MNN. June 15, 2014. NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo, the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. and St. Lawrence County have concocted an illegal MOU [Memorandum of Understanding]. These corporate entities want to distribute millions of dollars in gaming revenue from the Akwesasne Mohawk casino to the surrounding non-native communities. We Mohawks would be given the opportunity to buy back our own stolen lands in “St. Lawrence County” for $1.5 million. New York State will pay the county from our NY Gaming Compact revenues $2 million and any lost property taxes. The Mohawks will pay $4 million yearly to the county.

St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. also hopes to sign away our 9 million acres of Kanionkehaka Mohawk land, which is most of NYS. Franklin County will give us a few dollars and a bit of sovereignty by running a jail for them in the middle of Akwesasne.

If casino revenue goes down, the casino and our land can be seized and we Mohawks can get kicked off our land. Our land cannot be monetized, Cuomo!

The traitorous St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. can be dissolved. How? Call a meeting of all our communities to dissolve the company. The majority attending sign a termination proposal. May 31, 2014. Movie star, Steven Seagal, came to visit his family in Kahnawake. They held a private family gathering. The Kahnawake Survival School singers sang and the people danced. Steven Seagal joined in. His family goes back to the 1704 raid on Deerfield Massachussetts when his ancestor was a captive from that raid. Deerfield Raid 1704. She lived in Kahnawake, became a Bear Clan Mohawk woman, had three children and died at 89 years of age as Kanenstenhawi [she brought corn]. Seagall is heading to Akwesasne to meet more of his family there on Monday.

The corporation of Canada sent in its two oldest corporate point men, [Indian agents] to steer the agenda and to control the local media. May 14, 2014. Seventeen winters have passed since over 100 Iroquois women, children and men were viciously attacked by the New York State Troopers while we were conducting a thanksgiving ceremony. The issue is now before the Admiralty Court. The whole natural world awaits a return to the natural proper balance. As infamous Rob “12-step” Ford, the crack-smoking mayor of Toronto, advises on Indian matters, “It’s a real sensitive issue. I can’t step on any toes!” All front men for the shareholders of the “crown” corporation known as the United States of America have the main task of continuing the illusion of freedom to the people. Our lawyer, Terrance Hoffman, dumped those of us who would not take the money. The original Two Row Agreement and the treaties have been breached.

This case began on May 18, 1997. Over 160 New York State Troopers attacked us while we were conducting a thanksgiving ceremony at a private property on Onondaga Territory. Terrance Hoffmann Esq. of Syracuse and the lawyer for the other victims, Morvillo Abramowits of New York City, approached us and suggested suing New York State. We victims want those who plotted the plans, gave the orders to the police and the policemen who carried out the crimes to be punished. In 2008 NYS Judge George Lowe, after studying the evidence, reported that NYS would lose the case should it go to trial. He strongly advised NYS to settle with us for money. Some clients were coerced into taking the money. Mr. Hoffmann advised those who did not to find another lawyer or represent ourselves in this complex 17-year old case. He pressured us to take the money and let the criminals get away with their wrongdoing. We told him to keep the money. We want the criminals charged. On May 19, 2014, Mr. Hoffman will ask Judge Dancks to let him drop some of his clients.

MNN. APR. 24, 2014. Our representation is based on the law of the land, the constitution of the Rotino’shonni:onwe, known as the Great Law of Peace. On May 18, 1997 over 100 of us were peacefully having a traditional tobacco burning ceremony in Onondaga, the capital of the Iroquois Confederacy. At 3.00 pm almost 200 specially trained New York State Troopers viciously attacked us. Many of us were severely injured, hospitalized and others were jailed.

Lawyers saw this unprovoked attack on the news. They came running to represent us pro bono, among them Terrance Hoffman of Syracuse and Morvillo Abramowitz of New York City. No agreement was ever made to pay Hoffman who offered to represent 52 plaintiffs. They all thought it was a “slam dunk”. 17 years have passed. Some of the plaintiffs accepted New York State’s offer to take money and not pursue a trial. Others refused and want the criminals tried. It must now proceed.

Terrance Hoffmann is dropping some of us for having an “unabashed political agenda”!! NYS exercised its political agenda by trying to beat us into submission and getting away with it. He is asking for an order for payment of his fees for the last 16 years!

In April 2008 Judge George Lowe at a closed hearing found compelling evidence that the police should be found guilty and we would win if it went to trial. He advised New York State to push for a settlement. Our ambulance chasing lawyer is filing a motion to drop some of us. He wants a divorce for “irreconcilable differences” and an “utter breakdown of our relationship”! Undue pressure is being put on us to settle so the lawyers can profit from the settlement at our expense. The cops and NYS will try to get away with criminality. We have until May 19 2014 to file our side with Magistrate Therese Wiley Dancks at US District Court.

Hoffman’s legalese wants his reasons to be kept secret. He’s still our lawyer and advises us to find someone else or represent ourselves [pro se].

At the October 16, 2013 meeting in Syracuse attended by almost 100 of our people, Dancks, Hoffman and Lowe directed threats at us if we turn down the settlement. Lowe talked at us disrespectfully, like kindergarten children. He represents the best interests of parties that were not there whose reputation and authority were at stake. Throughout Hoffman rarely gave us information. We want the criminals to be accountable. Hoffman never discussed trial strategies. The lawyers ran the show and wanted us to agree with them. All these years our people were never allowed to sit together to talk about our case. This motion confirms our suspicion. The conflict of interest was on their part, looking out for their own interests, not ours. We were made to think we had no right to refuse the NYS offer or change our mind. We have not abandoned our claim.

Hoffman is what we call “Te’hari’wa’kwen:ton”, meaning his thinking is flat, on the ground, dead, without life. Lawyers are not supposed to turn against their clients. “A. With authority under Kaianerehkowa, Supreme Law of the Great Architect of Creation; 

“B. Rotiskenrakehte “They who hold the Peace”, inside Kanienke, declare Navigation and Travel Restriction; 

“C. Restriction shall start at Twenty-three hundred hours, eighteenth day said August, Two thousand seven until further notice, and shall apply to vessels of any nation or corporation engaging in commerce, commercial intercourse with corporate United States or Canada, from navigation or travel inside or upon navigable water, known to be Kanientarahwanoneh, said Cadaracui River, said Lac Saint-Pierre, said River Saint Laurence, said Gulf Saint Laurence and tributaries, beginning point upon the Earth at Forty-three degrees, fifty-six minutes north latitude and Seventy-six degrees, fifty-one minutes, thirty-five seconds west longitude; thence along rhumb line to point at Forty-three degrees, fifty minutes, eighteen “seconds north latitude and Seven-six degrees, seventeen minutes, fifty-five seconds west longitude; thence east and north along land and course of navigable water Kanientarahwanoneh, said Saint Lawrence Seaway, to point at Forty-five degrees, fifty-three minutes, thirty-nine seconds north latitude and Fifty-nine degrees, fifty-eight minutes, twenty-one seconds west longitude; thence along rhumb line to point at Forty-seven degrees, thirty-five minutes, ten seconds north latitude and Fifty-two degrees, forty-one minutes, thirty-one seconds west longitude; thence along rhumb line to point at Fifty-two degrees, sixteen minutes, twenty seconds north latitude and Fifty-five degrees, thirty-five minutes west longitude.  

“D. Air-space within one nautical mile of domicile or abode of Onkwehonwe shall also be restricted from use by government or private contracted security aircraft of said United States and Canada;

For centuries Onkwehonwe and other aboriginal nations upon the Earth have suffered genocide, near total destruction of our Earth, way of life and the continued war of aggression by colonial invaders under de facto Papal authority, said Holy Roman Empire. 1997 NYS ATTACK HAUDENOSAUNEE

MNN. Oct. 16, 2013. In May 18, 1997, members of the Haudenosaunee from our communities converged on Onondaga Nation land next to NYS Thruway 81. Most were  women, children and babies, as well as some of our men. It was to be a joyous celebration with a tobacco burning, feast, dancing and singing. At 3.00 pm 200 paramilitary New York State Troopers surrounded, attacked and viciously beat us up, injuring, jailing and incapacitating us. Many ran with babies in their arms to hide in the surrounding bush. STOMP DANCE

Over the years this case went through the court. All motions to drop the case and that the cops had a right to do it, were defeated. Judge George Low studied the evidence and reported that if this went to trial, we would win. There was no justification for the attack and it was all filmed. [See video below]

Eventually New York State decided to stop any trial by giving about 100 plaintiffs and the lawyers $3 million. The condition was that the traitorous state controlled Onondaga Council Inc. that requested the attack, NYS police and the politicians would be immune from prosecution. We could not be able to discuss it. Some signed as the people are very poor and needed the funds. It had to be unanimous. 

On Oct. 15, 2013, those who refused to sign were ordered to meet with the Judge Therese Wiley Dancks of the US Court Northern District NY and our lawyers in Syracuse. The 12 plaintiffs did not expect to be taken separately into rooms and intimidated by their own lawyers and the judge into signing the agreement or else!  They were threatened to remain silent. 

On Oct. 16, the following day, the remaining plaintiffs were called in. Judge Lowe made a presentation. “I am neutral!” Then he proceeded to tell us of the dire consequences if we don’t sign: years of trial, motions, this is an that, racist jurors. By 2020 if we win, we might be awarded $1. Money was mentioned over and over again.   

NYS does not know that Haudenosaunee consensus is discussion and full disclosure.

Several plaintiffs said, “I did not come here to be talked to like a child”. He withdrew his consent to the settlement. Another said, “Sovereignty is our goal. Not money”. The majority agreed. They walked out of court and went home.  We were reminded once again we can’t stand before the enemy and expect justice. THREE FEATHERS

MNN. Aug. 28, 2013. In the spring of 2005 the women of Akwesasne asked the men to fill council positions in the Turtle, Wolf and Bear clans. Bear and Wolf Clans each selected three men and the Turtle Clan selected one. During the next few years, they worked on establishing various businesses to help the people. 

In July 2011 to September 2012 the Three Feathers casino in Akwesasne was operated by the Longhouse people.

At 5.00 a.m. on December 18, 2012 Three Feathers was raided by US federal marshals, border patrol agents and Mohawk tribal police. Rorahkwiserake of the Wolf Clan was arrested at the business site on a US warrant using NYS Inc. gambling laws that are invalid in Akwesasne. Three men were named in indictments. Kahnieretiio of the Bear Clan was placed under house arrest and could not leave Akwesasne. Tony Laughing was also placed under house arrest with an ankle bracelet. Bail [ransom] of $50,000 was set for Rorahkwiserake of the Wolf Clan who remains in a Plattsburgh NY prison. leg bracelet

On December 28 2012 the Six Nations Rotiskenrakehte/Men received the issue. Six Nations Counsel of Chiefs, Tekarihoken Royaner, offered his clan family support. Kanenhariyo, on formal loan from the Turtle Clan, became temporary Ayonwes [War Chief]. 

The Two Row Wampum agreement gave Europeans limited rights to live on our land. They are bound to return any of our people who may be in violation to be judged by our people. We must also return their prisoners to them. [Two Row Wampum, Great Law of Peace and Great Peace of Montreal 1701.] Ignorance of the law is  no excuse.

The Mohawk/Kanionkehaka are the northern “Keepers of the Eastern Door” of the Iroquois Confederacy. We are the enforcers of the Great Peace and protect our people, territory and waterways. The charges by the foreign corporations of the United States, New York State, US federal marshals, border patrols and Mohawk tribal police against our people are illegal. The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. is a foreign entity. The Kaianerekowa/Great Law of Peace is the only law of Onowaregeh. We never forfeited jurisdiction over ourselves, our land and resources to foreign entities incorporated under the Admiralty law of the seas. We have a rightful duty to resist. 

These principles are affirmed in the US Constitution, British North America Act; the international Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide, United Nations Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and other international legal instruments that the US and Canada have signed. 

General Assembly Resolution 1541 [XV] requires the informed consent of the people before they are included in another state; the international Court of Justice affirmed this in the Western Sahara case; and the Indigenous people never consented to be part of the US and Canada.  

All individual or foreign entities wishing to discuss issues with us must go through proper protocol, which is the US President and Queen Elizabeth, who represents the occupiers.    

This illegal interference in Indigenous trade and commerce will end. The Mohawks will resist illegality and affirm our inherent rights.akwe casino
