Canada’s intruders call glaring termination of our people “progress”. So let’s realize we are dealing with criminal minds here. We may be forced to defend ourselves lives and our sovereignty because we stand with creation. We suffered and died by the horrors inflicted by the intruders’ genocide plan to get us out of the way, to steal our earth mother from us. We were starved, deprived and killed, but soome persevered. Today we survivors stand as free and equal people, no matter how many attacks the intruders launched against us. Sovereignty means we and creation together have supreme power over ourselves and our land. We fought their 100 year plan of total genocide called “the final solution to the Indian problem” of October 26th 1924. Turtle island belongs to us and creation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We were never conquered. The intruders did not treat us as human beings and are secretly planning to try again to wipe us out. We will stand with our earth mother as we always have though they continue to try to kill, harass and humiliate us. Some who survived these horrors are standing with us. These intruders left their slave masters in Europe because they could not survive this kind of mistreatment. They came here and gave us the same treatment they got. Without our permission, Canada, with the help of their<\/em> corporate Assembly of First Nations sell-outs and their <\/em>imposed ‘band councils’ system in our communities, have made another counterfeit bill drafted to extinguish<\/em> the Indian Act, turn reserves into tax paying fee-simple municipalities, do away with agreements with us, remove UNDRIP, surrender us to the crown, and turn their band councils into city councils. If the intruders want to stay, they have to live according to the kaianerekowa, the great peace, and respect our ways. We will express ourselves calmly or forcefully when necessary to those who violate our sovereignty. We never invited these intruders to our land nor attacked them. We always defend ourselves. Some of them became free thinkers like us. Some began to love our land and our people. The majority went along with these assassinations to assert their genocide plan to create their corporate economy. The attacks and lies continue. Over 90% of our people in the Western Hemisphere were annihilated by them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now their descendants are staging another coup to complete their genocide program. We don’t want war. We will continue to resist the colonists. They brought death and devastation to us to try to turn us us into slaves and take everything we have. They destroyed our land, water, animals and almost all of life on turtle island, killing over 150 million of our people in the Western Hemisphere, from Pole to Pole, ocean to ocean, the biggest genocide in history. The intruders do not criticize their mouthpieces or perpetrators who openly threaten to destroy some of the greatest civilizations of the Western Hemisphere. Let’s remember, their job is to create confusion among us, and between us and Canadians.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our civilization belongs to each one of us. The intruders want everything in the world for themselves, to name every place after themselves and hide their crimes and our bodies. Our original indigenous names and languages will fully return. They will be held accountable for their crimes against us and nature. The intruders found a way to use their phoney form of ‘democracy’ to kill and attack our people to destroy the world. “Reservations” and Residential schools which we call “prisoners of war” and “death camps” are part of the genocide plan to take away all evidence of our existence. They murdered us and our children without regard for our pain and suffering. Through this chaos we maintained our natural ways. They are on the wrong side of history.\u00a0 These mass murderers will never be forgiven or forgotten. We say to them, “You will <\/strong>return to your homelands where you belong”.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are a people of peace. We and creation developed the kaianerekowa, the greatest democracy ever made for the whole world. Until 1982 they considered us as animals, not people, their military forcing us into pens [reserves] like cattle to dispose of us. The “Indian Act” genocide plan is in the law books of Canada which Canadians vote for. Now corporate Canada plans to put in place Duncan Campbell Scott’s “Final solution to the Indian problem”: to turn our land into a mass burial ground, turning our communities into tax paying municipalities to remove us, take away our recognition as original people and turn our land over to international bankers to dig up our resources and criss-cross our land with their pipelines, trucks and sea routes.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The intruders told us they were seeking “freedom” while breaking every promise to us and then denying it. These trespassers deliberately created hurt, pain and death to us. Both the US Supreme Court and Constitution of Canada acknowledge that we are sovereign since time immemorial to infinity, that we retain our authority to govern turtle island affairs and enforce our original laws, regulate our economic activities and our jurisdiction on all of turtle island and dictate the terms by which we engage with any intruding parties. Both the US and Canada do not exist. Canadiens are “squatters”. We exist! Our DNA tells the world that we belong here.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Indigenous and political sovereignty and authority is our inherent right to govern ourselves, we have always been the caretakers of our land from time immemorial to the end of time. Section 35 of the Constitution of Canada\u00a0 recognizes our sovereignty and self-determination, Section 52 provides that Canada is “null and void”. The foolish intruders call us animals without souls. Whereas, in fact, Parliament, Congress and the Crown do not exist on turtle island. She is our<\/em> earth mother.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have a true democracy of equality and peace passed down to us from our ancestors which requires 100% agreement of the people based on the natural way of dealing with every issue that affects the entire society. Both US and Canada are corporations of fascist hierarchical states made up of majority ruling institutions run by the banks. We are calling for reunification of both North and South America of our people which is remembered and will be enforced by us. The intruders will deal with us and be accountable to us and stop misbehaving. Yes, we and creation are still here standing together.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The monstrous horror they committed must be investigated by free indigenous people to place the guilt and accountability where it belongs, on the church and state and those behind the scenes, free from external control or influence. Everybody in the world will learn the truth about how these genocides of our missing and murdered children in the government run residential school programs, hospitals and other programs to reveal the full scale and continuing program to permanently remove us from our continent.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The great peace teaches us to have families and multiple siblings, to have disagreements, sort them out, work at getting along leading to strong bonds, create good guidance and membership in our communities, be good friends and mates who can quarrel and make up. Our traditions teach us to live peaceful, loving lives. We know how to stop these foreign ‘loudmouths’ and their string pullers from being a threat to us and all <\/strong>species of the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our families were deliberately decimated by these intruders entering our lands with their weapons to wipe us off the face of the earth. They are still doing it. Corporate governments of Canada and US authorized without our permission to use our children for various experimental treatments like the CIA funded MKUltra Death Program. We were grabbed, put in cages called “residential schools” far away from our families, sterilized, “scooped” up for adoptions or deathly medical and wartime treatments without our permission, not even allowing us to give them decent traditional burials or even tell us of their murders.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

As thahoketoteh sings, “I speak to you now proud and peacefully, reminding of the lessons our ancestors gave, about acknowledgement and respect, and the four races as they intersect. From the path behind us to the one that lies ahead, let us acknowledge sovereignty on the road we tread. But hold our heads high as we move along thinking with one mind, as we sing our song. We are glad to say and we say loud and clear through all the sadness, we are still here…the final solution to the Indian problem is not to missionize, Christianize, socialize, minimize, legislate, assimilate, economize, genocide: <\/strong><\/em>We <\/strong>won’t let it happen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[1] One of the first plans of the European intruders to turtle island was the “Gradual Civilization Act of 1857” to steal and control us and all our lands, governance and daily lives. Then we were made “wards” of the state by the Indian Act in 1876 Section 91[24] with total authority over “Indians and Lands Reserved for the Indians” and our indian Trust Funds were seized to build Canada for the intruders.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[2] The truth is the truth. We want to know about colonial corporate Canadian government policy of genocide in action. Aftere all. we’re the victims. Now what they did to us is happening to them and it bothers them!\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[3] The Corporation of Canada continues its “100 year plan” called the “The Final Solution to the Indian Problem” from October 24, 1924 to October 24, 2024. It is the basis for the super lie being thrown at us in Ottawa by Prime Minister Mark Carney, the ten premiers of the provinces of colonial Canada and the Assembly of First Nations. Duncan Campbell Scott was the Deputy Superintendent of Indian Affairs from 1913 to 1932 who enforced this policy of forced assimilation and death, the goal being “until there is not a single Indian left in Canada and there is no Indian question and no Indian department”: mainly by military attacks, then forced attendance at Indian residential schools, mandatory adoptions by the intruders, language and cultural suppression, enfranchisement to dissolve our Indian identity to carry out the total disappearance of the Indian race from turtle island..\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[4] Not one of them is in jail for their genocide of us. We could do a referendum to send them back where they came from which would be valid. Both Canada, USA and all its laws do not exist in their own words. Both treaties and land claims don’t exist. That’s why there are wars, claims for money and drugs. When the intruders return to their homelands or live by the kaianerekowa there will be peace for us.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[5] What about all the Canadians who murdered us and are profiting and now going to take everything else we have from us? No one has a right to kill us and take all our possessions. Women are deliberately murdered to stop us continuing our race. We will never negotiate with anybody on any of our basic great peace principles, such as selling turtle island. Our earth mother is not for sale. Our kaianerekowa business plan does not allow this. These criminal acts cannot be reconciled according to the Admiralty Law system, which is for private and commercial business disputes on the ocean.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[6] The Indian Act is the “blood quantum” procedure copied by South Africa called “apartheid”. Canada runs its Indian police on this system. Canada is a private corporation, like Rogers, Tim Horton, Canadian Tire, etc. The banks own 51% of each municipality, listed as the trustees for the shareholders and owners. D.C. Scott should be dug up while we listen to Randy Travis sing “Digging Up Bones” and send him back to Scotland. He made genocide legal and Canada still follows his business plan.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

{7} Bankers like Carney created this whole “Matrix”, this unreality we are forced to live in. The Matrix owns every municipality through the identity cards we are forced to carry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

{8} Carney and his criminal crew avoid the truth. They can’t talk about it or they would be liable for criminal punishment under their Admiralty Law system. How do we get rid of them? Where did they get the right to kill us? And why are they profiting from these mass murders. They belong in jail instead of profiting from our deaths. They cannot be forgiven which they call “Reconciliation” which is really amnesty for all their crimes. Their policemen and soldiers are trained to be their professional killers.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[9] The weather is the natural spirit. Natural forces may take over. Suffer bankruptcy for their crimes. The army had no business coming into our community like Kanesatake or anywhere else with guns blazing, committing war crimes. We will stand up. Those before us stood up. Let’s do a referendum and send them where they and their ancestors came from.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[10] Now let’s all stand up today for a minute of silence for all the babies, children, people who were experimented on, murdered, violated, damaged, deliberately traumatized and put in this unreal matrix by these people who want our earth mother.
