MNN. 14 Apr. 2015. The colonial settlers refuse to give the traditional kanion’ke:haka Mohawks at kanehsatake any rest. On a cold winter day in 2004 the ad hoc “Aboriginal” cops were sent in to establish law and order and displace the people’s police. The incorporated band council chief, James Gabriel, had his own Indian Affairs goons patrolling the community. The 60 outsiders locked themselves into the police station and refused to leave.

The people came to have a look. They were charged with confining the cops. Someone burnt down Gabriel’s empty house. Everything got settled. Some men were jailed. The women were acquitted. Now CROWN Prosecutor Francois Briere, the career Mohawk hater, appealed the acquittal of the spectators. He said these women were associated with the men he falsely convicted. So they are guilty by association and wants to convict them!

The May 3, 2004, video shows Jimmy’s Indian Affairs goons and the Quebec police of Oka waiting for orders at the west end. They were staring at the camo-clad and masked kanehsatake men, who were staring back at them. The goons were suppose to stir up trouble and film it through the back window of their pickup truck.

Suddenly a cop with a stun gun jumps into the back of the pickup truck. Before he could aim, our men pounded him with a hail of rocks and raced forward to disarm him. One rock crashed through the back window of the truck, which took off. Filming continued through the broken back window.

The chase began. An undercover car scooted out of the way. Traffic in the opposite direction maneuvered past. Our guys’ trucks moved behind the cops at a regular speed. Suddenly the cops braked and got slammed from behind. The big dump truck didn’t stop because vehicles were behind it. The cop radio messaged, “The big 5 ton truck is coming after us”. They kept going until they hit the next town, St. Placide. No charges were laid because no one knows who was driving.

MNN. April 5, 2015. The St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Council Inc. is trying to lead their people like cattle to the slaughter house, using their MOU. The Tribe will be the first to get the steel bolt in the head and the meat hook that drags them away. Beverly Cook will hang and bleed out alone. “On May 28, 2014, the St. Regis Tribal Council Inc. SRMT announced that it has agreed to sell to New York State our long-standing claims to all original kanionkehaka [Mohawk] land for all time. SRMT is a Masonic New York State corporation illegally imposed upon the sovereign people of Akwesasne in 1892. They attend the Massena Lodge [their true longhouse]. This “trustee” system is meant to steal ongwehonwe territory and eradicate the Mohawk Nation.  It violates the convention on genocide.

Such “federal trusts” are remnants of colonialism. The Tribe’s support from the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Inc., created by the corporation of Canada, is also part of the colonial assimilation strategy.

The Tribe admitted that NYS officials dictated the “settlement”. NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo threatened that this was their last chance to get a benefit! The INDIANS will be starved into submission, another old colonial strategy. He warned that the notorious City of Sherrill v. Oneida Indian Nation Inc. US Supreme Court case, would be used to eradicate our claims. The threat forced the Tribe to agree to the NYS drafted contract. Their fear of penalties affected their judgment, forcing them to abandoned their “lawful” fiduciary responsibility towards the people. They agreed to allow NYS to remove the kanionkehaka birthright and impose alien laws on us and our territory.

The Tribe claims to have the authority to extinguish all kanionkehaka birthright for all time, without consulting all kanionkehaka. They claim to be successors to the fraudulent treaty of the Seven Nations of Canada, which it seeks to enforce upon the kanionkehaka! No documents, resolutions or affirmations from the Seven Nations were produced (Algonquins, Nippissings, Kahnawakeronon, Oswegatchie, Hurons of Lorette, Abanakis of Odanak and Kanesatake Mohawks). As a NYS corporation the Tribe cannot qualify the rights of this entity nor enter into national agreements.

The Tribe’s “MOU” will use US federal trust to try to undermine the sovereignty, jurisdiction and land title of the kanionkehaka. There are no “benefits”. NYS will start collecting taxes from us and steal our land. This issue must go to a proper international court of dispute resolution such as the International Court of Arbitration in The Hague, a non-Admiralty court, designed to deal with this exact situation.

Tribal Trustee, Beverly Cook, at a Wolf Clan meeting on March 21/2015 urged us to bend to New York’s threats or “receive nothing”. She suggested the kanionkehaka start a separate claim using aboriginal title as a defense. All US courts are Admiralty, only for banks, corporations and contracts. Under current US law she alone can sign to terminate all our claims forever, this is absolutely illegal! We need international dispute resolution. The kanionkehaka know that the trustees’ job is to protect NYS interests. We are not bound by the terms of the May 28, 2014 “MOU”. This objection is being sent to NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo, various representatives of the residents of New York in Albany and Washington DC and to Ranatakaiius, President Barack Obama.

Their incorporated INDIAN councils – Mohawk Council of Kanehsatake Inc., Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. – are the frontline swindlers. None of the corporate sales, bylaws and regulations of Canada and US apply to us. They are all violating the teio’ha:teh/Two Row Wampum Agreement. Through Vatican Papal Bulls, Doctrine of Discovery, etc., all fiction, the land was illegally occupied.

The Sulpicians and Jesuits are the agents of colonization and genocide. The Company of One Hundred Associates operated from France had assumed possession of Mohawk land, which they illegally doled out. Saint Sulpice in Old Montreal set up the city of Montreal on kanion’ke:haka/Mohawk land.

The Jesuit Jean Jacques Olier in 1657 sent four priests to Paris to come back and set up a parish on Mohawk land. In 1663 France gave Mohawk land to the Society of Notre Dame of Montreal, which then gave Mohawk land to the Seminary of Saint Sulpice at Kanehsatake. A French seigneurial system was set up on Mohawk land.

In 1668 the Sulpicians decided that Mohawks in Kanehsatake, Montreal, Mi’kkmaq, Akwesasne, Algonquins of Abitibbi and Temiskaming were Catholics. For military purposes in 1676 a mission was opened at the Great Lakes. In 1720 they moved them to Mohawk land at the Lake of Two Mountains – Kanehsatake. In 1716 Mohawk land was granted to the Mohawks on the Ottawa River. Anyone questioning this bizarre swapping of Mohawk land was murdered.

MNN. Nov. 5, 2014. The economic hit men have now donned feathers to corrupt the leader in Kahnawake. They tell the leader, “Here’s some money. Don’t worry about the people. Take the money for yourself and your family.” With the band council proposal to give us money for Kahnawake and the Mohawk interest in the Seigneury, and remove us away from the route of the pipeline, they appear to have bought into the economic hit man program.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake are using the traditional economic hit man approach on us – Bribe us. If we don’t take the money, then bring in the military. They had a meeting with us to say they had a meeting. Now they think they can sign away our land and remove us. The hit men’s job is to remove the final impediments to the CROWN’s theft . Those who don’t fit in have already been driven out.

We Mohawks are on the path of the cross-Canada pipeline. They know that they can’t get it through Kahnawake. So get rid of the fighters.

Kahnawake is not a reserve nor CROWN land. It is the unceded original Ongwehone territory of Kanienkeh. We the Rotinoshonni can’t relinquish our title. The illegally imposed government Corpo INDIANS have always been elected by default. If we vote in their corporate system, we are voting for their illegal scam to continue. Our decision-making is through our clans and the peoples’ council.

The INDIAN band council are the tail of the white serpebnt that have us squeezed so tight against their chest that we cant breathe. They are not Ongwehonwe. They left the canoe by their own decision. Like any incorporated municipality, the Peacekeepers report to the band council, who report to the shareholders through the Privy Council, who own the corporation of Kahnawake. They are law enforcement officers. To get their way, the corpo council says they had a meeting with a few people, then sign us away. It’s not legal nor binding. All this is against the Great Law of Onowaregeh.

The Corpo INDIANS want to move us hundreds of miles away. To set up the scenario, they have been deliberately creating worsening social conditions, high poverty, lower education levels and trying to starve the Ongwehonwe into submission. By design the corpo INDIANS mismanage the community, rig the votes and conduct fraud with impunity. They aim to keep the people apathetic and uninformed.

Canada is the most corrupt colonial country in the world, the first merger of corporation and state in 1867. Their orders from the CROWN are to kill us or hide us somewhere so no one can see us. That same old order that Champlain tried to carry out for the Europeans, “Get rid of the f—–g Mohawks!”

We need a revolution against this corpo system of 51% dictating to 49% that was imposed on us! It’s time for the people to remove all corpo entities placed over us, which is against the law of the land and all the agreements that Canada lies upon for its legality.

With the Kaianerekowa/Great Law, we will resist the tanks, choppers, psychological warfare, corruption, brainwashing, smooth talking traitors and their military trained corpo cops. The economic hit men strategies won’t work. It means non-stop resistence until we win and return to the peace.

MNN. Dec. 3, 2014. As Don Corleone said, “We’ll give them an offer they can’t refuse”. The INDIANS known as the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake MCK were obviously trained at the school of dirty tricks. I saw these tactics played on our people when I worked at Indian Affairs. They tried to follow it at the December 2 meeting at the Golden Agers to discuss the Seigneury land issue.

Canada needs Ongwehonwe consent for pipelines, resource extraction and so on throughout Canada. They want to remove the Mohawks out of Montreal, the same way the Americans wanted the Cherokee out of Georgia. The white people want to populate Kahnawake.

The Seigneury of Sault St. Louis is on Kanionkehaka land. Any deal between Canada and itself through their corporate councils is an internal deal amongst themselves. The Corpo INDIANS are not Ongwehonwe.

Sitting at the front imitating their masters, the INDIANS dictated the CROWN’s agenda. We were told to keep this a secret. The Great Law provides that all meetings are open to everyone. Every mind is important to the whole.

The INDIANS want to put us on the legal fiction called CROWN land? The INDIANS are trying to get us to agree to a price, as the bankers require for their fraudulent economy based on land theft. We are being offered 65,000 acres of our own land near the border, 24,000 acres towards Ottawa or a large tract near Mt. Tremblant, which is Algonquin land. The Seigneury with ten cities on it will become CROWN land. Kahnawake is not a reserve. Not CROWN land. They want us outside of the Seigneury where we have no Ongwehonwe interest.

We want everything granted to the British according the Two Row from 1701 that they accepted. This includes all of Ontario and everything West in what they now call Canada. it’s time for Britain to come to the table again with the Ongwehonwe to create a new wampum belt of reconiliation with us.

Everyone in the world knows it’s ours. The traitors among us are ready to make a deal. They are the cancer within. They have left our canoe and put themselves in the white man’s vessel. Te ho na ton ko ton. They have left the circle of the ongwehonwe and immersed themselves totally in the ways of the colonizers. They are no longer Ongwehonwe. They abandoned their mother and family.

When the meeting got hot, a disrupter, known in blogland as the “troll”, would rise up to deflect the conversation. Their lawyer approached me and said, “We were counting on your not showing up, because of your advanced age”.

Kahnawake will always be under the Kaianerekowa, not part of Canada. No filthy pipeline will ever come through here. We are Kahnawake! Kahnawake is us! We will never leave. We will always defend it. As Tom Jones reminds: “Yes, they’ll all come to see me in the shade of that old oak tree, as they lay me ‘neath the green green grass of home”.

MNN. Dec. 2, 2014. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is calling for a one-day community consultation on the supposed loss of the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis SSSL by the Mohawks of Kahnawake. It was not lost. We always knew where it was! We are not the intruders. Yet we are being asked if we want to stay on our homeland. To ask that question means they know it’s ours. Discussion is being restricted to accepting the loss of our lands, whether it’s possible for its return and will we be removed.

These remarks are those of elders who are of like minds, based on our teachings before the coming of the colonizers.

The band council framed the question as though we are accepting the loss of our land. It can’t be returned to us, as it’s already ours. We can’t give up something that belongs to our children. it’s our duty and responsibility to protect the birthright of our children for their free use and right to our homeland.

This international issue must include all Rotinoshonni. SSSL is part of Kanienkehaka, “people of the flint”, which is part of the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois Confederacy, the 49 families of the Confederacy and our friends and allies. The entire area is Kanienkeh. All of our brothers and sisters should be reminded that our lands are not for sale. We continue to adhere to those teachings.

The issue is the illegitimate occupation of non-Ongwehonwe communities on 45,000 acres of a small portion of our massive land tract. The Canadian government is responsible for the centuries of use of our land and resources, disrupting our way of life and the existing problems we have had to endure. How can the non-Ongwehonwe make this up to us? Are those who wish to remain going to cooperate with us? Do the occupiers want to stay or leave? Do they want to live under a council of our People?

Do they wish to follow our law and live in peace with the Ongwehonwe or not? Those settlers who wish to remain must live according to the Kaianerehkowa. Those who do not must vacate and reside among those of like minds. The MCK, an arm of Quebec and Canada, may join us or leave with those who don’t want to comply.

The “legal fiction” is that in 1680 French King Louis XIV gave our land to the Jesuits. In 1762 General Gage of the British military dispossessed them and affirmed the land is that of the Iroquois, their friends and allies.

On October 25, 1924, the colony of Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a POW camp. Now they want to relocate us. We are here to stay! The settlers who are on the Seigneury will compensate us as they did before the genocidal event of 1924.

The whole economy of US and Canada is based on them continuing the lie that our land can be monetized. As soon as we agree to this fraud, the bankers win. This meeting is meant to put a dollar value on our land. We refuse to participate in this illegal scam.

We are here to stir up your minds. As Charlie Pride says: “Oh, the snakes crawl at night. That’s what they say. When the sun goes down, then the snakes will play”.
