MNN. Apr. 9, 2010. When the English defeated the French to steal Great Turtle Island, the Catholic Church started the “revenge of the cradle”. Priests ordered the French women to have 10 or more children to eventually outnumber the English and take over. It worked for a while. Now the white race is dying out.

Whites think they need a large uneducated slave class on whose back they can build their economy and country. There’s been a backlash.

The white race has over 250 defective genes and disorders and the most infertile men and women. In two world wars they killed off tens of millions of their people.

In the 1960s whites were 12.5% of the world population. Today they are 7.2%. By 2030 they will be 5%.

In 1974 former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger called for a worldwide depopulation program. He never thought his race would be aborting themselves out of existence.

By 2050 the white race will be a minority on Great Turtle Island.

The white population growth in the US is 7% a year; Blacks are 15% of the population; and Hispanics, as Indigenous are called, are increasing by 194% a year. 20% are elders and will live in third world living conditions due to the depletion of the economy and tax base.

The Planned Parenthood and Eugenics Society complain that those least fit to carry on their race are increasing more rapidly. To maintain their civilization, they recommend not helping those who should never have been born.

In Europe the self-exterminating whites live for luxury like the Americans. For example, for every 9 live births there are 10 deaths in Britain. In Germany it’s 5. They are thinking of bringing back 10 million Germans from the US.

By the end of the 21st Century there will be no white people on Great Turtle Island and possibly none in the world.

So long, visitors. Don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Whites will become like an aging dinosaur in the distant past. Many of this endangered species are already living in gated communities.

In 1897 US explorer Robert E. Peary lured 6 Greenland Inuit to the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. Four died. One returned home. One, Minik’s father, was secretly skinned, studied and put in a display case. In 1993 he was finally returned home and given an Inuit burial. Unlike the white race, we prefer live exhibits!

MNN. Mar. 29, 2010. We Indigenous know that we are being monstrously targeted. We are scattered throughout Great Turtle Island. The colonial government is trying to create a reason to remove and scatter us.

Our communities are deliberately being made unviable, unlivable and mismanaged to create weakness, hunger and thirst. Fierce restrictions, cutbacks, no jobs and no economy are being imposed to create hopelessness.

Resettlement is part of the strategy. Many of our people already have been removed to concentration-extermination camp conditions: Mohawk to Wahta, Innu to Labrador and Inuit to the high Arctic. Curfews and passes were imposed. Food and necessities were rationed. Many died. Our children were removed to residential schools. About half were killed.

In 2005 over 60 Australian Aboriginie communities were placed under martial law run by the military.

For 500 years European invaders continue the genocide of Indigenous. They control the money, police, government, economy and military.

The corporate media does not expose these atrocities. Communication is controlled. The masses say little.

Many of our people join the aggressors or pacifist cults. Some support Canada and US extermination policies, especially the colonial band and tribal councils. They put down any resistance. They will be heroes for convincing us to go like lambs to the slaughter. Their Indian cops tell us it’s futile to resist and encourage us to be passive.

Our resources are being used to carry out the genocide. Hannah Arendt said that in WW II almost without exception Jewish leaders in Germany and worldwide cooperated with the Nazis to carry out the Jewish holocaust. They designed the camps, targeted resisters, compiled lists to send to the concentration camps, which properties to seize and distributed the yellow star ID badge that Jews had to wear. Their own money paid for their holocaust.

If the band and tribal councils do not help their masters, there will be unorganized chaos and less of us will be killed or affected. They will discourage resistance, sabotage rescue attempts and coerce us to re-settle. Our lands and properties are probably being promised to them. In the end, they will be put on the same trains with us. The Apache trackers who helped the US army capture Geronimo were all sent to the same prison in Florida.

Fascist thugs believe that natural law is based on violence and that brutal force can solve social problems; democracy is the enemy of the people because it inhibits brutality; life is a perpetual struggle for existence. Only the strong and brutal survive; and the world belongs to those who seize and control it. [Hitler: Main Kempf].

Anti-Indian racism, threats to our babies, young men and women are control tactics. Our interrelationship with the natural world must be renewed. Living in identifiable communities is necessary. Solidarity must be created between our families. Trusted supporters must be found.

In the end Hitler’s Jewish police were gunned down: “If you can do this to your own, what would you do to me?” Using our own against us is an old tactic. It‘s harder to resist when our own are trying to help eliminate us.

QUEBEC BRIDGE DISASTER AT KAHNAWAKE? Urgent Action Needed!

MNN. Nov. 15, 2009. The Mercier Bridge is 1.4 kilometers long, spans the St. Lawrence River and Seaway between Montreal and Kahnawake on the south shore. It was built in 1932 beside the CPR Bridge which was built in 1885. www.pjcci.ca

Mohawk Nation, Quebec and Canada contracted the Mohawks to strengthen the steel structure and replace the reinforced concrete bridge deck of three access ramps on Mohawk Territory. It is the largest bridge repair project in Canadian history. Canada is paying $57 million and Quebec $9 million. Over 1000 direct and indirect jobs are being created per year. Work started on April 25, 2008.

The Montreal Iron Workers Union Local 711 is trying to kick the Mohawks out because they don’t have the CCQ cards. Commission de la construction du Quebec cards are issued by the government which controls the union.

CCQ rules and regulations violate the Union’s international charter. Quebec is the only place on Great Turtle Island where a union card is worthless.

Local 711 gives Mohawks union books but tells them to work in the US or other provinces. Retired ironworkers say 711 doesn’t let those who have books from locals 40 or 361 from NY City work in Quebec or Kahnawake, even though they are considered to be highly skilled ironworkers.

Wayne Rice, is head of the local Mohawk Bridge Consortium, a group of contractors in Kahnawake. He had a meeting in August 2009 with Pierre Desroche, the 711 business agent.

711 is trying to invade our sovereignty by disqualifying the Mohawks that don’t have CCQ cards. Desroche urged Rice to send his workers without cards home and hire non-natives. This would put 80 Mohawks out of work.

Jacques Dubois, President of the union’s District Council of Eastern Canada, sent letters to certain men threatening loss of their union books and never working again if they work on the Mercier Bridge project. 9 men quit. 8 had cards and one was promised one. None have been provided jobs or a card.

Rice is trying to protect the men, women and the community now and in the future from jurisdictional encroachment by foreigners. Rice sees other trades in the community being forced under Quebec’s control so that jobs will go to non-natives and taxes can be extorted from us.

Quebec is getting caught in a web of lawlessness. Rice is apparently writing to Joseph Hunt, General President, of the AFL-CIO Iron Workers International Union in Washington DC about these racist practices. He is looking into setting up a local in Kahnawake.

MBC continues to put Mohawk workers on the bridge. Union members elsewhere say it is highly unusual to improperly deny jobs and should be investigated at the highest level.

The Mohawk Nation is inherently sovereign. Kahnawake is on unsurrendered Haudenosaunee land. In 1974 Jean Chretien, the Minister of Indian Affairs, illegally signed an Order in Council declaring it a reserve. He violated internationally recognized standards for respecting political, economic and human rights as set out in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, UN Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and other international legal instruments. UN General Assembly Resolution 1541 [XV] requires the informed consent of the people before they are included in another state. We have never legally or voluntarily become part of Canada.

The Mohawks’ position supported by international law is that when anyone comes into our sovereign territory, they must abide by our laws and can’t force their authority on us.

711 recently filed an injunction in Montreal Superior Court to enforce their laws in Kahnawake. As we are a nation, this issue belongs in the International Court.

Supporting this position is the recent ruling in 2008 by the FCC Federal Court of Canada. A Mohawk woman was beaten by Canada Border Services Agents at Akwesasne. She requested an investigation. FCC ruled that the victim must pay for the Crown’s costs because she lives in Kahnwake and is not a resident of Canada. FCC declared that Kahnawake is sovereign and not in Canada.

Based on this ruling, in June 2009 the Maliseet of Tobique in New Brunswick took over and kept the dam and electric generating plant that was built in the middle of their territory.

Dubois tried to unfairly tarnish the reputation of the Mohawks. He prejudiced the Mohawk Bridge Consortium and the workers on the Mercier Bridge Project by stating they are not qualified to do the work and it is a catastrophe.

On August 29, 1907, we lost most of our ironworkers when the Quebec [City] Bridge collapsed into the St. Lawrence River. We later learned this was due to deficiencies in material and construction by the contractors. We don’t want another bridge disaster, especially since we cross it every day. We are a nation and must be legally dealt with as such.

MNN. Dec. 26, 2009. The psychopath is aggressive, perverted, amoral, unfeeling, and without remorse. They think the masses have no rights. Only might makes right.
To get to the top of the colonial hierarchy requires a psychopath or someone agreeing to become one. White collar psychotics steal identities, use aliases, constantly lie, defraud and con for gain or pleasure.
Clinton Callahan wrote BEWARE THE PSYCHOPATH, MY SON, a revealing report on how evil is used for political purposes. He asks why there is so much war, suffering and injustice. All civilizations are system of slavery and mass murder created by psychopaths!
Over the past 50 years psychopaths tried to gain absolute control over government by using dumb puppets to run their systems. Band and tribal council systems in Indigenous communities are an example. These bodies operate as self-serving, calculating, amoral, soulless and unethical bodies for their masters with impunity. Innocent individuals can become corrupt when they become part of this inherently evil syndicate.
US, Canadian church and state tried to kill us off to steal our resources and property. They even want us to bow down and celebrate their brutality so we can enjoy our servitude.
Psychopaths recognize each other. They think they have a right to our possessions and to exercise power over us. Divide and conquer methods are used to set us against each other. This doesn’t work because open debate between our people is necessary no matter how diverse and loud. We eventually come to an understanding on how we will proceed.
Hierarchies need victims to keep them in business. They become obsolete should we become socially, economically and politically self-sufficient. Our survival and health depends on exercising leaderless psychological diversity. The colonial system labels those deviating from their control as terrorists who must be eliminated.
Fortunately, Indigenous psyches have not been in the clutches of these psychopaths long enough to disconnect us from our inherent thinking and feeling patterns that help us survive.
Conscience is normal in a human being. Psychopaths appear normal but are genetically created by an ancient disconnection between the instinct and thinking parts of the brain. They are conscienceless and cannot feel emotions. They are intellectually able to create fake emotional responses to fool us. They can be charming and articulate. They mimic normalcy while cold bloodily manipulating the masses.
Psychopaths created the hierarchical systems to reflect their need for domination.
Why do we tolerate psychopaths? They make the grazing sheep fear being without a slave master to run the hierarchies, as if there is no other way.
The CIA drug runners, killers, international banksters, corrupt military contractors, gung ho generals, corporate predators, political enablers, brainwashers and mind rapists are seeking the final desperate power grab. The certified psychopaths in intel and secret societies are running scared. They are losing control of the spread of knowledge. As people learn more, their power grows more threatened and they become more desperate.
Two things can bring down a psychopath: a bigger psychopath; and non-violent non-compliance no matter the consequences. To grind down the system, soldiers can refuse to fight, government workers, corporate drones and prison guards can refuse to work and doctors can refuse to treat psychopaths.
What is the psychopaths greatest fear? Being caught! What can destroy a psychopath? The Kaianereh’ko:wa/Great Law of Peace.

LITTLE KNOWN FACTS ABOUT CORPORAL LEMAY’S DEATH IN OKA IN 1990MNN. Sept. 18, 2006. In 1991, almost a year after the Mohawk Oka Crisis of 1990, a reporter from the independent Montreal newspaper, the Mirror, met with some warriors at the Mohawk Nation Office in Kahnawake. The story that was uncovered was about the crisis and the death of Surete du Quebec officer, Corporal Marcel Lemay.

The story began before the July 11th 1990 attack on the people of Kanehsatake/Oka by the SQ. In early 1990 there had been a so-called “civil war” between the Warriors and anti’s in Akwesasne. The anti-warrior faction were supported by the US and Canadian governments. Two men were murdered during this conflict.

Internal Affairs of the SQ had launched an investigation into illegal sales of weapons to the anti’s without proper permits by certain gun store owners, in particular, a shop in Valleyfield, Quebec, west of Montreal. Weapons that had been used in shooting incidents throughout Mohawk community of Akwesasne, near Cornwall, had contributed to the deaths of these two men.

It appears that the SQ had given the Akwesasne Tribal Police a check to buy guns. They went to Valleyfield with leading figures of the anti-warrior movement. Instead of cashing it beforehand, they gave the store owner the SQ check to pay for the guns. Several days later the two men were shot and killed.

Internal Affairs uncovered information about the financing and supply of weapons to the anti-warrior factions in Akwesasne. The ultimate goal was to destroy as many of the warrior society members as they could.

The guns appeared to have come from SQ sources. The officer in charge of the internal investigation was none other than Corporal Marcel Lemay. He had gone to the gun store in Valleyfield and was shown the books, which indicated that an SQ check had paid for the guns. Lemay was ready to make his finding known.

One the morning of July 11th, 1990, three of the four SWAT units in the Montreal district were assigned to the Oka region. They were to launch an assault on the Mohawks in the Pines of Kanehsatake. To this day there is still a mystery as to who issued this order. Nobody knows or whoever does know isn’t saying.

Corporal Lemay had been assigned to investigate the conduct of police personnel and was not required to participate in such raids. He was working behind the desk. Yet on this day he had been ordered to suit up with a bullet proof vest, helmet and M-16. He was ordered to take part in launching a military style attack on some Mohawk men, women and children. Minutes after the assault on the Pines, Lemay lay dead on the field of battle.

A bullet had entered his left side just below his arm pit between the unprotected area of the vest and his body. Lemay never got beyond Mohawk lines and never had any warriors behind or beside him. The warriors had retreated back into the woods for better defensive positions. The SQ had attempted to attack from the front and from the side in order to catch warriors in a crossfire situation. This maneuver is referred to as a “flanking maneuver”.

Lemay was on the main front assault line. He was instantly killed at the beginning of the operation. The reporter questioned the SQ’s investigation into Lemay’s death. Normally when an officer is killed in the line of duty, someone must pay the price. The SQ treated the death as a civilian casualty.

Immediately following the attack Internal Affairs descended on the home of Lemay and seized all his investigative documents. Mrs. Lemay was suspicious of the SQ’s actions. She said on the media, “I don’t hold the Mohawks responsible for the death of my husband”.

The reporter concluded that the whole incident was a setup and a cover up. The assault on our people was the “final push” by the Quebec government along with Canada and the United States to choke the Mohawk people into submission. They wanted to criminalize us all. They were intent on destroying any type of economic independence that was functioning in our communities.

The reporter was discredited for his work and was reportedly threatened to “leave well enough alone”. Lemay’s discovery of SQ involvement in Akwesasne’s so-called “civil war” would have implicated the SQ top brass and brought down high government officials.

Sept. 12, 2009. The three colonies of Canada, US and Mexico are forming a political block to better control Indigenous labor and to seize our resources.In 1973, Henry Kissinger in effect said that depopulation should be the highest priority of foreign policy towards the less developed countries because the US needs to steal their resources. The greatest resistance to global control by international banker thugs are indigenous communities. We assert autonomy, self-determination and human rights when we communally hold our territory. This creates an obstacle to theft of our land and resources by US political and economic interests.

The US military and geographers have a plan to prey on and dissolve indigenous communities and resistance.

In 2005, the US Department of Defense gave Kansas University $500,000 to map communally-held indigenous land in the Mexican states of San Luis Potosi and Oaxaca. The professors and the US Foreign Military Studies Office FMSO at Fort Leavenworth are implementing the “Mexico Indigena” program to privatize Indigenous lands which are presently held communally.

The Officers are trained in land and resource theft at the US Army School of the Americas which also teaches torture and sets up death squads in Latin America.

The plan is to get rid of Indigenous autonomy and self-determination to get our territory and resources. Propaganda is being spread that our communities are breeding grounds of crime and insurgency and must be done away with.

Land data and military strategy was carried out in Colombia [Mapping Colombia: Land Data and Strategy]. While collecting data, the FMSO assessed so-called guerrilla armies, terrorist organizations and Indigenous defenses.

In 1992 the Mexican President revoked Article 27 of the constitution which had turned communal land grants over to Mexico’s indigenous people in 1912. The North American Free Trade Agreement NAFTA revoked this.

The day NAFTA went into effect, on January 1, 1994, the Zapatistas captured a third of the state of Chiapas, who continue to resist and inspire human rights struggles elsewhere.

Oaxaca State is extremely wealthy in natural resources. It is a site for NAFTA based mega industrial projects known as Plan Puebla Panama such as highways, railways, ports, wind energy, mines, agribusinesses, and maquiladora-style assembly plants. Indigenous communities are pushed off their land, used for cheap labor or robbed of their livelihood because they are considered non-viable.

A geographer at the University of the Earth in Oaxaca City saw the danger of these mapping junkets. They were combined with talks for US military aid known as the Merida Initiative. The military planned to displace Indigenous communities, remove hot spots and control the region. Natural and mineral resources could then be stolen by the government and its transnational allies.

On June 14, 2006 a teacher’s union strike in Oaxaca City blew up into a popular Indigenous uprising of farm workers, teachers, students, housewives, and laborers. The people wanted traditional forms of land tenure and self-governance.

The Oaxacan People’s Popular Assembly APPO took over the state’s capitol city for six months. It became the de-facto government, organized under the Indigenous principle of leading by obeying the people. Organizing was done by consensus.

APPO members occupied state, local, and federal government offices throughout the city and took over food, water, transportation and communication. The state retaliated with murder, disappearance, rape, torture and police led drive-by shootings. The social movement was eroded for a while.

During this resistance, the “Mexico Indigena” mapping project moved its operation to a biologically diverse and mineral-rich region in Oaxaca.

Territory and culture are together in daily life for the indigenous of southern Mexico. Free Trade forces a loss of identity and tradition. There is constant propaganda that devalues Indigenous culture. Mannequins in Oaxaca City are tall, skinny, and very white. The most prevalent cosmetic product sold to indigenous women is skin bleach. We obviously need to reclaim our autonomy, territory and natural identity.

Negating communal land holding is to deny indigenous culture, life and identity. The US knows that our relationship with the land is the biggest threat to the capitalists. Our identity and our birthright is the land. International law dictates that changes can only be made with our full knowledge and consent, which we’ll never give. Removing the artificial borders between Canada, US and Mexico is for the immigrants and foreigners, not us.

CANADA ACCIDENTALLY RECOGNIZES MOHAWK SOVEREIGNTY

MNN. Sept. 8, 2009. The colony of Canada has officially recognized our sovereignty on Great Turtle Island and has taken steps to abide by the Two Row Wampum agreement. Canada admits they have no jurisdiction over Indigenous people and territory.On June 14, 2008, two women were peacefully crossing the illegal checkpoint in the middle of Kawenoke Island of Akwesasne. The Canada Border Services Agency CBSA called in 12 burly well-armed colonial goons to viciously attack the two women. One elder almost died of a trauma induced heart attack and the other was severely beaten and held incommunicado.

The two women live in the Mohawk communities of Akwesasne and Kahnawake. They filed formal complaints with the RCMP, OPP, Mohawk Akwesasne Police and the CBSA to investigate. All refused. The women were treated like enemy combatants with no rights. We are being falsely labeled as insurgents, terrorists and global risks. This violates the Geneva Conventions 1949 which set the standards in international law for humanitarian treatment of civilians and the victims of conflict. [See notes at end]

The women are not Canadian citizens as the Mohawk Nation never relinquished our territorial independence. The two women took it to the Federal Court of Canada, FCA T-1309-08, to address the human rights abuses. Canada is supposed to live up to its commitments under international law to respect human rights of all.

The Crown issued orders respecting our sovereignty. On October 23, 2008, Prothonotary Mireille Tabib ordered the two women to pay for Canada’s costs by depositing $19,460.00 with the court plus all subsequent costs. The reason! They live in Akwesasne and Kahnawake and are not residents of Canada. An appeal was filed. On January 29, 2009 Judge Francois Lemieux issued the same order. On Feb. 26, 2009 another case was filed by one of the women, T-288-09. On April 7, 2009, the same order was made because she lives in Kahnawake, making her a non-resident of Canada.

The Two Row Wampum agreement separates the colonists from the true original Indigenous jurisdiction. The Crown must fulfill our request to investigate our complaints against their agents. The CBSA acted outside its territorial jurisdiction when it assaulted the two women and cannot demand security for their costs.

The CBSA can never return to Kawenoke Island, the real name of Cornwall Island, which they abandoned on May 31, 2009. The Mohawks refused to allow these foreigners to carry guns in the middle of our community. The old Customs House sits empty and belongs to the Mohawks. CBSA needs to get their junk out of there. When Alcatraz was abandoned, it returned automatically to the Indigenous people.

The colony of Canada removed the CBSA checkpoint from Kawenoke to the foot of the bridge in the city of Cornwall Ontario. Cornwall is part of the Mohawk North Shore claim. A CBSA supervisor stated to Mohawk elders that the former Kawenoke Customs had to be officially de-designated as a Canada port of entry. The new one sits on Akwesasne land. CBSA has to remove its port-a-potties out of Cornwall to parts unknown, maybe back to England. Phew!

Our territory extends all across this land.In requesting Mohawks to report to them when leaving Kawenoke, which they formerly treated as part of the colony of Canada, they are respecting our sovereignty. They actually have no business asking our people anything. We cannot allow them to interfere with our natural birthright and our right to travel freely about our homeland or entering our communities.

The colonial pirates that are attacking and confiscating our legitimate products on our rivers are also out of their jurisdiction. They have no right whatsoever to interfere with our trade and commerce anywhere. All waterways are our highways long before the coming of foreigners to this land to be freely traversed by us.

These Federal Court of Canada orders recognize that Indigenous people on Onowaregeh retain international sovereignty. The demand for money is meant to discourage us from seeking justice against these brutal carpetbaggers. They are telling us we have to buy justice from them. Canada has no problems to dish out millions to the band and tribal councils to illegitimately sell us out and fraudulently try to settle our land claims. It violates the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Our political position does not allow them to assault or murder us, prevent freedom of speech or violate our human rights. These organized criminal cartels have no right to extort money from us. Everything they do falls under every kind of genocide known to humankind.

The checkpoint had to be removed. The border had to be removed. What’s next?

MNN. July 7, 2009. The old Nazi genetic hygiene blueprint is being dusted off by today’s imperialist jerks. They want to exterminate those whose life they think is unworthy. Former US Secretary of State, fat-bellied Henry Kissinger, calls us “useless eaters”. The Rockefellers, IG Farben, Loeb and Krupp were some of the main research funders of this Nazi program.The German holocaust was preceded by a prolonged economic crisis, inflation, food shortages, unemployment, lack of confidence in the democratic process, ideological crises, emergence of extremist political philosophies, a trend towards fascism and carefully staged propaganda bombardment. World War II was the one of the biggest organized mass murders in recorded history.

In 1933 the Nazis passed the T-4 law to carry out euthanasia on selected children. The target was 70,000. Victims were selected on political, economic and social basis. They were assessed by psychiatrists, studied and then murdered. They were killed with cyanide gas, morphine injections, chemical warfare agents or phenol injection directly into the heart. Their families were told they had gotten sick and died. No death certificates were issued. The bodies were secretly disposed of.

It took less than 30 years for psychiatrists to import their madness into science, politics and law for the Third Reich and beyond. [Psychiatrists – the Men Behind Hitler]. In 1941 the T-4 program was disbanded in favor of the “final solution” of the Jewish problem.

Psychiatrists and the military worked closely together to set the norms for those in power. Robert Malthus, Charles Darwin and Frederich Nietsche laid the ground work. Malthus 1766-1834 thought that populations grow so rapidly that they outdistance the food supply leading to poverty. Discourage the poor and lower class from having children, keep wages down and no welfare.

Darwin 1809-1882 created a fake scientific basis for the holocaust of the lower races by the higher civilized races. Racial purity programs were set up such as euthanasia and murder of the feeble-minded, crippled and sick.

Friedrich Nietzsche worked on the politics of hate. He preached that war is good, positive and to be embraced. He admired the refined Aryan aristocracy who took advantage of the weak. Those who disagreed with them were sick. Democratically inclined people were insane.

In the 1930s German doctors were invited to Canada to experiment on Indigenous children in the residential schools. [Hidden from History: the Canadian Holocaust].

Eye witnesses at the Kuper Island Catholic school in British Columbia described German-speaking doctors injecting them in the chest which caused deaths. Their families were told they had died of natural causes.

One ten year old Indigenous boy described how several of them were given two needles in the chest, one near each nipple. They fell down immediately and became dizzy. Some passed out and were taken away for special treatment and put in isolation. Their body became smelly and swollen and they would die.

Researchers used prisoners, mental patients and Indigenous children from reserves and residential schools. They experimented on erasing memory and personality, using drugs, electric shock and trauma-inducing methods which had been used for years in residential schools.

An Indian Affairs official said there was a gentleman’s agreement for the church to provide the kids. The Mounties delivered them to whoever needed a fresh batch of test subjects. The government, churches and residential school principles just had to turn over the dead bodies to get paid by the military. [IHRAAm Tribunal, June 12-14, 1998]. Remember when some pioneers became wealthy by killing us and selling our heads and scalps to the colonists?

Secret links between Nazi racial hygienists and the Canadian government continued after WW II. Part of the transition on Great Turtle Island was Project Paperclip. So Russians would not get them, over 1200 Nazi scientists were brought into US, Canada and Britain. They infiltrated the medical establishment.

Medical experiments were authorized through agreements between the government, the churches and the schools. Sara Hunter, a residential school survivor [Always Remember Love, 1999] described how a former German SS doctor code named Bob Armstrong worked for the Canadian military outside of Calgary from 1956 to 1958. He experimented on 25 abducted children who were killed slowly. In Ontario Indigenous children were brought to experimental labs by RCMP, who were residential school agents under the Indian Act.

Psychiatric associations were set up worldwide. They were an integral part of the German killing machine. When the war was over they moved on. They forgot that the Germans lost the war and turned out to be nothing more than Teutonic failures.

The fascists of today are using these same failed strategies to impose a dictatorial global government. Hard times are being created by economic, political and social pressure pushing us toward totalitarianism. The neo-cons think it is easier to sell an ideology that supports extermination of the social, political and economic dead weight. Today the poor that have lost their houses and live on the streets are seen as losers. They have become targets of the municipal governments.

From racial hygiene to Nazism to racial purity [or whititude] to one global order. We too learned from the tough school of experience! Let’s overcome them again without fear by asserting our human values as Ongwehonwe.

PACK UP & GET OUT:MALISEET TAKE CONTROL OF HYDRO DAM

MNN. Aug. 8, 2009. In the 1960s some Mohawks use to visit the Maliseet community of Tobique in New Brunswick. They visited us in Kahnawake to exchange ideas about the Great Law of Peace and how to resist colonialism. We looked up to our elder, Louis Karonhiaktajeh Hall for guidance. He designed the Unity flag, which became known as the warrior flag, and wrote books on indigenous history and revitalization. These people broke free of the capitalist system of exploitation:

“On Monday, June 8, 2009, some Maliseet walked peacefully into the New Brunswick Power Corporation [NB Power] hydro station. Stephen Red Feather Perley approached the employees and said, “You guys have fifteen minutes to pack up and get out.” They left. The Maliseets wrapped a chain around the gate and locked it. The dam was now the property of the Maliseet Nation of Tobique.

Tobique, the largest Maliseet community in New Brunswick, first rejected a developer’s bid to build a hydro dam there in 1844. Another was rejected in 1895. At that time, the Tobique River was “one of the greatest salmon river systems in the world,” (along with the St. John River and its other tributaries) with hundreds of thousands of fish swimming upstream to spawn each year. This defined them and their way of life.

By 1945, provincial and federal agencies started development. In 1950 New Brunswick’s Premier approved construction of a dam at Tobique without consulting the Maliseet. By year end construction began.

Tobique’s chief wrote to Indian Affairs, “If the dam cannot be stopped, we demand compensation.” He wanted “free electricity for all their domestic and business uses”. When the power lines were installed, they were billed. The Council paid for Elders and those on social assistance.

Today, barely any wild salmon make their way up the Tobique river. Tobique has high rates of cancer, due partly to the power lines over the community and to the toxic chemicals dumped and sprayed on their land by NB Power. The dam has eroded the community’s riverbanks. Trees being washed away and homes are in danger of falling into the river”. Many of the edible and medicinal plants are gone. The islands they grew on are underwater. Tobique residents are charged among the highest electricity rates in New Brunswick.

In the spring of 2008, Canada’s Indian Affairs Department put Tobique’s finances under third party management; the Council was purportedly $20 million in debt. They stopped paying the power bills. In April 2008 the elders and welfare recipients received bills for thousands of dollars. When NB Power threatened to cut off an Elder’s electricity, the community stepped in.

In May 2008, some Tobique activists set up a blockade denying NB Power access to the community and to the dam. Almost all Maliseet stopped paying their power bills.

In July 2008, the Maliseet began allowing NB Power access to the dam to do repairs and maintenance only. The employee had to check in with them and be escorted into the dam or community.

That month, NB Power forgave over $200,000 worth of hydro bills. In 2008 Paul Durelle, of Baie-Ste-Anne, NB died when NB Power cut his electricity because of non-payment during the winter. The Maliseet women sat at the blockade every day until New Brunswick’s no-disconnect policy came into effect.

In May 2009, an NB Power employee was caught sneaking around the community reading meters. [After kicking off the peeping Tom] on June 8th, the Maliseet took over the generating station. The blockade went by the highway in front of the dam.

On June 26, 2009 tensions escalated. A truck rolled by the blockade and into the station. The driver was talking on his cell phone. Stephen Perley told him to hang up and seized his truck.

The flustered driver was escorted to the blockade and given food and water. His employer refused to pick him up. The RCMP drove him home.

Today Maliseet women sit at the blockade every day playing cards and watching for NB Power trucks. Cars drive by, many honking in support. The dam continues to operate. NB Power continues to profit off from Tobique’s land and water.

On June 30th, 2009, the NB Minister of Aboriginal Affairs committed some money to restore eroded riverbanks and to clean up toxic and other wastes dumped at and around the dam.

Ottawa’s Department of Justice recently validated Tobique’s specific land claim, the largest in Atlantic Canada. Talks are underway.

The electricity being made on their land belongs to the Maliseet. The imperialist thieves have been hit in the once bulging pocketbook that they refused to share with the Indigenous land and resource owners. Also, they are fraudulently putting up Maliseet unsurrendered land as collateral to raise money on the stock exchange. Maliseets could soon learn to run these operations. So, New Brunswick and NB Power, stop panicking! Don’t do anything stupid or

Canada, US, Russia, Norway, Denmark and other imperialist entities are trying to steal the Indigenous area of northern Great Turtle Island. Climate change is causing the ice to recede. They all want to cart away our minerals, oil and gas. Ruskie and US subs have surfaced in the far north.Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is standing around the North Pole, waving his arms and screaming, “I was the first crook here. So it’s all mine, mine, mine!” He wants the true inhabitants, the Inuit, to live there year round to assert Indigenous sovereignty. They can hold back the other foreigners while he and his friends gouge out the riches. To him Canada is the only imperialist that can rob us as it’s under the usurpation of the colony of Canada!

On January 28, 2006, the Women Title Holders of the Kanion’ke:haka issued a public notice of objection to this attempted seizure of our inherent right to the “Arctic Region” by these foreign states, corporations, “outsiders” and non-Indigenous interests. The Inuit, our family, are the natural custodians of this area which belongs to our unborn generations.

According to Wampum 44 of the Kaianereh’ko:wa, the Ongwehonwe Women Title Holders are the “progenitors of the soil” of Great Turtle Island. We are the Caretakers of the land, water and air. We told these capitalist blood suckers to stay away, that they have no business here.

Self-determination is a universal human right. The denial of a nation’s exis¬tence constitutes genocide, according to the many international covenants these states have pledged to uphold. Modern international law protects small peoples from incursions by aggressive states who use military and economic force to impose their will. Their turf war over our territory, waters and resources violates our customs, practices, occupation and rights.

We cannot surrender our birthright. This land is who we are. The Western Sahara decision provides that a territory cannot be incorporated in another state without the informed consent of the majority of its people. This was not done because they know that we will never agree to give up our identity.

No one made a treaty of cession with us to enter our Arctic waters and territory.

International, federal, state and provincial entities cannot violate international law and the rule of law by superseding our jurisdiction over territory that we never surrendered.

Colonialism is illegal. Past agreements and treaties only allowed foreigners to live peacefully on our land.

Any foreigner wishing to enter our territory must deal with us through nation-to-nation protocol. No foreign entity and their corporate bodies and associated or visitor such as the colony of Canada can invite outsiders onto our territory or sell off our resources.

In Canada we took an action in the Supreme Court of Canada – Kanion’ke:haka Kaianereh’ko:wa Kanon’ses:neh v. Attorney General of Canada and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario, Court File: 05-CV-030785.

We brought this constitutional jurisdiction issue before the U.S. Supreme Court. See No. 05-165: 2005. In The Supreme Court of the United States In re Kanion’ke:haka Kaianereh’ko:wa Kanon’ses:neh, Non-party, Petitioner/Movant/Appellant, The Canadian St. Regis Band of Mohawk Indians, Plaintiffs, Respondents, v. The State of New York, Defendants, Respondents. Petition for Writs of Certiorari and Quo Warranto with Prohibition and Mandamus in Aid to Prevent Genocide. Rules 17.1 and 20.1.

There are two camps: our enemy and ourselves. The increasing dependence of international capitalists on neo-colonial theft makes their existence and future uncertain. They are facing serious economic and social difficulties making them desperate. Some of the symptoms are rising prices, balance of payments problems, unemployment and social unrest. Their use of more violence, armed force and coercion indicates their panic and decline in their power.

The masses are resisting the might is right strategy. The capitalists are finding themselves in an unhealthy position. We must keep confronting them with the truth, which they’re saying is unpeaceful and annoying to them.

The Arctic has become unlivable due to the environmental destruction caused by the imperialists. The Inuit have the same duties to care for our mother, Great Turtle Island. We are brothers and sisters. We follow your issues and feel all the stresses that you are going through. We hope you won’t allow yourselves to be used by any of these foreign invaders. They are trying to exploit you and nothing good will come of it.
