QUIT THE FRAUD!

NOTICE TO BOGUS ALGONQUINS TO QUIT THEIR FRAUDULENT CLAIM TO HAUDENOSAUNEE TERRITORY
By Rastia’ta’non:ha
MNN. May 27, 2008. This is a notice to the counterfeit Algonquins to immediately quit their claim to Haudenosaunee Territory and their claim to be Algonquins. They are “visitors”, not the “owners” either historically or culturally. By their swindling actions they are dissolving the treaty rights of the real Algonquins. They are also interfering with the treaty rights of other nations who are part of the 1701 “Peace of Montreal” with the French that set out trade and commerce relations; and the 1701 “Nan-Fan Treaty” with the British which respects the sovereignty of all the signatories.

Some help is needed on how to file an international complaint to stop these con artists. The “sting operation” is being committed by Ontario, Canada, the mining-military-industrial-banking complex and archeologists against the Haudenosaunee for the part of our traditional territory that is south of the Ottawa River.

Mother Joan Holmes, has been hired to create “Algonquins” out of thin air. That’s why we call them “No’gonquins”. She has helped them set up nine “Algonquin” Disneylands. They are about to illegally sell Haudenosaunee land and resources they have no claim to. Fronting this scam are Algonquin “pretenders”, “Chief” Doreen Davis, “chief” Paula Sherman, “chief” Harold Perry, former “chief” Robert Lovelace, “chief” Chris Nahrgang and numerous “Algonquin Negotiation Representatives” under the control of ambulance chasers, Robert Potts and Chris Reid and Ontario Minister of Aboriginal Affairs, Michael Bryant. Brian Laforme, a Mississauga of New Credit, is also working on selling the Haudenosaunee land of Toronto. [See contacts at end]

Who are the “real” Algonquins and who are these fake “No’gonquins” that are giving the real ones a bad rap!

In 8,000 BC there were people known as the “Plano Paleo”. They hunted large animals with non-fluted spear points on the plains west of the Mississippi River. They lived there until 4,500 BC. As the climate warmed up and the glaciers melted, they began to move into the area known today as “Manitoba”, the “Lake of the Woods” and the northern plains of “Canada”.

They remained west of the Mississippi River. As they moved into the Canadian Shield area, they developed into the “Shield Archaic” and continued their “paleo” ways of life, as hunters, fishers and gatherers. They traveled and set up temporary camps and shelters. They were not an agricultural people. Like their Plano Paleo ancestors, they cremated their dead because the land was rocky and had little soil. Unlike the Iroquoian, the Algonquoians did not build burial mounds.

Just before 1,000 BC, there was another glacial age. They were forced to migrate back onto the plains, following the Missouri River to its source in present day Montana. After spending many years there, they decided to get further away from the cold by crossing over the “Great River”, the Mississippi, to the east and make their way to the other side of Onowaregeh, Turtle Island.

They followed the Missouri River down to the Mississippi River convergence. At that point they found a race of “Giants” known as the “Alleghans”, the ancestors of the Iroquois, living on the east side of the Great River. They built mounds for burials and ceremonials.

According to the Algonquoians, known as the “Lenape”, they had to get permission from the Alleghans to pass through THEIR land!! Just like they have to get OUR permission to stay on our land today! The Alleghans allowed them to cross until they saw the large numbers of Lenape crossing over. They had taken advantage of our goodwill.

The Alleghans became concerned they would be overtaken. Then a 100 year war broke out. It took the Lenape 700 years to pass through the Land of the Alleghans, which was from the Mississippi River to the East Coast. Finally the Lenape reached the mouth of the Susquehanna River at Chesapeake Bay, where they “settled”.

From the Lenape “settlers” sprang other Algonquian speaking people who continued their migration northward up the east coast homeward bound. Once again they returned to the Canadian Shield from where they had migrated westward so long ago. They finally arrived home.

From the attached maps the Lenape (Algonquians) never occupied any land in the Southeast, Southwest, Great Basin near the West Coast, Northwest Coast and the Arctic areas. They originated from the Great Plains, migrated to the Sub-Artic and to a very limited degree to the Plateau and some areas in California.

The Algonquian Language Family is known as the “Macro-Algonquian Phylum”. [Phylum means a member or tradition from a certain language family]. [See below for the list of Algonquoian language groups].

The attached maps and list of linguistic families prove that the Algonquians did not occupy the large areas being promoted by twistorians, anthro’apologists, and grave robbers [archaeologists]. Also the Algonquoians (Lenape) are not the “Alleghans” or “Ancient Mound Builders”.

Anthropologists have referred to the ancient “Mound Builders” by different names, such as “Adena”, “Hopewell”, “Lamoka”, “Cahokia” and “Mississippi, etc. We called ourselves the “Alleghans” or “Alligewi”. None of these names have any connection to the Lenape or the Algonquians. DNA sampling of the “Serpent Mounds”, near Peterborough, Ontario, determined irrefutably that the “mound builders” are Iroquois.

The petroglyphs at “Petroglyphs Park” in Peterborough are not Ojibway or Algonquian. The symbols on the rock are from the “Hokan-Siouan” linguistic family of which the Iroquois are a part. These are the same at Safe Harbour in Pennsylvania, Black Hand Gorge in Ohio and near the Circle Mounds in Newark. The maps also show the correlation with our evolution as Hokan-Siouan which includes numerous nations, beginning with the “Clovis-Folsum Paleo” and the “Laurentian Archaic”, the ancestors of the Alleghans, to the present day “Haudenosaunee”. We were never Algonquian, and never will be!!

The Laurentian Archaic [Iroquois], who existed below the Canadian Shield from 8,000 BC, were the first to begin burying their dead using red ochre. We continued this practice up to 100 AD. Our ancestors placed these mounds in the care of the Six Nations Confederacy. This is an old agreement under the KAIANEREH’KO:WA, GREAT LAW OF PEACE, between the Erie/Neutral/Susquehanna/Wenro and the Five Nations, later Six Nations Confederacy. No caretaking agreement was ever made with the Algonquians because they weren’t here. The land in question is under the trusteeship of the Six Nations Confederacy and governed by our law.

Under the 1701 Great Peace of Montreal, the Algonquians had no leadership status. They had to abide by the KAIANEREH’KO:WA. The Six Nations Confederacy has exclusive trusteeship over the entire “Beaver Hunting Grounds”, also known as the “Nan-Fan Treaty” of 1701. [See MNN April 28, 2008 article]

The imposter Algonquins and the real ones have no sole treaty rights to the territory south of the Ottawa River or the Ottawa River basin since this land is part of the 1701 Great Peace of Montreal. There are over 30 nations who share this treaty. Each has to consult all the other nations and the Six Nations Confederacy as the leaders to make any claim. Otherwise their claims are fraudulent. It also dissolves any rights they have under the 1701 Peace Treaty of Montreal because they are trying to violate the rights of the other nations. These claims to our land are, in our view, invalid.

RED-X BEING TORTURED IN DUNGEON

MNN. June 22, 2007. The Red-X was apprehended by the special “anti-terrorist” forces constituted by the U.S., Canada and Europe to institute terror. They have taken Red-X for special “attention” and to get him out of the way for the June 29th “Phil Fontaine Day”. Without giving him any reason or charges, he was taken away under some new law to a state that excels in torture. No one heard from him for several days. Once in a while, we heard static and beeps coming into our minds but nothing more.Suddenly a telepathic message flashed telling us how he was tortured by a special squad. They were dressed in black with black hoods. They looked something like Darth Vader’s gang. They used all the old tactics like inserting large objects into his rectum which he expelled into their faces, knocking out one eye. They siced beasts on him to frighten, bite and anally rape him. These animals ended up trying to help him and even licked some of his wounds, which drove his tormenters nuts. They also tried to put a computer chip in his brain so they could track him. They were unsuccessful because his body rejected it. He did not have the necessary anti-rejection chemicals in his system. It fell on the floor and broke into a thousand pieces. Derogatory terms were constantly hurled at him, like “dirty red sand nigger and maggot”, “Wagon burner, “big papoose” and “chief”.

They squashed his testicles which bounced back like silly putty. “You’re part of the resistance”, they kept yelling at him in frustration.

The U.S. has some of the most refined torture methods in the world. They want to show our people what they can do to us if we resist them. They deprived him of all his senses and tactile contact, in the hopes he would go crazy. That didn’t work either because he knows they can hold onto or destroy his body but they can’t touch his spirit. He will always know who he is.

They want to convince our people who they consider to be “rogues” to hand over all our oil, minerals and natural resources to the U.S. and whoever is controlling them without a fight.

They think if they can get the Red-X, then everybody else will fall. The colonists don’t know we do not have leaders. Another favorite from their arsenal of torture is “water boarding”. He was strapped to a board, turned upside down and immersed in a wet towel to simulate drowning until he lost conscious. The trouble is that the Red-X is consciousness, so he couldn’t lose it.

Another one was a drip from the ceiling onto his forehead for days on end. He drank up all the water and regenerated himself.

“They tried to behead me but saw the scar on my neck”, he said. They decided against this because they figured that the Third Dimension would come and sew it back on like they did before. That happened when he was beheaded as an 8-year old at the residential school run by the churches for the colonial government.

‘They told me that they’re going to put their flags on Turtle Island once and for all, whether we like it or not”. They told him, “That means we’ve conquered you”. Then they continued bullying the Red-X.

We have been under sanctions for 500 years. It has killed millions of our men, women and babies. Is it possible for us to forgive them? We are the only ones that have the capacity to do that because we are still human. The invaders lost that ability a long time ago. They desensitized their conscience so they have no more sense of morality. They don’t seem to know what is right or wrong. They’ve lost their souls. That’s why they were and are able to commit all this cruelty against us and our land. That’s why they can’t sense the pain they inflict on us when they torture us.

Do we want the corporate butchers to completely ruin us and our land? Can we let them sell off all our assets and control our resources?

We want freedom and independence. What can we do about our saboteurs? We want the colonists to leave and to take the traitors with them. Turtle Island will never be theirs. We will always resist this illegal, immoral occupation.

The occupiers are causing us harm, sickness, poverty and lawlessness. We need clean drinking water, good hospitals, food on the table, safety in the streets, and our homes not to be attacked by foreign trespassers like the RCMP, OPP, SQ and their “Indian” police henchmen. These troops are making sure that our lives will have nothing but misery, poverty, disease and fear. The trauma suffered by our children are some of the most brutal strategies ever devised by man. The residential schools holocaust has lasted for generations.

We survived that. We are capable of overcoming any atrocity because the peacemaker, Dekanawida, gave us that ability. We cannot become like our oppressors. One day can we drive them out? Peace over Turtle Island could drive them all away. If the colonists keep up their cruelty, we could end up hating them. We can’t wait to see them all on those sailing ships leaving New York harbor going back to where they came from. We’ll stand on the shore and wave good-bye to them.

The Red-X implicitly stated previously that, “We should be very mindful of why Phil of the Assembly of First Nations is calling for “resistance” on the June 29th ”Phil Fontaine Day”. He is in reality working with the enemy class to smoke out any opposition to them, as they did in Gustafsen Lake in 1995 and Kanehsatake/Oka in 1990”.

MNN received a vivid image of the Red-X nursing his wounds and a light tear rolled down his hooded cheek. This came to us from the porthole of the Third Dimension. The tears he shed were not for himself. It was for the people who must continue in the meantime to endure this misery of everyday existence under colonial rule.

The United States government and its corporate media’s belligerent campaign against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and its leaders must cease at once. Several incidents that occurred during the
session of the United Nations in New York City clearly expose the campaign’s escalation.

On Saturday, September 23, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro, who was part of the delegation from Venezuela attending the UN meetings, was detained for 90 minutes in the JFK International Airport as he was ready to board a plane to return to his homeland. Charging that a code in his airplane ticket identified him as “almost a terrorist,” U.S. authorities held him. Mr. Maduro told CNN that he was confined to a small room and told to remove his clothes; he added that when he showed his diplomatic passport, the harassment increased. Then he was threatened, pushed and yelled at by immigration and police officials. He was also stripped of his travel documents.

Venezuelan General Consul in Chicago Martin Sanchez was also searched at LaGuardia airport. “After passing the X-ray control, they told me to open my bags. I showed them my diplomatic card, but they insisted on searching my hand baggage, because they thought it might contain a banned object. I wasn’t able to board my flight and had to wait three more hours for another plane.”

President Hugo Chavez’ personal physician and his chief of security had to remain aboard the plane that brought the delegation to the UN event since their visas were denied, therefore their legal entrance to the country was forbidden.

These incidents are clear violations of international law, the Vienna Convention and the obligation of the U.S. government, as the U.S. is the site where the headquarters of the UN is located.

The UN is supposed to be a neutral place where nations can debate in a safe environment, without external interference. The U.S. government has the obligation to protect and safeguard that environment and all the heads of state, representatives, diplomats and accompanying staff. The U.S. has failed to do this in this case.

This unreasonable hostility from the George W. Bush administration towards the Venezuelan leaders only validates the name “devil” by which President Chavez referred to U.S. President Bush during the Venezuelan president’s address in the UN.

The U.S. media and even some personalities have shown their hypocrisy by attacking President Chavez for using that word. But actions speak louder than words. Those personalities and the media circus gave little thought or consideration to the countless victims, among them many children and civilians, of Bush’s military interventions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Lebanon in the name of “democracy”: the destruction of infrastructure, the loss of thousands of lives, the contamination of the world environment, the destabilization of the world through the “antiterrorist” military campaign and threats to countries like Iran, Syria, Sudan, North Korea, Cuba and Venezuela. They forget the crimes perpetrated against the victims of Katrina, many of who are still without housing or resources to rebuild their lives. Is it not reasonable that many would view the head of this administration as the personification of evil?

It is time to face the danger that the United States represents here and abroad in order to stop the destruction that otherwise will occur.

Mexican standoff

The following appeal is from one of our readers in the South. They are in the same struggle as us. Please lend them your support.Greetings Friends:I am contacting interested friends to ask your help in bringing an increased national and international eye to the critical situation in Oaxaca, where the
potential for an imminent violent blow-up is very high.

The good news from Oaxaca is that the people are standing firm against the formal announcement this morning from President Fox and Abascal, the Secretary of the Interior, that troops will be sent into Oaxaca, pending “approval” from Fox, which
locals feels is a given. There is rumor that one plane has arrived.

The people are barricading the city today and are planning their defense. The general strike planned for Thursday and Friday, is still scheduled- this will be a complete shut down of the city, all business, universities, and offices closed.

This is a pronouncement from Oaxaca, Mexico where the teacher’s strike has become a united people’s movement for basic human rights:

Pronouncement

The National Indigenous Congress CNI) “recognizes, salutes and is part of the movement of sisters and brothers of the 16 Indigenous Communities of Oaxaca. The un-postponable renouncement of Ulises Ruiz would put an end to impositions; it would result in respect and recognition of the autonomy and free determination of our Oaxacan Indigneous Communities and to the cancellation of the mega-privatization projects in the south of Mexico”.

In the Declaration of Cheran, the CNI demands the immediate liberation of Indigenous political prisoners of San Salvador Atenco and Oaxaca,
who “continue experiencing a repugnant show of “governability”, in our country. They cannot continue being political prisoners at the imposition
of neoliberal projects on our lands and territories”.

This information if translated from The Jornada out of Mexico City; Ulises Ruiz is no longer recognized by the people as the governor of the state of Oaxaca, and cannot freely walk the streets, much less govern. AMF

Some ideas: spread the word throughout the global Indigenous support networks, call radio and TV stations, newspapers and magazines, request an update on Oaxaca, and tell them what is happening; contact churches, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch; post flyers about the situation, contact Democracy Now, the only national news program with any regular information on Oaxaca, for their schedule of reports
on Oaxaca and post it as well as send it to interested people by internet; use the internet to spread the word; contact congress people, please include us in your prayers.

4000 teachers continue the walk they started last thursday from Oaxaca to Mexico City to bring yet more attention to the crisis, though Oaxaca currently dominates Mexican news. Its more than curious that we hear nothing in this in the U.S. Nor
anything about the fact that Mexico currently has two president-elects as a result of the recent fraudulent election, Andres Manuel Lopez Obredor, who has the support of the people, and Felipe Calderon, elected through Choice Point, the same company that managed Florida during the last presidential election in the U.S.

There is plenty of current information available to those who read spanish through the La Jornada, Oaxacos Citricos; and less in English from John Ross, Narco News, even some headlines through Google.

Gracias, thank you.

Un abrazote,

Ann Miller Frances

Corporate Machine

TELEPHONE TERRORISM: CORPORATE BULLY ROGERS IGNORES CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION – ATTACKS FREEDOM OF SPEECHMNN. August 14, 2006. On August 9th at 3:20 pm I picked up my home phone to make a long distance call. A man came on. The first thing he said was, “This is Rogers and we’ve disconnected your long distance”. Rogers is my long distance server.

“Why?” I asked. He told me I hadn’t paid my June 2006 bill of $103.19. This is not really normally considered past due according to normal collection policy. I was surprised. I always pay my bills and had never received a “past due” notice. While he waited on the phone, I pulled out my June receipts There it was. I had indeed paid my bill at the local Caisse Populaire Bank in Kahnawake. The Rogers employee, Shawn, at 1-800-818-1248 became both nervous and nasty. He claimed the money was not in their account. As far as he was concerned it had not been paid. He wanted me to pay him again by credit card. It crossed my mind that this could be a scam of some kind. If it wasn’t, I couldn’t understand why I should pay again. I offered to fax him a copy of my receipt. He didn’t want it. He again told me he wasn’t going to do anything to check what the problem was. The long distance service would remain cut.

While he was still on the line, I called the Caisse Populaire 450-638-5464. It is the bank in my community. Sure enough they found that I had paid my bill on June 28th 2006 to Teller No. 7. The bank confirmed that the money had been sent to Rogers. The man was still on my other phone line listening to us. I explained what the bank said. He became even nastier. He informed me he wasn’t going to reconnect. To the bank employee and me, it looked like the mistake had been made at his end. But that did not matter to him. He said he had no more time or patience for us and abruptly smacked the phone down on us.

As an elder, over 65 years old, I need my long distance service to stay in touch with my family. I was greatly distressed over the way this young man spoke so angrily and rudely to me, a senior citizen. He was so offensive that I thought about changing my long distance service and telling all my friends to do the same. I wrote to the CRTC (Canadian Radio Telecommunication Commission) telling them I would appreciate it very much if they would investigate these strong arm harassment tactics by Rogers to threaten one of its helpless clients. Especially those who live alone and are desperate to maintain crucial telephone contact. I sent a copy to Rogers. To this date I still have not received any response from the CRTC.

Around noon on Friday, August 11th, the bank called me and said they had “repaid” the June bill and my service should come right back on immediately. They told me to call Rogers and confirm that they could now turn my service back on. I called. They refused to do this. They claimed they had not received this repayment. I sent my receipt to two people at Rogers. They transferred me around to five people. I had to explain everything from the beginning to each one of them. They still would not give me long distance service. I was on the phone with them for over two hours. Still no service.

I told them I needed the long distance desperately as a close family member, an ironworker, had just fallen off the job and was in a coma in a hospital. I needed to get in touch with other family members. They said that they would allow me a “courtesy” call. To get this, I had to call a certain number, go through their recorded messages, hit numbers and dial “0”. Someone finally came on. He asked me all kinds of personal questions. Who was I calling? Why? Where? And so on. Then he dialed the number for me. After ten minutes of this trouble I got through. I was told I could only speak for 5 minutes, then the call was cut without warning. Due to the family crisis I was forced to do this several times.

On Monday, August 14th, still no service. Finally about 4:30 pm I tried and got a long distance call through. Still no explanation. Still no apology. Still no rebate for the loss of one-quarter of a month’s service and all of my time. What gives? Rogers clearly breached its contract with me. Who knows why? Who knows what they’ve been doing. I am starting to get calls from people saying
“Where were you. I’ve been calling all week, leaving messages.” I never left home. I never got one long distance message though I did get some local ones.

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? How can customers defend ourselves from corporate bullies? Now, may I ask – if they reconnect, are they going to deduct the time they gave me no service and are they going to charge me for reconnection? Doesn’t it sounds like a scam? Whatever happened to old fashioned respect for people who pay their bills on time?

In my note to the CRTC I asked whether any long distance provider has a right to cut off my service when my bills have been paid. Rogers did reply. On August 10th they sent me a “Termination notice” because they allege that “my bill was severely past due” even though I have paid it twice. They are now sending this to a collection agency. They want me to pay it again for a third time, this time $172.76. In other words they want me to pay three and a half times the agreed upon rate for the phone service. You know what? They’re wearing me out. If there is freedom of speech and freedom of association in Canada, how can anyone be subjected to such mistreatment?
