MNN. Feb. 9, 2015. On May 18, 1997, over 100 Haudenosaunne/Iroquois were brutally beaten by New York State Troopers. They disrupted a sacred tobacco burning ceremony at Onondaga, the capital of the Iroquois Confederacy. Lawyers, Terrance Hoffmann of Syracuse and Abramowitz, Grand, Iason & Anello of New York City, volunteered to act for us, free of charge. Since then the Troopers lost twice to have their case thrown out, purporting they were just carrying out orders in the line of duty.homeland

The Admiralty court was advised that if this case went to trial the Haudenosaunee would win. Judge George Lowe advised NYS to make a financial settlement with us. 13 plaintiffs refused the “cash and shut up” settlement. The case must now proceed to trial. In February 2014 the lawyers made a motion to drop those of us who did not agree with the settlement. This case was never about money. It’s about accountability and holding those responsible to account. Judge Wiley Dancks allowed the lawyers to drop us.  [Andrew Jones et al v. Parmley, et al Civil Action No. 98-CV-374 [FJS][TWD].

We are lawyerless and penniless. It seems this was part of their plan. We recently met in Onondaga and became of one mind. We will defend ourselves and ask for all the disclosures. We’ve been 18 years in the wildnerness of the US court system. It reminds us of Apache Chief Geronimo’s last stand in the wilderness of Mexico.

The United States District Court Northern District of New York may be doing an end around Article 7 of the Canandaigua Treaty which states:

“Lest the firm peace and friendship now established should be interrupted by the misconduct of individuals, the United States and the Six Nations agree, that for injuries done by individuals, on either side, no private revenge or retaliation shall take place; but, instead thereof, complaint shall be made by the party injured, to the other; by the Six Nations or any of them, to the President of the United States… as shall be necessary to preserve our peace and friendship unbroken, until the Legislature (or Great Council) of the United States shall make other equitable provision for that purpose”.

That shoot out on Parliament Hill really scared him even though it was a false flag. To “protect” himself he’s turning spy agency CSIS into a secret police force, like the Gestapo.

Harper, with his non-existent foresight, will decide the threats to himself and to corporate rule. INDIANS, environmentalists and anyone can be construed as terrorists. Intelligence-gathering was separated from police work 30 years ago when the RCMP routinely breached the law and civil rights. Now CSIS can do it all. Agents can break into someone’s home, seize and copy documents, install, maintain or remove any thing, like computers and monitoring devices, or do what a judge thinks is “reasonable”. Those questioning them or resisting their law breaking can be arrested and face 5 years in jail. Internet providers are installing interception systems to collect user data, give it to the government, who will take whatever information they want without warrants. The anti-terror law is a blanket law to do as they please, like the US Patriot Act. They don’t need a reason to stop you and can jail you for as long as they want in their private prisons.

Those who discuss or think about terrorism “in general” will be criminalized. Why does the home invading CSIS [Gestapo] have no oversight?

In 1933 after the “false flag” Reichstag Fire Hitler passed the Enabling Act. Like Harper, he made his own laws, set up the Gestapo, banned trade unions and opposition parties. He declared himself the Fuhrer and eliminated democracy. He promised that his totalitarian powers would be for a short while until he carries out the necessary measures, without saying what those are. Harper is following the blueprint that Hitler left. He’s showing the world that Canada is a corporate fascist dictatorship.

At the recent meeting with the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. to object to the attempted illegal expropriation of our Kahnion’ke:haka land known as the “Seigneury”, Chief Mike Delisle said, “You won’t be forced to leave!” Permits will be given out by the provincial government to multinational corporations to build pipelines, railways, highways and canals throughout Kahnawake to transport oil and resources from the West. Living conditions will become unbearable. We will be criminalized and sued for resisting for millions. Oil company sued town. Our land will be grabbed. We will be relocated out of everybody’s way!

Five people met with Mike Delisle of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. [MCK Inc.] to affirm Kaia’nereh:kowa and Teio’hateh [Guswentha]. We objected to the attempted uprooting of all Kanion’ke:haka interests by selling the tract known as the “Seigneury” to the Corporation of Canada. Teio’ha:teh [Two Row Agreement] is the colonial settlers’ passport to live here in peace with us on our land.

WHEREAS:

1.The Great Peace affirms that our land and line of descent are vested in the women.

MCK Inc. Chiefs: "We want more for our Mother in our off-shore accounts?"

2.MCK Inc. are INDIANS, not Ongwe’hon:weh. They act for the CROWN and are overseen by the Privy Council. Christine Deom of MCK Inc., who directs communications with the Privy Council, was absent by design. Their mission is to remove us and our interest by selling our land for money. Those who accept a foreign process alienate themselves. MCK Inc. has no authority to discuss land with our oppressors. They have forfeited their Ongwe’hon:weh birthright, name, clan, voice and right to live among us. Their actions constitute espionage, conspiracy and complicity in genocide.

3.The US genocide model is to remove our ties to each other and to our land. Kahnawake is to be made unlivable through pipelines, highways, canals and railroads to transport stolen resources from the West.

4.Our land belongs to the faces beneath the earth. Kahnawake is part of the vast unceded territory of Ono’ware:geh [Great Turtle Island]. Parliament, the Queen, corporations, bankers and their followers are all foreigners.

5.Small private meetings are being held to falsely represent the consent of the majority. Such meetings as December 2, 2014 at the Golden Agers of 26 people are meant to finalize the murder of over 100 million Ongwe:hon:weh and the theft of hundreds of trillions from our trust funds. They win when we Kanion’ke:haka put a dollar value on our land. This allows Obama to trade Ono’ware:geh for the US bankers’ debt to China. 6.Should MCK Inc. continue its treachery, the fire shall continue to burn. Only a duly convened public meeting of the people can deal with all threats.

7.Haudenosaunee and our friends and allies can only conduct political relations through diplomatic channels, prescribed in Teio’ha:teh.

8.The following information is demanded: [a] The exact names, addresses of and all communiques with MCK Inc’s Indian Affairs and Privy Council handlers who are directing this genocide. [b] Why are discussions limited to the monetization and payment for our Mother, and our relocation and fraudulent removal of our interest to all our land. These all constitute complicity in genocide.

CUBA SI! YANKEE NO!

MNN. Jan. 23, 2015. In December 1959 a group of McGill University students were sitting in the university cafeteria. We were admiring Life Magazine cover of Fidel Castro. One of the students, a reporter for the McGill Daily, said, “I’d like to go to Cuba and interview him!”. We all said, “We’ll go with you”.FIDEL

Soon we were driving to Florida. One guy had a relative in Miami. We asked to stay over. When he found out where we were going, he threw us out of the house! We slept in the car on the beach. The next day we caught a cheap flight to Havana.

We stayed at the formerly luxurious Havana Hilton Hotel & Casino which was turned into a student’s residence. It was packed with young people from Central and South America. Just us from Canada. None from the US that we saw.

Every evening Fidel Castro and some of his men would come into the lobby and talk to us. He regaled us with stories of the revolution. Fidel kept his promise to his people that he would educate them and give them the best medical care in the world. He had a profound affect on us. Cubans showed that people can stand up and gain their freedom. They kicked out the corporate mob that ran Cuba and had made everybody into slaves.

Bearded cigar smoking, camo-dressed revolutionaries drove us around in limos. Our friend interviewed and became friends with Fidel.

rebels cubaA few days later began the celebration of the year since the revolutionaries had rolled into Havana, kicking out the crooks and arresting those who wouldn’t obey the anti-banker rules. Many traitors were jailed or dispersed. Some were floating on rafts across the channel to Miami. Huge mansions and luxuries were left behind. They could only take what they wore. We saw a lot of jewelry clad autocrats bumming rides to Miami.

Locals were streaming in from the country-side. Poverty of the people was incredible. We had to wait in long lineups for food like everybody else. Fidel was going to speak soon. The prisoners were let out to sit on top of the walls to listen to him. He spoke for eight hours non-stop.

After a week, another person and I decided to return to the mainland. We took a taxi and waited for hours on the road to the airport. It was hopeless. The single PanAm flight from Venezuela made one stop in Havana, picked up passengers and went on to Miami. After waiting for hours, we finally returned to the hotel to get some help. We were told, “You could end up in Cuba for some time, unless you have connections!”

Our backup plan was to flee with the boat people.

The McGill Daily reporter said he might be able to help us. Two days later a camo dressed military man picked us up in a huge fancy limousine. He drove us directly through a back road to the airport. The airport was jammed with people trying to get out, ready to pay anything to get a seat on the plane. We were escorted and got on the flight.

Now that relations between the US and Cuba have been normalized, the Cubans in Miami could return and start working in the sugarcane fields or resorts like everybody else. They won’t get back their ill gotten gains they left behind. Everything’s been nationalized and belongs to everybody. We knew in 1959 that the days were numbered for these carpetbaggers who sell out their people.

Everything they brought in their ship stays there. They agreed not to intrude into our canoe. They cannot enforce their Admiralty law of the seas on us. The scheme of the CROWN’s Privy Council through the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. violates the only true legal agreement allowing the visitors to co-exist with us in eternal peace. They breeched this agreement.

The plan for the takeover of Ono’ware:geh. Money is debt. The bank lends $1000 for a truck. Through the fractional reserve banking laws, the bank now has $10,000 available to lend to others. When the borrower for the truck is behind 3 payments, the bank issues an order to the repo man to seize the truck.

If incorporated INDIANS of MCK Inc. is successful in privatizing our property, apply the same scenario of the truck to our homes. Three months behind, in walks the repo man. Our family is out on the dirt road in the blowing freezing snow. So the bankers can hold onto Ongwehonwe land.

When the bank lends us some money to build our home or do repairs, MCK Inc. co-signs the loan because a lien cannot be put on us.

If we fall behind, the council seizes our property. With the proposed municipalization, like any other city on the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis, the bank can seize our home and land, even if we are almost finished paying for it.

New municipality rules to be illegally asserted by the incorporated INDIAN council allow the bankers to take everything, as they do everywhere else in on Onowaregeh. Illegal taxation will be enforced. Economic circumstances are deliberately created to cause us financial hardship. Most will resist the extortion. The sheriff comes in, confiscates our home, building, property and land. All based on a fake debt that is cashed in by the bank.

No lien can be put on Ongwehonwe because we own everything. The corporations of Canada and the US own nothing.

The Indian Trust Fund contains hundreds of trillions. The corporation of Canada stole and extorts it for their benefit. We have petitioned to remove these trustees. It’s not a loan or gift or welfare. It’s ours.

The Rage Against the Machine tells us in “Wake Up”: “Standing with the fury that they had in ’66, and like E-Double. I’m mad, still knee deep in the system’s shit… Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!”

We are now in the 9th decade. This genocide plan needs to be published for the world to see what Canada really is.

She:kon:Wampum 2 provides that everyone has a duty to enforce the Great Peace. As the A’sera:kowa of the Mohawk Nation at Kanekota, I have been authorized by the Fire to put the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. , who work for a foreign power, to be placed on notice. This is an official objection from the Mohawk Nation at Kanekota to cease and desist your negotiating the sale of the Kanion’ke:haka ohontsa known as the “Seigneury of Sault St. Louis” and the threatened removal of the Ongwe’hon:weh therefrom. This tract belongs to all Kanion’ke:haka and our coming generations throughout our territory.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. of Reserve #14, does not speak for Kanion’ke:haka in Kahnawake or anywhere on Ono’ware:geh. You represent 200 or so incorporated INDIAN supporters who illegally reside within the corporate boundaries known as the Kahnawake Indian reserve. You and those non-Ongwe’hon:weh residing on the Kanion’ke:haka land in question can only discuss your residency with all Kohtihon’tia:kwenia, according to Wampum 44 of the Kaia’nere:kowa. All proceeds from rentals and taxes past and future belong to the Kanion’ke:haka, not to foreign entities, Canada and Quebec.

Our protocol provides that those incorporated INDIANS and non-Ongw’ehon:we who live on our land must come before the Kohtihon’tia:kwenia of the Rotinoshonni regarding all community issues.

Incorporated band councils, having left our canoe, are reminded that you can never represent us. Selling our Mother Earth, the land of our future children, is a criminal act. You are committing the highest order of treason. Govern yourselves accordingly.

A NOTICE OF PAST DUE RENT AND TAXES was sent to the mayors and councils of the cities situated on the land of Kahnawake: “You are living on Kanion’ke:haka. As in all landlord tenant relations, when the landlord does not receive the rent cheque, the tenants will be evicted. If you are paying taxes to any entity other than us, it does not count. Inform your citizenry that from this day forward, each will be responsible for their debt to us. Your municipal council is responsible for all back rent. You must all deal directly with the Kahtihon’tia:kwenio about your arrears. Kahentinetha, Bear Clan, Kanion’ke:haka.

MNN. DEC. 16, 2014. This letter was send to the Governor General of Canada, Hon. David Johnson, on December 16: ”I write to you today about how Canada is trying to implement the disastrous US Indian Termination Policy of 1945 to 1965. At the December 2 “negotiation” meeting held by the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. we were informed that an illegal settlement is being finalized between them and Ottawa. We would get some of our own money and then be removed.

The US wanted to remove the Indian interest on all land in order to have complete sovereignty over Ono’ware:geh. Ongwe’hon:we were to be assimilated into mainstream American society. Congress ended their sovereignty and obligations to them. They got a one-way ticket to a city. Their communities were municipalized or privatized. Those with resources were taken over by development corporations. Many died in the streets. Some tried to return to their homelands. They lost everything, all their property, exemptions, education, health and economic benefits were ended. Some resisted and had some of their rights and lands restored.

The attempted theft of our territory called the “Seigneury of Sault Louis” has been going on forever. In 1975 Chief Andrew Delisle tried to secretly remove our rights to our land through a Band Council Resolution he submitted to Indian Affairs. We fought it successfully. Now they are trying again.

The illegally imposed INDIAN Act councilors and their 200 or so voters are Canadians of INDIAN descent . They have relinquished their claims to all Rotino’shonni territory. The federal, provincial and band council governments cannot legally negotiate anything on our behalf.

This false ‘claim’ is based on a 1680 land grant by Louis XIV to the Jesuits, who control Admiralty court. We have lived here since the beginning of human time on earth. We will work out the terms for the settlers who wish to stay.

The 1701 Great Peace of Montreal was a “peace” treaty, not a land surrender. The Jesuits illegally gave our ‘seigneury’ land to French settlers. In 1762 British General Gage reconfirmed Mohawk title.

Kanion’ke:haka land extends south to the Mohawk River Valley, the Finger Lakes, west to the Ohio, north to Lake Superior and back to Lake St. Louis. There is speculation that a new wide deeper St. Lawrence Seaway channel will be built around the south of Kahnawake. A cross-Canada pipeline is coming through. Our community will be uninhabitable. Lands of other Ongwe’hon:we are apparently being set aside for us in the north to cut our roots from our land.

We never became British subjects or Canadian citizens. Sir William Johnson, the first Superintendent of Indian Affairs and the Crown’s representative in North America, knew how things stood. In 1767, five years after the conquest of the French, he wrote to Earl Shelburne, “One who would call the Six Nations our subjects needs a good army at his back!” In 1767 Governor Simcoe wrote that the Ongwe’hon:we consider their nations as “entirely independent”. In 1796 the Attorney General of Canada noted that, “The Six Nations do not acknowledge the sovereignty of the King. They call themselves allies.”

The 1763 Royal Proclamation affirmed this position. Colonial governors could not make grants or purchases throughout Ono’ware:geh.

The Guswentha [Two Row Wampum] is our basic relationship with the settlers. They are international “peace and trade” agreements that originated between us and the Dutch, English and French.

Kahtihon’tia:kwenio, the “progenitors of the soil”, are the holders of the land for the coming generations. The CROWN’s representatives cannot negotiate for us.

The Seigneury fraud is being worked out between lawyers under Admiralty court rules which implements the genocide program. This issue does not belong in your Admiralty court. We will be seeking redress at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. This is the only court where we might get a fair trial based on natural law. Govern yourselves accordingly.

As the Canadian band, Steppenwolf, explain about the Mohawk; “Like a true nature’s child, we were born to be wild. We can climb so high we never want to die. Born to be wild. Born to be wild. Born to be wild”.

MNN. Dec. 15, 2014. Ono’waregeh is Mohawk for Great Turtle Island. New Victoria Mayor, Lisa Helps, swore an oath to the Ongwe’hon:we of the area. When all mayors refuse to take an oath to the Queen, the Privy Council will be removed and colonization will end.

Control over everything regarding the land reverts to the Ongwe’hon:we caretakers. The word “government” comes from the Greek words, “governado” and “mente”, meaning “to control the mind”. This will end.

In the natural calender December 25th is the first day of the new year. The sun rises one degree north and the new cycle begins. This year peace will take hold on Kanion’ke:haka land known as the “Seigneury”.

The real Quebecois were never assimilated and want peace on earth that the Kaianere’ko:wa represents. The British oligarchs forced their corporate Admiralty system on them, which they resisted every step of the way. Unfortunately, they are still trapped in the Admiralty system. They have a role with us to balance this impediment. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. is illegally trying to relocate the Kanion’ke:haka of Kahnawake to stop the spread of the Great Peace. To the oligarchs the Great Peace is more deadly to their new world order program than any of their man-made killer viruses like ebola and AIDS.

We saw this trick in 1974.

The Quebecois inspired the French revolution in 1784. The last Dauphin, son of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, ended up in Kahnawake.

The Admiralty matrix creates divisions within all of our communities. In Kaianere’ko:wa, the Great Peace, the women’s jurisdiction is everything in the natural world. They set up Councils of Women to run each of their communities. Every plant, animal and person is taken care of in a sustainable way. The men ensure that everyone interacts with the community following the Great Peace. The Admiralty system of judiciary, jails and police are unnecessary.

Our next peace conference will happen soon. Like the 1701 Great Peace of Montreal, the world will join the Quebecois and the Kanion’ke:haka and peace will start to spread.

The Great Peace is about families. We become of one mind on issues that affect our communities. The people of each community has the power as it is meant.

womenEveryone is a warrior for spreading the Great Peace. Once women, as the progenitors of the soil, take their true natural place, then the peace will be able to spread to the world. The men protect the women. No one harms the women, the children and all living things in the community. The Great Peace is their authority.

As Jigosaseh did before the last sun with Deganawida, when the Quebecois and the Mohawk women make peace, it will spread like wildfire. Soon available on the MNN home page will be the French translation of the Great Peace.
