To work for Indian Affairs in Ottawa, I had to “swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II”. I wrote “under duress” and signed my name. Our people had been almost exterminated, our property and resources stolen and we live in POW camps. I had no choice in order to get a job and salary.

The oath to a foreign monarch affirms that Canada is a colony of Britain. She is the feudal lord. The soldiers’ oath is a code of moral obligation to her as head of the military and worldwide Free Masonry. They swear an oath to protect the Queen and her heirs and ancestors, the blood line.

The oath is mandatory for any job in any CROWN position and for any salary. It is acquiescence to a foreign autocrat and its Admiralty system of government. If you don’t swear an oath, you will not get a job or any money. Therefore, the INDIANS are starved into submission.

Voluntary oath makes you a subject of the CROWN and all its institutions within the Admiralty system of government, courts, police, legislators. It gives the Privy Council the right to run Canada. If every INDIAN refused to take an oath to the Queen, colonization would be over!

The Assembly of First Nations are willing corporate INDIANS being pressured by the Privy Council, probably out of the 14th floor war room at Indian Affairs. Their public oath to the people is for show. The oath to the Queen is enforceable. Former heads of AFN, Shawn Atleo, Ovid Mercredi and Phil Fontaine, have moved up the corporate ladder like any other colonized subject, through stealth and deception of their own people. They took the money from the feathered economic hit man and are wealthy with off-shore bank accounts, “Think about you and your family. Don’t worry about the people”.

The last “cold winter” is causing more pressure on the corporate INDIANS to “finish the job!” of helping the CROWN to take control of 100% of our unceded land and possessions. They have never wanted to share anything with us. They have only wanted to steal everything off us. including our children. That is what they will pay for!

We Ongwehonwe refuse to be controlled by the corporate councils, the Privy Council and Queen of England. We have the Great Peace, the greatest system on earth, for running a country.

The British Empire will not continue stealing our resources and land. The chiefs and councilors swear an oath to Queen Elizabeth and then try to sign us away. The MOHAWK COUNCIL OF KAHNAWAKE INC., set up under the illegal genocidal Indian Act is finished. We are tearing down the military fence around the POW camps called ‘reserves’. We will stop the killing of our children.

She:kon. Small groups of individuals have been empowered by the colonizers to act as imposters. They are fraudulently representing the Ongwehonwe. They are secretly “negotiating” agreements on behalf of our People and our future generations. They are trying to relinquish our land, title and birthright. We shall charge them all under the Great Peace, along with their corporate overlords, with genocide in The Hague.

These are not negotiations, only instructions from the colonizers. For money these individuals are agreeing to use the pen to fraudulently sign away our Ongwehonwe birthright in exchange for a privilege to live somewhere else as INDIANS.

We are the natural sovereigns of Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island. Through deceit some of our people have been convinced to give away our land and inherent rights. When anyone gives you a privilege, it can be taken away at anytime.

No document exists that shows our people ever gave away any of our land. All existing documents are fraudulent. We are being dictated into being relocated onto a new INDIAN RESERVATION far from our homeland.

The plan for 45,000 acres of Kanionkehaka territory called the “Seigneury of Sault St. Louis” is to make it into CROWN Vatican land. We will be forced onto a reservation in our neighbor’s territory. It will be for the use of INDIAN people until the CROWN determines otherwise.

It is a temporary privilege. The plan is that Indian Affairs will be no more because there will be no more Ongwehonwe. The corporate INDIAN band council will become mayors and city or town councilors. We will be given a taxable Certificate of Possession to build our houses on, which is temporary on CROWN lands. The CROWN theft of our land will be complete, as per the 1924 Indian Advancement Act by Duncan Campbell Scott, to be rid of the “INDIAN problem”.

Everyone reading this article right now knows this is evil and genocide.

I am making this objection because I am calling on Ongwehonwe to stand together, to keep our arrows bound together, no matter where we reside on Onowaregeh. We must protect all of our Mother, not portions of her, so we can be strong again. Anyone can break one arrow. No one can break 5 arrows bound together tightly with sinew.

Take the money for yourself and your family.” With the band council proposal to give us money for Kahnawake and the Mohawk interest in the Seigneury, and remove us away from the route of the pipeline, they appear to have bought into the economic hit man program.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake are using the traditional economic hit man approach on us – Bribe us. If we don’t take the money, then bring in the military. They had a meeting with us to say they had a meeting. Now they think they can sign away our land and remove us. The hit men’s job is to remove the final impediments to the CROWN’s theft . Those who don’t fit in have already been driven out.

We Mohawks are on the path of the cross-Canada pipeline. They know that they can’t get it through Kahnawake. So get rid of the fighters.

Kahnawake is not a reserve nor CROWN land. It is the unceded original Ongwehone territory of Kanienkeh. We the Rotinoshonni can’t relinquish our title. We need a revolution against this corpo system of 51% dictating to 49% that was imposed on us! It’s time for the people to remove all corpo entities placed over us, which is against the law of the land and all the agreements that Canada lies upon for its legality.

With the Kaianerekowa/Great Law, we will resist the tanks, choppers, psychological warfare, corruption, brainwashing, smooth talking traitors and their military trained corpo cops. The economic hit men strategies won’t work. It means non-stop resistence until we win and return to the peace.

MNN. Dec. 3, 2014. As Don Corleone said, “We’ll give them an offer they can’t refuse”. The INDIANS known as the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake MCK were obviously trained at the school of dirty tricks. I saw these tactics played on our people when I worked at Indian Affairs. They tried to follow it at the December 2 meeting at the Golden Agers to discuss the Seigneury land issue.

Canada needs Ongwehonwe consent for pipelines, resource extraction and so on throughout Canada. They want to remove the Mohawks out of Montreal, the same way the Americans wanted the Cherokee out of Georgia. The white people want to populate Kahnawake.

The Seigneury of Sault St. Louis is on Kanionkehaka land. Any deal between Canada and itself through their corporate councils is an internal deal amongst themselves. The Corpo INDIANS are not Ongwehonwe.

Sitting at the front imitating their masters, the INDIANS dictated the CROWN’s agenda. We were told to keep this a secret. The Great Law provides that all meetings are open to everyone. Every mind is important to the whole.

The INDIANS want to put us on the legal fiction called CROWN land? The INDIANS are trying to get us to agree to a price, as the bankers require for their fraudulent economy based on land theft. We are being offered 65,000 acres of our own land near the border, 24,000 acres towards Ottawa or a large tract near Mt. Tremblant, which is Algonquin land. The Seigneury with ten cities on it will become CROWN land. Kahnawake is not a reserve. Not CROWN land. They want us outside of the Seigneury where we have no Ongwehonwe interest.

We want everything granted to the British according the Two Row from 1701 that they accepted. This includes all of Ontario and everything West in what they now call Canada. it’s time for Britain to come to the table again with the Ongwehonwe to create a new wampum belt of reconiliation with us.

MNN. Dec. 2, 2014. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is calling for a one-day community consultation on the supposed loss of the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis SSSL by the Mohawks of Kahnawake. It was not lost. We always knew where it was! We are not the intruders. Yet we are being asked if we want to stay on our homeland. To ask that question means they know it’s ours. Discussion is being restricted to accepting the loss of our lands, whether it’s possible for its return and will we be removed.

These remarks are those of elders who are of like minds, based on our teachings before the coming of the colonizers.

The band council framed the question as though we are accepting the loss of our land. It can’t be returned to us, as it’s already ours. We can’t give up something that belongs to our children. it’s our duty and responsibility to protect the birthright of our children for their free use and right to our homeland.

This international issue must include all Rotinoshonni. SSSL is part of Kanienkehaka, “people of the flint”, which is part of the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois Confederacy, the 49 families of the Confederacy and our friends and allies. The entire area is Kanienkeh. All of our brothers and sisters should be reminded that our lands are not for sale. We continue to adhere to those teachings.

The issue is the illegitimate occupation of non-Ongwehonwe communities on 45,000 acres of a small portion of our massive land tract. The Canadian government is responsible for the centuries of use of our land and resources, disrupting our way of life and the existing problems we have had to endure. How can the non-Ongwehonwe make this up to us? Are those who wish to remain going to cooperate with us? Do the occupiers want to stay or leave? Do they want to live under a council of our People?

Do they wish to follow our law and live in peace with the Ongwehonwe or not? Those settlers who wish to remain must live according to the Kaianerehkowa. Those who do not must vacate and reside among those of like minds. The MCK, an arm of Quebec and Canada, may join us or leave with those who don’t want to comply.

The “legal fiction” is that in 1680 French King Louis XIV gave our land to the Jesuits. In 1762 General Gage of the British military dispossessed them and affirmed the land is that of the Iroquois, their friends and allies.

On October 25, 1924, the colony of Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a POW camp. Now they want to relocate us. We are here to stay! The settlers who are on the Seigneury will compensate us as they did before the genocidal event of 1924.

The whole economy of US and Canada is based on them continuing the lie that our land can be monetized. As soon as we agree to this fraud, the bankers win. This meeting is meant to put a dollar value on our land. We refuse to participate in this illegal scam.

We are here to stir up your minds. As Charlie Pride says: “Oh, the snakes crawl at night. That’s what they say. When the sun goes down, then the snakes will play”.

RICHELIEU: UNITY, STRENGTH, PEACE

The French created war between the Iroquois and New France from 1609 to 1701. It was a 92-year war with us. They lost every one and sued for peace to end the wars. The Great Peace of Montreal was made on June 25th 1701, on the summer solstice.

We Mohawk were the enforcers of the Great Law for the Confederacy as the “Keepers of the Eastern Door”.  The French route to the American colonies started from Richelieu down the Richelieu River to Lake Champlain, the Hudson River and on to New York. Bloodline agent, Champlain, launched their war against the peace from Richelieu into Ticonderoga where they killed two of our chiefs. We’d never seen guns before.

Fort Richeleiu was subsequently built to protect travelers, settlers and military from the Mohawks. In 1647 we burnt it down. The French military rebuilt it in 1665.

Champlain’s job was to divide the Indian nations after thousands of years of peace. He started a war of extermination of the Mohawks, to break the peace between us and the Hurons and Algonquins. In 1645 we invaded Ontario and defeated the Hurons and Algonquins and took all their land because they broke the Great Peace, the Kaianerekowa.

The French plan was to take all of Great Turtle Island. After losing every war against us, they changed their plan from war to peace. The French signed the Great Peace of Montreal based on the Two Row Wampum agreement we call the “Guswentha” and the Kaianerehkowa, the Great Peace. Shortly after In August 1701 the British also accepted the Great Peace in Albany.

Quebecois must be proud of taking part in the first international world peace conference in Montreal in 1701. They accepted the peace before the British and everyone else. All the nations on Great Turtle Island were represented by the 49 nations that took part, through their friendship and alliances with the Iroquois Confederacy.

Then In 1710 we sent 5 chiefs to the Court of Queen Anne in London England to explain the Great Peace to the 13 bloodline families of Europe. It was the world’s first international peace conference.

Today is one of the most important times in the history of our relations. Soon the world will see Peace. Quebecois, it is time to recommit yourselves to the Great Peace which was put in your minds when your ancestors accepted the peace. You committed yourselves to spread it. Now we ask you to do it as it was meant.

The French are the first Europeans in the world to accept the Great Law from us, the Iroquois. They took the principles of the Great Peace back to France and created the first republican government in Europe. Let us symbolically join our hands in a circle and recommit to the agreement that was made so long ago. Let us celebrate by planting the tree of peace so that everyone in the world will follow the roots and spread the peace throughout the world. And an attempted murder of a young driver by the Surete du Quebec SQ. Both are part of the “ordo ab chao” conflict strategy to create fear and confusion in Kahnawake.

Under the eye of the corporate council, certain people were ordered to leave the community. They were deemed to be unqualified under the colonial Indian Act to live here.

The underlying issue appears to be our legitimate demand for the return of 45,000 acres of our land known as the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis. Kahnawake is on this tract which is part of the Iroquois Confederacy territory. Ten non-native municipalities are on this tract which must now be returned. According to the Kaianerekowa, the supreme law of the land, the Mohawks and the Confederacy cannot sell the land, much less accept money. According to international law, a vote, referendum or consensus of all adults is required. In violation of the Two Row Wampum – Guswentha, Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a reserve without a surrender and a treaty. They are trying to do this in the West now.

Lawyer, Gaetan Robert, informed us that Minister of Indian Affairs, Jean Chretien, had secretly enacted an illegal order in council on November 16, 1974, turning Kahnawake into a reserve. This order cannot be found. The SQ riot squad came in. A battle ensued. They and the white families left. The SQ, RCMP and the military have no legal authority to enter our community known as Kahnawake for any reason.

The Government of Canada Indian council do as they’re told by their real rulers. Other fear tactics are now being used on us.

SQ: "Okay, I see you have your seat belt on!"

SQ: “Okay, you have your seat belt on. So I’ll put my gun away!”

On October 2, 2014 a young man with his two year old daughter was followed by the SQ onto a side road in Kahnawake and pulled over. The driver immediately called the local Indian cops and then put both hands on the dash. The cop yanked the car door open and pointed his loaded gun with his finger on the trigger at him, “Show me your license and registration”. The Mohawk coolly said, “First take your finger off the trigger and point your gun somewhere else”. Local cops and neighbors quickly arrived and diffused the situation. Apparently it was a misunderstanding. The Quebec license bureau had not yet registered his paid up car registration.

MNN. Sep. 17, 2014. Quebecers are gathering in to monitor Scotland’s  referendum to separate from Great Britain. They want to separate from Canada. There is a big difference. The Scots are Indigenous to their land and were colonized by England. They’re voting to get them off their backs. Quebecers are French immigrants who the natives allowed to settle on Great Turtle Island. They want to declare sovereignty and try to set up a new corporation on our land!! The Scots rightly want their identity by breaking free of the Roman banking empire [City of London]. They want to regain their sovereignty and reconnect to their history based on their clan system which connects them to their land. To do that Quebecers must return to France.

Canada and the US rely on Papal Bulls like the Doctrine of Discovery, Terra Nullius and others which are essentially legal fiction for their their land claims on Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island.

Quebecers left France to break free from the Christian tyranny of the Roman Empire [Papacy] to start anew on our land. Some immigrants learnt our ways and got along well with us, like the “cour du bois”. The rest were taken over by the corporate elites through their 51% majority rules mandate.

The French just wouldn't listen to the Mohawks.

In 1689 the French settlers wanted to kill us all so they could claim our land as theirs. Our response is historically known as the “Lachine Massacre”. We eliminated that settlement. The French sued for peace. On June 25th 1701 they agreed to live in peace under the Guswentha/Two Row Treaty. They are violating that agreement.

Quebecers could vote to withdraw from the corporation of Canada, which is set up under Admiralty laws of the seas. Then they can try to renew their commitment to the Guswentha to live in peace with us. They are in dire need of a small condolence ceremony to remind them this is all Indian land. To stay they have to live under the Kaianerekowa, the law of Great Turtle Island.

Is it history repeating?

Like the Scots who want their true identity, Quebecers must return to their roots in France. Otherwise they will remain angry, disillusioned and never at peace. Like the US and Canada, they never honored their words to us. They have to quit biting the hand that feeds them. They and the world know how they took everything they have from us.

They can’t separate with our land. Even if they exterminated all of us, it still wouldn’t be theirs. Even in death, it’s ours. Quebecers can’t have sovereignty here. We are the sovereigns. Separation means to leave. They’ve shown us they don’t respect our law or their agreements with us. That’s why their dreams of sovereignty will never be realized.

May 31, 2014. Movie star, Steven Seagal, came to visit his family in Kahnawake. They held a private family gathering. The Kahnawake Survival School singers sang and the people danced. Steven Seagal joined in. His family goes back to the 1704 raid on Deerfield Massachussetts when his ancestor was a captive from that raid. Deerfield Raid 1704. She lived in Kahnawake, became a Bear Clan Mohawk woman, had three children and died at 89 years of age as Kanenstenhawi [she brought corn]. Seagall is heading to Akwesasne to meet more of his family there on Monday.

The corporation of Canada sent in its two oldest corporate point men, [Indian agents] to steer the agenda and to control the local media. Jesuit trained Dan Brant Dan Brant and Andrew Delisle Sr. Andrew Delisle Sr. were dragging themselves around trying to control who Mr. Seagal spoke to at this family affair. The Jesuits have always tried to steer us since 1534 when they sent their agent, Jacques Cartier. The Jesuits have never stopped in their genocidal quest.  They have always tried to take over our community by trying to break up the family through “owista”, a disease of the mind which puts “me” before “we”.

The MNN editor was able to talk to Mr. Seagal. He was told about the 1710 International World Peace Meeting in London that our chiefs initiated. He heard about the wampum belts given to Tsar Peter the Great now being in Russia. We have been contacted to help them to interpret the meanings. He turned to me, his brows lifted and his eyes opened wide and he said, “That was just after that Deerfield raid and my ancestors were here,” as he pointed at the ground. He suddenly realized that he is Mohawk and half Russian! He shook his head in approval and said, “I will help!”  Canada threatens ancient Mohawk allies.
