REVISITING “WHITE PAPER” 1969 AND “TERMINATION POLICY” 1954

REVISITING CANADA “WHITE PAPER” OF 1969 AND US “TERMINATION POLICY” OF 1954

The following information applies to the present relationship problems between McGill University and the Mohawks.

MNN. May 8, 2025.

Termination is extermination. The US will wipe out Indian title in America and Canada will implement the White Paper of 1969 and remove the Indian title in Canada.Judge Marshall of the US Supreme Court in the 1800s made a decision to declare that the Royal Proclamation applies in the US. King Charles will soon be on turtle island to sign as trustee to turn over our land to international business interests.

We indigenous have an Indigenous lien on all of turtle island, onowarekeh, [North America]. When the Termination Law called the Dawes Act was passed in the House of Representatives and the Senate the US got rid of ownership of Indian lands. Our mother earth went into the hands of the states, which then started to tax and seize the land for non-payment of taxes to them.

In 1969 the Canadian government sent their representatives to the US to learn how to steal Indian lands. No doubt they knew that the Royal Proclamation of 1763 is the continuing law in the US and Canada that maintains the trust relationship between the American government and the Indians in the United States when no American government existed. There were few  Europeans and we instructed them that they could only live temporarily on a small strip of land along the eastern seaboard of turtle island. As their numbers grew they expanded their presence. The colonists called themselves the “13 colonies” and the original people called them “intruders”. They were under the rule of the British when they had jurisdiction of almost all of the United States and Canada except for California, Louisiana and other parts that were under the rule of Spain, France and Portugal.

The British declared that in North America there was a special procedure for obtaining any Indian lands which the Indians informed them was actually impossible. There was no concept of buying and selling indigenous land. All the non-native titles up to the present are bogus, outside their juridiction. From England the British monarchs declared themselves the trustees over indigenous land, which violated the Two Row and the great peace of the original indigenous people. The British said they were protecting the “Indian interest”. If there was an Indian surrender they had to get the permission of each indigenous of all tribal territories. But traditionally the Indians could not directly surrender any lands themselves, only through the Crown. In other words, the British representative had to sign on behalf of the Indians. The Indians had a tribal identity wherein every Indian person was sovereign, equal and had a voice, who had to participate in any transfer of Indigenous lands, resources and waters, including Canada. Otherwise no surrender was possible. There were never any legal surrenders.

The Supreme Court of the US Judge Marshall decided that In the US if the federal government was the trustee, then the US president could veto any surrender that had been done by the Senate and House of Representative. President Richard Nixon cancelled the previous president’s ratification of the “termination policy” because he said the US had a treaty obligation to the Indians that they had to uphold. Nixon had the veto power because of the relationship of the US presidency and the treaty obligations with the Indians. Nixon acknowledged the two row and the great peace.

The US interpretation was that the legislation to steal all the lands comes from the Senate and House of Representatives but the president can overrule it.  When the termination policy was passed in Congress, they stole over 100 tribal lands in the US. Indian ownership of lands went into the hands of the states, which  started to illegally tax the Indian lands. In fact, no tax of any kind applies to any and all indigenous people. All taxation pertains only “to citizens, people with dual citizenship and aliens”. Termination was being enacted by a foreign entity illegally forcing the original people of turtle island to pay taxes. They became subject to illegal land seizures and their lands were sold to real estate developers.

THIS IS CANADA’S PLAN

To remove the special protection under the Royal Proclamation of the Indigenous and their lands, which procedure was put into the Indian Act, the Crown has to agree and the traditional Indigenous have to agree to it is a tribal group. We belong to the land. This is the essence of indigenous property. We are the only ones that have a voice and authority.  The US Citizenship Act of 1924 is illegal because it was done without the representation of the original indigenous people. The Indian Act is unconstitutional.

The King would have to sanction and sign as a trustee on behalf of the Indians. He would have to say he agrees with the sale of indigenous lands because in Canada there is now legislation called the 1969 White Paper passed by the Parliament of Canada, hidden since 1969. It will now be resurrected to turn Indian lands into provincial lands. The White Paper is still a law of Canada where the federal Parliament has trustee responsibilities to protect Indian lands. They will erase Indigenous people and their land by having the King say the Indians signed by being represented by the Assembly of First Nations [a Canadian private corporation]. They would sign on behalf of all Indigenous. The AFN, a conglomerate of chiefs set up through colonial statutes,  never consulted each indigenous person according to the original way established since time immemorial. AFN has no authority.  In 1969 they set up the Indian Lands Claims Commission to set up a court to deal with the White Paper to get rid of Indian title. This court would implement the White Paper which would do away with lands under trusteeship of the king of England.

This is being arranged by Prime Minister Carney in Canada when he will soon open Parliament at which time he will try to re-implement the White Paper of 1969. The King can sign on behalf of all the Indigenous in Canada without our permission or traditional representation. Then Canada will set up a Lands Claims Commission and the indigenous will be paid off for their lands. The lands will go to the developers, mining companies, resources hungry companies from any part of the world. sold by the settler colonists. All Crown lands will be sold to private developers with big armies behind them. The traditional indigenous people have always refused to be paid off and will never disappear.

The Iroquois Confederacy refuses to be a party to this theft. We warn the indigenous of North America that they are under the control of the federal governments of the US and Canada. This is a resource and land theft of North America and the indigenous can go to court and tie up all the lands of North America indefinitely. All land titles in Canada are registered at the Department  of Indian Affairs in Ottawa and in the Bureau of Indian Affairs in the United States. Mark Carney and the king will hand out all the lands to the provinces. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario will be thrilled. Alberta is hungry to develop our oil, potash in Saskatchewan, the “Ring of Fire” in Ontario and the Great Lakes waterway. Trump will try to do the same in the US by trying to cancel Nixon’s protection of Indian treaty rights in the US.

Finally, the US Constitution is supposedly based on the Iroquois system, 50 states with two senators each, just like the Confederacy circle of chiefs. Trump now wants a 51st state to distort the original constitution that Dekanawida set out in the Iroquois system. 50 is the perfect number that made the Confederacy work to bring about peace.

In 1784 when the Americans showed us their draft of their constitution and they had implemented the 51% majority fashist system, we packed up our families and left America. We told them “you will never have peace”.  We also told them that we would return with the peace.Their system is designed to always be divisive, without harmony and peace. They would constantly fight. 50 is the number that made the confederacy work. Otherwise it is lopsided. There will be constant war. They don’t want peace through concensus. Both US and Canada are republics of war.

Okay, people, how about becoming warriors for everybody by stopping this robbery of turtle island by persons from all over the world.

Ted Nugent tells the  true story of the great white buffalo:

Well, listen everybodyTo what I got to sayThere’s hope for tomorrowOoh, we’re workin’ on todayWell, it happened long time agoIn the new magic landThe Indian and the buffaloThey existed hand in hand
The Indian needed foodHe needed skins for a roofBut he only took what they needed, babyMillions of buffalo were the proof

CANADA’S LAST SUPPER

Posted on by

COMMENTS KAHENTINETHA “MOHAWK MOTHERS” PRESS CONFERENCE APRIL 30th 2025 McGill University

As Canada. prepares to sit down for its last meal, Bob Dylan is singing in the background, “The Masters of War”. “Come on you masters of war, you that build the big guns, you that build the death planes, you that hide behind the walls, you that sit behind desks. I just want you to know that I can see through your masks”.

Sego ki’akwehgo

This is the last supper of the artificial entity of Canada.  Thank you for being with us and for showing your support.

We are here for a very important and, sadly, tragic announcement which it is our duty to share with you.

Despite what McGill has been stating publicly since the beginning of this investigation in a denialist attempt to hide their history of criminal experiments and abuse against our people, we have been informed that undeniable evidence of human remains has now been discovered. In fact, McGill and the SQI have commissioned this report themselves, so they should be the ones sharing these tragic findings with the public. They said they were committed to transparency, but they are not.

In one area near the Allan Memorial Institute of McGill University, where the infamous medical experiments known as MK-Ultra took place, investigations using three separate remote-sensing technologies have finally been completed. We have received a report combining these results that states that, quote, “The combination of three separate lines of evidence supports the presence of human remains” near the Allan Memorial Institute.

These three technologies included Ground Penetrating Radar, three teams of Historic Human Remains Detection Dogs, and, most recently, the use of the S4 Subterra Grey Probe — which was designed specifically to detect human burials.

The results of all three of those techniques support the presence of human remains on the site that survivors and community members like us have been trying to protect for four years.

McGill says that absence of evidence is evidence of absence. What we say — and what the experts say — is that the presence of evidence is evidence of presence.

Apart from this zone, several other zones of concern have been identified on the site, including other targets where dogs alerted and worrisome results from ground penetrating radar reports, which all warrant further investigation.

This morning, we sent an official letter to assistant chief coroner Géhane Kamel notifying her office of these tragic findings and requesting their intervention to protect and properly investigate the death of the person, or their remains, in this unmarked burial that was detected on the site of the Allan Memorial Institute.

We reached out to the coroner, first, because the law requires people to inform the coroner of the presence of human remains, quote, “where it appears that the death has occurred as a result of negligence or in obscure or violent circumstances”. Second, we chose to contact coroner Géhane Kamel specifically because of her work investigating the role of systemic racism in the death of Joyce Echaquan, an Atikamekw woman, at the Joliette hospital. We feel that in this important work coroner Kamel demonstrated a strong sensitivity and respect for Indigenous concerns and traditional protocols.

We think that this represents an unprecedented opportunity to find new and innovative pathways toward reconciliation through a joint investigation including both the coroner’s office and Mohawk experts. We thus asked the coroner to work with Indigenous experts, a Mohawk medical pathologist and a Mohawk archaeologist, alongside cultural monitors, to ensure a credible, transparent and impartial investigation — one that can help our community find the truth about what happened to us at the Royal Victoria and at McGill.

The reason why it is so urgent right now to protect and investigate this area is because McGill and the SQI [Quebec Department of Infrastructures] have already announced their intention to excavate the zone the same way they did where the dogs first identified the scent of human remains, back in June 2023 in front of the Hersey Pavilion.

You can see what’s happening in front of that building right now: A massive construction project is going on full blown for McGill’s New Vic Project, using $650 million dollars of Quebec taxpayers’ money to privatize land that they promised would serve for health care in perpetuity. Historic Human Remains Detection Dogs identified the scent of human remains in that area in 2023, and disturbing discoveries were made when they started digging there. Two fragments of a pair of children’s shoes from the beginning of the 20th century. A layer that had a horrible smell like something decomposing. And many bones. But instead of listening to the recommendations of the archaeologists we had jointly approved, McGill and the SQI decided to fire them when they started asking for forensic precaution to preserve that evidence. Instead of sifting the soil immediately like they were supposed to as explicitly indicated in the legally binding settlement agreement, McGill and SQI let the piles of soil rot under the sun and the rain for three months, before putting the soil in trucks to move it out of the way of their development project. They ended up sifting the piles with a huge mechanical machine used for mining, and which is never used in archaeology. Then they told us the hundreds of bone fragments they found there were too small to identify. How is that for a university teaching archeology and supposed to value science? Despite their promises to do it, those bones were never tested in a lab. The case was closed. Our cultural monitors and archaeologists on the site, and many other experts we consulted, were adamant that the mistreatment of the evidence and the use of that big machine destroyed the very fragile bones in the soil.

Desecration of human remains is a crime. And it’s still a crime if its an Indigenous person, by the way. We reported McGill and the SQI’s mistreatment to the Superior Court and we won that case. The Judge saw that they distorted the words of our agreement to fire the experts that we agreed upon. He ordered them to listen to the experts’ recommendations. But they appealed the decision, and it was overturned for procedural reasons that had nothing to do with what actually happened. The colonial court system is not our system. Our system seeks to right any wrongs and to understand one another.

Because the colonial legal system is incapable of protecting our rights, despite all the talk about reconciliation and the United Nations Declaration, we have no choice but to take the matter into our own hands, and to request the coroner to use her powers and expertise, and to work with our communities to implement a thorough, respectful and honest investigation. Our lost children and loved ones can’t wait any longer. They ask us to find them. Because we can’t afford to lose them again the way we did on the New Vic site, we will be keeping constant vigil and monitoring the site to make sure it is not destroyed until the area is secured for a proper investigation. We also invite the public to report any suspicious activity to us.

You can join a collective of people who have been supporting and working with us. Contact the “Kahnistensera solidarity collective”.

We will not let this genocide, and its coverup, continue. Everyone should have the right to live and rest in peace.

Bob Dylan continues the message, “I hope that you die and your death will come soon. They will bury your casket in the pale afternoon. I will watch while you are lowered into your death bed. I will stand over you until you are dead.”

“I WILL OWN IT ALL”

Posted on by

MNN. Apr, 24, 2025.

Taiotekane viewed the video “Canada is in Probate” by Sidney M. Brewer that Canada is being liquidated. [Watch : “Canada is in Probate” at the end of this article]. Brewer points out that Mark Carney, who is running for Prime Minister of Canada for the Liberal party, controls the books. Mark Carney and Trump spoke 5 days before election day which is on April 28, 2025. US President Trump has been given a sledge hammer to demolish the world so that he is the only one left standing.  The world will stand together and watch as one man with ‘regal dysphoria’ bankrupts and causes the American experiment to crumble. The rest of the countries of the world will cross their arms and watch as America dissolves. Rothschild and his fellow European bankers made certain that it was 51% majority rules or there would be no money for the 13 Colonies. We warned the Thirteen Colonies in 1784 that when we Mohawks left  New York that we would return to heal them.

The Trump show is a periodic replay about a man who rises up and gets a huge following of those deliberately disaffected by the machinations of chaos by the powers that be. He puts a hypnotic spell on those who will do what he wants, which is to sacrifice themselves so he can control the world. The US is economically powerful and the largest market in the world for people to buy goods worldwide and then create garbage. They use up the environment, import cars, technology, fashion, etc. to sell to the American people. However, they no longer have a lock on the world economy.

Many Americans have three car garages, boats, two to three houses. Trump tells these people, “I am the king and you must come to me so I will allow you to do business with us”.

The US is a disposable society. In the 20th century they were the economic powerhouse of the world. They are no longer.  You cannot deal with the US unless they make the profit. The Queen’s responsibility in Canada is that she is the only one with the right to deal with the indigenous landowners. In 1976 she sold that right. That is all she owned. The British empire ended after World War II. The breakdown of the American empire is soon to follow.

In the 1930s Hitler shouted to the Germans and brainwashed them to do what he wanted so he could conquer the world. Trump is displaying the same playbook. It appears to be the “Rise of the Fourth Reich”. We are in the time of the black serpent.

We Mohawks will return to the USA with the peace, very soon.

Frank Zappa has dealt with characters like Donald Trump, as he suggests in this song.

The mystery man came overAnd he said, “I’m out of sight”He said, “For a nominal service chargeI could reach Nirvana tonightIf I was ready, willing and ableTo pay him his regular feeHe would drop all the rest of his pressing affairsAnd devote his attention to me”
But I said, “Look here, brotherWho you jivin’ with that cosmic debris?”Now what kind of a masked man are you anyway?“Look here, brother, don’t you waste your time on me”
The mystery man got nervousAnd he sorta fidget around a bitHe reached in the pocket of his mystery robeAnd he whipped out a shaving kit
Now, I thought it was a razorAnd a can of foamin’ gooBut he told me right then when the top popped openThere was nothin’ his box won’t do
With the oil of Hi-Yo silverAnd the dust of the Grand WazooHe said, “You might not believe this, little fellaBut it’ll fix that war pain for you too”
And I said, “Look here, brother” (thank you, masked man, thank you)“Who you jivin’ with that cosmic debris?”Ah, masked man’s a faggot“Look here, brother, don’t you waste your time on me”
“I’ve got troubles of my own, ” I said“And you can’t help me outSo take your meditations and your preparationsAnd cram it up yer snout”
“But I got a silver ball, ” he saidAnd held it on up to his horseSo I snatched it all away from himAnd I showed him how to do it right, of course
I wrapped a newspaper ’round my headSo I’d look like I was deepI said some mambo jumbos thenI told him he was goin’ to sleepI robbed his rings and his pocket watchAnd everything else I foundI had that Swami (sucker) hypnotizedHe couldn’t even make a sound (where’d you get those, beautiful?)
I proceeded to tell him his future thenAs long as he was hanging around, I said“The price of pajamas has just gone upAnd that old Swami have just gone down” (oh-oh)
Look here, SwamiWho you jivin’ with that cosmic debris? Now is that a real poncho or is that a Seattle poncho?Who can tell anymore?Don’t you know, you could make more money in syndicationSo don’t you waste your trap on meDon’t Sri Chin, don’t Sri Chinmoy on meOhm shonty, ohm shonty, ohm Navy-ohm

CARNEY’S DREAMS [VALUES] ARE CANADA’S NIGHTMARE

Posted on by

APR. 17, 2025: “CRITICAL GEOGRAPHY CONFERENCE” UQAM, MONTREAL

“Let’s set the record straight”.

Is “critical geography” when you have to go on your phone to find out where you are? Recently I stopped a kid on the street to ask him where Hochelaga Street is in Montreal.  He said, “I don’t know!” He pulled out his phone, tapped it a few times and said, “Wow, we are standing right on Hochelaga street”! What would happen to everybody if a foreign power shut off all your phone towers? This is a time when young people are busy looking at their phones instead of interacting with the world.

This is indigenous land. My message is you all have an obligation to respect our mother earth.

I am now in my 86th year of life, one of the Mohawk Mothers presently in court to find our children who we suspect were taken from us by McGill University and Quebec government institutions for scientific experimental purposes, who died and may be buried on the grounds of McGill University in Montreal. We know thousands of our children were kidnapped and murdered and are being found buried in the grounds of other Canadian government “educational” institutions known as Indian Residential Schools across all of turtle island!

We are objecting and making public the inhuman way we’ve been treated by the laws and courts of Canada which still allows the genocide  and termination of us or to assimilate withe white people. Our children were kidnapped from birth and we were made “wards of the state” without our knowledge or consent. Canada continues its extortion of our Indian Trust Funds to control us, our land and resources. Would you let the military take you from your home to live in a POW death camp called a reservation?

We had a condolence ceremony at McGill asking our dead children to help us find them by giving us some clues where their bodies were buried because we sense they want us to find them. These are the indigenous children that the state and church murdered and secretly disposed of. Also currently our earth mother is being grossly raped and sodomized by those who illegally occupy her. As survivors of your genocide policies which are still in effect we are also currently fighting for our traditional self determination and our language. The Indian Act which outlines the genocide protocol and the Indian Lands Acts of 1924 allow the military to move us to their death camps called reserves. We want everything that belongs to us. They may take only what they came with. Creation has placed us here and we intend to carry out our duties as creation intended. We refuse to be valued according to their foreign financial system. The Canadian free market system puts a financial value on everything, which doesn’t belong to them and which their politicians are fighting over today, yelling about our illegally occupied land and theft of our resources.

Turtle island will always be in our care. We will continue to try to bring our responsibilities to your attention and we all ask you to work with us. The invaders have to stop fighting over and raping our earth mother.

Creation put onowarekeh turtle island in our care and never meant for strangers to come and become rich and choose an immoral path to illegally get our land. We are  constantly lied to, especially what was done to us since the arrival of the invaders. The history about the planned genocide and theft of all our possessions are now well known worldwide. This is not a democratic country though the church and state call Canada a “democracy”! The murder and destruction of our land continues. The economy may now be bringing you its uncertainty called “karma.”

Creation placed us on turtle island to care for her. The intruders arrived with their plan in hand to illegally and unethically remove us from our mother so they could rape her. The genocide of most of our people followed. Some of us survived because of our adherence to the great peace, kaianerekowa, which they tried to destroy because they wanted war and to exploit and become emperors of the globe. Canada is not a legitimate country. It is a colony, with a corporate culture with two foreign languages, no land, while trying to destroy hundreds of original languages that we use to communicate with our mother. No one can legally buy our mother and she cannot be transferred to anyone and never has been legally. It will always be kaianerekowa territory under the great peace. Our way is that no one starves, no one is exploited, war is outlawed, we are all equal and free. Since the arrival of the intruders every politician has our blood on their hands. This is not what we want.

Welcome to the empire of capitalism. It is right in your face. The bankers are the black serpents of our stories who are going everywhere on earth to see who is their next victim. In Canada it is the same bloodline of the original Europeans who came to the thirteen colonies. If you vote for Mark Carney for Prime Minister of Canada you are voting for the status quo. Carney is related to the Sinclair family that Justin Trudeau comes from. The original 13 families are now the bankers of Canada and the United States. They don’t own turtle island the land they call North America. These bankers implemented the 51% majority rule at the beginning of the American experience in Albany in 1784 which they falsely call a democracy. Their constitution was not as we showed them. The Lower Castle and Upper Castle Mohawks left Albany our ancient homeland in New York and moved by canoe to Kanteke and Kahnawake, We promised we will return with the peace.

The American plan is the government creates chaos and when the people demand a solution, which is the reason the government created the problem in the first place, then they implement the plan they wanted to all along.  Both Canada and US are not sovereign. They are corporations privately owned by the shareholders of the banks.

They report to the deep state. The Vatican bankers in the city of London created the NY stock exchange as their private enterprise and controls the economies of the western empire. To keep everybody on their toes they create war to put an illusion of fighting between each other when they are actually working together. They create and finance every war. You have been divided into very rich and very poor. Not even a middle class. Thousands have been laid off to make it look like both US and Canadian economies are being destroyed to enslave the people to the dollar. Or are they waiting to be part of the 51st state?

This corporate system was introduced in 1784 in Albany to try to build a true democracy which was supposed to be based on the teiohateh and kaianerekows and consensual decision making where all have a voice and are equal. They will never have peace with their 51% majority rules system where 49% have no voice.

Ironically the US want to symbolically make Canada the 51st state. The one vote difference can control a two party system. Yes the 13 bloodlines from Europe set this up on turtle island. Canada is still a colonial corporate entity, not a country, owned by the Crown, which is the first corporation of the Vatican. You even swear allegiance to the crown corporation and all their heirs, who are shareholders. You are subjects. Not citizens.

Welcome to the empire of capitalism which is now right in your face. You are now going backward to make it look like you are going forward. The story of the 13 bloodline families of Europe who came here is they messed up their land and pauperized their people in Europe. They had to either kill them off or send them away. They saw turtle island and decided they wanted it all. They formed the 13 colonies on turtle island and became the bankers of North America. I would not be surprised if they are the “deep state” running the US and Canada. The Sinclairs settled in Western Canada but these families worked together. Mark Carney the banker and Justin Trudeau are from the Sinclair bloodline. In Canada they own 5 banks and all the corporate municipalities through the banks. if you vote for Carney you are voting for the status quo. The bankers own every bank, stock market and control every war, to make it look like they are fighting against each other.

We say you must build a complete democracy or never know peace.

When the intruders first came to turtle island they thought they were in the promised land like in the bible. This is your “disaster day”. These invaders believe there are no consequences. They brought rules here to live by called the 10 commandments. They agreed to follow the  kaianerekiwa, which they violated. We would like to know why did they think that it was right to murder us and then pretend it never happened, all in the name of their god?

These boundaries here and everywhere in the world are not made by man but made by creation. So why is everybody fighting for things that don’t belong to them?

George Washington passed a law to kill all the Mohawks because we opposed their opposition to our kaianerekowa great peace as we agreed in Albany where they refused to become truly democratic preferring to be fascist. Today you are looking at one of the survivors. As an elder i must inform you of the truth. Time to remove your blindfolds and see what’s happening to you. You have been mislead for your entire existence here.

We Mohawk Mothers have been opposed by the state every step of the way for looking for our murdered and lost children. In Canada there is no equality without money. Power is a disease with no cure, controlled by money, greed and power against  truth, justice and equality.  Why is McGill opposing us from looking for our children? Fear over the full exposure of their criminal genocide of us and trying to murder everybody’s minds about it. They want no witness, many of whom have been eliminated through their coverup tactics. We survivors are not suppose to be here to tell you about our truth.  Even my medical records until 1987 do not exist. Also there is no record of the attempted kidnapping of my first child at  her birth at the Royal Victoria Hospital of McGill University. Also there was a death certificate put in my Equafax Toronto Dominion Bank credit records that I had died on September 12, 1991 so I could not get a mortgage to build a house.

Fort Smith, Northwest Territory.

FINALLY, OUR CONCERNS FOR TRUTH

These are the genocide laws. The British North American Act which underlies the so-called Constitution which safeguards you,  your provinces and municipalities from us, gives you constant access to our land and resources. We do not have the same access to health care, education, social services, energy, which Canadians expect though we have total title and stewardship of turtle island. When the military came to take us to the death camps/reserves, many ran away to protect themselves and were blocked from recognition as original people by the intruders. Some of the underlying laws of genocide are the British North America Act, the Indian Act and the Indian Lands Acts to completely control every aspect of our life as illegal wards of the corporate state to this day and to take control of our Indian Trust Funds which was put into your Consolidated Revenue Funds without our permission. The Indian lands Acts forcefully removed us by military might to reserve lands set aside until they were to become  municipalities which will then be owned by the banks to build Canada entirely from our land with our trust funds over our dead bodies.  Meaning it is vested in the indigenous people only by creation. They have no business occcupying it or buying and selling it.

https://activehistory.ca/blog/2025/04/03/robert-carney-residential-school-denialism/

Mr. Carney went to the Fort Smith Residential School POW camp in the Northwest Territories, run by the Oblates where his father Robert Carney helped institute Canada’s “final solution to the Indian problem”. His son witnessed genocide policies first hand. He must now tell everybody the truth about the genocide of us and our land and remove these conflicts. The true indigenous peoples must sit at the table with him to develop a consensus of truth, not as corporate band councillors who carry out the Indian Act assimilation policies, theft and abuse of us and our great mother FOR THE FINAL SOLUTION OF THE INDIAN PROBLEM.  We are each sovereign from pole to pole and ocean to ocean.  We are continuing to deal with the  European problem.

MNN. FEB. 20, 2025. Thank you, Brenda Norrell of Censored News, for your longtime coverage of one of the most important stories that has faced indigenous people since the arrival of the invaders to turtle island. Leonard Peltier seems to infer that it is not over!

Redbone song “We were all wounded at wounded knee” became a hit in Europe but was not released in the US:

GUSTAFSSON LAKE MILITARY SEIGE 1995

Posted on by

MNN. Feb. 17, 2025. This is about events at Gustafsson Lake BC when native sundancers were attacked by the military in the summer of 1995. Canada went to war with nature and the indigenous people who are the custodians of turtle island. The Gustafsson Lake Defenders were sun dancing on their unceded original land. Indigenous are the most endangered humans on earth who continue to struggle for survival and peace. Our spiritual ties to our mother earth cannot be broken. These are some of the RCMP ‘training tapes’ of the war declared by Canada against the Tsepeten of the land now called British Columbia. Karma is on its way.

Jimi Hendrix tells us to ‘remember’ moments in time like us fighting for justice. We can’t forget our struggle against the structures that are in place so that people will forget us.

Oh, rememberThe mocking bird, my baby boughtHe used to sing for his supper, babyYes, he used to sing for his dinner, babyHe used to sing so sweetBut, uh, since my baby left meHe ain’t sang a tune all day
Oh, rememberThe bluebirds and the honey-beesThey used to sing for the sunshineYes, they used to sing for the honey, babyThey used to sing so sweetBut, uh, since my baby left meAin’t sang a tune all dayAh, baby
Hey, pretty babyCome on back to meMake everybodyHappy as can be, yeah!
Oh
So, babyIf you please come home againYou know I’ll kiss you for my supper, yeahYou know I’ll kiss you for my dinner, baby, nowBut, uh, if you don’t come backYou know I’ll have to starve to death‘Cause I ain’t had a kiss all day, nowAll day
Please rememberGot to rememberYeah! Got to remember our loveCome on back, uhCome on back in my armsMake everything back together
Ah, baby, hurry up nowCan you hear my calling you back again, now?Come on, babyStop jiving aroundHurry home, hurry home
Jimi sings . . . .

FREE LEONARD PELTIER

Posted on by

MNN.  Feb. 13, 2025.

Leonard Peltier is one of the most targeted men in the world. What does that represent? To our enemies he is a very special man. He could be captured by our enemies but could not be killed. He could be hidden and mistreated up to a point. He was presented to the world in one piece with no bruises. Why? The circumstances were very very special. He lived as a prisoner of a war brought on by the white man. His mind remained intact. They could break his body but not his spirit. His reasons for never giving into illegal confinement never changed. He was standing next to nature that was protecting him. He stood up to whatever was coming.  He stared at all the forces of evil that were ganging up against one man to show us what was happening to all of us. He was used as an example of what would happen to other indigenous people who stood up. It was our natural warrior spirit. When president Bill Clinton said, “Just say you did it and I will let you go!” Leonard replied, “I can’t because I did not kill them”. Nothing could make him lie. He remained in prison paying for a crime that they knew he diid not commit. He showed and lived the warrior spirit, a strength that we all have. We cannot go against nature. US presidents are just guys we do not put on a pedestal. It is against our way to elevate anyone above us. We know how thoroughly we think about every move we make. All past, present and future spirits were with him. Our enemies refuse to accept peace as you cannot hate and have peace. Peace is what we have amongst ourselves. That is what Leonard personified. It is normal for our enemies to try to destroy us and our people. Those driving us from our land are running away from their truth. The message is: If it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

Leonard,  we’re so happy to see you continuing your freedom with us.

A History of the Indian Trust Fund

BACKGROUND ON INDIAN TRUST FUNDS: In 1951 an amendment to the Indian Act moved the Indian Trust Funds to the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Canada. The  trust funds were no longer held separately from general Canadian Funds. The funds came from leases, royalties, rental, loans to non-natives, revenues from natural resources of the land, which could not be sold, from mining of gold, silver, diamonds, hydro-electricity. Laws were passed to turn natives into “wards” of the state with no rights over their funds and lives. The government designated new status and registration rules to increase control of indigenous life and monies and to eventually erase reference to the existence of natives. Indian Funds became connected to government designated status and band membership instead of monies to descendants of traditional people of the land. The following MNN articles are about how penniless intruders set up the theft of indigenous possessions and carried out the genocide of the original peoples to create the colony of Canada.

INDIAN TRUST FUND HEIST

MNN: INTO THE WELL: INDIAN TRUST FUND HEIST

Posted on

MNN:  Jan. 24, 2013.  Mark Carney, the former Governor of the Bank of Canada, shielded Canada from the effects of the recent financial crisis.  He used our Indian Trust Funds to bolster the Bank of Canada. This is the secret Indigenous Trust Fund that the Canada banking system and economy is built upon. In 2012 he was appointed Governor of the Bank of England, to begin on July 2013.

Queenie: "$3 trillion for a BJ!!j [bank job]. Come on over."

Queenie: “$3 trillion for a BJ!j [bank job]. Come on over, Mark. Let’s have tea.”

Carney went to Harvard and worked at Goldman Sachs. In 1998 he advised Russians and at the same time bet against their ability to pay back their debt.

In 2004 Carney worked under the current Canada Finance Minister, Jim “Austerity Measure” Flaherty. He provided additional liquidity to the Canadian finance system using our Indian Trust Funds.  The Corporation of Canada is thriving in comparison to the other G8 countries.

In 2009 Canada was capitalized with our money to take advantage of the US and European financial crisis. In 2010 Carney was chairman of the Bank for International Settlements, member of the Group of 30, World Economic Forum and Bilderberg Group [Rothschild entities].

Carney, on the road.

Carney, on the run with Indian Trust Funds.

Carney is now going to the UK with our $3 trillion. The Bank of England can’t steal this money without him. They need the banker who knows these secret bank deals.  Carney and the bankers are playing with the world’s economy. They invest worldwide using our money to extract Indigenous resources from our brothers and sisters in other parts of the world.

Britain is leaving the European Union in 2017 so that our money [natural resources] will finance their economy. The bankers need to turn the settlers here against us so they can be a party to the fraud without their knowledge. Their media constantly vilifies us.

By design their corporate band councils mismanage our money, stash it away and keep us in dire living conditions. Indian Affairs sends in the bankers. Multinational corporations then have free reign over our natural resources, for example, Attawapiskat. If there are no longer any Indigenous, then they don’t have to pay into the Indian Trust Fund from the exploration of our resources. 100% will go to the bankers through Mark Carney.

In the Iroquois consensus decision making process those issues that affect everyone goes into the Well for discussion and direction.  Everyone has a duty to add their thoughts to the solutions [Onigonra].  The Council is divided into three parties [Clans]. The Well Keeper of the Turtle Clan brings the issue out of the Well, explaining the question. He passes it over the Council Fire to the Wolf Clan, who deliberate. They pass their decision back to the Turtle Clan. They deliberate. If the decision is the same, the Bear Clan confirms the decision. In case of disagreement, deliberations start over, revealing new information.  If disagreement continues, the Bear Clan cast their ‘vote’, for a two-thirds vote. The minority then agrees with it, making it a unanimous decision.  The War Chief and his Men make sure proper protocol is followed.

Issue for deliberation:  Should we stop the bankers from committing the biggest heist in banking history, the theft of $3 trillion from the proceeds of the Indigenous natural resources and from all future extraction.

As Patsy Cline reminds those who fiddle with the Indian Trust Fund:

Oh! We ain`t got a barrel of moneyMaybe we`re ragged and funnyBut we`ll travel alongSinging a songSide by sideI don`t know what`s a-comin` tomorrowMaybe it`s trouble and sorrowBut we`ll travel the roadSharing our loadSide by sidethrough all kinds of weatherWhat if the sky should fallJust as long as we`re togetherIt really doesn`t matter at allWhen they`ve all had their quarrels and partedWe`ll be the same as we startedJust traveling alongSinging a songSide by side(Repeat last two verses)
SONG: “Side by Side”.
Patsy Cline - Side by Side

We're waiting for you, Mark.

“We’re waiting for you, Mark.”

Note: In 2013 The Mohawks reported this to Interpol to investigate the heist. We are still awaiting the results of their investigation.

MADNESS OF MIND CONTROL

White Pine the great tree of peace

MNN. Jan. 25, 2024.

Their society is hateful and vengeful which they have been trained to not notice. Their motive is to exterminate an entire race because they want our possessions. The teiohateh Two Row Agreement is the law of turtle island. We know of their unremorseful cunning to kill us without guilt. They live in their self created fantasy world called “pop culture”. They tell themselves they are nice people and they sure love their guns. We onkwehonweh buried our weapons of war under the tree of peace so that war does not continue. The intruders made up their own image of themselves as great heroic leaders because of their great killing skills. When they chopped down the tree of peace at onondaga, they were cursed. They will be forever at war until real peace returns. In fact they are known as some of the cruelest blood thirsty tyrants to ever walk the earth. They are proud of this acknowledgement and even joke about it. Their crimes are so contemptuous, calculated, malignant and devastating which the world continues to tolerate. They are aware that their man-made class system is over. For the sake of humanity their malicious acts cannot be repeated or go unpunished.

Albany Plan of Union

The natural world is always in motion. We will never fear.  The only fear is fear itself. Otherwise we will realize our fear. We are in the time of the black serpent. Soon the serpents will be gone from onowarekeh turtle island.

The truth of their crimes is known. We are victims of despair because they want something we have, our mother, turtle island. Europeans helped design the genocide so they would never get caught or punished. The law of North America is based on the Papal Bull which declares we are not human so they can hunt us down like deer. The settlers did this. They are guilty of the atrocities from which colonists are all benefitting from our people’s death.

The intruders used militarism though we were a peaceful people and not their enemies. There was no battle. They attacked and massacred innocent men, women and children while they were sleeping in their villages. For Canada it was like hunting for deer. They were paid to carry out the murders. The Canadians were excited when they set out to kill us. To them it was like a big fun sport event. Men signed up so they did not miss out on the adventure. The Canadian psyche was stimulated. They were thrilled to kill us. Their killing spree was glorious to them. Canada got a purpose to exist. “Wow, we’re killing off a whole race. We’re going to destroy human flesh”, they screamed.

The church and the state were so proud of the carnage they designed together. Canada tells themselves they won! But Canada was defeated by us as we are still here. They are presently hiding all knowledge about this under their dirty carpets. The colony of Canada could collapse or abdicate. Creation placed the indigenous people on turtle island to take care of the land from time immemorial to infinity. Rematriation of every part of turtle island will always be the duty of the natural caregivers. So we are here to stay.

They continue to promote anti-indigenous propaganda to continue the biggest holocast in all humanity. They don’t want to stop until it is complete. They know how to kill us, destroy the earth and then hide what they have doing. They want to continue racial hatred, terrorism, violence, arrogance and cruelty. Canada has hundreds of tons of secret documents on their foul deeds which will be seized by or voluntarily turned over to us.

THOSE THUGS WHO CARRIED OUT THE BIGGEST HOLOCAUST IN ALL HUMANITY WILL CONTINUE TO TRY TO ESCAPE JUSTICE. CREATION’S HAND OF KARMA WILL SMACK THEM DOWN.

Listen to the words of the Rolling Stones on the “Hand of Fate” for such shenanigans:

The hand of fate is on me nowIt pick me up and knock me downI’m on the run, I’m prison boundThe hand of fate is heavy nowI killed a man, I’m highway boundThe wheel of fortune keeps turning roundTurning round, turning roundI should have known it was a one horse town
My sweet girl was once his wifeHe had papers the judge had signedThe wind blew hard, it was stormy nightHe shot me once, but I shot him twiceThe hand of fate is on me nowIt pick me up and it kicked me right downKicked me right downKicked me right down
I had to save her lifeYeah, I gunned him twiceYeah, and I watched him die, watch out boyYeah, I watched him die
He was a barroom man, the violent kindHe had no love for that gal of mineThen one day in a drinking boutHe swore he’d throw me right of townThe hand of fate is on me nowI shot that man I put him undergroundI put him undergroundYes I did
I’m on the run, I hear the houndsMy luck is up, my chips are downSo goodbye baby, so long nowWish me luck, I’m going to need it childThe hand of fate is on me nowYeah it’s too lateToo late baby, too late nowThe hand of fate is on me nowThe hand of fate is heavy now
It pick you up and knock you down
