Native holocaust and denial in the Western Hemisphere began before the arrival of Columbus in 1492 ]and continues to the present.* In the 1600s the Western Europeans claimed ownership over the resource rich lands inhabited by the onkwehonweh in North and South America. They organized mad scientists to develop ways to conduct the biggest holocaust in all humanity. 150 million onkwehonweh, 95% of the people of turtle island, were annihilated. Today these rulers don’t care about the bottomless rage they created in us. We are an angry disappointed people. 

THE SETTLER COLONISTS NEVER RESPECTED NATURE LIKE WE DID. 

The capitalists sucked the blood of the people and the land. The last chapter of capitalism has arrived. The bubble is so big, it needs to burst. 

It is our duty to alert our people to any dangers, like the eagle that sits atop of the tree of peace.

The settler colonists minds are weak. They have been conditioned for hundreds of years to obey their leaders. Their religions programmed them with codes which their leaders use when they want war, bloodshed or utter chaos. Today’s leaders are dictators, not the servants of the people.Prayer, faith and threats silence the people so they can cull us until we are at a manageable level. Their past and present horror can never be reconciled or forgotten. The final outcome will be determined by our mother earth. Not by the scientific and media manipulators of human behavior. We were deprived of 150 million onkwehonweh who were not born. Our ancestors told us about the genocide.

Today the smallpox blankets are replaced with the COVID19 virus. The vaccine is centralized so the capitalists/corporatists can enrich themselves.

Scientists put triggers in the minds of the people to commit atrocities upon command. For us mother earth creates the mind of which we are part of together.  She acts and lives within us and remembers how we always tried to help her. The settler colonists’ plans to kill and suppress us were kept in the darkness. Now we see it.

The COVID19 virus is dancing around the settler colonialists ready to provoke, torment and strike. They are terrified. What they did to us is now being played out upon them.

The genocide is known as AIONTATHENIENTHO’SHERON, the “continuous torture”. Psychopaths don’t panic. US President Trump has no empathy. He sees his people suffering, sick, hysterical and crazy as they die. The antibodies they have are for the viruses and diseases they brought here to annihilate us. They did not start the COVID19 virus so they have no antibodies. They still think they are stronger than nature. That’s their biggest mistake. Trump’s remarks are bravado and auto suggestions that the old people should volunteer to die to save the stock market, and others might commit suicide for the team.

The day our voice was taken was the day we supposedly died. They always kept count of how many of us died and how many still exist. We hid. They hid the truth. They still try to silence us. The pendulum is swinging away from them. They scream for us to listen to them. “Here’s some money for the arts, for films, for shows, for pow wows, for education, for books and so on. Tell us more about yourselves so we can plan the next phase of the genocide.” The rulers want to put us to sleep by throwing money and potions at us.  

Their band councils are whores. They are cana’jon, squatters. The great peace shall deal with our traitors. They will fall into their own traps that they set for us.

The truth is our major weapon. Their lies about us were drummed into our heads. Now they are experiencing their own false made-up memories. The rulers hypnotize the people using promises, money and the American Dream. Their hands are still bloody from the hacking of our people. They murdered us and gave us small pox infested blankets to kill us. Then they made laws to decriminalized their actions. It is still immoral, wrong and evil to depopulate people. They wanted free reign to rape and plunder our mother.

When will their thirst for our blood be quenched? They don’t want to see their true desires revealed in the light of day. Our existence disturbs them. They created psychologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, drugs and other diversions to cover and numb their hysteria.

The Minister of Indian Affairs was sent among us to mesmerized us. He hypnotized some with, “Follow me”. “Don’t be afraid”. “I will stop the madness. It will never happen again”. “Trust me”. The rulers want him to speak to us in Mohawk to pacify us so they can dissect us some more. Should they admit what they are doing, they would have hysterical seizures. They will run for their drugs and fire water to temporarily blind them. When it wears off, they get more. Liquor stores are not closed during this ongoing pandemic for a reason. Nothing makes them wake up and respect nature.

THIS TIME LINE OF THE BLACK DEATH IS HAPPENING ON TURTLE ISLAND.

 

We were absolutely free as birds until the Western Europeans came. They could never imprison our minds. With the kaianerekowa, the great peace, we should be at the head of the table of nations, to teach them how to co-exist with mother earth and each other. Our mentor karonhiaktajeh said, “I’ve been waiting all my life for what they call civilization”. Til he died he never saw it.

Like charismatic Jim Jones who lead his followers to Guyana, Trump will tell his followers in effect “drink the kool aid’, or take the vaccine which might already exist.  

The settler colonists are conditioned to listen to post hypnotic suggestions or coded messages created by the Freud and Bernays influenced scientists who control all the propaganda, media and “education” systems. The public are pre-molded. Their mind control system tells them that what they think is their deepest desire. They don’t realize it is really the designed desire of the rulers that has been placed in their minds to control every aspect of their lives. This is all they are suppose to know. 

We want freedom for us and our mother earth. This is our gift from creation. The rulers with the artificial power are presently in charge, but not for long. Their system makes everybody submissive, lose their judgment and self-worth. The invaders are not a people of honor. They didn’t deal with us directly, except to shoot us in the back. They could not beat us in a fair direct confrontation.

The rulers cannot defeat the virus that has come for them. It has brought them to their knees. If they could, there would have been no more viruses. They are frustrated at their failures. They’ve stockpiled massive weapons of mass destruction on how to annihilate people, instead of using their energy to save people. Even life saving masks and ventiliators are withheld unless the capitalists get the right price. This is leading to mass hysteria.

The kaianerekowa, great peace, is to bring people together so we can share the burdens and success.

Canada’s ‘Framework Agreement’ is their “I-will-see-that-you-die” plan for us. Only karma will clear their conscience. 

The survivors will try to escape from turtle island. They locked us up like animals in their POW camps called “reservations”. They said we were being kept in ‘safe custody’! If we tried to escape we were classified as criminals and jailed, our families were destroyed or we were killed. This persecution continues. The invaders tried to destroy our soul, to put a darkness inside our minds. It worked on the band counsellors, the” hang-around-the-fort-Indians”.

The best weapon we have is to confront them with the truth. They don’t base any of their actions on natural law.

In the end they will kill and bury each other. They will leave turtle island never to be seen by the onkwehonweh again. We will be free of the red, white and black serpents.

onkwehonweh of turtle island will rise from the ashes and the world will be in a much better place because of it. The kaianerekowa will radiate throughout the world. A new era will begin. The invaders existence will recede into the darkness.

We will always be part of the natural world. Our consciousness is in us and connects us to the earth.

If the settler colonists don’t follow the kaianerekowa they cannot stay here. Everybody has a choice because they have the ability to reason. We need only ourselves to care for our mother.

The natural force within has to be free to unleash the power of the great peace. This power was seen when we recently blocked the trains to support our family, the wetsuweten, who resisted the Coastal Gas Link which is now illegally completed. We the natural people are here to survive and coexist as brothers, sisters and with all life on this our mother earth.

The rulers of the settler colonists are shutting down freedom and knowledge. Their empire will be thrown over by a few.  Their stolen money is ineffective.

This is the chaos that begins the UN Agenda 21 Depopulation of the world, aka the New World Order.

MNN. Mar, 21, 2020. COVID19 is another cleansing of turtle island by our mother to rid herself of another disease brought here by the invaders.  Numerous diseases brought here were smallpox, bubonic plague, chickenpox, cholera, the common cold, diphtheria, influenza, malaria, measles, scarlet fever, sexually transmitted diseases, typhoid, typhus, tuberculosis, influenza, polio, meningitis and pertussis, among others.

THE 500 YEAR WAR CONTINUES.

From 1616 onward we onkwehonweh indigenous have suffered fatal diseases, such as small pox infested blankets, the favorite method by the invaders.

The invaders were adept at biological warfare. Rodent reservoirs were deliberately brought here on their toxic ships to pollute our land, water and us. As the invaders said, “as long as there are “skins”, the rodents from Europe will not be killed.  

They are still doing this. Over 150 million of our people from pole to pole and ocean to ocean were extinguished. Their depopulation project continues. The biggest holocaust in all mankind is not part of the memory of the colonists, because they don’t want to take responsibilty. The holocaust always lingers in the minds of us survivors.

These diseases were brought here from lands that were poisoned and toxic. Their cities, mixing with domestic animals that were fed garbage, and deforestation and depletion of all natural resources created a toxic environment. This is being duplicated on turtle island on a large scale by these foreigners. They are helping themselves to everything that belongs to our unborn children. As artist Norval Morrisseau said, “Money was like a river. It flows by our back door. You can go to the bank of the river. You can dip in and get what you need. Or you can wade into the river and drown!” 

 COVID19 virus starts as a common cold virus passed from person to person. The immune system and sources of natural resistence are attacked. Maybe you survive it. Maybe it will come back. 

COVID19 virus attacks the oxygen in the lungs. At first it feels like flu, then turns to pneumonia. The lungs fill up with fluid. The victim can’t breathe normal. There’s fever, aches and pains in the body. Hospitalisaton is required.  If two lungs fill up, it is double pneumonia. Fluid at the bottom of lungs start to harden. You can’t breath. Then death.

MNN. Mar. 4, 2020. We peacefully took down our month long train blockade in Kahnawake in support of our family, the wetsuweten. The people’s original fire by the CPR tracks has been moved near the highway 132 approach to the Mercier Bridge. It is a people’s movement, each of us equally exercising our power and voice to uphold the great peace. Our community unified. Communities worldwide join us.  Native and non-natives stopped the trains from THE east to west coast to support the westuweten. We continue to stand with our family.

Our people, friends and allies stood together against Canada because we all have the same basic human right of respect, honor and truth, which is the basis of the kaianerekowa, great peace. The ongoing 500 year genocide of us and our land has to stop now. The late chief wahtahkwets [Pat Namox] said, “It is up to us to create a new memory in the minds of our children”. 

This is a collision of right versus wrong. The people of Kahnawake united [Mohawk Council, the two longhouses and the Peace Keepers]. Now Canada has to deal with the people, the true traditional caretakers of turtle island. It is owned by our unborn children and can never be transferred or sold to anybody. 

The Quebec Police, the RCMP, even the army, CP Rail supported this blockade. CPR got an injunction but never served it because it was the right thing for them to do. 

We took action in peace. The onus is on Canada to negotiate in good faith, to respect our natural right to our land, which is to care for our mother and all life on turtle island. We cared that Canadians and people worldwide stood with us. 

Even now Canada and its agents are aggressive and threatening, always ready to pull out guns and point them at us. They hope the talks will not accomplish anything. Study UNDRIP [United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People] which Canada must adopt without amendments. Once Canada respects all the sovereign rights of the wetsuweten, it is the precedent for all of turtle island.  

According to the only law of ononwarekeh [turtle island], whenever there is a need, we are there for each other. The fight for the recognition and respect of Indigenous rights is a marathon, not a sprint. Our duties to turtle island and our people will never stop. As the trains pass by, we will always pursue our responsibilities, tewatatawi. We exist beyond our communities. Our actions are based on the kaianerekowa, the great peace, the only law of the land. The original fire by the tracks has been moved to highway 132 ramp onto the Mercier Bridge.

Fats Waller wrote the 1930 song the “Sunny Side of the Street” which reflects our victory: “Grab your coat and get your hat. Leave your worry on the doorstep. Just direct your feet to the sunny side of the street. If I never have a cent I’d be rich as Rockefeller. Gonna set my feet on the sunny side fo the street”.

McGill law students say that the indigenous people should be given the most respect because of sovereign law. UNDRIP UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People declared in 2007 has not been adopted by Canada. onowarekeh, turtle island, is the birthright of the tahatikonsontontie, the unborn onkwehonweh. According to our culture each of us are the original caretakers of all of turtle island. No one has a right to convey, surrender or sell any part of onowarekeh. It belongs only to the future generations placed on turtle island by creation. 

Minister of Justice David Lametti of the government of Canada ignores the violation of our culture as caretakers of the land. Foreign entities cannot impose fraudulent documents that convey the land of our unborn to anybody. We were invaded. onowarekeh was usurped. We were placed in POW camps called “reserves”. There was no war. The foreigners set about to extinguish us. They had the plan, the military and the weapons to take what they stole through their false claim ‘doctrine of discovery’. The Roman Catholic Pope declares he owns all heathen lands on the earth given to him by God. Anything based on a lie will always be a lie.

LETTER FROM STUDENTS AT THE MCGILL FACULTY OF LAW TO THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE DAVID LAMETTI IN SUPPORT OF THE WET’SUWET’EN

We, the undersigned, as students and faculty members of the McGill Faculty of Law, object to the inaction of the Minister of Justice David Lametti in regards to the RCMP invasion of sovereign lands. As students of this faculty, we have a particular responsibility to call on the Minister, who is an alumni, a past Associate Dean, and a Full Professor at our Faculty, which prides itself on promoting reconciliation and recognizing Indigenous legal orders. We feel his continued silence on the RCMP invasion of unceded Wet’suwet’en territory has the effect of condoning the violence occurring at the hands of the BC government and the RCMP. We assert that he has a duty (1) to condemn the actions of the RCMP and the BC government as violations of ‘Anuch niwh’it’en (Wet’suwet’en law) and sovereignty. The actions of the RCMP and BC government undermine Indigenous and human rights protected under the Canadian Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Further, given that the Minister has the mandate to implement the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and that neither the Crown nor TC Energy obtained the free, prior and informed consent of the hereditary chiefs, the Minister ought to (2) state that the Crown is violating the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and that the sovereignty of Wet’suwet’en people must be affirmed.

Since February 6th, the RCMP has been conducting raids on unceded Wet’suwet’en lands to allow TC Energy to build the Coastal GasLink pipeline. The hereditary chiefs of the Wet’suwet’en have never granted consent to TC Energy allowing them to undertake work on their lands. This is not the first time militarized RCMP officers have invaded Wet’suwet’en territory; in January 2019, similar raids took place. These are repeated attacks on the sovereignty of the Wet’suwet’en people. We, the undersigned, were also appalled when we learned this summer that the RCMP was ready to use lethal force during that operation.

Faced with the escalation of colonial violence, we are adding our voices to the large solidarity movement that has emerged across the world in support of the Wet’suwet’en hereditary chiefs. Given the role the Canadian justice system has played and continues to play in legitimizing colonialism, we have a special responsibility, as law students, to stand in solidarity with Indigenous Peoples across Turtle Island. This is why the Truth and Reconciliation Commission singles out the legal profession and law schools to do better. We are trying to live up to those calls to action.

Aboriginal Title

The Wet’suwet’en people have been living on their lands since time immemorial. They have never ceded or surrendered their lands to Canada. In 1997, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that the Wet’suwet’en People, as represented by their hereditary leaders, had not given up rights or title to their 22,000 square kilometres of territory. These rights are also guaranteed and protected under Section 35 of the Canadian Constitution.

The Duty to Consult and Free, Prior, and Informed Consent.

The duty to consult is a constitutional obligation that must be fulfilled by the Crown prior to taking action or making decisions that may have consequences for the rights of Indigenous Peoples in Canada. The necessity of consultation has been affirmed in various Supreme Court of Canada rulings, including in Haida Nation v British Columbia (Minister of Forests) [2004] and Delgamuukw v British Columbia [1997], which mandate proper consultation with and deference to the hereditary chiefs. However, this duty falls short of the requirement set out in UNDRIP, which details the importance of free, prior, and informed consent in article 11(2). The importance of FPIC has been supported by other sources of international law, such as the Convention on Biological Diversity and the International Labour Organization Convention 169. It is clear that proponents of the Coastal GasLink pipeline have not secured the FPIC of the Wet’suwet’en nation, who remain opposed to the pipeline’s construction and have never ceded their territory.

While Coastal GasLink says it has consulted and signed agreements with all 20 First Nation communities along the path of the pipeline, the agreements were signed by elected councils created through the Indian Act, which does not grant them the authority to act beyond the boundaries of reserve lands. Under ‘Anuch niwh’it’en (Wet’suwet’en law), the five clans have not given their consent to Coastal GasLink to continue working on Wet’suwet’en lands. The hereditary leaders worry about risks to pristine waterways and salmon spawning grounds, as the people of Wet’suwet’en still use their ancestral homelands to hunt, fish, pick berries, and gather medicines.

A Violation of Indigenous Rights, Human Rights, and International Law

Earlier this year, in January 2020, the UN Committee for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination called on Canada to immediately suspend work on the Coastal GasLink pipeline. In a two-page statement, the committee said it is alarmed by the escalating threat of violence against Indigenous peoples in B.C. and disturbed by the “forced removal, disproportionate use of force, harassment and intimidation by law enforcement officials against Indigenous peoples who peacefully oppose large-scale development projects” on their traditional territories.

Soon after, Kasari Govender, British Columbia’s human rights commissioner concurred with the UN Committee and stated, “This is a matter of fundamental human rights.” She too, urged Canada to immediately cease the forced eviction of Wet’suwet’en and Secwepemc peoples

Further, Minister Lametti received the mandate to implement UNDRIP into law by the end of 2020. The current actions of the RCMP and BC government clearly violate Article 10, which stipulates that no Indigenous person shall be removed from their land. They also contravene Article 32, which mandates governments to receive the free, prior and informed consent of Indigenous Peoples before any development is made on their lands.

The Importance of Legal Pluralism

Beyond duties and obligations found in the Canadian Constitution, our time at the Faculty has taught us to appreciate that numerous legal traditions exist within the borders of Canada. There are not only the common and civil law, but also Indigenous legal traditions. The assertion of Crown sovereignty over what is today known as Canada neither displaced nor extinguished Indigenous sovereignty, legal orders and title over their lands. We hold this to be a legal truth. The Rule of Law also means respecting ‘Anuch niwh’it’en and Wet’suwet’en sovereignty.

For these reasons, and in respect of the plurality of legal systems operating in so-called Canada, we understand it is essential that we not stand by passively. We want to enter into a legal system of which we can be proud. At this moment, Minister Lametti is not acting in accordance with this standard.

As part of our McGill Law community, we are calling on the Minister to uphold his responsibility to us, to Indigenous peoples and to Canadians, by making a statement condemning the invasion of the Wet’suwet’en land and nation. We acknowledge Canada’s long history of violently removing Indigenous Peoples from their lands – from residential schools, the relocation of Nunavik Inuit to the barren High Arctic to assert Canadian sovereignty over it, to the Oka Crisis and Ipperwash. The government’s current action represents a continuation of colonial governance and should be condemned as such.
