MNN. Apr. 3. 2023. Canadians are beginning to be haunted by two past issues, murders of indigenous children and their unmarked graves being found. So far many thousands of unmarked graves have been discovered across Canada of children who were taken and disposed of, as well as numbers of children who were sold to colonial settlers for as little as $100. Most bodies are found near the Canadian Government Indian residential schools they were forced to attend. Many were medically experimented upon or died from mistreatment. 

They pretend they do not remember but they do. The children were disposed of in horrific ways.  All the residential school sites are crime scenes. The archives will soon reveal criminal wrongdoing or orchestrated genocide. The Canadian courts, ‘all admiralty’ want to “reconcile” their criminal actions by paying money. Reconciliation is an accounting term. Their main objective is to put a price on an “Indian child” so they can reconcile their registries. The Canadian courts base their whole existence upon “the Doctrine of Discovery” which the Vatican has now recinded.

We all have to look at the truth. When the invaders arrived to onowarekeh, turtle island, they witnessed our happiness. We welcomed them as our younger brothers. They decided they were going to take over the whole family because they thought they were smarter and get away with it. There is no happy ending for us, especially because our story was once so peaceful. We are a people who have a great love for each other and all living things.

We know that on this earth all living things have the same mother, she is the earth. We all have the same source energy as father. That makes us all brothers and sisters who shall survive and coexist on our mother.

Then a time came and most of us died.

They wrote in their laws of Canada that we are subhuman, the same as a bear or a deer, so they can kill us with impunity. Those running the corporation of ‘Canada’ have no moral conscience and take an oath to the emperor at the Vatican through the King of England. They do not take an oath to the people they apparently represent or to the land known they call ‘Canada’. These are the biggest criminals on our land.

The truth has been revealed while those in power turn their back and pretend they do not not see what is upon their shoulders. We have been in survival mode since October 25, 1924, when reserves were established to kill all the Indians.

The real Indian people have a philosophy called ‘karma’ and they say, there is ‘good karma’ and ‘bad karma’. The Canadian colonial society has much bad karma coming their way.

We are now opening all the boxes of secrets about the dissection and dismemberment of our most precicous children. We will once again know the happy life our grandchildren’s grandchildren deserve til infinity. Today we are going to start to put the pieces of the puzzle back together. Canadians, you will soon be facing more and more of the people you oppressed.

Because you put your private corporation on stolen land and murdered our people Canadians are stateless. We have stopped running away from you. Canada is coming to an end. We will be grateful when we are free. The compass on what we are going to do is in our minds. We are imagining who we are. We will live with creation as we were intended.

CANADA WILL SOON BE DISSOLVED

MNN. March 31, 2023. OCTOBER 25TH, 2024, IS THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PLANNED EXTINCTION OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE. INSTEAD IT WILL BE THE CELEBRATION OF THE FAILURE OF THE PLAN TO “SOLVE THE INDIAN PROBLEM”.
The Pope announced that the Doctrine of Discovery has been recinded. He acknowledges and affirms the genocide happened in Canada. Canada supports the Pope’s comments through Sections 35 and 52 of the Constitution Act of Canada 1982 that the kaianerekowa is the law of the land and and that all Canadian laws are “null and void”. This is at odds with the enforcement of the “Indian Lands Act” and the “Indian ACT. The illegitimate government of Canada has plead guilty to all the genocide, i.e. residential schools, land theft, destruction and rape of our mother, ad nauseum. 
We were always a natural part of turtle island. We have been blocked from taking care of our mother. The Doctrine underlies all the land transactions throughout Canada. It lead to the increased wealth and power of Europe which was the foundation for the industrial revolution, increased globalization, capitalism and neo capitalism. The colonial power Canada is Corporation # ISO CA 3166-1 registered in the Vatican, as are all corporations, based on the fraudulent Doctrine of Discovery.  Indian Affairs is a department of the army and the war will never end until the military government of Canada is neutralized. Canada is a corporation owned by a few banking families that claim to own every municipality throughout turtle island and through the birth certificates of every child born in Canada.  
The greatest form of slavery is when the slaves believe they are free. 500 plus reserves were created as prisoner of war camps on October 25, 1924 [Indian Lands Acts]. The end of the 100 year plan of our demise is now over! We will be free and Canada will be dissolved. Canada is a corporate operation masquerading as a country. The Montevideo Convention of 1932 sets out the criteria for a true country, which must have its own language, culture and land. Canada has none of these. They’ve here to exploit all our natural resources. 
All these criminals and their families who take oaths to the King of England must be immediately arrested and excommunicated from our land. We never invited them here. All immigrants must ask us for our permission to come here and live amongst us under the law of the land, as caretakers of all of turtle island for future generations through nature, truth and justice. The multi generational invaders can never become indigenous to this land they call Canada.  They must adhere to the indigenous law of peace.   
The kaianerekowa is the law of the land. The usurpers rely on the law of the water, Admiralty laws. All courts in Canada are private corporations under Admiralty law.of the seas.  
KAIANEREKOWA WILL NEVER RECOGNIZE CANADA. This law has been applied in Canada militarily to hold indigenous people in place and forcefully assert their admiralty jurisdiction on us so the Crown can plunder our resources.   
THEY NEED TO HALT THEIR ECOCIDAL ASSAULT ON OUR MOTHER EARTH NOW! Canada is going to be accountable for the crime of genocide. In other words, Canada is an illegal entity that is based on genocide and theft and the penalty must be dissolution of Canada. Our planned celebration of the end of Canada will be  October 25, 2024, exactly 100 years after the Minister of Indian Affairs proclaimed the “100 Year Plan to be Rid of the Indian Problem”. Germany and the world did not reconcile with the Nazis.  Kaianerekowa can never reconcile with genocide.

Kahentinetha Horn, a lissum Indian, forecast an Indian in the future of every University of Toronto student who jammed Hart House art gallery yesterday to hear her talk on the arts and culture of contemporary Indians.                                       Miss Horn prophesied that in 35 years, Canada’s Indian population would be 1,800,000 – or roughly one out of every 25 persons. would be an Indian, she said.          “You are the privileged of the privileged”, she told the students. “You are the 82 per cent of the  future leaders of Canada” – I represent the despairing 1 per cent who are multiplying rapidly in Canada. Now is the time you must learn about Indians to help us achieve our main goal.”                                                                        The first goal of Indians is to be able to support themselves, she said.                       On each Wall of Hart House gallery hung paintings by Norval Morrisseau, Ojibway Indian from Beardmore, Ont.  “They conveyed a message of the past”, Miss Horn said.  “Such art flows through the blood of my brothers and sisters – but most of the benefits reaches the white man’s salons?”                                                        While Indian culture certainly encompasses significant art form, the arts of Indians have leaned more to warfare and politics, Miss Horn said.                                “For 20,000 years, the Indians have had a struggle to survive the forces of nature.  The cultural arts come only with leisure –  after survival.” The greats of her ancestors, the Iroquois, were related to politics and warfare. The United Nations concepts are modelled on the Iroquois Confederacy, for example. Their arts of warfare are the reasons the students speak English today instead of French, she said. That’s why you have Prime Minister Pearson as leader instead of President de Gaulle”.                                                                                                        Most Indians, Miss Horn said, are unemployable. “I’m afraid technical sciences will keep Indians unemployable. We haven’t time to think about our arts. We have to keep our people alive. How to keep our women alive, for example, past the age of 45. Why does one out of 10 of our babies die before the age of 4? Don’t ask me why; nobody has ever researched the reason. It’s just a statistic. We need housing, medical care, community planning, training and education. We need an interest in welfare –  there’ll be one of us in thec future for every one of you.

MNN. Oct. 16, 2022. Sego. This is an important notice regarding the solidarity actions with the Mohawk Mothers that happened this week and the demonstration tomorrow. We knew nothing about this. 

The SQI has written to the Judge reporting that the offices of Arkéos were vandalized this week by people claiming to act on behalf of the Mohawk Mothers.

We are being held accountable legally of all such actions at this time, as the opponents are trying to construe us as criminals before the Judge with less than two weeks remaining before the hearing at the court on October 26, 2022.

As the plaintiffs in this matter we are being falsely considered as prime suspects in organizing these actions, thus risking police searches and prosecution, even though we have absolutely nothing to do with any of this. We remain in Kahnawake and work full time on court matters. We were not even aware that a demo was being organized. We greatly appreciate tokens of solidarity and demonstrations, but we ask you to be mindful of the dire legal repercussions for us, and the high risk of jeopardizing all the work we have invested for more than one year to obtain an injunction, which could be ruined, as well as the hope of our families to know the truth and get justice.

We invite you to consult our statements on Mohawk Nation News since last November 2021 to understand our position of peace and respect. We remind you all that skennen, peace, is one of the three pillars of the Kaianerehkowa (Great Peace), which has been and remains the way of Anowarakeh (Turtle Island) since time immemorial. It would harm us a lot if anyone was hurt, because our one and only objective as onkwehonwe and kahnistensera is to caretake the land and find our children in accordance with the Kaianerehkowa Kanien’keha:ka

Early in September, a purple haze of smoke ascended over the colonial cross on top of tekanontak (Mount-Royal), at the heart of Tiotiake (Montreal). Kanien’kehà:ka oral tradition says that smoke signals sent by their ancestors on tekanontak used to be picked up in the Adirondaks, making its way down the East Coast with surprising rapidity. Our signal today calls on people across Turtle Island to “open their minds and think how to help” so that these issues do not become white noise.

Tekanontak is at the heart of a colonial dispute. In their press conference of July 27th the Mohawk Mothers detailed their legal struggle to stop the construction of McGill University’s New Vic project. The risks are damaging multiple archeological sites of Rotinonshionni presence on the island of Montreal and throughout onowarekeh, turtle island, and destroying evidence of unmarked graves from the Mk-ultra experiments on indigenous children, orphans and innocent children classed as juvenile delinquents.

Contrary to colonial history’s cover ups, the smoke signaled that it is time to make things right! Mainly to do away with the religious symbols of the atrocities committed on Indigenous peoples ever since the Europeans grabbed Turtle Island. *** To stand firm with the Mohawk Mothers, we call on all solidarity groups to join in action to end the cycle of unquestioned ways of doing.

The Mohawk Mothers have filed an interlocutory injunction to “stop excavation of unmarked graves of children and disturbance of archeological remains of kahnienkehaka/Mohawks on tekanontak [Mount Royal Montreal]”. Regardless of the upcoming hearing on 26th October to address the unmarked graves on the grounds of the Royal Victoria Hospital, McGill and the Société Québécoise des Infrastructures announced that they will start excavating work in early October.

kanien’kehá:ka kahnistensera (Mohawk Mothers) Kahnawake kahnistensera@riseup.net PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLICATION Judge Rules that Mohawk Mothers Can Represent Themselves According to their Own Culture. On September 20th, 2022 at the Superior Court in Montreal, Justice Gregory Moore ruled that the Mohawk Mothers (kanien’keha:ka kahnistensera) can represent themselves, dismissing Quebec’s motion to make them get a lawyer. His judgement acknowledged that it is contrary to Mohawk culture to be represented. The Attorney General of Quebec and the Société Québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) are leading this case to stop the Mohawk Mothers from getting an injunction to block McGill’s New Vic project. The case will be heard on October 26th . The September 20th case management hearing also addressed the intervention of the Independent Special Interlocutor on unmarked graves, Kimberly Murray, who was appointed by the Federal government last June. Murray has experience at the National Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the searches for unmarked graves at the Mohawk Institute in Brantford, Ontario. The Special Interlocutor asked the court’s permission to join the case to provide her expertise and file evidence. However, the defendants the Attorney General of Quebec and the SQI opposed her intervention for “conservatory purposes”, impeding her from filing new evidence and historical context. At stake is Quebec’s non-compliance with Federal commitments to facilitate independent investigations of the genocide of Indigenous peoples in Canada. The guilt of genocide has been acknowledged by Pope Francis last July. For procedural reasons, the defendants also want to strike most of the evidence filed by the plaintiffs. Excavation work on the New Vic project is set to start in October 2022, before the hearing on the injunction on October 26th. The Mohawk Mothers want to halt the project to investigate the unmarked graves of victims of medical experiments as alleged by survivors. The Mohawk Mothers are concerned that human remains, forensic evidence and precolonial artifacts will be destroyed. The archeological film Arkéos affirmed the likelihood of finding these on site. McGill declined the Mohawk Mothers’ invitation to have out of court negotiations, while the SQI cancelled an informal meeting between them and Arkéos. The Mohawk Mothers were planning to request that special care be taken to stop any destruction of unmarked graves, using Ground Penetrant Radar, bioarchaeologists and cadaver dogs. The Mohawk Mothers also ask that Quebec’s Cultural Heritage Act be declared unconstitutional as it ignores any consultation with Indigenous peoples. “This law only specifies that they have to sent a notice to the Band Council, who don’t inform our people and who are agents of the Federal government“, said a Mohawk Mother. “It seems that they can legally bulldoze the bodies of our children, cover it up and no questions asked”, she said. By contrast with other provinces like British Columbia where the free, prior and informed consent of Indigenous peoples is required to excavate archaeological sites, Quebec’s Cultural Heritage Act treats Indigenous heritage as a property of the province. The Mohawk Mothers insist that the Royal Victoria Hospital is a crime scene and that forensic evidence must be protected throughout the site. Medical experimentation on mind control, brainwashing and torture techniques was rampant in the 1950s and 1960s. The testimonies and 141 exhibits filed by the Mohawk Mothers on August 26th show that Indigenous children were buried there after being used as guinea pigs in psychiatric experiments. Their research team discovered archival records showing ominous connexions between the Canadian Army’s cold-war deportation of Inuit children, the treatment of Indigenous children labeled as “juvenile delinquents” in residential schools and reform schools, and the CIA’s MK-Ultra program on mind control. This program was run by Dr. Ewen Cameron at the Allan Memorial Institute, which is part of the Royal Victoria Hospital and McGill University. The families of non-Indigenous survivors of the Mk-Ultra experiments are also in a legal battle for reparations. They wrote a letter to the Mayor of Montreal Valérie Plante to ask her to halt the excavation at the Royal Victoria Hospital. For the Mohawk Mothers, however, negotiations are at a stalemate as excavation work soon approaches. The Attorney General of Quebec served intrusive cross-interrogation questions to Kahentinetha, which bore no relation to her testimony. Quebec fears the Mohawk Mothers’ demand for a permanent injunction declaring Tekanontak (Mount Royal) an unceded and inalienable traditional territory of the kanien’keha:ka people. Their demands include removing the cross from the top of Tekanontak, which is a symbol of the atrocities committed against their people. Anyone can tell us what they think, not what to think. The spiritual frequency changes that will occur on our Mother Earth will cause everyone to remember everything from every past life. We Onkwehonwe were to teach them to love and take care of each other and every living thing attached to the earth in our communities. The weapons of war will be buried under the Tree of Peace for all time.

$$$ HELP MOHAWK MOTHERS PROTECT UNMARKED GRAVES
In traditional Kanien’kéha:ka (Mohawk) society, the Kahnistensera (mothers) play a crucial role in political life, social governance, and land stewardship. The Kahnistensera Mohawk Mothers of Kahnawake are guided by this tradition, rooted in the Kaianerehkowa (the Great Peace), to seek justice for the people of Kahnawake and other Indigenous people whose lands, bodies, and cultures have been harmed by Canadian settler colonialism. Land at the foot of Tekanonkak (Mount Royal, Montreal) is currently earmarked for the construction of McGill University’s “New Vic” project on the site of the former Royal Victoria Hospital. However, McGill is on unceded Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) territory, and was built using funds borrowed from the Rotino’shonni:onwe (Iroquois) Trust Fund, which were never repaid. Furthermore, evidence suggests that the site contains remains of a pre-colonial Iroquois villages, as well as the unmarked graves of Indigenous children who were experimented on at the Allan Memorial Institute in the 1950s and 60s as part of the CIA-funded MK ULTRA project. In response to this persistent injustice, the Kahnistensera are mobilizing within their own community and with settler allies to advocate for their rights and title. They are joined by a research committee investigating McGill’s history of medical experimentation and its expropriation of Indigenous funds. Finally, the Kahnistensera are taking McGill, the Société Québécoise des Infrastructures, the Attorney General of Canada and the City of Montreal to court for an injunction to stop the construction project and avoid the destruction of the gravesites. The hearing is scheduled for October 26th, 2022, but McGill University announced that they will proceed with excavation work in the vicinity of the alleged graves before the hearing. If nothing is done, the graves and forensic evidence could be destroyed, causing irreparable harm and profound disrespect to Indigenous communities and the spirits of the children buried at the site. This struggle has already generated significant attention in Canada and garnered support from thousands of people. The Kahnistensera are now seeking support to help with legal, research, and administrative costs. They are self-represented in court, refusing to be represented by lawyers who abide to non-Indigenous laws. Speaking the truth about the unmarked graves, treating the burial sites with respect and protecting forensic evidence of medical crimes are essential parts of the reconciliation process. Reconciliation is incomplete, however, without the repatriation of unceded lands. The Kahnistensera’s work is an important step toward restoring Kanien’kehá:ka title and addressing the ongoing legacy of colonialism in Canada. By empowering Kanien’kéha:ka women as decision-makers and stewards of the land, you can help build grassroots community capacity that is directly linked to Kanien’kehá:ka culture and that educates and mobilizes the wider public around the continuing strength of Kanien’kéha:ka ways.

MNN. Sep. 3, 2022. Calling everybody “you guys” is disrespectful, offensive and discriminatory. It invisibilizes the specific powers of the kahnistensera and flattens the spectrum of genders as only male. It is indoctrination to attack gender ideology of the natural world. Schools are now indoctrination centers that teach supremacy of males , not education centers. This destroys our culture from within. Schools are government agencies. Bad schools. Bad government. Bad education. The genocide of the original people is not being taught. The killers are not being exposed for the holocaust of indigenous people they committed. Elites say, “Bend the twig” to make the people obedient and unquestioning – no more “Why?” and  “Can you prove it?” which we are taught to ask of everything. Boredom sets in as man-made unreality goes against the natural world.

Canada cannot exist without its foreign masters. The term “You guys” is part of gender laws to curb freedom of speech. Everybody is trained to say it. Some object, “Hey, i am a woman. Stop calling me a guy, girlie.”   

As Goebbels, Hitler’s top propagandist, said,”If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” 

The top propagandists are politicians who practically wear lapels showing who sponsors them. In the meantime women are going along with being classed as second class “guys” and have ended up by eliminating their own gender.

MNN. 31 August 2022. The kanien’kehá:ka kahnistensera (Mohawk Mothers) were in Montreal court on August 31, 2022, and continue to represent themselves. The defendants want them to have a lawyer to stop them from seeking an interlocutory injunction to halt upcoming excavation and construction work on the sites of the ex-Royal Victoria Hospital and Allan Memorial Institute projects of the Société Québécoise des infrastructures (Quebec government SQI) and McGill University, McGill University Health Center, City of Montreal, Attorney General of Canada and the impleaded Attorney General of Quebec. Phew!

On August 26th, 2022, the kahnistensera filed three sworn statements supported by 141 exhibits, suggesting that there is a high possibility that the site contains unmarked graves of Indigenous children used as test subjects for psychiatric experiments funded by the CIA, the Canadian and American armies and governments, and the Rockefeller Foundation. The hearing for the interlocutory injunction to stop the excavation is set for October 26th, 2022. In the meantime McGill University and the SQI announced that they would be going ahead with excavation beforehand, to the south of the Hersey pavilion of the ex-Royal Victoria Hospital. The kahnistensera are very concerned that human remains, forensic evidence and archeological artifacts of their ancestors being destroyed by this excavation work. In effect, the Royal Victoria Hospital Archaeological study conducted in November 2016 by the Arkéos Inc. , commissioned by McGill University, determined that this excavation zone had archeological potential. Arkeos recommended an archeological inventory before disturbing the land. So far no precautions will be taken to respect Arkéos’s non-binding recommendation to protect Indigenous heritage.

The kahnistensera requested an out of court meeting with McGill University and the SQI, to allow this non-invasive and non-damaging work, with no response. During the August 31 hearing the kahnistensera filed a letter informing all parties of their proposal to investigate the grounds in September. There will be a search using Ground Penetrant Radar in the threatened area.

 

Given Arkeos contention of potential findings in the zone, they recommend that an archeological inventory be done by experts selected, directed, and monitored by the kanien’kehá:ka kahnistensera before any excavation work, and at the cost of the corporations responsible for the excavation. Archeologists and international experts have offered to help and guide in the use of technologies to assess the presence of graves without breaking the ground.

The kanien’kehá:ka kahnistensera refuse to allow the desecration of the remains of their ancestors and relatives who were victims of medical experiments. The Mayor of Montreal, Valérie Plante, McGill University and the SQI have all publicly announced that they would collaborate with an investigation if there was a possibility that the grounds contain human remains.

The testimonies and evidence filed by the Mohawk Mothers corroborate their grimmest suspicions. 

The court is reminded that there is no surrender of turtle island from the kanienkehaka [Mohawk] ever. So That makes this whole court act moot. But the kahnistensera keep on shuffling their moccasins to the drum beat of “World on Fire” sung by Sarah McLaughlan and Robbie Robertson:
