At the recent meeting with the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. to object to the attempted illegal expropriation of our Kahnion’ke:haka land known as the “Seigneury”, Chief Mike Delisle said, “You won’t be forced to leave!” Permits will be given out by the provincial government to multinational corporations to build pipelines, railways, highways and canals throughout Kahnawake to transport oil and resources from the West. Living conditions will become unbearable. We will be criminalized and sued for resisting for millions. Oil company sued town. Our land will be grabbed. We will be relocated out of everybody’s way!

Five people met with Mike Delisle of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. [MCK Inc.] to affirm Kaia’nereh:kowa and Teio’hateh [Guswentha]. We objected to the attempted uprooting of all Kanion’ke:haka interests by selling the tract known as the “Seigneury” to the Corporation of Canada. Teio’ha:teh [Two Row Agreement] is the colonial settlers’ passport to live here in peace with us on our land.

WHEREAS:

1.The Great Peace affirms that our land and line of descent are vested in the women.

2.MCK Inc. are INDIANS, not Ongwe’hon:weh. They act for the CROWN and are overseen by the Privy Council. Those who accept a foreign process alienate themselves. MCK Inc. has no authority to discuss land with our oppressors. They have forfeited their Ongwe’hon:weh birthright, name, clan, voice and right to live among us. Their actions constitute espionage, conspiracy and complicity in genocide.

3.The US genocide model is to remove our ties to each other and to our land. Kahnawake is to be made unlivable through pipelines, highways, canals and railroads to transport stolen resources from the West.

4.Our land belongs to the faces beneath the earth. Kahnawake is part of the vast unceded territory of Ono’ware:geh [Great Turtle Island]. Parliament, the Queen, corporations, bankers and their followers are all foreigners.

5.Small private meetings are being held to falsely represent the consent of the majority. Such meetings as December 2, 2014 at the Golden Agers of 26 people are meant to finalize the murder of over 100 million Ongwe:hon:weh and the theft of hundreds of trillions from our trust funds. They win when we Kanion’ke:haka put a dollar value on our land. This allows Obama to trade Ono’ware:geh for the US bankers’ debt to China. 8.The following information is demanded: [a] The exact names, addresses of and all communiques with MCK Inc’s Indian Affairs and Privy Council handlers who are directing this genocide. [b] Why are discussions limited to the monetization and payment for our Mother, and our relocation and fraudulent removal of our interest to all our land. One day in 1975 while I was sitting at my desk in Indian Affairs, Harry Chapman, the Registrar, showed me a secret Band Council Resolution BCR initiated by Chief Andrew Delisle and the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK. Everyone in Kahnawake would have their Indian status extinquished. The community would become a taxable municipality, open to development and condos for non-Ongwehonwe. Most Ongwehonwe could not afford to live here and would have to leave. MCK Inc. had put a monetary value of $600 million on Kahnawake. If there was no opposition to the BCR within 40 days, it would go into effect.

Chapman said, “This is the most callous thing I have seen in my life”. Kahnawake’ro:non,Taiotekane, took it high up in the government. He publicized it and there were lots of open community meetings. Local and national media publicized our strong opposition. Questions were raised in the House of Commons. The BCR was pulled. This stopped it. Canada through MCK is trying again. Delisle is still around.

Kahnawake is on the St. Lawrence River across from Montreal. Traffic from the West has to go through our community. I live within the half mile area between CP Rail, major highways and the St. Lawrence Seaway. This is the only community where the Seaway cuts through the middle of he community. Goods from the interior of North America have to go through here by ship, rail or truck.

MCK was trained on how to deal with us. I was taught these tactics when I worked at Indian Affairs for 20 years. They sit behind a table at the front and declare everything is a secret. Some mouthpieces derail the audience regularly. They answer no questions. The agenda is restricted.

At the meeting of 30 people on December 2, out of over 10,000 residents, we were told about their instructions from the CROWN. They could not give us any details for fear that Canada would walk away from the table! We would be forced into their Admiralty court system where we would surely lose. Actually, this genocide attempt belongs in the international Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, which is not an Admiralty court.

We are being told that we are going to be moved to land where we have no Kahnion’ke:haka interest. Our interest in the Seigneury tract would be removed. The MCK has already received about $5 million from Canada to get us to sign off on the Seigneury. Chateauguay, St. Constant, Delson, LaPrairie and the others have expressed an interest in joining us and create a new wampum based relationship. MCK said, “Three places are available for us to resettle on, with tax exemption” until the CROWN decides otherwise. Since it might be on Algonquin land, according to our custom, it must have an Algonquin name. If there is resistance from us, force is threatened. Video: This happened in Kitimat BC.

The media has always given us bad press to turn public sentiment away from our favor. When the time comes, nobody will help us, they hope. The current evictions issue is a smoke screen. We have been deliberately divided.  It has made everybody quiet, afraid to speak out for fear of being attacked and bullied. All community workers can’t voice their opposition for fear of losing their jobs or being reprimanded institutionally or publicly. Same old. Same old. Starve us into submission!

The MCK sat up this scenario. The main issue is about taking the Mohawk interest off 55,000 acres on the south shore so goods can be moved from the interior of the continent for international trade without any Mohawk presence. We have been right here going on five suns. That’s why we’ve been placed here. It’s our job! Not theirs!

As Bob Marley tells us: “Get up. Stand up. Stand up for your rights. Don’t give up the fight. Most people think great god will come from the skies, take away everything and make everybody feel high. MNN. Dec. 12, 2014. When every corporate band council refuses to take an oath to the Queen, it is the beginning of the end for the British Empire in North America.

To work for Indian Affairs in Ottawa, I had to “swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II”. I wrote “under duress” and signed my name. Our people had been almost exterminated, our property and resources stolen and we live in POW camps. I had no choice in order to get a job and salary.

The oath to a foreign monarch affirms that Canada is a colony of Britain. She is the feudal lord. The soldiers’ oath is a code of moral obligation to her as head of the military and worldwide Free Masonry. They swear an oath to protect the Queen and her heirs and ancestors, the blood line.

The oath is mandatory for any job in any CROWN position and for any salary. It is acquiescence to a foreign autocrat and its Admiralty system of government. If you don’t swear an oath, you will not get a job or any money. Therefore, the INDIANS are starved into submission.

Voluntary oath makes you a subject of the CROWN and all its institutions within the Admiralty system of government, courts, police, legislators. It gives the Privy Council the right to run Canada. If every INDIAN refused to take an oath to the Queen, colonization would be over!

The Assembly of First Nations are willing corporate INDIANS being pressured by the Privy Council, probably out of the 14th floor war room at Indian Affairs. Their public oath to the people is for show. The oath to the Queen is enforceable. Former heads of AFN, Shawn Atleo, Ovid Mercredi and Phil Fontaine, have moved up the corporate ladder like any other colonized subject, through stealth and deception of their own people. They took the money from the feathered economic hit man and are wealthy with off-shore bank accounts, “Think about you and your family. Don’t worry about the people”.

The last “cold winter” is causing more pressure on the corporate INDIANS to “finish the job!” of helping the CROWN to take control of 100% of our unceded land and possessions. They have never wanted to share anything with us. They have only wanted to steal everything off us. including our children. That is what they will pay for!

We Ongwehonwe refuse to be controlled by the corporate councils, the Privy Council and Queen of England. We have the Great Peace, the greatest system on earth, for running a country.

The British Empire will not continue stealing our resources and land. The chiefs and councilors swear an oath to Queen Elizabeth and then try to sign us away. The MOHAWK COUNCIL OF KAHNAWAKE INC., set up under the illegal genocidal Indian Act is finished. We are tearing down the military fence around the POW camps called ‘reserves’. We will stop the killing of our children.

Mick Jagger sings about Queenie for the Ongwehonwe: “I don’t want to read about you when you’re gone. I don’t want to hear about the things you’ve done. I put a filter in my brain, I want to cut out all the pain. I don’t want to hear about you when you’re gone.”

“To: Every Ongwehonwe in the Rotinoshonni Confederacy and to all our Friends and Allies on Onowaregeh:

She:kon. Small groups of individuals have been empowered by the colonizers to act as imposters. They are fraudulently representing the Ongwehonwe. They are secretly “negotiating” agreements on behalf of our People and our future generations. They are trying to relinquish our land, title and birthright. We shall charge them all under the Great Peace, along with their corporate overlords, with genocide in The Hague.

These are not negotiations, only instructions from the colonizers. For money these individuals are agreeing to use the pen to fraudulently sign away our Ongwehonwe birthright in exchange for a privilege to live somewhere else as INDIANS.

We are the natural sovereigns of Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island. Through deceit some of our people have been convinced to give away our land and inherent rights. When anyone gives you a privilege, it can be taken away at anytime.

Kahnawake and all the Rotinoshonni territories of Onowaregeh that belongs to our people is a country. We cannot sell or abandon our Mother, our homeland or our country. No document exists that shows our people ever gave away any of our land. All existing documents are fraudulent. We are being dictated into being relocated onto a new INDIAN RESERVATION far from our homeland.

The plan for 45,000 acres of Kanionkehaka territory called the “Seigneury of Sault St. Louis” is to make it into CROWN Vatican land. We will be forced onto a reservation in our neighbor’s territory. It will be for the use of INDIAN people until the CROWN determines otherwise.

It is a temporary privilege. The plan is that Indian Affairs will be no more because there will be no more Ongwehonwe. The corporate INDIAN band council will become mayors and city or town councilors. We will be given a taxable Certificate of Possession to build our houses on, which is temporary on CROWN lands. The CROWN theft of our land will be complete, as per the 1924 Indian Advancement Act by Duncan Campbell Scott, to be rid of the “INDIAN problem”.

Everyone reading this article right now knows this is evil and genocide.

I am making this objection because I am calling on Ongwehonwe to stand together, to keep our arrows bound together, no matter where we reside on Onowaregeh. We must protect all of our Mother, not portions of her, so we can be strong again. Anyone can break one arrow. No one can break 5 arrows bound together tightly with sinew.
