AN EYE FOR AN EYE

MNN. May __ 2025. The title “Eye for an eye” is not our way. There is another way. I came from the womb of my ancestors. I am descended from one of the oldest living cultures in the world. We follow the original thoughts of our ancestors, we are each sovereign onto ourselves, we are each born caretakers of all turtle island, not beholden to a prime minister or a president or a  king or any oligarch. We are self-determined, on our own separate journey, with the strength of our indigenous people, with the fire of our ancestors in our bones. I am a daughter, sister, mother, auntie, story teller, knowledge keeper, and warrior woman. At this stage I am an elder. The public always want us to tell our story as traumatized victims bound by adversity. What i say to you comes from the kanienkeha kahnistensera. Mohawk Mothers. We are seen as a problem to be managed. We are each sovereign and matriarchal. To have what belongs to us, we are expected to prostitute our trauma, to perform our pain for the colonists, not to be seen as strong so we can be portrayed as a race of inept and underclass people. The first prime minister John A. MacDonald called us “savages” and made us wards of the state to take our land, resources and Indian Trust Funds, while at the  same time Canada fraudulently proclaims equality and freedom for everyone, except us. He is the first Crime Minister.

We are the original people and this is what the scavengers from Europe called us to make the blueprint for the biggest genocide on earth of 150 million indigenous people from pole to pole, ocean to ocean. 

This is the violence of the imported corporate majority rules governing system that surrounds us. This system rewards our suffering and punishes our resilience. It does not work for us. I am giving you some of my warrior mind, my power as a woman, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I am not here to ask for permission. I am here to start a feminine uprising. You are hearing about some of our journey of the ongoing genocide that continues in the universities so they can get  funding from the corporate government, from the taxpayers and from our Indian trust fund. You already know about how the intruders to our l land murdered us and began their program to try to make us helpless broken survivors. We and creation are powerful beyond measure. I am alive to remind the world that indigenous women will rise. This is not a gesture. It is a global necessity. 

How do we deal with the “Final solution to the Indian problem” in the US and Canada by those who form the bloodlines which created the corporations that privately hold Canada and the United States. Right now the project of the ultimate oligarchs is falling apart. We can see it, smell it, hear it, feel it, it’s in the air!

The ignorance of the Mass Murders of Indigenous people has made North Americans into fools through the cobweb of lies they have spun to hide their crimes. The military invaded turtle island, killed us and the European bloodline families took over the land and resources of turtle island and made themselves kings on this land through oligarchy.  They found out the land and resources could not be bought because they were not for sale. When the indigenous told them they could not dig deeper than the depth of a plow and had to form a constitution based on the Two Row and kaianerekowa philosophy, they agreed. Then they pulled out their genocide plan and put it into action. It was greed and enrichment of the few and for those they invited to join them. Such actions are a hereditary disease of some. They got and still have lots of help to subjugate, demean and discredit the original people of turtle island.

It is colonialism merchandising fake democracy that exists wherever these scavengers show up. They rape and pillage. Europe is controlled by financial bloodlines who came to turtle island to expand business by setting up the Thirteen Colonies. Their playbook is now failing. American politics is getting chaotic. When a country needs immigrants to survive, that means they are finished. Colonialism is dying. No more cheap resources or labourers. Fascism would not exist without immigrants who are doing all the work to get a few benefits. 

The shareholders that own the crown are getting restless. What will happen to their rush for ultimate power? Leaders of corporate countries are grasping at straws to save their dying empires. They do everything to stop us from finding the graves of the victims of one of the biggest genocides in the world, here in Canada and the United. States. McGill is a key player as you all know. The great peace is the form of true democracy based on freedom and equality given to us indigenous by creation to spread to the whole world. We tried to get the newcomers to adopt true democracy and failed. They set up an oligarcy. Whoever makes the most money runs it. The alternative system brought here is a dictatorship. In Europe the bloodlines lied and made the people think they owned the land they lived on and could tax them. It was a lie. The kaianerekowa from the beginning of time has survived and could end the catastrophe called the US and Canadian colonial corporations. They brought the same system to turtle island where municipalities are created, owned by the banks which are owned by the bloodlines. Same system here. They make the people pay taxes on land they do not own. The final victims are the true original people of turtle island. The colony of Canada cannot prove they own one inch of turtle island. It is all a scam. As you are learning in your studies, no colonization ever survives. 

We think about all the misery being created worldwide. The solution in my view is to study and sincerely follow the principles of the kaianerekowa great peace, and consensual decision making based on nature. We want the original agreement that the European bloodlines of the 13 colonies agreed to in 1784 at Albany. They are now the bankers who control turtle island, onowarekeh. The Mohawks who were there were victims of the beginning of the mass genocide of our people by edicts of George Washington and Prime Minister John A. MacDonald.  We are direct line descendants of some of the survivors who escaped and are in Kahnawake, Akwesasne, Tyendinaga, Wahta, Osweken, all of Ontario and southwestern Quebec, and all waters that flow into the great Lakes watershed. We told them then that we would return with the great peace.  

The “One Dish One Spoon” from the 1701 teiohateh agreement gives us an unlimited economic right to the economy from our lands.

REVISITING CANADA “WHITE PAPER” OF 1969 AND US “TERMINATION POLICY” OF 1954

The following information applies to the present relationship problems between McGill University and the Mohawks.

Termination is extermination. The US will wipe out Indian title in America and Canada will implement the White Paper of 1969 and remove the Indian title in Canada.Judge Marshall of the US Supreme Court in the 1800s made a decision to declare that the Royal Proclamation applies in the US. King Charles will soon be on turtle island to sign as trustee to turn over our land to international business interests.

We indigenous have an Indigenous lien on all of turtle island, onowarekeh, [North America]. When the Termination Law called the Dawes Act was passed in the House of Representatives and the Senate the US got rid of ownership of Indian lands. Our mother earth went into the hands of the states, which then started to tax and seize the land for non-payment of taxes to them. 

In 1969 the Canadian government sent their representatives to the US to learn how to steal Indian lands. No doubt they knew that the Royal Proclamation of 1763 is the continuing law in the US and Canada that maintains the trust relationship between the American government and the Indians in the United States when no American government existed. There were few  Europeans and we instructed them that they could only live temporarily on a small strip of land along the eastern seaboard of turtle island. As their numbers grew they expanded their presence. The colonists called themselves the “13 colonies” and the original people called them “intruders”. They were under the rule of the British when they had jurisdiction of almost all of the United States and Canada except for California, Louisiana and other parts that were under the rule of Spain, France and Portugal.

The British declared that in North America there was a special procedure for obtaining any Indian lands which the Indians informed them was actually impossible. There was no concept of buying and selling indigenous land. All the non-native titles up to the present are bogus, outside their juridiction. From England the British monarchs declared themselves the trustees over indigenous land, which violated the Two Row and the great peace of the original indigenous people. The British said they were protecting the “Indian interest”. If there was an Indian surrender they had to get the permission of each indigenous of all tribal territories. But traditionally the Indians could not directly surrender any lands themselves, only through the Crown. In other words, the British representative had to sign on behalf of the Indians. The Indians had a tribal identity wherein every Indian person was sovereign, equal and had a voice, who had to participate in any transfer of Indigenous lands, resources and waters, including Canada. Otherwise no surrender was possible. There were never any legal surrenders.  

The Supreme Court of the US Judge Marshall decided that In the US if the federal government was the trustee, then the US president could veto any surrender that had been done by the Senate and House of Representative. President Richard Nixon cancelled the previous president’s ratification of the “termination policy” because he said the US had a treaty obligation to the Indians that they had to uphold. Nixon had the veto power because of the relationship of the US presidency and the treaty obligations with the Indians. Nixon acknowledged the two row and the great peace. 

The US interpretation was that the legislation to steal all the lands comes from the Senate and House of Representatives but the president can overrule it.  When the termination policy was passed in Congress, they stole over 100 tribal lands in the US. Indian ownership of lands went into the hands of the states, which  started to illegally tax the Indian lands. In fact, no tax of any kind applies to any and all indigenous people. All taxation pertains only “to citizens, people with dual citizenship and aliens”. Termination was being enacted by a foreign entity illegally forcing the original people of turtle island to pay taxes. They became subject to illegal land seizures and their lands were sold to real estate developers.

THIS IS CANADA’S PLAN

To remove the special protection under the Royal Proclamation of the Indigenous and their lands, which procedure was put into the Indian Act, the Crown has to agree and the traditional Indigenous have to agree to it is a tribal group. We belong to the land. This is the essence of indigenous property. We are the only ones that have a voice and authority.  The US Citizenship Act of 1924 is illegal because it was done without the representation of the original indigenous people. The Indian Act is unconstitutional. 

The King would have to sanction and sign as a trustee on behalf of the Indians. He would have to say he agrees with the sale of indigenous lands because in Canada there is now legislation called the 1969 White Paper passed by the Parliament of Canada, hidden since 1969. It will now be resurrected to turn Indian lands into provincial lands. The White Paper is still a law of Canada where the federal Parliament has trustee responsibilities to protect Indian lands. They will erase Indigenous people and their land by having the King say the Indians signed by being represented by the Assembly of First Nations [a Canadian private corporation]. They would sign on behalf of all Indigenous. The AFN, a conglomerate of chiefs set up through colonial statutes,  never consulted each indigenous person according to the original way established since time immemorial. AFN has no authority.  In 1969 they set up the Indian Lands Claims Commission to set up a court to deal with the White Paper to get rid of Indian title. This court would implement the White Paper which would do away with lands under trusteeship of the king of England. 

This is being arranged by Prime Minister Carney in Canada when he will soon open Parliament at which time he will try to re-implement the White Paper of 1969. The King can sign on behalf of all the Indigenous in Canada without our permission or traditional representation. Then Canada will set up a Lands Claims Commission and the indigenous will be paid off for their lands. The lands will go to the developers, mining companies, resources hungry companies from any part of the world. sold by the settler colonists. All Crown lands will be sold to private developers with big armies behind them. The traditional indigenous people have always refused to be paid off and will never disappear. 

The Iroquois Confederacy refuses to be a party to this theft. We warn the indigenous of North America that they are under the control of the federal governments of the US and Canada. This is a resource and land theft of North America and the indigenous can go to court and tie up all the lands of North America indefinitely. All land titles in Canada are registered at the Department  of Indian Affairs in Ottawa and in the Bureau of Indian Affairs in the United States. Mark Carney and the king will hand out all the lands to the provinces. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario will be thrilled. Alberta is hungry to develop our oil, potash in Saskatchewan, the “Ring of Fire” in Ontario and the Great Lakes waterway. Trump will try to do the same in the US by trying to cancel Nixon’s protection of Indian treaty rights in the US. 

Finally, the US Constitution is supposedly based on the Iroquois system, 50 states with two senators each, just like the Confederacy circle of chiefs. Trump now wants a 51st state to distort the original constitution that Dekanawida set out in the Iroquois system. 50 is the perfect number that made the Confederacy work to bring about peace.

In 1784 when the Americans showed us their draft of their constitution and they had implemented the 51% majority fashist system, we packed up our families and left America. We told them “you will never have peace”.  We also told them that we would return with the peace.Their system is designed to always be divisive, without harmony and peace. They would constantly fight. 50 is the number that made the confederacy work. Otherwise it is lopsided. There will be constant war. They don’t want peace through concensus. Both US and Canada are republics of war.

Okay, people, how about becoming warriors for everybody by stopping this robbery of turtle island by persons from all over the world.

“I WILL OWN IT ALL”

Taiotekane viewed the video “Canada is in Probate” by Sidney M. Brewer that Canada is being liquidated. [Watch : “Canada is in Probate” at the end of this article]. Brewer points out that Mark Carney, who is running for Prime Minister of Canada for the Liberal party, controls the books. Mark Carney and Trump spoke 5 days before election day which is on April 28, 2025. US President Trump has been given a sledge hammer to demolish the world so that he is the only one left standing.  The world will stand together and watch as one man with ‘regal dysphoria’ bankrupts and causes the American experiment to crumble. The rest of the countries of the world will cross their arms and watch as America dissolves. Rothschild and his fellow European bankers made certain that it was 51% majority rules or there would be no money for the 13 Colonies. We warned the Thirteen Colonies in 1784 that when we Mohawks left  New York that we would return to heal them. 

The Trump show is a periodic replay about a man who rises up and gets a huge following of those deliberately disaffected by the machinations of chaos by the powers that be. He puts a hypnotic spell on those who will do what he wants, which is to sacrifice themselves so he can control the world. The US is economically powerful and the largest market in the world for people to buy goods worldwide and then create garbage. They use up the environment, import cars, technology, fashion, etc. to sell to the American people. However, they no longer have a lock on the world economy. 

Many Americans have three car garages, boats, two to three houses. Trump tells these people, “I am the king and you must come to me so I will allow you to do business with us”.  

The US is a disposable society. In the 20th century they were the economic powerhouse of the world. They are no longer.  You cannot deal with the US unless they make the profit. The Queen’s responsibility in Canada is that she is the only one with the right to deal with the indigenous landowners. In 1976 she sold that right. That is all she owned. The British empire ended after World War II. The breakdown of the American empire is soon to follow.    

In the 1930s Hitler shouted to the Germans and brainwashed them to do what he wanted so he could conquer the world. Trump is displaying the same playbook. It appears to be the “Rise of the Fourth Reich”. We are in the time of the black serpent.

CARNEY’S DREAMS [VALUES] ARE CANADA’S NIGHTMARE

“Let’s set the record straight”.

Is “critical geography” when you have to go on your phone to find out where you are? Recently I stopped a kid on the street to ask him where Hochelaga Street is in Montreal.  He said, “I don’t know!” He pulled out his phone, tapped it a few times and said, “Wow, we are standing right on Hochelaga street”! What would happen to everybody if a foreign power shut off all your phone towers? This is a time when young people are busy looking at their phones instead of interacting with the world.  

This is indigenous land. My message is you all have an obligation to respect our mother earth. 

 

I am now in my 86th year of life, one of the Mohawk Mothers presently in court to find our children who we suspect were taken from us by McGill University and Quebec government institutions for scientific experimental purposes, who died and may be buried on the grounds of McGill University in Montreal. We know thousands of our children were kidnapped and murdered and are being found buried in the grounds of other Canadian government “educational” institutions known as Indian Residential Schools across all of turtle island! 

We are objecting and making public the inhuman way we’ve been treated by the laws and courts of Canada which still allows the genocide  and termination of us or to assimilate withe white people. Our children were kidnapped from birth and we were made “wards of the state” without our knowledge or consent. Canada continues its extortion of our Indian Trust Funds to control us, our land and resources. Would you let the military take you from your home to live in a POW death camp called a reservation?

We had a condolence ceremony at McGill asking our dead children to help us find them by giving us some clues where their bodies were buried because we sense they want us to find them. These are the indigenous children that the state and church murdered and secretly disposed of. Also currently our earth mother is being grossly raped and sodomized by those who illegally occupy her. As survivors of your genocide policies which are still in effect we are also currently fighting for our traditional self determination and our language. The Indian Act which outlines the genocide protocol and the Indian Lands Acts of 1924 allow the military to move us to their death camps called reserves. We want everything that belongs to us. They may take only what they came with. Creation has placed us here and we intend to carry out our duties as creation intended. We refuse to be valued according to their foreign financial system. The Canadian free market system puts a financial value on everything, which doesn’t belong to them and which their politicians are fighting over today, yelling about our illegally occupied land and theft of our resources. 

Turtle island will always be in our care. We will continue to try to bring our responsibilities to your attention and we all ask you to work with us. The invaders have to stop fighting over and raping our earth mother. 

Creation put onowarekeh turtle island in our care and never meant for strangers to come and become rich and choose an immoral path to illegally get our land. We are  constantly lied to, especially what was done to us since the arrival of the invaders. The history about the planned genocide and theft of all our possessions are now well known worldwide. This is not a democratic country though the church and state call Canada a “democracy”! The murder and destruction of our land continues. The economy may now be bringing you its uncertainty called “karma.”

Creation placed us on turtle island to care for her. The intruders arrived with their plan in hand to illegally and unethically remove us from our mother so they could rape her. The genocide of most of our people followed. Some of us survived because of our adherence to the great peace, kaianerekowa, which they tried to destroy because they wanted war and to exploit and become emperors of the globe. Canada is not a legitimate country. It is a colony, with a corporate culture with two foreign languages, no land, while trying to destroy hundreds of original languages that we use to communicate with our mother. No one can legally buy our mother and she cannot be transferred to anyone and never has been legally. It will always be kaianerekowa territory under the great peace. Our way is that no one starves, no one is exploited, war is outlawed, we are all equal and free. Since the arrival of the intruders every politician has our blood on their hands. This is not what we want. 

Welcome to the empire of capitalism. It is right in your face. The bankers are the black serpents of our stories who are going everywhere on earth to see who is their next victim. In Canada it is the same bloodline of the original Europeans who came to the thirteen colonies. If you vote for Mark Carney for Prime Minister of Canada you are voting for the status quo. Carney is related to the Sinclair family that Justin Trudeau comes from. The original 13 families are now the bankers of Canada and the United States. They don’t own turtle island the land they call North America. These bankers implemented the 51% majority rule at the beginning of the American experience in Albany in 1784 which they falsely call a democracy. Their constitution was not as we showed them. The Lower Castle and Upper Castle Mohawks left Albany our ancient homeland in New York and moved by canoe to Kanteke and Kahnawake, We promised we will return with the peace.

The American plan is the government creates chaos and when the people demand a solution, which is the reason the government created the problem in the first place, then they implement the plan they wanted to all along.  Both Canada and US are not sovereign. They are corporations privately owned by the shareholders of the banks.

They report to the deep state. The Vatican bankers in the city of London created the NY stock exchange as their private enterprise and controls the economies of the western empire. To keep everybody on their toes they create war to put an illusion of fighting between each other when they are actually working together. They create and finance every war. You have been divided into very rich and very poor. Not even a middle class. Thousands have been laid off to make it look like both US and Canadian economies are being destroyed to enslave the people to the dollar. Or are they waiting to be part of the 51st state?

This corporate system was introduced in 1784 in Albany to try to build a true democracy which was supposed to be based on the teiohateh and kaianerekows and consensual decision making where all have a voice and are equal. They will never have peace with their 51% majority rules system where 49% have no voice.

Ironically the US want to symbolically make Canada the 51st state. The one vote difference can control a two party system. Yes the 13 bloodlines from Europe set this up on turtle island. Canada is still a colonial corporate entity, not a country, owned by the Crown, which is the first corporation of the Vatican. You even swear allegiance to the crown corporation and all their heirs, who are shareholders. You are subjects. Not citizens.  

Welcome to the empire of capitalism which is now right in your face. You are now going backward to make it look like you are going forward. The story of the 13 bloodline families of Europe who came here is they messed up their land and pauperized their people in Europe. They had to either kill them off or send them away. They saw turtle island and decided they wanted it all. They formed the 13 colonies on turtle island and became the bankers of North America. I would not be surprised if they are the “deep state” running the US and Canada. The Sinclairs settled in Western Canada but these families worked together. Mark Carney the banker and Justin Trudeau are from the Sinclair bloodline. In Canada they own 5 banks and all the corporate municipalities through the banks. if you vote for Carney you are voting for the status quo. The bankers own every bank, stock market and control every war, to make it look like they are fighting against each other. 

We say you must build a complete democracy or never know peace.

When the intruders first came to turtle island they thought they were in the promised land like in the bible. This is your “disaster day”. These invaders believe there are no consequences. They brought rules here to live by called the 10 commandments. They agreed to follow the  kaianerekiwa, which they violated. We would like to know why did they think that it was right to murder us and then pretend it never happened, all in the name of their god?  

These boundaries here and everywhere in the world are not made by man but made by creation. So why is everybody fighting for things that don’t belong to them?

Also there is no record of the attempted kidnapping of my first child at  her birth at the Royal Victoria Hospital of McGill University. Also there was a death certificate put in my Equafax Toronto Dominion Bank credit records that I had died on September 12, 1991 so I could not get a mortgage to build a house.

FINALLY, OUR CONCERNS FOR TRUTH

These are the genocide laws. The British North American Act which underlies the so-called Constitution which safeguards you,  your provinces and municipalities from us, gives you constant access to our land and resources. We do not have the same access to health care, education, social services, energy, which Canadians expect though we have total title and stewardship of turtle island. When the military came to take us to the death camps/reserves, many ran away to protect themselves and were blocked from recognition as original people by the intruders. Some of the underlying laws of genocide are the British North America Act, the Indian Act and the Indian Lands Acts to completely control every aspect of our life as illegal wards of the corporate state to this day and to take control of our Indian Trust Funds which was put into your Consolidated Revenue Funds without our permission. The Indian lands Acts forcefully removed us by military might to reserve lands set aside until they were to become  municipalities which will then be owned by the banks to build Canada entirely from our land with our trust funds over our dead bodies.  Meaning it is vested in the indigenous people only by creation. They have no business occcupying it or buying and selling it.

FREE LEONARD PELTIER

Leonard Peltier is one of the most targeted men in the world. What does that represent? To our enemies he is a very special man. He could be captured by our enemies but could not be killed. He could be hidden and mistreated up to a point. He was presented to the world in one piece with no bruises. Why? The circumstances were very very special. He lived as a prisoner of a war brought on by the white man. His mind remained intact. They could break his body but not his spirit. His reasons for never giving into illegal confinement never changed. He was standing next to nature that was protecting him. He stood up to whatever was coming.  He stared at all the forces of evil that were ganging up against one man to show us what was happening to all of us. He was used as an example of what would happen to other indigenous people who stood up. It was our natural warrior spirit. When president Bill Clinton said, “Just say you did it and I will let you go!” Leonard replied, “I can’t because I did not kill them”. Nothing could make him lie. He remained in prison paying for a crime that they knew he diid not commit. He showed and lived the warrior spirit, a strength that we all have. We cannot go against nature. US presidents are just guys we do not put on a pedestal. It is against our way to elevate anyone above us. We know how thoroughly we think about every move we make. All past, present and future spirits were with him. Our enemies refuse to accept peace as you cannot hate and have peace. Peace is what we have amongst ourselves. That is what Leonard personified. It is normal for our enemies to try to destroy us and our people. Those driving us from our land are running away from their truth. The message is: If it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

A History of the Indian Trust Fund

BACKGROUND ON INDIAN TRUST FUNDS: In 1951 an amendment to the Indian Act moved the Indian Trust Funds to the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Canada. The  trust funds were no longer held separately from general Canadian Funds. The funds came from leases, royalties, rental, loans to non-natives, revenues from natural resources of the land, which could not be sold, from mining of gold, silver, diamonds, hydro-electricity. Laws were passed to turn natives into “wards” of the state with no rights over their funds and lives. The government designated new status and registration rules to increase control of indigenous life and monies and to eventually erase reference to the existence of natives. Indian Funds became connected to government designated status and band membership instead of monies to descendants of traditional people of the land. MMN. Jan, 1 2024. Everybody knows and agrees that the defendants violated the judge’s order. If there is no more agreement, then the case reverts to the original mandate. The judge can force the defendants to obey his order of October 27th 2022. In our way, if two indigenous people work out an agreement, and one  violates it, then there would be some kind of serious confrontation. According to all parties, “this was agreed to so that the differences could be resolved in a nice way”. The plaintiffs did all they could to fulfill the agreement. We’ve never withheld any information. Now they lost another argument and have appealed it. 

Finding our children is our destiny. Our three issues are: finding our children, who killed them, and who is accountable. We are unfamiliar with the white man’s court system. We know our system of justice, the kaianerekowa. These children were brought here to McGill and its institutions and they died here. We must find them. Those responsible must be held accountable. Everybody knows murder is a crime. We want proof. Our murdered children are being found all over turtle island. Obviously the institutions do not want to be charged or held accountable. 

The corporation of Canada and its institutions are concerned about money. Their investors want to keep McGill going to make military and mental hardware. They don’t appear to be concerned about students. Quebec Premier Legault wants a French Quebec Republic on indigenous land! Impossible! Mcgill wants to keep everybody at bay. We came to this court because it is their way of law. We have our own justice system with checks and balances that far outweigh the colonial corporate construct of Canada. Since they appear not willing to follow our justice system, the only appellant court we will recognize is the World Appellant Court in The Hague.  

Remember, this is a crime scene. Everybody knows no one is suppose to contaminate a crime scene. If the victims were other than indigenous, nobody would tolerate such tampering of evidence. It is not in McGill’s interest for the truth of the crime to be revealed. 

Sections 35 and 52 of the Constitution Act of Canada 1982 states clearly that Section 35 recognizes the indigenous culture and principles; and Section 52 acknowledges the supremacy of the indigenous way on mother earth. All other laws are null and void. We must find our children. Even Prime minister Trudeau vowed, “We’re going to find those bodies”. 

The judges of the appeal court are appointed by the Prime Minister. So there is a bias here. Our great peace does not recognize the white man’s system. The colonial Constitution Act of 1982 provides that Canada has recognized aboriginal rights which lays the groundwork for the supreme court of Canada to deal with this issue. This ground breaking precedent applies throughout turtle island. McGill and SQI are trespassing on turtle island of which we are the caretakers since time immemorial to the end . We cannot give it up as we belong to the land. Today we are imprisoned in reserve compounds throughout turtle island.  

The appeals court judges must become acquainted with us to understand our natural position on our motherland. We are constantly being bashed with procedural rules from a foreign system of lawyers who take oaths to foreign entities. They create procedural swamps of foreign sewage. 

They try to erase the reality of the murders of our children to stops us from saying anything. They make it like nothing ever happened by putting the genocide into foreign concepts.

The same entity sets up the courts, appoints the judges, makes up those biased laws to cover up their crimes and also carry out the crimes without impunity. This is a “stacked deck”. Like las vegas the house always wins. The “house” is the court of appeal. 

The kasatstensera kowa soiera is the ‘great natural power’ that provides us with the ‘way’ that we are to live, according to the instructions of creation with all our brothers, sisters, families, which includes the natural world of which we are a part.  

No one ever asked us if we agreed to their reservation system or their Admiralty Court system. The citizens of Canada today have never been asked if they agree to be ruled by a Governor General and Privy Council mocking a foreign autocrat.  We wonder what is wrong with the Canadian people who do not event think of these things. The shareholders of the company of Canada don’t ever want their corporate property/citizens to vote on any constitution.

MCGILL MAMBO APPEALS JUDGE’S ORDER

MNN. Jan, 1, 2024. The McGill Mambo is very similar to the Toronto “two-step” where the provincial and federal governments dance amongst each other while absolutely ignoring the indigenous ways and court procedures.

McGill is not following the rules of the court. Judge Moore’s direction is being ignored. Also they are not giving us the data on their excavations of the Indigenous-owned McGill landscape. We must investigate every shovelful they take looking for our babies.

It is now over a month since the judge of the Quebec Superior Court made the order to restore the Expert Panel to find our murdered children, the victims of MKUltra and other experiments. McGill pays no attention. They fired the expert panel on July 6, 2023.

We have worked very hard to bring this application to the court and how duplicitous are McGill and SQI. In court on December 1 they said they were not applying it. In fact, they were appealing it! We want a court order to stop all work right now or they will land in jail!

McGill is taking the tuition fees of the students to stop us from finding our murdered children.

This investigation must be put back on track as soon as possible. This situation Is chaotic and shameful. They show no respect for us indigenous women.

It looks like they will do anything to stop the investigation and to prevent the expert archaeological panel from investigating.  We won the appeal. We have no money nor lawyers to deal with this. Breaking the court order indicates to us that they are delaying any legal procedures that would delay their renovation of our lands, Mount Royal, Montreal and McGill University.   

It’s detrimental for them to continue their ‘denialist’ approach. They dismiss what the search dogs found. Then they used mechanical sifters to break up the soil so that the bones could not be identified so it cannot be established as to whether they are human or animal. The material is now too fine to identify.

We have to go to court again on January 16, 2024.

Nobody has ever heard of this kind of treatment of human remains except for Jimmie Rodgers who was out in the field looking to get mules to skin for his family: “Good morning, Captain. UNREST IN THE COURT DEC. 1, 2023

Mister Justice, the Kahnistensera made a submission regarding that motion on Case Management, as follows:

MNN. Dec. 1, 2023. “Shekon Judge. I unfortunately have to remind you of a very grave matter about the Defendants TOTAL DISRESPECT for the law. There have been some exchanges between the Special Interlocutor, the Defendants and us since the latest Court Order that you issued.. unrest in the courtMr. Justice, on November 20th 2023, these exchanges are EXTREMELY concerning.  One comes to wonder whether the Defendants consider themselves to be bound by the law as everyone else is in Canadian society.  We wrote to the SQI and McGill immediately after we received your judgment, proposing that we write a joint message to the Expert Panel to share the Judgment and prepare updated information on the archaeological interventions that took place on the site since the Panel was wrongfully disbanded. 

The Defendants responded on November 23rd 2023, that they were “currently studying Judge Moore’s latest decision”, and that “excavation work can continue without interruption”. The language is similar to the email McGill sent to all its students and faculty on November 21st 2023, where they said, “We will study the decision and its implications more fully in the days to come. In the meantime, as per the court’s decision, the work at the site may continue”. The main decision within the Judgment to reinstate the Panel was not mentioned.

Ten days after your Judgment was rendered, we still haven’t heard back from the Defendants. I don’t know how much time it will take them to study the 12-page Judgment you issued, Mister Justice. It took us a couple of hours, without any lawyers to help us. It might take them a few months, or a few years, after the New Vic Project is completed, to actually read the Judgment and contemplate ways to implement it! They seem to have all the time they needed to plan and execute excavation work on the site, which continued ceaselessly.

The patch in front of the Hersey Pavilion McGill where the dogs detected the scent of human remains has now become a huge hole. Ethnoscop produced a report regarding the investigation of the dog alert. They say they didn’t find a burial. More precisely, they say that they sifted 150 bone fragments most of which are too small to determine whether they’re animal or human, and ended up suggesting that they must be animal because of the “archaeological context”, not even explaining what the context was. As far as we know, the context is that search dogs smelled human remains there. 

We recall the Defendants had decided to move the piles of soil excavated where the dogs smelled human remains to another location so they could start their project there. We opposed this because we feared that it would damage any bones contained in that soil.

So the piles were moved elsewhere against our consent. They were sifted using a huge machine normally used for mining.  After being moved around and sifted in a huge machine, all that was left of the bones were fragments that are impossible to identify. This report was written on November 22nd, 2023 two days after the Court Ruling that reinstated the Expert Panel. But the Defendants were too busy to implement it. They just let everything continue in the meantime. 

On November 21st, the counsel for the Special Interlocutor shared a letter with all parties suggesting to “work together to enable the Expert Panel to resume its work” by setting a meeting “to outline draft contracts for the Expert Panel” and to discuss whether to replace Justine Bourgignon-Tetrault or to continue with a two-person panel, in accordance with your suggestion, Mister Justice. What did the Defendants do? They never responded. Were they too busy rereading the Judgment? Your Judgment was clear, Mr. Justice, in stating that continuing the work without the oversight of the Expert Panel creates irreparable harm. It’s written in black and white. 

So it’s obvious that if anyone receives a Court Order to have supervision of your excavation work by a Panel of Experts, your priority is to respect that Court Order and reach out to the Panel.  

It’s now been 11 days since the Court Order was issued, and nothing was done to implement it. That’s in addition to the month that passed since the hearing on October 27, 2023, which was in addition to the almost two months that passed since the Expert Panel was unilateraly fired by the Defendants, transforming this investigation into a blatant insult to our intelligence. The Defendants proved these last 11 days, including the three months before, that they have no intention whatsoever of respecting our concerns and even respecting the law. 

They now want to get rid of the Special Interlocutor to leave us without any oversight from any qualified person committed to the sacred work of protecting unmarked burials. The Special Interlocutor and her attorneys played an essential role in allowing the settlement agreement to happen and to bring some sort of agreement and legibility to this mess.

We’re sorry that it comes to that point, but we have no choice but to ask this court to act upon its own rulings and to compel the defendants to respect its decisions. The Court Order issued on November 20th clearly acknowledged the irreparable harm caused by the Defendants’ refusal to abide by the recommendations of the Expert Panel. Eleven days after the Court Ruling was issued we’re still at the same point. The Panel hasn’t even been told that it’s been reinstated because the Defendants keep postponing the very first step which is to announce the Court Ruling to them. It appears their bad faith is such that they won’t do anything cooperative if it’s not directly ordered in black and white.

If the Judgment doesn’t say that the Panel has to be contacted by the specific date, they’ll just never tell them that they’re reinstated! And during that time, we are being hurt and hurt and hurt every single day the excavation moves forward.

Here’s a story. We’re in the desert and we have a gallon of water for two people, and the court orders that we should share the water. But I actually have the water bottle, and when I learn about the court order I start saying that I have to read and re-read it and think about it. But, in the meantime I actually end up drinking the whole gallon of water. What would that mean? To me it’s crystal clear. It means that the law is breached. That’s all there is to it.
