MNN. Nov. 21, 2015. In 1994 there were joint military operations against the rotino’shonni:onwe [Iroquois] in US and Canada. “Gallant Piper” is the US counterpart to Canada’s “Operation Campus – Scorpion-Saxon”. New York State’s “INDIAN Detail’ was set up in 1974 after our people resettled on our territory at Moss Lake and then Ganienkeh. In 1995 NYS Governor Pataki appointed Brig. Gen. William C. Martin as the Deputy Adjutant General. Brig. General Wm Martin In 1996 he was to command ground and air assault combat against us, using New York’s 27th Infantry Brigade and 42nd Infantry Division, backed by helicoptors with armoured vehicles.

Scaring themselves for their war on terror.

Scaring themselves for their war on terror. The great law of peace is the answer.

Fort Drum military base near Watertown NY provided the soldiers for “Operation Gallant Piper’ to invade and kill the Mohawks and Senecas at ganienkeh, akwesasne, cattaraugus and allegheny. The military was going to attack the businesses that were not giving taxes to  New York State, based on an illegal agreement between Onondaga Council of Chiefs Inc. [Oren Lyons] and NYS. oka canada sent

A “Dialogue Team” was visiting our communities, briefing the people on the unlawful agreement which violated the kaia’nere:kowa, law of the land. NYS had no right to shut down our businesses. They had body bags, gymnasiums, community centers, fire halls and hospitals on standby for the dead and injured. Certain people were singled out. An insider informed us about the planned military attack. The press published the story. Gallant Piper was pulled.

The “INDIAN Detail was made up of NYS Police, National Guard and Fort Drum military. Most of its information, records, personnel, equipment and plans on the INDIAN Detail are at Fort Drum, less than an hour from Onondaga.

Do you think they can give us some of their Indian medicine that keeps them young.

Do you think they can give us some of their Indian medicine that keeps them living forever?

On May 18, 1997, the rotino’shonni, celebrating the defeat of the unlawful agreement in Onondaga, were attacked by the “INDIAN Detail”. According to court records, soldiers from Fort Drum were on their way to join the Troopers at Onondaga. We speculate this was a follow up to Gallant Piper as it involves the same personnel.

Boys, look out for False Flag Lady if she's in your vicinity!

Boys, look out for False Flag Lady if she’s in your area! She saw the Titanic go down!

In March 1998 Oren Lyons leading the Onondaga Council of Chiefs Inc. burnt down all non-cooperative businesses in Onondaga with the assistance of NYS. The same year Ronnie Jones, the leaders of the Onondaga resistance, was brutally murdered, hands and feet were severed. He was hung up by the neck and then his home set on fire.

It seems odd that Fort Drum soldiers are now being sent into battle with ISIS.

NYS has been delaying this trial for almost 20 years. In January 2016 NYS Police are going to stand trial for their criminality. Hopefully Brig. Gen. Martin can answer some of our questions. This is during our Midwinter Festival when we name our babies.

Jim Morrison knows that we are riding out a storm because the powers that be don’t have a fight with us: “Riders on the storm, riders on the storm. Into this house we’re born, into this world we’re thrown. Like a dog without a bone, an actor out on loan, Riders on the storm”. [Riders on the storm]. We have been and continue to ride out the storm.

MNN. 18, 2015. The Indian Lands Acts of 1924 established the POW camps called “Indian Reserves” IR throughout Canada. Bill C-51 is Canada’s latest attempt to legalize genocide. Here are ten steps to illegally dismantle the ongwe’hon:weh through corporate regime change, relocation or unwitnessed lethal procedures.

"They were demanding decent water and housing!!"

“They wanted decent water and housing!!”

1.The military response unit is located at the high tech Indian Affairs “war room”, directed by a well-briefed investigator and surveillance head. He reports to a senior commissioned officer. Federal, state and provincial entities work together to benefit from eliminating the ongwe’hon:weh. Top brass, all units in the detail and the local band councils work together. Military response teams surround all IRs. Operations are planned years in advance.

2.Detailed reporting on all incidents, including rumors and concocted stories. Surveillance is constant. Agents infiltrate the community in various guises. A “to be taken out” list is created.

3.Soldiers & CSIS/CIA agents are imbedded in media to control information, turn the public against the target, film the operation for study and identification.

Isn't it time for you to sit down and talk with us?

Isn’t it time for you to sit down and talk with us?

4.The media induces fear into the surrounding communities promoting fear and anger towards any  ongwe’hon:weh. In 1990 the surrounding communities requested the military attack the Mohawks. Command posts are set up at a moment’s notice to go into the IR once the conflict is created. “New management” or lethal force is demanded. This historical record continues. See below “Rocks at Whisky Trench”.

5.The “economic hit man” pays off the band and tribal council for their cooperation. Chiefs liaise constantly with the military. Secret meetings are held at local golf courses. The commander is involved during the “live” operation.

"They never quit fighting to keep their land from us!"

“Our mother can never ever be sold!”

6.Professionals, elders, men, women and children are targeted to silence them. Some are banished. Businesses are controlled or burnt destroyed.

7.Provocateurs, informants, infiltrators, workers and goons watch and report to the investigator. They are trained to befriend, create dissent, spread false rumors, pacify or carry out local attacks, or conflicts to divide the people, with impunity.

8.Band councils sign blank arrest warrants. Local cops stand by while targeted residents are threatened. Some incidents are “false flags” to mislead the people and heighten tension. The ensuing chaos eventually discredits cops and band councils. The military comes in to control the situation.

"I just outlawed the INDIANS!!!

“The people will wipe that smile off your face later this year, Stevie”!!!

9.The band and tribal councils agrees to come under the control of a political and economic corporation to create ‘peace’. Martial law is established. Roads closed. Houses searched. Curfews. No civil rights. Trouble makers removed. A combination of theatre, coercion and threats to control everybody and to bring about the desired corporate regime. Perpetrators report they were “just following orders” and can’t remember doing anything wrong, until they are charged with human rights abuses and genocide!

10.The law of the land of Great Turtle Island is the Kania’nereh:kowa. It shall prevail.

2001 interrogation of Dennis Blythe, BCI Bureau of Criminal Investigation on the INDIAN Detail conducted May 18, 1997, by the Onondaga Council of Chiefs Inc. and New York State against the Rotinoshonni. US District Court, Northern District of NY. [Ronald Jones vs. NYS 98 CV 374.]

Paul Rogers of Bad Company tells us how the seagull from his high vantage point sees things much more clearly: “Seagull, you fly across the horizon, into the misty morning sun. Nobody asks you where you are going. Nobody knows where you’re from. And you fly through the sky, never asking why.”

MNN. July 1, 2013. Twenty-three years ago Akwesasne was mired in controversy supposedly over gambling. The two sides were dubbed the “Antis” and the “Warriors”. The antis would invite the press in and stage shootings. They falsely claimed gangs of marauding youths with semi-automatics were roaming the streets. The Warriors pledged they would never fight against our own people.HORNUNG AKWE

The real issue continues to be sovereignty and jurisdiction. New York State and the FBI have no authority to come into Mohawk sovereign territory.

The condoled Confederacy chiefs feared the Men who maintained the Great Law. They began a false campaign that Warriors no longer existed in Haudenosaunee society. Conflicts were ignited in our communities.

NY State Governor Mario Cuomo had a weekly radio show on current events. One night he spoke about the issues at Akwesasne. Two calls came in. One during the show and another afterward. A man wanted Cuomo to send in the National Guards against the Warriors. The caller asked, “What is it going to take for you to send in the National Guards?”

akwe casinoCuomo replied, “Dead bodies”. Within hours two men were killed, Harold J.R. Edwards and Matthew Pike, both shot in the back. The caller accused a well-known individual and the Warriors of the murders. The Governor knew that the accused was far away from Akwesasne at the time, that the caller was lying.

The Warrior Society asked NY State Police to enter Akwesasne to investigate the two killings. They did not come in.

A well-known native reporter was arrested and jailed based on eye-witness testimony. The witness was visited by unnamed persons. He recanted his statements. The charges were stayed. There was not enough evidence.

friendly fireToday no proper investigation has been done. No one has explained the strange timing of the killings. Was this a product of organized crime? If so, who were the organizers? So far the Grand Council of Onondaga has never cleared this up, which is a violation of the Great Law.  As Gene Pitney sang about gunslingers: “Everyone heard two shots ring out, a shot made Liberty fall/
The man who shot Liberty Valance, he shot Liberty Valance/He was the bravest of them all.” The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.

Read the 2006 story attached: UNSOLVED MURDERS IN AKWESASNE REVISITED: describes how the killing of two Mohawks during a staged fire fight in Akwesasne in 1990 led to a conflict set up to bring in the outside police forces, NYS Police, RCMP, Quebec SQ, Ontario Provincial Police, National Guard, etc.

MNN. Apr 14, 2013. Our red brothers and sisters are forewarned of the impending calamities of the evil industrial-military-intelligencia complex.  We must stand firm on the Kaianerekowa based on our inherent natural ties to Great Turtle Island. Our treasonous corporate Indians should be pulled off their seat behind the big desk and thrown right in front of the people. The 14 warnings of the coming fascism are: fascism

1. “Powerful expressions of nationalism”. Our band and tribal councils, along with their corporate masters are guilty of treason for aiding and abetting a foreign corporate fascist takeover. they are all subject to the penalties of the Kaianerekowa. Our mythical elder of the 4th Dimension, Red-X, suggests, “We pull them out of the closet and subject them to the will of the people.”

2. “Disdain for human rights”. As they state in their Secret Covenant, “We shall deceive them into accepting laws that will steal the little freedom they have left”.

3. “Uncoopertive professionals [scientists, doctors, lawyers] Identified and eliminated”.  Red-X says, “Money talks and the rest croak”.

4. “Avid militarism in local police forces”. There are dozens of policing agencies in and around Indigenous communities. Red-X says, “Take the infidels out of the closet, throw them in front of the people, who may sentence them to the red willow brigade”. According to Kaianerekowa we should police each other, eliminating need for police forces.

5. “Rampant sexism”. No respect for the balance of power that women hold in Indigenous communities. On the patriarchal band councils, Red-X says, “The ‘boyz in the band’ of the belly of the beast must be aborted”.

6. “Controlled mass media”. Five multinational corporations control media worldwide. They are the blabbermouths for ethnic cleansing and genocide. “Seize the airwaves now!” instructs the Red-X, “and speak truth to power. The truth will always rise, like the sun.”media lies

7. “Obsession with national security”. Red-X says, “Any threats against banker’s hegemonic control of the economy is considered a threat to national security. Keep your eyes on the prize and purloin it”.

8. “Religion and the ruling bankers are tied together.” Red-X warns, “Obama thinks he’s the Messiah who shall deliver the masses, and sings, ‘Praise the lord and pass the ammunition’!”

9. “Power of corporations protected”. Preferred contracts are given to Bechtel, Kellogg, Haliburton, Brown & Root, etc. Red-X says it’s “blood for oil. No Onkwehonwe blood for oil”.

10. “Power of labor suppressed or eliminated.”  Red-X asks, “Who’s really working anyway? So what’s being eliminated?” military industrial

11. “Disdain and suppression of intellectuals and the arts”. MNN and Red-X will work for liberation.

12. “Obsession with crime and punishment”. There are over 2.2 million in US prisons, the most of any country. The privatized penal system is owned by multi-billionaires such as George Wackenhut, crony of Bill Clinton. There is no line between government and private companies. They can never privately own our land. From the earth we come, to the earth we will return. Their lies cover this original lie that they own our land. Red-X says, “Anything based upon a lie is a always a lie”.  private prisons

13. “Rampant cronyism and corruption”. All major corporations reap billions from war and tragedies, all un-investigated. All “democratic” governments operate by bribery and payoffs. Interpol has been asked to investigate the theft of our ever growing $60.7 trillion Indian Trust Fund.

14. “Fraudulent elections”. See Obama win! Then look at fraudulent elections based on “51% corporatism” which is manipulated by the money. See Iraq, Afghanistan, Akwesasne, Kanehsatake, Kahnawake and every other Indigenous community on Great Turtle Island. sa

Critics of current politics are considered s**t disturbers! MNN sits at the top of the pine tree like the eagle, ever watchful of any danger that might be coming from the distance to threaten the peace of the Confederacy of all Indigenous people.  As Edgar Winter sang: “I’ll get some dynamite and I‘ll get a crane. I’ll blow it all up, tear it down and start all over again. I’ll build me a town that I’ll be proud to show. But I’ll keep the name ‘Tobacco Road’.”

MNN. Sep. 20 2009. The NYS Everett Report of March 17, 1922, found that no attempt was ever made to control the Mohawks of Akwesasne. That’s because that section lying within NYS is separate and distinct from the United States and Canada. [p. 317]. So is all of Great Turtle Island.

Aliens have only those rights we gave them under the Great Law/Kaianerehkowa, which was temporary. Should they cause loss, wrong, suffering or endanger the peace, the War Chiefs reprimand and expel them. [Wampum 74]. They have no voice in council. [Wampum 76]. Canada, US, Mexico or any foreigners cannot interfere with us.

The arrived with nothing, then stole, created paper money backed by military force and tried to take everything from us.

Red Jacket, Corn Planter and other Iroquois told US President George Washington that they’re fighting over something that doesn’t belong to them – our lands, resources and waters, including all the beds of all the waters of Great Turtle Island. [p. 186-7]

Their politicians, judiciary and military know we never gave up anything. Canada, US, Ontario, Quebec and New York State promised to protect us from them.

International law provides that title to land cannot be taken away without the fully informed consent of the lawful owners. If it’s stolen and used for twenty or a million years, they never get title.

At Akwesasne, Canada Customs goons are grabbing our cars and demanding $1000. These hoods nab us as we come over the bridge, take us out to the back and beat us up. A fleet of armored tow trucks haul away our vehicles. Canada threatens unarmed people with heavily armed RCMP, OPP, Cornwall and Akwesasne police forces.

Some of these community members carry pinkish purple cards showing they are Camel Toe Treaty people. This cult says a treaty was signed in Central Park in New York City in 409 AD. Egyptian tombs were left behind. They purport that Indigenous were signatories that brought down the Roman Empire! None of this has any basis in the Great Law or in history. Rotinoshonni:onwe have a birthright to freedom of movement on Great Turtle Island.

Before putting the military boots to us, the colonists sent in the camels to confuse, anger and scare us. We don’t want another 1990 Mohawk Oka Crisis style attack by 5,000 heavily armed soldiers. They obviously fear true facts, which can’t be blown up, shot at or destroyed.

Canada, give it up. Your imaginary line [border] doesn’t belong here.

We will never renounce our Rotinshonni’on:we birthright. Three recent Federal Court of Canada rulings confirm our sovereignty. Because we live in Akwesasne and Kahnawake, we are not residents of Canada and are not entitled to an investigation of brutal attacks and human rights violations by colonial border thugs.

These attacks show panic, weakness and impotence. Predatory banksters are trying to plunder the world with impunity.

Everybody in the world knows that two party deals for our land and possessions between foreigners are illegal.

– Video link

MNN. July 4, 2009. According to Mike Mitchell, the new band councilor, we hope he doesn’t mean that the Indigenous give and the colonists take! He has announced a give-and-take style negotiation with Canada. The armed border guards want to come into Akwesasne in exchange for something. He suggests the Canada Border Services agents CBSA could give by taking some cultural sensitivity training. If they become sensitive to us, our laws and our rights, they will get off the island and never come back. The colony of Canada has no legal business manning their store in the middle of our community. The Canada and US ultimatum is that they are going to keep the two bridges onto Kawehnoke on Cornwall Island closed until we let them come in with guns. As a band councilor, Mitchell has been a longtime anti-Confederacy sovereignty advocate. He seems willing to compromise the Mohawk nation position.Mitchell wants to make it look like he settled our valid complaint and come out looking like the hero. Some of the human rights complaints will be settled, he said. He wants to make the economically dying cities of Cornwall Ontario and Massena New York happy.Any deal Mitchell makes will only apply to those 350 people who voted for him, who obviously support the colonial band council system and their goal to undermine us. They are trying to set a precedent for outsiders to patrol other Indigenous communities.

This is a nation-to-nation issue. Canada and US both know that this is a Rotino’shonni:onwe movement based on our sovereignty, which is supported by international law. A majority have to give our fully informed consent which we will never.

Watch the following short video linked to this article. You can see how happy Mohawks feel about being free of the abuse and brutality of the border guards!

There is talk of putting a temporary Canadian customs on the Cornwall Ontario side at the foot of the Bridge. This hasn’t been brought to the Mohawks. At least the Canadian government recognizes they can’t put guns on the island in the middle of Kawehnoke.

Not mentioned is that this too is Mohawk territory which is under dispute. The Mohawks have given the message that we are not going to be intimidated. This is being acknowledged by the non-native community. They now know that we cannot be pushed around anymore.

We must give credit to Dooley Thompson, the former chief, and his supporters, for standing up for the people forcefully and eloquently. Hopefully Mike Mitchell learns from his predecessor that the non-natives can’t walk over us. We are in the right. We don’t want guns like the others. We have to take a stand and stay with it. The cutting off of traffic to Kawehnoke has allowed us to feel relieved from the years of intimidation. It’s a vacation from the abuse that has been going on for a long time.

The Mohawks message to the world is that tyranny has to be resisted. With the move towards global totalitarianism by the few elite thugs and their military goons, the Mohawks, our brothers, sisters, friends, allies and supporters are showing everybody how to defend themselves without using violence. Only the truth!

The Akwesasne Women’s Fire remains in good spirits and smiling a lot when the Peace Caravan arrived. The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe on behalf of their bosses, Canada and US, tried to sidetrack the public into thinking they weren’t welcome. We sent out a message inviting the public to join us.

Bring your camping gear.

NOTE: Please disregard the unsigned June 27th press release from the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne which tried to redirect supporters to Ottawa. [ 613-936-1548 ]. Health Canada also gave a dire warning for Indigenous communities to stay away from large social gatherings to stop the spread of swine flu. Former Chief Nona Benedict responded: “Does this mean July 1 Fireworks are canceled, as well as all future lacrosse games at the arena and the Akwesasne Pow-wow?”

Canada is reviving the old tactic of disinformation, intimidation and threats. We are in the right. We don’t want guns! This is a time to negotiate from a position of strength, not fear or weakness. We can’t have appeasers make deals behind our backs. If we start giving away piecemeal, eventually we will wind up with nothing.

The Mohawks are obviously not going to break the peace that has pervaded the situation from the beginning to now. The Peacemaker Dekanawida and our ancestors will be proud of the message of peace that we have maintained. If anybody causes trouble, it will be outside agitators, police forces, military, undercover agents and professional trouble makers. We won’t fall for it. We will protect each other.

We thank everybody for supporting us.
