MNN. May 17, 2013. This is the “between the lines” translation of Canadian Prime Minister Harper’s remarks to the Council of Foreign Relations( CFR) bankers in New York City. He reassured them he has our resources and will stop our griping about the theft. Canada is one of the world’s main providers of war material. He says the pipeline is going through! To overcome opposition, the Canada-US border is going to become “seamless” for the Keystone XL pipeline. He controls the $105 trillion Indian Trust Fund to pay for protection from the Indians and any litigation anyone might try. He slipped out that he is calling an election on October 25, 2013, to get a super majority to do whatever he wants to shut us up. He’s getting fed up with our complaining about theft and genocide.

Canadians won’t lose their high standard of living based on theft, while the Indigenous landlords live in third world conditions. Canadians have made this their right. “We’ve done a better job than the US with our Indian problem”. Another snicker, “Heh, heh, heh!”

He supports Israel and their genocidal program, based upon Canada’s. He is committed to making the war in the Mid-East happen. Canadians infiltrate around the world to help set up the kind of totalitarian regimes Washington wants and needs. Syria is being made to look like a sectarian conflict, not the resource grab that it is. He reassures they will be brought into submission!

Harper doesn’t like commissions of inquiries into government mistreatment, disappearance and murder of thousands of Indigenous women and mainly children. Commissions expose the government’s criminality. He wants piecemeal programs leading to nothing. “If something isn’t broken, don’t fix it!”

On immigration he said Canada goes into these other lands, helps bribe some of them to attack the government. Then they come to Canada for protection. Those who rightfully defend their people and have to flee have no right here. Canada kicks them out, calling them “terrorists”.

The partnership with the US works because they scheme together to make war and steal resources. Canada is an advanced economy because of this. They keep us in line through the genocidal, Indian Act control grid. Canada masquerades as a constitutional democracy, in fact, they do not have a constitution the court will follow.

Canada has overcome terror and violence by killing off most of us and continuing the genocide. The US is worried about keeping up their trade with their dictators in South America. Canada just goes in there and murders the native resistance, using private security forces. The masses suffer while the neo-cons grow in power. “Same old, same old”. PIMP “CANADA”

MNN. May 9, 2013. A beautiful Indigenous 15 year old girl did not realize for a long time she was being followed by a 60-year old man. One day she realized he was frequently on the same buses and coffee shops watching her. She contacted her mother, took a picture and reported him to the police. They could do nothing unless he said something or snatched her.

Many of the young women who are bought and sold in Canada are Indigenous, many between the ages of 10 to 17. Traffickers make $300,000 a year or more for each girl they sexually exploit.

Canada designed the child welfare, foster care and detention centers system, to create the international sex trade.

The church and government-run residential school death camps started the child sex trade. The criminal justice system never charges or convicts the corporation of Canada or the churches for perpetrating this program of kidnapping, rape, murder and community breakdown. Corporate media promotes the image of sexually promiscuous children.

The policy is that an Indigenous girl with no bank account and no contacts with her family or community is a criminal, not a victim. Indigenous girls are easily moved by traffickers over the US-Canada border to disappear out of their jurisdiction.

Brainwashed by Canada, our girls are demonized to subject them to gross physical and psychological violence. We are charged when we react to this abuse. Recruiters don’t even have to use brute force. The kids are conditioned to want to please someone, crave validation and acceptance.

The government designed a process to remove us from our communities and families and place us in care. When we object to abuse, we are placed in detention centers. There the recruiters find us and take us into the sex trade.

In Winnipeg 70% of sexual exploitation of our youth and 50% of adult workers are Indigenous. The high rate of apprehensions of our children into the child welfare and then criminal justice system is state strategy. We end up in welfare fraud, prostitution, drug trafficking or almost any means to survive.

Government puts health, education and family services in large urban centers where our kids have to go for services. They can’t get jobs or education and can be recruited there. Police don’t pay attention to runaways 14 years old and over. Recruiters even go to schools, which don’t protect our kids at all.

Canada’s role in the creation and propagation of the international child sexual assault and kidnapping racket is becoming more clear to the rest of the world. One of Harper’s favorite songs in high school was “Bobby Brown” by Frank Zappa, who sang: “Oh, God, I am the American dream. I do not think I’m too extreme. And I’m a handsome son of a bitch. MNN. May 6, 2013. Prime Minister Harper just announced at the G20 meeting he is personally dismantling the non-“sovereignty” of Canada, to be governed by a new world order. Canadian Security and Intelligence Service CSIS revealed that foreign governments have taken control of Canadian politicians and bureaucrats, Harper may be one of them. These spies receive money, guidance and their orders from their handlers, the banker shareholders that own the corporation of Canada. Their fake by-laws make it necessary to always spy on each other. They bribe, lie, poison, seduce, assassinate and make secret deals with each other. It’s spy vs. spy.

Harper’s plan to dismantle Canada is good news. There will be burning and shredding of evidence to hide their criminality and genocide before closing their shop of secret horrors and political terrorism. MASS MURDER IN CANADA

MNN. Apr. 26, 2013. In 1870 a school was set up in the Six Nations community targeting Mohawk children from all Mohawk communities. They were incarcerated and exterminated. Forensic evidence substantiates that the Crown of England, Vatican, Canadian government and churches carried out the killings of 50,000 Indigenous children across Canada. 40% of the students were murdered.

Recently found in secret graves were bones, bits of school uniforms, arms, skeletons of children as young as 3 years of age and other material. They were covered with several feet of dirt, plants and trees.

Which criminal acts is Canada guilty of in relation to the murder of Indigenous children at government residential school death camps?

A serial killer kills 3 or more persons over a period of time for psychological gratification. Often a sexual element is involved. Other motives include anger, thrill, financial gain and attention getting. Victims may have something in common, occupation, race, appearance, sex or age. Killings could go on over a long period of time.

Mass murder is killing a large number of people at the same time over a short period of time, in a single location. A number of victims are killed by an individual or an organization. Some of the perpetrators die by suicide or are killed in shoot outs or go unfounded.

Church & state genocide planners.

In genocide mass murder is the intention of government agents to exterminate a large number of people, such as unarmed protesters, innocent people in cities, random or planned executions of civilians or children. Governments annihilating entire groups of people can be both genocide or crimes against humanity. Such crimes have no charges nor convictions.

In 1948 the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” Article 2 provides that genocide is deliberate and systematic murder in whole or in part of an ethnic, racial or national group; killing members of a group; causing serious bodily harm; deliberately inflicting death; preventing births; transferring children to another group; destroying political and social institutions, culture, language, national feelings, religion and economy; or destroying their personal security, health, dignity and lives. Canada signed this convention and is guilty of most of these crimes.

The National Criminal Court was established in 2002 to try states that signed the treaty such as Canada. The UN determined it cannot interfere in the internal affairs of sovereign nations. Genocide can only end when these powers no longer have a stake in the region where genocide is being carried out. Canada is not sovereign. It is a corporation without land.

In 1998 the National Archives of the University of Quebec, revealed that John Humphreys of McGill University wrote the 48 articles in the UN draft declaration. He was the first UN Commissioner of Human Rights. A strenuous conscious strategy by the Canadian government tried to stop the declaration. Canadian Prime Minister Louis St. Laurent, said “We don’t like it and we’re going to stop it”. Canada played a subversive role with little regard for human rights. The document boldly stated everybody is equal before the law. They had an abiding fear of economic and social rights for people, especially Indigenous.

Canada refuses to acknowledge the real Onkwehonwe. The first principle of the rule of law is a right to an impartial neutral party to mediate disputes. Canada refuses to subject their criminal relationship with Indigenous nations to a third party.

Any nation that questions Canada’s genocidal policies is threatened through the UN and other corporate structures. They will use whatever it takes, to protect the bankers’ hegemony over the people and the land.

“LES SAUVAGES”

MNN. Apr. 13, 2013. Quebec and Canada pretend to fight each other, although they’re owned by the same shareholders. Canada’s Prime Minister Harper and Quebec Premier Marois are actually working closely together to try to eliminate their common enemy, the Indigenous land and resource owners. The recent public attack of a Mohawk speaker by the separatist students at Champlain College in Sherbrooke shows that their brain programming is working well to promote racism and hatred toward the Indigenous. She was questioning their history and legal position as settlers. The other students and teachers were unapologetic over the mistreatment of the 73-year old speaker.

False teeth, pretend sovereignty!

The bankers set up the confederation; fraudulently forced indigenous people under “federal” jurisdiction; and then set up sub-corporations called “provinces” to carry out the theft of our lands and resources. All land and resource revenues go into the ever growing $60.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund which has been hijacked by the bankers. The profits from of the extraction of our resources is divided up between the federal and provincial governments.

Canadians watch Quebec separatists trying to viciously dislodge us from our land, resources, funds and rights. They turn away and are thus complicit in the genocide. Quebec propaganda mills threaten those who question their made-up history, false news and opinions.

Canada is not a state. It has no land. It is a foreign corporation established under the Admiralty “law of the seas” designed for commerce on the ocean. Quebec is a by-product. Indigenous Kaianerekowa is the law of the land of Great Turtle Island. The Indian Lands Acts of 1924 are illegal non-ratified corporate by-laws giving our resources to Quebec and other provinces. They have no right to sit at global forums selling Indigenous resources. All newcomers and their corporate entities should be petitioning our nations on access to our possessions.

It is not Canadian nor Quebec territory. The Great Peace of Montreal Treaty 1701 allowed the newcomers a right to live here according to the Two Row Wampum. They could set up their communities and never own our land. This treaty was breached. Their occupation became illegal. The occupiers must renew their visas with us. Their agreement and fiduciary responsibility to Indigenous is affirmed by the Royal Proclamation 1763.

Canada is a colony. Agreements on their settlement on our land is between Indigenous nations and the crown representing the colony of Canada and its sub-colonies.

Nations within nations is not legal. Like Canada, Quebec cannot be a nation as both have no land. We won’t ever give up any. Canada on behalf of Quebec has to renew their commitment to the Two Row/Guswentha if they want to remain here. Otherwise they have no permit to stay and must leave forthwith. In Frank Zappa’s song “Magdalena“, he sings about the incestuous Canada-Quebec relationship: “My daughter, dear, do not be concerned when your Canadian daddy comes near. I work so hard. Don’t you understand? Making maple syrup for the pancakes of our land. Do you have any idea of what that can do to a man?”

CANADA DEMONSTRATES CORPORATISM

MNN. APR. 4, 2013. Canada is the first corporate state that the bankers want to model all other states after for the one world order. Minister of Foreign Affairs, John, Baird is used to the banker-controlled Canadian press, not to answering real questions. He confirmed that Canada is a corporation that depends on money, bribery and lies, as all corporations do. The Foreign Affairs Minister’s job is to deliver the bribe, eg., “Sign this, or vote like this, or you won’t get any money”.

Prime Minister Harper runs a corporation that pretends to be a democracy. People are subjects with no say. The banker shareholders decide everything. The Senators’ are the directors that oversee the officers. The Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition and Finance Minister are the officers. Their job is to maximize profits for the shareholders.

On March 31, 2013 a press conference was held in Jordan to talk about Syria and trade with Jordan. Baird said there is no tradition of coalition governments in Canada!! The Harper Conservatives with 38% run Parliament counting it as a majority. Harper’s favorite biography was about Josef Stalin, who said, “It matters not who wins the vote, only who counts it”.

Canada is a firm backer of Israel. Should Israel fall, so would Canada and the US. An AD-Dustour reporter asked about Canada being under the rule of the Queen of England. Baird said the Governor General is appointed by the Prime Minister, with the approval of the Queen. The Governor General does as he’s told by the Prime Minister. In 2008, Harper almost got a vote of non-confidence over his objection to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the Kyoto Protocol. He said Canada’s economy would collapse. Prime Minister Harper went to the Governor General to dissolve Parliament. A General Election was called.

An Efranews reporter asked about why Canada pledged to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 3% at the Conference of the Parties in Copenhagen, while the EU agreed to 20% to 30%. The Jordan Star reporter asked about Canada being the only UN country unwilling to combat Desertification.

Baird explained Parliament is not involved in international agreements. The Prime Minister and cabinet can sign or ratify or withdraw from international instruments. They can secretly sign any international covenant, convention or treaty. Canada is not a country. It is an off-shore corporation that must generate profits for the shareholders.

Another reporter asked about Canada’s refusal to adopt the UN Declaration on a nuclear arms free Middle East. Canada has a double standard by condoning Israel’s possession of nuclear weapons while condemning Iran. Baird said Israel was a democracy, Iran was not. Then a reporter suggested that Canada sounded more like an autocracy than a democracy. Baird mumbled incoherently and shut down the Press Conference. DEMILITARIZE MCGILL

MNN. Apr. 2, 2013. Last fall the Student Society of McGill University started a campaign for a campus free from weapons development. McGill has been asked to “divest its holdings in private militias, private military contractors, weapons manufacturers and arms dealers, and to create and enforce a policy of allowing no future research on weapons, surveillance technologies with military applications … or any other project to facilitate the use of force. McGill goes after lucrative research and potential investors in studying war and imperialism”.

McGill borrowed money from us, which they never intended to pay back. It was a planned theft, with McGill educated lawyers covering their tracks.

In the 1850s McGill was near-bankruptcy. In 1860 it took out a $40,000 loan from the Province of Canada. $8,000 came from the Six Nations Trust Fund. In 1989, Six Nations alerted both McGill and the federal government of the outstanding debt. In the 1990s Philip Montour met with McGill administration, “They had lots of lawyers telling them to admit nothing.” in 2006 McGill admitted that they owe Six Nations $1.7 billion plus interest to date.

Vice-Principal Communications, Jennifer Robinson, called the claim “unfounded,” then said it was settled in 1873, and then said it was not clear it came from the Six Nations Trust Fund! “We just don’t know where the money came from”, and the University doesn’t have to pay it back.

One time there was a great university here.

McGill, third ranked top university in Canada, has fallen from grace. They were once known worldwide as one of the top humanitarian universities. Now the world sees their true moral compass for researching weapons of mass destruction, down-playing their role in the theft of our fund and the genocide of our people. MNN. Mar. 21, 2013. Canada’s Minister of Finance, Jim “Who-Just-Came-Back-from-Some-Kind-of-Rehab” Flaherty announced his government’s plans for spending our money. His convalescence didn’t do him much good. He still looks worried, fat faced, beet red nose and a big beer belly. He presented the budget on how Canada is going to spend our ever-growing $55 trillion Indian Trust Fund. Every cent of Canada’s money is ours. The “budget” is their plan on how to keep it out of our grasp.

Flaherty: “Mmmn! I needed more than a month off!”

We’re never asked how our stolen money is going to be spent, breaking international law. Our money comes from the royalties and profits made from the exploitation of our stolen resources. It’s in the special account that was set up according to Section 109 of the British North America Act in 1867. Canada made itself a trustee of our money. They’re illegally spending it like kids in a candy store, without our fully informed consent. They even run their genocide (Indian Affairs) and war program with our stolen money.

On Budget “Brag” Day the Minister of Finance is supposed to wear new shoes. He borrowed some old smelly ones while keeping us, the owners of the money, practically barefoot. We are getting a small allowance of $241 million, over 80% going to their administrators. They fantasize about us begging for the rest. Their corporate Indian puppets [band and tribal councils and national and provincial Indian organizations] are getting well paid to help them carry out the biggest heist in history, the theft of our Indian Trust Fund.

Flaherty said all programs are being slashed. He complained about the “tax cheats”, like himself and his accomplices. He wants every nickel. His banker royalist overlords in England are screaming, “Where is that Indian Trust money? We need it now!” He personally stopped the banks from lowering interest rates for buying houses. His $20 million house in Nottawasaga is for sale. He needs the “right’ buyer. Jim, it’s on Mohawk land and it’s ours! Right in Thahoketoteh’s personal claim!

$282.6 million is for “debt service charges”, going to them and their banker friends, who are the “benign and silent” protection racketeers. The fraudulent deficit of $25.9 billion is fiction. The drop in government department spending means they’re closing down their shop. The “vente” [for sale] signs are on the lawns. $47 billion on infrastructure for their gated communities to protect them from the angry masses. Those National Defense jets are ready to help them try to flee, with the loot.

Provinces: “That Injun money is gonna keep looking after me.”

A lot of money is going to his lazy relatives, called “provinces’. A million here, a few billion there for grants, job training, infrastructure [fixing the potholes], venture capital. Corruption cover-up is hard work, never mind the fear of getting caught. Bills will not be paid or consolidated. It’s going into personal Swiss or Bahamas bank accounts. They’re making a run for it.

There are big plans for stealing more of our resources and allegedly moving our trust funds out of Canada. They need us out of the way. This gang of thugs dream they’re going to hide out in their secret bunkers but will realize their greatest fear, they are no longer secret.

Before they go, we will get every cent of our money. They are not leaving here with anything they didn’t bring. The only place these crooks are going is into a jail cell in their Fatherland. With desperate governments grabbing people’s bank accounts in Cyprus, we will take our Indian Trust Funds asap in gold bars and keep it somewhere safe.

MNN. Mar. 20, 2013. To reduce opposition to theft of our resources, Prime Minister Harper appointed a new strategist. Doug Eyford is supposed to steer Indigenous land and resource owners out of their way. He replaces Tom Flanagan, the man-boy love advocate, and reports directly to Harper.

Canada knows it has a problem. it’s not a state according to international law. it has to get our fully informed consent to do anything on our land. The internationally accepted legal definition of a state was established at the Montevideo Convention 1933. Article 1, provides “The state should possess the following:

a] a permanent population: Canadians come and go. They have no common origin to distinguish them from other human beings. They settled on Great Turtle Island without legal permission from us.

b] a defined territory: None of our land was ever ceded to Britain. We never agreed to become part of the British Empire or the Canadian corporation.

Canadians: “We don’t have Two Row Treaty papers!’

c] a government of its own: its constitutional acts of 1867 and 1982 and other constitutional documents are acts or proclamations of the British monarch.

d] the ability to make international treaties: The treaties of Canada, a private corporation, not a legal state, aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.

We Indigenous have all these qualifications. We made international treaties. The Rotino’shonni:onwe never joined Canada. All valid treaties signed with Indigenous peoples were made with the British monarch. We never gave any territory to anyone.

In monarchical states, the people are “subjects” who are conquered or take an oath of allegiance. The Dominion [colony] of Canada was established when Britain’s Parliament passed the British North America Act, 1867, to promote British economic interests on Onowaregeh.

The colony of Canada is obligated to give money to the Queen and to fight her wars. Canadian pseudo citizenship was established in 1967. Britain has the power to change Canada’s constitution, as confirmed in the Canada Act 1982. In 2011 Harper had to get the Governor General’s permission to prorogue Parliament.

No state can give something it does not possess. Britain does not own our funds, resources or land and cannot give it to anyone. Section 91[24] of the BNA Act gave Canada authority to only “negotiate” with the Indians, not to make laws for ‘Indians, and Lands reserved for the indians”. Section 109 provides a legal commitment to establish the ever growing $50 trillion Indian Trust Fund from the exploitation of our resources.

New “Eyesore” strategy.

Canada is a foreign private company with shareholders. We are an international entity with membership of Onkwehonwe throughout Great Turtle Island, the natural persons of this land. We oppose development that would jeopardize our livelihood and environment. Shawn “Corporate-Indian-Mouth-Piece” Atleo stands by Eyford, to bring us into line with false promises and bribes of a few. If necessary “force” will be used to threaten, assault, abuse, jail and kill us for declaring the illegal existence of Canada. Canada knows it has to report to us on any anything they do in our land.
