MNN. The European illegal invaders want to protect themselves from what’s coming for their crime of genocide and other crimes against the indigenous of onowarekeh turtle island. They are facing a toxic Orwellian environment, where they voted for a situation that George Orwell described as being destructive to the welfare of what was thought to be a free and open society. 
We now know it is not. This regime is in fact the Western Roman Empire which was incorporated in 902 A.D. and headquartered in the Vatican. They are the Friars of the Empire of Liars, and we require some dire solutions for the problems they’ve created. They want power but the truth stands in their way. All politicians are better liars the longer they stay in politics. Christmas is the biggest lie of the corporations called America and Canada. It destroys families and households. Today almost everybody in the world is enslaved by the corporate control grid placed involunarily over our heads.

The West spreads false propaganda based on deliberately designed fake news and misinformation, right from Josef Goebbel’s playbook. In “Operation Paperclip” 700 top Nazis were brought to Canada and placed in top positions within the bureaucracy. 

The truth about the invading occupiers of Turtle Island is they have no land, no language and are desperately trying to create a fake culture. The Montevideo Convention 1933 brought the countries of the world together and agreed on the widely recognized criteria for true sovereign statehood: a permenent population, a defined territory, a native language and culture, an indigenous government, the capacity to enter into relations with other states and prohibition on territorial acquisition by force. Canada and US are pale in all these. This truth is the mortal enemy of the great lie they live.

Our truth as indigenous people is their greatest enemy which will collapse unless they own up to all their wrong doings. Other nations of the world are seeing America and Canada now for the false constructs that they are. It is the banking families that are destroying the world with their divide and conquer tactics. In the corporate government the strategy is to first create a problem that will get a reaction from the people.

PROBLEM-REACTION-SOLUTION

Only when the people demand a solution will they provide a solution which is why they created the problem in the first place. [problem, reaction, solution]. Order from chaos [Ordo ab chao] is the ancient model of the banking families.

The indigenous are still here. The intruders still want to have their way. They are where they are through ‘lying, hurtin and cheatin” to get material goods and power from the original people of onowarekeh, turtle island. Now their worst nightmare is coming home to roost: they are coming face to face with the genocide of most of the indigenous people of turtle island.

The West wants to keep wars moving for their military industrial complex economy by controlling the masses. The banker’s favorite business is war. They make hand over fist in money by financing both sides of every war.

They make up deceptions, media hype, overspending and pocketing public money, all stolen from the indigenous people, from our land and resources. The devaluation of the US dollar is daily eroding their power and economy.

Kaianerekowa is the original natural law of the land. It is from creation. The false governments are owned by corporate entities. They make more money by lying and will become bankrupt if they tell the whole truth. They will go mad when reality crashes around their fantasy world. They will have difficulty coping with reality. Without money and control, there will be nervous breakdowns and suicides. We were supposed to have been completely “disappeared”, but we are still here because we persevere. That is causing hallucinations, delusions, confusion, and disturbed thoughts. And eventually will lead to dissolution of all the enemies of peace, equality and freedom. The indigenous people naturally have the DNA of freedom and have a way to release themselves from this enslavement the dollar provided by creation known as the great peace. 

Canada and the US owe everything to the indigenous people of turtle island. Led Zepellin seems to have written this song “Your Time is Gonna Come” about the lyin, hurtin cheatin that run the North American governments:

MNN. Apr. 1, 2013. Article 1 of the “Montevideo Convention 1933” defines a state as a person of international law, a corporation, having:

a] a permanent population: Canadians have no common origin to distinguish them from other human beings. They settled on Great Turtle Island where they have no roots and no legal permission from the indigenous inhabitants. 

No right to our land.

No right to stand on our land.

b] a defined territory: Canada has no land. We never ceded any of it. We never agreed to become part of the British Empire or the Corporation of Canada. 

c] a government of its own: its constitutional acts of 1867 and 1982 and other constitutional documents are acts or proclamations of the British monarch to govern its colony. 

d] the ability to make international treaties: The treaties of Canada, a private corporation, not a legal state, aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. 

The Corporation of Canada was registered in Washington DC, on July 1, 1867, #0000230098 CANADA DC SIC: 8880. The shareholders are the 13 economic royalist families. At one time they were the banished European monarchies that re-emerged as the international bankers.

All valid treaties signed with Indigenous peoples were made with the British monarch, based on the Guswentha, which were all breached. We never surrendered any territory to anyone.  We have a population of the natural people of Great Turtle Island. 

Canada was first a French colony until 1763, then a British colony. Canada does not have a defined territory and is not sovereign. Its top administration is under the direct control of the City of London bankers. It is a military base on our territory to maintain control while they steal our resources and fund. 

In monarchical states, the people are “subjects” who are conquered or take an oath of allegiance. The Dominion [colony] of Canada was established when Britain’s Parliament passed the British North America Act, 1867, to promote British economic interests on Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island. 

Canadian pseudo citizenship was established in 1967. Britain may change Canada’s constitution at any time, according to the Canada Act 1982. In 2011 Harper needed the Governor General’s permission to suspend Parliament. 

International law clearly provides that the appropriation of assets of another nation is illegal. Britain does not own our fund, resources or land and cannot give it to anyone. 

Section 91[24] of the BNA Act gave Canada authority to only “negotiate” with the Indians, not to make Admiralty statutes or rules for ‘Indians, and Lands reserved for the indians”.  Section 109 provides a legal commitment to establish the ever growing $50.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund from the exploitation of our resources.

Federal, provincial and local entities have no constitutional jurisdiction over Indigenous. They must deal directly with the true people on all matters. Canada, a corporate entity, has no right to impose their corporate by-laws on us, provincial, federal or municipal. As the reality of Canada unfolds before everyone’s eyes, their dream is becoming a nightmare as Steven Tyler sang in Dream on: “Sing with me, just for today. maybe tomorrow the good lord will take you away. dream on. Dream on, dream on, dream on!”

Counterfeit Canada

MNN. Mar. 20, 2013. To reduce opposition to theft of our resources, Prime Minister Harper appointed a new strategist. Doug Eyford is supposed to steer Indigenous land and resource owners out of their way. He replaces Tom Flanagan, the man-boy love advocate, and reports directly to Harper.

Canada knows it has a problem. it’s not a state according to international law. it has to get our fully informed consent to do anything on our land. The internationally accepted legal definition of a state was established at the Montevideo Convention 1933. Article 1, provides “The state should possess the following: 

a] a permanent population: Canadians come and go. They have no common origin to distinguish them from other human beings. They settled on Great Turtle Island without legal permission from us. 

b] a defined territory: None of our land was ever ceded to Britain. We never agreed to become part of the British Empire or the Canadian corporation.

Canada is a foreign private company with shareholders. We are an international entity with membership of Onkwehonwe throughout Great Turtle Island, the natural persons of this land. We oppose development that would jeopardize our livelihood and environment. Shawn “Corporate-Indian-Mouth-Piece” Atleo stands by Eyford, to bring us into line with false promises and bribes of a few. If necessary “force” will be used to threaten, assault, abuse, jail and kill us for declaring the illegal existence of Canada. Canada knows it has to report to us on any anything they do in our land.
