MNN. Mar. 30, 2018. Band and tribal councils are in charge of the foreign embassies on our land called “the rez”. Their bosses, the military dictatorship running the corporation of Canada, use these “hang around the fort” INDIANS to be their double agents called “undies”. Their police are the armed enforcers. Guns and threats are the only way to hang onto the land and possessions they stole from us. We are prisoners of war slated for annihilation because we refuse to give up our birthright!

A double agent, or undie, is an employee of an intelligence service of another country. In this case the corporate occupiers, Canada and the United States. Their main purpose is to spy on the true native sovereigns of turtle island for our enemies. We are their targets because everything is ours.

1997 NYS ATTACK OF ONONDAGA IN U.S. SUPREME COURT

JAN. 3, 2018. Remember when the New York State “Indian Detail” attacked the Onondaga on May 18, 1997. It went to the NY District Court in Syracuse, then to the Second Circuit Court of New York and now is in the Supreme Court of the United States.

The real issue is that any person is suppose to have the right to EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW, which is engraved on the sign at the top of the front door of the  Supreme Court of the United States. If denied the onkwe-hon-weh and everybody will be unable to have equal justice, a fair trial and due process in all courts of the U.S. The Onondaga 15 were forced to be pro se, without lawyers.

CREATION’S DESIGN V. INDIAN ACT

Every band/tribal council chief, provincial and territorial INDIAN organization has to answer the following question: Do you follow the INDIAN ACT or the kaia-nere-kowa, the great peace? The INDIAN ACT is the genocide policy of the government of Canada. The great peace is based on the original instructions of creation. 

INVADERS: “WE’LL GIVE YOU THIS FOR TURTLE ISLAND”. YOUNG RESISTERS: “GET OUTTA HERE BEFORE WE . . .”

Should these corporate entities answer “We enforce the INDIAN ACT”, they are willing to be paid by the government of Canada to carry out the elimination of the true natural people of turtle island. They are corporate gunslingers.  

Should these chiefs answer, “We follow the original instructions of creation”, they must resign immediately and respect the sovereignty of the true natural people of turtle island.  

The Indian Act is an ethnic cleansing genocidal policy to assimilate us into Canada’s jurisdiction and terminate our title to great turtle island. If we get rid of the Indian Act, we will determine who we are, be forced to take total responsibility for our own well-being, start governing ourselves and decide how we will continue to exist as onkwe-hon-weh, the true natural people. We will control our land and resources.  

THE ADOPTED HAVE TO STAND WITH US TO TAKE CARE OF OUR MOTHER.

At the hearing into the case of the governemnt band council of Kahnawake creating a membership code to evict people from the community, tekarontakeh of the wolf clan explained:

“Adoption of people is a lifelong committment. The language, culture and traditions have to be adopted. The candidates former privileges and identity are surrendered. After a trial period they take one span of wampum to the native family they request to be adopted by. If the family is suitable, they are given “a name hung around the neck”, which belongs to the family. Once accepted, they are introduced to the other clans and then to the councils. Once everything is scrutinized a decision is made. A ceremony of rebirth takes place. This person is reborn. Their history is removed. The first generation sits with their backs to the wall. They may give their views to their clan spokes person. Their children have a voice. Their grandchildren can hold a title. This long process ensures they have our world view and avoids spies and traitors from entering our communities”.

Some of the great peace basic criteria underlies the US Citizenship Act. Canada was instructed by the king of England to deal fairly with the true original people of turtle island and learn the native language of the people on whose land they reside. The corporations of Canada, US and Mexico can never become sovereign nations because only the native nations on turtle island are 100% sovereign and own everything.

The government cohorts have been hiding in the shadows and are now exposed to the light for who they really are.

KAKWIRAKERON, WARRIOR, TRAVELS ON

MNN. Nov. 2, 2017. On the early morning hours of October 31, 2017, kahienkehaka [Mohawk] kakwirakeron, beloved husband of Verna (Cooper) Montour, died of natural causes surrounded by his family. He was born Arthur B. Montour on June 26th, 1942 in Buffalo, NY. He was the eldest brother of Johnny, Judy, Eric, Keith, and Patricia Montour.

He changed all his i.d. to kakawirakeron, learned to fluently speak kanien-kehaka-neha at 30 years of age and knew and understood thoroughly the kaia-nerekowa, the great peace. 

He left a legacy of 59 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.

kakwirakeron spent his childhood in kahnawake. He began ironworking at 17 years of age, worked throughout great turtle island, as a foreman and superintendent, building bridges and high rises with Local 361 out of Brooklyn, NY. 

In the early 1970’s, he became actively involved in the Warrior Society. He was involved in the kahnawake issues with non-natives; spokesperson during the Moss Lake and Ganienkeh Land Reclamations in ‘so called’ New York State; traveled to Switzerland and Holland as part of the Haudenosaunee Delegation to the United Nations in 1977; and involved in the standoff in Racquette Point in Akwesasne in 1979. In 1989, he was tried on US Federal R.I.C.O. charges for conspiracy in assisting to stop an FBI raid in Akwesasne, serving 10 months as a political prisoner.

kakwirakeron stood up for his knowledge of the kaia-nere-kowa, great peace, and for the people without hesitation. He was appointed spokesperson by the clan mothers.

He always strived for peaceful solutions amidst very volatile situations. 

In 1997  he stood alongside over 100 onkwe-hon-weh against the violation of sovereignty, to resist New York State illegal taxation of gas and cigarettes in Haudenosaunee communities. He was arrested within Onondaga territory. The NYS police INDIAN DETAIL were charged with using deadly force against men, women and children. He believed in onkwe-hon-weh asserting our sovereignty.  

kakwirakeron will be greatly missed by all who had the honor to know him and his memory will continue. 

kakwirakeron will return to his home at the farm in Bombay (556 Quain Road) [akwesasne] on Thursday November 2, 2017 to be joined by his family from 2 pm – 5 pm. Friends and public may begin calling at 5 pm in Bombay until Friday.

On Friday, November 3, 2017, kakwirakeron will return to kanonsesne [great law longhouse in akwesasne highway 37] at 2 pm for community viewing until the funeral. The Funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday November 4th at 11 am with Atehroniatakon officiating. The family is inviting friends and loved ones to a traditional meal to follow at the Farm in Bombay.

“We walk the red road, the straight road. We try to be kind and gentle to everyone we meet and try to give thanks no matter what the pain. We hope to reach all peoples minds”.

If the land is good, it produces life. When the sun shines, the grass grows and the water flows, meaning when her water breaks, then life appears. If not, there is no more life.

The genocide was planned by private European “money’crats” as a fraudulent, massive real estate deal. They can never have title to ono-ware-keh, turtle island, which we are a part of. They can never own us or this land now or in the future.

The colonial settlers continue trying to “renegotiate” all former fraudulent deals. One of their Papal Bulls said that everything on earth belongs to God and the Catholic Pope is the “legal” representative of God on earth. Therefore the Pope owns everything on earth.

They use lies, trickery and threats to steal our birthright and basic human rights as prescribed by creation.

The occupiers have come in with guns and are taking everything they want. To stay they must adhere to the constitution of the natural people here. We all follow the great peace. 

WOMEN UPHOLD PROTECTION OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO OUR BIRTHRIGHT TO THIS LAND.

The masses are being used and abused. They need re-impowering to take back from the establishment what was designed by creation. Everyone has the right to enjoy creation. No one has a right to deny this to anyone.

We are not naïve. Those who pull the trigger for them are the masses. When their usefulness is done they will be thrown out with the garbage. The establishment keeps only that which is useful to them.

dekanawida reintroduced kaia-nere-kowa, the great peace, back to the people. We were the first to accept it and agreed to promote it to the world.

MNN. July 12, 2017. The conflict continues at kanesatake. The mayor of Oka and his partners want to build 400 homes for strangers right next to the Pines and the Mohawk burial grounds. A 76-day resistance took place in 1990 at this site referred to as the Mohawk Crisis.

Canada sent in the combined forces of the Canadian army, RCMP and Quebec Police. This international land issue got worldwide attention. The banks, corporation and real estate developers always coveted the beautiful onkwe-hon-weh land on the Lake of Two Mountains and its mineral resources.

The colonial settlers refer to the Mohawk Nation as a “special interest” group. Canada refuses to protect the lands and culture of the true original people of ono-ware-keh, great turtle island. kaia-nere-kowa, the constitution of the great peace, provides that the people shall resist theft, genocide and desecration of mother earth.

TURTLE ISLAND PUT ON SALE

MNN. JULY 3, 2017. When Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau appointed Jean Chretien as Minister of Indian Affairs in 1969, the department came under the control of real estate tycoons and banks. They were setting up an INDIAN land grab.

WE HEARD TRUMP & TRUDEAU, ARE SELLING OUR MOTHER.

Our land is not theirs to sell. Stolen property is being sold to pay off their debt. In 1969 Indians Affairs was being dismantled, our land grabbed and sold. The scheme was modeled on the US Termination Policy, which was eliminated by Lyndon Johnson and President Nixon because it violated “treaty” obligations. Aggressive corporate entities are grabbing our land. To consummate their theft they have to eliminate the natural tie between us and our land since time immemorial through illegal means.

THE UN SAYS THE TROUGH IS BIGGER WHEN THERE’S LESS PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, JUSTIN!

In his oval office Trump announced he is relinquishing all our title to sell to the highest bidder. Tribal chiefs and CEOs sat behind him to sanction this theft. Trump falsely claimed that tribal sovereignty does not exist because the American taxpayers support the INDIANS.  

In 1969 There was a small group within native communities got set up in prominent positions across Canada. In 1970 the National Indian Brotherhood was incorporated. They had helped set up an Indian Land Claims Commission with very aggressive lawyers to become real estate agents who would sell off “INDIAN” land. Many of the go-betweens are alive today. They still work closely with the Jesuits, clerics and Indian agents who control our communities. All land in Canada is ours and registered at Indian Affairs in Hull Quebec 

In 1969 Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau proposed draft legislation notoriously called the “white paper” to remove protection of INDIAN lands across Canada so they could be put on the open market.

The white paper was blocked by Cree, Harold Cardinal, who rallied the chiefs to successfully stop this fraud. The conspirators continued to organize our removal from and protections to our lands. 

According to kaia-nere-kowa, the great peace, our interest can never be removed. ono-ware-keh, turtle island, is our birthright.

The federal government on behalf of the Crown has a fiduciary responsibility to protect these lands. The protection was to be removed by using these bodies they incorporated in the 1960s and 1970s. These looked like native organizations but were actually real estate companies. 

Today most of the reserves on great turtle island are privately incorporated municipal bodies. 

The Indian Advancement Act was enacted in October of 1924 to create the Prisoner of War camps of today. According to the Royal Proclamation of 1763, the land could never be owned by non INDIANS or non INDIAN corporations. So the original names of these native land holdings were changed. Kahnawake was originally called the “Iroquois of Caughnawaga”. Akwesasne was called the “Iroquois of St. Regis”. The new title deeds were put in the name of a member of the community who could then sign away the land to non INDIAN entities.

Later Caughnawaga was changed to “Mohawks of Kahnawake Inc.”, a corporate body. Akwesasne was changed to “Mohawk Council of Akwessasne Inc.”. 

HDI Haudenausaunee Development Institute Inc. at Six Nations was recently privately incorporated to be real estate agents there.

Governments around the world have been told they can now buy up INDIAN lands in Canada because the land no longer belongs to the natives but to these private corporations. 

A few years ago the Chinese came to St. Regis and said they had purchased the islands in the St. Lawrence river, sold to them by the corporate body that now “owns” the land. The people were unaware, organized themselves and protested to temporarily nullify the transaction. 

Canada is presently giving away disputed lands such as the harbour in Cornwall though the Mohawks of Akwesasne Inc. who illegally claim that land. A deal was secretly made between Transport Canada, the city of Cornwall and the Corporation of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Inc. 

The Iroquois of St. Regis say they never surrendered that land. The procedure the Crown established in the Royal Proclamation was violated. All land surrenders have to be done publicly with all members of the nation. Everyone with a vested interest must be there, understand and give consent. Otherwise the transaction is a nullity.

In disputed land claims, the true owners are sidestepped by these new corporations that sell off our land to these foreign governments and entities.

All our lands on great turtle island are or have been incorporated to a member so they can make direct real estate deals with foreigners.

North America is being sold to the highest bidder worldwide by illegally removing the lien that we the true natural original people have on all of great turtle island.

The US president and Canadian Prime Minister are working together to become top real estate agents to fraudulently sell off all our land to the highest bidders.
