The corporation of the government of Canada works hard to keep us and our issues invisible and our minds ignorant. The extinguishment of natives is now called the “Framework Agreement”. The bankers are the shareholders of all the incorporated municipalities in Canada. They own Canada and, through the birth certificate, which is a banking document, they own the people.

Brainwashing includes ridiculing or blanking out the truth of our true position as the people placed on turtle island by creation. We are ignored or diagnosed as having mental and physical limitations or are eliminated. Even our own identity is decided for us, like forcing us to use only electronic corporate identity. This is documentation of their slaves.

The corporation has authorized its First Nations Inc. band council puppets to sign the order for our extinction and to cut our tie to our land. 

Words like “conflict”, “fear”, “envy” and “hate” or any words that criticize the serpents are out of bounds. 

The official foreign languages of turtle island, English and French, and the newly invented “First Nations” languages, based on translations from English, will be used to limit our thinking ability. English is a language of deception.

Only banking names and numbers registered by the corporation are recognized. Calling ourselves by our true native names will once again be illegal. New history and religions will “advance” the serpent’s idea of native society from being free to being controlled by the corporation.   

Planned disorder is called ‘harmony’. Misfits are sent to Work Houses, Labor Camps and Military Units. Knowledgeable Elders are ‘retired’. Childrens Aid Societies and geneticists encourage small family units and sterilization without consent. Everyone is classified by intelligence and ability according to what is useful to the corporation. 

OUR PAST IS BURIED IN OUR MINDS, WHICH ARE REACHED THROUGH ANCIENT MEANS. 

Repetitiveness kills naturalness. We are to sit in chairs all day long, do nothing. Go home. Do it again the next day. Those who see beyond, asks questions, refuse daily meds, and resist the conditioning are disposed of. The “Framework Agreement” to municipalize and tax us under the corporate regime is the basic plan for sameness and control.

Our dreams are a combination of reality, emotions and love of our people, which are being systemically taken away by belittling our very essence.

We run and hold our babies close to us to feel the warmth, comfort and beauty. Their future is in our minds and arms. We shall have joy, music, love and ceremonies which are in the shadows and echoes.

MNN. SEPT. 23, 2019. Climate change is happening because the multinational corporations are deliberately destroying the world by poisoning the waters, trees and the people. The UN and global Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 are drafted to eventually establish the taxing of every breath we take, disguised as a carbon tax.

The climate change movement is the common denominator for the people who are trying to implement the New World Order. What are the global change marches supposed to do? Lots of media coverage. Momentary leaders and spokespeople rise up. The issue of climate change and its causes are brought forward for the moment. Lots of overtime for the police.

CLASS ACTION BOUNTY HUNTERS

MNN. 30 May 2019. Scalping natives is lucrative. Lawyers are getting filthy rich hunting down native victims from Canada’s numerous genocide programs. Different compensation is offered for deliberately maiming different parts of our minds, bodies and energy. A paltry $10,000 and “sorry” for beating up, strapping little kids, more for knocking us out, lifelong impairment, hospitalization, emotional and mental abuse, raping, impregnation, sterilization, loss of language, culture and self-esteem, scientific experimentation and death.

A letter was sent to the Complaints & Compliance of the Law Society of Ontario on one of their leading “Injun scouts” Gowling WLG. lawsociety@lso.ca. about the INDIAN DAY SCHOOL LITIGATION cash cow that Canada has set up for their Indian bounty hunters. Canada is paying Gowling WLG to erase this abuse from their history. 

Gowling WLG [Canada] LLP are the lawyers representing the Plaintiffs in the Indian Day Class Action suit against the government of Canada [Gary Leslie McLean and others v. Her Majesty the Queen (T-2169-16), Federal Court Winnipeg).

Gowling WLG violated the following Rules of Professional Conduct mandated by all law societies.   

[3.4-1.] A lawyer cannot act for a client where there is a conflict of interest. [Rule 1.1-1] A conflict of interest is when the lawyer’s loyalty to a client is “adversely affected by the lawyer’s own interest or lawyer’s duties to another client, especially a financial interest”.   

Gowling WLG has an enormous financial interest in settling this case, which is an outrageous attorney fee of $55,000,000 that was secretly negotiated with our opponents Canada. They are seeking approval by the federal court of Canada.  

Legally attorney fees are negotiated and paid by the Plaintiffs to the lawyers, not by the opponents, Canada. The guilty party has become a party. Gowling WLG is negotiating payment to themselves from our opponents. Gowling WLG is trying to settle the agreement that is favourable to Canada [similar to bribery] rather than to the clients. Gowling WLG foregoes its fiduciary duty to its clients to act only in our best interests.

THAT’S WHAT YOU THINK!

Clients were forced to sign “Objection Forms” to the proposed settlement agreement. Gowling WLG pitted their clients, the plaintiff “supporters” and the plaintiff “objectors” against each other.  

Gowling WLG then responded to the objectors at the hearing in Winnipeg by informing the Court that we were wrong in our objections and that the Court should disregard our testimony. This is conflict of interest. At the same time Gowling WLG supported our opponents, Canada.  

The Day School victims are one people who all suffered the same painful cultural genocide. Another conflict of interest is the assertion of 5 different levels of compensation for damages, ranging from $10,000 up to $200,000 under Canada’s control.  

Gowling WLG refused to communicate with the objectors. One client traveled 3 days with their family by car to Winnipeg. Gowling WLG allowed them to speak for 3 minutes. Gowlings WLG treated objectors despicably because they might jeopardized the $55,000,000 attorney fee they are seeking.  

[Joint Retainers 3.4-5]. A lawyer cannot act for more than one client. If a conflict develops that cannot be resolved, the lawyer cannot continue to act for both or all of them and may have to withdraw immediately.   

Gowling WLG represents its clients. Not our opponents Canada. They need our consent in the matter.  Canada admitted its guilt and liability in 2009 when the case was filed by the original plaintiffs. Gowling WLG took over in 2016 and had nothing to do with its resolution! Canada must pay the victims directly for its crimes. The plaintiffs then pay their lawyers out of the settlement proceeds.  

Settlement and attorney fees are separate. Gowling WLG lost its objectivity when our opponents Canada volunteered to pay its legal fees. The clients were never consulted on this agreement between Gowling WLG and the original plaintiffs. From then on, Gowling WLG was against any plaintiffs objecting to this shady settlement.  

Some clients want to meet with the Law Society to discuss the practice of lawyers collecting and bringing in our severed heads to line their pockets.  

We can never win in their private Admiralty court system. The only true venue we should be in is the International Court of Arbitration in the Hague. We think the lawyers at Gowling WLG are probably singing this song as they rub their hands together about the $55 million:

Assembly of First Nations AFN and band councils are paid agents of the private corporation of the “Government of Canada”. Trudeau threatened First Nations if they don’t sign away everything, he would cut off their funds. AFN has usurped illegal jurisdiction over me and my property without my knowledge or consent. AFN corporate registration is: NATIONAL INDIAN BROTHERHOOD 053108-1. BUSINESS # 133649848RC0001 Date modified 2019-04. This is personal unlawful and voluntary surrender to Canada. 

Canada and AFN never got my permission to speak for or represent me in any way, which violates the kaianerekowa, the great peace, and international law.

A certificate of Indian status No. 0——–1 was forced by the private corporation called the “Government of Canada” on me. The AFN and First Nations are secretly carrying on business on behalf of Canada to extinguish my birthright without my knowledge or consent. They are fraudulently signing Framework Agreements to terminate me and assert unlawful Crown title on my property known as onowarekeh, turtle island [North America].

THE ENEMY WITHIN

MNN. Jan. 10, 2019. The enemy within  are the Indian Act chiefs in our communities, bought and paid for by the corporation of Canada. On October 25, 1924 the true original people of turtle island were illegally dispossessed of their governmental structures and all their lands, at gunpoint.  The Indian Lands Acts unlawfully seized our lands and gave it to the provinces for resource extraction.   

1924 “CANADA’S INDIAN LANDS ACTS” IMPRISONS ONKWEHONWEH IN P.O.W. CAMPS. 

For P.R. purposes native sell-out actors were put into the role of chiefs. The Indian Act, the bankers and the church put an invisible line around us, calling the prisoner of war death camps “reserves” where we were forced to live until we no longer exist as the true native people of turtle island. The one hundred year business plan implemented in October 1924 is slated for completion in October 2024. With the natives penned, and not allowed to farm or hunt, they could starve us into submission, and they did. 

An RCMP Indian agent was installed at the gate. We were herded like cattle into the POW camps all across Canada on that day. Those who ran away were deemed to be non-Indians by Indian Affairs, their properties illegally confiscated. The settlers immediately moved onto our lands, which we never ceded. 

THESE BOUNTY LAWS FOR OUR HEADS AND SCALPS ARE STILL ON THE BOOKS.

Bounties were put on the heads of any native man, woman or child. Our bones were buried in the middle of our communities where we were murdered. The settlers built their towns over top of the bones of our ancestors.   

The fences were removed in the 1960s. The traitors took on the dual role of pretend chief and Indian agent. The band council’s script continues to be to help the settler colonialists to finish the business plan and be rid of us. Trudeau is pushing RIGHT NOW new legislation to achieve this end. Their act is to missionize, christianize, socialize, minimize; legislate, assimilate; economize, genocide. 

ORPHANAGES SELL OUR CHILDREN WITH THE HELP OF “INSIDERS”.

Only christians were on the councils. The churches sent in the Jesuits who brought in the army of settlers to remove and kill the natives and settle on our lands. The churches with the help of the “chiefs” carried out the murders of our children in residential schools and to kidnap our babies and children in the 1960s scoop. The band councillors are on the front line of the war against us. 

The traitors carry out the genocide program. All the Indians participating in the 51% majority rules Indian Act band elections have the mind disease called “owistah’, which causes the priority thought to go from “we” to “me”. 

CURE FOR OWISTAH DISEASE IS KANIANEREKOWA.

Today the traitors mock their counterparts in Ottawa by lying and deceiving us constantly. The time has come to return to one day before October 25th 1924 and abolish the illegal Indian Lands Acts. They have to deal with us as a people directly. Now they deal with corruptible individuals appointed by them.    

The women are the life givers who continue to carry out their duties. The men’s responsibility is to care for the water, land, air, animals, birds, insects, and protect the women and children in the communities and all our relations everywhere on turtle island. 

Protection of our mother is in our subconscious put in our minds by our ancestors.  The band councillors sold their birthright and are no longer onkwehonweh. 

We have always had the right to exercise the free use and enjoyment of this land and all that is upon it, as was designed by creation. The invaders and their puppet Indian Act band councils are trying to convince everybody that our rights are within the artificial borders that were created by the foreigners and guarded by the military. More force is being used on us because of our opposition to the raping and pillaging of our mother and all that is natural upon her.

The corporate system is organized crime that starts from the Vatican, British Crown, Canada, provinces and the band councils. 

Yes, band council and all the helpers of the invaders are otsinonwaksen, bad creatures in every way.  We will not betray our ancestors and future people. We were not brought here on a ship. Creation placed us on our mother.

There is a military building up around wetsuweten peoples’ unistoten camp [B.C.]. The RCMP Indian liaisons, Canadian governnment agents, went to the peaceful camp and told the people that the RCMP have assembled tactical units to force compliance with a colonial court injunction to allow Northern Gateway and Trans Canada Pipeline crews access to our unceded, non-treaty lands. The court did not address the tsilhquot’in decision that provides it has no jurisidiction on lands where it has no treaty! 

This is an act of aggression by the Canadian corporation.

The Canadian version of law has no jurisdiction anywhere in Canada as they are illegal immigrants who drafted genocidal acts on October 25, 1924. The Indian Lands Acts created all the reserves and imposed the provinces resource extraction activities on our territory, in violation of international scrutiny. Canada has no lawful documentation that can establish any interest or jurisdiction whatesoever from anyone anywhere on turtle island. The invading migrants are armed trespassers trying to terrorize the native.
