MNN. 28 Nov. 2015. Indian Law Resource Center ILRC of Washington DC and Montana was involved since 1988 in the conflict between New York State and the rotino’shonni/Iroquois confederacy. They were to dismantle the true rotino’shonni and create a corporate Confederacy. They promoted federally recognized longhouses in almost every Iroquois territory. ILRC is funded by the Rockfeller Foundation, Ford Foundation and Oren Lyon’s Fund of the Four Directions. Genocide, corporate councils, false flags, fake land claims and unlawful taxation are some of the strategies used to dispossess the onkwe’hon:weh landowners of New York State. The bankers and their governments established federally incorporated INDIAN tribal/band councils to divide and conquer us.

The following information is based on ILRC Annual Reports from 1988 to 1995. MNN June 15, 1997.

Tonawanda, Tuscarora and Onondaga councils applied to comply with US laws and signed the taxing agreement with New York State, to be applied to all or communities. This was an attempt to destroy the economy of our nations. On May 14, 1997, Judge Hon. Rose H. Sconiers ruled the Onondaga Council of Chiefs cannot make deals with New York State. It is “beyond its delegated authority, ultra vires and unlawful”. This is economic coercion, by permitting tax free status to only certain designated Tribal members.

This victory in the courts lead to the rotino’shonni people’s celebration at Onondaga on May 18, 1997 and the subsequent attack by US government. The trial of NYS Troopers begins in January 2016. Onondaga Rally.

BACKGROUND

1990 ILRC Annual Report: the federally recognized Chiefs’ Council viewed the Mohawks as racketeers, lawless and violent, related to gambling enterprises which threaten to overwhelm some federally created Indian governments (p.10). Smokeshops and businesses in other communities were challenging the councils that remit taxes to NYS. ILRC urged the Governor to promptly provide basic law enforcement. “After the shooting deaths of two Mohawks, NYS Police moved in to Akwesasne, closed the casinos and established order”.

Doug George, editor of Akwesasne Notes, and leading opponent of gambling, was charged in Canada with the death of one Mohawk. ILRC called him a “crusading journalist imprisoned on trumped up charges”. ILRC and the Canadian government defended Doug, whose charges were stayed. Doug was sited as a NYS informant according to court disclosures for the May 17, 1997, attack at Onondaga.

ILRC also “advised the federally recognized council and [pretend] Six Nations Confederacy leaders about a peaceful resolution of the Oka crisis in Quebec in July 1990. ILRC said, “the same “warriors” at Akwesasne were involved in the resistance there”. ILRC met personally with NYS Govenor Cuomo to resolve the law enforcement and gambling issues”. ILRC asked the federal government to stop the Tuscarora Nation from operating businesses without the license and approval required by federal Indian law and the federal Indian trader statutes.

ILRC helped the federally sanctioned Onondaga set up controls of non-compliant businesses. On May 14, 1997, the New York State Supreme Court found that the NYS actions in forcing Indians to pay sales taxes on fuel and cigarettes was illegal.

kaianereh:kowa, the Constitution of the Iroquois Confederacy, sets out the teio’hateh nation-to-nation relationship between the Iroquois and the newcomers. The NYS Court is part of the NYS judicial system, and the issue was between NYS and the Seneca Nation. NYS, as one of the parties and cannot sit in judgment. This violates the universal right to a hearing before an impartial third party.

1992 Annual Report: ILRC assisted the federally recognized Mohawk Nation Council of Chiefs, to control gambling and cigarette smuggling in Akwesasne on the New York-Canada border. ILRC drafted the lawsuit under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act asking NYS to protect the federally supported anti-gambling Mohawks. ILRC helped the county sheriff enter the territory and arrest persons for violating NYS law. ILRC warned them of the legal dangers of not complying with state tax laws and federal excise and income tax laws”. (p. 13). “The Six Nations chiefs asked for an analysis of New York’s statutes and regulations on taxing sales on Indian reservations”. (p. 14).

1993 Annual Report: “One of the most pressing concerns of the Six Nations Confederacy was unlawful and unregulated businesses on the reservations”. State criminal prosecutions, lack of resources and uncooperative state and federal authorities interfered. [Legitimate] businesses openly defied federal Indian law. ILRC enlisted the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the U.S. Attorney general, and the Justice Department to revoke federal traders licenses, to prosecute criminals [!], to make agreements with local law enforcement authorities, and enforce civil suits to close down the businesses. This was one of the causes of the Oka Crisis in Canada in 1990.

1994 Annual Report: They worked with the corporate tribal chiefs to strengthen federal law, control economic activities and enforce new federal regulations to give them more power to control businesses. [P. 12). ILRC Executive Director Tim Coulter attended the Summit of the Americas in December 1994, in Miami, as a guest of the White House. (p. 13).

1995 Annual Report: ILRC launched a lawsuit to recover thousands of acres of reservation land that was illegally taken from the Mohawks by New York State. New York demanded taxes from Mohawk businesses before they would settle. (p. 4). ILRC stated that “Racketeer businessmen have tried to overthrow the sovereign Indian governments by refusing to submit to legal controls and taxation by the federally incorporated Indian councils”. (p. 8).

MNN. Nov. 26, 2015. Ranata’kaias, is our name for the office of the President of the United States. It came from an executive order that George Washington made to annihilate us. It means “a rabid dog who attacks and murders meaninglessly and destroys without any thought whatsoever!”

After 92 years of conflict, we defeated the French. They begged for peace. The 1701 Great Peace of Montreal gave the newcomers a right to cohabit on our land with conditions. In 1710 we sent our chiefs to London to the first conference on world peace. The CROWN was alarmed. The kaia’nereh:kowa, the Great Peace, and the Iroquois stood in the way of the CROWN’s plans to dominate the world.

In 1779 US General George Washington set up the republic of war, the US corporation. He issued the executive order to annihilate the rotino’shonni [Iroquois], carried out by Maj. Gen. John Sullivan and Gen. James Clinton. They were, “not merely to overrun, but destroy” the Iroquois nations. Without exception every president since has a duty to implement this order to destroy us and all onkwe’hon:weh nations.

Sullivan, Clinton, Monroe and other generals were given Iroquois land for their dastardly deed. New York State counties were named after these marauders, giving them an enormous land base to underly the rise of the American bloodline [Rockefeller faction].

This order was never recinded. The rotini’shonni [Iroquois] were targeted for “the total destruction and devastation of [the Indian] settlements and capture as many prisoners as possible”. Kill all the children! He called them “lice”, who would grow up to be adults and procreate. They want to wipe out all physical evidence of our ever having existed. The military was ordered, “You will not listen to any overture of peace before the total ruinment of their settlements is effected.”

In a short time dozens of rotinoshonni towns and villages and most of their food supply were destroyed. Many of our people were murdered or perished in the harsh winter that followed.

We did not ally ourselves with the Americans or the British in the revolution, which was actually a pretend war between two brothers and the US first false flag. The Confederacy was never divided. We had blood relatives on both sides of the artificial borders they placed. The Grand Council said that no one would represent the Confederacy but act as individuals to protect their families.

Operation Gallant Piper, INDIAN Detail, the attack at Onondaga and others were the continued implementation of this executive order. They were to “lay waste to all the settlements, in the most effectual manner, that they would not be merely overrun, but destroyed”.

They continue to try to kill us. As an elder said, “It’s all a pigment of their imagination!”

At the forthcoming trial in Syracuse in January 2016, we want all those responsible for attacking us on May 18, 1997, to be held accountable. This 20-year old case might be hiding the unspeakable. The victims have been offered peanuts for our silence. Finally, this order to kill us has to be recinded.

ONONDAGA FIELD DAY

MNN. Nov. 25, 2015. This was written about the attack of the rotino‘shonni at Onondaga on May 18, 1997, by the New York State Troopers. It was published in the Akwesasne Phoenix on December 19, 2004. I added this as MNN was not yet online:

“Something strange and unexpected happened on May 18^th 1997. My daughter in Kahnawake had planned a trip to Onondaga. Just before she left her companion backed out. She came to my house to ask what to do. I told her she shouldn’t go alone. So I jumped in the car to help care for my 3 year old granddaughter. We left at 9:00 a.m. It was a beautiful sunny day.

People from all Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy were gathering at Onondaga to celebrate the rescinding of the compact between Governor Pataki and the Onondaga Chiefs and others.

We arrived at Onondaga around noon. We happen to notice many New York State Police cars parked at various locations in Nedrow, the nearby town. We could not figure out why they were there. We commented on this, “Hey, look at all those police cars! Can’t be for us! Naw!”

Soon we arrived at Ronnie Jones property right along Interstate 81. People were talking about all the cops they saw. “We aren’t doing anything”, they said. “So it must be for something else!” “I wonder what’s happening.”

The Peoples’ fire, lit several weeks earlier, was burning brightly. Marie Peters had started a small ceremonial fire for the thanksgiving ceremony.

A huge billboard on the property had been taken over by the Onondagas who wrote their own messages on them. Men, women and children, were milling around. Food was being brought to the site and placed on picnic tables. Benches and chairs were set in groupings.

Media people with cameras and notebooks were scattered through the crowd. The people being interviewed were happy about what we were celebrating. There was no sign of the chiefs who objected to Pataki rescinding the accord.

My daughter and I did not know some of these people. We knew the Papineau family and some of the people from Kahnawake. I stood on the side of the road and watched cars going by, slowing down to take a flyer from the hands of the people. The flyers outlined the tax issue. Most non-natives were supportive of our victory. No traffic was ever stopped.

My daughter was taking photos throughout. My granddaughter was playing with the other children. The weather was as beautiful in Onondaga as it had been in Kahnawake. At a certain point, the traffic stopped. I saw the New York State Troopers coming down the road in rows with sticks in their hands. Four troopers marched in front following the directions of a native wearing red ribbons on his shirt. He was from the Onondaga chiefs council.

When they got closer, they stood on the road, turned into a formation facing the people who were gathered about the ceremonial fire. The ceremony had just begun about two minutes earlier. They marched towards us in a “V” formation, right through a shallow ditch along the highway. Another group of troopers appeared on the road behind them, marching steadily down the road toward us.

At first I did not move. I was studying them. I could not believe they were coming for us. When I realized what was happening, I froze. The troopers started to beat the first persons they encountered with their batons. Suddenly everyone jumped into action. I looked around for my granddaughter. She had been placed in a van with other children and driven away.

My daughter was standing on a picnic table taking pictures. The troopers were moving in her direction, beating everyone in their path. “Get off the table”, I yelled. “Get out! Get out quick”, I was screaming at her. She finally jumped down, ran for her car and took off. Her car was parked on the access road behind the property, parallel to Interstate 81. I jumped into a friend’s moving car while he was backing out.

The New York State Troopers were not wearing their badges. We were unlawfully harassed during a sacred ceremony. I saw our men, women and children being beaten for no reason or provocation. The troopers focused on some individuals, giving them particularly vicious beatings. Four cops grabbed an older man and held him down, while another trooper grabbed his chin and yanked it, trying to break his neck. I could see their sticks in the air as they continued to strike the people. I saw people being lead away. Others were running through the bushes fearing for their lives.

Disguised reinforcements.

People were being grabbed, hit and hurt. Children were being knocked over and pushed around. Elders were being beaten. Elder Grandpa Bear, wearing a black Navajo style hat, was chased by the troopers. He took off. All I could see was his hat running through the bushes. When I ran onto the roadway, many women were hiding in the bushes with their children.

My friend in the car had a cell phone and I called my office [Canadian Alliance in Solidarity with the Native Peoples] in Toronto. I asked the CASNP worker to send out a communiqué worldwide that we were being attacked by New York State Troopers, that many people were hurt, and that many had been arrested. The attack was unprovoked. The people at the thanksgiving ceremonial meeting had no weapons. I went to the home of an Onondaga person and faxed more details to my home. Another daughter sent this out everywhere alerting everyone of this violent attack.

It was hours before I managed to relocate my daughter and granddaughter in Onondaga. I rode around the territory here and there trying to find them. Finally, I went to the restaurant and waited. Eventually they showed up.

A court case was started seeking damages. The lawyer from Syracuse did not contact us for quite a long time. The question is – will New York State recognize our right to an exemption to their taxation so long as they “beat the dog s**t out of us periodically?” Someone should go into business designing modern ghost shirts with beaded flak vests with matching beaded helmets!”

All I can say is this was a very spooky day for me, as Dusty Springfield sings: “I get confused. I never know where I stand. And then you smile and hold my hand. Love is kind of crazy with a spooky little boy like you. Spooky!” [[Spooky].

INDIAN “DEADLY” DETAIL AT ONONDAGA

MNN. 10 July 2015. A meeting of those of us clients dropped by the lawyers, the lawyers for the other ongwe’hon:weh, the NYS Attorney General’s office, met at G. Nugent’s office [not the INDIAN hater Ted] in Syracuse. It was about the NYS Attack in Onondaga in 1997. [See video]

We went to interrogate his client, one of the New York State Troopers, who was charged and wants to come clean about the “Indian Detail”. 14 of the 100 targets from all Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy Rotinoshonni were dropped by the pro se lawyers because we refused to take the cash settlement offered by NYS to drop the case against of hundreds of Troopers and NYS. As Judge George Lowe previously reported, if this case goes to court, they [the ongwe’hon:weh] will win. He advised NYS to offer us money so they can continue to get away with genocide. On May 18, 1997 we were having a ceremony and a feast on private ground near Interstate 81. Also, we were going to talk about various topics, in particular the agreement signed between the Onondaga Council of Chiefs Ind. and NYS to charge illegal taxes on our products. The highway was not blocked. 75% attending were women and children.

The appearingly remorseful sargeant was nervous. The two lawyers still involved in the case, were trying to dominate everything that happened in that room. Someone from the NYS Attorney General’s Office listened and took extensive notes.

Ongwe’hon:weh: “All we want is justice”.

We finally got a chance to ask a few questions. “When were you called to show up for the Indian Detail?” He answered, “at 11:00 am the day before May 18^th”. He admitted there was extensive preparation for this attack. Then we asked, “What is an Indian Detail? Is there an “Italian Detail”? “A Chinese Detail”? or “an English Detail”? He answered, “No. there is only an Indian Detail”. We asked what preparations are made for an Indian Detail? “We have to assemble all our equipment – rifle, ammunition, bullet proof vest, tear gas, pepper spray, shield, baton”, and so on, all meant for deadly force. The Troopers were ordered not to wear their name badges, which, he said, is illegal.

In one of the NYSP videos, the commander instructed the lineup of Troopers just before the attack, “Make sure you take out the right one [or ones]!” The sargeant said he did not know about this.

The Attorney General said to give them everything they want.

The man from the Attorney General’s Office left the room to make a phone call. He returned and asked the sargeant a few questions. Then he turned to us and asked us to submit in writing within a week a list of our demands to stop this case from going to trial. We said we needed at least a month. So a deadline was set for August 10, 2015.

CREATES CRIMINALS BILL: C-51

MNN. 29, 2015. Stephen Harper’s Bill C-51 outlaws radicalization of Islam, a religion. Rotinoshonni territory is being inundated by two opposite “longhouse” concepts, kaia’nereh:kowa and Handsome Lake.

kaia’nere:kowa, is the law of the land of Great Turtle Island, based on the basic thought and knowledge in how a people relate to the universe. The opening thanksgiving outlines an interdependent system of relations of all elements of nature, which are equal; women are powerful in social, political and economic life; and the people form the base of power. The Great Peace is not a religion. It is our system of consensual decision making.

“Soon, Oren, soon!”

The Code People describe Handsome Lake as a religion. It is based on a hierarchical order which goes against the Great Law, which is egalitarian. Their “creator” is a male hierarchical concept based on the Vatican model. Their longhouse where they “pray” is a church without a steeple. It was designed to create division amongst the Rotinoshonni to overtake the law of the land, the kaia’nere:kowa. They prove it by allowing an agent of the CROWN, Aaron Detlor, a bar lawyer, to incorporate them into the Admiralty matrix.

The corporation of Canada developed another way to try to destroy the Great Peace. Canada promotes and provides financing to the Handsome Lake religion in most of the Rotinoshonni communities by subsidizing the building of their longhouses and programs.

Bill C51 was passed to outlaw the radicalization of any religion. Aaron Detlor incorporated the Haudenosaunee Confederacy Council of Chiefs at Six Nations. Canada’s real target is the Great Peace, our legal form of government. It looks to us like they are trying to class anyone following the Great Law as the radicalization of Handsome Lake.

The kaia’ereh:kowa is not affiliated with any building. It is our constitution and it resides in our minds, not in a house. Our source energy is all of creation, the common denominator of the universe. We give thanks to creation, talk to our mother, to our relatives and no one else. No mediator, priest or faithkeeper is needed.

INDIAN DETAIL: FROM ‘PRO BONO’ TO ‘PRO SE’

MNN. May 16, 2015. “Pro bono” are free lawyers. “Pro se” are those who represent themselves. The “INDIAN Detail” military attack on Rotinoshonni at Onondaga was eighteen years ago. The “pro bono” lawyers had a winning case. Instead they decided to negotiate a financial settlement to drop the charges. 16 victims out of 100 refused to take the money and wanted a trial. Judge Wylie Dancks allowed the lawyers to drop them as clients, “I let the lawyers drop those victims who refused to take New York State’s money because I follow the law”?? “Remember”, said the judge, “this is a really big case!”

On May 15^th, 2015, only one “pro se” victim was invited to the private Syracuse court discussion on the forthcoming trial. The judge suggested this plaintiff not attend and would phone if something important came up. Only the lawyers for all parties would have been there to make decisions. The other lawyer-less plaintiffs heard rumors on Facebook and showed up. Throughout the judge reminded the victims that the money is there and the charges can still be dropped.

One “pro se” reiterated, “I want to talk about how my nation was attacked by a foreign entity, my father was murdered and my ceremony was trampled upon”.

The “pro se” group asked many questions. The judge laid out the rules of the game: “Look at my direction of April 4”, “You’ll have to read everything in those boxes of disclosures”. “Where’s the statement about Ronald Jones and his wife” [he was murdered shortly after the attack and his wife died]. “Why didn’t one victim not make a deposition” [she’s almost 100 years old, doesn’t speak English and can’t travel!], so the judge let her off. She ordered another lawyer to send more stuff like copies of all the videos of the attack. There’s a truckload on the two cases that NYS Troopers already lost. One “pro se” said, “You sent me disks and I don’t have a computer”. Wylie Dancks suggested, “Go to the library and use their computer”. The former “pro bono” lawyers have copies and transcripts, which the victims have to pay for. Now another box of stuff is being sent to each “pro se”.

The judge ordered, “I will not have Mohawk spoken in my court room!”. One plaintiff asked, “Who were the people responsible for what happened to us?” The judge said, “Read docket #149!”

The judge continued: “By September 11^th we’ll do this; by September 25 we’ll do that; we’ll make more discoveries; October 3 we’ll have some more motions; on Nov. 6^th other documents can be added; after that we can talk to each other by phone or in court; by New years eve we could have a summary dismissal [she hopes]. Otherwise, jury trial starts in 2016 [which will go on for a year], unless something ‘extraordinary comes up’, [like we might be so hopelessly confused we’ll drop the charges.] The victims of the INDIAN DETAIL were treated to “American exceptionalism”.
