On July 30, 2022, His Holiness Pope Francis plead guilty to the crime of genocide during his flight from Canada to Rome. Their intent was to destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, violating the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, General Assembly Resolution 260 A (III) of 9 December 1948.

As such: The genocide of the indigenous people of onowarekeh, turtle island, was carried out by the churches on behalf of the invaders to steal onowarekeh, turtle island from the said original people. We never surrendered any, which makes this unceded.

 

The instructions from creation to the Mohawk Mothers, the caretakers of turtle island, are that we cannot accept his confession and apology as the sentence for the church’s crime of genocide.

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

The genocide of our people of onowarekeh, turtle island [Canada] is ongoing by the tentacles of the churches by their invaders to continue robbing and killing us and our land. Canada acknowledges that we never surrendered any of our land, which makes this unceded. The Pope’s guilty plea on their behalf affirms that they murdered most of us for this.  

We have reported these crimes many times. Again we ask the Prosecutor of the International Court in The Hague to lay the appropriate charges. Otherwise they will get away with murder and genocide.    

The church must be held totally accountable for their continuing crimes against us. The Hague must get off their seats and convene a hearing to sentence the Pope and the catholic church for the crime of genocide they admit to committing.   

The Nazi trials in Nurenburg executed Germans for their genocidal atrocities. Why not their christian colleagues here on turtle island? 

The catholic church will return all they have plundered and pillaged. Their doctrine of confessionals does not give them immunity from the most horrific crimes ever committed against humanity. 

Again we ask the Prosecutor of the International Court in The Hague to either lay the charges or start making them pay the price! First let us find the unmarked graves of the children they murdered. turtle island and everything under, on and over it immediately reverts to the indigenous survivors. The Pope plead guilty. No trial is required. The world cannot let the genociders get away with murder and genocide. The sanctions must now begin. We demand justice.

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide General Assembly resolution 260 A (III) of 9 December 1948 

Genocide is a crime under international law, contrary to the spirit and aims of the United Nations and condemned by the civilized world, 

It is agreed that:

Article I

That genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish.

On Saturday July 30, 2020, Pope Francis admitted the atrocities that were perpetrated against the indigenous people. “Yes, it is a genocide, yes, yes, clearly. You can say that I said it was a genocide,” the Pope said. The kahnisensera, mohawk mothers, added that “Guilt falls also on the the Canadian government which funded the carefully planned genocide”. 

All control of occupied turtle island referred to as “Crown land” now reverts back to the original owners immediately. Canada, which sits on onowarekeh, turtle island, is squatting on our land. He has admitted the crime, similar to Canada admitting its abuse of indigenous students in Indian Day Schools, which were also operated by the churches for the Canadian government. 

Looks like the black serpent went into the ocean never to be seen again, according to ancient history of the original people.   

The Vatican is the world’s first corporation set up in 902 AD at the time of the breakup of the Roman Empire into East and West.  The Queen of England is the shareholder of the corporation known as the “Crown”. Canadian citizens are her subjects. Corporations get their IPO numbers from the Vatican, where the Crown is located. Every corporation in Canada is a sub-corporation of the Crown and will now be dissolved. Everything has always belonged to the indigenous.  

The invaders call turtle island “Crown land”. Our sovereignty was never surrendered to anybody ever! All documents the invaders present on ownership are false. None show truthful ownership of anything anywhere on turtle island.     

So now the head of the corporation has admitted the crime of genocide on turtle island.  The cross on Mount Royal [tekanontak] is the reminder of genocide and must come down immediately. It is a symbol to the indigenous people like the swastika is to the rest of the world. MNN. April 1, 2022. On April Fool’s Day Pope Francis on behalf of the Catholic Church announced that they are guilty of the biggest holocaust in all humanity. The kaianerekowa, great peace, and all indigenous laws have always been the laws of turtle island.  All other laws are Admiralty Law of the Sea, which were void from the beginning. The Pope has apologized on behalf of Canadians who have benefitted from the crime of genocide. These ‘indian’  buddies of the government ‘indians’ forgave the psychopaths on their own behalf. We will never forget nor forgive them for what they did and continue to do.

When the trespassers arrived on turtle island, we were here.  To get our land and possessions, they planned to erase our history as if we did not even ever exist. We were the greatest nation on eastern turtle island at that time. Over 150 million natives of the Western Hemisphere were genocided because the Pope of the Western Roman Empire declared us non-humans. Christians came here and killed us as if we were animals, and then went to church on Sunday to be blessed by the preacher. 

The first Papal Bull was issued before they even knew who we were. They found out our system of governance was superior to theirs and they had to destroy it.

We were at peace for thousands of years until Champlain brought the war here in 1609. The Huron paid the price for their role in helping France to break the peace. The culture since time immemorial is the great peace.

 

 

Every man, woman and child were denied culture, land, language and their lives. Now we are on postage sized reserves while the trespassers occupy our prime real estate everywhere. Their code of law is based on legalization of murder and genocide. 

The band councillors are the Nazis of Canada who have always helped to destroy their own people. They have left the canoe and boarded the ship to become agents of the Canadian government and commit treason.  They commit murder, go to church and get absolved of their sins. Hypocrisy at its highest in the name of Christianity.

They are indoctrinated to hate and kill. They help the Pope and then the kings to carry out the holocaust.

Canada set up a theatrical play to get some natives to accept the apology and to forgive the unforgivable. If he is sorry, the Pope for the Crown can return everything to the true indigenous people. “Sorry” does not exist in our language or bring back the millions of murdered indigenous people. If not he too is an actor like those sent over to Rome to be apologized to. The land has always been here. They should leave with their puppeteers and take their demon religion with them. We predict that the Pope will not meet with one of the true original people. The Pope has to come with an invitation from the true original people, not from the trespassers and their band council agents. Otherwise he is violating the protocol of the kaianerekowa, the great peace.The pope stands in all the shoes of all the original popes.

The band councils and their followers are the government’s helpers that carry out the orders to follow the script written for them by the trespassers. If they are really sorry, they will leave.and never return to onowarekeh, turtle island. all murderers and their agents are guilty and must leave.

The Catholic Church was behind the genocide, murder and rape of millions of native children and adults, and the illegal theft of all our land and expropriation by the crown, in partnership with Britain and Canada. Everybody in the world knows of their crimes.

The Crown is the absolute progenitor of the turtle island holocaust. As squatters they will have to vacate turtle island, as they own nothing.     

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission which turned out to be a scam did not assign guilt for the unmarked graves, lies and deceit. It’s just another scripted act of British thieves and murdering paid actors, who are now sitting in the senate to let the genocide continue.   

Kanienkehaka with the kahnistensera, the women, and the rotiskenrakete, the men, have responsibilities and duties as defined by creation to deal with these crimes. 

As the father of Canada, Sir John A. McDonald, said, on the floor of Parliament, in 1883, “When the school is on the reserve, the child lives with its parents, who are savages; he is surrounded by savages, and though he may learn to read and write, his habits, and training, and mode of thought are indian. He is simply a savage who can read and write. It has been strongly pressed on myself, as the head of the Department, that indians should be withdrawn as much as possible from the parental influence, and the only way to do that would be to put them in central training industrial schools where they will acquire the habits and modes of thought of white men.” Prime Minister Trudeau stands in his shoes and must answer for the genocide. 

The Pope coming here is a disgrace to indigenous people. There are no words to correct what they’ve done to us or to make things right. Coming here proves he is a psychopath. They are welcoming the genocider to check out whether the genocide policy worked.

MNN. 27, January 2022. This is an update by thahoketoteh of MNN on the McGill ongoing saga. The kahnistensera, Mohawk Mothers, are concerned with the self-preservation of indigenous lives and culture facing genocide at the hands of colonists trespassing on turtle island, using the foreign Admiralty Law of the Seas to violate our land, our people, resources , and  culture.

In the middle of this case, super-paid Principle and Chancellor of McGill, Suzanne Fortier, resigns! At McGill a messy failure has been left behind. As the Chinese say about those who abscond, “They  will suffer death by a thousand cuts”:

This is delaying presenting the substance of the case of the suspicions of unmarked graves of our people on the site of the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Allan Memorial Institute of McGill University.

According to Sections 35 and 52 of the Constitution Act of Canada 1982, all the laws of Canada have no force or effect because they are inconsistent with the kaianerekowa, great peace. The kahnistenera, Mohawk Mothers, can only represent themselves according to ancestral law. They are the caretakers of the children and the land they are brought onto.

This sounds like the philosophy commonly used by mega corporations and the military which are connected to all universities, such as the movement to ‘Demilitarizie McGill” has tried to reveal at McGill University. 

The main issues in the court case are the unmarked graves, the trespassing on Mohawk land, and the borrowing of Iroquois Trust Funds to build McGilll that was never repaid to the Mohawks.

The traditional process of the kanienkehaka [Mohawk] is to listen to the proceedings and report the words to the clans. The appointed word carriers will be given the words that will go back to the court. 

The kahnistensera cannot be represented by a lawyer, council or non-kaianerekowa person as it would be inconsistent with the great peace. The court is allowing the four opposing lawyers to speak and question the witnesses, while the indigenous women will be allowed one speaker!    

The SQI reached out to the band councils for information and assistance. The band councils are created by the Canadian Army to take care of the prisoners in this ongoing war for indigenous land title. 

The economic sanctions strategy was invented with the onkwehonweh [indigenous people of the land] in mind. No people have ever endured more oppressive sanctions than the original people in the history of modern economics. The creation and theft of the Indian Trust Funds was to create a stranglehold on the economic freedom of the original peopleMN.   

Though they are ‘old’, they are capable and expect to be treated fairly. The court was informed that they will continue this case as joint applicants according to Rule 102[b] of the Federal Court of Canada: “the relief claimed, whether joint, several or alternative, arises from substantially the same facts or matter”. In this  case, once an agreement is made they must stand behind the words.  

Leonard Cohen was an inmate in Dr. Ewen Camerons ‘mind control’ experiments at Allan Memorial Hospital of McGill and also wrote a song about a “Suzanne”. We wonder if Leonard ever listened to Ted Nugent’s song,” Stranglehold” which describes what has been done to us on the economic front. “Here I come again now, baby, like a dog in heat. Justin Trudeau goes into election sidestepping the elephant in the room, the just found unmarked graves of indigenous children. Indian elite traitors are happy with Trudeau. North American Treaty Organization,  NATO’s purpose is to guarantee the security of its members through political and military means. Under the guise of implementing democracy, NATO supported the American backed Afghan government’s brutality against their own people, in close coordination with the United Nations, the World Bank, the European Union and the investment/development community. The “war-mongers” are a collection of cartels including Canada, United States, Germany, Netherlands, France and Australia which all actively fought the Taliban. They lost. They will never rise again. These republics of war fleeing Afghanistan are “the final solution to our problem, the colonists”. All empires fade when they don’t deal humanely with the indigenous people. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea and all indigenous nations of turtle island were never defeated and never surrendered. Our land can’t be ceded, only squatted on by immigrants. The intruders now have to leave. Without war they can’t feed their military addiction. The CEOs, generals and politicians won’t have their big profits and pensions. They can’t feed the youth into their war machines.

Canada and US are defeated and bankrupt. They are addicted to being illusory “super powers” with nuclear weapons to scare everybody. When they invaded our land, they came under our jurisdiction, kaianerekowa, the great peace, and teiohateh, two row [where we stay in our canoe -turtle island – and the intruders stay on their ship which will soon return them to their fatherland]. The Afghan people do not want to be subjugated with Western thinking like what’s been attempted on turtle island.

These fascists murdered and tortured millions of our children and discarded them in unmarked graves. 

Politicians, prime ministers and Members of Parliament know there can only be peace or dissolution of their corporation for these criminal atrocities.  

Canada is setting up Berlin style sectors to control the people and their movements for going over their imaginary “corporate economic borders”. 

Afghans know that like what Canada and US did to us and our children, what they did to Afghans cannot be unseen. It’s a system of racism and greed for our land.  Now these same killing machines are running the society that benefits from this holocaust. The executives, judiciary and legislatures did it and the settler colonists benefitted. 

 

Nothing bothers a psychopath. These criminals have no right to call turtle island their land. 

NATO are bullies who got slapped by the Taliban. Anybody who does that is called a “terrorist”. They fear the original people because we have the truth. 

We can never be “settler colonists” on our own land!

Trudeau called a snap election and says to corporate Canadians, the “Government will always have your back!”, but not the original people who are not corporate Canadians. The rest are getting lip service.

Trudeau promises “to keep Canada moving forward”, which means continued genocide and exploitation of our resources. There is no regard for the original caretakers of our land on which the corporation is squatting.

Trudeau admits on behalf of Canadiens their guilt to genocide. In effect, he says, “Reconciliation will come”, so he is told his by his puppet band councillors. They are government agents that pretend to speak for 99% of us sovereign original people.  We can only speak for ourselves. We have and will persevere.

There are allegations from a survivor, Ann Diamond, of unmarked graves behind the Allan Memorial Hospital of McGill University, on the south slope of Mount Royal. “These unmarked graves are a big secret. There has been no physical proof that kids are buried there, but some would have been native kids in Dr. Ewen Cameron’s experiments between 1953 and 1964. Between 17 and 25 children are buried there”. The higher learning schools with the intellectual geniuses were brought in to help design the premeditated genocide horror. One aspect was to ensure that protesters are silenced. 

McGill has been destroying records, evidence and making sure that witnesses and survivors stay silent. McGill has always forbidden any archaeological digging on its site which is an original large rotinoshonni Mohawk village that was never ceded, sold or transferred.

Covert operations under the direction of the Vatican and Great Britain directed McGill University to carry out mind altering experiments geared to genociding our culture and to think like white people. 

Psychiatric hospitals such as Allan Memorial are an extension of the residential schools genocide program and vice versa.

Our spirit comes from nature and continues until the end of time. We hear these children in the unmarked graves.

That’s why Canada tried to stop our blood from continuing through murder, sterilization and genocide. These Frankensteins wanted to erase our brain and replace it with an obedient limited functioning white brain. The rebellious were murdered.

Experiments were being done on indigenous children from the late 1800’s when Indian residential death camps were first established up to the present time.

They were all part of the MKULTRA mind control program of the MI5/CIA/CSIS. They were given new identities, names and top jobs. Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron conducted experiments at Allan Memorial to change memories and erase the patients’ thoughts using “psychic driving”, drug-induced sleep, electroconvulsive therapy, sensory deprivation, lobotomies and mind control drugs. These criminal actions were secretly conducted on defenceless people and children without their consent or knowledge. We demand all files be opened to the public and a thorough investigation of each conducted by us. 

The “100 year business plan” of murder and genocide became law when the Indian Lands Acts were passed on October 25, 1924. The military set up POW death camps called ‘reservations’. Over 158 residential schools were built with Indian Trust Funds [374 schools in the United States] to extinguish our children. ‘Health’ units like Allan Memorial were established throughout Canada to experiment on our children. Many perished.

Original chiefs and clan mothers were murdered in front of the people and the puppet tribal and band councils were installed by military force. Their main purpose was and continues to be to help annihilate our people and sign away our land so Canada can become a country without ‘Indians’. The first band councillors were WW I returning native soldiers. The current Minister of Indian Affairs, Marc Miller, is a former military commander who is in the reserves.

The Vatican ‘owns’ the Crown that took illegal possession of turtle island. Churches are all registered corporations with the Vatican and pay no taxes to the people. The priests are the original intelligence agents through the confessional system. The band councils carry out the genocide as mapped out by Canada.

The reason for the elimination of the indigenous people of turtle island is to have no debt to the owners of the land through total annihilation. That means murder of the children, sterilization of the women and missing and murdered women and girls who have the babies.

Mr. Trudeau, you stand in the shoes of all former Prime Ministers who all agreed to the genocide and murder. We want to hear your own words for why we were genocided. Hitler was a German who took out Germans. You foreigners come here and murder us whose homeland has been turtle island since the beginning of time, posing as human rights advocates and freedom lovers. Each unmarked grave is a separate crime scene and criminal investigation. We know who did the crime. We want to know the specifics of the individuals involved, just like the Nuremburg trials.

A real criminal investigation of each death is necessary. One grave can unravel a lot of mysteries. How were our children kidnapped? The government illegally made us all their ‘wards’ and took trusteeship of our possessions and funds without our consent. The RCMP as the Gestapo showed up at our homes with a court paper to take our children. Kidnapping is a crime anywhere in the world except Canada when it has to do with natives. The parents had to give their child or children to the arresting officer or they would be jailed and ultimately murdered. The RCMP placed the children in their precincts to change their identity for delivery to the school death camps or for human trafficking. They turned them over to the church and the government paid for their human extinction services!

When a body is found in an unmarked grave, the police are immediately called. A crime scene is created. The homicide squad must conduct a thorough investigation supervised by the indigenous people. DNA samples are gathered to match it with a family. Our children were taken to the farthest schools, given English names, numbered and their culture taken from them. The murderers cannot investigate their own crimes of kidnapping, human trafficking, child abuse, rape, torture and murder.

Another reason to eliminate our people is so they can steal 100% of our Indian Trust Funds which is now over $900 trillion. They are trying to eliminate witnesses  to the theft.

Directions came from the government ‘god father’, which directed the churches to implement the genocide. There’s the actual kidnapping, the cover up, terror, taking away the language and culture and enforcing Christianity, all in the name of god. We were to become “human” the English way. The number of children taken is at least 3,950,000 to the residential death camps, never to be returned home.

The truth will make the people of the world want Canada to disappear and to respect the true jurisdiction of the aboriginal people to all turtle island.

We do not reconcile or negotiate with brutal terrorists who have invaded our land and terrorize us, murder our children and steal everything they can. You said it is up to the communities to decide, not Canada. That means all us sovereign people will supervise every aspect of the investigation. Importantly the Prime Minister plead guilty to these crimes on behalf of the corporation of Canada. What were the proceeds from the crimes. Everything Canadians have, the land, resources, infrastructures, water, air, everything below, on and above the earth.

DNA experts and demographers we trust are needed. We want our Indian Trust Funds to cover the cost of this thorough investigation.

Many of these children will never be found. They are in unmarked graves. Some were thrown into furnaces. Some were mixed into the concrete and poured into the walls of the school . . . .

Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada plead guilty to the world for committing the biggest murder and genocide in all humanity of at least 4 million indigenous children. There is no statute of limitations on murder and genocide. The guilty corporations of Canada and US automatically dissolve. Both are owned by the Crown, the corporation headed by the Queen,, registered at the Vatican.

As we are individually naturally sovereign, each of us has a right to our own decision on all matters. No one speaks for us, especially not any of your sell-outs. 

Canada, US and Spanish psychopaths conducted the genocide and hid the graves. They will all be found.

Government and Christians defend their sadistic crimes as the will of god! They want to apologize so we can forgive them and be healed! Then the serial killers can get off the murder charges. We are not part of the confessional system which keeps us silent so they can be protected through their confidentiality defense. Our children were sent to the town officials from the residential schools death camps to be abused, tortured, raped and killed. The Nazi judges were convicted in the Nuremburg trials after World War II for conspiracy mostly by execution.

Our great peace has no statute of limitations on murder. Any individual native person can seek a remedy for the atrocities. The automatic dissolution is an immediate remedy to hold the murderers in Canada accountable. After that there can be a Nuremburg type investigation under the great peace to find the actual perpetrators, like Trudeau, politicians, bureaucrats, etc. We cannot reconcile with the murderers.

The reason to kill our children was so they would not grow up and have children, The women who bore the children were murdered or sterilized.

The government knows where they all are all and they will all be found.
