Canada Justice Minister Raybold, remember, you are working for the enemy. She says Canada, “We have to protect what we’ve stolen from the natives and all the atrocities we committed for 500 years”. The justice system is Canada’s blood sport that needs to convict and do away with natives.

The concern for mental health of jurors means they are aware of the instability of the whites who are selected to serve. They are more likely to convict natives. The great peace points out that when we are afraid victory will always escape us. Everybody has a weakness in some situations. Despite the high powered weapons that have been created to kill us and all life, they have not caught up with the power of the minds of the natural people. Human intuition and intelligence will always be protected by nature. The kaia-nere-kowa, great peace, is based on respect and protecting human survival.

The man made machine is designed to exterminate all life. It is not the equal of creation and minds designed by nature. We constantly think about our survival. We constantly experience the weakness in the enemy that always tries to eliminate us, greed. The kaia-nere-kowa guides us to explore the true path. We have to keep thinking about our responsibility to all life and the burden to fulfill it.

People may be weak and fragile in some ways. Those makers of weapons of war are disappointed when humans outthink their machines and the deranged minds behind them. The button pushers keep their fingers on the trigger all the time to make us feel helpless and afraid. This is their weakness and shows they don’t respect or can’t fight a true equal foe. Creation, mother earth and life have the last word on respect for our lives.

They think they won because they murdered large numbers of us or had a higher score, that they brag about. We can still find what is real out of what seems like nothing. Their machines can’t function without the aid of highly trained unconscionable predators.

Creation has always helped us find the right moves so that all life continues. Sometimes it is only one move. The enemy gets exposed as they play bad moves. These psychopathic thinkers depend on the strength of artificial machines and false information. Winning and losing is put on a scoreboard, which is not natural. Their world is designed so they think they can control everything. 

Wanting to always win has caused them to make erratic moves based in false information they have fed themselves. They don’t see the overall understanding of the issue, only their satisfaction at making more confuson and gaining more control.   

At the 2018 Soeul Olympics when the dignitaries entered the meeting room, everybody stood up, shook hands with the North and South Koreans and each other. US VP Pence refused to stand and respect their customs. He sat silently, turned his back on the proceedings and would not shakes hands with the Koreans. Then he got up and walked out saying nothing. 

We don’t win or lose. We continue to try to live the perfect reality that’s been programmed in us by creation. No one has ever seen what is inside of us.  

In 1990 when the Canadian Army landed on Kahnawake Island to ransack the village, guns were fired, choppers flooded the skies. The people did not hide. Thousands ran to the island to defend the village. Nobody really understands us.

STOP KILLING OUR CHILDREN

MNN. Feb. 9, 2018. Today the murderers of two of our children, Tina Fontaine and  Colten Boushie, are standing trial before their peers.

Today we don’t expect justice. The colonial Admiralty Law of the Seas system is designed to work in favor of the colonialists. Justice is a private business with courts, jails, prisons and a huge multitude of workers trained to prosecute us. The enemy justice system makes judgments against the true natural people placed here by creation.  

According to the teio-ha-teh, two row agreement between our people and the invaders, we do not judge the perpetrators. We formally petition their government to investigate and find out the wrong that has been committed. Their government has a duty to make things right and compensate our people. They will decide the punishment. We had no jails, no lawyers, prisons, poor houses, orphanages, old age homes or insane asylums. We use our minds and reasonableness according to the great peace.   

CANADAIGUA TREATY 1794 ARTICLE 7: Based on teio-ha-teh, two row relationship between us and our friends, allies and everyone on turtle island, a formal complaint is lodged against the government of the offending party to investigate the wrong that has been committed against our people. If the opposing party is guilty, the government will compensate our people and decide the punishment against their people.

They too will lodge a complaint to our people. If guilty, we will investigate, carry out the punishment and compensate them. Our goal is to make it right between us. Otherwise it will cause war.

All misconduct or disagreements are dealt with in  this way.  

 

We the natural people have to exercise our own ways based on the kaia-nere-kowa, great peace, which covers all of turtle island. We are not criminalized or called terrorists because we are trying to protect all life on turtle island.

MNN. Jan. 21, 2018. How much truth can North American society tolerate? The real truth can be horrifying. Our relationship with the invaders is getting more confused. The English language is now legally gender neutral! Bill C–16 is going to protect individuals from discrimination within federal jurisdiction and from hate propaganda, due to gender identity or their gender expression! According to international law, the people have to speak a native language of turtle island and legally have a land base.  U.S. and Canada have neither. 

onkwehonweh-onwe, is a biologically based language. S-16 will force us to use gender neutral pronouns, like Her Majesty would be “Buttercup” and “Jesus” would become “Chris”. If not, we will be held in contempt and will have to pay a fine. We could be denied our rights, funds, certificates, welfare or jobs. The government might even go back to denying our identities.

English is a patriarchal power construct created in the corporate boardroom to fit us into their economy. We could be denied our natural identity which ties us to the land that creation placed us on. We are the people of the land of the flint, a biologically based identity.   

Our language frees our minds. A new ‘Mohawk’ language is being created and owned by the state. If we don’t accept it, we will have to suffer the consequences. 

Our ancestors gave us a way of thinking to resolve our issues. Like before, onkwehonwe-onwe will go underground. This law can harm us and our attachment to the true natural world and fulfilling our original instruction with creation. 

We were forced to use colonial names, like “Mary” and “Paul”. Now everybody is being forced to speak a newfangled Pidgin English or forfeit their benefits and freedom. A remedy is for us, all our friends and allies to do what we did in the beginning. Everybody spoke onkwehonweh-onwe [Mohawk].     

Johnny Mercer & The Pied Pipers knew in 1945 how to settle issues: “You got to accentuate the positive. Eliminate the negative. And latch on to the affirmative. Don’t mess with Mister in between. You got to spread joy up to the maximum. Bring gloom down to the minimum. And have faith, or pandemonium liable to walk upon the scene.”

THE BULLY STRATEGY

MNN. Jan. 16, 2018. A bully is a coward with power. Bullying is not needed to resolve differences. The mind  and the natural defensive attributes of the native people is the power to repel bullying everywhere. A bully is defeated when people unite for a common good for all. We brought people into our home to become part of our family, living by the great peace. We never had poverty until the immigrants arrived. The invaders then used threats, force and murder to make us sign coercive agreements. They covered our land with grief.

Bullying is used throughout the world called “sanctions”, “cutting off foreign aid” and “war”. Many leaders of these poor nations live in grandeur and opulence. We are forced into this culture of possession making us vulnerable. 

The great peace, kaia-nere-kowa, is based on respect and collective interests. A few greedy racketeers set up private corporate structures to control everything and everyone. Our clans were disrupted and their goal then and today is to destroy the great peace. 

Our messenger, dekanawida, saw great suffering. He talked to the old people. He and ayonwatha, set out to bring the people together using the natural ways of creation. Language, songs, ceremonies and natural bonds brought back balance and harmony to the people, which is the law of survival. 

All corporate band and tribal councillors are te-ho-na-ton-koton. They are deliberate traitors who work to annihilate those they think are weaker, violating the great peace. They purposely help their corporate “handlers” to assimilate and disappear our people.  ion-kwa-ni-kon-iakon is when we die. The traitors carry out their own death wish. Their morally corrupt minds cause problems, io-te-hon-ni-kon-ra, trying to eliminate everything we need to stay alive. ka-so-tsra was established by our ancestors. ia-ne-wen-ton te-ho-na-ni-kon-ia-kon, our ancestor’s minds never strayed from the path of self-preservation of our species that creation put into our minds.

te-io-wa-ta-tawi is to make ourselves independent. All life is based on this power. 

Nobody wants to be remembered for being a big bully just because they think they can get away with. As Shinedown warns: “Hey! Hey! Hey! “LOOK ME IN THE EYE” JUSTICE SYSTEM

MNN. Jan. 9, 2018. The corporate justice business based on Admiralty Law of the Seas is designed to protect the stolen property of a few elite and to enslave the rest. When we go to court 99.9% of us have to pay a lawyer to speak for us or we have to go pro se [without a lawyer]. The elite created this money funnel to beat us into the ground by burying us in their ‘legalese’ procedures and papers or put us in their jails. Exxon could send us 250,000 or a million pieces of paper that would take us years to look at and never figure out.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AROUND A FIRE.

The new proposed justice system we propose is based on the world reknown “tekarontake rule” which is based on the great peace, kaia-nere-kowa, to  create balance where everyone is equal and has a voice. No paper or pen in the courtroom, just your mind. The opponents have to look right into each other’s eyes, so to speak.

Lawyers and judges will have no artificial rules to protect their corporate business. Their fraudulent gouging system of ‘clients’ will disappear. The land, trees, river, air, animals, people and all life are created pro se. We are all born to live and die pro se, without lawyers filling out forms and filing them somewhere.

WESTERN STYLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

This scam is over. Everybody will go in the front door of the court and into their secret chambers. The illusory bar association won’t have us by the throat to threaten, fine and keep us in line to put money in their pockets. If you need paper then you don’t have a good case. The lawyers never get our stories straight.

To resolve a conflict, all parties go to a room together and talk about it until they come to an understanding. No secrets or lies. New York State made the Onondaga 15 wait twenty years [For us all to die of!] Then they put us through sham trials in the district court, then second circuit court and now the Supreme Court of the United States. 

The supreme court even has a rule that no one other than a lawyer can argue in  their ‘club’! It’s only for the 1% that can buy a lawyer. 

INDIAN RING JUDICIAL SYSTEM.

In criminal cases, the corporate government writes up the rules and regulations to ‘catch’ or trap us. Every one charged should be automatically provided a free lawyer. We are presumed innocent. Let the state pay for its money making business. The court and lawyers drum up the business and split the profit, making money out of other people’s conflicts. 

In 1997 the ambulance chasers offered to help us for free. They dumped the Onondaga 15 when we would not settle for money they could get a part of. We wanted to put on record the attack by the’NYS I-81 INDIAN DETAIL’. 

SPEAKING OF JUSTICE, THERE IS NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON THE MURDER OF OVER 100 MILLION NATIVES OF TURTLE ISLAND. 

Everybody with legitimate grievances will have their day in the ‘remedy room’ without lawyers, paper work, depositions, and so on.  

Referees will hear the merits of the case quickly instead of a judge when it’s fresh in our minds instead waiting for us to forget all the details. Court rule books will become one page pamphlets to deflate the so-called justice business. 

The social system has no justice, no true resolve. It’s all based on money. 

The great peace does not seek punishment, but to make things rights, to fix things the way they are supposed to be. Everybody is responsible to correct wrongdoing and compensate those who have been wronged. A few should not decide. Everybody should be aware and involved. Politicians say they will throw it to the people in a referendum but don’t give them all the information. They provide propaganda, rumor and gossip, even in the courtroom, to mislead the judge, jury, people and media. 

As Onondaga 15 plaintiff, Budgie, said, “My parents raised me to tell the truth and not to steal or I might end up becoming a politician or a judge. [Parmley v. Jones]. 

Buffy Sainte Marie and Tanya Tagaq remind us of the duties coming from the original instructions between all life and creation: “Whether your woman or whether your man. Sometimes you gotta take a stand. Just because you think you can. Oh you gotta run you gotta run”.
