TEWENATSOTAH – WE ARE THE IMMOVABLES

MNN. FEB.,10 2020  CP RAIL

We are kanienkehaka Mohawk, one of the people placed on turtle island by creation since time immemorial. Our covenant with creation is to help bring peace and freedom to everyone in the world. We are caretakers for all of turtle island forever, from pole to pole, ocean to ocean.

ARRESTS OF MATRIARCHS AND WOMEN.

The band councils are created by parliament to assist the para military police in attacking us. They represent Canada. The response here began when kentekeh was threatened with violence by CN Rail. Now the para-military RCMP have taken action against unist’ot’en today.

An outside nation that invades our land, captures our people and places us in POW camps [reservations] is an act of war. The attack on the wetsuweten is the continuation of colonial and corporate governments genocide of us, our lands and resources.

Government of Canada has stated to the UN that they are seeking reconciliation for all the wrongs they have perpetrated on us. This is a sales pitch so they can hoodwink the UN Security Council and gain a permanent seat on the Security Council.

Canada’a Admiralty Courts and their Criminal Code are illegal as they are based upon the Indian act. They claim jurisdiction over our land through the Indian Lands Acts of October 25th 1924. It is the biggest land theft in the history of the world. They have no authority to make decisions on foreign sovereigns. We are not part of Canada. The original people and our allies shall not allow this invasive species to propagate any longer to destroy the natural species on turtle island. Our prime covenant with creation is to survive and coexist with all life as brothers and sisters on this our mother earth.

An agreement on our relationship was established with the guidance of the two row wampum, teiohateh. Canada immediately violated this. The have no right to be on turtle island.

The courts of Canada do not have any jurisdiction over us. We are holding space in kahnawake in solidarity with our onkwehonweh family at wetsuweten. Foreign police forces have invaded our terrorities and have disturbed the peace of all people.

A LAWN CHAIR WAS PLACED ON THE ADIRONDACK RAILWAY TRACKS IN THE MIDST OF KAHNAWAKE TO STOP RAILWAY TRAFFIC.

We say to the corporation of the government of Canada to stop your aggression and immediately withdraw. You don’t belong here because you violate the kaianerekowa.

The invasion was not an act of creation. We ask our friends and allies to join hands with us.

As Sonny and Cher remind us, the beat goes on:“Grandmas sit in chairs and reminisce. Boys keep chasing girls to get a kiss. The cars keep going faster all the time. Bums still cry. ‘Hey, buddy, have you got a dime? and the beat goes on”.

FIGHT AGAINST ILLEGAL PIPELINES CONTINUES

Please post & distribute.

MNN. 22 Jan. 2020. The cana’jon [canadians] have once again  brought worldwide attention to their criminality and theft of onkwehonweh land and resources.  Warrior societies of turtle island are on alert.  In 1990 the military surrounded the kanienkehaka Mohawks, stopped all communication, cut off food and supplies and surrounded the community with over 5000 heavily armed soldiers with weapons of war.

ONLY THE TRUE ORIGINAL PEOPLE OF TURTLE ISLAND ARE THE TEWATATAWI, THE ONLY SOVEREIGNS.

In 1990 for 78 days the rotinoshonni [Iroquois] protected their land as directed by creation. They were surrounded by paid professional killers. The kanienkehaka Mohawks were holding up the Two Row and the great peace, which is the duty of every native on turtle island.

On September 26, 1990 the people learned that the Quebec Police and Canadian Army were going to abruptly end the “Crisis”. In BC the natives are protecting mother earth and the land for their future generations.

THE WETSUWETEN & GITSKAN ARE ASSERTING THEIR SOVEREIGNTY.  THEY ARE NOT ALONE. WE ARE WITH THEM.

The army’s plan in Oka was to set up two tents in front of the center. One was for the women and children to go into and the other was for the men and boys. The media stoppage was to prevent truthful documentation of the criminal acts that were planned. Worldwide attention and support stopped the mass murder.

The clans called a meeting to plan their strategy. They decided not to separate the people from the men and boys. Tobacco was burnt and the words were said.

Around 5.00 PM the people came out of the Centre. They walked out together intermixed, unarmed, unafraid to face the enemy.

THATS RIGHT. WE REFUSED TO LET THE ENEMY DICTATE TO US. THEY HAD NO JUSTIFICATION TO RESORT TO VIOLENCE. BUT THEY DID ANYWAY.

Almost all the people were rounded up and put in buses. They were driven to an Army Base and held as prisoners of war.

All the captives said “No comment” in all the interrogations that followed. The similarities between Oka 1990 and Wetsuweten and Gitskan 2020 are eerily similar. We wonder if Canada learned anything about their mistakes at Oka?

The immortal Hank Williams had a way to make fun of serious situations. The government of Canada is in one serious situation after another with the onkwehonweh. “Now you’re looking at a man that’s gettin kind of mad. He’s had a lot of luck, but it’s all been bad. I could buy a Sunday suit and it would leave me broke. If I had two pairs of pants, I could burn the coat. No matter how I struggle and strive I’ll never get out of this world alive.”

WOMEN OF THE WORLD UNITE AGAINST WAR!

Please post and distribute.

MNN. Jan. 21, 2020.  All women throughout the world must stand up at this time for humanity. We are the givers of life. We bear the children. The communities where these children are born is the jurisdiction of the women, the progenitors of the people.

NOW IS THE TIME FOR THE FEMALE ENERGY TO BRING PEACE BACK TO THE WORLD. MEN ARE THERE TO PROTECT AND SUPPORT THEM.

It is time for the women to take our place in the decision making process about how the male energy has created war for the last few hundred years.  No one knows a boy better than their mother. That is why only the women should chose the male leaders.

We can bring peace in each community that adopts this philosophy until it engulfs the entire planet. We women say ‘no more war’ in any of our communities.

The woman is the “good path maker”.  We will not allow anyone into our communities that is involved in war.

World on Fire, Sarah and Robbie tell us, we must take our place, “Don’t fight it, ignite it, this much I am sure. It is time to set this world on fire. It is time to push it to the edge. Burn it to the ground and trip the wire. It may never be this good again”.

RCMP Exclusion Zone on Wet'suwet'en Territory

RCMP are now blocking access to Wet'suwet'en territory, and only allowing hereditary chiefs that THEY approve to enter our own unceded lands. Our Wet'suwet'en people and family members are being blocked off the territory, while RCMP say that they are in a position to decide who is and who isn't a chief.Police have blocked media and supplies out, and they are enforcing a modern day pass system - forcing people to identify themselves in order to come and go from our own unceded lands.Wet'suwet'en lands are unceded, untreatied, and unsurrendered. We maintain full jurisdiction, and the right to decide what happens on our lands. Our chiefs have unanimously asked RCMP to pack up and leave their remote detachment, but instead RCMP are increasing their presence - in anticipation of using violence against our people to force their way onto our lands.Call to action: https://www.yintahaccess.com/Donate: https://www.gofundme.com/f/gidimt039en-strong

Now all you Canadians . . .  This has everything to do with you. Your Canada Pension money and tax dollars are supporting the breaking of Wet’suwet’en law and the reckless disregard for their Peoples who are now shut off by the starvation ring of the RCMP exclusion zone. This government is committing this crime against humanity on your behalf.

Canada has NEVER secured the right to access this land except at the point of a gun and mass of forces.

This is what you support with your silence.

Hiding behind their curtains and telling themselves a crime against humanity was none of their business because the “rule of law” said it was legal.

HARRY, MEGAN & ARCHIE WILL DECOLONIZE THE CANA’JON

Please post & distribute.

MNN. January 13, 2020. UK Prince Harry and his family want to in live in onowarekeh, turtle island. Whatever nation receives them will bestow names on them which are “hung around the neck”. They should learn to speak a native language and follow the kaianerekowa, the great peace.

Dual citizenship is illegal in the great law. They can only follow the kaianerekowa or they cannot survive here.

Kayoni tsata niwasen:

Ken enskahawiteh, tosa onka ne onkwanakerasera ne enkatroyat nahosenna tsinon tatinakeraton. Ne tonayetowayrehreh ne tenkasterihateh ne enwatokten ne skennen.”

Translation: … such a family or families [who want to live on turtle island] shall have ceased forever to bear their birth nation’s name and have buried it in the depth of the earth. Henceforth let no one of our nation ever mention the original name or nation of their birth. To do so will hasten the end of our peace.

Otherwise they are colonial settlers squatting on stolen native land like all the other ‘Cana’jon’ squatters.

Our role is to spread the great peace throughout the world. We went to Europe in 1710 to do that. In 1923 we went again by sending Deskahe to the League of Nations to spread the great peace.

The Queen is a shareholder of the Crown which ‘claims’ ownership of onowarekeh. The Crown is the Vatican. Iontonheton, creation, set us the natural people and all natural life on turtle island. “onwe” means we are the people of the forever. The Indian interest can never be removed.

Harry mentioned wanting to live in the United States, which is also a company owned by the Crown. Harry wants to become a businessman. If he conducts his business the Iroquois way where he has 100% concensus on all decisions made in his company, he would be showing the proper way to do business.

When he comes he will begin the decolonization process of turtle island.

Donovan singing to Saffron could be Harry singing to Megan. Them leaving their royal duties behind could be considered very “mellow yellow”:

CANA’JON [CANADA] COMMITTING ‘ACTS OF WAR’ ON WETSUWETEN

MNN. Cana’jon* [Canada] keeps attention on Iran rather than the acts of war it is conducting against the sovereign Wetsuweten people. Police documents show the Cana’jon ordered the RCMP to use lethal force, shooting them if necessary.

Prime Minister Trudeau paints the façade of world peace while authorizing the RCMP to “sterilize the site” so Coastal Gaslink pipeline can be built through unceded native land known as “British Columbia”, a private corporation.

MNN: IRAN: HISTORIC SUPPORTER OF INDIGENOUS RIGHTS

Please post and distribute.

RE-EDITED FROM OCT. 8, 2012.

We feel the time has come to republish this important letter delivered to our Iranian allies in 2012.

Iran always supported human rights of the Indigenous people of Great Turtle Island.  When Terrance Nelson of Manitoba informed us that he was going to Iran to speak about the continued genocide of our people, he took the following letter.  Iran supported the Iroquois Confederacy application for a seat in the League of Nations in 1923.

Jan 10, 2020

TO THE PEOPLE OF IRAN:

She:kon,

You always supported our human rights efforts, especially in 1923. Briefly, the Iroquois Confederacy sent Levi General, the Deskaheh, to get recognition for our people at the League of Nations.  He came from Grand River [Ontario].

With a Haudenosaunee passport, he went to Geneva, Switzerland to speak at the League of Nations in 1923.  There he presented “The Red Man’s Appeal for Justice,” and reminded the Europeans of their obligations under the Guswentha, Two Row Wampum. This pact was made in 1701 between the 48 Indigenous Nations and our allies of Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island with the Europeans. It is the only agreement giving foreigners the right to live on our land.  They violated it and their occupation is illegal.

Iran supported our effort.  British, American and Canadian pressure was too strong for Deskaheh to continue.  He returned home.

On October 7 1924 the Royal Canadian Mounted Police investigated him. Then they dissolved the traditional Six Nations government, stole important documents and wampums, created the Indian Advancement Act and the reservations.  The Canadian government declared an immediate election to displace the traditional government. Deskaheh was forbidden to return to his home and family.  He was murdered in Tuscarora New York after giving his famous last speech on the radio on March 10, 1925, against the United States and Canada’s policies of genocide.

“In Ottawa, they call that policy “Indian Advancement”. In Washington, they call it “Assimilation.” We say it is outright tyranny. If this must go on, we would rather that you come with your guns and poison gases and get rid of us that way. Do it openly and above board.”

Historically, Iranians have been champions of justice.  We remember you for your goodness, good minds and for always looking out for us.  Nia:wen, Kahentinetha, Woman Title Holder, Bear Clan, Kanionkehaka/Mohawk Nation”.

Terrance was interviewed on Iran TV.  He spoke about the continued genocide of our people that Canada is built upon, particularly about the theft of our natural resources and the targeting of our women.   The police are not investigating this.   Their goal has always been, “kill the Indian”.

MOHAWK WARRIORS ELITE: EGYPT TO WW1

Please post & distribute.

MNN. 8 Nov. 2019. In 1884 the British soldiers lead by British General Gordon were trapped in Khartoum in Egypt. They needed supplies, food and ammunition.

No one could get through the treacherous rapids on the Nile known as the “Cataracts”. Only the kanionkehaka [Mohawks] of Kahnawake were known for their skill in shooting such dangerous rapids. They lived by the Lachine Rapids, the strongest in the world. They expertly took huge cargoes in long canoes over some of the world’s most treacherous rapids. 59 Mohawks volunteered for this dangerous mission in Egypt. 16 were lost. They took their long canoes to shoot the rapids on the Nile. They got to Khartoum. Everybody there had been slaughtered.

MOHAWKS EXPERTLY TRAVERSE THE DEADLY FAST WATER AND ROCKS.

GUEST STORY: “Mighty Indigenous Warriors: From Egypt to the First World War

On the left of the graphic, Tatânga Mânî [Chief Walking Buffalo] [George McLean] in traditional regalia on horse. In the middle, Iggi and girl engaging in a “kunik”, a traditional greeting in Inuit culture. On the right, Maxime Marion, a Métis guide stands holding a rifle. In the background, there is a map of Upper and Lower Canada, and text from the Red River Settlement collection.

By Elizabeth Kawenaa Montour and Sara Chatfield

When First Nations, Inuit and Métis Nation were recruited in 1914 to fight in the First World War, enlistees were not aware of the new reality of 20th-century warfare. As a prelude to the First World War, in 1884, approximately 56 Kanienkenha:ka (Mohawk), 30 Ojibway and 19 Métis men were recruited for Britain’s six-month Nile expedition in Egypt totalling 400 men. The men were chosen for their strength, endurance, and skill in handling boats and rafts—qualities that were needed to navigate up the numerous cataracts and rapids of the Nile River.

They did not see active battle, as they arrived two days after the city of Khartoum, Sudan had fallen, and British Major Charles G. Gordon had been killed. The expedition returned with the loss of 16 men and stories of what they had seen. Along their journey on the Nile, they saw monolithic temples and statues carved out of hillsides at Abu Simbel, the Sphinx of Giza, the pyramids, exotic markets and Egyptian life in Cairo.

A black-and-white photograph of a large group of men standing in front of the Parliament buildings.

Three decades later, their next involvement in an overseas military expedition was with the Canadian Expeditionary Forces (CEF) in the First World War. It was an opportunity for First Nations, Inuit and Métis Nation soldiers to see the world, and to prove their courage and combat skills. Soldiers were facing a major change in combat style and warfare. The new reality of war involved the use of chemical warfare, machine guns, fighter aircraft, armoured vehicles, and trench warfare.

Our latest Co-lab challenge, Correspondence regarding First Nations veterans returning after the First World War, illustrates some Indigenous peoples’ experiences during the war, touches upon how their communities coped during their absence, and gives information about their lives after they returned home. These documents provide us with information that the Personnel Records of the First World War may not. They offer information such as what the solider planned to do after the war, if he owned land or farm animals, or if he was suited to farming. There is also information about whether the soldier suffered any lingering disabilities, who they lived with, and if they had any dependants.

Created by the former Department of Indian Affairs, these records are unique in that an overseeing federal “Indian Agent” included personal information and comments on the returning First Nations soldiers. In contrast, this was not the case for non-Indigenous soldiers, as no similar sets of records exist for the rest of the CEF.

A page from the “Indian Agent’s Office,” Chippewa Hill, Saugeen Agency, February 14, 1919.

This personal information became part of the federal government files in Ottawa. The records are also unique in that the “Indian Agents” delved into the soldier’s post-service life. The information that was collected included gratuitous private information and personal judgements about the veterans and the civilian lives they returned to. For example, the “Indian Agent’s Office” notes dated February 1919 for Private John Besito from Saugeen Agency, Ontario, state, “He has a location of fifty acres in the Reserve. He has a house and some improvements on his location.”

As well as administrative information, such as CEF regimental numbers and membership in First Nation agencies and bands, these records also give us genealogical information. For example, the names of three deceased soldiers are listed in a letter to the Department of Indian Affairs dated February 12, 1919, written by the “Indian Agent” of the Griswold Agency in Manitoba. The letter states that the deceased soldiers are from Oak River and Oak Lake Reserves. The letter also includes the CEF regimental number of one of the deceased, Private John Taylor, and that the Department of Indian Affairs paid a pension to his wife and two children. Other correspondence informs us that Private Gilbert Moore, who was killed in action on March 24, 1918, left behind parents in poor circumstances and that they applied for a pension; and that Private Thomas Kasto left a mother who received a pension.

As well as providing information about the soldiers who fought with the CEF, these files make reference to women in First Nation communities who provided funds to help with the war effort to organizations such as the Red Cross, the Girls Overseas Comfort Club, and the Canadian Patriotic Fund. Women in the communities knitted socks and made shirts to add to the “comfort boxes” that were mailed to the men overseas. They also fundraised by making beadwork, woven baskets, and quilts to sell at box socials and fairs.

Indigenous soldiers who survived the war often returned home changed, both positively and negatively. Sapper Peter Taylor, a Kahnawake soldier, suffered the rest of his life with complications from mustard gas poisoning until he passed away in 1955. Private Tom Longboat, the Olympic long distance runner from Six Nations of the Grand River reserve, returned home from his duty overseas in France to find his wife had remarried after receiving word that he had been killed.

Many who returned home were affected mentally and physically. We give our gratitude for their sacrifices and service, and they will be forever acknowledged, honoured, and respected.

The Andrew Sisters pumped out the best propaganda for the imperial war machine: “Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag and smile, smile, smile. Don’t let your joy and laughter hear the snag. Smile boys, that’s the style. What’s the use of worrying. It never was worth while. So pack up your troubles in your old kit bag and smile, smile, smile”.

MNN. 8 OCT. 2019. otsinonwaksen okonha, the corporation of the government of Canada and its partners are a troubled people. The main questions for their current election debates should be, “How do we get out of making up for the brutality and genocide we are committing against the onkwehonweh’onwe, the original people, and all life on turtle island?”

ELECTION NIGHT DEBATE: THE REAL QUESTION FACING THE INVADERS IS “HOW DO WE KEEP STEALING EVERYTHING, GIVE UP NOTHING & STOP DEM INJUNS FROM COMPLAINING?”

Owista [the money disease] governs corporate society. Their mouths say “me” instead of “we”.

Politicians are trained actors who deceive the public from seeing that the corporation is based on 51% majority rules, the way a company is run, which is the government of Canada. Corporatism/fascism runs a quasi police state under Admiralty statute law with no constitutional remedy.

PEOPLE ARE TOLD TO GO TO THE POLLS SO THEY CAN LEAVE ALL DECISIONS UP TO THE CROOKED SECRETIVE POLITICIANS.

The original people, who live the natural way with all life, don’t belong in the corporate system. The immigrants are “regulating” us out of existence.

PEOPLES COUNCIL: WE HAVE THE MEANS TO MAINTAIN THE PEACE BETWEEN THE NATURAL WORLD & ALL THE PEOPLE.

If the citizenry of every municipality developed a municipal constitution based on the kaianerekowa, they could dissolve their corporate municipal company, which is being run by the secret shareholders on behalf of the bankers. They could come under the kaianerekowa, the great peace, and learn to get 100% agreement on all issues affecting the community. Canada could be a shining example to the world.

The foreign serpents’ edicts cannot remove us. tewatatawi is our nature. Today we onkwehonweh are in the “hilly country” healing and waiting for the return of the great peace. It will come.

onkwehonweh”onwe’ means we are the people of the ‘forever’. We have been here before Canada, the Indian Act and the church. We did not come to turtle island on a ship. Creation, the universe, placed us on our mother. We are to spread the peace throughout the world.

Steve Winwood, Eric Clapton, Ric Grech and the late great Ginger Baker gave us the message that everyone in the world must find their way back to their home: “Come down off your throne and leave your body alone. Somebody must change. You are the reason I’ve been waiting so long. Somebody holds the key. When I’m near the end and I just ain’t got the time. I’m wasted and I still can’t find my way home. I ain’t done nothing wrong. But I can’t find my way home.”
