style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>nation.\u00a0 Withdrawing from the treaties is entirely legal.\u00a0 It is<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>within the <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>laws on treaties passed at the Vienna Convention and put<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>into effect <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>by the U.S. and the rest of the international community #333333;\"><strong>to accept payment estimated close to $1 billion to give up their<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>sovereignty and nationhood.\u00a0\u00a0 Offering to buy us out means they are<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>acknowledging our sovereignty.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>They declared the obvious.\u00a0 The lands belong to the various Indigenous<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>peoples and are clearly defined by the treaties.\u00a0 Where there are no<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>treaties, the U.S. and Canada are squatters.\u00a0 Plain and simple!\u00a0 The<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>indigenous people have the same rights under international law as<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>anyone else, whether a country chooses to acknowledge it or not,<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>as in South Africa .\u00a0 Our vast tracts of land, which have been cared<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>for by our ancestors, continue to be ours despite the delusional<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>fraudulent claims of the colonizing states.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Treaties concluded through bribery and with colonial puppets,<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>instead of with valid representatives of our people, are not legal.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>It should be borne in mind that most, not all, of the treaties ever<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>made with the colonizers granted them only very limited rights<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>that fall far short of the greedy advantages they imagined.\u00a0 They<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>had no intention of\u00a0ever living up to any treaty.\u00a0\u00a0They were hell<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>bent on stealing everything.\u00a0 The U.S. and Canada came as<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>profiteers and fraudulently tried\u00a0to steal all our assets.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Such documents were concocted in clear violation of international<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>law then and now. This requires the informed consent of the people<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>concerned.\u00a0 No state can incorporate another unless a clear majority<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>of the people has expressed consent through fairly conducted<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>democratic processes based on a clear question.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>The Six Nations Confederacy and the Algonquins are the title<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>holders of most of the eastern half of what is known as the colonies<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>of Canada and northeastern U.S.\u00a0\u00a0 Our Indigenous laws prohibit<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>alienation of our lands.\u00a0 We hold them as trustees for the coming<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>unborn generations.\u00a0 We refuse to surrender our lands.\u00a0 The<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>implementation of the Indian Act and federal Indian law is genocidal.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>According to article VI of the U.S. Constitution, treaties represent the<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Supreme Law of the Land binding each party to an inviolable<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>international relationship.\u00a0 Those without treaties with the colonists<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>hold their lands independent and free.\u00a0 The only legal authority is<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Indigenous.\u00a0 Article II sets out the primary nation-to-nation relationship.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>In Canada Section 109 of the British North America Act 1867 respects<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>the primary authority of the Indigenous peoples.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span Indigenous<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Peoples by \u201cclerical\u201d action, edicts and pronouncements\u00a0violating<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>our international treaty rights and authority.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>The Lakota declaration of withdrawal from the Treaty of Laramie 1868<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>is vested in the power of the Lakota people and the children.\u00a0 One<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>individual does not represent the nation.\u00a0 The nation represents the<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>individual.\u00a0 The withdrawal is for the people, elders, mothers, fathers<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>and children including the unborn faces beneath the ground.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>The Treaty of Laramie was never honored.\u00a0 It\u2019s been a colonial<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>catastrophe, <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>which was not its intent on our part.\u00a0 Indigenous children<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>are still being taken away putting them out of balance from learning<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>the traditional life ways.\u00a0 The true way is to be free and left to govern<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>and look after our own with the teachings of the animal nations.\u00a0 This<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>is about the Lakota Nation and the Animal People who are no longer<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>here.\u00a0 \u201cWe are the Lakota Nation of Nebraska , North Dakota , South Dakota ,<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Wyoming and Montana \u201d. \u00a0We are alerting the Family of Nations of our<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>action with the backing of Indigenous, international and U.S. law.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Should all Indigenous nations of Onowaregeh, Turtle Island , assert our<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>freedom and independence, what would happen?\u00a0 The action of the<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u201cLakota\u201d is going to have repercussions far and wide.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>The colonists would go out of business, especially the oligarchs.\u00a0 They<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>would have to work out agreements with all the Indigenous people on<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>whose land they are squatting.\u00a0 Indigenous \u201cliens\u201d on buildings,<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>development, resource extraction and all activities on our land will have<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>to be governed and executed by us.\u00a0 Each Indigenous nation will assert<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>our power over our lands, assets and resources.\u00a0 The colonies of U.S.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>and Canada will just have to become law abiding.\u00a0 They will have to learn<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>to respect indigenous and international law.\u00a0 This will not bring a<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>catastrophe for the ordinary people living on our land.\u00a0 They just have to<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>come to terms with the reality that they are living within our jurisdiction,<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>that they are visitors on our land and that they are required to follow our<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>law.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The pointlessness of their former reliance on their handpicked \u201cIndian\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">puppets set up by the colonial Indian Act band councils and federal<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Indian law tribal councils will become obvious. \u00a0These sell-outs will have<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">to live amongst their relatives without colonial power and support.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Whisky, money and guns will lose their mystical attraction.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: x-large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Lakota call upon the world to support this struggle for sovereignty<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">and treaty rights.\u00a0 They pledge their assistance to all sovereign people<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">who seek their independence.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>The Lakota have invited those living on their lands to join them.\u00a0 Lakota<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>will issue permits to them, passports, driver\u2019s licenses and other<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>documents.\u00a0 Living there would be tax free providing the residents<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>renounce their U.S. citizenship.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Lakotah are to open negotiations with the State Department of the<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">U.S. government to establish diplomatic relations.\u00a0 They are setting up<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">offices in Washington and New York City .\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Are we going to see the other nations of Turtle Island asserting<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>sovereignty?\u00a0 Don\u2019t let those \u201cdirty rotten lawyers\u201d meddle or intervene.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>They\u2019re not the ones who decide what the law is.\u00a0 The law belongs to the<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv0071696893MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>people.\u00a0 As our ancestors told us, \u201cOne nation will take the issue so
