MNN. July 17, 2017. No colony has a right to denationalize the original people of the land they fraudulently occupy.

International law clearly states that no nation/colony/corporation has the right to denationalize anybody. Every people have a right to their own land, nationality, language, culture, government, identity and sovereignty.

Today governmental institutions [i.e. band tribal councils, AFN] of native people falsely represent the true original people of ono-ware-keh, great turtle island. Whatever agreements these native organizations enter into with Canada, U.S. or any other country in the western hemisphere they only represent their company and themselves privately.

We are not bound by anyone who are part of the calculated genocide of our people.

We, the onkwe-hon-weh, true natural people of this land never gave up our birthright.

All of our people have been robbed of our knowledge, and fooled through deceit and trickery to believe the propaganda that the invaders imposed on us through genocidal programs like the Indian act, residential schools, religion, etc.

These policies were meant to take away our memory of who we are. They tried to breed out the wolf and replace it with the dog. But any dog breeder knows that you cannot breed out the wolf. The message to all onkwe-hon-weh is, in the wind, listen to the wolf.

The occupiers have come in with guns and are taking everything they want. To stay they must adhere to the constitution of the natural people here. We all follow the great peace.

MNN. July 12, 2017. The conflict continues at kanesatake. The mayor of Oka and his partners want to build 400 homes for strangers right next to the Pines and the Mohawk burial grounds. A 76-day resistance took place in 1990 at this site referred to as the Mohawk Crisis.

Canada sent in the combined forces of the Canadian army, RCMP and Quebec Police. This international land issue got worldwide attention. The banks, corporation and real estate developers always coveted the beautiful onkwe-hon-weh land on the Lake of Two Mountains and its mineral resources.

The colonial settlers refer to the Mohawk Nation as a “special interest” group. MNN. JULY 3, 2017. When Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau appointed Jean Chretien as Minister of Indian Affairs in 1969, the department came under the control of real estate tycoons and banks. They were setting up an INDIAN land grab.

Our land is not theirs to sell. Stolen property is being sold to pay off their debt. In 1969 Indians Affairs was being dismantled, our land grabbed and sold. The scheme was modeled on the US Termination Policy, which was eliminated by Lyndon Johnson and President Nixon because it violated “treaty” obligations. Aggressive corporate entities are grabbing our land. To consummate their theft they have to eliminate the natural tie between us and our land since time immemorial through illegal means.

In his oval office Trump announced he is relinquishing all our title to sell to the highest bidder. Tribal chiefs and CEOs sat behind him to sanction this theft. Trump falsely claimed that tribal sovereignty does not exist because the American taxpayers support the INDIANS.  

In 1969 There was a small group within native communities got set up in prominent positions across Canada. In 1970 the National Indian Brotherhood was incorporated. They had helped set up an Indian Land Claims Commission with very aggressive lawyers to become real estate agents who would sell off “INDIAN” land. Many of the go-betweens are alive today. They still work closely with the Jesuits, clerics and Indian agents who control our communities. All land in Canada is ours and registered at Indian Affairs in Hull Quebec 

In 1969 Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau proposed draft legislation notoriously called the “white paper” to remove protection of INDIAN lands across Canada so they could be put on the open market.

The white paper was blocked by Cree, Harold Cardinal, who rallied the chiefs to successfully stop this fraud. The conspirators continued to organize our removal from and protections to our lands. 

According to kaia-nere-kowa, the great peace, our interest can never be removed. ono-ware-keh, turtle island, is our birthright.

The federal government on behalf of the Crown has a fiduciary responsibility to protect these lands. The protection was to be removed by using these bodies they incorporated in the 1960s and 1970s. These looked like native organizations but were actually real estate companies. 

Today most of the reserves on great turtle island are privately incorporated municipal bodies. 

The Indian Advancement Act was enacted in October of 1924 to create the Prisoner of War camps of today. According to the Royal Proclamation of 1763, the land could never be owned by non INDIANS or non INDIAN corporations. So the original names of these native land holdings were changed. Kahnawake was originally called the “Iroquois of Caughnawaga”. Akwesasne was called the “Iroquois of St. Regis”. The new title deeds were put in the name of a member of the community who could then sign away the land to non INDIAN entities.

Later Caughnawaga was changed to “Mohawks of Kahnawake Inc.”, a corporate body. Akwesasne was changed to “Mohawk Council of Akwessasne Inc.”. 

HDI Haudenausaunee Development Institute Inc. at Six Nations was recently privately incorporated to be real estate agents there.

Governments around the world have been told they can now buy up INDIAN lands in Canada because the land no longer belongs to the natives but to these private corporations. 

A few years ago the Chinese came to St. Regis and said they had purchased the islands in the St. Lawrence river, sold to them by the corporate body that now “owns” the land. The people were unaware, organized themselves and protested to temporarily nullify the transaction. 

Canada is presently giving away disputed lands such as the harbour in Cornwall though the Mohawks of Akwesasne Inc. who illegally claim that land. A deal was secretly made between Transport Canada, the city of Cornwall and the Corporation of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Inc. 

The Iroquois of St. Regis say they never surrendered that land. The procedure the Crown established in the Royal Proclamation was violated. All land surrenders have to be done publicly with all members of the nation. Everyone with a vested interest must be there, understand and give consent. Otherwise the transaction is a nullity.

In disputed land claims, the true owners are sidestepped by these new corporations that sell off our land to these foreign governments and entities.

All our lands on great turtle island are or have been incorporated to a member so they can make direct real estate deals with foreigners.

June 12, 2017. The colony of Canada was registered as a corporate company in Washington DC, owned by the Vatican shareholders. On July 1st you celebrate corporatism, also known as fascism, as Canada is one of the first in the world to be accepted without holding them accountable for murder, kidnapping, and land theft.

1867 created the corporate fiction that imprisons us. It was and still is the Dominion “Colony” of Canada. The “Family Compact” and “Chateau Clique” formed a union between their municipalities in Upper Canada, Lower Canada, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. 

The Chateau Clique is the families in Quebec that trace their blood to French royalty. The Family Compact is the families in Ontario and Nova Scotia that trace their blood to English royalty. Today they are the bankers.

Before 1867 they paid rent into the Indian Trust Fund, which became the largest in the world.

On July 1, 1867, the first act of the corporation was to steal our money, the “Indian Trust Fund”, to build Canada, which they fraudulent claimed.  

They declared us non-human and actually issued hunting licenses to kill us like a bear or a deer. Every Canadian judicial statute passed since 1867 is still in play. Those genocide laws they created were never rescinded. They can be pull out and used today. The settler colonist who do not stand with us are complicit.

The G20 military attack of the citizens of Toronto landed 2,600 Canadians in a temporary prison in a warehouse, which became known as “Torontonimo Bay”. 

Canada is still the Dominion of Canada, a private colonial corporation, whose owners reside in the City of London, in the Vatican and in Washington DC, all owned by the Crown.

BEWARE OF FORKED TONGUES

MNN. June 7, 2017. The “Alliance” showed up at Kanesatake to assist in the flooding. The following day the affiliated “Storm Alliance” appeared at the Canada-US border to monitor crossing of immigrants, whom they threatened and terrified.

They have illegally put themselves under the kaia-nereh-kowa, great peace, by using our symbols. They are using our warrior flag to promote hate. Also, their logo is of a warrior with the caption, “BETTER DEAD THAN RED”.

The Storm Alliance is a secretive ultra right non-native group pretending to be our supporters. Like us they are against illegal immigration. We onkwe-hon-weh do not recognize the illegal Canada-US border when we realized that the same 13 families ran everything on both sides of the “imaginary line”. 

They are well-built individuals and stand very straight just like cops. They wear white shirts with the red Knights Templar cross on it. Their funding source is unknown. 

The members are descendants of those who left Europe for freedom.  

They are allied with “The New Order of Templars of Quebec”, and other Christian-oriented crusader groups. Piggy backing on our activities is for publicity and to give the appearance of not being racist. They are affiliated with pro-Trump groups in the US. Chapters are being set up throughout Canada for border surveillance on Canada Day, July 1. 

They appear to be crusading against the Arabs, to enhance the Knights Templar, who were behind the genocide of over 100 million of our people. They are the white serpent of ancient legends.

When they carry our warrior flag they carry the responsibility to “carry the burden of peace upon their shoulders”.

In 1968 the onkwe-hon-weh and Chicanos met with Rev. Ralph Abernathy, who replaced the slain Martin Luther King. They were in Washington DC at the “Poor People’s Camp”. Our image was being used in their marches as if they spoke for us. 

We presented a letter explaining our position, that we supported their demands for civil rights and equality with the whites. We wanted our lands, treaties, languages and control of our lives. A gain for them would be a loss for us.

The controllers through their media generate fear amongst the public. We know that fear is the biggest enemy of the people.

Each generation is getting stronger. How beautiful and proud our people look today. Those that enter band tribal councils think they will change things from the inside. They soon see that the circle does not work within the pyramidal structure the corpo band council system is based upon.

MAY 9, 2017. US President Trump is training the people to always get the short end of the stick. He thinks a good president dominates and everybody else submits. 

Several years ago some iron workers brought him to Kahnawake so a medicine man could fix his lifelong back problem. In three days he was cured. In New York he confronted the ironworkers working for him, and verbally abused them.
