MNN. 24 FEB. 2019. Canada’s extinction plan is in motion. Mohawk Band Council of Kahnawake Inc. [MCK inc.] also called First Nations Inc. have signed the Framework Agreement to help Canada kidnap our mother earth. Creation placed us on great turtle island to care for her. She cannot be sold, bought or taken away from us. Band Councils operate under the authority of  the foreign corporation called “Canada”. The sovereign original people are being targeted for extinction.  Mohawk Councils of Kahnawake Inc. and Akwesasne Inc., [MCA Inc.] are both puppets of the colony of Canada. They have recently violently attacked onkwehonweh people carrying out their duties completely violating kaianerekowa and teiohateh. [See story  below].

The Framework Agreement is the completion of Canada’s final genocide and theft of our land and resources. Canada and US are not a people. They are a collective of European atsinowa, individuals sharing a common interest, to steal our resources and annihilate us. They set up band and tribal councils, now known as “First Nations Inc.”, who gave up their birthright to join the colonial settlers. We are the sovereign onkwehonweh, the true natural people placed on turtle island by creation to care for our mother, our people and all life. Those who don’t live by the kaianerekowa must leave turtle island.  

ROUND ONE –

MOHAWK COUNCIL OF KAHNAWAKE: THE FIRST NATIONS INC. The band council raided a business in the community to enforce their own personal ‘laws’. They raided chased everybody out of the premises. Several days later the workers returned to their work station.

MOHAWK COUNCIL OF AKWESASNE: FIRST NATIONS INC. Three women from the bear, turtle and wolf clans went to the cop shop to explain the kaianereowa, the great peace of great turtle island. The police chief is a military trained white man who told them, “There’s no great peace. So get lost!” The men protected the women.     

According to kaianerekowa and international law, a referendum is mandatory to consult each and every person on great turtle island to deal with every matter on the 500 year theft and extermination plan. Today it is called a “framework reconciliation process”. Canada systematically excludes every true sovereign onkwehonweh and targets us for extinction.

Canada and US have designated us as  “domestic matters” to remove themselves from international scrutiny. They warn other countries not to interfere with their genocide program, which they call a “domestic matter”! When we use corporate terms “Indian”, “First Nations”, “Aboriginal”, “bands”, “indigenous” people, “tribes”, “nations” and any of their artificial names, we give Canada and its band councils jurisdiction. The corporation of Canada forces us all to acquire banking names in all capital letters, which infers a corporation. The whole land claims process is a complete and utter fraud. In their Access to Information Act notice [Indian & Northern Affairs, A-2011-01840/LD2]: “Provide all documents held by gov’t pertaining to a declaration by the Governor in Council that the “Registry Group” “Mohawk Council of Akwesasne” are a Band within the meaning of the Indian Act”. They are making contracts that are made to look like they are between the onkwehonweh and Canada. The Dundee land claim was signed by the corporation of Canada and their employees, not by the onkwehonweh, which goes against the true way of this land, kanaierekowa, great peace, forever.

50 YEARS SINCE CORNWALL BRIDGE BLOCKADE

MNN. Oct. 21, 2018. For over 50 years this National Film Board documentary film was seen by millions of people around the world. Participants regularly get comments on the blockade of the International Bridge at Akwessne. It is one of the most important milestones in which natives made a definite statement to the world and governments that we have special rights and that the Canada-U.S border does not exist for natives people. The Jay Treaty of 1794 was for the intruders only. The treaty between the British and Americans has withstood many legal challenges by governments in the United States and Canada. It affirms our natural rights as the original peoples of turtle island. 

It is an international treaty between foreign nations with a provision [Article III] respecting our natural freedom and right to live freely on our land where creation placed us without any hindrance. 

All natives benefitted from this action by kanionkehaka/Mohawks who stood at the Customs House on that cold day on December 20, 1968. 

The rotinoshonni’onwe Iroquois have a long history of making such statements to the world. Annually in Niagara Falls the natives have marched across the Niagara River since the 1920s to remind them of our free passage and their borders do not apply to us.

Another history making event was when Paul K. Diabo of kahnawake, an ironworker, was ordered by the American government to be deported to Canada as an alien. The Supreme Court of the United States upheld the rights of natives to cross freely between Canada and the United States without hindrance or molestation. 

In 1968 the world saw a small group of Mohawks and other natives make a declaration that we are not going to allow anyone to interfere with our natural rights.  

This commemoration at Concordia University is a significant event. Everyone is welcome.

MNN. JUNE 10, 2018. Kahnawake Survival School students and community members stopped the survey for a 47,000 square foot multi-purpose building in the old grove forest adjacent to their school. It’s on busy risky highway 138 for a reason. Once marijuana is legal in Canada, this plot of land is close to the border of the community and the main highway to New York City. A dream distribution center for drugs. The band council has probably already given out the licence. President Trump plans to block all drugs going into the US.

The students blocked the multi million dollar survey. At the same time, on June 4 Monday, kaientaa escorted off the technicians who were clearing the site. Tuesday, several dozen community members and students joined him. [Contact kaientaa, 514-608-9925, KC-1976@hotmail.com].

Ironworkers going to the US will be stopped and investigated every time they cross to go to work. The kids want to survive, not be pushed into drug addiction and death.

The band council has already licensed Playground Poker and Poker Palace for a three year exclusive pilot project.

On June 4 at a hospital fund raising 4 two older cigaret barons got into a big fracas. It seems like an internal fight over who’s going to control the drugs and the slot machines.  Attending the party were band councillors, cops and gambling millionaires. One baron walked over and tipped the other’s table dumping his meal all over him. He jumped up, and with a left hook knocked the other one out cold. A band councillor jumped in. Then another guy jumped on him. The band councillor almost threw him out through the smashed window.  The party was a ‘hit’ that set an example on how our young people should get ahead using violence!

MNN. May 18, 2018. Every year American corporations celebrate the biggest holocaust in all humanity:  The US on July 4 called “Independence Day”, and Canada on July 1 called “Canada Day”. They are in fact the celebration by the beneficiaries of the biggest holocaust in all humanity, the annihilation of over 100 million original natives of the turtle island, which is the western hemisphere.

The hierarchical system is controlled by 1%, mostly men of the white race. Because of their high testosterone level, they are driven to try to control the entire world. Their impotent followers like the vigorless Assembly of First Nations AFN, national, provincial, territorial, local committees called the band/tribal councils are convinced they should follow them. These spineless traitors believe that these corporatists have the testosterone which is the “killer instinct” hormone to protect and save them if they do what they’re told. 

Prime Minister Trudeau said at the May 2 AFN meeting  at the casino that he wants the natives  to be signed, sealed and delivered to him in a year by his Indian slaves. Why the hurry?

  They’re joinng the Involuntary Celibates in droves,with a chapter in the Parliamentary “Rage Room”. 

Our great mother makes us keep asking what this greed and killing is leading to. The Kingston Trio reminds us where we all end up when we sterilize the mind, body and spirit: “Where have all the flowers gone, long time passing? Where have all the flowers gone, long time ago? Sitting down with our friends and allies to share stories over coffee is a wonderful way to relate, pass on history and knowledge and joke around.
