MNN. Aug. 3, 2022. Kahnistensera Mohawk Mothers, of Kahnawake have the duty to the unborn by sending the following report to the International Court of Justice in The Hague that Pope Paul has plead guilty to committing genocide of children in Indian Residential Schools in Canada. They demand justice. The motive was to kill, cause serious bodily and mental harm, inflict conditions of life to totally annihilate the indigenous people in order to steal turtle island and its resources. The kaianerekowa, our way, states, “Don’t fight until you die. Fight until you win!” We don’t recognize the catholic or any churches’ doctrine to carry out this murder for hire on behalf of Canada. Take down the cross which is the Nazi flag of turtle island. We do not accept the apology as his and the churches’ sentence for murdering millions of us.

Pope said ‘YES. YES. I SAID YES IT WAS GENOCIDE”.

LETTER “TO: International Court of Justice, Peace Palace, 2517 KJ The Hague, The Netherlands

Sego:

On July 30, 2022, His Holiness Pope Francis plead guilty to the crime of genocide during his flight from Canada to Rome. Their intent was to destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, violating the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, General Assembly Resolution 260 A (III) of 9 December 1948.

As such: The genocide of the indigenous people of onowarekeh, turtle island, was carried out by the churches on behalf of the invaders to steal onowarekeh, turtle island from the said original people. We never surrendered any, which makes this unceded.

The instructions from creation to the Mohawk Mothers, the caretakers of turtle island, are that we cannot accept his confession and apology as the sentence for the church’s crime of genocide.

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

The genocide of our people of onowarekeh, turtle island [Canada] is ongoing by the tentacles of the churches by their invaders to continue robbing and killing us and our land. Canada acknowledges that we never surrendered any of our land, which makes this unceded. The Pope’s guilty plea on their behalf affirms that they murdered most of us for this.

We have reported these crimes many times. Again we ask the Prosecutor of the International Court in The Hague to lay the appropriate charges. Otherwise they will get away with murder and genocide.

The church must be held totally accountable for their continuing crimes against us. The Hague must get off their seats and convene a hearing to sentence the Pope and the catholic church for the crime of genocide they admit to committing.

The Nazi trials in Nurenburg executed Germans for their genocidal atrocities. Why not their christian colleagues here on turtle island?

The catholic church will return all they have plundered and pillaged. Their doctrine of confessionals does not give them immunity from the most horrific crimes ever committed against humanity.

Again we ask the Prosecutor of the International Court in The Hague to either lay the charges or start making them pay the price! First let us find the unmarked graves of the children they murdered. turtle island and everything under, on and over it immediately reverts to the indigenous survivors. The Pope plead guilty. No trial is required. The world cannot let the genociders get away with murder and genocide. The sanctions must now begin. We demand justice.

Band Ace asks the question. We know the answer to this question. It is 500 years that this has been going on. “How long has been going on. How long has this been going on. Your friends with their fancy persuasion don’t admit that it’s part of a scheme. But I can’t help but have my suspicions cause I ain’t quite as dumb as I seem. On Saturday July 30, 2020, Pope Francis admitted the atrocities that were perpetrated against the indigenous people. “Yes, it is a genocide, yes, yes, clearly. You can say that I said it was a genocide,” the Pope said. The kahnisensera, mohawk mothers, added that “Guilt falls also on the the Canadian government which funded the carefully planned genocide”.

All control of occupied turtle island referred to as “Crown land” now reverts back to the original owners immediately. Canada, which sits on onowarekeh, turtle island, is squatting on our land. He has admitted the crime, similar to Canada admitting its abuse of indigenous students in Indian Day Schools, which were also operated by the churches for the Canadian government.

Looks like the black serpent went into the ocean never to be seen again, according to ancient history of the original people.

The Vatican is the world’s first corporation set up in 902 AD at the time of the breakup of the Roman Empire into East and West.  The Queen of England is the shareholder of the corporation known as the “Crown”. Canadian citizens are her subjects. Corporations get their IPO numbers from the Vatican, where the Crown is located. Every corporation in Canada is a sub-corporation of the Crown and will now be dissolved. Everything has always belonged to the indigenous.

The invaders call turtle island “Crown land”. Our sovereignty was never surrendered to anybody ever! All documents the invaders present on ownership are false. None show truthful ownership of anything anywhere on turtle island.

So now the head of the corporation has admitted the crime of genocide on turtle island.  The cross on Mount Royal [tekanontak] is the reminder of genocide and must come down immediately. It is a symbol to the indigenous people like the swastika is to the rest of the world. The great Johnny Cash sings about government and church style ‘Indian school days’: “From the Indian reservation to the governmental school
Well they’re goin’ to educate me to the white men’s Golden Rule
And I’m learning very quickly for I’ve learned to be ashamed
And I come when they call Billy though I’ve got an Indian name
And there are drums beyond the mountain Indian drums that you can’t hear
There are drums beyond the mountain and they’re getting mighty near
And when they think that they’d changed me cut my hair to meet their needs
Will they think I’m white or Indian quarter blood or just half breed
Let me tell you Mr teacher when you say you’ll make me right
In five hundred years of fighting not one Indian turned white.”

MNN. July 24, 2022. WE DON’T NEED HIS UNHOLY PRESENCE ON TURTLE ISLAND!

See Notice Below of Press Conference @ 3.00 PM Wed. July 27, 2022 Mordecai Richler Gazebo at Park and Duluth, the Plateau near Mount Royal.

He did not apply for permission from the true indigenous people to enter turtle island.  He is not welcome and not wanted. He is just another trespasser. The godfather of the Roman Catholic cult sent his henchmen here to cause death and destruction across turtle island. Now he us coming here to see if the genocide is proceeding as planned. All indigenous land was usurped by the Vatican. Indigenous languages were taken to control information so that history can be invented. Speaking our languages gives us more incentive to take back our land, culture and ways. He’s plead guilty to all these crimes against us.

North Amercans have no land, no culture and no natural language, which gives them no common ground to exist. They rely on government to tell them who and what they are. They have no historical, social or cultural roots because of the genocide they committed. All our history exists though evidence has been destroyed.

Invaders of all turtle Island tried to destroy every facet of our existence. The kaianerekowa and creation will never allow it. Canada continues to try to ethnic cleanse us. The apology, framework agreement and reconciliation are meant to stamp out the truth. Only we belong where creation placed us.

The kahnistensera, mohawk mothers, of turtle island [onowarekeh] want a great peace revolution. We are sanctioned by the great peace, creation, to exist as the true caretakers of the land.

The invaders came uninvited to turtle island 500 years ago and attempted to exterminate us.

All traditional indigenous people throughout the world must live by their own natural ways to save the earth.

Settler colonialists have and continue to try to extinguish our natural life. We would prefer to have the settlers as strategic partners but they have to remain on their own homeland.

Presently the world is unravelling as revolutions, rebellions, insurrection and protests break out. There is hunger, heat and cold. We want alliances and talks between real people, not with leaders who want to take off their shirts and skirts [like at the G7 conference] so private power and money remain in the hands of a few. We must stop these colonial victimizers from killing us and our children and raping the land as they have done for 500 years. These rampages must end.

ESPECIALLY IN THE HANDS OF THE CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS.

In our way they would get the same treatment they gave us. The trespassers came here with a plan to stamp us out of creation, that we never existed. Oct. 25 2024 is the culmination of the 100 years business plan to annihilate us. It is “indigenous holocaust memorial day”. Our message is if you don’t know your true history, you have no future.

Why are these murderers not in prison for what they did and are still doing to us. They brought killing and suffering on millions and yet are roaming above the earth freely without answering for their crimes. They are under the protection of the Roman Catholic cartel.

The past has caught up with the hangman. The wrongs they committed cannot ever be righted. Even admitting guilt and disclosing the truth to humanity isn’t going change what happened. “Sorry I murdered your kids, raped, starved your children and tried to steal all your land with the help of my military, politicians, lawyers, bankers and  misfits”. So sorry.  Wink. Wink.

The cross on tekanontak [mount royal Montreal] is on a historic communication centre of our people throughout turtle island. We want access and jurisdiction to all our land. We want full reconciliation with our people everywhere without hindrance by invaders.

THAT’S WHY THE GODFATHER, POLITICIANS, BANKS AND THEIR BAND COUNCILS ARE RUSHING TO MAKE THE FINAL BUSINESS “DEAL” GOTTA SHUT UP THOSE PESKY TRADITIONAL INDIGENOUS PEOPLE.

All this land and resources belong to the unborn natural indigenous people. The invaders can stay only until they die by following the great peace. They cannot sell, transfer or do anything to our land. Everything below, on and above the land is that of the caretakers placed here by creation. Upon their death everything reverts to us as we are the only heirs. With our permission the trespassers may use our land only until they die and cannot turn our property over to anybody.

The admiralty law of the seas and their courts are private foreign corporations and sit illegally on our land. They and everything that violates indigenous natural law have no force or effect. We are in the process of stopping McGill University from extracting our land so we cannot investigate the unmarked graves of our murdered children.

Anyone who contradicts or sides with the invaders violate the great peace. Ignorance of the great peace is no excuse. Traitors will be dealt with according to the kaianerekowa, great peace, the law of the land.

The Pope is coming to Canada to acknowledge what everyone in the world knows, that turtle island is the land of the indigenous people since time immemorial. Now’s the time for the Pope to ride in his Popemobile to Kahnawake and then to McGill University to acknowledge all this. And over the radio in his Popemobile he should have playing Led Zepellin’s masterful “Gallows Pole”: Hangman, hangman, hold it a little while. Think I see my friends coming Riding a many mile. Friends did you get some silver? Did you get a little gold? What did you bring me my dear friends To keep me from the gallows pole? What did you bring me to keep me from the gallows pole? I couldn’t get no silver, I couldn’t get no gold. You know that we’re too damn poor To keep you from the gallows pole. The Pope is still collecting money from the dead and murdered children.

Hangman, hangman, hold it a little while. I think I see my brother coming Riding a many mile. Brother, did you get me some silver? Did you get a little gold? What did you bring me, my brother To keep me from the gallows pole? Brother, I brought you some silver. I brought a little gold,I brought a little of everything To keep you from the gallows pole. . . . .’

*Rally and press conference

with the kanien’kehà:ka kahnistensera (Mohawk Mothers) Join us at 3 pm on Wednesday, July 27th for a rally at the foot of the unceded kanien’kehà:ka homeland of tekanontak (Mount-Royal), to let Pope Francis know that his evil Church is unwanted on Turtle Island. The cross must come down now! This week is marked by the visit of Pope Francis as representative of the most genocidal corporation in history, the Catholic church. His 6-day “penitential” swan song holiday on Turtle Island will not be allowed. It is not enough to “acknowledge” the genocide, abuse and massacre of innumerable Indigenous children discovered (and yet to be discovered) in mass graves all around Turtle Island. In the Iroquoian language spoken by the original inhabitants of the St. Lawrence Valley, there is no word for saying “I am sorry”, only “I will make it right”. Rather than apologies for forcefully attempting to wipe Indigenous peoples off the globe, we want what we have never ceded: our land! We will not accept the Vatican whitewashing its barbaric history in Canada while still being the largest private landowner in the world. The kanien’kehà:ka kahnistensera will also share the latest updates on the lawsuit through which they are seeking to block the upcoming profanation of Indigenous graves on Mount Royal for McGill University’s ominous “New Vic” project, on the sites of the former Royal Victoria Hospital and the Allan Memorial Institute. Stand by Indigenous peoples to save Mother Earth from destruction. #Takebacktekanondak

MOHAWK MOTHER’S STRATEGY ON QUEBEC’S FORCED LANGUAGE ‘ORDER’ Audio

AUDIO

MNN. May 23, 2022. Almost 80 years ago Indian day school teachers tried to make us speak French in kahnawake. We took the exam paper which was in French, signed our name, and handed it back  blank. They exclaimed, “Eeez no use. They won’t speak French”.  We were exempted from the ‘canadien’ [squatters] stranglehold.  This commentary applies equally to English.

“TO JAIL FOR NOT SPEAKING FRENCH WHILE DRIVING IN QUEBEC, MADEMOSELLE!”

Today the Quebec C96 language bill to shove French down our throats and make us and our languages disappear will never happen. We are the true people of turtle island, placed here to communicate with creation in our original languages.

In the future all foreigners will speak to us in mohawk or another indigenous language. They are not of this land.

They have two choices, to come under the tree of peace or leave. Creation wills that Indigenous will be the only languages spoken everywhere.

Because of foreign language restrictions for trade and commerce reasons, we are being forced to leave our home for work for survival. kahnistensera proclaim that every place of work must accommodate our indigenous language requirements. They cannot deny us equal opportunities to work, study or any discourse we chose anywhere on turtle island. As a matter of pride, duty and fundamental human rights, we want to speak our languages everywhere

YOU FOREIGNERS NEED THE PERMISSION OF THE ORIGINAL PEOPLE OF TURTLE ISLAND TO DO ANYTHING! GET IT?

The French culture is in France. We gave them no permission to dictate anything to us. They came here to exploit, steal our resources and continue to try to extinguish us. Sign language was once the common language throughout turtle island. Everybody in the world knows that our land is indigenous from time immemorial until infinity.

The French are angry because they are losing their bastardized imported language. They want us to forsake our  language [s] so theirs can be saved. If they want to hang onto the French language, they can go home where it is being preserved. To save our languages, we the living onkwehonweh have to do it ourselves here on our homeland while under constant threats and attack by the invaders.

All signs will eventually be in kanienkehaka:onwe, mohawk or other indigenous languages. Our languages shall be spoken and displayed everywhere on our land by everyone. Our languages and kaianerekowa will will try to get rid of the systemic injustice, racism and hatred that engulfs the world today. The invaders murdered us for not speaking foreign white languages. Today they will stop attempting to kill us and our original languages and help us bury the weapons of war [great peace].

Premier Legault wants only French or else. “No exceptions”. Canada and Quebec are not nations. whever they come is where they belong. turtle island belongs to  our unborn future generations and we are its caretakers.

In 100 years everyone on turtle island will speak only Mohawk or another indigenous language which is what our mother earth wants. Canadiens are scattered foreign populations from different separate places away from their homelands. The teiohateh two row provides that we have to keep our own ways, languages and customs. The foreigners will stay in their ship. We will stay in our canoe which is all of turtle island.

Our duty is to raise our children on our land, and speak kanienkehaka:onwe, Mohawk. The fascists planned to do away with us [Indian Lands Acts 1924] and have set 2024 as our end time when we will be assimilated into a foreign law by the stroke of the corporate pen. The invaders are uninvited. We defeated them then and we will defeat them again.

tionnitiotiakon [Montreal] will be Mohawk speaking only.

These foreigners have shown us they cannot live among us. They constantly make us defensive and reactive. C96 is their latest gun to start their attacks in our schools and homes. We refuse to let them tell us how we shall be. Every generation the invaders try to make us less legitimate and think we are dying out. We will persevere and do what make us strong, our clans, decision making process, knowledge of our past and the elimination of their band council puppet gestapo they appointed to help them carry out the “final solution to the indian problem!”.

The  fascist government of the invaders does not belong on indigenous land. We have a revolutionary way to develop a free society and to live without war.

All those residential school death camps on turtle land were designed to beat, torture, starve, rape and murder us to destroy our land and steal our resources.  Quebec Bill C96 is another school shooting. If you want to be French, go home.

Our language is our tie to creation. Don’t dictate anything to us. We will decide whether to learn whatever we want as we have always done!

Finally, Prime Dictator Legault, you have no voice amongst our people. We will never accept your dictatorship words. As the song says “It’s beginning to look a lot like fascism”.

JAY TREATY MUST BECOME “LOVE TRAIN” FOR PEACE Audio

Please post & distribute.
MNN. Apr. 21, 2022. What’s the fuss over the Jay Treaty? It does not exist on great turtle island [the Western Hemisphere] for the sovereign indigenous people. International law exists as long as it serves the United States. So there is no international law. Article 2 of the Jay Treaty of Trade and Commerce 1794 acknowledges the that there are no borders for indigenous people because the supreme law of  great turtle island is the kaianerekowa and indigenous laws that have been here since time immemorial. Canada commits a crime when they refuse to acknowledge the kaianerekowa and do not allow indigenous from anywhere in the Western Hemisphere to pass and repass the artificial borders placed anywhere on turtle island by the invaders.
The Jay Treaty is between US and Britain to settle the colonial wars between them. great turtle island is one land for all indigenous people.
The band council is an administrative arm of the invading Canadian/British army that enforces the foreign”Admiralty Law of the Sea”. The Indian Act provides that the band council as Canadians have no authority to represent us because they violate the teiohateh, two row. The tribal councils in the United States do not represent the indigenous people either for the same reason.

This ‘imaginary line’ to exploit the people is made out of thin air. It exists only by foreign legislation and is not natural. Birds, deer, indigenous people don’t need statutes to move about on their land. 500 years ago indigenous people were naturally free to travel ocean to ocean, pole to pole. We are stopped, penalized, imprisoned and forced to live on small POW camps called “reservations” overseen and enforced by the “weaponized peacekeepers.”

Violence against indigenous people at illegal economic border

US VIOLENCE AT ILLEGAL BORDER AGAINST INDIGENOUS PEOPLE.

The kaianerekowa, great peace, and all original indigenous law is the law of great turtle island. In 1794 the Americans and British carved an illegal line through onowarekeh, turtle island, calling the north side Canada and the south side the United States and Mexico, but the same families ruled all sides of the pretend borders. Canada and United States will stop their criminality and totally remove the boundary and let all natives cross and recross freely. The South Americans cannot be stopped from moving north. The non-natives and their band and tribal councils have to live by the kaianerekowa or leave great turtle island.
When we go to the border, we can drive or walk through and tell the border guards to get out of our way. They have to open the gates for us as though they do not exist. Some remarks by indigenous when harassed at the border: “There is no Canada or United States!” Another was asked where he born. He said “Six Nations!” The immigration fella said, “You are Canadian”. His father corrected, “If a calf is born in a horse’s stall, does that make him a horse?”
Instead of lying, murdering and warfare the O’Jays sing that we should all get on the “Love Train”: “People all over the world everybody [all over the world] join hands with the love ride. Start a ‘love train’, ‘love ride’, ‘love train’. At the next stop that we make will be England. Tell the folks in Russia and China too” . . .

MNN. April 1, 2022. On April Fool’s Day Pope Francis on behalf of the Catholic Church announced that they are guilty of the biggest holocaust in all humanity. The kaianerekowa, great peace, and all indigenous laws have always been the laws of turtle island.  All other laws are Admiralty Law of the Sea, which were void from the beginning. The Pope has apologized on behalf of Canadians who have benefitted from the crime of genocide. These ‘indian’  buddies of the government ‘indians’ forgave the psychopaths on their own behalf. We will never forget nor forgive them for what they did and continue to do.

When the trespassers arrived on turtle island, we were here.  To get our land and possessions, they planned to erase our history as if we did not even ever exist. We were the greatest nation on eastern turtle island at that time. Over 150 million natives of the Western Hemisphere were genocided because the Pope of the Western Roman Empire declared us non-humans. Christians came here and killed us as if we were animals, and then went to church on Sunday to be blessed by the preacher.

The first Papal Bull was issued before they even knew who we were. They found out our system of governance was superior to theirs and they had to destroy it.

We were at peace for thousands of years until Champlain brought the war here in 1609. The Huron paid the price for their role in helping France to break the peace. The culture since time immemorial is the great peace.

Every man, woman and child were denied culture, land, language and their lives. Now we are on postage sized reserves while the trespassers occupy our prime real estate everywhere. Their code of law is based on legalization of murder and genocide.

The band councillors are the Nazis of Canada who have always helped to destroy their own people. They have left the canoe and boarded the ship to become agents of the Canadian government and commit treason.  They commit murder, go to church and get absolved of their sins. Hypocrisy at its highest in the name of Christianity.

They are indoctrinated to hate and kill. They help the Pope and then the kings to carry out the holocaust.

Canada set up a theatrical play to get some natives to accept the apology and to forgive the unforgivable. If he is sorry, the Pope for the Crown can return everything to the true indigenous people. “Sorry” does not exist in our language or bring back the millions of murdered indigenous people. If not he too is an actor like those sent over to Rome to be apologized to. The land has always been here. They should leave with their puppeteers and take their demon religion with them. We predict that the Pope will not meet with one of the true original people. The Pope has to come with an invitation from the true original people, not from the trespassers and their band council agents. Otherwise he is violating the protocol of the kaianerekowa, the great peace. The pope stands in all the shoes of all the original popes.

The band councils and their followers are the government’s helpers that carry out the orders to follow the script written for them by the trespassers. If they are really sorry, they will leave.and never return to onowarekeh, turtle island. all murderers and their agents are guilty and must leave.

The Catholic Church was behind the genocide, murder and rape of millions of native children and adults, and the illegal theft of all our land and expropriation by the crown, in partnership with Britain and Canada. Everybody in the world knows of their crimes.

The Crown is the absolute progenitor of the turtle island holocaust. As squatters they will have to vacate turtle island, as they own nothing.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission which turned out to be a scam did not assign guilt for the unmarked graves, lies and deceit. It’s just another scripted act of British thieves and murdering paid actors, who are now sitting in the senate to let the genocide continue.

Kanienkehaka with the kahnistensera, the women, and the rotiskenrakete, the men, have responsibilities and duties as defined by creation to deal with these crimes.

As the father of Canada, Sir John A. McDonald, said, on the floor of Parliament, in 1883, “When the school is on the reserve, the child lives with its parents, who are savages; he is surrounded by savages, and though he may learn to read and write, his habits, and training, and mode of thought are indian. He is simply a savage who can read and write. It has been strongly pressed on myself, as the head of the Department, that indians should be withdrawn as much as possible from the parental influence, and the only way to do that would be to put them in central training industrial schools where they will acquire the habits and modes of thought of white men.” Prime Minister Trudeau stands in his shoes and must answer for the genocide.

The Pope coming here is a disgrace to indigenous people. There are no words to correct what they’ve done to us or to make things right. Coming here proves he is a psychopath. They are welcoming the genocider to check out whether the genocide policy worked.

As thahoketoteh sings about still being here: I speak to you now, proud and brave, remembering the lessons our ancestors gave, about acknowledgment and respect and the four races as they intersect and from the path behind us to the one that lies ahead. Let us walk softly the road we tread. Hold our heads high as we move along thinking with one mind as we sing our song. We are glad to say and we say loud and clear through all of the sadness we are still here.

MOHAWK MOTHERS TO DEFEND THEMSELVES, MAR. 24/22. Audio

Please post & circulate.

MNN. Feb. 22, 2022. [By kenienkehaka messenger thahoketoteh of MNN]. [This is the correct date]

LAWYERS GET OFF FIRST SHIP TO TURTLE ISLAND.

kahnistensera Mohawk Mothers are defending their right to represent themselves.  tewatatewennio is a fundamental right of the people to speak from their own minds according to kaianerekowa process.

The Federal Court of Canada is being requested to issue an order forcing the kahnistensera Mohawk Mothers to be represented by a lawyer, violating kanienkehaka law;  that  kahnistensera cannot speak in the proceedings; and to cover the ‘costs’ of the respondents [McGill, Quebec, Montreal and Stantec Construction].

IN THE BEGINNING COLONISTS, POLITICIANS, LAWYERS & COURTS BEGAN TO DESTROY THE VOICE OF THE NATIVE WOMEN.

March 24th is another attempt to waste time by throwing the kahnistensera into the court’s procedural swamp.

Sections 35 and 52 of the Constitution Act of Canada 1982 affirms that the kaianerekowa, the great peace, and the teiohateh, two row agreement, are the supreme laws of turtle island.

ALL LAWS OF CANADA ARE OF NO FORCE AND EFFECT. SEC. 35 & 52. CONSTITUTION ACT OF CANADA 1982.

The kahnistensera wish to begin as soon as possible to address the crimes: the unmarked graves of the children, the theft of kanienkehaka Mohawk land, the debts owing to the Indian trust fund by McGill and the City of Montreal and to stop the construction of the Royal Vic renewal project of tekanontak, Mount Royal.

This court of the invaders cannot adjudicate over the indigenous people. The kahnistensera have obligations to fulfill determined by creation. They cannot abandon their pledge. The invaders originally promised to respect all people of the Western Hemisphere and remain on their ship.

The invaders agreed to make a peaceful relationship with the onkwewonweh. It is apparent they do not remember their pledges and ways of maintaining a peaceful relationship.

According to Sections 35 and 52 of the Constitution, the colonial judiciary is inconsistent with indigenous laws, therefore of no force and effect. The lawyers want a lawyer from their privately owned judicial system  and to determine who shall speak for the kahnistensera. The lawyers threaten them with exorbitant “costs”. The court is asking the kahnistensera to reveal how much money they have. Indigenous resources are raped, Indian trust funds are set aside for use by the invaders, the land is continuously misused and the children are genocided. Their own books will reveal how much wealth they have taken from the indigenous. In 2020, the GDP [value] of Canada amounted to about 1.64 trillion U.S. dollars, which is the Indian Trust Fund.

They also want to decide how much time they can speak in court. For over 500 years the invaders created the havoc and destruction of turtle island. The indigenous have persistently tried to stop the genocide of the peoples and the natural world. The Federal Court of Canada must see all the wrongs that have been done and that can be stopped. All parties must start telling the truth.

Let us begin a new era of relations, by getting to the substance, such as investigating the suspected unmarked graves of our children on tekanontak, Mount Royal, the theft of un-repaid Indian funds to build the McGill military college in 1820, the invasion of our unceded lands. The only binding laws on turtle island are the kaianerekowa and teiohateh.

LAWYERS HAVE LAWYERS.

The kahnistensera are not looking for adjudication. They remind the court of the commitments the invaders made to the people and the land. Prime Minister Trudeau has conceded these wrongs and requires them to be remedied. They want the court to honour and fulfill all the pledges they made. Foreign laws are not applicable to the indigenous or the land, according to the Constitution. The invaders must remain within their ship.

The invaders can never own any of indigenous land. Nor give themselves rights to turtle island. The people of this hemisphere must be respected.

There is harmony between the rotisikenrakete, the men, and the kahnistensera, the women. They are of the same mind. All are concerned for human rights, children, future generations and for all the family that is on this land. rotiskenrakete carry their commitments in their medicine pouch that connects them to their mother. They carry the soil with them to remind them of their duties and responsibility.

kahnistensera are not of this so-called government or nation. They have gone to the Federal Court to remind them of the crimes committed to the people and mother earth. They are part of everything that is original to this land. They remain in the canoe while the invaders are on the ship that will take them back to their mother.

LAW SCHOOL.

The court erroneously refers to the kahnistensera as a group, organization or corporation. They are the original women of turtle island, the life givers and caretakers of the land. They wish to speak openly so their words may be heard by everybody to let them know who the indigenous people are.

The government band councils work for the white corporations in the Prisoner of War camps called reservations, under a ‘war measures’ system run by a military complex. The invading state is now turning the gun at their own people. This happened many times to the original people right up to the present. Canada is disqualified from being a country because it does not and cannot have the land that belongs to the original people.

The kahnistensera have come to remind the Federal Court that they shall decide who will speak for the people and they will defend the people, the culture and the land.

The kahnistensera are seeking a JUDGMENT from the Federal Court of Canada that the kaianerekowa and teiohateh are the Supreme Laws of turtle island, and that all laws of Canada are hereby adjudged to be inconsistent thereto and are of no force or effect on this issue.   Signed & dated by the Federal Court Justice.

George Thorogood sings about doing everything he can to get back to his woman: “I pulled out of Pittsburg rolling down the eastern seaboard. I got my diesel wound up and she’s running like never before. There’s a speed zone ahead but alright I don’t see a cop in sight. Six days on the road and I’m gonna make it home tonight”.

The first collection of its kind, this anthology by members of the Mohawk Warrior Society uncovers a hidden history and paints a bold portrait of the spectacular experience of Kanien’kehá:ka survival and self-defense. Providing extensive documentation, context, and analysis, the book features foundational writings by prolific visual artist and polemicist Louis Karoniaktajeh Hall (1918–1993)—such as his landmark 1979 pamphlet, The Warrior’s Handbook, as well as selections of his pioneering artwork. This book contains new oral history by key figures of the Rotisken’rhakéhte’s revival in the 1970s, and tells the story of the Warriors’ famous flag, their armed occupation of Ganienkeh in 1974, and the role of their constitution, the Great Peace, in guiding their commitment to freedom and independence. We hear directly the story of how the Kanien’kehá:ka Longhouse became one the most militant resistance groups in North America, gaining international attention with the Oka Crisis of 1990. This auto-history of the Rotisken’rhakéhte is complemented by a Mohawk history timeline from colonization to the present, a glossary of Mohawk political philosophy, and a new map in the Kanien’kéha language. At last, the Mohawk Warriors can tell their own story with their own voices, and to serve as an example and inspiration for future generations struggling against the environmental, cultural, and social devastation cast upon the modern world.

The book is by Louis Karoniaktajeh Hall, Kahentinetha Rotiskarewake, Philippe Blouin, Matt Peterson, and Malek Rasamny.

Praise

“While many have heard of AIM & the Red Power movement of the ’60s and ’70s, most probably do not know the story of the Mohawk warriors and their influence on Indigenous struggles for land and self-determination, then and now. These include the 1974 Ganienkeh land  reclamation (which still exists today as sovereign Mohawk territory),  the 1990 Oka Crisis (an armed standoff that revived the fighting spirit & warrior culture of Indigenous peoples across North America), and the Warrior/Warrior Unity flag, a powerful symbol of Indigenous resistance today commonly seen at blockades & rallies. The Mohawk Warrior Society tells this history in the words of the Mohawks themselves. Comprised of  interviews with some of the key participants, as well as The Warrior’s Handbook and Rebuilding the Iroquois Confederacy (both written by Louis Karoniaktajeh Hall, who also designed the Warrior/Unity flag), this book documents the important contributions Mohawk warriors have made to modern Indigenous resistance in North America.”
—Gord Hill, Kwakwaka’wakw, author of 500 Years of Indigenous Resistance and The Antifa Comic Book

“This clear and stimulating book had me on edge from beginning to end. No matter who we are we can learn from these histories of the Iroquois Confederacy as related by its present-day members, lessons pertaining to non-hierarchical political organization and the care of  the land. In the age of Black Lives Matter this work makes the case for autonomous life-spaces free of US or Canadian state control.”
Michael Taussig, Class of 1933 Emeritus Professor of Anthropology, Columbia University, City of New York

“This book is a window into a world seldom glimpsed by Europeans and their settler descendants. Revealed to us is the inner vision of First  Nation liberation movements that emerged from forms of government within which group autonomy and individual freedom have been cherished for thousands of years. Despite inspiring the US Constitution, these confederacies were heavily repressed and forced underground. At the end of the 1960s, the Warrior Society was rekindled by seven original members who vowed to defend their people against state violence depriving them of their rights. Overnight, they were joined by hundreds throughout Mohawk lands, then thousands all over the Iroquois Confederacy, with supporters from the East Coast to the West Coast in  North and South America. The Warrior Society emerged within a broader cultural renaissance that imbued traditional matrilineal cultures with new vitality. As part of the global awakening of the 1960s, they were more popularly rooted than AIM or the Black Panthers. Their Great Law provides an ecological and democratic framework for peaceful coexistence of all peoples.”
—George Katsiaficas, author of The Subversion of Politics: European Autonomous Social Movements and the Decolonization of Everyday Life and The Global Imagination of 1968: Revolution and Counterrevolution

“This book takes the reader behind the masks of the Mohawk Warrior Society, exploring the deep roots of the controversial Indigenous movement that precipitated the 78-day standoff at Oka in 1990. Offering unprecedented oral histories, concept glossaries, and transcripts of internal documents, this auto-history presents the perspective of the Rotisken’rhakéte in their own words. All readers interested in contemporary Indigenous resistance to colonialism will find much of value in this unique compendium that goes beyond the well-known symbols to explain their origins and meaning.”
—Jon Parmenter, Associate Professor of History at Cornell University, and author of The Edge of the Woods: Iroquoia, 1534–1701

The Mohawk Warrior Society is an excellent collection of stories about colonialism and resistance in Turtle Island—a must read  for settler allies seeking to learn and unlearn the histories of colonial violence that structure our contemporary relations. In providing vital histories of state repression and Indigenous resilience, the teachings in this volume can inform all contemporary efforts working towards decolonialization.”
—Jeffrey Monaghan, Criminology and Criminal Justice, Carleton University, co-author of Policing Indigenous Movements: Dissent and the Security State

“I’ve been blessed because I came to know the Unity Flag by seeing Oka on TV when I was young. When I got married they wrapped us with the flag, it has been a part of all the spiritual ceremonies that I went to, it has been present at every blockade. Along with the Women’s Warrior Flag, it’s a symbol that’s embedded in our spirit, and it’s always been an inspiration. Louis Hall, Ganienkeh, and The Warrior’s Handbook were way ahead of their time, back when people were just starting to fight back, fighting to get their land back. The intention of The Warrior’s Handbook and Unity Flag was for all Indigenous nations throughout the hemisphere and really the whole world to unite, and first and foremost to fight. That’s why this book is so important, it’s something that Louis Hall has gifted to all red nations.
Kanahus Freedom Manuel, Indigenous land defender, Secwepemc Women Warrior Society, Tiny House Warriors

“This is a compelling account of the political struggle for the return of indigenous thought through the words of those Kaianerehkó:wa Mohawks affiliated with the original 1970s Warrior Society. It offers a trenchant and witty critique of settler colonialism together with a body of teachings aimed at re-establishing balance and harmony.  It is for the Kanien’kehá:ka, the indigenous peoples of Turtle Island, and all people troubled by the state of our relations to each other and to the beings of the land that make us as well as those who care for it.
—Eduardo Kohn, Associate Professor of Anthropology at McGill University, and author of How Forests Think

About the Contributors

Louis Karoniaktajeh Hall (1918–1993) was a prolific Kanien’kehá:a painter and writer from Kahnawake, whose work continues to inspire generations of indigenous people today. A man of all trades, Karoniaktajeh worked as a butcher, a carpenter, and a mason. Initially groomed for a life in the priesthood, Karoniaktajeh (on the edge of the sky) began his life as a devout Christian before later turning against what he saw as the fallacies of European religion, and deciding to reintegrate himself into the traditional Longhouse and help revive “the  old ways.” Appointed as the Secretary of the Ganienkeh Council Fire, he became a prominent defender of indigenous sovereignty, and was instrumental in the reconstitution of the Rotisken’rhakéhte (Mohawk Warrior Society). His distinctive artwork includes the iconic Unity Flag, which still symbolizes indigenous pride across Turtle Island (North America). His legacy as a revivor and innovator of traditional  Mohawk culture includes his works The Warrior’s Handbook (1979) and Rebuilding the Iroquois Confederacy (1980).  Both these texts, which served during their time as a political and cultural call to arms for indigenous communities across Turtle Island, were initially printed by hand and distributed in secret.

Kahentinetha Rotiskarewake is a Kanien’kehá:ka from the Bear Clan in Kahnawà:ke. Initially working in the fashion industry, Kahentinetha went on to play a key role as speaker and writer in the indigenous resistance, a role which she has fulfilled consistently for the last six decades. During this time she witnessed and took part in numerous struggles, including the blockade of the Akwesasne border crossing in 1968. She has published several books including Mohawk Warrior Three,  and has been in charge of running the Mohawk Nation News service since  the Oka Crisis in 1990. She now cares for her twenty children,  grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Kahentinetha means “she who is  always at the forefront.”

Philippe Blouin writes, translates, and studies political anthropology and philosophy in Tionni’tio’tià:kon (Montreal). His current PhD research at McGill University seeks to understand and share the teachings of the Tehiohate (Two Row Wampum) to build decolonial alliances. He has published essays in LiaisonsStasis, and an afterword to George Sorel’s Reflections on Violence.

Matt Peterson is an organizer at Woodbine, an experimental space in New York City. He is the co-director of The Native and the Refugee, a multi-media documentary project on American Indian reservations and Palestinian refugee camps.

Malek Rasamny co-directed the research project The Native and the Refugee and the feature film Spaces of Exception. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the department of Social Anthropology and Ethnology at the Ecole des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) in Paris.

MNN. 27, January 2022. This is an update by thahoketoteh of MNN on the McGill ongoing saga. The kahnistensera, Mohawk Mothers, are concerned with the self-preservation of indigenous lives and culture facing genocide at the hands of colonists trespassing on turtle island, using the foreign Admiralty Law of the Seas to violate our land, our people, resources , and  culture.

In the middle of this case, super-paid Principle and Chancellor of McGill, Suzanne Fortier, resigns! At McGill a messy failure has been left behind. As the Chinese say about those who abscond, “They  will suffer death by a thousand cuts”:

In the ‘procedural swamp’ the FCC  [T-1696-21] asked for time consuming information that has already been provided. tThe court’s concern is about traditional

IT SAID: “TAKE BACK TEKANONTAK” [AKA MONT-ROYAL] THIS IS KANIEN’KEHA:KA MOHAWK LAND.

representation, signers and speakers.

This is delaying presenting the substance of the case of the suspicions of unmarked graves of our people on the site of the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Allan Memorial Institute of McGill University.

According to Sections 35 and 52 of the Constitution Act of Canada 1982, all the laws of Canada have no force or effect because they are inconsistent with the kaianerekowa, great peace. The kahnistenera, Mohawk Mothers, can only represent themselves according to ancestral law. They are the caretakers of the children and the land they are brought onto.

This sounds like the philosophy commonly used by mega corporations and the military which are connected to all universities, such as the movement to ‘Demilitarizie McGill” has tried to reveal at McGill University.

The main issues in the court case are the unmarked graves, the trespassing on Mohawk land, and the borrowing of Iroquois Trust Funds to build McGilll that was never repaid to the Mohawks.

The traditional process of the kanienkehaka [Mohawk] is to listen to the proceedings and report the words to the clans. The appointed word carriers will be given the words that will go back to the court.

The kahnistensera cannot be represented by a lawyer, council or non-kaianerekowa person as it would be inconsistent with the great peace. The court is allowing the four opposing lawyers to speak and question the witnesses, while the indigenous women will be allowed one speaker!

The SQI reached out to the band councils for information and assistance. The band councils are created by the Canadian Army to take care of the prisoners in this ongoing war for indigenous land title.

The economic sanctions strategy was invented with the onkwehonweh [indigenous people of the land] in mind. No people have ever endured more oppressive sanctions than the original people in the history of modern economics. The creation and theft of the Indian Trust Funds was to create a stranglehold on the economic freedom of the original peopleMN.

Though they are ‘old’, they are capable and expect to be treated fairly. The court was informed that they will continue this case as joint applicants according to Rule 102[b] of the Federal Court of Canada: “the relief claimed, whether joint, several or alternative, arises from substantially the same facts or matter”. In this  case, once an agreement is made they must stand behind the words.

Leonard Cohen was an inmate in Dr. Ewen Camerons ‘mind control’ experiments at Allan Memorial Hospital of McGill and also wrote a song about a “Suzanne”. We wonder if Leonard ever listened to Ted Nugent’s song,” Stranglehold” which describes what has been done to us on the economic front. “Here I come again now, baby, like a dog in heat. You can tell it’s me by the clamor now, baby. I come to tear up the streets. I’ve been smoking for so long and now I am here to say, I got you in a stranglehold, baby. I’m gonna crush your face”.
