We are here today in the spirit of the Two Row Wampum, a concept that predates European settlement on this continent, but is the first treaty made by our ancestors with yours. We are not to interfere with one another’s affairs. Therefore our presence with you today is not to interfere with your affairs, it is to ensure that Bill S.3475 does not interfere with ours. We are here on behalf of Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk / Haudenosaunee Governance and Our Future Generations due to our responsibility for the land. Honourable Senators, representatives, officials, relatives, and all those gathered here today: We come before you with respect, humility, and a heavy responsibility; not as your constituents – as Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk Nation title holders of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. We are here today to oppose the proposed Land Claim Settlement Agreement that would have adverse effects on our Indigenous system of governance, which predates the formation of both the U.S. and Canada. We speak today for the land, the water, the people, the women, the children, for the families, the hereditary leaders, the clans, the ancestors, and for the generations not yet born. We ask you to listen not only with your legal minds, but with your conscience. Because the matter before you is not only a bill before your legislature, this settlement would have long-reaching detrimental impacts.

S.3475 is about whether the United States Congress will help repair a historic injustice or whether it will make that injustice permanent. It is about whether Congress will respect the Mohawk people – the Kanien’kehá:ka as we say in our own language — as a living people with our own governance, laws, responsibilities, language, culture, and relationship to the land — or whether Congress will again treat us as a problem to be settled, divided, and erased. We are here to say clearly: S.3475 must be opposed. At minimum, it must be paused, and if it is ever to move forward, it must be substantially amended. No federal settlement should be passed that finalizes land status, governance issues, easements, rights-of-way, claims, or future rights without the full, free, prior, informed, and culturally legitimate consent of all affected Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk people and all affected Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk governance systems.

Our original way is for us all to have a voice – not giving one group authority over us all. We are not the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe or Mohawk Council of Akwesasne. As titleholders in the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, we speak with an authority separate from the two organizations in Akwesasne that are currently party to this agreement. Those organizations were created by New York State and Canada. We speak for the Kanien’kehá:ka. Those organizations consist of Mohawk people from Akwesasne, but their organizations are part of Your Ways, not ours. They have once been referred to as ‘corporations’ by your courts. In the process of creating the “Agreement of Settlement and Compromise to Resolve the Akwesasne Mohawk Land Claim in the State of New York” consent of all governing bodies in Akwesasne and the community members that they represent has not been shown. The legitimacy of the agreement has not been proven, and without it, this bill is not reconciliation, it is not justice. It is erasure.

Recently, we have documented the support of over 1,000 people from five clans within Akwesasne to stop this agreement. That is more than all of the votes gathered in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal referendum conducted over a decade ago as their sign of support for this agreement. The process used to reach this settlement, as it stands, went against our traditional protocols by requiring secrecy on the part of participating officials. This kept participating Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk Haudenosaunee from bringing the terms of the agreement to their full clan membership and council in a timely manner.

The lands addressed in S.3475 are not ordinary lands. They are not simply parcels on a map. They are not merely property to be bought, sold, transferred, or extinguished. These lands are Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk lands. They are Haudenosaunee lands. They are part of the living territory of the Kanien’kehá:ka people. Our people have occupied and continue to occupy these lands. Our people continue to carry responsibility for these lands. The land is connected to our language, ceremonies, clans, families, governance, identity, our future. For the Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk people, land is not a commodity. Land is not just a legal asset. Land is not something separate from who we are. Our responsibilities to the land come from our original instructions. We belong to the land. The land does not simply belong to us. Since time immemorial, our people have carried the responsibility of protecting the land and water through ceremony – for us and for future generations; gratefully reaping, food, medicine, water. Our language and law are connected to our responsibility and stewardship of the land. That responsibility was not created by the United States or New York State. It was not created by a county, a town, or a corporation. And it cannot be erased by a settlement agreement. The United States. New York State, the counties and towns, have not fulfilled these responsibilities to the waters and land. The damage to our lands, waters, and people has been enormous. And it continues. It is not only damage from the past. It is ongoing. It is environmental, political, cultural, social and spiritual. It is related to efforts made to disrupt our original ways by reducing our lands and waterways to economic resources and reducing our people into categories that colonial governments can understand, control, and settle.

But we are not simply a category. We are not simply one federally recognized entity. We are not one side of a border. We are not a line item in a land claim. We are the Mohawk people -Kanien’kehá:ka. We are part of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. We are a people with ancient responsibilities and inalienable rights. And our rights were never surrendered. Congress must understand this: The Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk people never ceded these lands. The women did not cede these lands, the hereditary leaders did not surrender their responsibilities. The clans did not extinguish their rights. The families did not consent to have their future negotiated away. No one has the right to take historic wrongdoing and try to legitimize it through federal legislation.

The land claim itself exists because of unlawful land transactions. That matters. It matters because Congress should not now pass a bill that turns unlawful dispossession into lawful finality. It matters because a settlement should repair harm, not protect the results of harm. It matters because a government cannot first allow injustice, then later say: “Now that enough time has passed, we will call this settled.” That is not justice. That is not healing. That is not honour. That is not respect. That is the continuation of colonialism through legal language. Lands were taken without lawful consent. The answer cannot be to extinguish future claims. Rights were violated. The answer cannot be to force the people to accept a framework that leaves them divided, diminished, and silenced. Governance was disrupted. The answer cannot be to recognize only the structures that colonial law prefers while ignoring hereditary governance, women’s authority, clan responsibilities, and the voices of the people.

Congress must not use S.3475 to legalize the very dispossession that created the claim. This bill is presented as a settlement. But a settlement is only legitimate if the people with the rights have truly consented. A settlement is not legitimate simply because lawyers negotiate it. A settlement is not legitimate simply because governments sign it. A settlement is not legitimate simply because it is convenient for the State, the counties, the towns, or the power authority. A settlement is not legitimate if it excludes the people who carry the deepest responsibilities to the land. A settlement is not legitimate if it ignores the position of hereditary leaders whose priority is to protect governance processes and if it is rushed through Congress before the affected people understand its consequences. A settlement is not legitimate if it requires silence in exchange for recognition and extinguishes future claims while unresolved questions remain. A settlement is not legitimate if it divides us as a people and strengthens colonial jurisdiction while weakening Indigenous governance. A settlement is not legitimate if it punishes the people for what settlers and governments did, while rewarding settlers in perpetuity. The agreement requires payments to counties and land purchases, while the people continue to carry the burden of historic and ongoing damage to lands and waters. This is backward.

We, as the original people of this land were the ones who were harmed and we should not be made to pay for the consequences of dispossession. We are the original stewards of the lands that were taken and we should not be forced to purchase back what was never lawfully surrendered. The people whose waters were damaged should not be asked to accept agreements that do not guarantee true guardianship of the environment, and to accept another process that sidelines their own laws. A true settlement would restore. It would not punish. A true settlement would protect. It would not extinguish. A true settlement would strengthen Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk governance. It would not bypass it. A true settlement will honour the land. It will not treat land as a bargaining chip.

One of the most serious dangers of S.3475 is political erasure. This bill risks federal ratification of one political arrangement while marginalizing other legitimate Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk governance authorities, traditional leadership structures, clans, families, women, and affected rights holders. This is not a small concern. This is the heart of the issue. Congress must not pass legislation that resolves Indigenous land claims by recognizing only selected institutional voices while silencing or diminishing other legitimate governance systems. When Congress recognizes only the institutions created or preferred by colonial law, it does more than pass a bill. It reshapes Indigenous reality, deciding who counts. It decides who is heard and whose law matters. It decides whose consent is required and whose history is remembered. And it decides whose future is protected. That is why S.3475 cannot be treated as a simple administrative bill. On paper, it may look like settlement language. On paper, it may look like land transfers, easements, rights-of-way, jurisdiction, and compensation. But in practice, it threatens political erasure. It threatens to erase the authority of hereditary governance. It threatens to erase the responsibilities of women. It threatens to erase the voice of clans and families. It threatens to erase the fact that the Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk people are not confined by the U.S.-Canada border. And once Congress gives that erasure federal force, it will be very difficult to undo. Do not rush. Do not assume. Do not rely only on signatures from selected entities. Do not mistake federal recognition for full Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk consent. Do not mistake administrative convenience for justice, silence for agreement, or exclusion for settlement.

We also ask Congress to understand our role as hereditary leadership. As hereditary chiefs we are not simply political figures. We are not temporary office holders. We are not people who serve only for an election cycle. We are life-long leaders with responsibilities that come from our own governance systems. Our priority is not personal power. Our priority is the protection of the people, the continuance of our governance process, and to ensure that decisions affecting land, law, identity, and future generations are made in the proper way.

Many of our leaders are second-language English speakers. That must be respected. English legal language can be misleading, technical, and foreign to our way of thinking and speaking, just as the details of an agreement in our Kanien’kehá:ka language would be lost to English speakers. Do not mistake plain speech for lack of knowledge, careful silence for weakness or cultural protocol for delay. Do not mistake second-language English for lack of insight or deep understanding. As leaders we carry knowledge that cannot be measured by legal vocabulary. We carry memory, the weight of our ancestors, the voices of families, the law of the people and the instructions to protect the land. If Congress truly respects Indigenous governance, then it must respect the time, language, process, and authority of Indigenous governance. That means pausing S.3475 until the proper Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk and Haudenosaunee processes have taken place.

That means allowing hereditary leaders, women, clans, families, and community members to review the full consequences of this bill, ensuring that information is explained clearly, in accessible language, and through culturally legitimate processes with no pressure, no rush, no coercion, no artificial deadline and no final extinguishment. The principle is simple: Nothing about us, without us. Nothing about our land without our land-based governance. Nothing about our future without our people. Nothing about our rights without our consent. The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of indigenous Peoples recognizes that indigenous peoples have the right to maintain distinct political, legal, economic, social, and cultural institutions, and that states should consult and cooperate in good faith with Indigenous peoples through their own representative institutions to obtain free, prior, and informed consent before adopting measures that affect them.

S.3475 affects land. It affects our ability to fulfill our responsibilities to the lands and waters. It affects easements, rights-of-way, claims, governance, the environment, future generations and the relationship between the Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk people and our homelands. Congress should not advance this bill because not all affected Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk governance systems and rights holders were fully consulted or gave consent through their own legitimate processes. A significant number of stakeholders were informed after the fact and simply invited into a process already designed by others and asked to comment on a conclusion already reached. Consultation must be meaningful. Consent must be free. Consent must be prior, it must be informed, collective, and culturally legitimate. Consent is not currently present, therefore the bill must not proceed. We also raise the role of women as guardians of the land supported and represented by our men. In Haudenosaunee governance, land is not separated from women’s responsibilities; women carry inherent responsibilities for the land, life, and to future generations. The women did not cede these lands, did not surrender these responsibilities, and did not consent to the extinguishment of those responsibilities. That must matter to Congress.

If Congress passes S.3475 without respecting women’s land authority, then Congress is not simply passing a land bill. It is overriding Haudenosaunee law. It is saying that colonial signatures matter more than Indigenous women’s responsibilities. It is saying that federal process matters more than the people’s own law. That cannot be reconciliation. That cannot be respect. That cannot be justice. A settlement that treats land as property while ignoring its connection to life, ceremony, and future generations is not legitimate. Congress must not participate in that erasure. Akwesasne is also not confined by the border created by the United States and Canada. Akwesasne exists across what are now called New York, Ontario, and Quebec. Our families cross that border. Our history, our language, our ceremonies, our governance, and our identity cross that border. The border did not create us. The border divided us. S.3475 risks deepening that division by treating Akwesasne through U.S. administrative categories —federal, state, county, town, reservation, settlement area, non-settlement area. The documents warn that S.3475 may divide Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawks by colonial categories such as U.S. side and Canadian side, elected and traditional, state and federal, county and town. Those are not our original categories. Those are imposed structures. They are not the source of our identity, nor the source of our law or of our relationship to the land.

Congress should not impose a domestic U.S. settlement framework on a people whose territory, kinship, culture, and governance predate and transcend the U.S.–Canada border. Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk governance cannot be reduced to whichever institution is most convenient for Congress to recognize. Akwesasne must be respected as a whole people. Not divided and not made smaller to fit the paperwork of colonial governments.

We also speak today from treaty relationships. Our people are heirs to the Two Row Wampum. We are also connected to the continuing reality reflected in the Jay Treaty, because our people predate and transcend the international border. These are not just historical references. They are living relationships. Under the Two Row Wampum, our nations were to travel side by side, neither attempting to steer the vessel of the other. S.3475 violates that principle if the United States uses its legislative process to steer, define, divide, or extinguish Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk land responsibilities. S.3475 violates that principle if Congress finalizes land claims over the objection of affected Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk people. Treaty relationship requires honour, patience, truth, it requires listening and it requires that the United States not use its power to finalize what the Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk people have not consented to. We are not here only to say no. We halted our participation in this settlement process because it was not in keeping with our processes and would cause great harm to our people. We reserve our right to continue to have a voice in these matters. We are here to say what justice requires, and it requires full disclosure, full community review, proper translation and explanation, time for hereditary governance processes, the participation of women, clans and families. Justice requires environmental guardianship, cross-border recognition, and that no court case or claim be accepted or discontinued in a way that adversely affects our rights. Justice requires that any discontinuance not be used to prevent the Kanien’kehá:ka Mohawk people from continuing to defend lands in our traditional homelands. Justice requires that Congress not ratify any agreement that forces the people to surrender unresolved claims before the people themselves have freely agreed.

Justice requires that the United States not rely on the unratified 2014 MOU, or any agreement, to forever extinguish Mohawk land claims. Justice also requires that land, air, and water(s) be protected, for our future generations and the animals and wildlife that depend on them for survival. Justice requires true guardianship, not merely control. Justice requires restoration, not erasure. We must also speak about compassion. Because beneath all the legal words, there is pain. There is pain in watching land being taken, in seeing water harmed, families divided by borders, governance systems being ignored, women’s authority being dismissed, and elders not being heard.

Then, there is the pain of leaders having to explain ancient responsibilities in a second language, inside foreign legal systems, the pain of being told, again and again, that someone else has the authority to decide our future, being asked to accept less than what was taken, being told that if we do not agree quickly, we are standing in the way of progress. We are not standing in the way of progress. We are standing in the way of erasure. We are standing in the way of another injustice being called a settlement and of our children inheriting silence. We are standing in the way of a law that could make it harder for future generations to protect what our ancestors protected for us. We do this because we love our people, we respect our leaders, we honour our women. We remember our ancestors, because we in turn are responsible to those not yet born.

To the United States Senate, we say: You have a choice. You can move this bill forward quickly and call it settlement. Or you can pause and ask whether settlement without full consent is really justice. You can rely on selected signatures and call it agreement. Or you can ask whether all affected Kanien’keháka-Mohawk governance systems and people have truly consented. You can treat this as a land transaction. Or you can recognize that this is about cultural survival. You can treat our leaders as obstacles. Or you can recognize us as lawful carriers of governance responsibilities. You can treat women’s land authority as symbolic. Or you can recognize that without women’s consent, the settlement lacks legitimacy. You can treat Akwesasne as divided by borders. Or you can recognize Akwesasne as one people whose identity predates those borders. You can finalize dispossession. Or you can help create a path toward honourable repair.

We ask you to choose honour, caution, and respect for indigenous people’s responsibility for the land over the convenience of paperwork. We ask you to oppose, pause, or substantially amend S.3475. Let us be clear about what we are saying. We are saying Congress should not ratify any settlement that extinguishes Kanien’kehá:ka-Mohawk rights. Do not validate one political arrangement in a way that erases hereditary governance, women’s authority, clan responsibility, families’ and individuals’ inalienable rights.

Do not transform unlawful historical land transactions into permanent federal acceptance.

Do not deepen the divisions imposed on Akwesasne by colonial borders and administrative categories.

Do not force the people to pay for the wrongdoing done to them.

Do not mistake a settlement with selected governments for the consent of the Kanien’keháka-Mohawk people as a whole.

Act with restraint, integrity, and humanity. This is not a rejection of peace. It is a demand for a just peace.

This is not a rejection of resolution. It is a demand for a legitimate resolution. T

his is not a rejection of dialogue. It is a demand that dialogue happen in the proper way, with the proper people, through the proper processes.

This is not a rejection of law. It is a demand that Congress respect our law too. Because our law did not disappear. Our governance did not disappear. Our relationship to the land did not disappear. Our women’s responsibilities did not disappear. Our treaty relationships did not disappear. Our people did not disappear. And we will not allow a federal bill to marginalize us in our own homelands.

Formal Notice to Colonial Governments and Related Entities On Behalf of the People of the Longhouse in Akwesasne.

To: The Government of the United States of America, the State of New York, the Government of Canada, the St. Regis Tribe, the Akwesasne Mohawk Council, and all pertinent legislative bodies and agencies.

Re: United States Senate Hearing in Washington. D.C. on Bill S.3475 – Resolution of the Akwesasne Mohawk Land Claim Subject: Assertion of Kanien’kehá:ka/Mohawk Title and Rejection of Colonial Claims. Please be formally advised that the lands central to the current litigation are, and remain, the territory of the Kanien’kehá:ka/Mohawk Nation as part of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

The Mohawk People repeatedly and relentlessly reject reliance on the 1776 Seven Nations of Canada Treaty or any similar colonial instruments as a valid basis for external claims. The Kanien’kehá:ka/Mohawk Nation has maintained continuous use, stewardship, and occupation of these lands, and the women never ceded nor surrendered title to New York State or any other colonial government. The classification of Akwesasne as a federal “reservation” does not diminish its status as Kanien’kehá:ka/Mohawk land in the eyes of its people.

On 02/07/2025, legal counsel for the MNCC, submitted a motion for dismissal without prejudice of the Nation’s participation in this matter. The Mohawk Nation initially engaged in the litigation process to keep a watchful eye on the colonial imposed government to not sell away our homelands. No Chief was ever given authority to sign. The Court formally granted the motion and recorded the Nation’s dismissal without prejudice.

It is further declared that neither the St. Regis Tribe nor the Akwesasne Mohawk Council-entities created under the auspices of U.S. and Canadian laws —possess the authority to extinguish or transfer title to Mohawk Homelands. This authority lies solely with the People of the Longhouse, who act in accordance with their traditional governance and protocols.

This notice is issued to safeguard the rights, governance structures, and protocols of the People of the Longhouse, and to demand that all references within New York State legislation implying ratification or consent by the Mohawk Nation Council of Chiefs be immediately removed. Any suggestion of such agreement is unfounded and must be stricken from all related legislative instruments. For the record, this notice is made without prejudice of the Mohawk Nation’s right to assert its land rights now or in the future.

The Mohawk Nation predates all colonial-imposed systems, and any withdrawal from negotiations or engagement should not be interpreted as surrender.

MNN. Aug. 26, 2026. Let us set the great white pine tree of peace back up! It looks like the kaianerekowa, the great peace, has the answers to some of these horrors currently facing us which is beguiling everybody, including the 1% who are threatening the world. Creation put world resources in indigenous hands the world over as the caregivers of the planet. How did it become a time when some people want to kill us off and take the entire planet for themselves? The answer is everybody has to study the kaianerekowa, all 117 articles we call the great peace. We’ve tried to explain this to the settlers ever since they invaded turtle island onowarekeh. In 1710 we sent our Iroquois men to London to carry out the first world conference on peace, inviting the European monarchs. We gave each a set of wampum to remind them of our message. Then In 1923 we sent Deskahe Levi General of Six Nations to Europe to help set up the League of Nations to teach the world what we know about true democracy.

We realize that everybody needs renewable energy. We have been trying to raise this with every country, company, entity, people to learn the indigenous way of keeping the earth clean and healthy. People worldwide have come to trust our philosophy of the “great peace” and to help us carry it out and stop the current abuse of our mother earth. This is the way to work together to shape the future. We should be certifying emissions on our lands and water for cleaner energy, cleaning up the garbage and landfills creating methane and ban gas and oil exploration. There could be a petition worldwide to back the native way, to help us stop deforestation, killing of wild life and plant habitat, stop the risks to our lives, and destruction of our wetlands and waterways. We need to hunt, fish, trap and pick medicines. Many things are going wrong. Kaianerekowa can decide on these matters everywhere. Help end the present system of maintaining the power and control of everybody and everything by a few people. The kaianerekowa can be the basis of the government, finances, construction, communities, industry.  We can find experts who will study and understand the kaianerekowa and apply it. Countries cannot own land. It is creation. The people will work with the indigenous worldwide, which could be renewed every 5 to 10 years. No majority rules. The indigenous are meant to be the caretakers of the land, resources, water and people to carry out our duties and responsibilities to take care of the planet which is the mother of us all. Let’s work together to stop the destruction. Maybe we can learn who these settlers are who came to turtle island and started to create havoc. Why is 1% of the world’s population planning to destroy us? When they arrived they were supposed to live like us. We wanted to show them how to care for themselves. We told them if they want to be citizens of turtle island, they have to follow the kaianerekowa. Our prophesies have to be known by everybody to survive the coming threats. it is not too late. 

We indigenous showed these settlers how to respect our ways and to stop exploitation worldwide by sucking the life of our great mother earth and destroying her perfection. Their greed caused climate change and now the killing of nature. Fires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes. earthquakes . . . People have nothing left but their broken dreams. They should have taken only what they needed and made full use of what they took. They cannot be citizens of our lands unless they follow the real democracy based on the great peace without hierarchy which we have been trying to show you. No one is supposed to be put on a pedestal. We are all suppose to stand at the same eye level.  

Well,  it is up to you. The 1% will always need slaves. AI cannot replace everything. Our message is that life goes on until it does not.

AS A VALENTINE PRESENT TO THE WORLD. 

White man says his is a government of the majority. It has also been said that that the majority of the people of the world are fools and that the wise and intelligent are in the minority. This makes the majority government a government of fools. But sez you: The majority of the world is controlled by a minority of oppressive exploiters which makes the majority government actually a minority government, and so it’s a government of both fools and the clever exploiters with the latter running the show. 

The standing army is the arm of the government and trained to protect and defend the system, not the people. The government uses the people, though the army are of the people. The government creates laws designed to defend and protect the government from the people and the police departments are established to enforce the laws, again using some of the people whom they first alienate by indoctrination from the other people in order to put a division into the system. The exploited people are required to pay enormous taxes to pay the costs of these institutions, the government, the standing army and the sitting police departments.

The problem is that the majority government  is not really a government for all the people, but for the super rich who are in control. Since the super rich are in control of the “free world” the solution is for the exploited people to nationalize and internationalize the corporations of the super rich. It may seem like a super trick to unhorse such super bosses who are in control of nations, but to anyone who doesn’t have to do it himself, it’s simple. The exploited merely neutralize the super rich. “How?!!” says the non-indian. First, the wisest and most intelligent of the exploited in each of all the nations will form a people’s national council by which all the people can really execute their will. The people’s national council will be like a government which does not govern nor rule but creates a good path for people to follow. The method of finding the wisest and most intelligent of the exploited is by a series of tests on the study of humanity, justice, finance, political administration, guiding the affairs of state while making the said good path for people to follow, to be passed  by the most able of them and become members of the said people’s national council which will always be accountable to the people in general.

To neutralize the super rich and to nationalize and internationalize their corporations, it is first necessary to put aside the pseudo majority governments for they operate under false pretences and have failed the people miserably. Rather than change the personnel in these obnoxious non-people’s non-majority governments, it is better to remove the system of government entirely. They should not have any objections since it’s for the good of the world. The action of removing a government is called a revolution. Removing all the governments is called a world revolution.

The incidents of bad governments, unbearable taxations, nuclear terror, oppression, persecutions and other abuses will be resolved by dissolving the present governments because of their failure to produce happiness which is the longtime hope of mankind and which is the purpose of government. Not having the capability nor the fitness, the present governments should be substituted by the people’s national council who would have the necessary brains and wisdom to fulfill the obligations. They have proven themselves by passing all the tests. The super rich do not spend their $billions and $trillions paying for the legions of government workers [some of who have nothing to do], the staggering costs of the armed forces and the police departments. Who pays for all this? The exploited. The people who work. The people pay for the protection of the super rich from them. That’s exploitation in the fullest sense of the word. By nationalizing and internationalizing the corporations of the super rich the profits thereof [in the billions and trillions] can be used to pay all national expenses and costs, thereby relieving the people of the burden of horrendous taxation. There should be no need for taxation, so say the economists who also hint that governments make the people pay dearly for having a useless government. 

The governments themselves are governed by Wall Street called “The Wall Street Shark” which has 100 members [1960], each of whom on a poor day makes a million dollars. One colossus in the membership, with portfolios of corporations was making an average of 55 $millions of dollars a day. All the government of the “free world” are under the control of this big money elite. It has been said that the Wall Street Shark regards the rest of humanity as the beast which must be kept weak and bleeding. The super money elite is directly involved in the intolerable nuclear power situation and the arms build up. The profits are enormous which are being used for further nuclear proliferation. At this rate, the white race will be extinct at the same rate of speed as the red race they are actively working to terminate. 

There is no need for an expensive war department. In the Iroquois way, every man is a protector and a defender. Every boy is trained in military strategy. He is instructed in the law and taught to defend the law. One of his duties as a warrior is to stop crime and to arrest law breakers. Every man is a policeman. This is how a government is prevented from victimizing and oppressing the people. The people are the government and they are also the police, every one. There is no alienation of policemen or the army from the people. In the Iroquois system, called the “Warrior Society” by the white man, there is no draft call up, special indoctrination [brainwashing] to turn the draftees into killers and after a war, release them among the people where so many of them commit a lot of crimes. 

Crimes are dealt with by the defenders in training and after their course of training, are always on standby in case of emergencies such as fires, fights, riots, invasions and troubles of all kinds. The Warrior Society also teaches the young whatever is necessary to know, academic subjects besides the art of fighting. All this costs nothing to taxpayers as there are no taxpayers. All of this is defayed by the profits  from the nationalized and internationalized corporations of the super rich. Isn’t this a superior system compared to what is now in use which the general public is forced to pay for?

Mankind at present is under a ominous cloud of destruction and deaths from a cruel disease caused by contamination from a nuclear fallout. The white man’s government in America, north and south, are so intent on making the Indians extinct that they don’t notice they are doing the same thing to their own people. We’ve read of psychopathic killers who are obsessed and cannot stop themselves. The masters of the world are likewise obsessed by their dangerous nuclear toy and cannot stop themselves, even though they may realize they will also be destroyed along with their victims. The millions of innocent and accidental future victims of this world madness are duty bound to protect and defend each other and themselves. It is their duty to stop this threat to their existence and must find ways and means to stop it. This headlong descent to destruction can only be halted by abolishing the present order which is a disorder. It shouldn’t be too hard. There are only 100 members in the big money elite, responsible for this terrible state of affairs. Perform a citizen’s arrest and keep the big money elite under detention and doing some kind of occupation safe for society. Detain their scientists [nuclear and atomic] and keep them engaged in beneficial sciences, not those that would destroy mankind. 

After abolishing the no-good governments, their  economic systems and implementing the above mentioned superior Iroquois type government, the people in general can breathe easier. The nuclear holocaust will be averted. An era of real peace will be experienced by people everywhere. Having achieved a better government and society, the white man’s improved governments in America will be more inclined to render better justice to the Aboriginal people of America. They may relent to the point that they’ll restore the stolen land back to the Indians so the Indians can once again have their own traditional governments, practice their own culture and enjoy their own society. Surely, the immigrants from Europe can see it in their conscience to restore these back to the Indians.

The US and Canada want to pay only 25 cents an acre for land claims awards. They haven’t enough money to pay for the land taken from the Indians. US 3,615,211 square miles at current price of $1,000 an acre equals $2,313,735,040,000. In the trillions! at 25 cents an acre equals $578,433,760.

After the American Civil War which ended in 1865, when US President Lincoln was murdered, Andrew Johnson became president. The Department of the Interior wanted to carry out a war against the Lakota that they could never win, to kill over 60 million buffalo of the plains. This brought European tourists with guns to help kill off the buffalo and the Indians. Millions were piled up for pictures of them standing in front of the bones. In 1492 the US began eradicating over 53 million indigenous, over 90% of the population. They also chopped down the tallest white pine on onowarekeh turtle island, the tree of peace.

Our Prophet Dekanawida predicted a state of madness on turtle island. He told us things were going to get really bad and then really good. Trump wants world war III so no one will ever forget him, to take over the planet by extending criminal law throughout the globe.

Happening now are rapid localized attacks, not complex operations, to create immediate social destabilization. “Digital violence” refers to harassment, degradation, discrimination or social isolation on the internet or by electronic means of communication, disrupting or destroying social networks, messenger apps, chat rooms, gaming platforms or the email inbox and other means. Like the fake landing on the moon in 1969, everything is predicated on manmade dogmas such as the bible, koran, etc. to create fake events to achieve demands for servitude to the trillionaires. People want state accountability. Americans are used to being lied to.  

A TAX? MADNESS!   NO WORRIES … WE PAY TAXES NOW. WE GET IT BACK AS BAILOUTS.   AND NEXT YEAR AS BONUSES.

The bankers who are behind every war, need to lie to everyone about their stupid wars. People need good information to win those wars. In wars between states, the only winners are the bankers. Only 366 men control 99.9% of all transactions in every market on the planet. These are the “Giants”, the oligarchs. We wonder if these are really people or the inherent evil we came to heal in the first sun. 

We can only trust them by looking directly at them face to face. With AI today voices can be mimicked. Wars are going back to the stone age. The wicked are going to ensnare themselves in their own traps. The Western empire is dying. Nothing matters more than the truth. 

The public should make it illegal for government officials to lie. Lying is what the weak and ignorant do and presently run the current chaos. Each time you click onto the news. you are going to be subjected to lie after lie. Annie Lennox of the Eurythmics describes to us what’s in store: “Would I lie to you? Yeah! Would I lie to you honey. No No No No No. Now would I say something that wasn’t true? . . . . My friends know what’s in store.”

SLITHERING “STINKY” SERPENTS

MNN. Jan. 11, 2026. Trump has created his own private army called ICE and they attack anyone who is not Republican. This is the rise of the 4th Reich. Donald Trump is Hitler and ICE is the “Gestapo”. The American public still doesn’t understand that they are the “New Indians”.  US President Trump is threatening to take over or destroy any country he pleases. As the original people of turtle say to the American citizens, “Welcome to the reservation. How do you like the fry bread?” 

There is a set plan going on here causing all this chaos. In 1990 The Quebec police attacked the Mohawks of kanehsatake on July 11, 1990, and killed one of their own, SQ Surete Quebec officer Corporal Marcel Lemay. In the beginning the US secret police ICE has been killing and deporting people of color, even the original people were being sent out to parts unknown. Probably murdered and invoicing the state [ie. scalps].  The two people wounded by ICE in Portland Oregon are Venezuelan. A white woman was shot in the face while trying to help someone who was being molested by ICE agents.

After the 1990 surprise attack of Mohawks at Kanehsatake we messaged Canada and Quebec to inform them there was no need to bring in the military against us. They were in the process of riling us up for the next part of their plans to attack us further. There was no provocation on our side.  We were rightfully protecting our land and community. We remember their frustration was over our objection to the Oka non-native golf club from expanding their course over the Kanesatake “Pines” recreation area and  the burial ground. In the sudden attack at almost daylight on July 11, 1990, with guns blazing, the SQ Quebec provincial police rushed in and killed one of their own cops, Corporal Marcel Lemay. We later learned that they sacrificed him so they could  blame us.  We knew that he found out that the SQ assassinated two of our men in 1989 in Akwesasne Mohwk territory one hour away from Kanehsatake and Kahnawake Mohawk territories. Lemay had the smoking gun evidence to prove that the SQ were the killers. They were trying to justify bringing in massive heavily armed and equipped Canadian military force against the Mohawks to cover-up the two murders. They called it an “Indian uprising”.  On August 1, 1990, they brought in over 5,000 soldiers into kanesatake Oka fully equipped to surround a small community of 3000 Mohawks in their ancient homeland. 

In the dynamics of the US right now the Jeff Epstein file is dominating the social agenda, which reminds us of the kanienkehaka prophecy of the white and red serpents, who battle each other to the point where none are winning, both losing and they don’t know what to do. Then a black serpent appears from the south with a false message. He takes over the white and red serpents who are the Democrats and Republicans. Donald Trump is the black serpent who intends to take over the world. He appears to take over both parties and starts attacking one country after another, always planning what is next so he can take over the globe.  The  onkwehonweh [original people of turtle island North America] go to the hilly country to heal. 

Like the Canadian tactic in 1990 , innocent people are in great danger because the state is trying to make them appear “dangerous”. The protests throughout the US are necessary so the state can put provocateurs among the people objecting to the turmoil. When Lemay got shot by the SQ, they tried to blame us so that they can say they were merely shooting back at us. They planned to Invade our sovereign Mohawk territory known as “the pines,” to kill women, children, men and elders without witnesses. But the Mohawks were able to walk out of the Pines in full view of their own people and the world.  

It is all smoke and mirrors. The US wants their infiltrators to make it look like the protesters shot at ICE. The autocrats of the world want to destroy the kaianerekowa, great peace. Well, Canada never got the Pines nor the burial grounds because we have always been under the protection of the great peace kaianerekowa. 

They say that the snakes crawl at night in the Everglades, [not far from Trumps Florida mansion], where the invasive Burmese pythons have taken over the Everglades eco-system. We are sure that Donald Trump before he goes to sleep listens to Charley Pride sing about the snakes crawling at night.

MOHAWK ALLIANCE WITH VENEZUELA 2007

INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLE IN VENEZUELA

“BEARS ARE MOUNTING THE SILVER EAGLE TO MEET THE CONDOR”

MNN. Aug. 5, 2007. The Indigenous people and President Hugo Chavez are bringing together 40 Indigenous nations of Venezuela from August 7 to 9, 2007.

The Mohawk delegation is made up of two women, Kahentinetha, an elder and Karenhahes, Bear Clan Mother.

This congress is setting up a broad international movement of indigenous people to reject colonial oppression. During the 20th century, the European states that generated the colonial movement began to understand that they would destroy each other if they kept up the land and resources grab and the ensuing killing of Indigenous peoples. Colonialism was declared illegal. Canada continued to define a “person” as any individual other than an Indian until 1951. Canada still does not respect our sovereignty and presumes that their colonial law is the only law north of the 49th parallel. The U.S. usurps the Indigenous lands, resources and jurisdiction south of the 49th parallel.

Canada refuses to sign the Declaration of Indigenous rights at the United Nations, even though that declaration is a profoundly colonial instrument. International law recognizes that no state can absorb another without the free and fully informed consent of the people concerned in a free vote. The Indigenous peoples and nations never agreed to become part of Canada. Canada is addicted to old destructive models of social and economic relations and medieval ruling class credos. It thinks that social order is based on command and obedience, not agreement between equals, and that there can’t be wealth without poverty. Such nonsense.

The meeting in Venezuela will take place in Mapiricure, an indigenous community in the south. On August 9th President Hugo Chavez will be presented with the Indigenous Feather known as the “Penacho” and a headdress. This will be followed by a ceremony invoking the powers of the natural world. On that day 11 land titles will be turned over to the Indigenous Communal Councils by President Chavez.

The shamen carrying out the ceremony will be joined by shamen from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Nicaraugua, Mexico, Panama and the U.S.

Here is a draft of the words that the Mohawk delegation will be delivering to the International Congress of Indigenous People “in Defence of the Planet”, outlining a new paradigm for human existence.

“Nia:wen for your invitation to witness this historic event. From our women, we bring greetings by the women of your country.

From the “Rotiyaner” who are the men of our nation, we bring greetings from our men to your men.

From our elders, those who are the grandmothers and grandfathers, we bring our greetings to you who are the grandmothers and grandfathers of this nation.

From the fathers and mothers of our nation we bring greetings to you who are the mothers and fathers to your nation.

From our young people we bring greetings to your young people of this nation.

From the children of our nation we bring greetings to the children of your nation.

From those who still crawl upon the earth and those who are still on the cradle board, we bring greetings to your children who crawl on the earth and those who are on the cradle board.

From those faces of our future who are still beneath the earth, we bring the greetings to those of your people whose faces are yet beneath the earth.

Now that we have said this, we may begin.

We would like to have had a larger delegation here to day. Due to our struggle to preserve our sovereignty we are oppressed and ignored on our own homeland we call Onowarekeh, also known also as “Turtle Island”. The foreign colonial governments of Canada and the United States limit our movements on our own land. They fail to teach their people about our existence, our philosophy, our laws.  

We need to renew the solemn blood covenants that have bound all Indigenous Peoples of South America and Onowarekeh, our name for Turtle Island, for thousands of years. We are one blood. When one family member is oppressed the other must aid their covenant partners. Everyone is there to uplift each other. No one goes without.

Our perception is that the material world is to be shared and distributed equally. Our ancestors knew that when a hunter went into the woods and brought back a deer, the entire community shared in that bounty. This is common to all Indigenous peoples of the world. Those who have fallen away from these simple concepts and now practice colonialism must be brought back into the human family and saved from themselves.

We present you with a copy of the Great Law, our constitution, in both Mohawk and English, our Confederacy flag, the Unity flag and several books about us that will be of interest to you.

We, the Onkwehonweh [the original people], are the guardians of Onowarekeh. Recently South America was visited by the President of the United States and the Prime Minister of Canada. They both avoided Venezuela because they can’t understand what’s happening here and it frightens them. These are emotionally disturbed people. They don’t know how to exist on a level of equality with their fellow human beings.

They do not represent us or even the people of their countries. They follow habits of thought that have been proven to be ineffective and destructive to the continuation of human life on earth. They represent foreigners who have usurped our resources and deny us any rights to our ancestral heritage.

Our words as the true representatives are binding on Turtle Island. We have always been here. We belong to the land on which we were formed. Mr. Chavez is here with the true owners of the lands of Onowarekeh and South America. What we say between us is binding.

Under natural law and international law everyone has a right to our own government, nationality and land.

As elders of our nation, we are dedicated to work in the best interests of our people. Each of us has power in our lives. We have a duty to spread the Kaianerehkowa throughout the world. The white roots from the Tree of Peace go in the four directions. Those who wish to find shelter may trace its roots to the source. My nation and Six Nations Iroquois Confederacy are in need of this alliance at this time.

Mr. Chavez holds the same political positions as the Mohawk Nation. We are here to help fan the flames so that the fire grows larger to make a place for all humans to share its warmth and benefits.

Our message of peace came to us from our ancestors, Dekanawida and Jigosaseh. They told our people to bring everyone into a covenant of peace, to link arms with all the other peoples of the world. We are continuing the work of our ancestors to bring the message of peace to you today.

South America has the same colonial past as Onowarekeh, Turtle Island. We have occupied our territories since time immemorial. This land is who we are. It is our identity. Mr. Chavez is one of us. His roots go deep into the soil, the jungles, the mountains and fields of Venezuela. From the earth he gets sustenance, vitality and ability to help his people. The people feel safe. His first instinct is to protect the Indigenous people and the visitors who are here.

Venezuela is a beautiful wealthy part of the world. Your resources are now being skillfully used to enhance the best interests of the land and the people who live upon it. You are tapping into the wellspring of ancestral memories that are hidden in the minds of every person living here.

Now all other Indigenous people are seeing that it is possible to take our lives under our own control, not be dominated by foreign forces and to do good.

We feel secure with the Venezuelans. You are competent and sure of who you are. Initially the multinational corporations felt intimidated by the turn of events. They are finding they can work with the original people in the best interests of all. Everyone is benefiting. The only way to achieve harmony and prosperity among us is to bring all our talents and innate abilities together.

Mr. Chavez has found a way to bring this out in all of his people. He represents the forces of a people who are on the move. He has offered a new paradigm. He is showing Indigenous peoples and others that we can take over our own lives and run our own affairs. We can do it so that no one feels intimidated or threatened. It is becoming the natural way to do things.

Dekanawaida and Jigosaseh, the man and woman who helped develop the kaianerekowa Great Law of Peace, understood this. They realized that the strength of the Confederation was based on no nation dominating the others. Each, no matter how large or small, had a right to exist and remain who they are.

There was no stifling of the innate abilities of the Onondagas, Senecas, Oneidas, Cayugas, Mohawks or Tuscaroras. Larger nations did not overpower the smaller ones. We were equal. Diverse peoples were brought together to work in harmony for the benefit of everyone. No one could assert themselves over others.

This is the reason why the indigenous government in Venezuela is successful. Mr. Chavez has tapped into the same knowledge that exists in all Indigenous people. The renaissance in Venezuela is going to spread all over the world.

People always feel threatened by a new paradigm. We can expect many attacks from the colonial powers. We do not use guns but they point theirs at us. They don’t know what else to do. The young, the poor and even the middle class in the colonized countries are all suffering from the same insecurity and dislocation that has been imposed on us. They will join us once they understand.

If everyone doesn’t relearn how to look after the earth and each other, there will be nothing left for anyone to eat; no clean water to drink; and no clean air to breathe. The colonial commercial exploitation of the environment has been taken to such extremes that human life itself is in peril. We can work together to clean up the mess we have created as human beings and make the earth healthy again.

The greedy grasping power hungry people who are trying to gain control over all of humanity have lost touch with reality. Just when they think that they have achieved their goal of absolute control and domination, the pyramid of delusion will collapse beneath their feet. Life itself will be gone.

Nobody wants to suffer the consequences of a collapse of this order. Venezuela has a model that is working. People are free and work together to develop everyone to their full potential in whatever area of life they have chosen.

When somebody wants to go from one place to another through forests, jungles, swamps, deserts or mountains, somebody always goes ahead and cuts the trail. The others follow the steps of those who went ahead. They all get to their destination safely. It takes a courageous visionary to see far ahead the dangers that are prowling around. Hugo Chavez is a trailblazer in the realm of the world’s progressives. He helps whole groups of people move forward together. He is setting in motion an act that others will follow.

We have a chance to see how this model is working to its fullest potential so that the good life and good health is shared by all equally. We feel gratified and honored that we are taking part in the dedication of the land to the original people. We need more people like Hugo Chavez all over the world. We hope for the continued good health of Mr. Chavez, who cares to lead in troubled times. Artificial ways will dissolve themselves because they are not real. Humanity must go back to the natural relationships. We salute you, Venezuela, for showing the world how your humanitarian goals are being achieved and are inspiring others to achieve”.

THE SERPENTS ARE TRYING TO RETURN.

MNN. THE SERPENTS ARE TRYING TO RETURN. WE ARE STOPPING THEM. . 24, 2025. McGill University Law School.

We are here on the land of the Kaniekehaka Mohawks at the foot of Mount Royal in tiotiakeh Montreal. The bear clan village of tekanontak stood right here and where we are told the serpents did away with our people and hid their outrageous actions from the world. Today we are looking for our babies. We, the “Keepers of the Eastern Door”, stood on this original Mohawk village watching for invasive species and slithering serpents.

The adodarho is the position of the chairman in the Iroquois Confederacy,  He is the “fire keeper” at onondaga, the capital of the Iroquous confederacy near Syracuse New York. An attempt is being made by these serpents to confuse our current adodarho to try to go back to the time before dekanawida, our great peacemaker, who formed an alliance of our five rotinoshonni Iroquoian peoples and provided us our prophecies. The chiefs, clan mothers and children stand around him and are a protective wall. The confederacy can only be an ally of peace, never war.

This is an old story of the rotinoshonni Iroquois. Before he became a man of peace adodarho’ had a “twisted body” and could kill his enemies from a distance without seeing them. He had serpents coming out of his hair. He was in great pain. Everybody was scared of him. He enjoyed being cruel. He ruled with hate, fear and threats and was considered to be a sorcerer.  He wanted to dominate wherever he was. After much conflict, he was eventually transformed from being a tyrant who always wanted war into a symbol of peace by dekanawida the Peacemaker and ayonwentha, by removing all the serpents from his brain.  

Who is dekanawida? He came to us to tell us three things, the good message, the power and the peace. 1. ON THIS PLANET ALL LIVING THINGS HAVE THE SAME MOTHER, SHE IS THE EARTH. THE SAME FATHER, WHICH IS THE SOURCE ENERGY OF ALL CREATION THAT MAKES US ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS. WE SHALL SURVIVE AND COEXIST AS SUCH. 2. We are now entering a time where the serpents have returned trying to slither their way into the confederacy to abuse the natural world. We will not let this happen. Some of these serpents are in the form of smooth talking and very aggressive politicians. We the kanienkehaka Mohawks, known as the “flint people”,  were assigned to discern these lying deceitful spirits that are coming. We do not listen to their lies to seduce our people from the true message of dekakanawida. 

Before dekanawida came we were constantly at war with each other. Adodarho had instigated hatred between the people. Dekanawida lifted the black cloud of hatred hovering over us. The serpents are seeking power and want to sit in that seat in onondaga, the capital of the confederacy, the alliance, with their new head dresses with serpents coming out of it.

The source of peace in the entire world started in onondaga when the peace maker came there from the sky world. We will not allow the confederacy to go back to the evil driven mind of adodarho’s hatred. Whoever sits in that seat will try to conquer the world. They want the evil power he had before the serpents were removed. There are many vying for that position.  

Adodarho was charismatic and could draw people to himself. At first the Europeans who came to turtle island were supposed to make a constitution based on the kaianerekowa great peace called the great path, which failed. Our way provides that they were to help us to convert the world to the great peace. [1701, 1710, 1923]. Otherwise they could not remain here. The US, UN and League of Nations were all phoney corporations acting as phoney confederations and now are in the process of falling. They don’t have the true spirit of peace of dekanawida.. 

Adodarho was cured by using a combination of ritual and physical actions to heal his mind and body to remove the serpents. After consulting with Jigonhsasee, the Mother of of our people, ayonwentha combed the serpents from his matted hair and sang a melody of peace to him which transformed him. Dekanawida massaged his crooked body with herbs and wampum, smoothing out the seven bends on his body. This healing lead to establishing the kaianerekowa great peace and his becoming the keeper of the central fire of the alliance at of the Iroquois peoples at onondaga. The women provided adodarho with new robes and placed an antler headdress on his head, symbolizing the renewed goal for peace and a shift from his past. 

How did adodarho accept to be peaceful. When someone is in great pain they can mistreat people. He killed children. He was very sick. But he was cured because the people wanted him to be cured. Don’t make him mad otherwise more danger would come our way. 

Adodarho helped dekanawida to unify the rotinoshonni nations into the Five Nations Confederacy, creating the principles of peace and justice of the kaianerekowa great peace which is the model for participatory democracy.   

The serpents are trying to come back. They want to create one body that will run the world that everybody will bow down to, instead of participate in as equals. The Iroquois and their allies will once again stand against this evil that is now trying to take over the Confederacy and the world.  We will honor the peace message of dekanawida to stand against this evil power that is trying to control people for evil purposes. When the Grand Council passes the message over the fire, it will go to creation and an answer will return telling us how to fight this evil. No one can pervert dekanwida’s message of peace into a message of war. Creation will tell us how to bring back the peace, which constantly remains in our minds.

In the 1970s a group of young Mohawk kanienkehaka people of Akwesasne and Kahnawake called the “white roots of peace” travelled throughout turtle island to carry the the warn to our families of the peril that was encircling turtle island.  

The world wants real peace. Right now the empire of the three city states, London. Vatican and Washington DC are trying to run everything, like the old adodharo, so they can be crowned the rulers of the world. Their masks are coming off and we are beginning to see them. Time is circular. Right now we see elements of this story about the old evil atotarho unfolding in front of us. 

We must look to the past to see what we can do in the present. Today the reformed adodarho remains peaceful and presides over the Grand Council fire of the Rotinishonni Confederacy at Onondaga. 

The sweeping serpents hairstyle of his hair once symbolized the inner turmoil of his twisted mind and body. He always wanted chaos and lawlessness. When somebody suggested peace, he killed them. He was poisoned by hatred. During the formation of the confederacy the serpents were combed out. He transformed from a source of evil to the keeper of the council fire of peace. He carried a message of peace from creation. Jigosasne, a woman, was the first clan mother to stand by dekanawida. In a short time all 9 clans of the kanienkehaka Mohawk were stood up by dekanawida, which  is the real bloodline that we follow, not the serpentines from Europe. 

The West is now in free fall. They face disapproval, losing credibility, declining support, failing economy, distraction through threatened military escalation, weak government, questionable justice and almost no accountability.  Dekanawida and ayonwentha may return to get rid of the serpents. Trump wants to sit in the center of turtle island and order everybody around. We use different ways to take the serpents from the minds of people like this. People are being mesmerized and controlled through fear. Indigenous know that whatever you fear you will realize. Dekanawida told us there would be 3 serpents. First white, then red and at the end black. We are now in the time of the black serpent.. The Epstein bombshell should be the undoing of the current administration. But as the blind man says, “We shall see” their undoing. The US is having a hard time hiding their misdemeanours. We are all under attack. We indigenous are placed here by nature to care for our mother earth and are suppose to confront these monsters. They want to replace us with AI Artificial Intelligence created subhumans. MKULTRA and other mind control projects are under the same fear mongering. We look to the kasatstensera kowa sa oiera, the great natural power, and to heal through our ceremonies, songs, stories and words.

Some of you may not be sure who you are, having come from many lands and put into hypnotic states to get control of your minds. We are actually the opposite of your kings, queens and corporate systems. We are the sovereigns of turtle island who have original instructions to be the caretakers of turtle island and to those who live according to the kaianerekowa, the great peace. 

Once the message of peace begins it is unstoppable. We are the oldest living democracy on the planet. We will not be silent about our grief for the land. We ask you to give back to our mother earth and have a healthy relationship with her. We refuse to despair or be paralyzed by it. Our land is crying out for our help. Let’s repair her and our relationship. We all want to be closer to our mother earth.

In 2004 President Bush and Prime Minister Martin signed the “911’ Agreement allowing the US military to invade Canada anytime the US deems it necessary to eliminate “terrorist threats”.  Essentially, Canada is under martial law.  

Our Indian Trust Fund is over $3 trillion, coming from monies set aside from the exploitation of our resources. It is set aside according to international law treaty requirements. The oligarchs who run the world are stealing it. The banks, Vatican, Queen, World Bank, International Monetary Fund and the families in charge have been dividing it amongst themselves.  The fake bankers’ world economy is based totally on continual war.   

Canada is the third biggest country in the world. The oligarchs cannot make war without our resources.  The shareholders of the country corporations illegally sell our raw materials to each other.    

The corporate merger of 2011 benefits big business, banks, big oil, drug companies and their war-making machine. Our materials are needed to attack anybody who stands in the way of resource extraction. The military tell Congress, Senate and Parliament who will be bombed, or their economy will fail. 

Our materials make weapons to kill our brothers and sisters in all parts of the world. We can stop the war by stopping the resource extraction from our homeland. It violates our laws. 

Since WWII the US military has invaded 60 countries to continue imperial war.  To make guns, bombs, tanks and weapons of mass destruction, the raw materials come from Canada, such as coal, oil, gas, food, wood, aluminum, steel and compites. 

Tanks need iron, aluminum, oil and saltpeter.  Guns need zinc, iron, steel, magnesium, brass, polymer, ceramis, wood and fiber glass. Bombs need plutonium, radio active elements, explosives, isogn, mega cyte, mexallon, nocxium, pyerite, titanium, zydrine and tailings from nuclear power plants.  Gunpowder needs sulphur and charcoal. Computers need copper, lead, aluminum, platinum, tin, gold, silver, bromine and mercury.  Electronics need nickel and chromium. 

Except for rubber, all these materials are available in Canada.  

War-mongers spread lies through deception, disinformation and finally false flag wars. They scream, “Get rid of the Indian Act.  Bring in Bill C-45 to expedite resource extraction”.  The genocidal Indian Act is illegal and will be eliminated. Control of Great Turtle Island will return to us, as Creation intended.  

We will stop war the world over by stopping the illegal extraction. We will never support any war. Kaianerekowa directs us to support peace everywhere on earth through mutual consensus.

MNN. LAND CAREGIVERS VS. CORPORATE DEMOLISHERS. The Royal Proclamation of 1763 is a British order-in-council issued by King George III to establish the basis for relations with indigenous peoples on onowarekeh turtle island. All lands were to be retained by the indigenous and the settlers were to be restricted. The king of England bankrolled the colonial encroachment backed with military force. It was to be the framework for relations between the king’s colonial settlers and the indigenous peoples. This agreement is the foundation of  Canada’s responsibilities for all of the Canadian and US colonial settlers. This is the framework for true reconciliation. Canada is still a colony of Britain and its relationship with the indigenous is based on the Royal Proclamation 1763.

In a true democracy the indigenous people are the caretakers of all lands upon mother earth. We must all remember the truth that on this planet all living things have the same mother. She is the earth. We have the same source energy as the father. Therefore, we are all brothers and sisters. So we shall survive and coexist as family operating on our mother earth.
On onowarekeh turtle island the original holders are the “rotikonsotatie”, the coming indigenous faces. No indigenous can sell or transfer any land. The corporate goal of the colonizers was to steal and privatize our mother earth to make money for the corporate shareholders. Artificial foreign entities attacked and forced ownership of the indigenous people themselves through their artificial constructs such as the birth certificate which is all capital letters which in legalese denotes a corporation. Each municipality in colonial Canada is a corporation. The shareholders of every municipal corporation are bankers. Those same bankers also own each of the citizens of that municipality. Privatization of our land is to remove us from caring for her. Some of these violations are the Indian Act 1876, the Indian Lands Act 1925, the BNA Act 1867 and others which were crafted to remove our responsibility to our land and to the the Royal Proclamation. It is meant to drown out the voices of the original natural people of turtle island. The “Indian Act” is the Canadian colonial law that administers the genocide program of Canada to eventually eliminate or assimilate us. The Indian Act with its blood quantum is the first form of apartheid which is still in play in Canada and US to extinguish indigenous peoples. The Indian Lands Act, 1924, set the stage for the colony of Canada to claim lands and resources throughout Canada without the knowledge or consent of the original people. 

The colony of Canada used their corporate culture to make money and cut throat competition to destroy our individual rights, freedom and equality. In 1701 Queen Anne of Britain set up the Indian Trust Fund with our money, the only money around at the time. We were then declared as ‘wards of the state’. They needed our money and resources to make money as they came to turtle island with nothing. Kingston was the first capital of Canada in 1701 right in the middle of the Mohawk heartland. They made themselves the trustee of the Indian monies that came from native investments, loans, rentals and leases. None was paid back to us yet. We continue to have a lien on onowarekeh turtle island from ocean to ocean and from north to south turtle island. The King still represents the colonists and the only one who can deal with us on our rights on our homeland of turtle island on behalf of their people. He is suppose to protect us from the hordes who came.

The King knows this as he showed us in his recent trip to Canada. He came here to sign away his trusteeship in Parliament but got a letter from a clan mother that he could not and then went home. 

We were not an illiterate people. We used wampum belts and our minds to record our interactions and review them regularly in our councils and clans in the longhouse. The monarchy of England acknowledged our sovereignty and for our right to continue to exist and carry out our duties to take care of the earth where we were placed by nature. The Royal Proclamation 1763 respected our rights to care for ourselves and not to be tampered with.  They had no choice but to respect our sovereignty.  

The Royal Proclamation 1763  affirmed our guardianship of onowarekeh turtle island which we’ve had since time immemorial. The King declared on behalf of his subjects that no colonial entity, private individual or corporation would ever interfere with us. Their stay on our land was limited according to our wishes. US, UK and the colony of Canada has to go through the King to confer with us on all issues regarding our sovereignty. The King declared, “I am now the one that must deal with you on all matters regarding turtle island and we will be your protectors ffrom the intruders”. They could never evade the indigenous who were confronting them. We had this right before the Royal Proclamation 1763 and before they came here.

When the Jay Treaty of Trade and Commerce 1794 was being enacted the Kaiser of Germany insisted Article II be included to protect the indigenous so that the corporations of US and the colony of Canada did not discard the original people or the proclamation. All other European powers backed away to recognize British responsibility to support our sovereignty on turtle island. No one could limit our assertion of our sovereignty. Anything Germany had to do had to go through the King.

Pontiac showed what indigenous people were capable of doing if the Crown did not respect our ties to all our territories. It was called “a treaty of offence and defence” where we would have a right to defend ourselves anytime we decided. Belts were to be brought out every year to remind everybody of this proclamation. The wampum belts were presented to assure that the basis of our relationship was between original indigenous titleholders and North America and the King. Our dealings were to be only with the federal crown on behalf of the King. The Provinces have no say. It is now time for the provinces to get off our backs.  

The King is reminded that the Royal Proclamation is an agreement to protect us and our land from the foreign usurpers. Students and academics must now learn the rightness of our people. The King, the colony of Canada and the provinces do not own one square inch of turtle island. We never allowed anyone to remove any of our “Indian interest” on any of our land. The government, churches and society have tried to remove and murder our children and our people to hide the truth from us and the world which failed. 

The belts should be in the hands of the indigenous people. Not stolen and displayed in your museums or hidden or sold to collectors. We will remind the European royal families who hold those belts that we presented them in 1710 and of their responsibility to us right now. We offer our services to them to translate these belts given to them and all the agreements they made when they accepted them from us. Russia has already agreed to have a meeting with us regarding the six wampum belts that Peter the Great accepted in London in 1710 from the Rotinishonni Confederacy.

DISSOLVE THE INVADERS OF TURTLE ISLAND

Sep. 21, 2025. It is scarey that the people of the Western world [primarily settlers of Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand] don’t want to or can’t learn. They invaded turtle island to flee their misery and created a money based get-rich-quick delusion system based on what they stole from us indigenous and killed 95% of us for. They made imaginary money leading to imaginary success.  Most of us who took care of them and helped them survive their approach to turtle island were eliminated.  

 Their end could be near. They’re probably sitting together somewhere planning their next heist. Apologies are unacceptable for what they did to us. Now they’re trying again. They have to keep living their lies to maintain ‘the rich get richer and the poor get poorer’ criminal structure. We’re watching them being demolished by their fake marketplace system. They will return everything they stole from us. We are owners of the unceded land of turtle island and not owned by their banking system.

The colonial settlers have no right to be here. They need our permission. Their cabal is part of a slave system to run the world by inundating the people with fear. All natives know that fear is the enemy. Non-fear is our ally. We will end it. They drive around on our land, destroy it and kill our water, air and forests. They’ve carried out their genocide on us ever since they landed on our shores. 

The Palestinians met the rotinoshonni a long time ago and learned and accepted the kaianerekowa great peace. Like the British army invaded Palestine in 1947 to create the hornet’s nest called Israel is just the same as the colonists coming to North America to scalp us and murder us. They hunted us like deer. The walls of the Western empire are starting to crack.

The Palestinian children are disappearing which is our experience. There is nothing right about stealing a people’s land, putting them in prison camps to exploit their resources. They lack empathy.    

As long as just one indigenous survives creation ensures this is always indigenous land. Even the animals, insects and birds are getting ready for something and are trying to warn us! They have as great a claim to turtle island as we do and we have always worked together. We are looking for the graves of our children who were kidnapped or trafficked or murdered.   

The US is making lots of enemies and problems in the world. The Western World governments will be toppled from within. They’re attacking, misinforming and destabilizing each other and their targets. North America is build on sand. As we know castles made of sand always go into the sea.   

There are 366 oligarchs in the world that control 99.9% of every transaction in every market. If you want the true cause of every war in the last two centuries, look into Peter Phillips book where he calls them “GIANTS. The Global Power Elite”.

To bring about world peace we have safeguarded the kaianerekowa. We are available again to teach the law of peace as we did in 1710 in London and in 1923 in The Hague.

We indigenous will be liberated and we will survive. Safe drinking water is needed. The Great Lakes is the oldest and largest supply of fresh water in the world which is on our kaianerekowa great peace land. The great peace was fueled by our waters. 

Rivers are being poisoned and the fish are dying. As the serpents are slithering across turtle island, it is our job to maintain the natural balance according to creation’s “good message”: “On this planet all living things have the same mother, we all have the same source energy as father, which makes us all brothers and sisters. We shall survive and co-exist.” 

AI robots are their soldiers. Those with empathy for us will be disempowered. A sense of doom is being promoted. We are aware of their psychopathic character.  Remember, Canada has a banker for prime minister. 

Settlers who contributed to our demise will go home and fix the mess they left in their own countries. Turtle island is “onowarekeh”.  

In our story we are to watch out when sky world comes back and two suns are in the sky. When the second sun leaves, then the world will start spinning the other way and the water will move very fast. onkwehonwe indigenous have been instructed to crawl to the hilly country to heal. For us it is northern Quebec and northern Ontario.  

Remember, they are still trying to wipe us out. They are working to take our land and resources piece by piece. The courts don’t have morals or values. They are all Admiralty Laws of the Seas, which is privately owned by the same shareholders that own the private corporations known as Canada and the United States who act like they are above the law. In the prisons of Canada, 50% nationally and 70% in Saskatchewan, indigenous men, women and youth are being imprisoned. These non-humans have given into their desires to continue the genocide of our people. Creation is aware. The only way anyone can defeat the enemy is by resisting.

Researchers like David Icke has concluded that this royal bloodline is reptilian in origin. We shall continue to be in balance with nature. Our mother earth feels the hurt with us. The politicians, social institutions and their people are starting to unravel. They are turning on us because we ‘are‘ onowareke, turtle island, the land of the Western Hemisphere. Our existence impedes their efforts for economic control. The public is being told we are in the way of their solving their problems so the public is being turned against us. Police do nothing for us. They even celebrate our hardships.  

Those non-indigenous who surround us still have their eye on our land and will continue to kill us. We’ll resist.  WHERE WILL THEY GO?  We suggest that all the settlers who are feeling concerned for their own well being should just look at what the bankers did to us. You are the new Indians. Welcome to the reservation. The cities are death traps. There will be no help or information for them. As Pink Floyd reminds us, “Welcome, intruders,  welcome to the machine!
