of Montreal, who had over 25 children. He asked her to name her children who were running all around playing. She signaled one over and asked him, “What’s your name, son?”
In the 1970s after the “quiet revolution” when modern life hit Quebec, the French birthrate plummeted. They stampeded out of the church over this issue.
Recently technology made it possible for a 33-year old single woman in California to give birth to eight babies at one time through in vitro fertilization. She already had six. In previous multiple births the government stepped in and made assistance and funds available to help out the families. In this recent event, criticism and almost condemnation has been leveled at the mother about the cost to taxpayers, the social problems and government funds expended. Why? She is well educated and loves her 14 children. This woman is a person of color and she did not intend to have eight children. She wanted only one. All the implanted eggs survived in her womb and produced eight babies. She could not bring herself to abort any of them. She is obviously strong and so are her offspring to survive such an ordeal.
Since the invaders to Turtle Island have almost destroyed the environment that threatens to wipe out humanity, it is time to bring back the ways of Indigenous people to save mother earth.
We are not advocating that Indigenous women start having eight babies at a time. Indigenous women should be given the assistance needed to cut down our high infant death rate and to stop the theft of our children by government agencies such as social services. The survival and health of our babies means raising them in a decent standard of living to which we are entitled. Presently we are forced to live in one of the lowest life standards in the world. To take care of our children we need the same level of human rights as anybody else. Why is this being denied to us?
Yes, our birthrate is higher than the rest. This is a natural biological response to the genocide perpetrated on us. Canada wants to cut down our births. To hit us Ottawa recently made two major budget cuts to help stay-at-home mothers and provide day care for those who have to work. More will have to go on welfare which is not enough to cover decent food and shelter. Canada is deliberately creating hopelessness to lower our population by knowingly worsening conditions that will make us sick and that will make it harder for us to look after our children.
The colonists would rather hang empty cradle boards on museum walls than put live Indigenous babies in them to be raised by healthy Indigenous communities.

| | | 06.02.2009 20:57:09 | | CANADA & BIG TOBACCO TRY TO LIQUIDATE INDIGENOUS TRADE | – 6 Nations and Tyendinaga illegally invaded on Feb. 5th
MNN. Feb. 6, 2009. Last summer two Canadian tobacco giants agreed to pay the largest criminal fines and civil settlements in Canadian history for their role in cigarette smuggling and tax evasion. Revenue Minister Gordon O’Conner announced the biggest “sweetheart” deal ever. Three companies were involved – R.J. Reynolds, Imperial Tobacco and Rothman. The fine is $4 billion. Reynolds and Imperial will pay $1.1 billion for mass criminal tax fraud. Where will the rest come from? Ordinary people who don’t pay their fines are harassed and jailed. But not these guys!
Nine R.J. Reynolds executives were charged. None went to jail. Ever wonder why? Paul Martin, former Prime Minister, was on the IMASCO board that owns Imperial. [See Comments Feb. 1/09 http://www.cbc.ca/sunday click on image to watch video]. Tobacco industry executive, Paul Finalyson, says Imperial initially set up the operations and the rest followed. There will be no trial. The exact nature of the involvement of these companies and their executives will remain hidden from the public.
The tobacco companies planned and set up the “contraband” market in the early 1990s. They shipped truckloads of product to Buffalo and Syracuse in New York State, supposedly for sale in the U.S. No taxes had to be paid to Canada. This product was then sold to middlemen. They brought them back to Canada for sale at very low prices. Sales rose from $800 million a year to $6 billion by 1993. Everybody was involved, police, judges, stores, cigarette companies and so on.
Cigarettes became cheaper and sales and profits soared. In Canada one in three was a smuggled cigarette. The big tobacco companies taught the indigenous people how to run this business in a sophisticated way. Now successful Indigenous business people are being called “organized crime” for manufacturing and selling the very same product that Canada and big tobacco are dealing in.
In 1994 the federal government weaned itself off the “golden teat” by dropping the price on cigarettes. Overnight smuggling stopped because it wasn’t profitable.
The deal between Canada and big tobacco was a business arrangement between two partners. The Canadian government has an interest in keeping tobacco sales high to collect more taxes, while at the same professing to cut down cigarette smoking to bring down medical care costs.
Smoking is on the decline. But these big companies and their corporate protector, Canada, want to keep the money rolling in. They are trying to do this by putting legitimate indigenous tobacco manufacturers out of business.
They do not want legitimate Indigenous traders to legally sell tax free products. So they have to illegally stop our trade by bullying, charging, threatening and fining us. Big tobacco companies are waiting to start up again big time. Canada does not want to “shoot the goose that laid the golden egg” but it does want to steal any eggs laid by Indigenous people. In the meantime, the tobacco companies have moved all their assets off-shore.
British colonization of Turtle Island was founded on piracy. Throughout we have asserted our sovereignty including the duty to look after our families according to our traditional laws and governance. Tobacco trade was always a part of our traditional culture. Today the colonists want the valueless paper currency we are getting in exchange for our legitimate products. Who’s the counterfeiter here?
We are accountable to our mothers, grandmothers, aunties, sisters, clanmothers, chiefs, clans and nations. Crown employees take an oath to uphold the colonial way of life which is aimed at destroying us. They obviously want to stop us from having any means at all to look after each other and our families. Most Ongwehonwe communities in Canada are so poor that people don’t have adequate nutrition. It really sticks in their craw to see that we have found a way to feed our families and live decently.
On February 5 2009 our "smoke shops" and businesses in Six Nations and Tyendinaga came under fire. Canada decided to once again try to illegally enforce its colonial jurisdiction on us and our territory. Squads of Six Nations Police and the Tyendinaga Mohawk Police, which are set up by the Canadian government, acted under the direction of the colonial band councilors. They set out to remove all products from a smoke shop and even tried to remove the building itself. Our men and women stopped them.
Marked and undercover police hid out in Caledonia behind Tim Hortons, Canadian Tire parking lots and elsewhere. An OPP cruiser that got “lost” in Six Nations was turned back. In a former "dry run" the police would feign being lost in our community “accidentally”! The OPP were actually testing our response so they could figure out the number, type of officers, weaponry and media required to attack us and make us look bad. They are also testing their communications equipment in all these operations now. Martial law can’t be brought in until all the kinks are ironed out. The band council police told us that if they can't "get the job done", outside authorities will be brought in. We wanted to see proof of their rights to invade us and try to shut us down. The band council and its goons are part of the colonial “bankster” apparatus, no matter how dark their skin is under their uniforms.
The same day, on February 5th, in Tyendinaga, six rez cops, with OPP SWAT Team backup 500 ft. down the road, went into a local bar claiming to have a warrant which they refused to show. They seized some cases of beer and whisky. The owner is accused of not paying Ontario provincial taxes even though there is no agreement for us to pay any taxes to foreigners. This is really a “protection racket”. At the other end of the community towards the Trans Canada Highway 401 were parked SUVs, vans and a tactical team. They hesitate to come in as they know they have no jurisdiction over us in any way. The murder at Ipperwash and the fiasco at Sharbot Lake still hang over their heads.
We have no agreement with the colony of Canada to pay any taxes to them. By international law we require a valid agreement contracted with our full knowledge and consent, which does not exist. That can’t and will never happen.

Now that Canada’s Parliament has been suspended, it should now be obvious to everyone, Canada is not a democracy. It never was. It is a colony that has a single person, the Queen, sitting on top as the head of state. It’s been run for the benefit of a few business interests. It only pretends to protect the people.
Canada has no land base as Ongwehonwe never gave up anything. Turtle Island and its resources belong to us.
On December 4th 2008 Canada’s Parliament was “prorogued”. In other words, the pretense of representative government of the colony was dissolved. Prime Minister, Stephen Harper presented a bogus budget to Parliament. He wanted to cut corporate taxes, slash social, education and health programs. He even wanted to cut off the election subsidies to the parties. It was outrageous. He knew it would be rejected. His party was outnumbered. Next Monday, December 8th, he would have had to face a vote of “non-confidence”, lose and then step down. Then another election would have been called with just about the same result as the last one. Harper would have had another minority government. Canadians have spoken. They don’t want him to have too much power.
The other parties, the Liberals, New Democratic and Bloc Quebec, decided to form a coalition, which was legal according to their colonial structure. It made sense. It followed Canadian cultural precedent. It has to have been anticipated by Harper and whoever pulls his strings.
What was the real plan? The Governor General of Canada, Michaele Jean, had been sent to Europe to be near whoever pulls the strings of her boss, Queen Elizabeth. The Governor General was called back “suddenly” to fulfill this colonial metaphor about being a single head of state, the “maharajah” who reigns over her subjects in Canada. Harper asked the Governor General to discontinue Parliament for eight weeks [or more].
“Prorogue” means to discontinue meetings of parliament without dissolving it. In other words, it’s a dictatorship. The Prime Minister can indefinitely extend his term of office if he can create the “need” for it. It was a measure meant to take care of emergencies – like war. It was not meant to allow a prime minister to assume dictatorial power, or to do an end run around the discussions that should take place when people living in widely separate places with different needs have to work together. Canada’s chaotic state is a sign that differences are coming out and their system cannot deal with it.
During this time Harper does either as he’s told or as he pleases according to the secret clique that’s pushing him. In the meantime, Harper has set up meetings across Canada to rile up the people into a frenzy of anger, pitting everybody against each other. His remarks about the people in Quebec have been particularly offensive and meant to start fights. Is he trying to break up Canada? Or is he just trying to create a “pretext” for martial law? Is it a coincidence that the military conducted exercises to prepare for this eventuality just two weeks ago? Why have there been so many problems lately with the police who are freely killing, shooting and assaulting innocent people? This has been happening everywhere involving city police, provincial police, RCMP, CBSA and CSIS [secret service]. Are they trying to normalize violence?
It’s been called an “economic crisis”. Then what’s the excuse for setting up a totalitarian regime? Unless the time has come for someone to cash in! Should Harper and his “counsel of foreign advisors” decide that the situation has gotten “out of hand”, he could maintain martial law indefinitely. This would give him time to bring everybody and everything under control. His backers can then “take the money and run”.
As it stands Harper can be sent around the world to make deals to sell off our resources, and then pocket the money. Who can stop him? It’s time for people to do some serious thinking about the real meaning of “democracy”. There has to be some real consultation with the people, which he doesn’t want.
Canada’s “pseudo democracy” is dangerous. It lets a single person take dictatorial control to sell off resources without regard for the welfare of the people. We would like to suggest to Canadians that it is time for them to take a serious look at the Great Law of Peace, a tried and proven model that shows how people can work together without having a leader or head of state. It shows how differences of opinion are turned into strengths that contribute to a solution that benefits everyone.
Today Canadians are groping to be saved. It is totally absurd that someone in England can rule Onowaregeh, Turtle Island, through their nominee, the “prime minister”. Equality failed for the colonists because in their hierarchical system they want a “prime” minister, governor general, queen or a Don to sit on top and dictate to everybody. In the beginning the colonists looked at our Great Law constitution and tried to create a model with some of the principles of equality and everyone having a voice. It did not work because of their refusing to create a balance of power.
The colonizers have no choice but to see the land our way if they want to save themselves. Today there is no caretaking as access to our resources is being dictated by outsiders who represent the colonizers, who want to dig out everything and cart it away, leaving us to cope with the toxic waste. Colonizers will not find balance as long as they have imperial thinking that uses a single person as “head of state” or a CEO to run the corporation.
The megalomaniacs think they can control the world and do anything they please with impunity. It’s based on mathematical formulas where only a few people are in control and get the benefits. The psychotics separate themselves from the people and the natural environment. This cannibalistic structure is being shaken.
It is supposedly the international position that everyone is a custodian of the land. What is the reality? The whole economy of Canada and the U.S. has been based on greed and expansion for the business viability for a few. New technology pushes this idea along. In the long run this can’t work because we are not looking after our mother as one earth where we all have to stay rooted. So it’s coming to an end. We have lots of challenges. We have to learn how to achieve balance and a way of life that respects us, our land and everything on it. The bosses of the colonizers must be forced to let go of their greed. Is this possible?
As it looks, the Queen and the oligarchs have no further use for their colonists here in their present state. They used their natural energies and labor to build something false for themselves. They controlled their minds. In fact, they enslaved them and took all the products for themselves. Now they are taking them to a new level of bondage. Canada has expired as they thought they knew it. We Ongwehonwe were spared because we always resisted. So all they got from us was our resources. We still have our minds and our basic relations with the land and with each other.
Stephen Harper can do whatever he pleases because he is being protected by?- the “mob”? It’s obvious he does not care about the decaying infrastructure or crumbling programs that are falling apart. They were always meant to be short term until they finished taking what they wanted. The squabbling colonists and their puppeteers have to get off our backs. They have to go back to the original relationship with us as the owners of the land and the colonizers as our “visitors”.
The North American Union NAU is the next totalitarian step. The oligarchs are going to amalgamate the land of the Indigenous people of the colonial entities of Mexico, U.S. and Canada. They want a free flow of commerce to benefit a few capitalists. They want to tighten their grip on the people and get rid of human rights. Everybody has to resist this potential slavery. We demand that they leave their destructive and grasping schemes behind and move toward a proper and legal relationship with us.
To save yourselves, Canadians, you have to take on our basic principles of equality, everybody having a voice, taking care of the land, living peacefully and respecting us and each other.

MNN. Nov. 30, 2008. As we are seeing more and more clearly everyday, Canada has always been a totalitarian for-profit enterprise even though it tries to masquerade as a democracy. Canada is a Euro colonial settler state that governs by passing race laws. Every now and then declarations of legal rights are made to make things look kosher. But when push comes to shove, these are ignored. Things are done at the point of a gun by open terror and genocide.
What information could the Canadian Secret Intelligence Service [CSIS] possibly be looking for in Mohawk communities? How many dogs we have running loose? How many rusted cars and old fridges are standing in our yards? We notice they don’t want to report on how bad our water is, or how corrupt the band council is or about the lack of funds for our education, medical care and housing. So what’s happening?
Whatever anyone says, CSIS covertly sneaking into our communities can’t be for “national security”. We’ve never been a military threat to Canada. CSIS is coming in as an agent of confusion to “terrorize” us! What have we got that would scare anyone? Except, of course, for THE TRUTH!!! The land every Canadian stands on and all the resources in it belong to us. That’s why they’re trying to brainwash us and the Canadian people.
Everyday we are seeing more cracks in the broken “democracy” called “Canada”. We Mohawks are targeted because we ask too many questions. We are always challenging their actions and asking them to prove the legality of what they’re doing. They want a “white” nation. The colonists associate “Indians” with a certain degeneracy of intellect, morals, self-restraint and political values. That was their excuse for stealing our resources.
Canada sets us up as targets because they want to divert attention away from their economic and social problems. They need someone to blame. They want the public to believe we are dangerous. Never mind that their government rakes in millions from cigarette taxes. They spin it as the murky world of “contraband”. They make it sound like it’s a crime for us to support our families by legally selling tobacco.
Their border is the “apartheid wall”. Their border guards routinely harass us and even try to kill us when we try to travel on our territory. Canadian agencies refuse to investigate these criminal acts. All their police, the OPP, RCMP, Canadian Border Services Agency and the colonial Akwesasne Mohawk Police, claim it’s not their jurisdiction.
We are denied due process when they assault us. Two Mohawk women have been declared as “non-residents” of Canada in order to make them pay for the Crown’s defence in the law suit they filed against Canada for not investigating border brutality! [M. Mireille Tabib, Oct. 23, 2008, Kahentinetha & Katenies v. The Queen T-1309-08]. If Kahnawake and Akwesasne are not part of Canada, then why haven’t they removed the illegal border control at Akwesasne? On the one hand, they say Akwesasne is in Canada so they can put their border there. On the other hand, they’re saying it’s not so they can force us to pay thousands of dollars to make border guards accountable for the assaults and crimes against us. Canada has plans to build a great big international high tech border installation at Akwesasne. We don’t want it.
When three non-native people recently died in a botched border operation at the very same spot in Akwesasne, all those self same police services were stumbling all over each other to investigate. What’s the deal? The safety of ”white” people is precious? Ongwehonwe safety doesn’t matter?
Presently Cree elder, David Ahenakew, is on trial for the third time because of some ill-considered private comments he made about the Jewish genocide in World War II. Remember, he didn’t kill any Jews. When he served in the military, he took part in the operations that freed people and helped stop abuse. The genocide against our own people is generally ignored. Why the double standard? Why is he being prosecuted with so much vengeance when Canadian border guards can attempt murder with impunity?
These incidents just nibble at the internal conflicts raging within the colonial government apparatus. The Maher Arar and Omar Khadr cases, the extensive secret military exercises in November 2008 near so many Ongwehonwe communities, and so many other disturbing developments suggest that we are being prepared for totalitarianism or martial law. All it will take now is a pretext to bring it in. Another 9/11!
When the hierarchical colonial system is threatened, it resorts to “fratricide” to clean out its ranks. The higher ups become paranoid. They start getting rid of their underlings who they fear want to replace them or expose them. We certainly are not in these kinds of positions nor do we want to be. We’d rather stand back and watch the poisoning and beheadings going on in the palace, so to speak.
Canada is still trying to look calm while it screams hysterically from within. They don’t want people to smell the blood beforehand. To divert attention they’re looking for those with opinions different from theirs to start imprisoning and shutting them up.
The state is using slander and historical distortion to defame us and get the media to suppress discussion of the real issues. The current attempt to purge the Mohawks is based on false claims that we are likely to sabotage Canada. Nothing could be further from the truth. We’ve always stayed in our own canoe according to the Two Row Wampum Accord. We have never committed any violence against Canada. In fact, we have defended Canada several times, going back to the War of 1812 right up to World War II. Of course, if our historic ally chooses to attack us, we will always defend ourselves.
The violent and unfounded fantasies about us serve someone’s purpose. People get a chance to use lethal weapons when Canadian agencies send in cops and spies instead of talking with us on a straightforward and honest nation-to-nation basis. CSIS is Canada’s secret police look for demons and devils they can finger for purging. We’ve been told actions of this kind must have ministerial approval. Who is the prime sinister?
Canada is ruining its international image because of the abuse and needless suffering that it causes to all Ongwehonwe. Up to now they’ve kept a lot of their skeletons in the closet to make it easier for CSIS to set us up. CSIS defames us by playing on the active imagination of a gullible public.
CSIS has been sent in to corrupt our “leadership”. They should know by now that we have none. Who is active in our Men’s Society? Who is the intelligentsia? [As if we aren’t all intelligent] They are trying to make us mistrust each other. They want to turn us into “fifth column” communities. They think they can get away with it because we are a minority. They figure no one will help us when we’re attacked.
The young and the vulnerable are targeted. When they’re snatched, the cops force them to “confess” to anything regardless of the truth. Some of their lines are: “Either you comply with us or we’ll charge you”. “How well do you know your community?” “Who are you related to?” “Someone told me this, is it true?” “Do what I say or I”ll break your arm”. Their old favorite, “Who are your leaders?” CSIS wants to have us charged with “counter revolutionary crimes” based on their racist colonial laws or those they intend to create!! Yes, we don’t like the colonial Canadian system as it has been shown to us.
We know that Canada thinks that our land, cultures, bodies and minds must be sacrificed for the colonists to remain dominant and for their system to continue to function. Canadian occupation of our land and the usurpation of our resources are illegal under international law. One of their frequent tricks is to get someone to invite us somewhere and then set up a “disappearance”. Rumor has it that now that we’ve been declared “insurgents” a secret military tribunal has been set up to try us. Bye bye habeas corpus! Is Canada getting dangerously edgy about having their “turf” stepped on by the real owners, us? Well, CSIS, you’ve been hung out on the clothesline to dry and your brown-laced underwear is flapping in the wind. What are you trying to prepare us for? The “final solution”? Genocide?

Panic and fear produce strange reactions. After MNN's November 1 story about training of Ontario police on Israeli security tactics, an MNN staff received a strange call from Pres. and L. Bush with no message. Another MNNer was followed by a strange cop looking woman and photographed. The colonial Mohawk police visited another staff members home with a bunch of papers in hand. Then a few choppers circled over Katenies house. Finally a strange wooden sculpture was left in front of the MNN publishers house. All within a 24-hour period.
In March 23, 2008, Stockwell Day, Minister of Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness, went to Israel to sign the Canada-Israel "Public Security" Agreement with Avi Dicter, Minister of Public Security of Israel. They plan to share technology, information and personnel in "border management and security; correctional services and prisons; immigration; money laundering [mostly theirs]; organized crime; terrorist financing and trafficking in persons". This makes it look like Israel is running Canada! Considering all the blood on their hands, does Israel really provide a good model for intercultural relations? U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney, Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice and other senior officials were there in private meetings. http://www.ps-sp.gc.ca/app_support/xml/ps_news_e.xml A week later Moshe Ronan, Chairman of the Canada Israel Committee, was with Avi Dicter in Israel. They got bombed which helped to justify the security agreement in Canada! What kind of reasoning is this?
A few days later Ontario government announced its preparing to pass the Photo ID Act for June 2009. The new card will have a number tagged to a private data base. Some will be flagged, like Ongwehonwe, immigrants and resisters of fascism.

Michel Chossudovsky of Global Research wrote in April 2, 2008, that Public Safety Canada works closely with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), Correctional Service Canada (CSC) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) who all work together trying to victimize the Ongwehonwe. [See Links #1 at end] Are they preparing to turn our communities into refugee camps like they've done in Palestine? The Ontario Mission went to Israel to study how to surround people with huge prefab walls, armed guards, electrical fences, high tech surveillance, super militarized checkpoints, to burn down crops and keep people from going to jobs, hospitals and schools often leading to death.
In 2005 nearly 35 Chiefs of Police, mostly from Ontario's cities near Ongwehonwe communities, went to Israel to explore Israeli police procedures. The trip was initiated by Bernie Farber, and paid by the Canadian Jewish Congress, United Jewish Appeal Federation of Greater Toronto, Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police, Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General (Monte Kwinter), the Israeli government, the police service boards, Canada Israel Committee and U.S. Department of Homeland Security through Security Solutions International. It looks like the U.S. has been hiding its duplicity by giving money to Security Solutions who then turn it over to the sponsoring organizations. They're backs are still sore from patting themselves on how well they pulled this one over on the Canadian retardants.
Is getting control over policing and prisons part of the four prongs of the Zionist mission? The four cornerstones in Ontario are Bernie Faber, the media man; Monte Kwinter, the longtime Toronto MPP; Morris Zbar, the money manager for the United Jewish Appeal; and Eric Maldoff, Heenan Blaikie Montreal, the lobbyist with the Canada-Israel Committee. We know Eric and his style at Kanesatake and other Mohawk communities. He knows how to stir up trouble for us. Then he hides under a rock until the coast is clear, and gets well paid for it. Susan Howard-Azzeh made a report on the complaint that was filed by the Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights Against Racism Canada to the Premier of Ontario Dalton Chicken-Teeth McGuinty, the Hamilton, Toronto, York Regional, Ottawa, Windsor police forces, Ontario Registered Lobbyists and the OPP.
Farber of the Canadian Jewish Congress, and his gang disrupted the September 21, 2005 public meeting to prevent information about Israeli police brutality against the Palestinians from being heard publicly. [See #3 Link].
Farber stood against a wall where he had a clear line of site with Police Services Board Chair, Bernie Scaredy-Cat Morelli. Farber gave signals to Morelli to refrain speakers from talking about "politics". A witness reported that his crowd continually disrupted the speakers with shouting and intimidation. During a slide presentation of photos of brutal Israeli police methods, his cohorts screamed, bellowed and stamped their feet like they were in a union hall meeting. A screeching woman stood up and blocked the images. Morelli cancelled the meeting, which might have been the plan. [See Link #4]
Bernie Media Man Farber likes to charge his critics with anti-semitism. These kinds of guys have all the money it takes to use Canadian courts as a tool to bully people and prevent legitimate criticism. Just by publishing this piece today, we are putting ourselves at risk. Are they going to try to Ahenakew us? Farber mercilessly attacked Indigenous elder, David Ahenakew, for privately muttering something critical about the Israelis. Meanwhile the corporate media has brushed aside complaints about defamatory statements made, on the record, to the press by Dick Pound in his official capacity as a member of the International Olympic Committee and the board of McGill University.
Monte The Politician Kwinter, a long time Toronto MPP seems to be the man who carries the Zionist message to the legislature.
Eric The Lobbyist Maldoff of the Canada Israeli Committee seems to be pushing all things Israeli.
Morris The Money Man Zbar of the United Jewish Appeal was Deputy Minister of Correctional Services. He sits on the Correctional Services Canada "transformation team" involved in setting up these Ongwehonwe porta-prisons, which can be quickly set up, dismantled and moved before anyone can complain about it.
The Canada Israeli Committee Board has some high flyers. Many are in real estate development on our territory that we never ceded. CIC has offices in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Israel. [See Link #6]. See who CIC Board members are at the end of this article.
What do Israeli checkpoints have to do with Ontario lives? Unless that is what is being planned for us. If we don't turn this around we may be left with no control our lives with devastating consequences, like no access to jobs, schools or hospitals and no way to defend ourselves.

MNN. Nov. 1, 2008. We Ongwehonwe need to know about this new weaponry and martial law training that cops are using on us. We’re unarmed. How do we defend ourselves? The military is getting more involved in civil matters. The U.S. Marines are in the forefront of developing, testing and using so-called “non-lethal weapons” NLW for what is being called “domestic crowd control”, or more accurately, “fascism”.
Here are some of the new weapons being used by the state’s agents to attack the people they are supposed to protect:
(1) “Directed Energy Weapons” are used against people and electronic equipment. ”Electromagnetic Energy” is directed in a beam or pulse. The transmitter can be mounted on a vehicle that looks like a large speaker box to disable electronic equipment, disorient and disable people. It may cause organ damage and, of course, death. It has no bullet. So it’s harder to trace who the killers are.
”High Powered Microwave Weapon” is an electromagnetic pulse that can burn skin in an instant. It disables equipment. In April 2007, there was an accident with the "Active Denial System 1", which is a “pain ray” or “death ray” gun, during a trial at the Moody Air Force Base in Georgia. It was left on and somebody was badly burned. This gun is being used in Iraq, Somalia, Palestine and Afghanistan.
V2K is electromagnetic energy for “mind control” to create mass murderers such as soldiers. [See Link #1] These include (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device that transmits microwave radiation sound pulses into a person’s skull; and (2) a silent sound device that transmits subliminal voice or audio messages into the person’s skull. A sign is that the perpetrator of mass killings appears apathetic, calm, even zombie-like. This is how “Manchurian Candidates” can be created.
(2) A “Stun Grenade” is an acoustic weapon with explosives meant to cause internal damage, disorient, incapacitate and kill people.
(3) For “crowd control” people are hit with various “Projectiles” like rubber bullets and "airburst munitions".
(4) There are “Combination Weapons” that Flash, Bang and Stink to temporarily disorient and stop people from resisting.
(5) “Mobility Denial Equipment” stop vehicles and people like entanglement nets, slippery foam and anti traction material.
(6) “Weaponized UAVs” [Unmanned Aerial Vehicles] or Drones have been downsized costing as little as $3,000. These mini UAVs can be hand launched and remotely operated by rookie cops, teenaged soldiers or raving lunatics.
(7) "Electro-shock stun” equipment has been abused by cops who have harmed or killed those with heart disease, neurological disorders or under the influence of drugs." [See Link #2]
(8) Commonly used is the “eye-in-the-sky” satellite camera to follow our every move and to reign havoc by pushing a button in Ottawa or Washington. These are connected to GPSs in cars. The microwave towers monitor cell phones, computers and ID chips like the enhanced drivers licenses, which are all connected to the eye-in-the-sky.
(9) Security Solutions SS of Colorado Springs Colorado sells “non-lethal” weapons online to the public like stun guns, pepper sprays, tasers and personal alarms which they claim "have been used effectively for years by military and police units world wide”. They sell a Mace Alarm & Flashlight, Crossbows, Throwing Stars (?), Telescopic Steel Batons, High Velocity Sling Shots, Handcuffs, Kubotans (?), Blowguns, Paintball Guns, surveillance cameras, self defense training DVDs and "diversion safes" that look like a can of pop or beer or a jar of peanut butter to hide money or whatever. SS owner, Jack Krohn, is a motivational writer on how every "good citizen" should have their own arsenal. [See Link #3] Think that things are bad now? Is worse being planned for us? Somebody wants to make loads of money and get control based on mass death, big time!
Read this! SSs 700,000 volt “Stun Gun” with a designer holster, even a pink one, costs $69.95. A 950,000 volt “Pretender Stun Gun” that looks like a cell phone costs $125! The stun gun won't work til you go online and get it activated by the manufacturer. Other stun guns have catchy names like "Stun Monster", "Hot Shot Stun Gun" and "Knuckle Blaster Stun Gun". These deviant nuts like their deadly toys! We are getting the impression that the government is the biggest “terrorist” of all.
SS sells a gun with an alarm that crackles with electricity: "Simply touching .. someone with a stun gun for three to five seconds delivers a high voltage shock. caus[ing] loss of balance and muscle control, confusion, and disorientation bringing him to his knees and incapacitating him." [We know someone who was walking down the street and got taken down. He came to hours later lying in the gutter.] The latest taser uses "Electro-Muscular Disruption” (EMD) technology that can incapacitate faster than a 9mm hand gun. It shoots out 2 darts attached to 15 feet of wire. 50,000 volts travel over the wires and over-rides the central nervous system providing incredible takedown power." This is all available on the internet.
(10) Security Solutions International of Florida SSI is not related to SS. SSI is run by a group of SWAT team experts, snipers and ex-military. They prepare cops for “martial law”. One of SSI's trainers is also the head of the “Police Training Institute”, of the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana. Police are trained for SWAT "special weapons and tactics".***
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security DHS sponsored training in Israel to teach Canadian cops how the Israelis ‘control’ the Palestinians. Another session starts this month. Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner Julian “Linguini Legs” Fantino took the course in 2005. He went with 35 Ontario police chiefs, various bureaucrats, politicians and heads of Jewish organizations on this foray called the “Ontario Police Mission to Israel”. Morris Zbar of the United Jewish Appeal is involved in “modernizing” Ontario prisons. That is, bringing them up to “Abu Graib” standards? See the list at the end of this article of the “wannabe robo-cops”. Notice that most of these neo-fascists ply their trade near Ongwehonwe communities.

Since Indian Affairs has a fiduciary responsibility to protect us according to their own laws, they should provide every Ongwehonwe man, woman and child with specialized armor to protect us from their new gadgets and the equipment we need to defend ourselves from their colonial liquidators who are always attacking us:
As well, we need helmets, flack jackets, gas masks, lemon water for clearing pepper sprayed eyes, hockey pads to protect our bodies from beatings, scramblers so that our phones and computers will work, flares to inform our people when we get “disappeared” because we aren’'t allowed one call, a list of their racist taunts we need to get used to, wide copper bracelets to protect our wrists from over tight handcuffs, descriptions of deadly stress holds, cell phones, camcorders, chastity belts to deter rapes and cavity searches at borders and police stations, special protection for babies and the unborn from birth defects and, to survive interrogation, we need to learn how to sleep with our eyes open while standing, high nutrition power bars, isolation songs to keep us company in the cells like the “AIM Song”.
Better yet, we need weapons that can inject a dose of common sense and sanity into raving maniacs that pretend they’re “just following orders” of their demented masters. All states have to stop funding weapons and tactics designed to breach the right to life. If they put even one-tenth of this energy and expense into peaceful co-existence, we’'d all be way further ahead.

MNN. Sept. 2001. Since the dawn of time, we Indigenous people have been conscious that we exist as part of the natural world. We belong to the land. We co-exist with the animals and vegetation that sustained our ancestors and that continue to sustain us today. We are born or adopted into clans. These form the foundation of our nations. Our society is based on equality, where everybody has a voice. Our constitution, Kaianereh:kowa [Great Law of Peace], embodies these relations. This is the law of the portion of Onowaregeh, Turtle Island, which has been put into our trust.
Before European “visitors” floated over the ocean and stumbled onto our shores, we formed a federation according to the Kaianerehkowa. The Rotinoshonni:onwe Confederacy is made up of Mohawks, Oneidas, Onondagas, Cayuga, Seneca and Tuscarora. Hundreds of Indigenous nations formed alliances with us and became our friends and allies.
No non-Indigenous nation ever joined our confederacy or accepted to live according to our constitution. Though a few individual Europeans have been adopted into our society, most have proven unwilling or unable to live according to the social, political and economic philosophy of the Rotinoshonni:onwe.
We evolved from this land on Onowaregeh. The Supreme Court of Canada has acknowledged that we were here before any of them. We did a lot of work to create the paradise that the Europeans found when they arrived. So far Canadians do not understand or acknowledge that we never agreed to join their colonial regime. We have never given up who we are as peoples.
Our relations with various European colonists are based on the Tekeni Teiohate – Two Row Wampum. We respect their independent identities. They have agreed to respect ours. Some of our nations were allies of the British during many famous battles. However, we were NEVER British subjects. We always dealt with colonial visitors as an independent political organization. We even sent ambassadors abroad as seen in the famous paintings of the “Indian Kings” who visited the court of England’s Queen Anne in 1710.
The internationally accepted legal definition of a “state” was established by the Montevideo Convention of 1933. Article 1 states that: “The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications: a ) a permanent population; b ) a defined territory; c ) government; and d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states.” We have a permanent population, a defined territory, and an established capacity to enter into relations with other states. THE ROTINOSHONNI:ONWE CONFEDERACY IS LEGALLY A STATE.
Under international law, as set out in United Nations Resolution 1541XV, and confirmed by the International Court in the Western Sahara case, relations between peoples may be organized on the basis of independence, free association or incorporation. No state may legally incorporate another without the free and informed consent of the majority of the population as expressed in a free and fair election.
This standard was endorsed by the Supreme Court of Canada in the Reference re the Secession of Quebec. Quebec could not separate from Canada without the consent of a clear majority of its people in response to a clear question. Quebec had been fully incorporated into Canada because it plays a major role in Canadian institutions. It’s elected representatives agreed to join with other British colonies to form Canada. It has representatives in Parliament and on the Supreme Court. It has supplied many Canadian Prime Ministers. The Rotinoshonni:onwe Confederacy never agreed to join Canada. It has no representation in Canada’s parliament or on Canadian courts. Between 1876 and 1951 Canadian law excluded “Indians” from the definition of a “person”. When the Rotinoshonni:onwe Confederacy first established diplomatic relations with European colonists, the Europeans were organized in monarchical states. The people were called “subjects”. Under British law, the relationship between the subject and the monarch was considered to be a personal bond. The subject owed the monarch obedience and in return the monarch owed the subject protection. You could become a subject either by conquest or by swearing an oath of allegiance. The Rotinoshonni:onwe were never conquered. Only a few eccentric or deluded individuals ever voluntarily swore an oath of allegiance to the British Crown. THE ROTINOSHONNI:ONWE NEVER BECAME BRITISH SUBJECTS. The Rotinoshonni:onwe Confederacy has issued its own passports since the international passport convention was passed in 1920.
The “Dominion of Canada” was formally established when Britain’s Parliament passed the British North America Act, 1867. It was founded to promote the interests of the British Empire as part of an administrative re-organization that united some of the colonies established on Onowaregeh. (British North America Act, 1867, Preamble).
A “Dominion” is legally defined under British law as “a colony”. The people of the colonies that joined the Canadian confederation remained “British subjects”. The Queen of England remains the Queen of Canada. Britain continued to manage all international matters. Britain has only authorized Canada to conduct international relations on behalf of “the empire” (British North America Act, 1867, s. 132). All treaties signed with Indigenous peoples on Onowaregeh were negotiated on behalf of the British monarch. Canada did not sign any international treaty until Britain allowed it to sign the Halibut Treaty with the United States in 1923. CANADA DID NOT BEC0ME AN INDEPENDENT STATE IN 1867.
Britain’s “Dominions”, which also included Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, contributed so much money and lives during World War I (1914-1918) that they wanted more control over their imperial obligations even though they did not want to leave the British Empire. The Balfour Declaration of 1926 gave them equality with Britain under the monarch. This became British law when Britain’s Parliament passed the Statute of Westminster in 1931.
Canada and the other “Dominions” remained under the same British monarch and legal system. Their passports continued to be issued by the British monarch. Canadian citizenship was not established as a legal status until 1947. Britain’s parliament kept the power to change Canada’s constitution and Canadians remained British subjects.
In 1982 Britain’s parliament renamed the British North America Act, 1867 as the Constitution Act, 1867. Britain gave Canada permission to amend its constitution by passing the Canada Act, 1982 and appending Canada’s Constitution Act, 1982. On January 1st, 1983, Britain formally terminated “British Subject status” without the informed consent of the Canadian people. According to the Preamble to Canada’s Constitution Act, 1867, CANADA IS STILL LEGALLY PART OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE.
The Rotinoshonni:onwe Confederacy never gave possession of any territory to any European people. The Kaianerehkowa does not allow this because the land is held in trust for the coming generations. The Rotinoshonni:onwe cannot speak for the other nations of Onowaregeh. There is no evidence that any of them ever gave their free and informed consent to come under British dominion or to become British subjects.
According to s.91(24) of the British North America Act, 1867, the British monarch gave Canada’s parliament authority to make laws regarding “Indians, and Lands reserved for the Indians”. No state can give something it does not possess. Britain only possessed authority to make alliances and agreements with the people it called “Indians”. Britain did not own any land on Onowaregeh. So s.91(24) only grants Canada authority to negotiate with “Indians” concerning international relations and land use. The Rotinoshonni:onwe never ceded any land or authority to Canada.
The Charter of the Hudson’s Bay Company was issued by the British monarch. It granted protection for a British trading monopoly. It could not grant land on Onowaregeh because the British monarch did not own any. When the Hudson’s Bay Company assets were transferred to Canada, Canada only gained a trading monopoly. It did not legally acquire any land on Onowaregeh because the Hudson Bay Company did not legally own any.
There is no evidence that Canada has any land. Canada does not meet the requirements of the Montevideo Convention. CANADA IS NOT A “STATE” ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL LAW.
TOP 3 REASONS WHY CANADA IS NOT A STATE:
1. Canada does not have a permanent population. The people it claims as citizens are transients who come and go. They are not a “nation”. “Nationality” is not defined in international law. European dictionaries define “nationality” as having a common birth and parentage. Canadians come from all over the world. They have no common origin or heritage to distinguish them from other human beings in general. Most have in common the experience of settling on our territory without legal permission from us. Canada’s exploitive and environmentally destructive habits prove that few have any commitment to future generations.
2. Canada does not have a “government” of its own. Its constitution acts of 1867 and 1982 are acts of the British Parliament. Its other constitutional documents are proclamations of the British monarch.
3. Canada does not have a territory. None of our land that it claims was legally ceded to Britain. We never agreed to become part of the British Empire or the Canadian state.
So quit your bitchin’ Canada! Face the facts of life. Every square inch of land you’re standing on is ours. We are holding it in trust for our future generations. You have no authority over us or our land. You can only boss around your subjects. Not us! Stop attacking us! Just about everything you’re doing is illegal!
We ask you “How did you get authority over us and our land?” If you are honest, you will have to answer, “Legally, we don’t. We have some bad habits. We have to stop threatening, assaulting, abusing, jailing and killing you. We have to stop lying to you and about you. We have to learn how to follow the laws and live like ‘true’ human being.”

JUDGE TEKASTIAKS SAYS, “RIGHT ON!”
MNN. Aug. 31, 2008. Canada is a colonial state and Canadian law is topsy turkey! The Indigenous hurricanes are coming. The Canadian levee has been breached. One of the last judgments of Madam Justice Neilson at the Supreme Court of British Columbia admits that the traditional Gitanyow government and social order has to be respected. Judge Neilson has just been promoted to the British Columbia Court of Appeal. There’s no doubt now. Her reasoning should stand unless Canada torpedoes it with another fit of the D.T.s [delirium tremens].
Why did this happen? The colonizers rely on the same earthly elements as we Onkwehonwe. The environment’s in a shambles. The air is polluted. So is most of the soil. We’re living on the last 10% of the fish in the oceans. We’re using up oil, gas and lumber like there’s no tomorrow. Everyone’s scared. Some members of colonial society are starting to wake up. If their destructive mania does not stop soon, we’re all doomed.
Let’s take a look at Judge Nielson’s reasoning in Wii’litswx v. British Columbia (Minister of Forests) [2008 BCSC 1139].(You can find the full text by Googling “Canlii”). What did she do when the B.C. Ministry of Forests gave out timber licenses on Gitanyow land without Gitanyow consent?
Our nationhood has been violated by illegal timber licenses ever since 1888 when Britain’s Privy Council decided St. Catherine’s Milling and Lumber Company v. The Queen. The colonizers didn’t consult the Saulteaux before deciding that the right to timber licenses on Saulteaux national territory belonged to Ontario’s provincial government, not Canada’s federal government. As if! Neither colonial government had a right!!
Britain’s Privy Council specifically said that it was not determining “the precise quality of the Indian right”. The colonizers relied on a legal delusion. They pretended that “Indians” had only a “personal and usufructuary right dependent upon the goodwill of the Crown”. What? We never heard of the Crown before contact. Our rights don’t depend on the Crown that came to town!
St. Catherine’s Milling implicitly gave Ontario permission to manage Saulteaux resources. This was illegal. There was no explanation as to how the British Crown got jurisdiction in the first place. But the colonizers went crazy and their scramble for Indigenous resources escalated.
The colonial pillage has continued for over a century. A few Canadian judges are beginning to come to their senses. They have finally recognized that we were here first. Wow!!! They finally found their glasses!!!
The Supreme Court of Canada decisions in Haida Nation v. British Columbia [2004 SCC 73 (CanLii)] and Taku River Tlingit First Nation v. British Columbia [2004 SCC 74 (CanLii)] are still trespassing wholesale, but they have finally recognized that there is a “duty to consult” us before they take our stuff. (We’ve been saying this all along).
Canada’s economy is totally dependant on stealing our assets – the resources that we hold in trust for our coming generations. That has to be the main reason why the “white” settler states have refused to sign the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. This ploy does not get them off the hook. They’ve signed all sorts of treaties and accords agreeing that humans are equal. They have to start doing this in practice.
Wii’litswx gets down to the nitty-gritty. It forces them to take a first step. The text on Canlii is long and tedious. “Chief Justice Lamer described the import of s.35(1)…blah, blah,blah”; “The difference between the TSA and the TFLA is…blah, blah, blah”, “Sections 16.3 and 16.4 acknowledge that…blah, blah blah”. It’s got lots of quotes about Whereas, LUP, MoF, GFA, SRMP. 45 pages of dense bureaucratese!!
You have to wonder. How did the Gitanyow manage the forest and turn it into an internationally coveted resource without using a single sheet of paper?
Judge Nielson pointed out that there was “a long and troubled history of over-logging and unfulfilled silviculture obligations on Gitanyow traditional territory”. The Crown agreed that it had “a duty to meaningfully consult with the Gitanyow in good faith and to reasonably accommodate its concerns and interests”. It ignored them. As the judge said, “Meaningful consultation and accommodation” is more than just “thorough discussion”. She found that the Ministry of Forests should have come up with a plan “endorsed by the Gitanyow”.
We can’t agree with her here. It is Gitanyow territory. It’s their right to decide whether foreign corporations can cut their trees.
Judge Neilson recognized that the Gitanyow thought that ratification by their “Heredetary Chiefs” was essential. She said the Ministry of Forests could not issue the forestry licenses without their opinions. This is confusing. British Columbia can’t prove its jurisdiction. It’s Ministry of Forests doesn’t have authority to issue any licenses at all.
Wii’litswx did not discuss why the government of British Columbia was giving licenses to lumber companies that extract rare resources for private benefit. It disregarded the needs of the people who actually live in British Columbia. However, Judge Neilson did discuss the stumpage fees that are paid to the provincial government by the corporations for the trees cut. The evidence showed that the Gitanyow claimed 50% of these fees. The Ministry of Forests’ tried to get away with paying a few hundred thousand dollars, using their own per capita formula. Judge Neilson did not accept their idea that this was “economic accommodation”. She’s was right on here!
From a Haudenosaunee perspective, Wii’litswx has a few good points. It is also disappointing. Why should the Gitanyow have to negotiate with a bunch of in-migrating colonists for “the right to harvest wood for domestic purposes”? It is their land and their wood!!
Judge Neilson did recognize that the Gitanyow’s clan-based Wilp system and boundaries are “an integral and defining feature” of their society. She supported the Gitanyow’s right to decide for themselves how to structure their laws and institutions. This is a departure from the Supreme Court of Canada’s practice of setting out good principles at the beginning and violating them in its final decision. Like when it says ambiguities should be determined in favour of “the Indians” and then decides that these same “Indians” don’t know how to interpret their own culture.
It’s time for the colonial junkies to kick their thieving habits. “Most are so stoned they’ve hit rock bottom and don’t even know it!” [A quote from Judge Tekastiaks “She-calls-it-like-it-is”]. Judge Neilson pointed out that recognition of Indigenous economic rights would have “wide-ranging repercussions for all citizens of British Columbia”. The joint planning process required is “evolutionary and long-term”. But if they don’t respect our rights, they are going to kill themselves.
She did not quash the illegal licenses. The Gitanyow had already agreed to let the licensees continue to operate. [Band council sell outs again!] Judge Neilson invited further submissions on what to do. The traditional people can file a written objection to the Court. In effect, the judge has already invited them.
Back here on Kanienkehaka territory, we are in another world with rotten and out-dated judicial reasoning. Wii’litswx relied on Mitchell v. Minister of National Revenue [2001, SCC 33 (CanLii)] for the false idea that the Canadian Constitution aims to reconcile prior Indigenous occupation with “the Crown’s assertion of sovereignty”. This can’t be reconciled. There is no proof that the Crown’s sovereignty is legitimate anywhere.
Mitchell was decided before Haida and Taku. It said nothing about how we were not consulted on the invention of Canada or the phony border that divides Akwesasne. It concludes that even though the people of Akwesasne were living on islands in the river long before the invasion by colonists, they never crossed to the north shore to trade for anything!! This is ridiculous!
The Supreme Court of Canada seems to think that if you live on the part of Akwesasne claimed by the United States and you want to give your old washing machine to your sister who lives on the side claimed by Canada, you have to pay duty to Canada. This makes no sense!
The imposed boundary that runs through the middle of Akwesasne makes normal life impossible. Canadian officials use this as an excuse for abuse. Sadistic Canadian Border Service Agency guards are constantly stopping, harassing and assaulting our people. [Judge Tekastiaks suggests, “The white people should have a “white lane” like we do except with Indian border guards”.]
The “meaningful and reasonable process of consultation” relied upon by Judge Neilson in Wii’litswx is no where to be found in Canadian relations with the Kanienkehaka. Canadians have to start being lawful people. Every square inch of Turtle Island belongs to the Onkwehonwe. Canada and the United States have to sit down and talk with us if they want to survive the greedy and destructive habits they brought here.

MNN. August 18, 2008. This is the genocide package which is illegal. “Secure Canada 2008” is senseless madness. It's put on by the US Embassy and the US Department of Commerce.
The psychopaths are setting up the “bloodbath” to bring about their fascist "revolution"? They already have enough "firepower" to kill us all 150 times over and lay waste to the entire planet. We must put an end to WAR.
Government officials will be wandering around the ‘War Mart’ looking for bargains as part of the "whole-of-government strategy" to swell up the "defence" budget. Academics will be skulking around looking for research and development handouts. Journalists will be either looking for a chance to become embedded in the next attack or just "networking"? The old sociopaths will be roaming around slapping each other on the back and scorning us.
The Canadian military budget is $490 billion for 20 years! Of interest to the Indigenous People is the $1 billion going to the SBI “Secure Borders Initiative” to build electric fences, flying UAV's (unmanned aerial vehicles) and forcing us carry REAL ID to cross the US-Mexico and US-Canada borders. $778 million is to double the number of armed and dangerous border patrol agents who will be trained in harassing and terrorizing us at their colonial "check points".
Instead of solving the ‘911’ mystery, these psychopaths have created a war spending frenzy. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security DHS budget for 2009 is over $50 billion. This includes $1.3 billion to "counter IED threats" [incendiary explosive devices] and to detect explosives at airports. $50 million is for research to find quicker ways to kill people. $9 million is for the Office for Bombing Prevention [of Parliament when the public finds out how they’re being took!]. Watch out for Michael "Death Warmed Over" Chertoff who may be pushing the biggest shopping cart.
The Canadian military is part of the Euro plunder of other people’s oil, gas, pipelines and resources.
These deranged punks figure they need tighter controls over anybody who questions their martial law plans. People are being pitted against each other. On one side are the well-paid and well-armed and equipped forces of the police, border goons, spies, journalists, engineers, and technicians who try to beat us into submission. On the other side are those forced into low-paying, menial and service jobs just a cut above poverty, to create enslavement.
The fascist "North American Union" appears to be in place. Back in February, 2008, in Texas, the commanders of NORAD/US Northcom and “Canada Command” signed a Civil Assistance Plan. It "allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a civil emergency". A disaster or terrorist event can be staged in Canada so the U.S. Marines can come in.
L-3 MAS, a division of Texas-based L-3 Communications Inc., calls itself the "largest military aerospace maintenance organization in Canada". They upgrade and repair the plane from start to finish. 1,000 employees work for their Mirabel Airport facility near Montreal. They do "fleet management" of F18 Hornet Fighter Jets and C130 Hercules Transport Jets.
When the barrels get worn down from dropping bombs and killing people, L-MAS steps in. For $106 million they make the "Centre Barrel Replacement (CBR)" for the Royal Australian Air Force’s Hornet Upgrade (HUG) program. Boeing’s F-18 Hornets are used by the US, UK, Canada and the Aussies for bombing Iraq, Afghanistan and Yugoslavia, killing thousands and devastating the land.
These jets are not even accurate. They carry 500 to 2000 pound bombs like the CBU Cluster Bomb series, the GBU guided bomb series and many containing DU (depleted uranium) and nuclear warheads. The bombs are made of “bomblets” that disperse to penetrate armor and kill people instantly. Those that don’t go off remain on the ground to kill innocent children.
”Fortress America” has a coastal/littoral military activity. L-3MAS looks after helicopters such as the CH-148 Cyclone. L-3SPAR does the "Optimized Structural Maintenance Plan (SMP) for the CF-18" and maintains the hangars. They work with “Sikorsky” on Canada ’s Maritime Helicopter Program (MHP) to develop the Maritime Helicopter Weapon System (MHWS).
L-3MAS works on remotely controlled UAV's (unmanned aerial vehicle systems) made by Elbit Systems Ltd. of Israel and Thales Group Canada. Thales wanted $130 million from Canada for Project NOCTUA, "a Leased, UAV System for the Canadian military" in Afghanistan. In the end, Israel Aerospace Industries got the contract. (see below)
BAI Aerosystems, a division of L-3 Communications Corp., work with L-3 MAS on the Viking 100 Unmanned Aerial Systems UAS. They make multiple (more than one vehicle) platforms, flight control systems, payloads, data links, field support equipment, pneumatic launchers, testing and engineering services.
A March 07 press release reported that that "the federal government [will spend $13 billion] on military aviation procurements … for the next 20 years... Quebec particularly, [which has] .. over 50% of the Canadian aerospace industry."
General Atomics of San Diego, California, boast of having the deadliest, biggest UAVs, the “MQ-9 Reaper” [the ‘Grim Reaper’]. It's a “hunter-killer” machine designed for unmanned destruction and murder. According to DID (Defense Industry Daily), one Reaper can drop up to 4 Hellfire Missiles with GPS guidance. It has a Raytheon surveillance and targeting turret. The program is managed by Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
Italy just bought four Reapers and Germany got five. Germany says they won't arm theirs!! UK and US use them in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Everybody's into the cash grab of UAS (unmanned aerial systems) development. MDA (MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd.) of Vancouver, BC have over 3,000 employees in Canada, US and UK. They specialize in the use of satellites and UAV's.
According to the June 10, 2008 issue of “Canadian Defence Review” MDA carried out the first Search and Rescue Mission in Suffield Alberta. It used both an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and unmanned aircraft. Taking part were Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association (CASARA). Calgary Northeast Conservative MP. Art "Hungover and Mean" Hanger, .. played a plane crash survivor for the Discovery Channel film.
MDA just got the three-year $130 million contract for Canada ’s Project Noctua for “surveillance” in Afghanistan only!
David Hargreaves, the psychotic MDA vice president is anxious to get into the UAV market to get some of the “sucker money” for the never ending military occupation of Afghanistan and elsewhere. UAV's are being rushed to Georgia in the Caucasus.
MDA just signed a deal with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) "… to store and manage airport, runway and navigational aid information.. ". It’s part of the "larger Instrument Flight Procedures Automation (IFPA) initiative to modernize flight path design and maintenance processes". Rules are being set up for all the UAV's they hope to fly everywhere. What happens if a plane hits one?
The top two executives at MDA are Robert "Quit Your Lying" Phillips and "Dewey Eyed" Daniel E. Friedmann. Dan may soon be a decision maker for the DND.
Prime Minister Stephen “soldier boy” Harper has decreed that all military related communications with media must pass by him personally.
"BigGuns" BOEING and Insitu Inc. make the Scan Eagle UAV for the Aussie and US Navies, Marines and Armies for use in Afghanistan. Boeing Integrated Defense Systems of St. Louis Missouri boasts of annual sales of $32.1 billion and 71,000 employees worldwide. President, Chris "Shoot em and never ask questions" Chadwick says Boeing Military Aircraft are aggressively pursuing the UAV market, especially the armed UCAV's (unmanned combat aerial vehicles).
Jim "Joker Run Wild" Albaugh, President and CEO of Boeing Integrated Defense Systems got the Bob Hope Distinguished Citizen Award for his sick sense of humor. In 2003 President Bush appointed him to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee.
Boeing boasts a Small Diameter Bomb (SDB), weighing 250-pounds, a "near precision-guided weapon launched from a fighter bomber or unmanned aircraft that will destroy targets from 40 miles away, penetrate more than three feet of steel-reinforced concrete with reduced collateral damage. "Near precision" means it's not precise? Boeing also runs the Department of Homeland Security SBInet (Secure Borders Initiative).
These insane men are gearing up to make piles of money for making toys that kill people. Their “masters” are being pressured to start wars asap around the world so they can use their weaponry on unarmed innocent people. We have to fit ourselves into the natural world, not destroy it. We need a trade show on how to defend ourselves from these lunatics!

| | | 26.08.2008 19:22:05 | | IS OPP COMMISSIONER JULIAN FANTINO INSANE OR JUST STERILE? | MNN. Aug. 25, 2008. MNN receives a lot of information sent anonymously. Most are ignored, but some are not. One in particular raises some thoughts about the behind the scenes shenanigans surrounding false claims to Indigenous land. Ontario, mining companies, a slew of ambulance chasers, the Ontario Provincial Police and some newly created “Algonquins” are fraudulently trying to settle claims to Haudenosaunee Territory. A lot has come out in the wash in this cops and robbers scenario.
It looks increasingly like Julian “Edgar Hoover” Fantino is collecting information on politicians or anybody for that matter. He builds up files against people that he may want to “crush” with his Mafioso scripted tough talk. Hardly any politician is safe. When his mind takes flight, he turns his sights on the Indigenous People. The newspapers report that he has bragged that he could destroy people’s reputations if they got in his way. Fantino apparently uses the OPP as his personal intelligence agents. The information they collect or buy could be deadly to his enemies. It is rumored that he wanted to run in the next election for the conservatives to become the Solicitor General.
Who are the enemies that would allow such a preposterous character to assume such an important state duty? Who are his victims? Could it be the Liberals? Under whose orders is he acting? It can’t be us because we don’t vote in foreign elections! We do own every square inch of land that he walks on and all the resources above and below the ground.
About mid-May someone came to see Kahentinetha to warn her not to go to Ontario because “something could happen” to her. She could “disappear”! She laughed it off. After getting three calls of concern for her safety, she started to take precautions. Then on June 9th 2008 the OPP closely followed her part way to North Bay . Five days later she and Katenies were almost murdered at the Cornwall border check point by a squad of Canadian Border Services Agents. Kahentinetha suffered a trauma induced heart attack and they tried to beat Katenies to a pulp.
Someone came to Kahnawake where Kahentinetha is trying to convalesce and recover. She had not seen this person for many years. She asked, “Who did this to me? Who tried to kill me?” referring to the attempt to do away with her and Katenies at the border. After stuttering about 4 times, this person said, “MNN did write some things about Fantino and they were right on the mark”. Sooo! Was Fantino behind the attack? Is he already pulling the strings for the Canadian government?
The CBSA attacked the two women, not the OPP. Border crossing is a federal matter. The person answered, “You were crossing into Ontario and they are all connected to each other”. It’s all the same incestuous syndicate. Indeed, before she was taken to Ottawa Katenies was placed under the control of the OPP for a time. What for? The phony border offences she was charged with were all federal offences. They were not under provincial jurisdiction.
Yes, MNN wrote about Fantino many times. He charged into the longhouse in Six Nations and scolded the Confederacy chiefs. He taped a conversation with Mohawk Shawn Brant of Tyendinaga threatening to destroy his reputation, “Your whole world’s gonna come crashing down”. He also said in the wiretap transcripts that he would “Do everything I can within your community and everywhere to destroy your reputation”. “I am now telling you to pull the plug or you’ll suffer grave consequences”. This must be that new “neuro linguistic programming” the cops are learning to intimidate victims. Since we did not take the course, we were not able to figure out what he was getting at.
MNN also suggested Fantino could write some episodes on police corruption for his idols, the “Sopranos”. He made the “MNN bottom feeder” list of March 8th 2008. He crushed the homeless in Toronto during his reign of terror as police chief. He was metaphorically referred to as one of the “Three Stooges” on the fake Algonquin land claims issue; “Il Duce”, “Cornutto” the Clown, “L’il Mouselini”, “Spaghetti Legs” and many other analogies that emphasize questionable aspects of his erratic behavior.
What’s this old goat got against MNN anyway? Why has he vowed to scare MNN? Caledonia Wakeupcall says worst things about Il Duce than MNN ever will. Why doesn’t he pick on someone his own size like 350 pound Gary Mchale? We never trotted around protesting in front of Fantino’s house in Toronto like he did.
Today Il Duce has created a police force whose function has been perverted. It seems to be acting like a paramilitary entity directed at killing, maiming and imprisoning ordinary people who attempt to exercise their right to freedom of thought, speech and person.
Indigenous people and the police are another matter. It goes something like this:
The cops kill an Indian. A special inquiry is launched. They replace the top police administration with candidates agreeable to the power behind the curtain. Changing and controlling the police administration is the goal to set up the forthcoming police state. It could only be done if “Indian” victims are involved. Other wise they could not launch an inquiry if an ordinary white guy was killed. This scenario has played itself out countless times. There is usually a charge of “racism” which leads to an inquiry like Ipperwash, Royal Commission Aboriginal People Oka, J.J. Harper in Winnipeg, Starlight Tours in Regina and the Airborne Regiment in Somalia.
This is how Fantino has gotten despotic control of Ontario while all the schleps were sleeping. Ontario is a staunch Liberal strong hold. Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper is eyeing it. Is that why Fantino is collecting sh*t on people?
It doesn’t look like western Canadian politics has evolved very much since the age of Roman brutality. There’s lots of skullduggery, poisonings and beheadings going on.

War or fascism is preceded by techniques to PSYCHE out the opponents or victims to scare everybody into hopeless despair. One way is to parade military and despotic hardware in front of the public to get us use to it. Hitler, Mouselini and Stalin all used this tactic.
TV ads are recruiting youth into the military; video war games extol death and destruction; air shows mesmerize children and glamorize bomber planes that kill people; and military trade shows promote the war industry. Soon only innocent human beings will be killed. It’s called “low level warfare” designed to attack the unarmed people.
This "Pukey Canada 2008" trade show for war makers is the height of absurdity, at Ottawa's Lansdowne Park on September 30 to October 1st. It’s about cutting edge "remote warfare" to help their military and police agents of repression in their quest for global domination and control. There they can buy all the lethal trinkets they need to kill, control or maim us from afar without getting their fingers dirty. Exhibitors will show off toxic toys for domestic control such as uav's [remote unmanned flying objects that shoot s..t at people] and all manner of satellite spy ware.
This “Nauseating Canada” trade show will feature C4ISR “gizmos” to "command, control, communications and computer based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance". They hope to have domestic repression of Turtle Island in place by 2010. As if! Watch out, unarmed protestors! You could be used as practice targets of these newly equipped gunslingers.
20 of the 58 exhibitors are members of the “Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries” CADSI known as the “merchants of death”. They are Boeing Aerospace, Canadian Center for Unmanned Vehicle Systems, Canadian Defence Review, Commissionaires, Dessau, ESRI Canada, Frontline Robotics, Green Hills Software, Harris Canada, Inc., Meggitt, M/ACOM Tyco Electronics, and Technopole Defense. [Excuse us, since when has Canada been attacked? Where are the imaginary enemies? They are the enemies of the people.] L3 Mas, CAE and General Dynamics Canada are on the CADSI board.
L3 Communications Holdings Inc. is on the "list of 38 companies that the Canadian Securities and Exchange Commission fingered as involved in 'put options' profiteering on 911".
Who are these “Wannabee Big Shots”?: Frontlines Robotics, [CADSI member] based in Ottawa, has offices in Israel. Jeremy “Jiminy Jim” James is the president and ceo. They work with InRob Tech that specializes in military robots and remote controlled vehicles. They can kill men, women and babies without getting a scratch. Their "perimeter security" are robots that guard anything from nuclear reactors to military bases.
GreenHills Software, a US outfit, has offices in Ottawa. They work with CAE, IBM, Lockheed Martin (F35 Joint strike fighters), Toshiba, Raytheon, Toyota (Prius), Ford (Lincoln Aviator), Northrop Grunman (Airbus 380), Nera Wireless Networking and many other companies. They'll be at the “RealTime & Embedded Computing [How-to-Slaughter] Conferences” in Ottawa and Montreal at the end of August.
Technopôle Defence & Security, [CADSI member] based in Quebec City is a professional business network. They set up trade shows and bring together butchers like "technology integrators, producers and suppliers, private and public research and development centres, universities and other educational institutions and government departments and agencies" that are researching more ways to kill people.
Technopole's members include SNC, TEC, DRDC, General Dynamics Canada, Universite Laval, CGI, Thales Systems, and lesser known companies like Telops, Analytical Systems, Opto Security, Black Coral, Creaform, RoboMotio, Gentec and Cargolution. Canada Economic Development is their main partner and funder.
Why aren’t there any trade shows on how to defend ourselves from these homicidal maniacs? Black Coral of Ottawa "specializes in map enabled technologies" to help their “hired guns”, like police and military agencies, during "emergencies" and "terrorist events" [which they’ll create!]. If they’re so smart, why did the Winnipeg cops shoot and kill an Indigenous man who had a cell phone in his hand and not a knife?
Black Coral's advisory board consists of three men with long police or military careers. Phil "He aint my Brother" Murray, former Commissioner of the RCMP, was a member of the Research Advisory Committee on the “Ipperwash Commission of Inquiry into Aboriginal Relations with the Police”. It carefully studied the OPP murder of Indigenous demonstrator, Dudley George, on how to get away with it without being questioned. Creepy Phil seems to have a sinister interest in Indigenous people. Phil is a Member of the Advisory Panel for the “Cornwall Commission of Inquiry into Historical Sexual Abuse” by police, church, city, judiciary, Childrens Aid and other public bodies.
Jim "Freaky James" Fraser is retired from the US military where he trained police assassins on SWAT tactics. He is a member of the Fort Benning Georgia “Officer Candidate Hall of Fame”. Fort Benning is famous for the “School of the Americas” (SOA) that sets up “death squads” in third world regimes. They teach advanced brutality and torture. Jim’s specialty is creating “terrorist events”. These insane guys create dire situations so they can use their evil toys.
Bob "Sleeps-Hanging-Upside-Down-from-a-Technopole" Fischer, a past President of CADSI, was in the Canadian military before going to General Dynamics Canada. He became Vice President Business Development and Government Relations. He is now the current Chairman of the “Canadian NATO Industry Advisory Group”.
The “St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency” of New York State is boogying up to the Sec Can trade show. They say they "act as a liaison between your firm, local municipalities, financing sources and governmental agencies". In other words, they’re going there to party with “war-like minds”! These sadistic ghouls could be offering a space in NYS to make tools of repression? St. Lawrence County is near the Mohawk community of Akwesasne. These perverts want to boost the economy with a military buildup.
The Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) Canada Chapter will be promoting their own “show within a show”, sponsored by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. Imstat president, Tom Last, could run the UAV's by remote control from their lab in Carleton Place just outside of Ottawa.
Well Known Big Shots/Bigots: CAE of Montreal has a current annual revenue of over $1.2B [which can kill an awful lot of people]. They get a lot of research and development money, a term for “corporate welfare” or money from the government. They specialize in civil and military simulations for full flight training, such as for the C130 Hercules and many fighter planes plus helicopters, as well as commercial jets.
CAE will hold a special shareholders meeting on August 13 at the Hotel Bonaventure in Montreal. They have 2 boards, one in Canada and another in the US, made up mostly of retired military. [Geez! They should be stopping these terrorists from coming over the border instead of inviting them!] Marc "Wants to Kill Other People's Children" Parent, previously of Bombardier, is on both CAE boards. He’s the Group President, Simulation Products and Military Training & Services. Morbid Marc is on the board at CADSI and the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC).
Another noxious CAE director is James "who-blows-out-missile-exhaust” Hankinson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ontario Power Generation Inc. CAE announced at a July 8 air show in the UK that it had $128 million in new contracts. They’re making a flight simulator for Bombardier's Montreal training center.
Lurking In The Shadows: Oxford educated David "Living-High-on-the-Hog" Luxton thinks he’s a major driving force in Ottawa's make-war industry. [see photo at flickr.com]. He was in the Canadian military. He’s been a bureaucrat, advisor in the Privy Council where Canada 's laws are drafted, Director and Registrar of Copyright and Industrial Design for Canada.
”Warped” Luxton is founding president and ceo at Allen Vanguard, an Ottawa based electronics manufacturer of terrorist gadgetry for their mercenaries. They used to test their bomb suits, robots and other CBRNE [chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive] stuff at MREL's facility near Sharbot Lake where they loved simulating mangled corpses. Then MREL was shut down by protesters in the summer of 2007. Allen Vanguard has plants in Pembroke Ontario and other places.
Ken Deane, the OPP sniper who shot and killed Dudley George, was hired by Allen Vanguard as a security guard after being kicked out of the OPP. He died in a car "accident" on the 401 just before he was to testify at the Ipperwash Inquiry.
”Canker Sore” Luxton is also founding president of Def [Death] Sec, an Ottawa investment company for the military industry. Luxton and Ken Murray founded Simunition which specializes in police and military "reality training" with "projectiles" like paint ball. They teach cops how to overcome their fears and shoot to kill. War Monger Luxton is on the board of CADSI. Though his companies may not be exhibiting at the Sec Can trade show, he'll be hanging around looking over the projectiles.
Luxton supports the elite cartel that doesn’t like Indigenous and people of color, want to plunder the Earth's riches and set up a global government. Like his buddies, he's locked into a “terrorkillhigh” adrenalin mindset, who needs to get it off regularly. That’s no excuse for his inhumanity. Someone should get him into “war monger rehab” in a remote Indigenous community quick!
Look out for shadowy Frenchman, Marcel "Mortal-Liquidateur" Picciotto, president and ceo of Thales Systems Canada based in Montreal with offices in Ottawa. [CADSI board for 3 years]. Thales, a French company had sales of $12 billion in 2007. They specialize in C4ISR for armies, navies, air forces and anybody with the cash. Thales have just renewed their deal with NATO to expand communications and logistics in Afghanistan. [Whoa! Who wants to keep this war going and why? It’s big bucks for someone! Thales makes flight control systems for Bombardier and other plane builders and control systems for railways. Just in time for the Olympics, Beijing Mass Transit Railway Operation Corp. has launched its Thales contact-less fare collection system. [Are non-payers disintegrated?] JeanMarc Gardin, Vice President and Managing Director of Thales remarked, "China represents a huge opportunity for us..."

We all have minds to think and untapped abilities and creativity that can resolve overwhelming dilemmas. No one person has ALL the answers. Each can contribute a piece to the puzzle. Our sense of isolation and alienation in Western society is designed to make us feel alone and vulnerable. There is much strength in our ties to the Earth and each other. We need to work together to stop these ruthlessly demented demons.

MNN. Aug. 4, 2008. Drug abuse in Indigenous communities is not random. Someone wants us to be pacified and to push us to have a total social breakdown. They want our brains, morals and ambition destroyed. They want our Indigenous youth to be criminalized and minimized. Drug abuse creates misfits and society dropouts who are supposed to be discarded and discredited. It stops us from campaigning for our social and political rights. The colonists want us to shut up. They don’t want to acknowledge their obligation to us. They don’t want to admit they are on stolen land.
It’s an old strategy.
Going back to the 1830s Britain was the world’s major drug trafficker. The Europeans were jealous of the Chinese. They had so many beautiful items like silk, porcelain, spices, etc. Britain only had wool to trade, which the Chinese did not need. The Europeans had to get silver to trade with China. They also had tobacco from Turtle Island. To increase demand for tobacco they cut it with opium from India. Before long, huge numbers around the trading ports in Canton [the modern city of Guangzhou] were addicted. Silver began draining out of China and ruining the economy.
The Chinese emperor passed a law forbidding the import of opium. They wrote to Queen Victoria asking her to control her nationals and stop the illegal trade. The Chinese announced all opium would be seized and burned. U.S. traders ignored the ban and brought in a shipment to Canton. It was confiscated and burned in public.
The Americans got the British to declare war on China. The “Opium War” was to defend the “right” of drug dealers. The Chinese were not warlike. They did not have a big army to defend themselves from the British. The British won the war and forced the Chinese to give them a lot of land around Hong Kong. This has since been returned to them. China was forced to make opium legal along with unrestricted propagation of Christianity. The affect was devastating.
A lot of research was done on how a few were able to defeat a population of millions through drugs. In the end the Chinese regained their independence. We Indigenous People of Turtle Island are in the midst of this same kind of struggle. Shouldn’t we ask why is the U.S. in Afghanistan? It is the source of over 90% of the world’s opium! Does somebody want the whole world to be stoned!
In the 1940’s, British writer Aldous Huxley, who wrote “Brave New World”, went to the U.S. He recruited Allen Watts who became the guru of a nationwide Zen Buddhist cult in California in the 1950s and 1960s. He founded the “Pacifica Foundation” which sponsored two radio stations that pushed the “Liverpool sound”. This was the British imported “hard” rock twang of the Rolling Stones, the Beatles and the Animals. They also pioneered “acid rock” and eventually “psychotic punk rock”.
In 1943 LSD was developed by Albert Hoffman, a chemist at Sandoz A.B. – a Swiss pharmaceutical owned by banker, S.G. Warburg. [He’s a Federal Reserve shareholder]. British and U.S. intelligence were directly involved.
The book “Aquarian Conspiracy” described how new age philosophy was blended with the promotion of the drug culture. “The introduction of major psychedelics in the 1960s was largely attributable by the Central Intelligence Agency CIA’s investigation for possible military use”. It was codenamed “MK Ultra”.
In the 1960s kids in the U.S. were protesting against the Vietnam War. The U.S. establishment did not know what to do. On May 4, 1970, the National Guard shot four kids at Kent State University in Ohio. They were protesting against the U.S. invasion of Cambodia ordered by President Nixon. The shooting was meant to quell the demonstrations against the war. It didn’t work.
To divert the youth, a humongous drug movement was started. The 1968 mega concert at Woodstock in Sullivan County New York was part of the drug and “free love” movement sponsored by companies like Capitol Records. In New York City the “Ed Sullivan Show” displayed these groups nationwide to promote the drug culture.
For the U.S. to continue its warmongering it had to corrupt and destroy its opposition, the youth. According to recently released CIA documents, Allen Dulles, the then head of the CIA, purchased over 100 million doses of LSD – most of which flooded the streets of the USA during the late 1960s. The plan is for every instinct for survival to be controlled by drugs. The drugs produced naturally by the body are being replaced by drugs being manufactured by the multi-national corporations.
Today, as a result of 911, the climate of fear has been promoted over the U.S. and Canada. The kids are told that fear can be shut out by going into this false artificial world created by drugs, pills and music. The kids lose touch with reality and are not able to understand or cope with social abuse.
Today multi-national corporations and pharmaceuticals have control of recording companies, music, radio stations, television programming, films, mainstream news [msn] and advertising [almost total mind control]. A common theme is U.S. based “ghetto rap”. They are producing these themes for the vulnerable minds of the young people to confuse and control them. The kids learn to switch into rap and drug culture talk. Computers, games and cell phones are programmed to take them into this world.
It is normal for people to react when there’s a problem. Often they blame people improperly like their fathers, mothers, girlfriends, boyfriends or people around them. The drugs divert them so their critical thinking doesn’t develop to a level where they can understand complex issues. Drugs create a rift between older generations and young people and to break up families. When people are emotionally hurt by broken families, they can’t think straight. This leaves them insecure, paranoid and open to manipulation by big business.
Drugs have replaced the residential school program as a means of committing genocide. The difference is that they’ve persuaded our youth to commit the crimes on themselves. Anyone who wants to get out of it can if they are determined. Elders are there to counsel them. While they are off the drugs they start talking to them and get them back into reality and with their families. After treatment they need help and support and to occupy themselves.
It’s an uphill battle for these counselors. Drugs are being flooded into Indigenous communities to stop people from thinking or asking questions. The colonists want to be able to lure us into giving up everything we have. In the majority of cases the youth experiment with drugs and then reject it. They get on with their lives. The oldest and the youngest are not involved. Those escaping it are able to stay in school. They are taught to deal with enticement from other kids and dealers. In any society the youth in between are vulnerable. Many of our elders know there’s hope for this generation.
Marijuana is many times more powerful than it was in the 1960s. Other drugs are even more dangerous. Some, like chrystal meth, cause brain damage after one shot. The teachers and medical personnel get children on Ritalin and other drugs. Some parents use it to shoot up. It’s vicious! Those Indigenous people who are bringing drugs into our communities have been colonized into wanting power and control over us. Thus, the push for more powerful drugs onto our people!
For this plan to be effective, they need to keep us idle and spaced out. Some government or police agents or medical personnel who say they are fighting drugs are actually promoting drugs. The whole dirty business keeps a few people rich. In some cases the dealers are co-opt to become “snitches” in exchange for protection. They purportedly supply information on us and are free to provide drugs to the community to weaken and destroy us. They’re never busted when there’s a “crack down” or a raid! Why?
There are people in every Indigenous community who are fighting it. The battle will be won. We have the power to say “no” when somebody offers us drugs. We have to finish school and get a job. We all have to help our communities. Our indigenous youth are smart, dignified, respectful of elders and not prone to act without thinking. We are not “terrorists”. We are builders. Our young people are relearning our languages, ceremonies and carrying them on. We are defenders of Turtle Island. That’s who we are!

Canada has serious problems. Countless Royal Commissions have been struck. Millions have been spent. The answer they want is how can the colonial government and its agencies control Indigenous people until every last bit of our land and resources are stolen from us. The Onigonra Think Tank answers some nagging questions – FREE OF CHARGE!!
1. WHAT CAUSES “ABORIGINAL POVERTY”?
Indigenous poverty is deliberately created to force us owners of every square inch of land and resources onto the begging line. “Poverty” is “not having the necessities of life”. Before the colonists arrived there was no “aboriginal poverty”. Our ancestors survived and thrived though two ice ages or more. The first European arrivals marveled at how healthy we were and how long we lived. They had to put a stop to it so they could rob us blind. We brought food and medicines to help these pitiful scurvy creatures who stumbled to our shores and could not look after themselves.
These trespassers were physically and mentally ill. They responded to our generosity by killing us, vandalism of our resources and damaging our environment. They refused to leave their weapons on their ships. They shot cannon at us, tried to turn us into slaves and serfs and paid rewards for our scalps. They grabbed everything in sight, including our people.
The surviving Onkwehonwe were left without the necessities of life and confined to tiny “reserves” without viable economies or even clean drinking water.
CONCLUSION: “Aboriginal poverty” was and continues to be created by colonial theft, vandalism and greed.
SOLUTION: The colonists are mentally ill. How do they overcome their inhibitions against sharing and respect for others? By giving everything they stole back to us and repairing the environment.
2. WHY ARE SO MANY “ABORIGINAL PEOPLE” IN JAIL?
Jailing us has been INCREASING since the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples. They wanted to figure out how to accelerate this. The RCMP, Canadian bureaucrats and university gnomes are paying consultants millions of dollars to find ways to get more Indians to be guilty of more “crimes”.
In 1877 a penitentiary was built in Prince Albert 28 years before Saskatchewan entered Canadian Confrauderation and 2 years after the Canadian war against Louis Riel and the Prairie Nations.
FACT: Canada thought it needed its own “Abu Graib on the Prairies” to try to kill and scare Indigenous people into submission. All over Turtle Island Onkwehonwe were convicted of trespassing and other colonial crimes such as hunting and fishing or sharing wealth through traditional Potlatch ceremonies. Inmates were flogged, tortured, killed or imprisoned. Famous spokesmen like Poundmaker and Big Bear got sick and died in jail.
CONCLUSION: Jails were and continue to be used to enforce the colonists’ goal to trespass and steal the lands of our ancestors and the coming generations. The trespassers must respect the Two Row Wampum and Onkwehonwe sovereignty and jurisdictions.
It’s all about money. Indian Affairs has a monopoly on “aboriginal” prisoners it works at creating. When a judge sentences an Indian, the province jails them and gets money for them from the feds. It’s the “Go-Directly-to-Jail-Do-Not-Pass-Go-and-We’ll-Collect-$200” program. When provincial citizens go to jail, the province has to pay out of its own budget. To make money live “Indians” are needed for long sentences without parole to make it profitable. Otherwise jails would have to close down.
The Canadian monsters are helping their friends get rich by selling off the jail business to an American franchise. Can’t you see it? ”McJails R US”. One is already being built in the middle of Tyendinega where they see a lot of young Mohawk people they can trap.
The same old spread sheets are being recycled from the residential schools concentration camps program that killed off half of our children. The ghost of its engineer, Duncan Campbell Scott, hovers from his rat hole. His motto would be it’s “good accounting practice” to keep the “cells” full”. If they can’t git enough “Injuns”, they create new crimes, like designating all Mohawks as “insurgents”, “terrorists” and “global risks”.
Instead of turning old jails into mental hospitals for ousted politicians and jack-booted police chiefs, the colonizers are building new ones known as “lifer prisons”. This gives them an excuse to stint on health care, education and infrastructure…like drinking water.
THE SOLUTION? Take away the profit motive for imprisoning “aboriginal people” and the need for jails will disappear.
3. WHY DON’T “ABORIGINAL” PEOPLE WANT TO BE COPS?
In reality we do NOT have an internal policing problem. Our problem is the “foreigners” who keep trying to entrap us, force themselves on us and take everything we have.
Colonial police and jails are not part of our culture. In 1991 the federal government announced a policy “to deliver special police services that respect aboriginal culture” into jail houses to keep us there. They set up beads and feathers workshops and put in sweat lodges.
Onkwehonwe culture is based on the TWO ROW WAMPUM principle:
1) We are all equal. We all have a voice. We respect each other’s right to self-determination, sovereignty and jurisdictions. Our social relations are alliances and we agree to help and defend each other. We are not British subjects or Canadian citizens. This designation was forced on us without our knowledge or consent, violating international law.
2) We base our decisions on consensus. If there were problems, people got together and figured out how to deal with it.
Canada is a trespasser and plunderer state. It rides rough shod over Onkwehonwe jurisdictions. It uses foreign police, courts and military to steal all our resources.
According to government policy, good jobs are meant to be hard to find in an Ongwehonwe community. The only work available is for the colonizing agencies to hire our people to enforce foreign laws and control over our lives. Today pawns willing to be part of the “death squads” are earning almost as much as doctors, well over $100,000 a year!! They are more than willing to sell out the principles our ancestors fought so hard to defend.
In 1996, 77% of police officers invading our communities were “aboriginal”. Now it’s dropped to 55%. Decent, honest, family-loving Onkwehonwe won’t herd their own people into the ovens no matter how big the pay is.
FACT: “Aboriginal Police” are amongst us to force colonial law down our throats on behalf of their foreign masters.
FACT: Real Onkwehonwe don’t want to assault and betray their people.
There is no mystery. It looks more and more like the colonists have to change or die. The colonists must leave Onowaregeh/Turtle Island, go and learn a better way to live and let us Indigenous peoples re-establish the original natural life affirming society.

MNN. July 16, 2008. Canada’s military build-up is meant to try to attack “people of color” world wide, steal our resources and eliminate our population. There is a big recruitment campaign for Indigenous youth going on. They want 20% of the armed forces to be native. That way it will look like we approve of what they are doing. No money to heal. No money to educate. No money to pay the debt to Indigenous people. But money to kill!
The U.S. inspired "Canada First Defence Strategy" (CFDS) is basically written from a capitalistic economic viewpoint. No thought has been given to sustainable development. Canadians don’t support the military buildup. The "Strategy" is an aggressive profit-driven scheme designed to benefit career soldiers and industry.
It was posted online on June 19 2008 with color photos of “Generalissimo" Stephen Harper and Peter “Fancies-himself-to-be-Idi Amin” MacKay. US military sites like “DefenseIndustryDaily” expresses skepticism about Canada's stability and its ability to follow through.
Harper points out that the military will be "Supported by predictable, long-term funding...” [i.e. tax and resource exploitation] so that industry can make piles of money. The plan to rebuild Canada’s armed forces will provide unprecedented opportunities for international industry. It will be a bigger cash cow” than World War II. They are trying to impress their foreign investors and the subsidized corporations who will build war stuff instead what we really need, housing, schools, hospitals and environmental detoxification programs.
Pete lists the 3 roles of the military, “.. at home... in the defence of North America, and to project leadership abroad" which means "attack anyone anywhere if they get in the way”.
Their six core missions are: "Conduct daily domestic and continental operations, especially the Arctic" [are we under attack from endangered species like the polar bears and beluga whales?]; Support the 2010 Olympics; Respond to a major terrorist attacks; Support civilian authorities in Canada; Lead international operations; and respond to crises".
The “whole-of-government approach” is to meet domestic and international security requirements. This could mean totalitarianism.
"STABLE PREDICTABLE FUNDING" means military spending on a grand scale and "A Military in Partnership with Canadian Industry".
There is a goal to extract the resources without interference from the Indigenous owners. Since commodity manufacturing is saturated and the capitalists have created scarcity, plenty of money will be made in war materials and reconstruction by the military and industrial sectors using cheap labor.
CANADA IS BUDGETING $490 BILLION FOR THE NEXT 20 YEARS. Defense funding will rise by 2 percent starting in 2011, from approximately $18 billion in 2008 to over $30 billion in 2027.
The Government plans to "Increase the number of military personnel to 70,000 Regular Forces and 30,000 Reserve Forces". Programs like “Bold Eagle” are targeting Native youth, especially in the North to exploit the Indigenous knowledge of the land and destroy Indigenous sovereignty at the same time.
Canada is concerned about controlling sovereignty in the Arctic which is owned by the Indigenous people. “Changing weather patterns are destroying the environment making sea traffic through the Northwest Passage accessible to shipping, tourism and resource exploration”. They aren't too worried about the extinction of the polar bears either.
Their domestic security is based on “fear” of “foreign encroachments” on “Canada’s” [Indigenous] natural resources.
The military will be at the 2010 Olympics where Indigenous are opposed to development which is raping and contaminating our land in British Columbia.
"The Forces must assist other government departments in addressing such security concerns as over-fishing, organized crime, drug- and people-smuggling and environmental degradation." This sounds like policing that is targeting ordinary people and particularly Indigenous.
Trenton near Tyendinaga is Canada’s largest air force base which they intend to expand to put a NATO Forward Operating Base FOB there, where Globemasters can fly soldiers and equipment to war zones anywhere in the world.
Canada wants credibility with the Pentagon by working under them. Canadian soldiers must take orders from U.S. soldiers such as running over civilians in Afghanistan. Canada will go to war alongside "like minded" allies with or without UN approval, just like the US went to war on Iraq. Canada and the US have worked together since 1958 when they formed NORAD. This is right after the St. Lawrence Seaway blasted away our riverside for the benefit of industries that polluted the environment. Wild animals are now registered as toxic waste. Since then they work together on “Canada Command” and the “US Northern Command”.
In "Contributing to International Peace and Security," “stability abroad" means free, unfettered access to other people's territory and resources.
The compliant media tell us that Canadian soldiers are building schools and hospitals in Afghanistan. In fact they are guarding the hundreds of mining developments like Aynak Copper Mine just a few kilometres from Kabul. This mine was bought by the Chinese Metallurgical Corporation MCC for more than $3 billion U.S. Afghanistan has gold, iron, uranium, and copper, hydrocarbons like coal and the rare element, tantalum. Kanehsatake has a huge deposit of niobium, often found with tantalum.
Where will the money come from for the "New Long-Term Funding Framework"? Presumably, the loot from Afghanistan will help provide "increased, predictable long-term funding..."
”Failed and failing states, civil wars and global terrorism" are being created so the military planners can describe the world as “volatile and unpredictable”.
"Nuclear-capable adversarial states headed by unpredictable regimes are particularly worrisome" [especially the U.S.] "The pernicious influence of Islamist militants in key regions" is the scapegoat for their military buildup and to give Israelis an excuse to go into Iran.
"Full range of challenges" sounds a lot like putting down possible Indigenous and grassroots resistance to their insane strategy. Taxpayers contribute 10% of their income tax to the military. The Canada Pension Plan CPP and Ontario Secondary School Teachers Pension are invested in the military industry through the Carlyle Group, which just bought Bell.
With this the government is buying four C-17 Globemaster strategic lift aircraft,17 new C-130J Hercules tactical lift aircraft, 16 CH-47F Chinook helicopters, three replenishment ships, 2,300 trucks, up to 100 Leopard 2 tanks and 6–8 Arctic/offshore patrol ships." The US has dozens of the Globemasters to carry all their war people and equipment to the war zone. They can be stuffed with piles of bombs. 12% or $60 billion will buy other big toys like 65 new Fighter planes, search & rescue planes, UAV's, ships, trucks, weapons, bombs, communications equipment, radar and satellites.
$250 billion will go to 100,000 personnel by 2028. They want highly skilled needy individuals like the laid off factory workers from the car plants and those coming in from induced famines. They want to fast track immigration too.
"National Defence is the largest property holder in the federal government which is all on unsurrendered Indigenous territory. 21,000 buildings over 50 years old and crumbling, 13,500 works including 5,500 kilometres of roads, jetties, training areas, etc. and 800 parcels of land covering 2.25 million hectares will be replaced or replenished over the next 10 to 20 years.
It's about perpetual war. $40 billion will be spent on "infrastructure" like housing. $140 billion for "readiness" training. That's $7 billion per year! This does NOT include any costs for a new major war. NEW spending is required for that.
The "Strategic Investment Plan" is to coordinate all the military spending.
'Advantage Canada', will establish an elite military society based in the northern part of Turtle Island. Military industries like Boeing, Northrop Grumman and GM are lined up at DRDC for big research and development checks to spruce up Canada’s "global excellence". [See CADSI web site].
The Canadian war makers are courting corporate giants to bring them into the War Department to help them impose their plans. They will get big tax breaks and corporate welfare. Universities can grab funding too if they want to work on military projects. Might is not right! Land and resource ownership has been proven to be Indigenous and will always be. Force is being used to push through the big fraud. Canada is turning into a war economy. There’s no war, but they’re making one on Indigenous nations to continue stealing our land.

While Prime Minister Harper was reciting his apology in the House of Commons, a permanent injunction was being granted to the city of Brantford to stop us from going onto our own lands to stop illegal development and to bring in the army if necessary. What forked-tongued two-faced hypocrisy! Anywhere else in the world when a people are threatened with military force, it is a “declaration of war”.
Every Canadian benefited from these crimes against humanity. They came here from Europe with empty hands. Stephen Harper said, “We are planning to move on”. This means that the perpetrators of these heinous crime have to be prosecuted in the international courts. More important, Canada is bound to the original relationship as “visitors” to our land who made promises to live peacefully under the Two Row Wampum Agreement. We are the land and resources owners and they have to negotiate with us to extend their stay.
Our future is tied to the Kaianereh’ko:wa, the law of Onowaregeh, Turtle Island. We cannot “bury the hatchet”! Planned murders of our children by the church and state cannot be pardoned anywhere. Canada broke international law to which they are bound.
At this moment illegal deals are being made by the government and its puppet band councils to deceive the people. Fraud and corruption is used to privatize under NAFTA every unsurrendered river and stream in British Columbia to send our water to California.
Is this desperation because Canada and the U.S. or someone is trying to keep the colonial scam going? Canada absolved the churches of responsibilities. The program to murder school children and to put them in unmarked graves was not random. All the churches, Catholic, Anglican, Presbyterian and United, stepped up to the plate to do dirty deeds for the state. It was part of the “program” to remove us completely to claim Onowaregeh, Turtle Island. What kind of special education does it take to forget that it’s wrong to kill kids?
Harper admitted they did not know our culture, our traditions and did not respect our basic human rights. They still don’t. Now that they have clearly admitted to being “busted”, shouldn’t the genocide stop?
The colonizers must respect our sovereignty, identity and culture. To start, they must stop all uranium and diamond mining, clear cutting and contamination of our environment. Stop trying to put us away in jails and holding cells to punish us for protecting the environment. Every single piece of Turtle Island, our resources and possessions must be returned to us so we can regenerate the natural beauty and health of Turtle Island.
Nothing is going to change if they can help it. To stop racism and lies the true history has to be taught in every school. Our education and language programs have to be improved. Clean water and decent homes have to be provided to all of us. All the elements that work together to demoralize our young people and incite them to commit suicides have to be stopped.
Canada is going to put up a monument as a symbol of this apology. Take down those hideous monuments to the true murderers of our people like Champlain, Humphrey Gilbert, Laverendrye, DeDenonville, Amherst and other scoundrels. Towns are still named after these mass murderers. Get rid of that depiction of the tied up Indian in bondage on the Clock Tower of the Parliament Building. We cannot rebuild our nations on monuments or empty words. Real reconciliation means restoring the traditional homelands and resources of the various Indigenous people who have been dispossessed. Anything less is a farce.
Canada stage managed this performance. It was sickening to see colonial lap dog Phil Fontaine of the Assembly of First Nations accept Harper’s apology on our behalf. It was a pre-written script probably by government spinners. We were never asked if we wanted him to accept this apology or to even accept it. The supporting remarks were made by the heads of colonially funded “puppy dog” organizations that jump to their “master’s” commands.
The money being offered to some of the victims is our own money. Any profit from our lands held in trust is “blood money”. We want an economy. Stop depriving us and forcing us out of our communities. Release all our trust funds immediately. Everything that was “kicked back” to the Vatican must be returned to us. These churches that committed these atrocities have investments from our lands worth billions and have combined stock portfolios in the billion if not trillions. Release these to us. Give us our funds that the Canadian government holds as “trust funds”, namely the “Indian Fund”, the “Consolidated Revenue Fund” and the “Contingent Liability Fund”. Give us a full detailed accounting of everything from the beginning.
All levels of government should stop issuing illegal permits for exploitation of our lands and resources. Stop using our land and resources as collateral to borrow on international money markets.
The Queen and all the other “carpet baggers” who head the corporate criminal organizations that murder, rape and pillage us and our possessions should now be prosecuted in the international court for their crimes.
Our parents were threatened with imprisonment if they did not release their children to the control of the church and state. How long does it take to forget what our children saw – other children being murdered and even being forced to help bury them. They were deliberately given contagious diseases from which many died. There was out-and-out murder of over 50,000 at the hands of teachers, priests, nuns and staff. Our children were used in experiments by German doctors in the 1930’s and then disposed of. The children were threatened to never tell anyone about it.
It was the “I Apologize” Show, with Phil in a war bonnet, with smudging, all players with their scripts in hand and an audience seated strategically around. Someone on cue even yelled from the House of Commons gallery, “Way to go, Phil. You are our leader”. This government sanctioned desperado is not our leader! The sanitized plot did not include murder, torture, sterilization, kids witnessing killings and medical experiments on them.
You, the abusers, are in dire need of healing. In Australia the prime minister apologized to the Aborigines and they now live under a form of ‘martial law’! What will happen now when the army is brought in on us as happened in 1990?

MNN. June 8, 2008. The Canadian military base near Trenton, Ontario, Canada, was a make-work project in 1931 and part of preparations for World War II. In other words, the war was no accident. It was planned. It wasn’t all Hitler’s fault! Today the capitalists are sprucing up the old blueprint. They’re salivating at the thought of all the bags of money they’re going to make by killing people and imposing martial law.
One sign is the recent court order where the army will be brought in when 6 Nations demonstrate against illegal development on Haudenosaunee Territory. War games are being practiced on the main resisters, the Indigenous People.
Mike Collacutt writes on how to kill men, women and babies without even looking them in the eye. The military is creating “remote warfare”. He maps out the future fascist blending of military and law enforcement like NATO, the army and “government agencies” like the RCMP, the Canadian Border Security and others. The trend is to blur the lines between military and police. This is the road to a POLICE STATE.
The Trenton army base is on Haudenosaunee Territory near the Mohawk community of Tyendinaga on Lake Ontario. The construction of a huge jailhouse/holding facility in the middle of the community is designed to catch us and then who knows what! The sadists won’t have to go to “Abu Graib” to get their fix.
In 1997, the U.S. Senate and Congress were critical of the large amounts of money being spent by the Pentagon on “Unmanned Aerial Vehicle” [UAV] development. These are spy machines for “arm chair” generals to kill people. Suddenly the Twin Towers came down.
The “Post-9/11 Canada/United-States Bi-National Planning Group” is shaping the military. Future warfare involves chemical, nuclear, radiological or biological situations where people die by being attacked by unmanned flying machines.
“War” is a money-making racket for the military-industrial-corporate-banking-colonial government complex. Canada is part of the U.S.’s “national concerns”. It could stage another “pretext event” followed by an all out invasion of Canada, calling it “terrorism”.
According to an October 2005 article at aviation.ca, a Canadian aviation news web site, in February 2005 following General Rick Hillier's appointment as Chief of Defense Staff [CDS] the federal budget went to $12.8 billion in new spending over a five year period. The “Aerospace Warfare Centre” was started then at Trenton.
“Trenton 8 Wing" [name of the base] has a payroll of over $110 million annually supposedly spent in the Quinte area. As the rest of Ontario goes downhill, Trenton gets richer by creating a military economy.
Trenton base already has a large international airport. Planned are more runways, hangars and training spaces for bigger planes like NATO's Boeing 707's. An average of 23 million pounds of freight and 42,000 passengers a year go through No. 2 “Air Movements Squadron” at Trenton. They are mostly classified visitors or goods with top secret processing.
The “Canadian Airforce Journal” spring 2008 issue looks at the possibility of a NATO Forward Operating Base [FOB] being set up in Canada. Whose dreams are these? They’ve never been discussed in Parliament or reported on the news. It offers training and space for international air forces to practice their war games by bombing, contaminating and desecrating our land without our permission.
Canada already puts $33 million annually into the “NATO Airborne Early Warning Force” [NAEWF] in Germany and $43 million on the NATO “Security Investment Program” [NSIP]. [2004 figures]. Collacutt wants Canada to cash in on NATO's surveillance development and to get E-3A AWACS and other anti-highjack, anti-terrorist and “Unmanned Aerial Vehicle” [UAV] training!
He suggests Canada get NATO to build one or more E-3A FOB's in strategic locations like North Bay or Trenton, both in Ontario, Shearwater, Newfoundland, Greenwood, Nova Scotia, Bagotville, Quebec and Comox, British Columbia.
Canada could rapidly become a centre for the NATO Response Force [NRF] training or Data Link (Link 16). The Link 16 ”Joint Tactical Information Distribution System” [JTIDS] allows large volumes of information to be transmitted in seconds and shared between AWACS allied aircraft.
Canada could designate “No. 22 Wing North Bay” as their NATO Forward Operating Base [FOB] for the “NATO Airborne Early Warning Force” [NAEWF]. North Bay can do surveillance of major urban centres and offer E-3 access to fighter aircrafts in Bagotville [Quebec] and Cold Lake [Alberta] and training opportunities south of the border. Why do they need that? How secretive does a democracy have to be?
Since Canada donates to the NATO Security Investment Program (NSIP), Collacutt figures Canada should get more out of it. Why? Do they want their share of dead bodies?
UAV's are a big part of this endless warfare against phantoms. The E-3A Component of NATO “Airborne Warning And Control System” [AWACS] consists of 17 Boeing 707's fitted with tons of surveillance equipment and room for a crew of 24 highly skilled technicians. Each “super spy” plane has a rotating “roto dome” on top with antennae. The plane is powered by four Pratt & Whitney turbofan engines. They use IBM command and control multiprocessing super computers. Boeing just got a $65 million contract to make “ScanEagles” UAVs for the US Navy.
Collacutt says "asymmetric threats" justify all this nonsense. [What’s this? Is a balanced threat less dangerous?] The Canadian presence in Afghanistan could provoke retaliation. But then Canada is supposedly “helping” Afghans!
Collacutt urges Canada to “link the North American Aerospace Defense Command [NORAD], civilian air traffic control, military “C2”, (Command & Control) and the RCMP in anti-highjack or asymmetric support-related exercise” to defend Canada!! We’d be interested in knowing how is Canada going to defend itself from the U.S.?
Contenders for Indigenous Arctic sovereignty are Russia, Denmark, Canada and the US. Collacutt wants the NATO FOB to conduct surveillance to “help validate our sovereignty" in the Arctic! The Inuit already have Arctic sovereignty. Year round shipping routes through the NorthWest Passage are becoming a reality with global warming or weather modification.
Collacutt gets bolder, the Nato Security Investment Program [NSIP] could be LEGITIMIZED by providing NATO “AIRHEAD” [That about sums it up!] for CC130 and C17 flights at Shearwater to move troops and resources. Greece, Turkey, Norway, and Italy host NATO’s FOB's.
When will the mysterious JTF2 based at Dwyer Hill outside Ottawa be moved to Trenton? The 2001 Federal Budget allocated approximately $120 million over six years for JTF2 following 911. It’s to defend Canada against terrorism on land, sea and air at home and abroad. Once again, we want to know how can Canada defend itself from the U.S.?
UAV's are real. In the May 27/08 aviation.ca, Pratt & Whitney Canada of Longueil, Quebec signed a 5-year deal with a German company, MTU Aero Engines GmbH, to get on the UAV “gravy train” in Europe. They already provide engines and customer service for the EADS Deutschland GmbH Barracuda UAV program. Pratt & Whitney is part of U.S. firm, United Technologies.
In May, 2008, the US Air Force Association (AFA) put out a story that the Predator UAV is two years ahead of schedule. [Man! They’re anxious to try to knock our heads off!] They operate from Nevada so that Americans don’t need to risk their lives on the frontlines in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The story told that the Air National Guard is using the Predator in five states "to keep America safe from drug dealers and illegal immigrants", while harassing Indigenous communities on the US-Mexico border. Machines are being sent out on the desert to kill people who are looking for a drink of water.
The Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a civilian agency, works with the Air National Guard, a part of the military. In May, the 201st RED HORSE Squadron from Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa. arrived in California to finish a firing range for border protection. They trained with the local volunteer group, “Mountain Minutemen's Patriot Point Posse”, to use the Predator’s unmanned combat aerial vehicles [UCAV], to "protect America".
In 1997 AFA reported that the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office [DARO] UAVs make a difference in the way you fight, in the way you think”. You don’t have to see your victims! Do these guys use their brains? We thought it was just a bunch of male hormones on overdrive!
21st Century warfare uses machines to kill grannies and kids, without even looking in our faces. It’s escalating. Canada is following the same path. When will the people have enough?

On May 21, 2008, JSM Electrical Ltd. of St. John's, Newfoundland, got the $1,800,000 contract to do electrical upgrades there. The owner, Jim Murray, posts only a post office box, email, phone and fax numbers. On May 16, 2008, Trenchline Construction Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ontario got the $228,000 contract to "revise the fuel farm" at Trenton base!! It works on military bases and builds prisons. MNN. May 31, 2008. Last November 2007 the Six Nations Confederacy reminded the Mississauga that Toronto sits on part of Haudenosaunee Territory. We refused to give up the 372 square miles of land on Lake Ontario. In 1787 the British brought in the Mississauga who are Algonquian from northern Ontario and got them to fraudulently sell our land to them. The Mississauga said, “It’s not our land, but we’d be glad to sell it to you!” They accepted L1,700 pounds and signed a blank sheet of paper. Why? Because they knew it wasn’t theirs.
Now 221 years later Toronto is trying to buy it again because it wasn’t done “right” the first time. Once again, the colonists are trying to buy it from the Algonquian “misclaimers”.
The “Toronto Purchase of 1787 & 1805” and an area 12, 944, 400 acres in south and central Ontario known as the “Williams Treaty” of 1923 are part of this shady land deal. Another “tall tale” is about the Toronto Islands which Toronto wants to buy from the Mississauga. This is a group of 15 islands amounting to 332 acres about 1.6 km south of downtown Toronto. It was originally a peninsula made up of eroded sand and gravel carried west from the Scarborough Bluffs. In 1858 a violent storm separated the mainland from the islands. Since then the islands have been doubled in size. It is now an 8 km hook broken on the inside into tiny lagoons and islets. City Centre Airport is on the northwest area. Toronto then known as “York” was built inland protected by the old peninsula.
The Mississauga even put in a claim to the two homes in Burlington of Mohawk traitor, Joseph Brant. Though we know this sell-out to the British is a treasonous bastard, his house and land still belong to us. We could turn it into a “Treason Museum” and display the 1805 Confederacy declaration signed by all 50 chiefs that he is a traitor to our people. He sold and gave away our land to his British army buddies and American UEL friends.
Involved in this real estate “swindle” are the following Algonquian culprits, the communities of Hiawatha, Scugog, Alderville, Curve Lake, New Credit First Nation, Chippewa Nation of Georgina Island, Christian Island, Rama as well as Moose Deer Point.
In 1784 Joseph Brant did state that the Haldimand Tract and the land between the three lakes was already Six Nations Land under protection from encroachment by squatters by the King, the Nan Fan Treaty, Peace Treaty of Montreal 1701, the 1725 Treaty, the Silver Covent Chain and the Royal Proclamation of 1763. These all affirmed that the original “Beaver Hunting Grounds” of the eastern half of Onowaregeh/Turtle Island remains under the sovereignty of the Kaianereh’ko:wa, the Great Law, as maintained by the Six Nations Confederacy, our friends and allies. [See list below]. None of our land can ever be given up.
The Haudenosaunee and the Algonquian are descended from the “Paleo”. There were three branches: two were called “Clovis” and “Folsom” who developed into the “Laurentian Archaic”, the ancestors of the Haudenosaunee. The evidence indicates we are older than the Algonquians.
The “Shield Archaic” developed into the “ Plano Paleo” who are the ancestors of the Anishnawbek/Algonquian, who came from the western plains.
The two cultures also developed vastly different burial practices. The Laurentian Archaic/Haudenosaunee built elaborate burial and ceremonial mounds to honor our dead.
The Shield Archaic/Algonquian cremated their dead. Their original area is rocky, with little soil and very cold, which did not lend itself to building large burial or ceremonial mounds. After they became Christians, they buried their people in Haudenosaunee grounds.
A traditional migration story known as the “Wallum Olum” tells of a time when the “Le Nape”, the ancestors of all the Algonquian, were located at the head waters of the Mississippi River and in the Lake of the Woods in northwestern Ontario. They moved southward to the bank of the Mississippi River. On the east side of the “Great River” was a giant race of people known as the “Alleghans”, also called “Alligwi”, who are our Iroquoian ancestors. The Alleghans lived throughout the Ohio River valley which converged with the Mississippi River. They followed the course to its source in the Alleghany Mountains which they called the “Grandfather”. Our territory is from the Mississippi River to the east coast of Onowaregeh, Turtle Island.
To the north of the Alleghans were the “Mengwe” [the ancestors of the Wendats] another of our Iroquoian relatives. The Le Nape asked the Mengwe to help them get permission to cross the Mississippi and pass through the land of the Alleghans. They got permission for “safe passage”. With our help it took many years for the Le Nape to migrate to the East Coast. From there they moved northward on their way back to their homeland in the Canadian Shield and the western prairies.
When the Le Nape reached the east coast, they branched off into other Algonquian speaking people. The Delaware, in their language, refer to themselves as the “grandfathers” of all the Algonquian. They became matrilineal like the Iroquois. They even picked up a few souvenirs from the Mengwi and Alligwi like wooden carved masks which they had never used before in their ceremonies.
Some of the direct Haudenosaunee ancestors of the Alleghans/Alligwi are the Erie-Alligiwi (aka Cherokee and Choctaw) and the Erie-Neutral (Susquehannock, Conestoga, Wenro). [See previous MNN article posted in "Sharbot Lake 2008" category dated May 28, 2008 for full list]. The Alligwi and the Mengwe (Six Nations and Wendat) converged to form the “People of the Longhouse”. Our world view and ceremonies are more elaborate and completely different from the Anishnawbek.
The Ontario Ministry of Culture confirmed in 2004 that there are no old Mississauga burial sites in the Toronto area. How could there be when they cremated their dead? There are hundreds of Haudenosaunee burial and village sites throughout Southern Ontario and south of the Ottawa River.
The Mississauga are being paid to invent history and say they are the original owners of all Haudenosaunee land in Southern Ontario and the land between the three lakes, Ontario, Erie and Huron. What a big farce! In 2006 Indian Affairs paid them $12 million plus for our land around the mouth of the Credit River and to keep their barefaced lying mouths shut! These “fibsters” are about to receive $15 billion for the “Toronto Purchase”. It is purported that they plan to build a huge industrial park for the military industry.
The Six Nations Grand River Confederacy contacted Bryan “An-Indian-who-tells-a-white-lie-for-owista[money]” LaForme, the “big cheese” of the Mississauga of New Credit, to discuss this false land scam. He practically told them to “go f—k themselves” and to talk to his white lawyer, Kim Fullerton [contact info below] who never returned any calls.
Then in October 2007 documents were taken to the “Toronto Aboriginal Affairs Committee” meeting to present to Mr. “B.S.” LaForme. It was about the “Thunderbird Mound” located on the village site of Taiaiagon in Toronto, [See map below] a Seneca-Mohawk village site on the Humber River dating back to 1687. He glanced at it, left it on the table and walked out.
Researchers, archeologists, educators, politicians and traditional people from both Haudenosaunee and Anishnawbek confirm that the Mississauga are not from the Toronto area or from Southern Ontario . At the December 2, 2007 “Toronto Pow-wow”, Bryan “Liar-Liar-Pants-on-Fire” LaForme publicly said with a flapping salivating “forked tongue” that “Toronto is the traditional territory of the Mississauga of New Credit”. He choked out this fiction in front of several Haudenosaunee chiefs from Six Nations.
The Mississauga is a “rogue” band. On their website they state that they originated from the Mississippi River region of the Lake Superior highlands. They admit coming from the north into Southern Ontario. In 1784 their own Chiefs acknowledged they were not the owners of the land known as the Toronto Purchase, the Haldimand Tract or the land between the three lakes. Two leaders of the Algonquian “Three Fires Confederacy” also confirm that the Mississauga is not a member of their alliance.
According to our law, our land can never be alienated to any one as it is held by the women for the children yet to be born. The Haldimand Proclamation of 1784 was meant to protect the Mohawks, our posterity and those we invite to live with us from encroachment by the colonists. The Haldimand Tract is part of the vast Haudenosaunee Territory.
Six Nations Confederacy acknowledges that in 1740 the Cayuga brought the Mississauga in as a “refugee nation” under the protection of the “Great Peace”. The Mississauga came to Southern Ontario onto the “Haldimand Tract”, after the whites kicked them out of Credit River in 1848. The Mississauga told the Confederacy that they were only “camping out overnight” and were on their way to the Detroit River, from where they were heading back northward to their homeland. They asked many times to extend their visit and never left.
In the Great Law translation by A.C. Parker, the adoption of a “foreign” nation is temporary. The Mississauga remained under our protection as long as they respected the Great Law and our Confederacy. Now they are illegally assuming “acquired squatters rights” just like their masters, the colonists, who tell them, “You’ve been here for so long it’s yours now. So sell it to us”. There is no “squatters rights”! They have broken the conditions of their visit. They have to come to us for permission to stay. We have warned and given them a chance to live up to their adoption agreement. If they refuse to uphold the Great Law, we can’t protect them anymore. We must expel them from our territory and tell them to find their way home.
In 1780 the Mississauga left their wampum behind for the Confederacy Council to hold. They never returned to take care of visitation matters. Should the “black beads” be held over their heads, they must come to us and make things right so they can catch the beads before they hit the ground.

THE PEACE OF MONTREAL 1701. The Iroquois of the League were the leaders in the negotiations with the French and other nations of the Great Lakes. The Algonquian have no power to make any treaties or agreements without consulting the Iroquois and all the signatories within the Peace Treaty of Montreal 1701 area. Should they do so their protection and treaty rights under the treaty end. Their land claims and arbitrary arrangements with any colonial government is fraudulent.
