THE RISING

The devastation on turtle island North America began when the invasive species arrived by boats with sails and began poisoning the waters, land and air, spoiling and killing everything they saw..Now these oligarchs are making deals with countries and corporations to be one company under their ownership. Long ago the indigenous people of turtle island united as sovereign, equal and free. A Six Nations healer recently stated that all animals are guided by the stars, that some invading large whales are beaching themselves. The magnetic interference from the steel bridges that are being built over the waters stopped these invaders from taking over our river systems. There were no climate change problems until the invasive species invaded our shores.

KAHNAWAKE

The Rotinonshonni Mohawks are the “guardians of the eastern door” of turtle island who were one of the caregivers of the waters and land east of the Mississippi River. All water in eastern turtle island comes from the depths of the Finger Lake area, which is the main center of Rotinoshonni Iroquois territory. Ironworkers working on top of structures have seen large animals swimming up the rivers and becoming predators of the natural animals of the  Rotinoshonni areas. In 1952 the Kanienkehaka Mohawks tried to protect and block the St. Lawrence Seaway from being built by US and Canada through Kahnawake territory near Montreal. We were always aware of the disruption of our waters, land and communities by foreign sea creatures. The European invaders never had permission from the traditional inhabitants of turtle island to change it in any way that would cause foreign species to invade. They realized that the invading ships would bring with them animals, vegetation and people that would destroy turtle island, particularly the Great Lakes. Worse were the foreign species that brought in by ship the waste water which was dumped into the Great Lakes system which multiply by billions into the largest fresh body of water in the world, violating the purpose of its existence. They attack the natural fish and then take over the largest water system in the world. Those beaching themselves have difficulty getting past the bridges which block the rays of the sun causing them to lose their direction and become lost. 

Animal warfare on turtle island is happening. These foreign serpents are attacking the natural animals. The indigenous are trying to protect themselves and stop these invasions of foreign species from other parts of the world. The anaconda, the largest snake in the world, has invaded the US. They came from the Amazon into northern areas of the western hemisphere in search of natural inhabitants such as the alligators and other prey. The spirit of the piranhas has gone into the killer bees who attack creatures of North America, so, as we are told, the bees can remove the mosquitos! Piranhas have been discovered in the Great Lakes.

One of the biggest deliberate violations by the invaders was the killing of over 60 million buffalo on the plains to starve the indigenous. The ships also brought in rats with vermin from around the world to infect our natural species and vegetation. The Great Lakes have also been used for human trafficking. It all boils down to money.

We have and will care for our indigenous people, animals and vegetation. The intruders brought refugees from different parts of the world to enslave them. They come from areas of the world where they bring forth deadly foreign sicknesses. Millions were entered into the US carrying foreign diseases not natural to North America. The sudden rise in the number of people getting measles is because they are coming from countries where they are not immunized. Today many birds are extinct because the intruders took their feathers to decorate their hats. In 1942 beavers were purposely taken from Canada to Patagonia in South America to destroy that land. In the 1940s, North American beavers (Castor canadensis) were introduced to Tierra del Fuego, a region in southern Patagonia, to establish a fur trade. Due to the lack of natural predators in the area, the beavers’ population rapidly grew to over 200,000, causing significant ecological damage. Their dams and extensive tree-felling have led to habitat destruction and flooding, impacting native ecosystems and fora. There are no natural predators so they wiil never leave. 

The WARRIOR’S HANDBOOK by the late Karoniaktajeh explains on page 37 ‘TRIBE OR NATION” outlining how how the invaders planned to destroy our natural sovereign system so as to ‘disappear’ us from our land:

“A tribe is primitive man’a attempt at a social order. The nation is the finished product. In ancient times a family and their relatives got together and organized themselves in a band for self-protection. That is the tribe. Later, the tribes or families go together and coalesced into nations.

“One definition of tribe: a derogatory term meaning primitive and low class people. In brief, an insulting expression. 

“The Europeans came to North America. They made treaties with the native Americans and, in doing so, recognized the Indians as nations. Only nations can make treaties. International law says that a nation once recognized as a nation remains a nation until it dissolves itself. No nation may dissolve another nation. The U.S. action in 1871 reducing whole Indigenous Nations to mere tribes is illegal according to international law.

“For the white race the nation is a recent concept. When the red and white races met, all the countries in Europe were kingdoms. In a kingdom, only the monarch has sovereignty. Everything and everyone belonged to the king. A true nation is where the authority flows upward from the people to the installed leaders, as in the case of the Six Nations “Iroquois” Confederacy, also known as the Long  House, the world’s first people’s republic. The indigenous were the first to make a national institution, which is a State far ahead of any then known.

“The Iroquois Confederacy never accepted the reduced tribe status, always stands on its international rights as a union of nations and insists that the U.S. honor the Treaties their ancestors signed with the Six Nations Confederacy”. This is how to reverse the genocide plan.

Interesting. In Ontario people, indigenous, cougars and eagles are making a comeback. Most of Ontario is Mohawk territory called the “Beaver Hunting Grounds”, also called the Nan Fan Treaty of 1701, which is 800 square miles of hunting grounds. The kanienkehaka Mohawk and indigenous have the responsibility to maintain the balance of the water, lands and air to the whole biosphere. The indigenous and the animals are trying to carry out this duty. 

The negligence of the colonists is affecting all of us. We are making a comeback by always remembering our territory which is all of turtle island and our duties as caregivers.

The indigenous and the animals are protecting turtle island from these invaders who are coming from every direction of the world. They are destroying the natural haven of rest for the whole human race, the only safe place in the world to protect the humans from being extinct or enslaved.

AN EYE FOR AN EYE

MNN. May __ 2025. The title “Eye for an eye” is not our way. There is another way. I came from the womb of my ancestors. I am descended from one of the oldest living cultures in the world. We follow the original thoughts of our ancestors, we are each sovereign onto ourselves, we are each born caretakers of all turtle island, not beholden to a prime minister or a president or a  king or any oligarch. We are self-determined, on our own separate journey, with the strength of our indigenous people, with the fire of our ancestors in our bones. I am a daughter, sister, mother, auntie, story teller, knowledge keeper, and warrior woman. At this stage I am an elder. The public always want us to tell our story as traumatized victims bound by adversity. What i say to you comes from the kanienkeha kahnistensera. Mohawk Mothers. We are seen as a problem to be managed. We are each sovereign and matriarchal. To have what belongs to us, we are expected to prostitute our trauma, to perform our pain for the colonists, not to be seen as strong so we can be portrayed as a race of inept and underclass people. The first prime minister John A. MacDonald called us “savages” and made us wards of the state to take our land, resources and Indian Trust Funds, while at the  same time Canada fraudulently proclaims equality and freedom for everyone, except us. He is the first Crime Minister.

We are the original people and this is what the scavengers from Europe called us to make the blueprint for the biggest genocide on earth of 150 million indigenous people from pole to pole, ocean to ocean. 

This is the violence of the imported corporate majority rules governing system that surrounds us. This system rewards our suffering and punishes our resilience. It does not work for us. I am giving you some of my warrior mind, my power as a woman, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I am not here to ask for permission. I am here to start a feminine uprising. You are hearing about some of our journey of the ongoing genocide that continues in the universities so they can get  funding from the corporate government, from the taxpayers and from our Indian trust fund. You already know about how the intruders to our l land murdered us and began their program to try to make us helpless broken survivors. We and creation are powerful beyond measure. I am alive to remind the world that indigenous women will rise. This is not a gesture. It is a global necessity. 

How do we deal with the “Final solution to the Indian problem” in the US and Canada by those who form the bloodlines which created the corporations that privately hold Canada and the United States. Right now the project of the ultimate oligarchs is falling apart. We can see it, smell it, hear it, feel it, it’s in the air!

The ignorance of the Mass Murders of Indigenous people has made North Americans into fools through the cobweb of lies they have spun to hide their crimes. The military invaded turtle island, killed us and the European bloodline families took over the land and resources of turtle island and made themselves kings on this land through oligarchy.  They found out the land and resources could not be bought because they were not for sale. When the indigenous told them they could not dig deeper than the depth of a plow and had to form a constitution based on the Two Row and kaianerekowa philosophy, they agreed. Then they pulled out their genocide plan and put it into action. It was greed and enrichment of the few and for those they invited to join them. Such actions are a hereditary disease of some. They got and still have lots of help to subjugate, demean and discredit the original people of turtle island.

It is colonialism merchandising fake democracy that exists wherever these scavengers show up. They rape and pillage. Europe is controlled by financial bloodlines who came to turtle island to expand business by setting up the Thirteen Colonies. Their playbook is now failing. American politics is getting chaotic. When a country needs immigrants to survive, that means they are finished. Colonialism is dying. No more cheap resources or labourers. Fascism would not exist without immigrants who are doing all the work to get a few benefits. 

The shareholders that own the crown are getting restless. What will happen to their rush for ultimate power? Leaders of corporate countries are grasping at straws to save their dying empires. They do everything to stop us from finding the graves of the victims of one of the biggest genocides in the world, here in Canada and the United. States. McGill is a key player as you all know. The great peace is the form of true democracy based on freedom and equality given to us indigenous by creation to spread to the whole world. We tried to get the newcomers to adopt true democracy and failed. They set up an oligarcy. Whoever makes the most money runs it. The alternative system brought here is a dictatorship. In Europe the bloodlines lied and made the people think they owned the land they lived on and could tax them. It was a lie. The kaianerekowa from the beginning of time has survived and could end the catastrophe called the US and Canadian colonial corporations. They brought the same system to turtle island where municipalities are created, owned by the banks which are owned by the bloodlines. Same system here. They make the people pay taxes on land they do not own. The final victims are the true original people of turtle island. The colony of Canada cannot prove they own one inch of turtle island. It is all a scam. As you are learning in your studies, no colonization ever survives. 

We think about all the misery being created worldwide. The solution in my view is to study and sincerely follow the principles of the kaianerekowa great peace, and consensual decision making based on nature. We want the original agreement that the European bloodlines of the 13 colonies agreed to in 1784 at Albany. They are now the bankers who control turtle island, onowarekeh. The Mohawks who were there were victims of the beginning of the mass genocide of our people by edicts of George Washington and Prime Minister John A. MacDonald.  We are direct line descendants of some of the survivors who escaped and are in Kahnawake, Akwesasne, Tyendinaga, Wahta, Osweken, all of Ontario and southwestern Quebec, and all waters that flow into the great Lakes watershed. We told them then that we would return with the great peace.  

The “One Dish One Spoon” from the 1701 teiohateh agreement gives us an unlimited economic right to the economy from our lands.

CANADA’S LAST SUPPER

This is the last supper of the artificial entity of Canada.  Thank you for being with us and for showing your support. 

We are here for a very important and, sadly, tragic announcement which it is our duty to share with you.

Despite what McGill has been stating publicly since the beginning of this investigation in a denialist attempt to hide their history of criminal experiments and abuse against our people, we have been informed that undeniable evidence of human remains has now been discovered. In fact, McGill and the SQI have commissioned this report themselves, so they should be the ones sharing these tragic findings with the public. They said they were committed to transparency, but they are not. 

In one area near the Allan Memorial Institute of McGill University, where the infamous medical experiments known as MK-Ultra took place, investigations using three separate remote-sensing technologies have finally been completed. We have received a report combining these results that states that, quote, “The combination of three separate lines of evidence supports the presence of human remains” near the Allan Memorial Institute.

These three technologies included Ground Penetrating Radar, three teams of Historic Human Remains Detection Dogs, and, most recently, the use of the S4 Subterra Grey Probe — which was designed specifically to detect human burials.

The results of all three of those techniques support the presence of human remains on the site that survivors and community members like us have been trying to protect for four years. 

McGill says that absence of evidence is evidence of absence. What we say — and what the experts say — is that the presence of evidence is evidence of presence.

Apart from this zone, several other zones of concern have been identified on the site, including other targets where dogs alerted and worrisome results from ground penetrating radar reports, which all warrant further investigation.

This morning, we sent an official letter to assistant chief coroner Géhane Kamel notifying her office of these tragic findings and requesting their intervention to protect and properly investigate the death of the person, or their remains, in this unmarked burial that was detected on the site of the Allan Memorial Institute.

We reached out to the coroner, first, because the law requires people to inform the coroner of the presence of human remains, quote, “where it appears that the death has occurred as a result of negligence or in obscure or violent circumstances”. Second, we chose to contact coroner Géhane Kamel specifically because of her work investigating the role of systemic racism in the death of Joyce Echaquan, an Atikamekw woman, at the Joliette hospital. We feel that in this important work coroner Kamel demonstrated a strong sensitivity and respect for Indigenous concerns and traditional protocols.

We think that this represents an unprecedented opportunity to find new and innovative pathways toward reconciliation through a joint investigation including both the coroner’s office and Mohawk experts. We thus asked the coroner to work with Indigenous experts, a Mohawk medical pathologist and a Mohawk archaeologist, alongside cultural monitors, to ensure a credible, transparent and impartial investigation — one that can help our community find the truth about what happened to us at the Royal Victoria and at McGill.

The reason why it is so urgent right now to protect and investigate this area is because McGill and the SQI [Quebec Department of Infrastructures] have already announced their intention to excavate the zone the same way they did where the dogs first identified the scent of human remains, back in June 2023 in front of the Hersey Pavilion.

You can see what’s happening in front of that building right now: A massive construction project is going on full blown for McGill’s New Vic Project, using $650 million dollars of Quebec taxpayers’ money to privatize land that they promised would serve for health care in perpetuity. Historic Human Remains Detection Dogs identified the scent of human remains in that area in 2023, and disturbing discoveries were made when they started digging there. Two fragments of a pair of children’s shoes from the beginning of the 20th century. A layer that had a horrible smell like something decomposing. And many bones. But instead of listening to the recommendations of the archaeologists we had jointly approved, McGill and the SQI decided to fire them when they started asking for forensic precaution to preserve that evidence. Instead of sifting the soil immediately like they were supposed to as explicitly indicated in the legally binding settlement agreement, McGill and SQI let the piles of soil rot under the sun and the rain for three months, before putting the soil in trucks to move it out of the way of their development project. They ended up sifting the piles with a huge mechanical machine used for mining, and which is never used in archaeology. Then they told us the hundreds of bone fragments they found there were too small to identify. How is that for a university teaching archeology and supposed to value science? Despite their promises to do it, those bones were never tested in a lab. The case was closed. Our cultural monitors and archaeologists on the site, and many other experts we consulted, were adamant that the mistreatment of the evidence and the use of that big machine destroyed the very fragile bones in the soil.

Desecration of human remains is a crime. And it’s still a crime if its an Indigenous person, by the way. We reported McGill and the SQI’s mistreatment to the Superior Court and we won that case. The Judge saw that they distorted the words of our agreement to fire the experts that we agreed upon. He ordered them to listen to the experts’ recommendations. But they appealed the decision, and it was overturned for procedural reasons that had nothing to do with what actually happened. The colonial court system is not our system. Our system seeks to right any wrongs and to understand one another.

Because the colonial legal system is incapable of protecting our rights, despite all the talk about reconciliation and the United Nations Declaration, we have no choice but to take the matter into our own hands, and to request the coroner to use her powers and expertise, and to work with our communities to implement a thorough, respectful and honest investigation. Our lost children and loved ones can’t wait any longer. They ask us to find them. Because we can’t afford to lose them again the way we did on the New Vic site, we will be keeping constant vigil and monitoring the site to make sure it is not destroyed until the area is secured for a proper investigation. We also invite the public to report any suspicious activity to us.

GUSTAFSSON LAKE MILITARY SEIGE 1995

Canada went to war with nature and the indigenous people who are the custodians of turtle island. The Gustafsson Lake Defenders were sun dancing on their unceded original land. Indigenous are the most endangered humans on earth who continue to struggle for survival and peace. Our spiritual ties to our mother earth cannot be broken. These are some of the RCMP ‘training tapes’ of the war declared by Canada against the Tsepeten of the land now called British Columbia. Karma is on its way.

FREE LEONARD PELTIER

Leonard Peltier is one of the most targeted men in the world. What does that represent? To our enemies he is a very special man. He could be captured by our enemies but could not be killed. He could be hidden and mistreated up to a point. He was presented to the world in one piece with no bruises. Why? The circumstances were very very special. He lived as a prisoner of a war brought on by the white man. His mind remained intact. They could break his body but not his spirit. His reasons for never giving into illegal confinement never changed. He was standing next to nature that was protecting him. He stood up to whatever was coming.  He stared at all the forces of evil that were ganging up against one man to show us what was happening to all of us. He was used as an example of what would happen to other indigenous people who stood up. It was our natural warrior spirit. When president Bill Clinton said, “Just say you did it and I will let you go!” Leonard replied, “I can’t because I did not kill them”. Nothing could make him lie. He remained in prison paying for a crime that they knew he diid not commit. He showed and lived the warrior spirit, a strength that we all have. We cannot go against nature. US presidents are just guys we do not put on a pedestal. It is against our way to elevate anyone above us. We know how thoroughly we think about every move we make. All past, present and future spirits were with him. Our enemies refuse to accept peace as you cannot hate and have peace. Peace is what we have amongst ourselves. That is what Leonard personified. It is normal for our enemies to try to destroy us and our people. Those driving us from our land are running away from their truth. The message is: If it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

A History of the Indian Trust Fund

BACKGROUND ON INDIAN TRUST FUNDS: In 1951 an amendment to the Indian Act moved the Indian Trust Funds to the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Canada. The  trust funds were no longer held separately from general Canadian Funds. The funds came from leases, royalties, rental, loans to non-natives, revenues from natural resources of the land, which could not be sold, from mining of gold, silver, diamonds, hydro-electricity. Their society is hateful and vengeful which they have been trained to not notice. Their motive is to exterminate an entire race because they want our possessions. The teiohateh Two Row Agreement is the law of turtle island. We know of their unremorseful cunning to kill us without guilt. They live in their self created fantasy world called “pop culture”. They tell themselves they are nice people and they sure love their guns. We onkwehonweh buried our weapons of war under the tree of peace so that war does not continue. The intruders made up their own image of themselves as great heroic leaders because of their great killing skills. When they chopped down the tree of peace at onondaga, they were cursed. They will be forever at war until real peace returns. In fact they are known as some of the cruelest blood thirsty tyrants to ever walk the earth. They are proud of this acknowledgement and even joke about it. Their crimes are so contemptuous, calculated, malignant and devastating which the world continues to tolerate. They are aware that their man-made class system is over. For the sake of humanity their malicious acts cannot be repeated or go unpunished.

They were thrilled to kill us. Their killing spree was glorious to them. Canada got a purpose to exist. “Wow, we’re killing off a whole race. We’re going to destroy human flesh”, they screamed. 

The church and the state were so proud of the carnage they designed together. Canada tells themselves they won! But Canada was defeated by us as we are still here. They are presently hiding all knowledge about this under their dirty carpets. The colony of Canada could collapse or abdicate. Creation placed the indigenous people on turtle island to take care of the land from time immemorial to infinity. Rematriation of every part of turtle island will always be the duty of the natural caregivers. So we are here to stay.

They continue to promote anti-indigenous propaganda to continue the biggest holocast in all humanity. They don’t want to stop until it is complete. They know how to kill us, destroy the earth and then hide what they have doing. They want to continue racial hatred, terrorism, violence, arrogance and cruelty. Canada has hundreds of tons of secret documents on their foul deeds which will be seized by or voluntarily turned over to us.

ALBANY PLAN OF UNION 1754

MNN. 24 Jan. 2025. The US founding fathers went to Albany in 1754 to learn about confederation and union from us. This became known as the “Albany Plan of Union”. The British overlords shot it down because of the power of its Council of Women and Council of Men. The British owned their women and did not want them to know about this.

The American Revolution was initiated to divide and conquer the Iroquois Confederacy, to chop down the Tree of Peace, that stood for thousands of years in Onondaga, where Dekanawida planted it. It was the biggest tree in North America. In 1779 over 13,800 colonists were sent to chop it down.

A pretend democracy was created supposedly based on the structure of the Great Peace. The Senate replaced the Council of Women. Congress replaced the Council of Men. The President, a hierarchical overlord, was placed over the whole process to render it moot.

Next the 51% majority rule was implemented, which is totally opposite to the consensual decision making process of the Great Peace. Then the bankers were put in place to control all transactions. They started selling the fantasy that people could “own” ongwe’hon:weh land which was impossible. The colonial settlers problems began, and we are dealing with it today. They occupy it illegally to the present through military force. 

All decision-making in the Great Peace was done through the clan system. In the US corporate made version, the clan system was replaced with the party system, an artificial clan. We ongwe’hon:we get our clans from our mothers and cannot interbreed amongst clans. The artificial party system can change at will.

Health is soundness of mind and body so that peace comes when minds are sane and bodies are cared for. Power means authority of law and custom backed by such force as is necessary according to the will of the people.

The Great Peace makes oligarchs look into the mirror to see their evil. Dekanawida said they have to make right all the suffering they caused. He advised to never go against the forces of nature, which is the basis of the Great Peace/Kaia’nereh:kowa.

Our chiefs, clan mothers and elders offer to meet the Americans in Albany as we did in 1754 when they got our message of peace which they misinterpreted. Our people are always at the council fire.

FEAR MONGERING

MNN. Jan. 22, 2025. They run on fear to create chaos to implement the order they desire for their mind control program. Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s rhetoric are  fear mongering, forgetting about the people who pay taxes and don’t get the services they paid for. Their pop culture lifestyle has been imposed on onowarekeh turtle island, which comes from a group of foreign oligarchic families who have illegally come here to exploit us and onowarekeh. They take everything they desire with no regard for the natural law or the health and welfare of mother earth and the people. People are speeding to box stores to fulfill the man made “culture of possession”. The forthcoming economic system creates more problems because of the out of control plastic lifestyle. More people are becoming homeless, living on the streets, killing each other, with out-of-hand personal problems, failing infrastructures and inadequate public services and disgarded people. The oligarchic wasteland of which 99% are finding that none are more enslaved than those who believe they are free. 

We have to change our value system back to the one determined by creation, not one mainly benefitting the oligarchy. Food sovereignty means independence and living within our means. Replacing our champagne tastes when all we can have is beer. Living in cities run by robots with no place to park and high fines for parking on the street. Experts are always finding new ways to gouge people. Some poor even live in boxes on streets and in alleyways.  

This politics is not for us. Trump and Trudeau are front runners of the corporate self serving governments. Now they are genociding their own people as they did to us. They are fighting over our land and resources where creation placed us to be caregivers. The intruders’ deathly war machines are stealing from each other everything that belongs naturally to the people of the world. The intruders arrived on turtle island and started planting potatoes called corporate states, provinces, municipalities, cities, band and tribal councils. Many of those squatting on our land are used to being poor. Now the rich are hurting. They cannot do what is right because they turn away from the truth. The oligarchs are the 1%. They try to kill the remaining indigenous people through corporate skullduggery so they can tell the world we no longer exist and then incorporate all our possessions and steal everything in sight. “Mine, mine, mine. Gimmie, gimmie, gimmie”, they yell. They shove their tactics in our faces and we still don’t see it, whlle they smile and continue their program of mass destruction of indigenous people. The people wanted to learn about the true democracy we tried to teach them in 1754 at Albany. It’s time to remind them of their broken promises.

We just have to keep presenting the truth and fight the gangsterism of Canada and US. The truth is the truth. Oo hide their genocide of our children and land, they have made their extermination policies the laws of the land and covering them up with lies. They give false hope to victims they are destroying, calling their directives “natural” and best for their victims.

From 1976 to 2025, there were Gerald Ford, Jmmy Carter, Ronald Reagen, George Bush, Bill Clinton, George, Bush Jr., Barak Obama and Donald Trump. No one did it. A president can be judged upon what he does upon leaving the presidency. None released Leonard Peltier when they could have. In 1993 Leonard was eligible for parole and none would let him out. They let that indigenous man languish in jail.
