Canada pays elected band councils and provincial and territorial Indian organizations to carry out their dirty work.   

This 100 year “business plan” is the  Indian Lands Acts of 1924, to extinguish the Indian interest in our land and to dissolve us as we are part of the Indian interest, by 2024.  

CANADA  CONTINUES TO TARGET OUR WOMEN, GIRLS, YOUTH, CHILDREN & BABIES FOR EXTINGUISHMENT. 

 UNCEDED LAND. Indian Affairs at 10 Wellington in Gatineau keeps records of all the assets stolen by the corporation of the government of Canada. It records every piece of our land, resources and lists all the onkwehonweh who are part of the indian interest. The “Framework Agreement” is for band councils and their followers only.  We are not bound by any enactments, ,treaties or agreements between Canada and all their sell-outs. Their  “rule of law” is the invader’s law based on the Admiralty Law of the Seas and deal only with money.

Canada cannot provide receipts for any of onowarekeh, turtle island, as none is ceded or surrendered. They are cana’jon, squatters.

The tkariwaieri iken is the great natural powerd. We maintain our jurisdiction through our words, songs, dances and ceremonies. Today we don’t have to hide to do this.

“ceded lands”are a nullity. The caretakers cannot surrender any part of turtle island which belongs to our future.  

Treaties between Canada and their band nominees are all fiction.

Canada purports to reconcile with us who have a covenant with creation to live with our brothers and sisters and all life on this our mother earth. We are kanienkehaka Mohawk, one of the people placed on turtle island by creation since time immemorial. Our covenant with creation is to help bring peace and freedom to everyone in the world. We are caretakers for all of turtle island forever, from pole to pole, ocean to ocean.

The band councils are created by parliament to assist the para military police in attacking us. They represent Canada. The response here began when kentekeh was threatened with violence by CN Rail. Now the para-military RCMP have taken action against unist’ot’en today.

An outside nation that invades our land, captures our people and places us in POW camps [reservations] is an act of war. The attack on the wetsuweten is the continuation of colonial and corporate governments genocide of us, our lands and resources.

Government of Canada has stated to the UN that they are seeking reconciliation for all the wrongs they have perpetrated on us. This is a sales pitch so they can hoodwink the UN Security Council and gain a permanent seat on the Security Council.

Canada’a Admiralty Courts and their Criminal Code are illegal as they are based upon the Indian act. They claim jurisdiction over our land through the Indian Lands Acts of October 25th 1924. It is the biggest land theft in the history of the world. They have no authority to make decisions on foreign sovereigns. We are not part of Canada. The original people and our allies shall not allow this invasive species to propagate any longer to destroy the natural species on turtle island. Canada and US have designated us as  “domestic matters” to remove themselves from international scrutiny. They warn other countries not to interfere with their genocide program, which they call a “domestic matter”! The Indian Act band councils and Indian police are Canada’s version of Nazi Germany’s Gestapo. [Read “Policing Indigenous Movements. When we use corporate terms “Indian”, “First Nations”, “Aboriginal”, “bands”, “indigenous” people, “tribes”, “nations” and any of their artificial names, we give Canada and its band councils jurisdiction. They want us in their ship and we are left with no canoe of our own. Under duress we are forced to submit to their system. The corporation of Canada forces us all to acquire banking names in all capital letters, which infers a corporation. This makes us into corporate artificial entities rather than peoples who have no protection by international human rights or any constitution.

The whole land claims process is a complete and utter fraud. In their Access to Information Act notice [Indian & Northern Affairs, A-2011-01840/LD2]: “Provide all documents held by gov’t pertaining to a declaration by the Governor in Council that the “Registry Group” “Mohawk Council of Akwesasne” are a Band within the meaning of the Indian Act”. They are making contracts that are made to look like they are between the onkwehonweh and Canada. The Dundee land claim was signed by the corporation of Canada and their employees, not by the onkwehonweh, which goes against the true way of this land, kanaierekowa, great peace, forever.

50 YEARS SINCE CORNWALL BRIDGE BLOCKADE

MNN. Oct. 21, 2018. For over 50 years this National Film Board documentary film was seen by millions of people around the world. Participants regularly get comments on the blockade of the International Bridge at Akwessne. It is one of the most important milestones in which natives made a definite statement to the world and governments that we have special rights and that the Canada-U.S border does not exist for natives people. The Jay Treaty of 1794 was for the intruders only. The treaty between the British and Americans has withstood many legal challenges by governments in the United States and Canada. It affirms our natural rights as the original peoples of turtle island. 

It is an international treaty between foreign nations with a provision [Article III] respecting our natural freedom and right to live freely on our land where creation placed us without any hindrance. 

All natives benefitted from this action by kanionkehaka/Mohawks who stood at the Customs House on that cold day on December 20, 1968. 

The rotinoshonni’onwe Iroquois have a long history of making such statements to the world. Annually in Niagara Falls the natives have marched across the Niagara River since the 1920s to remind them of our free passage and their borders do not apply to us.

Another history making event was when Paul K. Diabo of kahnawake, an ironworker, was ordered by the American government to be deported to Canada as an alien. The Supreme Court of the United States upheld the rights of natives to cross freely between Canada and the United States without hindrance or molestation. 

In 1968 the world saw a small group of Mohawks and other natives make a declaration that we are not going to allow anyone to interfere with our natural rights.  

This commemoration at Concordia University is a significant event. Everyone is welcome.

After and during the Russian Revolution, Japanese invasion of Korea, the Vietnam defeat of the United States, Quisling’s betrayal of Norway in WW2, and throughout history, the traitors were eliminated. Malcolm X advised everyone to weed their gardens. The corporate band council serpents pledged at the recent Assembly of the Traitors of the First Nations AFN to help the colonial invaders to steal our land and resources and annihilate our existence. The Indian Act provides that these culprits are the agents of the Canadian government. They violate the kaianerekowa, the true natural law of onowarekeh, great turtle island. Creation has always implemented the natural remedy for such evil.      

Those who voted for them are bound by the actions of their depraved “leaders”. It’s man-made corporations against nature. We are of nature. Nature never loses.  She always plays her winning hand whenever. Prayers can’t change nature, which does what it has to do.
