Dear Sirs:

June 12/22: Claim. ID EEN-00080303 Jane Doe. Re: Level Determination. 

I am eligible for the Level 5 claim of $200,000 from the Indian Day School Class Action Settlement, plus another $50,000 dollars for the continued torture that Deloitte, Gowling and Canada are causing me at this time.

 

 

No one explained why there are 5 levels of suffering to decide the amount to pay each victim. Every victim suffered 100%. Oddly, attorney and auditor fees were settled before ours. 

Canada plead guilty  because they did the crime and had all the records, not allowing us to cross-examine them. Our lawyer, Gowling, represented us and Canada and did not advise and protect us.   

Canada plead guilty and has no choice but to agree with everything we say. The case is uncontested. We do not have to prove what Canada plead guilty to.

I am a victim since 1940 and am part of  this class action case we won. A jury should have decided the remedy for the mental and physical abuse and terrorism. Deloitte cannot decide whether the physical harm and abuse I suffered was bad enough for them. In 1988 Canada transferred the schools from the churches to the band councils who both work for Canada. Indian Affairs is part of the army.

 

One of the biggest mental violations was genociding my original kanonsesne kanienkehaka:onwe name. 

Canada plead guilty to committing the following crimes of torture. We survived the government’s Indian day school atrocities. We were not meant to recover from the trauma. Some torture techniques were total darkness, light & sound deprivation, various diseases, starvation, pain inducing and numbness holds [some prolonged in body casts] , raping, drugging, electric shock and mind control. Canada admitted to hiring churches and private institutions to spread diseases, sexual abuse/harm, touching of genitals or private parts, spread venereal disease, exposing themselves, fondling/kissing, taking nude photos, physical abuse and assault which caused serious physical harm requiring medical treatment and resulting in the murder of millions, beating us if we spoke our indigenous languages, mental anguish while anticipating the physical and mental abuse and possible death as part of the genocide program. 

Canada also plead guilty to sexual abuse/harm [masturbation, oral intercourse, penetration or penetration with an object causing physical assault, permanent or long-term harm [injury, impairment or disfigurement] and impregnating and sterilizing the children. [Then murdering the babies ].

Offer these two ancient relics on your holy apology tour. It’s all we really have of any value. 

 

Canada admits, “Yes, we did it!” and now has to settle and pay its victims according to the admiralty law system imposed upon us.     

kahnawake, tyendinaga and over 600 indian reservations and communities were victims. My home is still under military control. Some of the teachers were WW2 veterans, priests, nuns, missionaries, dentists, doctors, nurses, and other psychopathic adults and authorities.

There is no statute of limitations for these crimes which deliberately attempted to destroy our greatness. Since 1905 to 1987 all our medical records were with the Canadian government, Indian Affairs, or, in my case, the Kahnawake hospital or some other department of the military.  Kahnawake Hospital informed me that all my medical records from 1940 to1987 have disappeared. The presumption is they were destroyed. So Deloitte’s reconsideration form can’t be completed. By law Canada is obligated to believe me. As a sovereign onkwehonweh, I have determined that I am eligible for the No. 5 level of suffering of $200,000 offered plus $50,000 for the pain and suffering I am enduring presently, and another $50,000 for each time I am deprived of my right to protect myself. I am being treated by Canada as a prisoner of war so that I will suffer more. 

Canada gave Deloitte a retainer of $44 million to make and send the checks to us, not to decide our cases. Deloitte is illegally withholding payment unless we illegally relive our horrific experiences to their satisfaction. Then Canada gave $55 million as a retainer to the defence lawyers, Gowling, without asking for our approval.  

Canada is paying us from our own Indian Trust Fund.   

Canada and their sidekicks are trying to revictimize the victims. Deloitte’s job is to keep the payout down for Canada. Gowling’s job is to settle Canada’s crime without a trial so everybody cannot see and hear the evidence of genocide of our people. There should be an investigation of the actions of Canada, Deloitte and Gowling by the victims. Together they are working as B.A.R. lawyers to whitewash the genocide.

Finally, as a people we were deprived of our culture, land and our care taking duties to our mother earth and our future generations, which is priceless. 

The creation of torture systems were contracted to universities and hospitals by the CIA, MI5, CSIS and other academic, government and military institutions. MNN. May 29, 2022. The kahnistensera mohawk mothers are in charge of this land on behalf of the future kanienkehaka:onwe mohawks. The city of tianitiotiakon [formerly called Montreal] has put our symbol of the tree of peace in the centre of its flag to acknowledges that all this land is indigenous since time immemorial. All trespassers throughout Canada already open every event by an acknowledgement of this fact. Now the kahnistensera mohawk mothers, the progenitors of the soil, are informing everybody that from here on the kanienkehaka:onwe mohawk language will be the official language both orally and in writing in tianitiotiakon.   

Montreal is a business cartel like all corporate entities throughout turtle island. Their government syndicates are all illegal and can never be sanctioned under the tree of peace. The land can never be delegated as it belongs to the future indigenous people. 

The genociders arrived and made foreign laws and set up institutions to victimize, murder, physically and mentally genocide us, to take our languages as part of their “land grab” culture.

The aliens to this land were welcomed to live under the tree of peace. Indigenous culture is premised on peace, truth and justice. However, the trespassers brought a system of racism, hatred, injustice and genocide.

Your people will wear cardigans and drink high balls. We will sell our bracelets by the roadside . . . and we will be forced to burn your village to the ground”

Never mentioned in the OCPM report or news stories today is that all the land is unceded kahnienkehaka mohawk territory since time immemmorial. Land is the only issue. No invader can produce ownership or rightful occupation of any land on turtle island. They are trespassers. Only the indigenous can give permission for everything. We are placed here by creation since time immemorial.  Mainstream media misled the public by saying that the project got the “green light” when OCPM has no decision making power. The kahnistensera on the other hand have all the power [kasastenserakowa sa oiera] and have given the red light to this project of the foreigners to our lands.

The OCPM [Office of Public Consultation of Montreal on the Royal Vic – McGill Project], cannot give the green light. No foreign organization can do or say anything on our land. The Commission rightly recognizes, however, that our requests are “beyond the mandate and competence of the Commission”, meaning they have no authority, because they are a military occupying force. 

This land theft permit deliberately overlooks the dispossession and genocide that we experience. They don’t want to own up to the truth. Our children were kidnapped for experimental research and placed throughout turtle island, which is soaked with our people’s blood. For the first time Canada is being requested to find unmarked graves of indigenous children outside the reserves and residential school death camps property. McGill, CIA, Canada, the military imported nazi serial killers called scientists to invent better mind control methods and to help Canada find a “final solution to the indian problem”. 

Many people support our demands to repatriate the remains of our ancestors, and to acknowledge that this mountain, tekanontak, is part of the vast unceded kanien’keha:ka territory. All of the jurisdiction must be unconditionally returned to the caretakers, the kahnistensera and the rotiskenrakete. 

The OCPM giving the green light for construction of the grandiose destruction of the mountain of the kanienkehaka:onwe is criminal. 

This is a matter of international law. The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) states that “Indigenous peoples have the right to own, use, develop and control the lands, territories and resources which they possess by reason of their traditional ownership” and emphasizes “the right to repatriation of their human remains”. Montreal has placed our Great White Pine of Peace at the centre of its municipal flag. We did not give permission to the canadien [squatters]. We want our land, not patriated symbols. If reconciliation over the murder of our children is to mean anything, remove all symbols of oppression. The New Vic project will not happen.

MNN. May 23, 2022. Almost 80 years ago Indian day school teachers tried to make us speak French in kahnawake. We took the exam paper which was in French, signed our name, and handed it back  blank. They exclaimed, “Eeez no use. They won’t speak French”.  We were exempted from the ‘canadien’ [squatters] stranglehold.  This commentary applies equally to English.

“TO JAIL FOR NOT SPEAKING FRENCH WHILE DRIVING IN QUEBEC, MADEMOSELLE!”  

Today the Quebec C96 language bill to shove French down our throats and make us and our languages disappear will never happen. We are the true people of turtle island, placed here to communicate with creation in our original languages.

In the future all foreigners will speak to us in mohawk or another indigenous language. They are not of this land.  

They have two choices, to come under the tree of peace or leave. Creation wills that Indigenous will be the only languages spoken everywhere.  

Because of foreign language restrictions for trade and commerce reasons, we are being forced to leave our home for work for survival. kahnistensera proclaim that every place of work must accommodate our indigenous language requirements. They cannot deny us equal opportunities to work, study or any discourse we chose anywhere on turtle island. As a matter of pride, duty and fundamental human rights, we want to speak our languages everywhere  

YOU FOREIGNERS NEED THE PERMISSION OF THE ORIGINAL PEOPLE OF TURTLE ISLAND TO DO ANYTHING! GET IT?

The French culture is in France. We gave them no permission to dictate anything to us. They came here to exploit, steal our resources and continue to try to extinguish us. Sign language was once the common language throughout turtle island. Everybody in the world knows that our land is indigenous from time immemorial until infinity. 

The French are angry because they are losing their bastardized imported language. They want us to forsake our  language [s] so theirs can be saved. If they want to hang onto the French language, they can go home where it is being preserved. To save our languages, we the living onkwehonweh have to do it ourselves here on our homeland while under constant threats and attack by the invaders.

All signs will eventually be in kanienkehaka:onwe, mohawk or other indigenous languages. Our languages shall be spoken and displayed everywhere on our land by everyone. Our languages and kaianerekowa will will try to get rid of the systemic injustice, racism and hatred that engulfs the world today. The invaders murdered us for not speaking foreign white languages. Today they will stop attempting to kill us and our original languages and help us bury the weapons of war [great peace].

Premier Legault wants only French or else. “No exceptions”. Canada and Quebec are not nations. whever they come is where they belong. turtle island belongs to  our unborn future generations and we are its caretakers.     

In 100 years everyone on turtle island will speak only Mohawk or another indigenous language which is what our mother earth wants. Canadiens are scattered foreign populations from different separate places away from their homelands. The teiohateh two row provides that we have to keep our own ways, languages and customs. The foreigners will stay in their ship. We will stay in our canoe which is all of turtle island. 

Our duty is to raise our children on our land, and speak kanienkehaka:onwe, Mohawk. The fascists planned to do away with us [Indian Lands Acts 1924] and have set 2024 as our end time when we will be assimilated into a foreign law by the stroke of the corporate pen. The invaders are uninvited. We defeated them then and we will defeat them again.

These foreigners have shown us they cannot live among us. They constantly make us defensive and reactive. C96 is their latest gun to start their attacks in our schools and homes. We will persevere and do what make us strong, our clans, decision making process, knowledge of our past and the elimination of their band council puppet gestapo they appointed to help them carry out the “final solution to the indian problem!”. 

The  fascist government of the invaders does not belong on indigenous land. We have a revolutionary way to develop a free society and to live without war. 

All those residential school death camps on turtle land were designed to beat, torture, starve, rape and murder us to destroy our land and steal our resources.  Quebec Bill C96 is another school shooting. If you want to be French, go home.   

Our language is our tie to creation. Don’t dictate anything to us. We will decide whether to learn whatever we want as we have always done!     

Finally, Prime Dictator Legault, you have no voice amongst our people. We will never accept your dictatorship words. As the song says “It’s beginning to look a lot like fascism”.

INDIGENOUS ONLY LANGUAGES ON TURTLE ISLAND Audio

MNN. May 18, 2022. The indigenous refuse to speak the bastardized language of Quebecois known as  French ‘canadien’. All indigenous languages based on the natural world are true since time immemorial because nature has not changed. Quebecois are trying to force the foreign language of French on the original people of Quebec, a colony on onowarekeh turtle island. Basic natural human right is for everyone to have their own natural  identity based on language, culture, religion, beliefs, their natural way of life and sovereignty. Equality means being sovereign on  their own land where creation originally placed them.

Forcing a foreign language upon indigenous people is a violation of indigenous ways.  

Long ago the king of England told his subjects, according to international law,  “In order for you people to become a nation, you have to deal fairly with the people who own the land. You also have to learn one of their languages.”

Quebecers are trying to shove French down the throats of the indigenous people. Forcing a culture on another is genocide. The settlers cannot kill off the original culture. Creation did not give these visitors the right to impose anything on anybody on someone else’s homeland. Their constitution acknowledges this. The French language is preserved in France. The British could not go to France and force everybody there to speak English! 

Canada, Quebec and other provinces have, on pain of death, taken away the original tongue and forced foreign languages on the indigenous, which  is genocide. The indigenous are now in the process of bringing back their original languages and original culture that was provided by creation.   

The French, English and all except the indigenous are immigrants. The original people never chose the languages the settlers wish to speak amongst themselves. The settlers cannot force a foreign language on the original people. Quebec always forces its ways on people like not wearing religious symbols, head scarves and so on. They make laws and threats so no one can oppose their will, violating the teiohateh, two row. If they do not understand this, they should leave turtle island.

 

 

Those indigenous who learn French do not get jobs. They are being forced from their homeland to find work elsewhere. This requirement discriminates against everybody in the work force so that jobs go to the chosen few French. If they need so much coercion to maintain their French identity, they should go home.

The indigenous will not speak a foreign language of an invasive species that jumped ship. In the past a few kanionkehaka Mohawk learned French and translated for the French. Many of our men move throughout turtle island to work without ever speaking French. We few survivors have the duty to save our language. Quebecers can lose French here, and they can go home to Paris where they can blah blah in French all they want. It will always be there. Fighting over languages is the root of many wars. Minister of Indian Affairs Mark Miller learned how to ‘read’ the Mohawk language to push ‘reconciliation’ and the genocidal framework agreement at the indigenous.

Quebec and Canada never respected the right of choice of the indigenous. It is racist supremacy where the French make themselves better than everybody by making laws that favor them and creates a bully culture. “If you don’t speak French, don’t apply!” They want to force the onkwehonweh to be ‘canadien’ [squatters]. The indigenous shall speak their own languages and will find translaters when necessary. If they don’t respect the supreme indigenous languages and culture of the land, then they should go back to France. 

When Quebecois do business elsewhere, they don’t demand they speak French. They want control and to place the indigenous caretakers of the land at a disadvantage. They cannot make their nation on indigenous land without the permission of the original people. Quebecers can go to Paris. The airlines do sell one way tickets.

The indigenous have been threatened for 500 years and survived without speaking French and are better off for it. The indigenous don’t have much to say to the French anyway after what they’ve done to them! 

The English and French settlers are battling over indigenous land, turtle island, through the language genocide program. Quebec is replacing the old residential school death camps which forced English on indigenous. Now Quebec schools are going to force French on the children.

Like Bill 96, the racist and genocidal residential schools were meant to destroy indigenous identity. The French know it is wrong to force the original people to be something they are not, which is to be ‘Frenchmen’. Today it is politically correct to change names of institutions and streets back to original indigenous names.  But the French still want to idolize their murderers and genociders. The indigenous say no to drugs and forcing of their language on them. Both destroy the people. The pidgin’ French spoken in Quebec is totally different from that spoken in the motherland. They need to go home and learn the language of their mother.

Not long ago the French who lived near kahnawake spoke very good mohawk. They are welcome to learn the first language of turtle island once again. 

Quebec is not sovereign and cannot enforce any rules and regulation on indigenous nations. They are not self-sufficient, [squatting on indigenous land, and stealing resources]. They have no land, no culture and speak no indigenous language. [Montevideo Convention, 1932].

There has never been a legitimate invitation from the indigenous for the immigrants to come to turtle island. They did not respect the indigenous during their visit.  

Gwen Stefani understands when there is nothing more to say:  “Don’t speak. I know what you are thinking. Your reasons. Don’t tell me cause it hurts. It’s all ending. I gotta stop pretending who you are. You and me I can see as dying. Are we? Don’t speak. I know just what you are saying”.

MNN. Apr. 29, 2022. The kahnistersera mohawk mothers are using the words of peace and not the language of war. They proclaim that the only languages on turtle island are indigenous languages. The rest are foreign languages. Genocide is foreign dictators that  murder indigenous people and their languages. To force anyone to do anything is genocide and slavery. The French and English both depend on the indigenous by squatting on their land and stealing their natural resources and the most fundamental right to speak their language. Residential and Indian Day School on pain of death forced the indigenous to speak languages foreign to onowarekeh, turtle island. They must leave.  

Tabled in April, Bill 96 is Quebec’s plan to upgrade the French language which is dying out. The French never asked the onkwehonweh if they could speak French outside their homes. Now they have not asked the onkwehonweh if they can upgrade their language. The mohawk mothers object according to their interpretation of the kaianerekowa. On okwehonweh land only the original people can decide everything. The squatting dictator cannot pass a dictatorial law to be enforced by extortion and threats. The French and British have no right to invade anyone and plant their symbols of hate [like flags, crosses, swastikas, band councils, reserves, residential schools, and other horrific reminders of genocide].   

According to wampum 44 of the kaianerekowa, the precolonial constitution of the rotinoshonni iroquois confederacy, indigenous women are the caretakers of the land on behalf of the future generations:  kononkwe ne konwatsirineh ne kanakerasera. ne enkotiyatakwehnyyokeh ne onwentsa. rononkwe tahnon ne kononokwe ne enhatihsereh tsiniyakotaroten ne ronwatihnistenha. 

“The lineal descent of the people of the Five Nations shall run in the female line. Women shall be considered the progenitors of the Nation. They shall be caretakers of the land and their soil for the coming people. Men and women shall follow the status of their mothers”. The world must learn the true history of turtle island, not just footnotes.

The trespassers are reminded that the Canadian government band councils have joined the oppressive enemies of the indigenous. 

The mohawk mothers remind the trespassers that according to the kaianerekowa and original teiohateh agreement, everyone on turtle island shall learn the ways of the great peace and speak indigenous languages.

ENGLISH & FRENCH ARE DESIGNED FOR TRADE & COMMERCE. INDIGENOUS LANGUAGES TIE THE MIND TO CREATION. 

 

Quebecers and ‘Canadians’ are corporations, not a nation. Most of their communication is for trade and commerce [greed, power and corruption]. They squat on stolen property, a crime under the kaianerekowa. The corporation has no right to make French or English official languages on indigenous land because the indigenous did not give the trespassers that right. In indigenous culture each person is sovereign. They asked for protection, not more than a “plow share” beneath the surface, under the great tree of peace, which was provided. For their violation of this agreement, they must leave. 

These foreigners are psychotic for not remembering their promises or their history. Truth and justice is the indigenous culture. The kahnistensera mohawk mothers call for all signs to be in indigenous languages and total indigenous language requirements for all businesses and institutions on turtle island. indigenous languages orally, in writing and symbols.  There will be no access to English and French languages anywhere. All foreign laws and languages shall be of no force and effect, according to the kaianerekowa acknowledged by the constitution of Canada 1982. 

Section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982, recognizes and affirms existing indigenous rights, whose contents the courts have held to be sourced in indigenous legal orders, e.g. the kaianerekowa, great peace, and teiohateh [two row wampum] applies to every action in this territory of ganienkeh, throughout eastern turtle island. 

The indigenous cannot be forced to become Canadian or to accept foreign citizenship. Quebec squatters cannot declare anything. The kahnistensera mohawk mothers are reminding the people of Quebec that all squatters on turtle island shall speak fluently a natural indigenous language that has been placed on turtle island by creation.  

The squatters are not a nation as they have no land base. Only indigenous languages can be spoken on indigenous land. French and English are banned, including all books, writing and signage from all non-indigenous sources. Only indigenous languages shall be spoken and displayed everywhere.    

The squatters cannot dictate anything on turtle island. Anyone who does not comply with this proclamation must leave turtle island immediately. The mohawk mothers demand the immediate suspension of the French language throughout Quebec. All matters are subject to the will of those people who have lived on this land since time immemorial. MNN. Apr. 16, 2022. Update by thahoketoteh, MNN court reporter. The mohawk mothers were ready to proceed without lawyers with the case on April 14, 2022. For various reasons the court meeting has been postponed to May 30, 2022. The mothers continue to monitor the entire Royal Victoria Project while the case is in court. All proposed renovations continue to be challenged by the kahnistensera, the caretakers of the unceded land in question. No work is being carried out at this time.

INDIGENOUS WOMEN LEAD FIGHT FOR LAND 

On May 30 there will be a Calling of the Roll” and case management.  Then the kahnistensera can present their case.

The Attorney General of Quebec has been notified that the case has crucial constitutional and public interest importance to both Canada and Quebec and has intervened in the case, i.e. indigenous lands and crimes against humanity regarding the unmarked graves. Defendant SQI has appointed new lawyers.

The rotiskenraketeh [men’s fire] will follow their duty and will carry out the women’s bidding as per the kaianerekowa.

The black serpent is still trying to make war and looking around for its next victim. MNN. April 1, 2022. On April Fool’s Day Pope Francis on behalf of the Catholic Church announced that they are guilty of the biggest holocaust in all humanity. The kaianerekowa, great peace, and all indigenous laws have always been the laws of turtle island.  All other laws are Admiralty Law of the Sea, which were void from the beginning. The Pope has apologized on behalf of Canadians who have benefitted from the crime of genocide. These ‘indian’  buddies of the government ‘indians’ forgave the psychopaths on their own behalf. We will never forget nor forgive them for what they did and continue to do.

When the trespassers arrived on turtle island, we were here.  To get our land and possessions, they planned to erase our history as if we did not even ever exist. We were the greatest nation on eastern turtle island at that time. Over 150 million natives of the Western Hemisphere were genocided because the Pope of the Western Roman Empire declared us non-humans. Christians came here and killed us as if we were animals, and then went to church on Sunday to be blessed by the preacher. 

The first Papal Bull was issued before they even knew who we were. They found out our system of governance was superior to theirs and they had to destroy it.

We were at peace for thousands of years until Champlain brought the war here in 1609. The Huron paid the price for their role in helping France to break the peace. The culture since time immemorial is the great peace.

 

 

Every man, woman and child were denied culture, land, language and their lives. Now we are on postage sized reserves while the trespassers occupy our prime real estate everywhere. Their code of law is based on legalization of murder and genocide. 

The band councillors are the Nazis of Canada who have always helped to destroy their own people. They have left the canoe and boarded the ship to become agents of the Canadian government and commit treason.  They commit murder, go to church and get absolved of their sins. Hypocrisy at its highest in the name of Christianity.

They are indoctrinated to hate and kill. They help the Pope and then the kings to carry out the holocaust.

Canada set up a theatrical play to get some natives to accept the apology and to forgive the unforgivable. If he is sorry, the Pope for the Crown can return everything to the true indigenous people. “Sorry” does not exist in our language or bring back the millions of murdered indigenous people. If not he too is an actor like those sent over to Rome to be apologized to. The land has always been here. They should leave with their puppeteers and take their demon religion with them. We predict that the Pope will not meet with one of the true original people. The Pope has to come with an invitation from the true original people, not from the trespassers and their band council agents. Otherwise he is violating the protocol of the kaianerekowa, the great peace.The pope stands in all the shoes of all the original popes.

The band councils and their followers are the government’s helpers that carry out the orders to follow the script written for them by the trespassers. If they are really sorry, they will leave.and never return to onowarekeh, turtle island. all murderers and their agents are guilty and must leave.

The Catholic Church was behind the genocide, murder and rape of millions of native children and adults, and the illegal theft of all our land and expropriation by the crown, in partnership with Britain and Canada. Everybody in the world knows of their crimes.

The Crown is the absolute progenitor of the turtle island holocaust. As squatters they will have to vacate turtle island, as they own nothing.     

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission which turned out to be a scam did not assign guilt for the unmarked graves, lies and deceit. It’s just another scripted act of British thieves and murdering paid actors, who are now sitting in the senate to let the genocide continue.   

Kanienkehaka with the kahnistensera, the women, and the rotiskenrakete, the men, have responsibilities and duties as defined by creation to deal with these crimes. 

As the father of Canada, Sir John A. McDonald, said, on the floor of Parliament, in 1883, “When the school is on the reserve, the child lives with its parents, who are savages; he is surrounded by savages, and though he may learn to read and write, his habits, and training, and mode of thought are indian. He is simply a savage who can read and write. It has been strongly pressed on myself, as the head of the Department, that indians should be withdrawn as much as possible from the parental influence, and the only way to do that would be to put them in central training industrial schools where they will acquire the habits and modes of thought of white men.” Prime Minister Trudeau stands in his shoes and must answer for the genocide. 

The Pope coming here is a disgrace to indigenous people. There are no words to correct what they’ve done to us or to make things right. Coming here proves he is a psychopath. They are welcoming the genocider to check out whether the genocide policy worked.

MOHAWK MOTHERS BEGIN BIGGER BETTER COURT ACTION Audio

MNN. Mar. 29, 2022. by thahoketoteh, MNN  correspondent. On March 28 and 29, some kahnistensera Mohawk Mothers went to downtown tianitiotiaken [formerly known as Montreal] and filed a new action in the Quebec Superior Court.

INTRO: The 7 defendants were served: Quebec Infrastructure Dept., Royal Victoria Hospital, McGill University Health Center, McGill University, City of Montreal, Stantec Construction and the Attorney General of Canada.

 

 

The Mohawk Mothers will invoke the kaianerekowa. They thank those who stood by them and will continue to support them.  

The deliberate attempt of the lawyers of the respondents and the Federal Court of Canada to throw the Mohawk Mothers into their procedural swamp drove them to take another path. The swamp was getting deeper, more turbulent and confusing so the FCC could avoid dealing of the merits of the case, such as Sections 35 and 52 of the Constitution Act of Canada 1982 which annuls all laws except original indigenous laws on turtle island. The Mohawk Mothers refuse to allow a bar lawyer to represent them and to let the court decide on the number of Mohawk Mothers can speak on the case.    

The Mohawk Mothers want answers about the unmarked graves behind McGill University Health Center, the stolen Indian Trust Funds to build McGill University, to stop the Royal Vic project on the unceded kanienkehaka Mohawk land. The kahnistensera Mohawk Mothers put the issues into the court records for the people of the world to see what the indigenous people have and continue to face.   

The land belongs to the unborn. Each indigenous person is sovereign, a free person, a creator being.  None of turtle island can be sold, transferred or conveyed to anyone. All treaties, land claims and contracts are void. Their criminal code is based on genocide that makes it null and void in international law. 

The band councillors and chiefs are not in the canoe and no longer onkwehonweh. All criminal codes coming from the ship are null and void and have no force and effect.     

The corporate “Indian, Inuit and Metis peoples of Canada” are agents of the  trespassers. The kaianerekowa will take care of them.
