MNN:  PROTHO.  AALTO MAY BE TURNING SOPRANO SOON.  Kanekota & the Queen [FC T-1396-12]

MNN.  On October 11, 2012, Thahoketoteh of Kanekota filed an appeal motion at the Federal Court to quash Prothonotary Kevin Alto’s illegal decision of October 5.  No reason was given forbidding us to appeal.  He erred in fundamental jurisdictional law.  The Federal Court has to answer us by October 25th 2012. 

On October 1, 2012, supporters filled the court room to witness Thahoketoeh presenting oral argument before Aalto.  He outlined the history of the 1701 agreement between 48 Indigenous nations and our allies throughout Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island.  All the newcomers’ rights to live here and provide food for their families come from the Two Row Wampum/Guswentha.  He held up the wampum belt.  “They agreed to abide by its principles and always be of one mind with us on everything concerning the land”.  Like us, the land is Indigenous. 

The Federal Court admits that the Royal Proclamation 1784 supercedes all admiralty statutes.  All laws in Canada are admiralty statutes.  They are “corporate by-laws” passed by the officers of the CORPORATION OF CANADA.  The Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Leader of the Opposition are officers of this corporation.  Their job is to provide ever-growing profits to the shareholders and continue the illusion of freedom to their masses. 

The Royal Proclamation confirms this relationship between the Ongwehonwe and the newcomers.  Should they break the 1701 agreement with us, everything reverts back to one day before the Guswentha was presented, June 24 1701.  The British were presented with the Guswentha in July 25, 1701.  They accepted, recorded and confirmed the agreement [Nanfan], by moving to Ontario.  These are the only legal international agreements we have with the Crown on behalf of the CORPORATION OF CANADA and their subjects.  It’s their passport to live here.  

Aalto went against what is carved on the statue in the Federal Court’s lobby at 180 Queen Street West, Toronto.  [If it hasn’t been removed].  It states, “This court will never go against a Royal Proclamation or an Indian treaty”.  

All Crown agents are bound by their oath to their Queen.  Aalto’s decision was in effect a signed confession.  Now we are asking the Federal Court to convict its own criminality.    

Thahoketoteh asks, “Show us how you got our land legally.  Show us a receipt”.  The Royal Proclamations of 1763 and 1784, are affirmed in their own constitution.  They pledged to “Protect” us from their encroachment on our land forever.  He wants confirmation that without a treaty ceding our land, the constitution protects our territorial sovereignty from the newcomers and overrules federal and provincial jurisdiction. 

Thahoketoteh continues his job as an Onkwehonwe from  Kanionkehaka, to uphold the constitution of the Iroquois, Kaianerekowa”, the law of the land.  We all have a duty to represent the interests of all Mohawks, including those faces beneath the ground not yet born.

Federal Court Case T-1396-12…

FEDERAL COURT JUDGE KEVIN AALTO GUILTY OF TREASON FOR BREAKING ROYAL PROCLAMATION 

MNN.  Oct. 5, 2012.  On October 1, 2012 we went to Federal Court in Toronto to remind Canada of the law and the lawbreaking that is going on in Kanekota.  Kanekota is a British Protectorate. Trespassers must stop breaking the law.     

On October 5, 2012 Judge Aalto confirmed that their Royal Proclamation supercedes all Admiralty Statutes, statutory law and rules.  Then he told us they have no jurisdiction or will to respect it.  He clearly violated his oath to their Queen, making him guilty of high treason.  The penalty is death, which we did not ask for.  The last thing Thahoketoteh of Kanekota told Judge Aalto was, “You be careful of your decision.  If you break a royal proclamation, you will be guilty of high treason”.  Now he is. [Thahoketoteh of Kanekota v The Queen T-1396-12.] 

The Royal Proclamation confirms the Guswentha/Two Row Agreement, the supreme law of Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island.  The 1701 agreements with the French and English are the only laws that give the newcomers the right to live on our land.  They broke these and now illegally reside here.   According to the Royal Proclamation 1784 their subjects must respect the Guswentha in all matters.   

The Federal Court agreed that in 1784 Captain General Frederick Haldimand signed on behalf of the king a proclamation to protect Mohawks from white encroachment forever.   Canada can no longer pretend ignorance of the laws.  The Federal Court put on the public record that Canada openly admits its criminality and refuses to follow the law. 

Judge Aalto erroneously proclaimed that the Federal Court overrules a Royal Proclamation. [He should be kicked out of law and put in jail]. This is all gobblety-gook to sidestep the lawbreaking and gives more time for corporate destruction of Kanekota.  He also ruled that “as this court has no jurisdiction to deal with these issues, leave to amend is also denied.” Meaning he decided that we could never appeal his wrong decision.  He showed that the Federal Court is nothing more than a kangeroo court.  

We do not accept this law breaking.  Under Wampum 44 of the Kaianerekowa/Great Law, the Women Title Holders have the duty to notify all settlers that as their proclamation supercedes all their rules and statutes, all their settlements, developments and permits violate the proclamation and the Guswentha.   

Judge Aalto did not dispute any of our arguments, that: 

1-The Nanfan Treaty is the Guswentha agreement with Great Britain.  

2-The Haldimand Proclamation is their order that there shall never be any encroachment by their people on our land.  

3-The Indian Lands Act 1924 is illegal as it was never taken to the Indigenous people, passed in any legislature nor brought to the Queen.  It was a side deal of the Minister of Indian Affairs of the Colony of Canada and the Minister of Mines of Ontario.  All Ontario settlers rely on this illegal statute for their title.  

4-The seizure of Canadian Hydro Developers windmills built in Kanekota without our consent belongs to the Mohawk Nation.  Canada broke its laws on “Aboriginal consultation” at the Ontario Municipal Board OMB hearings regarding these illegal eyesores.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iR-jbTGh87g  The Municipal, Provincial and Federal governments must be notified of this ruling.   

5–The Outdoor Education Center by the Etobicoke Board of Education was stolen.  Now they are trying to illegally re-sell it.  

6-Enbridge Gas has illegally built a pipeline through Kanekota.  

7-Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty has illegally built a multi-million dollar estate on Kanekota. 

The Shareholders of the foreign Corporation of Canada have set up the Admiralty court system, to keep what has been stolen from us.  The courts make and manipulate its rules to make profits for the shareholders. For them the Royal Proclamation exists but they don’t have to follow it if they don’t want to.    

Dekanawida, the Peacemaker, showed us the path.  He knew that we had the mind to figure out the solutions.  Change for peace starts in each person’s mind.

“Rumble in the Jungle” 2012

OBAMA’S “ROPE-A-DOPE” STRATEGY 

MNN.  Oct. 5, 2012.  Presidential boxing matches are fixed.  Always have been.  Both Obama and Romney are actors in the theatre called politics, playing out the corporate fiction.   The US presidential debate is a show for the masses to continue the illusion of freedom in the pretend democracy.   The 3-round boxing match is between two members of the same club.  Both are puppets on strings with the same puppet master.  

Romney is an elite protagonist trained in private schools.  He goes by their fixed rules.  In days of old, there would be a pistol duel where they would go 50 paces, turn and shoot.  Winner take all!  Romney has probably never been in a street fight.  Private school pretend fights are arranged and decided who will win.   

In the current US presidential debate, they are supposed to be gentlemen in an Honorable duel where they don’t fatally hurt each other.  

Obama comes from a similar private school background.  Being Black he probably had a few street fights. 

In round one, Obama looked downward, avoiding Romney’s eyes, and did not give himself away.  Romney danced around, jumping, swinging, jabbing and taking lots of shots.  Obama watched and stayed focused.  

This reminds us of one of the greatest fights ever, Ali’s strategy in 1974’s “Rumble in the Jungle”.  Ali laid on the ropes, letting Foreman punch the s–t out of him for 5 rounds.  People were screaming, “Ali, get off the ropes.  You gonna die!’  He let Foreman punch himself out.  Then in the 15th round Ali came off the ropes swinging and knocked Foreman out.  

Everyone thinks Obama is dead and counted out.  It’s the end of him.  Like Ali, he is using the ropes.  His supporters are yelling, “Get off the ropes!”  In the 3rd round he is going to come off the ropes swinging.  By that time Romney will have punched himself out with all his yelling, bragging and dancing around. Just like Foreman did.    

Romney will be tired.  Obama will keep using the ropes to save his energy for the final round.  Obama will come off swinging and knock him out, just like Ali did to Foreman.  Remember, Ali floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee. 

The prize.  Which dope gets the job to kill babies, men, women and children?  

Leonard Cohen knows something about this:  “Everybody knows that the dice are loaded.  Everybody rolls with their fingers crossed.  Everybody knows that the war is over.  Everybody knows the good guys lost.  Everybody knows that the fight was fixed.  The poor stay poor.  The rich get rich.  That’s how it goes.  Everybody knows.

MNN.  Sep. 27, 2012.   The hearing is on Monday October 1 at 10 AM, 180 Queen Street West. Toronto. Thahoketoteh will be arguing Rule of Law with the Attorney General on the issue of Kanekota.  All welcome.

 

Kanekota, “where the water comes from the earth”, is a 525 sq. mi. tract in the northern portion of the Haldimand Tract.  The Royal Proclamation of 1783 provides that Canada has the responsibility to protect the Mohawks forever and that there shall never be any encroachment. 

Thahoketoteh states, “I would be pleased if you could come to the courtroom as a witness.  The argument will be chronological, starting at 1701 with the introduction of the Gushwenta, up to the present”. 

The Gushwenta is the formula whereby the settlers agreed to become of one mind and live with us in peace. It was ratified in 1710 when our Royaner visited Queen Anne’s court. This will now be on the Public Record for everyone.  The return of the Peace is almost here.

MNN: FREEDOM TO LIE. FREEDOM TO KILL.

FREEDOM TO LIE.  FREEDOM TO KILL.  

MNN.  Sept. 19, 2012.  To Americans freedom of speech means the ruling masters train their people to be abused without complaining.  They are unnatural, living a decaying life on top of steel, concrete and glass.  Their put-down culture is to deceive and insult each other on a road paved with trickery and twisting of reality.  Their most dangerous obstacle is the truth, which they set out to kill at every turn.  

As the Muslim riots demonstrate, when natural people are unfairly insulted, they seethe with anger. The filmmakers of “Innocence of Muslims” insulted natural people, who are proud and stand up for their dignity for the sake of their children.    

Humiliating Muslims in grotesque disrespectful cartoons to bring them under control is called satire and free speech.  Muslim resistance is labeled as crazy and hysterical. We have a right to defend our integrity.  We won’t stand being lied to about ourselves.     

The US talking heads say, “Sorry!” for the fall out over the ridicule.  Sorry does not exist in Mohawk, a natural language.  It is an invented English word.  Once said, we are forced to submit and to forget the wrong.    

Forgiveness is another invention.  We are supposedly a better person by forgiving someone who has harmed us.  

A wrong does not magically fly away.  The injustice should not have been done in the first place.  In our way, the wrong doer faces their victims, takes full responsibility and makes it right to their full satisfaction. 

The ugly truth about the biggest holocaust in all humanity of our people has been hidden.  The liars’ club say because of freedom of speech they can lie to our faces  hile stealing our possessions.    

Fictional films, books and stories about us are aimed at killing us one way or another.  Every time an Indigenous woman is found dead, the media immediately spins propaganda that she was a “street worker”, to demean the character of all our women. To control us, they need to create an inferiority complex. 

Ridiculing us for entertainment is an old strategy.  Our women and children were murdered, their skin taken to make hats and leggings for themselves as a joke.  The need to belittle and undervalue is the foundation of US comedy, to make people laugh at the horrible suffering of others.  Their culture is designed to induce self-hatred and depression and selling products to cure it. 

The tactic is to make us dislike ourselves and our own people by shaming us and attacking our self-esteem.  Their education system tries to emotionally manipulate our children to accept abuse and say nothing about injustice.  

Muslim resistance is threatening to expose this tactic.      Americans and their Western partners fear revelation and answering for their reprehensible atrocities.     

We are angry at the attempted continuation of their genocide.  The ruling class don’t know how to deflect this anger.  We refuse to exist in a contrived state of self-deprecation for the purpose of helping them deal with their anxiety over their brutality to us.  

Colonial brats can be comforted by the words of songwriter Carol King:  “And It’s too late baby.  Now it’s too late.  Though we really did try to make it, something inside has died and I can’t hide it.  And I just can’t fake it.”

MNN: OBAMA, BUFFALO SOLDIER CHIEF

OBAMA, BUFFALO SOLDIER CHIEF 

MNN.  Aug. 23, 2012.  US President Obama obeys his masters just like the Buffalo Soldiers.  So grand is the illusion of freedom that they don’t’ even know they’re still slaves.  According to the myth, the Buffalo Soldiers were freedom fighters.            

In 1865 the Civil War was over.  US President, Abraham Lincoln, freed the slaves.  [Emancipation Proclamation].  White soldiers were deserting because they were terrified of fighting Indians. In 1866 the 10th Cavalry Regiment of Black soldiers was set up at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas.  Lincoln promised the Blacks their freedom, 40 acres of our land and a mule, which they never got.             

Over 150,000 joined, to prove they were just as blood-thirsty as their white masters in stealing from us and murdering us without mercy.  

As former victims of racism, the Buffalo Soldiers became the champions of rape, genocide, brutality and mass murder of innocent people.  They took pride in killing people who never did anything to them.  They forgot all about the help we gave them because slavery is a violation of our Great Law.  The Choctaw, Cherokee and Shawnee helped them escape from their slave masters to the north. 

We were called “non-reformable savages”.  They were told there is a time when it is okay to kill Indians and those who did so were a force for good.  With pride and fervor, they attacked us 127 times to try to exterminate us.      

Between 1866 to 1890 ten Buffalo Soldiers were awarded the Medal of Honor for slaughtering our men, women and children.  They were at the Wounded Knee massacre in 1890. 

General Colin Powell was inspired by these hired thugs.  He kept a statue of a Buffalo Solider in his office and called him the “wind beneath my wings”.

Obama is the Buffalo Soldier Commander-in-Chief who brags about murdering, torturing and butchering anyone he chooses.

As a Mohawk Rotiskenrakete said, should a civil war break out in the US, he felt that, “the Buffalo Soldiers would join their masters”.  They always do what they’re told.  The invaders and forced invaders will probably stand together. The mule and everything they were promised, they will not get!

Today websites are devoted to their exploits for protecting white settlers and starving and killing Indigenous.  Every year they celebrate at Fort Riley, Kansas, to remind their white masters, “Look!  We’re still here, ready to stand with you”.

MNN: 2012 Eugenics Olympics

MNN:  JULY 26, 2012.         A picture speaks a thousand words.  In the Montreal Gazette of July 26, 2012, appears a montage of 277 athletes.  This is Canada’s Olympic team heading for London. It appears like Canada is working toward an almost 100% white team, with a few black, Asian and brown. 

237 athletes, or 86%, are of the white race. Whites are not 86% of the population of Canada.  People of color now make up almost 50% of the Canadian population. They will be a minority within 20 years. 

No Indigenous appear to be on the team, the people whose land this is.  Canada [Kanata] is a Mohawk word.  This is the best team that can be created by the restrictions set by the corporatist states.  The Olympics showcases the superiority of one group over another by awarding fake medals.   

These athletes are the children for the most part of the upper middle class, who have the opportunities.  Our children rarely make it in this system. 

Darwin, Malthus and others experimented in creating a superior white race.  It was found that three generations of inbreeding created nut bars or docile compliant people.  So what kind of experimentation is going on now?  Are Russell Williams, James Holmes, the Craiglist killer and others experiments gone wrong? 

Selective breeding is causing their men to become sterile and their women to become infertile.  They now have the lowest birthrate in the world, while natural people have the highest. 

Whites need technical apparatuses and artificial environments to give them an advantage, like pools, ski equipment and other gewgaws.  In a fair competition of natural abilities, people of color are stronger, more agile and have greater endurance.  What if white athletes competed fairly with people of color?  There might be a completely different representation.  Just look at football, basketball and other sports requiring stamina.  Other races excel.  

What if they had to work long hours picking food, or in a factory for a few cents a day?  What if they came from a society with a high infant mortality, almost non-existent sanitation, malnutrition, toxic drinking water, diseases, war and political unrest?  

What if basketball nets were lowered to give Japanese and Inuit the same access to the net? What if they had to compete with Indigenous in a boat race through the Amazon River? What if they had to cross the 50 degrees below zero tundra on a bobsled pulled by dogs?    

England refused to let our teams compete in England as a nation with our own passports. They demanded we be part of the colonial nations that are squatting on our land.    

London is the center of eugenics research.  They try to design how a few can continue to live off the theft of land and resources from those who cannot even hope to attend the Olympics.

MNN: RICH MAN’S OLYMPICS

MNN.  July 25, 2012.  According to a legend made up by the elite, the original Olympics was founded by Hercules, the son of Zeus.  Today we are conditioned to watch a bunch of white people having fun at our expense. 

The First real modern Olympic Games took place in Athens in 1896.  There have been 27 since.  Officially 3 are listed as games, even though they never took place, in 1916, 1940 and 1944. 

In 1936 German Karl Diem suggested the torch relay.  In Germany Joseph Goebbels, the Minister of Propaganda, created the biggest indoctrination event for the Third Reich.  Fuhrer Adolph Hitler and his henchmen concocted the run from Athens, which everybody is copying.  It was political theatre carefully scripted and paid entirely by Nazi Germany.    

Previous Games were comparatively low budget. Hitler wanted to outdo the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics by building a 100,000 seat stadium, six gyms and many arenas.  For the first time, a closed circuit TV system and radio network reached 41 countries, state of the art electronic equipment broadcast the games.  Leni Riefenstahl, Hitler’s favorite director, filmed the Games.  She pioneered the modern sports coverage, which is the myth of white supremacy. 

The Olympics has always been a platform for the white elite.  All the events needed expensive coaching, equipment and infrastructure, and no real competition. Only corporate countries could afford such extravaganzas. 

Athletic superiority of the white race was showcased in such sports as: 

Aquatics, archery, badminton, basketball, boxing, canoeing, cycling, equestrian, fencing, soccer, golf, gymnastics, handball, modern pentathlon, rowing, sailing, shooting, swimming, diving, tennis, table tennis, triathlon and volleyball. 

The winter Olympics were even more elite: biathlon, bobsledding, curling, luge, skating and 6 skiing events. There is no snow in the black world.  Indigenous could not afford all this expensive equipment.  

The elite laugh at our feeble efforts to compete in their sports, like the swimmer from Africa who could only practice in the tiny Holiday Inn Pool of his country.  Black athletes excelled in long distance running without shoes; and now sprinting because they have shoes.  

In 1936 Hitler was infuriated over the victories of two US black athletes, Jesse Owens and Joe Louis.  He did not want what he deemed inferior races involved.  

It’s all about money!  In 1694 the City of London was created when William of Orange turned the Bank of England over to private bankster families.  They run all the corporate states [UN] worldwide, through the fiction called ‘money’. 

In 1929 the Vatican was incorporated as a City State under the Lateran Treaty.  In 1871 Washington DC was incorporated in the District of Columbia Organic Act. 

These three city states are property of the Crown. 

The host cities are indebted to the city of London Bankers, by design. In Montreal it took almost 40 years to pay off the debt.  Today, Montreal’s infrastructure is crumbling, with no apparent hope of repair due to lack of money. 

What is money?  Like in monopoly, it’s paper notes backed by nothing.  When we can’t pay, the banksters send in their US military, created in 1871. 

Everyone pays the banksters who are white old men sitting in the City of London [one square mile of the real London.]

 

The Olympics is a camouflage for them to try and continue their fiction of hierarchy and remain at the top of their pyramid forever.

 

This is the end of the original lie.
