BAND COUNCIL REFUGEES

Online gambling earned them billions, safely put in off shore bank accounts, so we wouldn’t know how much was stolen. We got crumbs. Then the US passed a law making online betting illegal as investors and clients were not paying taxes earned off reserve from so-called INDIAN businesses. The CIA swarmed into Kahnawake.
