MNN. Jan. 31, 2015. Paper currency is fiat and based on nothing. Ongwe’hon:weh land is the only real asset. The following Objection to the fraudulent attempt of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. to usurp Kanion’ke:haka land known as the “Seigneury Sault St. Louis” was on January 29th 2015.

Five people met with Mike Delisle of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. [MCK Inc.] to affirm Kaia’nereh:kowa and Teio’hateh [Guswentha]. We objected to the attempted uprooting of all Kanion’ke:haka interests by selling the tract known as the “Seigneury” to the Corporation of Canada. Teio’ha:teh [Two Row Agreement] is the colonial settlers’ passport to live here in peace with us on our land.

WHEREAS:

1.The Great Peace affirms that our land and line of descent are vested in the women.

2.MCK Inc. are INDIANS, not Ongwe’hon:weh. They act for the CROWN and are overseen by the Privy Council. Christine Deom of MCK Inc., who directs communications with the Privy Council, was absent by design. Their mission is to remove us and our interest by selling our land for money. Those who accept a foreign process alienate themselves. MCK Inc. has no authority to discuss land with our oppressors. They have forfeited their Ongwe’hon:weh birthright, name, clan, voice and right to live among us. Their actions constitute espionage, conspiracy and complicity in genocide.

3.The US genocide model is to remove our ties to each other and to our land. Kahnawake is to be made unlivable through pipelines, highways, canals and railroads to transport stolen resources from the West.

4.Our land belongs to the faces beneath the earth. Kahnawake is part of the vast unceded territory of Ono’ware:geh [Great Turtle Island]. Parliament, the Queen, corporations, bankers and their followers are all foreigners.

5.Small private meetings are being held to falsely represent the consent of the majority. Such meetings as December 2, 2014 at the Golden Agers of 26 people are meant to finalize the murder of over 100 million Ongwe:hon:weh and the theft of hundreds of trillions from our trust funds. They win when we Kanion’ke:haka put a dollar value on our land. This allows Obama to trade Ono’ware:geh for the US bankers’ debt to China. Read: Obama: Ongwe’hon:weh land to pay debt to China We owe China nothing. Any interference with our title must answer to all 49 families, our friends and allies throughout Ono’ware:geh. MCK Inc’s one-page summary to it’s masters on behalf of all Kanion’ke:haka is fraudulent and illegal.

6.Should MCK Inc. continue its treachery, the fire shall continue to burn. Only a duly convened public meeting of the people can deal with all threats.

7.Haudenosaunee and our friends and allies can only conduct political relations through diplomatic channels, prescribed in Teio’ha:teh.

8.The following information is demanded: [a] The exact names, addresses of and all communiques with MCK Inc’s Indian Affairs and Privy Council handlers who are directing this genocide. [b] Why are discussions limited to the monetization and payment for our Mother, and our relocation and fraudulent removal of our interest to all our land. These all constitute complicity in genocide.

Everything they brought in their ship stays there. They agreed not to intrude into our canoe. They cannot enforce their Admiralty law of the seas on us. The scheme of the CROWN’s Privy Council through the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. violates the only true legal agreement allowing the visitors to co-exist with us in eternal peace. They breeched this agreement.

The plan for the takeover of Ono’ware:geh. Money is debt. The bank lends $1000 for a truck. Through the fractional reserve banking laws, the bank now has $10,000 available to lend to others. When the borrower for the truck is behind 3 payments, the bank issues an order to the repo man to seize the truck.

If incorporated INDIANS of MCK Inc. is successful in privatizing our property, apply the same scenario of the truck to our homes. Three months behind, in walks the repo man. Our family is out on the dirt road in the blowing freezing snow. So the bankers can hold onto Ongwehonwe land.

When the bank lends us some money to build our home or do repairs, MCK Inc. co-signs the loan because a lien cannot be put on us.

If we fall behind, the council seizes our property. With the proposed municipalization, like any other city on the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis, the bank can seize our home and land, even if we are almost finished paying for it.

New municipality rules to be illegally asserted by the incorporated INDIAN council allow the bankers to take everything, as they do everywhere else in on Onowaregeh. Illegal taxation will be enforced. Economic circumstances are deliberately created to cause us financial hardship. Most will resist the extortion. The sheriff comes in, confiscates our home, building, property and land. All based on a fake debt that is cashed in by the bank.

No lien can be put on Ongwehonwe because we own everything. The corporations of Canada and the US own nothing.

The Indian Trust Fund contains hundreds of trillions. The corporation of Canada stole and extorts it for their benefit. We have petitioned to remove these trustees. It’s not a loan or gift or welfare. It’s ours.

As the soldiers and police are moving amongst them, violent events are taking place initiated by the banking quagmire. Prime Minister Hollande even said the perpetrators of the attacks at Charlie Hebdo are the “illumine”. Their top investigator died mysteriously. The French want kari’wi:io, kasa’tsen:sera, sken’nen – unity, strength and peace. Great law of peace

They are going back to ideas that came from the French Revolution when they removed their monarchy. The ideas for peace were exported to France from their colonists, the Quebecois.

The same false flag scenario took place recently in Ottawa Canada and Sydney Australia. The same crisis actors, writers, directors with a local film crew.

In 1701 we Ongwe’hon:weh of Great Turtle Island taught the French the Great Peace, the formula for all dispute resolution. They took it to France and started the French Revolution to create a republic. Their collective mind is being sparked through their ancient memories of their association with us. They are following the roots back to the tree that was planted in their minds in 1701. The French position on Russia and Palestine could be a contributing factor to them being targeted for this operation.

In 1609 the French project was to kill all the Mohawks, the “keepers of the eastern door” of Ono’ware:geh [Great Turtle Island] and the enforcers of the Great Peace. The French and the British wanted the entire continent. After 92 years of warfare, the French lost all the battles and sued for peace.

In 1701 the Iroquois Confederacy and 49 other nations physically represented 500 nations of Great Turtle Island through alliances and friendship belts. The French were the first to accept an international treaty of peace – the Great Peace of Montreal, June 25, 1701. In 1710 we sent five chiefs to London for the first international world peace conference. Only Russia has shown us their wampum belts from that trip.

The French collective mind is being reconnected to “la paix”.

MNN. Jan. 11, 2015. Ongwe’hon:weh, the sovereigns of Ono’ware:geh, are ready to shake off the illegal shackles of the corporation of Canada. Australia is undergoing this transition as well. Control of all our land, resources and inherent sovereignty will revert back to the Ongwe’hon:weh. The trillions in our Indian Trust Funds will be recovered. Admiralty law has no jurisdiction on Ono’ware:geh. We have never been legally bound by laws and statutes created by the settler colonialists.

KANEKOTA: SHAKING THE BRANCHES

MNN. Dec. 19, 2014. Thahoketoteh arrived in 2000 in Kanekota, which is at the head of the Grand River. It is part of the 1784 Haldimand Proclamation British protectorate. Accordingly, he is guaranteed “by royal proclamation any Mohawk Indians as wish to settle in that quarter and take possession of, and settle upon the banks of the river commonly called Ouse or Grand River, running into Lake Erie, allotting for that purpose six miles deep from each side of the river, beginning at Lake Erie, and extending in that proportion to the head of the said river, which them and their posterity shall enjoy forever”. The rank Captain General has the power to make royal procalamations like the king, which supercedes all Admiralty statutes. The Kanion’ke:haka family made a claim to one lot, which equals 360 acres, lot 1 concession 11, Nottawasaga Township.

The late Jim Flaherty, Minister of Finance, ignored the Royal Proclamation and the claim. He built a home on one half of the claim. He was informed by MP Garth Turner prior to the construction about the Mohawk interest. He chose to ignored it. The Mohawk family is following the Guswentha and the Kaianerekowa, the law of the land.

The time has come for the Ongwehonwe to move to the hilly country according to our ancient instruction. The Kanion’ke:haka family would like to occupy Lot 1 Concession 11 now. They are asking the Royaner and Iotiyaner to have a meeting with Mrs. Flaherty at the property to resolve this issue according to the law. All the children need a permanent place to live and grow.

Thahoketoteh has taken this matter to the top General in the British military, Sir Peter Wall. He has been reminded of the order left for him by the top ranking British General ever.

Thahoketoteh took the case and all related Kanekota issues to the Admiralty court in 2012 [FCC T1396-12]. It ruled that it had no jurisdiction to grant the relief requested.

Regarding your home: on Lot 1 Concession 11 Nottawasaga ON

She:kon. As you are probably aware, we went to see Garth Turner MP in 2005 to help us lodge our land claim as per the Haldimand Proclamation 1784. The Captain General designates the power of the king to issue royal procalamations, which supercede all Admiralty statutes in this monarchical democracy. Your husband decided to ignore the Royal Proclamation and build a home on our claim. We let him know before a shovel was put in the ground. I came to Kanekota in 2000 to find my claim as per the Royal Proclamation for my family as per Kaianerekowa. I rented a place for 3 years at $1500 a month, specifically to find the proper claim for me and my family to settle on. Lot 1 Concession 11 the site of Etobicoke Education Center which was being abandoned and I thought there would be no problems.

The property next door is where I lived for 3 years while choosing a suitable spot. Then I claimed the school property which is on half of lot 1 concession 11, the whole lot is was the perfect claim. It is 360 acres, enough for my growing family. All this was done according to the Kaianerekowa and the Two Row Wampum, which your government is legally required to honor.

The time for  the Ongwehonwe to move to the hilly country as per our ancient instruction is now. I would like to occupy my Lot 1 Concession 11 and start preparing for the arrival of my 3 children and 4 grandchildren. I now ask for your help in attaining this.

Your home is built on one half of Lot 1 Concession 11. I would like to have a meeting with you at the property. I will bring our chiefs and clan mothers so we can resolve this issue once and for all, in everyone’s best interest.

Just know that Lot 1 Concession 11 is part of the earth and going nowhere. The Mohawk claim will always be there even though your husband illegally built a house there. We would like to have the meeting at your house on Lot 1 Concession 11. Please inform us when if we can have this meeting. Our preference is before the winter solstice this year.

One day in 1975 while I was sitting at my desk in Indian Affairs, Harry Chapman, the Registrar, showed me a secret Band Council Resolution BCR initiated by Chief Andrew Delisle and the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK. Everyone in Kahnawake would have their Indian status extinquished. The community would become a taxable municipality, open to development and condos for non-Ongwehonwe. Most Ongwehonwe could not afford to live here and would have to leave. MCK Inc. had put a monetary value of $600 million on Kahnawake. If there was no opposition to the BCR within 40 days, it would go into effect.

Chapman said, “This is the most callous thing I have seen in my life”. Kahnawake’ro:non,Taiotekane, took it high up in the government. He publicized it and there were lots of open community meetings. Local and national media publicized our strong opposition. Questions were raised in the House of Commons. The BCR was pulled. This stopped it. Canada through MCK is trying again. Delisle is still around.

Kahnawake is on the St. Lawrence River across from Montreal. Traffic from the West has to go through our community. I live within the half mile area between CP Rail, major highways and the St. Lawrence Seaway. This is the only community where the Seaway cuts through the middle of he community. Goods from the interior of North America have to go through here by ship, rail or truck.

MCK was trained on how to deal with us. I was taught these tactics when I worked at Indian Affairs for 20 years. They sit behind a table at the front and declare everything is a secret. Some mouthpieces derail the audience regularly. They answer no questions. The agenda is restricted.

At the meeting of 30 people on December 2, out of over 10,000 residents, we were told about their instructions from the CROWN. They could not give us any details for fear that Canada would walk away from the table! We would be forced into their Admiralty court system where we would surely lose. Actually, this genocide attempt belongs in the international Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, which is not an Admiralty court.

We are being told that we are going to be moved to land where we have no Kahnion’ke:haka interest. Our interest in the Seigneury tract would be removed. The media has always given us bad press to turn public sentiment away from our favor. When the time comes, nobody will help us, they hope. The current evictions issue is a smoke screen. We have been deliberately divided.  It has made everybody quiet, afraid to speak out for fear of being attacked and bullied. The main issue is about taking the Mohawk interest off 55,000 acres on the south shore so goods can be moved from the interior of the continent for international trade without any Mohawk presence. MNN. Nov. 5, 2014. The economic hit men have now donned feathers to corrupt the leader in Kahnawake. They tell the leader, “Here’s some money. Don’t worry about the people. Take the money for yourself and your family.” With the band council proposal to give us money for Kahnawake and the Mohawk interest in the Seigneury, and remove us away from the route of the pipeline, they appear to have bought into the economic hit man program.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake are using the traditional economic hit man approach on us – Bribe us. If we don’t take the money, then bring in the military. They had a meeting with us to say they had a meeting. Now they think they can sign away our land and remove us. The hit men’s job is to remove the final impediments to the CROWN’s theft . Those who don’t fit in have already been driven out.

We Mohawks are on the path of the cross-Canada pipeline. They know that they can’t get it through Kahnawake. So get rid of the fighters.

Kahnawake is not a reserve nor CROWN land. It is the unceded original Ongwehone territory of Kanienkeh. We the Rotinoshonni can’t relinquish our title. By design the corpo INDIANS mismanage the community, rig the votes and conduct fraud with impunity. They aim to keep the people apathetic and uninformed.

Canada is the most corrupt colonial country in the world, the first merger of corporation and state in 1867. Their orders from the CROWN are to kill us or hide us somewhere so no one can see us. That same old order that Champlain tried to carry out for the Europeans, “Get rid of the f—–g Mohawks!”

We need a revolution against this corpo system of 51% dictating to 49% that was imposed on us! It’s time for the people to remove all corpo entities placed over us, which is against the law of the land and all the agreements that Canada lies upon for its legality.

With the Kaianerekowa/Great Law, we will resist the tanks, choppers, psychological warfare, corruption, brainwashing, smooth talking traitors and their military trained corpo cops. The economic hit men strategies won’t work. It means non-stop resistence until we win and return to the peace.

MNN. Dec. 3, 2014. As Don Corleone said, “We’ll give them an offer they can’t refuse”. The INDIANS known as the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake MCK were obviously trained at the school of dirty tricks. I saw these tactics played on our people when I worked at Indian Affairs. They tried to follow it at the December 2 meeting at the Golden Agers to discuss the Seigneury land issue.

Canada needs Ongwehonwe consent for pipelines, resource extraction and so on throughout Canada. They want to remove the Mohawks out of Montreal, the same way the Americans wanted the Cherokee out of Georgia. The white people want to populate Kahnawake.

The Seigneury of Sault St. Louis is on Kanionkehaka land. Any deal between Canada and itself through their corporate councils is an internal deal amongst themselves. The Corpo INDIANS are not Ongwehonwe.

Sitting at the front imitating their masters, the INDIANS dictated the CROWN’s agenda. We were told to keep this a secret. The Great Law provides that all meetings are open to everyone. Every mind is important to the whole.

The INDIANS want to put us on the legal fiction called CROWN land? The INDIANS are trying to get us to agree to a price, as the bankers require for their fraudulent economy based on land theft. We are being offered 65,000 acres of our own land near the border, 24,000 acres towards Ottawa or a large tract near Mt. Tremblant, which is Algonquin land. The Seigneury with ten cities on it will become CROWN land. Kahnawake is not a reserve. Not CROWN land. They want us outside of the Seigneury where we have no Ongwehonwe interest.

We want everything granted to the British according the Two Row from 1701 that they accepted. This includes all of Ontario and everything West in what they now call Canada. it’s time for Britain to come to the table again with the Ongwehonwe to create a new wampum belt of reconiliation with us.

Kahnawake will always be under the Kaianerekowa, not part of Canada. No filthy pipeline will ever come through here. We are Kahnawake! Kahnawake is us! We will never leave. We will always defend it. MNN. Dec. 2, 2014. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is calling for a one-day community consultation on the supposed loss of the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis SSSL by the Mohawks of Kahnawake. It was not lost. We always knew where it was! We are not the intruders. Yet we are being asked if we want to stay on our homeland. To ask that question means they know it’s ours. Discussion is being restricted to accepting the loss of our lands, whether it’s possible for its return and will we be removed.

These remarks are those of elders who are of like minds, based on our teachings before the coming of the colonizers.

The band council framed the question as though we are accepting the loss of our land. It can’t be returned to us, as it’s already ours. We can’t give up something that belongs to our children. it’s our duty and responsibility to protect the birthright of our children for their free use and right to our homeland.

This international issue must include all Rotinoshonni. SSSL is part of Kanienkehaka, “people of the flint”, which is part of the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois Confederacy, the 49 families of the Confederacy and our friends and allies. The entire area is Kanienkeh. All of our brothers and sisters should be reminded that our lands are not for sale. We continue to adhere to those teachings.

The issue is the illegitimate occupation of non-Ongwehonwe communities on 45,000 acres of a small portion of our massive land tract. The Canadian government is responsible for the centuries of use of our land and resources, disrupting our way of life and the existing problems we have had to endure. How can the non-Ongwehonwe make this up to us? Are those who wish to remain going to cooperate with us? Do the occupiers want to stay or leave? Do they want to live under a council of our People?

Do they wish to follow our law and live in peace with the Ongwehonwe or not? Those settlers who wish to remain must live according to the Kaianerehkowa. Those who do not must vacate and reside among those of like minds. The MCK, an arm of Quebec and Canada, may join us or leave with those who don’t want to comply.

The “legal fiction” is that in 1680 French King Louis XIV gave our land to the Jesuits. In 1762 General Gage of the British military dispossessed them and affirmed the land is that of the Iroquois, their friends and allies.

On October 25, 1924, the colony of Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a POW camp. Now they want to relocate us. We are here to stay! The settlers who are on the Seigneury will compensate us as they did before the genocidal event of 1924.

The whole economy of US and Canada is based on them continuing the lie that our land can be monetized. As soon as we agree to this fraud, the bankers win. This meeting is meant to put a dollar value on our land. We refuse to participate in this illegal scam.

We are here to stir up your minds. As Charlie Pride says: “Oh, the snakes crawl at night. That’s what they say. When the sun goes down, then the snakes will play”.
