MNN.\u00a0\u00a0On May 18, 2012, we stopped playing their games in their artificial court.\u00a0\u00a0We came out with a little bit of their guilt money.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
Exactly fifteen years ago, On May 18, 1997 we were attacked by New York State Troopers.\u00a0\u00a097 of us brought charges against them in the NYS Northern District Court.\u00a0\u00a0Five have since died.<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
We people of all Iroquois Confederacy nations had gathered at the property of Andrew Jones on Onondaga Territory for a traditional ceremony.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
As the sacred fire on private land burned, Oren Lyons and the Onondaga Confederacy Chiefs sent in the radical New York State Troopers to terrorize and attack us, using NYS Gestapo tactics.\u00a0\u00a0Our freedom of speech, religion and assembly were violated.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
The beatings, false arrests and denial of medical attention were video taped.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
We, the men, women children and some babies were on the other end of NYS vicious assault.\u00a0\u00a0They were like seal hunters trying to fatally harm us.\u00a0\u00a0Our children were hurt.\u00a0\u00a0Many were almost beaten to death.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We could not fight back because small children were running in our midst.\u00a0While holding down an elder, a Trooper tried to snap his neck.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
The Troopers said they were immune from being sued.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0They lost at the first level, appealed and lost again.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
On April 8, 2008 Judge George H. Lowe heard the evidence and decided that, if it went to court, we would win, sometime in the future.\u00a0\u00a0They\u2019re waiting for us to die off, and put it over to the next generation, telling us, \u201cGet over it\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
The case was never about money.\u00a0\u00a0Their system protects their puppets who protect them.\u00a0\u00a0Their whole artificial admiralty system looks out for them.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
We must deal with our criminal traitors, to take full responsibility for their brutality.\u00a0\u00a0Some day, the War Chief holding a bunch of black wampum strings will say to the erring chief[s], \u201cYou have not listened to the Women and Men of the nations.\u00a0\u00a0This wampum shall be dropped. If you don\u2019t grab it before it hits the floor, and come to a good mind with us\u201d, the men shall bash the erring chiefs to death with a war club. [Wampum 59, Great Law].\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
Ronnie Jones, the outspoken father of Andrew Jones,\u00a0\u00a0tried to bring the issue of federal and state oppression by their corporate Indians, the Onondaga chiefs, before the UN.\u00a0\u00a0A day after his return, he was ritualistically executed in his home.\u00a0\u00a0His hands and feet were cut off and his stomach was sliced open.\u00a0\u00a0His papers and documents were spread over his body and set on fire. Ronnie Jones did not die in vain.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
NYS wants to deduct from the payout the cost of state medical care given to those they viciously beat, to pay for their own beating.\u00a0\u00a0We are challenging this.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
NYS agreed to sensitivity workshops to learn about us, our history, sovereignty and economic issues.\u00a0\u00a0The people who brutally attacked us up shall select the trainers, advisers, designers and content.\u00a0\u00a0[We are not stupid!]\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
We had to get out of their boat and remain in our canoe.\u00a0\u00a0We refuse to let them try to steer us.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
In \u201cThe River\u201d by Thahoketoh:\u00a0\u00a0\u201cThe river of life has many falls, twists and turns and steep walls.\u00a0\u00a0We travel down it in our own way.\u00a0\u00a0The same has been from the very first day.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ll stay in my canoe.\u00a0\u00a0You stay in your boat.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0I only hope you stay afloat.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ll smile at you.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You wave at me.\u00a0We\u2019ll continue on toward the sea.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
