May 31, 2014. Movie star, Steven Seagal, came to visit his family in Kahnawake. They held a private family gathering. The Kahnawake Survival School singers sang and the people danced. Steven Seagal joined in. His family goes back to the 1704 raid on Deerfield Massachussetts when his ancestor was a captive from that raid. Deerfield Raid 1704. She lived in Kahnawake, became a Bear Clan Mohawk woman, had three children and died at 89 years of age as Kanenstenhawi [she brought corn]. Seagall is heading to Akwesasne to meet more of his family there on Monday.

The corporation of Canada sent in its two oldest corporate point men, [Indian agents] to steer the agenda and to control the local media. May 14, 2014. Seventeen winters have passed since over 100 Iroquois women, children and men were viciously attacked by the New York State Troopers while we were conducting a thanksgiving ceremony. The issue is now before the Admiralty Court. The whole natural world awaits a return to the natural proper balance. As infamous Rob “12-step” Ford, the crack-smoking mayor of Toronto, advises on Indian matters, “It’s a real sensitive issue. I can’t step on any toes!” All front men for the shareholders of the “crown” corporation known as the United States of America have the main task of continuing the illusion of freedom to the people. Our lawyer, Terrance Hoffman, dumped those of us who would not take the money. The original Two Row Agreement and the treaties have been breached.

Terrance Hoffmann Esq. of Syracuse and the lawyer for the other victims, Morvillo Abramowits of New York City, approached us and suggested suing New York State. We victims want those who plotted the plans, gave the orders to the police and the policemen who carried out the crimes to be punished. In 2008 NYS Judge George Lowe, after studying the evidence, reported that NYS would lose the case should it go to trial. He strongly advised NYS to settle with us for money. Some clients were coerced into taking the money. Mr. Hoffmann advised those who did not to find another lawyer or represent ourselves in this complex 17-year old case. He pressured us to take the money and let the criminals get away with their wrongdoing. We told him to keep the money. We want the criminals charged. On May 19, 2014, Mr. Hoffman will ask Judge Dancks to let him drop some of his clients.

MNN. Mar. 5, 2014. After forming the original Five Nations Confederacy, Dekanawida left for the Sky World. He told us this story about forthcoming events before he got into his stone canoe for the trip.

Since 1963 the separatists, called the FLQ [Front de Liberation du Quebec] were involved in over 200 bombings in Quebec, demanding independence and sovereignty.

In the early 1960’s Trudeau and his crew stirred up Quebecois and then left and moved onto the Ottawa stage.

Over 400 people were selected and arrested, most without charge or warrants. Outspoken opponents were imprisoned with no right to see a lawyer and kept behind bars for 21 days or more.

Older social-political activists from Akwesasne and Kahnawake pointed to previous incidents such as the publicized plans of former New York State Governor Mario Cuomo to invade several Iroquois reservations in the 1990s, under the “Gallant Piper” military plan, to implement state law enforcement. Only twenty years ago, the use of state National Guard units to provide manpower in that operation implied a combined arms approach to dealing with Onkwehon:we populations. Others in Akwesasne recall revelations concerning the Canadian military’s plans to occupy Akwesasne through the Operation Campus / Scorpion-Saxon programs.

MNN. FEB. 10, 2014. The hierarchal charade is ending. Looks like Canada is joining the US and UN control grid [Agenda 21]. Lawyers for the Corporation of Canada are fleeing and saying in effect, “Let’s get out now while the going is good. We’ll join Piper, the international law firm, run out of the UN. We can help make laws for the bankers worldwide. We already have our stolen money in off-shore accounts so no one can touch it”.

The first law firm to fold was home to prime ministers, supreme court justices and federal and local politicians. Their job was to take the heat off the bankers. Now they’re jumping ship and going back to the “Fatherland” to their mansions. harper slave shipThese criminals should be going to jail. They don’t want to go back on the slave ships they came in. It’s first class on their own terms, they think. They’re trying to dictate the terms of their surrender. 

There is no reconciliation with those they leave behind. The corporation of Canada is bringing in new immigrants with loads of money who won’t be told they are on Indigenous land. They will set up businesses and steal everything that their predecessors left behind. Their job is to continue the genocide.  

Canada has no constitution in place that overrides the by-laws of the Corporation of Canada. it’s a pretend democracy based on theft and abuse of our land. Prime Minister Harper is strengthening the corporate rules and enforcement system. 50,000 new prisoners can be warehoused in the new private prisons.  

We Indigenous are to remain fenced in by Indian Affairs and the Indian Act. Indian Affairs and RCMP are both divisions of the Canadian army.  

The corporation is dissolving. The shareholders are trying to steer the dissolution in their favor. We demand the list of the shareholders of the Corporation of Canada. We will charge them with genocide and theft of our ever growing $650 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The world wants to see this.

Canada and US need to take a lesson from Iceland who put all their crooked bankers and politicians in jail, rewrote their constitution and took away their money machine. They have to pay back everything they stole.
