MNN. May 14, 2013. The main concerns of the banksters are how to keep the stolen ever-growing $100 trillion Indian Trust Fund. Globalist puppet Prime Minister Harper of Canada is flying off to the private Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) meeting in New York City, set for May 16, 2013. This globalist “stink tank” is made up of the shareholders [banksters] of the Corporations of the Vatican, City of London and Washington DC. Harper has attended meetings of the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group and CFR, who are the triumvirate of globalism. They set policies, laws, financial alliances, monopolies and war. “We can never have enough money or war”, they say.

They need our funds to continue the war. The sudden call for Harper to attend shows the concern of the globalists about the “Indian problem”. They may be advising him how to put the final nail in the Indians’ coffin. It will never work, these criminals are all going to jail.

We Indigenous can stop it all by destroying their “corporate Injun control grid” (the AFN, national, provincial, territorial organizations and tribal and band council puppets). For a “finder’s fee” they sign away our inherent rights, lands, resources and lives. Their corporate masters give them phony rights to pass by-laws and ordinances that are meant to weaken or kill us off. Feint Maneuver

MNN. May 4, 2013. As the bankers say in their Secret Covenant, “When a light shines among them, we shall extinguish it either by ridicule or death, whichever suits us best”. Feints are designed to distract or mislead, by giving the impression that a certain maneuver will, or will not take place. There are two types, feint attacks and feint retreats. Feint attack diverts us to concentrate on something so that another area is weaker. Feint retreat is direct contact to draw us into an ambush or cause disarray and then they retreat.

Canada acts like a resource owner and a sovereign entity. They want to charge higher royalties, which has to be put into our ever-growing Indian Trust Fund. The world knows we own all the land and natural resources. We should be dictating foreign policy. Canada is vulnerable to internal disruptions such as our questions and assertions.

The corporate “injuns” like are the AFN, tribal and band councils and their instigators. They help the bankers set us up for the kill. They have to keep the Indigenous people peaceful and blind. Canada is planning a catastrophic confrontation between us and the settlers. Canadians have to be made fearful of us. Our people under 30 years of age are called “warriors” or thugs who have to be disarmed and pacified. Between 1996 and 2006 our population under 30 years of age grew by 42%. The corporation plans new constitutional frameworks, even though they have no ratified constitution. Limits on legitimate protest and armed confrontation are being set by them.

Keep an eye on the infiltrators and spies. We have to become self-sufficient communities and take hold of our own destiny. There is little security for us. No one is guaranteeing our safety, but ourselves.

Canada is alluding that we may create “child soldiers” like in Africa. The Great Law mandates that every one is born to protect Great Turtle Island, male and female, of all nations.

The “Council of Chief Executives” CCCE describes itself as a “not-for-profit, non-partisan organization” of CEOs of Canada’s largest corporations. Formerly called the “Business Council on National Issues” BCNI, its membership is a Who’s Who of Canadian business and politics. Have a look. Current CCCE President John Manley was named Time Canada’s “Newsmaker of the Year” in 2001 for crafting cross-border anti-terrorism strategies with the first U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge. Other members are part of the war machine: Air Canada, Bombardier, CN, Deloitte, Encana, GlaxoSmithKline, IBM, KPMG, Royal Bank of Canada, and many other firms at the heart of the Canadian economy on stolen Indigenous land.

MNN. Apr. 28. 2013. Canada will be raiding bank accounts to take people’s money. Just like the way the Corporation of Canada passed a statute making itself the trustee of our ever growing $70.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The wealth of Canadians, all created by genocide and theft of our natural resources, will be plundered by the shareholders of the Corporation of Canada, the bankers. It’s in the new budget, “Economic Action Path 2013”.

It will be a bail-in regime condoned by the IMF and the World Bank, for banks in Canada “to big to fail”. This was planned before the Cyprus bank’s run on people’s accounts, which was a test run. The Indian Trust Fund, the largest savings account in the world that has been robbed, is the first example of savings theft. The public turned away when we demanded our savings. Now they’re coming after your trust fund.

Banks will be designed to fail. The law will allow private bank accounts to be pilfered by “systematically important banks”. The genocide system created these banks. Banks will now be able to take extreme risks and lose deposits to save themselves. These are their assets and are permanent losses. Politicians favor taking up to 80% of deposits so they don’t have to raise taxes.

Parents may even be expected to support their children in the military to enforce the new bail-in regime. Harper said Canada was a “benign dictatorship”. Now this bill is making it overt.

Checks may not be cashed. Direct deposits only. Withdrawals of $5,000 to $200,000 will be reviewed by a committee. Special approval will be needed to withdraw. Only limited amounts can be taken out of the country.

When the SHTF, community trust coops are currently safer. Watch out when the bank gives you a pen or a toaster to soften you up. “Spies” and “agents” pose as scholars, friends, supporters or helpers. The perfect intruder abandons you suddenly when their assignment is over. Their cover could be blown the longer they remain.

Infiltrators get involved with one faction. Another infiltrates the opposing faction. They drive wedges between them. Targets are lured into compromising situations. Fear is created, like having them followed, strangers taking pictures and arranging attacks. Infiltrators organize drug, booze and sex parties to recruit youth. Intruder’s cause suspicion. True activists are sometimes “bad jacketed” as being government agents. The courts criminalize us through perjured evidence, false arrests and imprisonment. We face threats, assaults and political assassinations.

“Provocateurs” disrupt, create disagreements, make divisions, sabotage, squander resources, steal funds, seduce leaders, provoke jealousy and public embarrassment, lead targets into danger and push paranoia.

“Agents” are loners, with a vague cover story that doesn’t identify them. Some have many aliases. Some pretend to be Indigenous. Agents have no job but have a steady income. They will leave at a moment’s notice and disappear. They dress to quickly change their image, like hairstyle, weight, clothes or car.

Hired thugs, right wing vigilantes, private military and local police are front line foot soldiers. Agents are subsidized, armed, directed and protected by the military. False stories are planted. Bogus organizations are set up. Parents, employers, landlords or school officials can be coerced into causing trouble for the target.

They act needy or feign a rare sickness or medical condition to get sympathy and leave suddenly. They act like a best friend, downplay themselves and quietly observe. Targets are taken to unfamiliar outside groups to compromise them.

Check the authenticity of visitors. “Keep friends and family close and your enemies closer”, as the godfather said. Stay on movement goals. If the eyes say something different from the body, they are not genuine. it reminds us of the old Charlie Pride song: The snakes crawl at night. that’s what they say. To protect ourselves, watch for visitors who want information, plainclothes who take pictures before and during demonstrations; those who seem out of place and interested in members rather than issues; who suddenly disappear and put out false stories, sometimes about us being out of our minds.

“Investigate Informers”: check background; check police academy grads list; they usually speak against cops; use phony names; they issue death threats we get blamed for.

“Privacy”: Step out of the office to speak privately; watch for cars following, acquaintances suddenly becoming friendly; bogus discrediting about drug use or false relationships or activities about a true activist; throwing names around. Sweep your living space for electronics; don’t say anything that you wouldn’t say in court.

Check out non-native groups that divert Indigenous issues such as residential school abuse, missing women, land claims, or “sharing” of our resources. Watch for outsiders that confuse, control and disorient.

“True Supporters”: Don’t scare or ostracize true supporters or push them to take risks.

“Debrief”: Write down information, look for patterns, check strengths and weaknesses, assess allies and adversaries. Don’t let agents inside your home to glean information about your prospects, lifestyle or floor plan.

“Counter Tactics”: Government covert actions mislead the public, punish their own whistle blowers and interfere in anyway they can. Complain about illegal covert interference to human rights organizations.

The Germans studied the North American Indian genocide very closely. They dehumanized the Jewish People to set up conditions to create the holocaust.

A psychotic minority has developed training to overcome the instinct to recognize the humanity of another. They were alarmed that only 15 to 20% of soldiers fired at an enemy. Only 2 or 3% are natural born killers. Killing provokes extreme reactions like nausea, vomiting and long lasting PTS disorders.

How to kill a human:

1. Authoritarian Command: a hierarchy creates an “obedience reflex”.

2. Pack Mentality: In a group the individual avoids personal responsibility. In a firing squad, the killer can imagine that someone else fired the fatal bullet.

3. Distancing the Victims: Overlook their humanity. Don’t look into the victim’s eyes or smell the fear. Weapons are designed to reduce the enemy to a target. Unmanned drones shield killers from seeing the human agony. The murdered are nobody's.

4. Not Looking at Victim’s Eyes: Shoot the victim in the back when they are fleeing, not when they’re attacking. Kidnappers are more likely to murder a hooded victim.

5. Avoid Thinking about ordinary Humanity: Victims can’t be seen doing ordinary things like eating, sharing a cigarette or playing with their kids. The enemy’s culture should not be known. That’s why Canadian schools don’t teach anything about our cultures. We are targets that should be eliminated.

6. Bias Media: Report only negatively to create unsympathetic image of victims.

7. Dehumanize Targets: Americans called Vietnamese “gooks”, “geeks” and “targets”. Arabs are “extremists”, “fundamentalists” or “insurgents”. Canada defined a person as “anyone other than an Indian” from 1876 to 1952. The killing rate increased to 95% when soldiers shot at human looking targets. Canadian police shoot at targets that look like Indigenous women.

8. Conditioning: Create real looking battles. A replica of Kahnawake was built to condition soldiers to kill Mohawks.

9. The “Double Bind”: the killer is put in a position where they think they are at risk and have to kill.

The Canadian Border Services Agents at Akwesasne frequently use the “double bind”. In 2008 two grandmothers were pulled over, their ID and car keys were taken, and made to sit in the car for over an hour, surrounded by armed commandos. Other Indigenous were pulled over and let go. The guards stayed tight-knit so that none succumbed to feelings of common humanity with the women. None could take responsibility for the subsequent vicious assault.

One woman was pulled out of the car, grabbed from behind and thrown to the ground, her face pushed into the pavement until it was scraped, bloodied and dirtied. Her bones were almost snapped. The other woman was pulled out and the aggression came from behind. Her hands were cuffed behind her back. Guards stood where they couldn’t see her face as they tightened the handcuff to cut off the blood supply. While she suffered a heart attack, one man grabbed her pants, ordered her to bend over and tried to pull them down. 6 or 7 other officers entered and left the room to ensure that peer pressure remained in effect.

MNN. Mar. 5, 2013. International law provides that we are to be fully informed and consulted on anything that happens to our sovereignty, land, resources and funds. Canada has our ever growing Indian Trust Funds. These funds come from leases, rents and royalties from our land and resources. Canada put it into the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the benefit of all Canadians, without our permission. Our money was and continues to be used to build Canada.

Carney, where are the Indian funds?

Trustees [our sell-outs] will be illegally appointed for us to hold our land and money and make all the decisions for us. Our land will be put into “trust” companies run by the banks. Our money will be used for the benefit of the bankers and a few of their corporate Indian trustees and band and tribal council operatives. We will have to buy services we are legally entitled to, like health, education and safe drinking water. **

Canada’s corporate Indians are their fronts. Amendments to the trust agreements can be made behind our backs between their appointed trustees and their corporate band councils and the banks.

Trustees will be appointed to buy lands on a willing seller-willing buyer basis. Some of our stolen money will be used to buy back some of our own stolen land! This sounds like win-win for them and lose-lose for us. We can’t buy our own land!

Fee simple is the imperial land tenure system. It’s a foreign rip off put all of the land into the hands of a few bankers to do with as they please. They can sell the land without our consent or any benefit to us. We will have to pay taxes to the bankers for the land we retain and anything built on it.

According to the natural law of Great Turtle Island, Kaianerehkowa, lands are held communally where everyone has an equal voice. Haudenosaunee law, like international law, requires consensus. In true democracy, we need two-thirds or the support of two out of three clans. Their tainted vision of democracy is a quorum of 50% plus 1 so they can buy the majority.
