He\u2019s looking for excuses to throw out Jones v Parmley 98CV374. He let our lawyers Hoffman, Anello, Peiken and the rest drop us for not taking the NYS settlement to stop the trial. We pro se have no money, no lawyers, no know-how in corporate law. We are the victims of the para-military INDIAN Detail attack in 1997. The trial has been delayed for almost 20 years without explanation. To get a fair trial this case belongs in a dispute resolution court.<\/p>\n
