There have been a series of recent events that have directly affected indigenous communities, within the Latin American and continental context. This is not a new occurrence; everything started more than 500 years ago, and everyone knows what the armed, cultural invasion brought to our continent. The damage has not been repaired, despite all the time that has passed by, and the regrets that have been said by western civilization.

The dignity of the indigenous peoples and nations of the continent has not been crushed, despite the planned genocide of assimilation imposed upon these millennial cultures. On the contrary in the last few decades, the organization and struggle for their intrinsic rights has been more vigilant with each passing day, as with the increasing grades of consciousness and disposal to struggle for their sovereignty and self-determination. Some more than others, but incentive is alive and has begun to go forward.

We see it end to end in our continent, in the south beyond the Andes; that long and narrow stretch of land, bathed along a contaminated ocean by transnational corporations known as Chile. Those who lust for power have taken over our territories, thanks to the permission given by the cowardly governments that have opened their doors to these companies in exchange for the scraps the empire throws at them, so they can thicken their dirty filthy pockets. They are traitors to their people and to their roots; they wallow in their corrupt state of lies and unbounded ambition. Inheritors of the Pinochet regime, and administrators of his politics and fascist constitution.

Immoral, racist representatives of a sick society that have launched themselves against an unarmed people; intimidating, incarcerating and murdering youth and elders. Assaulting and terrorizing entire communities, on the search for young liberators wearing military boots, worse than in the times of the dictatorship. Mapuche is the name that is criminalized; their courageous organizations, the men and women dignified of their race. What a historical shame for those in the government calling themselves socialist. What a shame for women to have representatives as deceitful as that who leads the country of Chile. You would have to be deceitful to lie and say to the UN that the Mapuches incarcerated by her neo-liberal system are not political prisoners, but “common delinquents.”

The shame that they forgot about their history. The shame of being the legal crooks of lands that do not belong to them; for wanting to develop a second colonization on Mapuche territory, that is nothing more than the extermination of a noble millennial people. One day they will be judged by history. Meanwhile, we leave the natural forces to look after and protect the ancient people with their part in this history. We men and women hold the other part, those that are not willing to let a second colonization happen in Arauco, in Malleco, nor in any other part of Mapuche territory.

Here in Canada, the same thing is happening. Perhaps in a different form, but the pillaging is seen despite the camouflage of grand terrains of flora; immensities of incalculable beauty. Large… everything is large. When one comes to this country everything shines, deceiving, as were the colonizers, as is the current empire, unnecessarily large, inflated with arrogance…. Savage; when it arrives at the indigenous reservations in the darkness, assaulting, clawing, submitting defenseless beings, seizing children, hitting elders and women, arresting youth… Advancing through ancient territory with their infernal machinery. Their factories poisoning the water. The contamination and indigenous poverty makes you shudder in the north, where the great cellulose companies destroy the forest and turn the water that runs through the streams into the color of oxide; burning eyes as you look, and your insides as you drink….

This may seem like a fable, an odyssey, but it is not. It is present north to south, east to west, in this immense show model known as Canada. Here as in the south of the continent, history repeats itself. The repression and displacement of cultures and territories are the product of the same patron of values: money. Universal corrupter of consciouses. The most horrendous injustices that a human being could conceive have been committed in its name. However the peoples and nations have said enough, and have begun to go forward as Che Guevara once said; their march of giants will not be detained. Forced for years to dwell in sacrifice and misery, the indigenous Nations throughout the entire territory have begun their march…

A little more than a year a ago on February 28, 2006, Hadonashonee, Six Nations of the Grand River Territory had to take over their own lands to stop the illegal construction of a housing development (the Douglas Creek Estates), in Kanonhstaton, the protected place. To this day, men and women confront with great courage and dignity, the defense of their territory in harsh climatic conditions and economic pressures on behalf of the government in the talks to recover their land. They are in constant harassment from the police authorities, and the racist population in its surroundings. Despite all the pressures and efforts remove and divide them, Six Nations of the Grand River Territory are more solid and united as ever under the banner of truth, dignity, and solidarity of their own people, and of brotherly peoples that have not been absent from the Reclamation site.

Recently, another front of struggle has arisen from the heart of the Mohawk peoples in Tyendinaga, in defense of their territory and displacement… The taking over of land in their own territory, protest through highway and rail blockades; the different actions of the indigenous peoples have the same cause:the struggle for the defense of their ancient territories, the preservation of their culture, autonomy and the right to decide and influence in their own matters.

That is why we say with much strength: yesterday Kanonhstaton, today Tyendinaga, tomorrow Beyond the Andes. The prophesy of the Eagle and the Condor will yet be realized.

SAGE RED-X SAYS, “THE WOMEN SHALL DECIDE WHEN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!”

MNN. June 26, 2007. In the midst of the most grotesque torture ever committed against anyone, the Red-X emerged with his mind and spirit in tact. In one torture he was placed in a room with no sound, low white light, air coming in through a hole in the ceiling and no interaction with anybody else. He was supposed to lose his sense of identity, hallucinate, hear nothing and see things that don’t exist to break him down psychologically. The Red-X has been in greater deprivation for longer periods of time before and during a Sun Dance.Throughout the most gruesome parts, they told him that he could save himself from their torture by committing death and destruction against his people. They offered him and close family members money and a holiday for the rest of their lives. They yelled at him, “Others have accepted. So will you! Think of your children. Wouldn’t you like to see them wearing beautiful clothes and going to the best schools? The Red-X, answered, “All people are my children”.

“Why do you want to keep flying around on that rusted old “pow wow” car of a silver eagle? You could have a Golden Hummer. You could have your name in lights in Las Vegas and smoke all the cigarettes you want. We could build you a casino to give you a never-ending supply of cash. You would never have to pay a cent of tax”.

His tormenters told him that, “We have orders right from the very top to offer you a good life, free tickets to the Senators hockey games, not one day in jail for all the atrocities you are going to commit against your people for us. We will make sure that you will not be victimized by the coming police state”. He was even offered a job at the top of the “Tower of Terror” at Indian Affairs. “You won’t have to do anything but sit in a Jacuzzi all day long and get your nails polished”.

The Red-X thought, “Is it any wonder why so many of our selfish weaklings become traitors?”

Then they warned Red-X, “If you don’t accept our offer, we will bust your head, throw you in jail for the rest of your life or we will kill you”. This is an offer many of our weak minded people cannot refuse.

The Red-X advised us that, “These sissies are terrified by the prospects of pain, doing time for their misdeeds. They fear being brutalized by both the guards and the other inmates, many of whom are Indigenous, for the crimes they have committed against us like theft, corruption, perversion and even killing our people. To escape captivity they are willing to take the “blood money” to sell information to the colonizers and spy on us. They help control any opposition among the angry oppressed class. Their bosses even give them a “Phil Fontaine Day”.

The Red-X looked at his oppressors, opened his mouth and sprayed them with blood, bits of broken teeth and pus that had filled his mouth after they had sucker punched him all day long.

Suddenly during this captivation in the dungeons of the bowels of the oppressor beast, a great transformation overcame him. He told MNN how he was visited by illuminated beings from the Third Dimension. They told him to prepare us for a great earth shaking that is to come. “We have to reconnect with our true sentient mind within and re-empower ourselves to fight”. They told him how the people worldwide are now at the point where their minds have been stolen from them and they have become people with no feelings.

The beings told the Red-X what the real deal was. The neo cons are planning to replace the true indigenous of “Onowarekeh”/Turtle Island with a duplicate race of people. They have already given out “Indian status cards” to many imposters. They are also going to create new Indigenous people by a process of cloning.

Many years ago the neo cons collected the genetic blueprints of all Indigenous people around the world. Our blood samples were deposited into a blood bank in Washington DC. It was a scheme concocted by some scientists, the CIA and the military to take control of our DNA. They are trying to contaminate our blood to destroy the continuing connection between us, our ancestors, future generations and our land.

Those with Indigenous DNA are to be eliminated. We will be replaced by those who profess to be “aboriginal” or are a cloned duplicate.

Why? The claim to our land is based on genetics. There is a finite mystical bond between us and our land. To get our land, they have to break the bond. They have to know who the Indigenous are. Getting rid of us is the only way they can claim Turtle Island free of any connection to the true Onkwehonweh.

They will do anything to usurp our authority over Onowarekeh/Turtle Island. They use the pen and we use the truth. Now they’re trying to take our constitution, the Great Law, so they can be us. Then as us they will set themselves up as the Onkwehonweh/Indigenous and declare sovereignty over Turtle Island. They can never be us.

Red-X knows about this plan. They are torturing him to make him divulge the secrets of how we are defending ourselves.

What is going to happen to the colonists’ system of demoralization? They are going to be devoured by the brutal world they have made. They will be obliviated by the inferno of nuclear weaponry they have created.

For good minded people to make it through this storm, they will have to comprehend the possibilities of developing a more translucent physical body that must increase its molecular cellular structure to go into a much higher frequency that allows one to literally take cover and refuge in the Third Dimension. This a world of perfect reality that exists right before our very eyes but which many of us have not been able to see for a long time. The perfect reality can transform everybody.

How do we increase our frequency of ability to see it? How did the church and colonial state manipulate our mental and psychic energy to destroy our ability to know our total self?

Red-X always was and always will be. He can appear in a black beaded hood, a gustowah or a breach cloth. No one has ever seen his skin. When his glasses are taken off, there are no eyes. Those little black circles are but the portholes into the Third Dimension. There is no DNA. The people who torture us keep getting burned and flooded.

The “neo cons” keep telling us that conflicts can only be solved with war. If that’s their view, then they will never be fair or truthful. They will want to continue to burn us. We will continue to flood them because they are not from here.

When we negotiate from the highest reality they can see who we really are. The enemy class has to take responsibility for their acts of oppression.

Red-X represents the Great Law that is in all of us in the perfect Onkwehonweh world. Jigosaseh is the spokesperson for all the women of the world.

The Red-X said that, “The time will come when the women will tell us to declare whatever has to be declared. Women know maternal love. They are sensitive and close to creation. The colonists have a choice. They can take a grand leap of faith and deal with us with the same love and generosity they want shown to themselves. Or they can continue to try to get rid of us one way or another, according to their perverted and false sense of economy”. In the end, the Red-X said, “It is the women who will decide when enough is enough!”

For the eternally literal, this is a message from the Red-X.

RED-X BEING TORTURED IN DUNGEON

MNN. June 22, 2007. The Red-X was apprehended by the special “anti-terrorist” forces constituted by the U.S., Canada and Europe to institute terror. They have taken Red-X for special “attention” and to get him out of the way for the June 29th “Phil Fontaine Day”. Without giving him any reason or charges, he was taken away under some new law to a state that excels in torture. No one heard from him for several days. Once in a while, we heard static and beeps coming into our minds but nothing more.Suddenly a telepathic message flashed telling us how he was tortured by a special squad. They were dressed in black with black hoods. They looked something like Darth Vader’s gang. They used all the old tactics like inserting large objects into his rectum which he expelled into their faces, knocking out one eye. They siced beasts on him to frighten, bite and anally rape him. These animals ended up trying to help him and even licked some of his wounds, which drove his tormenters nuts. They also tried to put a computer chip in his brain so they could track him. They were unsuccessful because his body rejected it. He did not have the necessary anti-rejection chemicals in his system. It fell on the floor and broke into a thousand pieces. Derogatory terms were constantly hurled at him, like “dirty red sand nigger and maggot”, “Wagon burner, “big papoose” and “chief”.

They squashed his testicles which bounced back like silly putty. “You’re part of the resistance”, they kept yelling at him in frustration.

The U.S. has some of the most refined torture methods in the world. They want to show our people what they can do to us if we resist them. They deprived him of all his senses and tactile contact, in the hopes he would go crazy. That didn’t work either because he knows they can hold onto or destroy his body but they can’t touch his spirit. He will always know who he is.

They want to convince our people who they consider to be “rogues” to hand over all our oil, minerals and natural resources to the U.S. and whoever is controlling them without a fight.

They think if they can get the Red-X, then everybody else will fall. The colonists don’t know we do not have leaders. Another favorite from their arsenal of torture is “water boarding”. He was strapped to a board, turned upside down and immersed in a wet towel to simulate drowning until he lost conscious. The trouble is that the Red-X is consciousness, so he couldn’t lose it.

Another one was a drip from the ceiling onto his forehead for days on end. He drank up all the water and regenerated himself.

“They tried to behead me but saw the scar on my neck”, he said. They decided against this because they figured that the Third Dimension would come and sew it back on like they did before. That happened when he was beheaded as an 8-year old at the residential school run by the churches for the colonial government.

‘They told me that they’re going to put their flags on Turtle Island once and for all, whether we like it or not”. They told him, “That means we’ve conquered you”. Then they continued bullying the Red-X.

We have been under sanctions for 500 years. It has killed millions of our men, women and babies. Is it possible for us to forgive them? We are the only ones that have the capacity to do that because we are still human. The invaders lost that ability a long time ago. They desensitized their conscience so they have no more sense of morality. They don’t seem to know what is right or wrong. They’ve lost their souls. That’s why they were and are able to commit all this cruelty against us and our land. That’s why they can’t sense the pain they inflict on us when they torture us.

Do we want the corporate butchers to completely ruin us and our land? Can we let them sell off all our assets and control our resources?

We want freedom and independence. What can we do about our saboteurs? We want the colonists to leave and to take the traitors with them. Turtle Island will never be theirs. We will always resist this illegal, immoral occupation.

The occupiers are causing us harm, sickness, poverty and lawlessness. We need clean drinking water, good hospitals, food on the table, safety in the streets, and our homes not to be attacked by foreign trespassers like the RCMP, OPP, SQ and their “Indian” police henchmen. These troops are making sure that our lives will have nothing but misery, poverty, disease and fear. The trauma suffered by our children are some of the most brutal strategies ever devised by man. The residential schools holocaust has lasted for generations.

We survived that. We are capable of overcoming any atrocity because the peacemaker, Dekanawida, gave us that ability. We cannot become like our oppressors. One day can we drive them out? Peace over Turtle Island could drive them all away. If the colonists keep up their cruelty, we could end up hating them. We can’t wait to see them all on those sailing ships leaving New York harbor going back to where they came from. We’ll stand on the shore and wave good-bye to them.

The Red-X implicitly stated previously that, “We should be very mindful of why Phil of the Assembly of First Nations is calling for “resistance” on the June 29th ”Phil Fontaine Day”. He is in reality working with the enemy class to smoke out any opposition to them, as they did in Gustafsen Lake in 1995 and Kanehsatake/Oka in 1990”.

MNN received a vivid image of the Red-X nursing his wounds and a light tear rolled down his hooded cheek. This came to us from the porthole of the Third Dimension. The tears he shed were not for himself. It was for the people who must continue in the meantime to endure this misery of everyday existence under colonial rule.

THE PLOT THICKENS:

JUNE 29 LOOKIN’ MORE LIKE A SNARE TO TRAP USMNN. June 21, 2007. The AFN and the RCMP set up the “AFN/RCMP Joint Task Force” among themselves with a mission to work together to curtail something that has not happened yet? The cops are assuming [hoping] that crimes will be committed on the June 29th day of mourning for the unacknowledged holocaust and the desecration of Turtle Island. We have given no indication whatsoever that we intend any violence. How do they know in advance that there will be crimes committed? Phil keeps giving out dire warnings about people breaking Canada’s law. Are the police arranging it? Are they sending in agent provocateurs to create them?

The June 20th Globe and Mail reports, “Flanked by some of the top police officers in the country, Phil Fontaine issued a clear warning yesterday to aboriginal protesters plotting a wide range of mischief in the coming days. And if they so wish to engage in civil disobedience, they can, as long as they’re prepared to accept the consequences.” Said Phil Fontaine. What mischief is he talking about? To demand respect for our jurisdiction? What about the mischief Canada’s is up to.

This is where we see it’s a set up. We know whose side Phil’s on. We can tell it’s all planned.

Phil’s warning to us came after a ceremony at his office in Ottawa where the AFN/RCMP JTF3 agreement was signed. There too were Bev “Scapegoat” Busson of the RCMP, Julian “Little Mouselini” Fantino of the OPP and Stéphane “Frenchy” Chabot of the Sûreté du Québec. All these police forces are being or have been recently investigated and found criminally responsible for theft and murder. They’re trying to divert attention away from themselves.

Phil Fontaine of the colonial Assembly of First Nations is part of the obfuscation conspiracy to make this happen. For weeks he was promoting the demonstration and initially announced it. Now he’s telling us we can all be arrested. This is a classical case of entrapment. This time it involves all the Indigenous nations.

Millions of government funds are being spent on orchestrating this demonstration across the country. Phil, as co-conspirator, should be arrested immediately for inciting violence. He is creating a situation where crimes are going to be committed.

The police usually hire the agents where crimes are likely to be committed. They’ve always done that. We notice that some conspirators do a lot of law breaking but never get charged. This is the up front tactic, to give them immunity. The cops tried to create chaos again and again without success at Six Nations, Akwesasne, Tyendinaga, Kahnawake, Kanehsatake, Gustafsen Lake and Ipperwash to name a few.

Phil’s sidekick is a known imposter, Guillaume Carle, head of a phony “Indian” organization, the Confederation of Aboriginal People of Canada CONK. Phil and Guillaume are working to get rid of Indian affairs. Even though Indian Affairs is not doing it, its their obligation to protect our interests. Phil and his gang of real estate and development brokers want to be the middle men in all land claims negotiations and resource development and sales in the future. They want to make the deals with the international investors and get commission for doing so.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper has said that we have been handled with “kid gloves” by the previous governments. He’s going to “lay down the law. We are going to show them who is the boss!” Does that sound like a threat? Even at its height the British Empire weren’t so blunt.

Guillaume “Paid-to-be-an-Indian” Carle, has deep pockets. He’s canceling his “mega-gathering” in front of the Indian Affairs Building known as the “Tower of Terror”. This guy’s been unmasked as a phony and kicked out of Maniwaki, Barriere Lake, Kanesatake, Akwesasne and elsewhere. He wants his picture taken with real Indians so he can get some kind of recognition as a “Metis”.

Carle staged a March to blockade Quebec’s Route 117, waving warrior flags. No Indians were there. One showed up to see what was going on. Carle says he represents ‘all’ off-reserve aboriginals! He sells Indian status cards for $23 a year, or $46 for two years. He’s committing fraud and the cops turn the other way. Why? Because he’s not an Indian.

He says his “constitutional rights” are being violated because his phone is tapped and he is being watched by the police. If he’s claiming to be a native, he doesn’t have any constitutional rights. No native would own up to that phony constitution.

Mr. Carle was joined by Guy Frigon, who leads the Quebec wing of CONK. He says he’s a member of the Mohawk Warriors Society. We checked him out. None of our men ever heard of him. We checked Interpol. Carle and Frigon are not on the list, so they can’t be Indian.

Police want control. Phil has been hired to help them. Who’s pulling their strings?

They are going to do their best to provoke us into committing a violent act. If one of their agents sucker punches us, are they expecting us to turn the other cheek? One response from us might result in a bloodbath.

This June 29th “Day of Protest” is a government project being erected at the expense of the taxpayers. They hired Phil Fontaine to set it up. Since Phil is the organizer and head conspirator, if any wrong doing takes place, he should be the first one arrested for inciting violence. Okay cops, get the tiniest handcuffs ready for him.

The public needs to stand with us and be witnesses to who the real criminals are.

Commissioner Fantino said the day will go smoothly, but the OPP expects [to create] a few “exceptions.” We are all fair game to them.

We need to keep our eyes and ears open. We could be trapped into being involved in someone else’s law breaking so that the cops can go after those they want out of the way. They are out to harass their enemies and it is us.

Fontaine is nervous about how events will play out because he’s the front man for the government. He’s doing their dirty work. Watch out, folks. We don’t need anything else to mourn about.

He works in cooperation with the occupying forces and leads them to kill or capture the resisters. Is there a coup in the works? The three largest police forces in Canada are working together. All three have been investigated recently for corruption and criminality – where heads rolled. They’re all looking for something to take public attention off their misdeeds. The new heads appear to be mostly handpicked by the oligarchy. Now they’re setting a trap to arrest the only people who dare to resist their goose stepping march toward totalitarianism, the Indigenous people.

June 29th is being planned and financed by the Canadian government at the behest of their “masters”. This is a “set up” to create a situation to justify the declaring of martial law across the country.

Yesterday the colonizer’s hired “saboteur”, Phil Fontaine, got together with Interim RCMP Commissioner, Bev Busson , Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner Julian “Little Mouselini” Fantino, the head of the Quebec Police and who knows who else [maybe some U.S. intelligence agents?] They signed an “anti-violence agreement”. [Remember Orwell’s 1984 where all ministries were named the exact opposite of what they were doing?]. The newspapers report this as a “Joint AFN/RCMP Response Team”. Fantino reported we are lumped in with “no fly lists” and “terrorists”. Oh-oh!! Here we go again. Remember Joint Task Force 2? What’s this, JTF3?

Phil, we don’t know what kind of a trap you’re helping Canada to set for us. Someone said that maybe you’re trying to help them “smoke out” our leaders. They don’t understand our system. We don’t have any leaders. We know we are all equal.

Nevertheless, the alarm bells are screaming for all of us who know a bit about international law and the history of Indigenous relations with Canada . At best this “Tree house gang” is ignorant. More likely they are puppets of the “cabal” that is establishing the police state.

These kids in the tree house are signing accords among themselves and planning how and when they’re going to sic the JTF3 on us? They’re dangerous. They may be acting like a bunch of 9-years olds, but the guns are real and we’re in the cross hairs.

Let’s not forget, these are cops, not politicians who have to answer to the public. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

These snot-nosed Machiavelli’s say they’re worried that things will [they hope] turn “ugly”. Look at what we already have – the holocaust, the rape, pillage and poisoning of our land by multinational mining and oil companies, the pollution, the murders, the starlight tours, the missing 500 women, the scandalous residential schools genocide strategy, the destruction of the caribou, fish stocks and other traditional sources of food, desperate poverty, millions spent on communications strategies to demonize us, the tainted water, the suicides, the despair and the third world living conditions. How bad do things have to get to call things ugly?

Canada has it upside down and backwards. They haven’t established THEIR claims to our lands. We don’t have a thing to prove. The land is ours. Their the ones with unsettled claims to our lands. Phil. This is about our “jurisdiction”.

Bev better brush up on international law and democracy 101. 1. We are not part of Canada : International law has determined that no people can be absorbed into a foreign state unless the majority have given their informed consent through a free and fair vote. We never voted to become part of Canada or the British Empire . We were never conquered. We never gave up gave our sovereignty or jurisdiction. It’s still here and it’s still the law.

We took no part in that BNA Act 1867 that was passed by Britain ’s parliament to set up the Dominion of Canada . That’s a law for Canadians, not for us. Section 91(24) gives Canada the right only to negotiate WITH us on behalf of the British Empire . That’s all! Canada has no right to make laws for us. It doesn’t now and it never has, except in someone’s fantasy. [Check your archives].

2. The AFN does not represent us. The Indian Act was illegally passed by Canada ’s Parliament and does not govern us, just as Mexican and U.S. legislation does not apply to Canadians. We’re not part of Canada . The AFN is a colonial office invented by Canada . It’s not legal. 3. Our relations with Canada are nation-to-nation. The AFN, RCMP, OPP and the SQ have no authority to conduct diplomatic relations on behalf of Canada . Their attempts constitute international aggression.

We hear that Canada is passing an “endangered species” act that protects every form of nature that was here before colonization, except us.

Let’s get back to June 29th. It’s a day of peaceful mourning for the unrecognized holocaust, the pillage of us and our land. The rail lines, roads, bridges, cities, dams are all trespassing on our territories. They were put there without our permission. The Supreme Court of Canada is just beginning to recognize that our consent is required to do anything on our jurisdiction. That means Onowarekeh/Turtle Island .

Before you freak out, take a step back and think. Despite the tragedies you have inflicted on us, we have never attacked your right to live. By contrast you have always attacked our right to live. Your colonial government has always defended the theft of our land and resources by both foreign corporations and private individuals.

As Garry Kasparov, the former Russian Chess World Champion, told the Empire Club of Toronto , “Every system will contain a problem that cannot be solved within the system itself”. One of the problems that cannot be solved within the existing Canadian system is the ugly colonial legacy of how Canada continues to illegally occupy our land and exploit our resources. Canada cannot solve its problem with us internally because it’s not an internal problem. Our resources are not even benefiting Canadians. They’re being sent out to foreign countries.

More than anything else, June 29th is a day of mourning. Bev Busson, we’d like you to join us by carrying a placard that says, “Respect international law”. Mr. Fantino could carry one that says, “Respect the rights of Indigenous people”, and Phil could carry one that says, “Down with Traitors”. The Quebec Police could carry one saying, “Respect Mohawk Jurisdiction”.

No guns. No arrest. No pepper sprays. If you can’t be peaceful, stay away. Get out of our jurisdiction, which is all of Canada . Leave us alone.

Phil, stop pretending you represent us. We are not your flock. You are their colonial flunkie. Everything will be peaceful if you stay with your colonial masters. Get some psychological help with your delusions of grandeur. Julian, stop sucking up to the oligarchy and stop threatening us.

If Canada is setting up the JTF3 to engage in civil disobedience against us, then they should be prepared to accept the consequences. Meanwhile, we are asking the world community to recognize Canada for what it is, one of the most ruthless undemocratic states in the world.

COMMENCEMENT MESSAGE TO INDIGENOUS LAW GRADS:

“PICK YOUR PATH CAREFULLY”MNN. June 17, 2007. The following question came to MNN from an Indigenous law grad, “…do you feel comfortable passing yourself off as a legal authority?” Yeah! On our law!

Obviously this law graduate has been totally indoctrinated. He assumes that law is the exclusive preserve of “experts”. Law is based on prior and informed consent of the people concerned, not on the power to conquer, oppress and control. In a real democracy law is made and known by all. It’s not based on authority. There is a presumption that ignorance of the law is no excuse. So ignorance of our original law and inherent jurisdiction by the colonists is no excuse for their criminality.

It’s a risky business sending our kids to law [brainwashing] school to learn about the colonizer’s customs and bad habits of thoughts. We hope they do not become colonized or colonizers themselves through the intense brainwashing process they are put through. We do have to know what they’re about. We’ve found out their law is the art of trickery, wording and using deceit to win “through manipulation of timing and rules”, as Indian Affairs Minister Jim “Jonestown” Prentice proposes to settle their claims to our land.

We have the Kaianereh’ko:wa, the Great Law of Peace. It outlines our relationship to the natural world on the land we were created known as “Onowarekeh”/Turtle Island. We Kanionkehaka/Mohawk must uphold our responsibilities as the trustees for the generations to come. Other indigenous nations take a similar approach to law. Our law is what the Americans tried to copy when they rejected “subject status” to become independent from Britain and tried to establish a democracy. Unfortunately, they did not understand democracy or human equality. They were blinded by greed for our resources.

For those who want to understand the legal history of Onowarekeh, Robert A. Williams did a study called the “American Indian in Western Legal Thought: the discourses of conquest”. This book “identifies and explains intellectual foundations …to justify keeping the Indian on the outside looking in”. It shows how their medieval background forms their behavior on Turtle Island.

Another book is Theodore W. Allen, “The Invention of the White Race”. The Euro-American legal system is all about oppression and social control. It sets up the elite to enslave the majority of the people, regardless of color. We Indigenous could not be enslaved because of our highly developed knowledge of the egalitarian relationships with the natural world.

Racism is a critical part of colonization. The elite need other people to slave for them to run their system. Their policy for us became extermination. They carried out a “holocaust” that killed 115 million or more of our people. Then they brought people from their own countries and captured Africans and worked them to death.

The colonizers created a sick and twisted racial divide. They focused their psychotic attention on enslaving Africans by conditioning people to think that people of color should naturally be slaves. This is because they’re a bunch of greedy lazy blood sucking parasites who live off others.

In our constitutional jurisdiction case in 2005, we found the web of deceit compounded one on top of the other. Justice Clarence Thomas of the US Supreme Court upheld the natural law principle when he said in Lara v. USA that he could find no evidence that any Indigenous nation had ever surrendered our sovereignty or any of our land. We got it to the U.S. Supreme Court where they refused to answer our question about how they illegally exercise jurisdiction we never gave them. Other schemes were used to enslave their own people. It’s not just prisons and police. It’s the way children are indoctrinated in schools. It’s fear mongering creating defeatism. It’s mortgages, taxes, fines, parking tickets, municipal ordnances, phony borders and stringent identity cards. Anyone who tries to escape the puppet masters’ control will be punished and economically excluded. To join the “American dream”, one must “obey” and let them kill your spirit. Or we have to hide it under a rock. The only right their citizens have is to change their oppressors every now and then.

A third book is William Cronon’s “Changes in the Land: Indians, Colonists, and the Ecology of New England”. It shows how Onowarekeh was originally cared for by our ancestors to make it fertile and flourishing where people lived long lives in good health. European land management practices attacked nature as an enemy. This changed the climate and began the process of environmental destruction that continues to this day making the land practically unlivable for all.

Before 1066 common law was based on the local customs and ways of England. When William the Conqueror of Normandy France invaded, “feudalism” was imposed on the British in which a king made all decisions and all law was centralized on himself and his court. This resulted in the hierarchical system in England. They want everyone to be sucked into their obsession that anarchy is chaos. They don’t accept a society where everyone is equal, where no one is in command.

The colonial “command and obey” model comes from “feudalism gone wild”. It’s like a two-year old who objects to the discovery that there are other people in the world.

Some lawyers never get beyond this stage. They look for jobs with the biggest powerful law firm. They become the “henchmen” of mega corps[e], looking for ways to use “law” to funnel money and power into their master’s pockets. They become junkies for the perks they get on the side. They forget about us and our laws. They get tempted by the chance to dip into corporate money bags and turn against our people.

Law graduates have to decide what kind of law they’re defending. Colonial laws do not promote human equality and are meant to exterminate us. You also need lots of money to defend yourself from this corporate system. We are living in a time of corruption, oppression and a delusion of prosperity that comes before a collapse, like the Roman patricians who ate until they vomited.

“Legally speaking the colonizers can’t dictate anything to us, but they keep on trying” means we are using laws defined in the founding charter of the UN that all member states have agreed to. All humans are equal. Law can only be made with the prior informed consent of the majority of those it is applied to.

Europeans can’t handle this. Our ancestors negotiated the “Two Row Wampum Agreement” with our “visitors” as the basis of our relationship in the early post-contact period. This is the only principle on which all people in the world will agree to as a basis for legality. Our two different societies can travel together as long as they stay in their boat and don’t try to come into ours. We have the inherent right to our land and resources. They have to make arrangements with us to live here.

They refuse to treat us as equals at the talks about their claim to our land and resources. It’s normal for these foreign colonial states to let corporations like DeBeers Diamonds destroy the land of Northern Ontario forever during the next 17 years in return for the “quick profit” of a few. They don’t care about making the environment completely unlivable. Now we hear that another cockroach [Paul Martin] is taking run at our pantry. He’s ready to load all our resources on his ships and send them out for his own enrichment.

Colonial law boils down to obedience to authority backed by the gun.

After law school we need to reconnect with our own and with the natural laws of whichever part of Onowarekeh we come from. In northern Quebec the Crees and Inuit close down their schools, construction projects and whatever they are involved in that is connected to colonial society. They go into the bush to stay connected to the land and our environment. We have a need to let nature dictate how to behave.

The elite of colonial society give jobs to those who are fresh out of school and easy to manipulate. They are trained not to listen to their elders, particularly women. The young inexperienced women lawyers are willing to adopt male roles in a hierarchical society.

Recent graduates, think carefully about which path you are taking. If our lawyers build their legal careers on law that is based on egalitarian principles, they will do good things for our people, for the future generations and for humankind in general. If they practice colonial law as a power game, without questioning authority, they are the puppets of the colonizers.

We Indigenous have survived because our women and elders have always been involved in the development of our policies.

FONTAINE’S LYNCHING PARTY WITH RCMP, OPP & SQ

Brothers, Sisters, Friends and Allies:Phil Fontaine is hosting a negotiations lynching party in his colonial office in Ottawa tomorrow morning at 10:15 am. with the RCMP, OPP and the SQ. We can only conclude they are working out covert acts of aggression to stir things up on the June 29th day of action that has been planned “to mourn the rape, pillage and colonization of Turtle Island”.

Canadian citizen Phil Fontaine pretends to speak for us. He has been placed in this position by his bosses, the Canadian government under imposed Canadian laws. He is paid by Canada. He reports to Canada. He does not report to us or represent us in any sense of the word. This secret meeting is further evidence of his collusion with Canada against us.

We know cops. They can’t keep their fingers off lethal toys and are trigger happy especially when they have an “Indian” in their sights.

Fontaine seems to be setting himself up as a top policeman over Indigenous people in the police state that is being created. He wants so desperately to complete his job of helping Canada to undermine us that he will go to any means to help Canada assert its fantasy.

“Public Safety and Security Protocol Renewal signing between Assembly of First Nations and RCMP

Bev Busson will sign a Public Safety and Security Protocol tomorrow morning at approximately
10:15 a.m. This is the renewal for another term of a three year protocol agreement, originally signed in 2004.

Witnessing the agreement will be OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino and Stéphane Chabot, Député Director Géneral of the Sûreté du Québec. Prior to the protocol signing. the RCMP, OPP and SQ will meet with the National Chief to discuss concerns and approaches to addressing public safety during the National Day of Action on June 29th.
