 ‘ASSAULTING’ CANADA BORDER COMMANDOS – TRIAL PENDING

MNN Sept. 7, 2010. On July 19, 2010 the police of the town next to the Mohawk community of Kahnawake arrested Kahentinetha Horn, the 70 year old editor of MNN Mohawk Nation News. She was unaware that two cross-Canada warrants for unspecified charges were issued by the Akwesasne Mohawk Police on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency CBSA.

Kahentinetha was ordered into the back seat of the police car. They made arrangements to transport her out of Quebec to parts unknown to her! She was not allowed to phone her family. The 90 degree F heat wave turned the police car into an oven. The windows were tightly shut.

Kahentinetha started to suffer heart palpitations, shortness of breath and sweats. She banged on the windows, coughing for air, as she waved her nitro emergency heart attack spray at the two officers. Two years previously on June 14, 2008, she had been assaulted by CBSA at Akwesasne near Cornwall Ontario. This caused a trauma induced heart attack. Since then she has not left her home and continues to receive medical care.

Kahentinetha asked the Chateauguay police to call an ambulance immediately. She was taken to nearby Anna Laberge Hospital where she remained for 2 days. The police called the Akwesasne Mohawk Police, who told them to release her and for her to call them from home.

She called the Akwesasne Mohawk Police. Jeff Bova and John Cook refused to tell her the nature of the charges and to go to Akwesasne to find out.

A lawyer made some calls. She apparently was charged with assault and obstruction of the CBSA on June 14, 2008, the day she was assaulted by about a dozen special CBSA commandos. They were wearing flak jackets, leather gloves, steel reinforced boots and various weaponry hung around their waist.

After roughing her up and cuffing her, two commandos applied the “stress hold”. The cuffs on her arms behind her back were tightened to stop blood circulation to her arms and chest.Then her head was pushed forward and downward to cause blood to rush into her heart, which could cause instant death. Her brother’s sudden appearance at the checkpoint saved her life.

The lawyer said they intend to proceed to a trial on the charges and asked for their evidence.

CONFUSION BETWEEN KAIANEREH’KO:WA & HANDSOME LAKE CODE

MNN. Oct. 16, 2009. PART I. Kaianereh’ko:wa, our way, isn’t a law. It’s meant to help us regulate our lives and resolve issues peacefully to everybody’s benefit. There are no police, jails or judges. It’s not a religion. Everything is scientific and based on natural law, which is provable. Handsome Lake followers are lead to believe they are traditional. They are unaware their ideas come from a foreign ideology on how a people behave that is not based on natural but on the unproveable supernatural.

The Kaianereh’ko:wa provides that everyone is equal and has a voice. The opening thanksgiving outlines the relations between all elements of nature. People and our relationship with the natural world is the power base. Issues are resolved through a complex system of consensual decision making.

The longhouse is a symbol of the Kaianereh’ko:wa and the world around us, which covers all of Great Turtle Island. The Rotinoshonni’on:we are the people who make the longhouse. The ceiling is the sky, the four directions are our walls and our mother the earth is our floor. The people and nature are sacred. Literally longhouses are shelters to live in, places to meet or where we put away our stuff. It is not a church to worship a god up in heaven that supposedly created us!

Our creation stories connect us to the natural world. We will not know the face or place that the power of creation dwells [kasastensera kowa saoiera], only the evidence of that power which we acknowledge. Everything was based on what we could see, not blind faith and control of information by a few.

Has anybody listened closely to the thanksgiving rituals being carried out in many longhouses? Predominance is given to one creator, a god, who made us, before thanking the rest of creation. Has anybody noticed some of our speakers now talk about going to heaven instead of returning to our mother the earth?

Our people have a lot of mental and physical energy. We care about each other. Our energies are being redirected against each other instead of strengthening our family ties.

What happened to the excitement of a few years ago when the longhouses were full of people, activities, socials and fun? Why aren’t people attending?

Is there a disagreement between those who stick to the Kaianereh’ko:wa and those who follow or are influenced by the Handsome Lake Code? Does anybody wonder why young people aren’t going to the longhouse for answers to political, social or economic questions? They go there to have their babies named.

What is stopping us from standing up for our true way? Young and old need the Kaianereh’ko:wa to keep us on the right path. Handsome Lake Code seems like the easy way out through pacification and avoidance. When the Kaianereh’ko:wa is defended, questioners are called trouble makers by self-appointed leaders.

In the early 1800s Skaniatario, or the Handsome Lake Code, was created using our symbols combined with Christian undertones. Skaniatario is a Seneca family title in the Confederacy. He was an alcoholic who committed wrongs against his people. He used witch hunts and other superstitions to scare the people. He forfeited and alienated himself and was banished. When he left he had no name, no clan and no birthright.

The Handsome Lake Code is a hierarchical order of spirits. They even arrange nature according to some idea of power reflecting the colonial system where a few are on top while the rest are left in the dark.

The conflict is between the inner directed people who are guided by the Kaianereh’ko:wa and the knowledge we have to figure things out. The Handsome Lake followers base their decisions on faith and prayers like a religion. The beauty of listening to a speaker is to hear their words coming from their mind, not just to hear a recital. Discussions are avoided about the violations of the Kaianereh’ko:wa.

Religion weakens, confuses and controls people. After every so-called native resistance the colonists push religion to pacify us. After the War of 1812 it was the Handsome Lake Code. After the American Revolution it was the Quakers. At Lakota it was the medicine power of Wovoka and the Ghost Dance. White people became afraid and murdered the people during the ceremonies. Since the 1990s the religion has been the healing circles.

The Kaianereh’ko:wa advocates co-existence as a separate nation. The Handsome Lake Code advocates integration and compromise.

The main issues are always sovereignty, respect for our nation, land claims and Indigenous jurisdiction. US and Canada know that any legitimate agreement has to be made with us. The colonial band and tribal councils are working with longhouses that will validate the band council’s authority.

Elder Karonhiaktajeh always said that we’re always trying to stop them from putting a steeple on our longhouse, which, he said, makes it comfortable for Christians to come in and take it over.

Maybe we should all refresh our memory of the Kaianereh’ko:wa. Weren’t we taught to question everything and ask for proof? Remember that the Handsome Lake Code is highly influenced by foreign dogmas. The Two Row Wampum is very clear that we can’t have one foot in the canoe and one in the ship.

MNN. Oct. 9, 2009. The Counter Intelligence Program COINTELPRO of the 70s has been adjusted to modern times. In 1974 in Lakota country the US started a political terror, surveillance and control operation to steal uranium for their politically connected corporations. Today intense fear is being directed at Haudenosaunee to steal our water, oil, minerals, timber and so on. Colonial tribal and band councils and bogus Indian groups work with them.

AGENTS are law enforcement officers disguised as activists, friends and supporters. They have no obvious income or even too much money. INFORMERS provide information and are recruited from within or sent in. They discredit, provoke tensions and sabotage unity. Fear of infiltrators creates paranoia.

INFILTRATORS are directed by cops or intelligence agencies. They can surface to make arrests and become government witnesses. [Douglas Durham].

Cops supply funds and arms to VIGILANTES to organize shootings, beatings and unrest. Assassinations and attempts are search and destroy missions.

BAD JACKET is a true activist that is falsely fingered by disinformation released from those arrested. It creates suspicion or puts out their names in phony police messages and other means. To divide, certain groups are treated better than others.

PROVOCATEURS disrupt and lead targets into illegal activities or violence; arrive just before events; volunteer to work on finances, membership, minutes and confidential files; get involved or start political differences; seek public attention on behalf of targets, give provocative statements and create controversies.

BLACK BAG JOBS are burglary, copying keys, planting false evidence, placing bugs, cameras and computer hacking.

TO PROTECT OURSELVES: Publicly discuss security and spying. Control keys, files and hide duplicates. Safeguard address books, membership lists and phone numbers. Record break-ins, theft, threats, raids, arrests, strange phone calls and harassment. Take photos of agents.

Appoint no leaders, just spokespeople.

Paranoia should not paralyze you. Look for visitors who want information, plainclothes who take pictures before and during demonstrations; those who seem out of place and are interested in members rather than issues. The four informants surrounding me mostly came around at the same time. They all suddenly disappeared and then put out false stories about the demise of my mind.

DIRECT ACTION: Have a sign-in policy for office and meetings; get Freedom of Information files; citizens arrests, mock trials, pickets, civil disobedience; educate the public; lobby politicians; support and learn from victims of covert actions; use trials for public education; class action suits; court settlements create disputes and splits [NYS wants to give thousands to a few and $100 to the rest];

INVESTIGATE INFORMERS: Check background, high school or college, employment records, parents, friends, references and list of police academy grads. Informant usually speak against the cops. Check those assuming identities of dead people; using phony names to issue death threats.

PRIVACY. Keep conversation private by leaving office. Watch for cars following, nosy neighbors or long time acquaintances suddenly becoming friendly. Watch for bogus discrediting about drug use or false relationships or activities. [Jean Seberg]. Watch timing of activities or pressures coincidental to industrial development or other exploitation. Government may be panicking to get us out of the way. Sweep for electronics; don’t say anything on phone that you wouldn’t say in court.

Check out non-native groups that divert issues such as residential school abuse, missing women, land claims or everybody has a right to all our resources.

Notice outside insurgents, like the Camel Toe Treaty cult. They were parachuted into Akwesasne to promote whacko [Egyptian influenced] ideas to confuse, control and disorient.

TRUE SUPPORTERS. Don’t scare or ostracize them or push them to take risks and become vulnerable.

DEBRIEF. Write down information and impressions. look for patterns. Check vulnerabilities, strengths and weaknesses. Assess allies and adversaries. Don’t let agents inside your home to glean information about your prospects, lifestyle or floor plan.

COUNTER TACTICS. Governments break laws by cutting information to the public, punishing whistle blowers and various covert actions. They threaten democracy, civil liberties and social justice. Complain about covert intervention of human rights. Start bail fund. Train members to know legal system.

Cointelpro was done before. Canada is using it. Agents appear peaceful and friendly but are there to cause damage. What do we do when we find them? We make them all do the camel toe walk, of course!

·MNN. Nov. 7, 2009. Colonial tyrants try to undermine any nation and peoples who assert inherent sovereignty. They won’t deal peacefully and lawfully with us. How do we protect ourselves? We are unarmed. We must assert our equality and voice.

Kaianereh’ko:wa/Great Law provides a formula for peace. It helps us use our mind. We balance out the easy and difficult, and sort out the real from the make-believe. Stretching our consciousness physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually takes vigilance. [Mann, Barbara Alice. Iroquoian Women, the Gantowisas. Peter Lang. NY. 2000]. Questioning and asking for proof is the basis of our thinking.

We look for extended meanings. This is difficult in a corrupt bureaucracy of privilege, empty rhetoric, tyranny and military might.

We assert rightness with the advice and wisdom of the people as a whole, including the continuity of genetic information, history, traditions and values of our people. We are all advocates of peace and morality.

Victims and their families bring the case to the people. It is investigated. The accused are heard before the Council fires of the men and women of their clan, the Council of their nation, as well as the Council of the Confederacy. If a clan can’t deal with it, they may pass it to another.

The Six Nations Confederacy serves as a forum of appeal from individual and community issues that cannot be resolved by the community.

Decisions have to be justified, rational and follow the criteria and process of the Kaianereh’ko:wa.

The accused have to answer to the people, their victims and their own families. The perpetrators are not jailed. They could be banished. The families of the accused compensate the injured. The defendant loses their voice only after a final decision.

The four principles of Indigenous conduct are: first is natural law; second is truth as the highest point of being and justice when truth is applied to all matters; third is applying respect to all matters; and fourth is liberty and peace based on the first three principles.

Those who divert from the Kaianerehkowa have consciously converted to a foreign dogma, like the Camel Toe Treaty cult at Akwesasne or the band/tribal council system. Their political allegiance is to a foreign entity. [Wampum 58]. They should be turned over to the colonial system. When Rotinol’shonni:onwe stray, it is only a matter of time before they are consumed by their colonial predators.

The Kaianereh’ko:wa is scientific, based on our understanding of the natural world. Fascist rules are unnatural! They are created by a few to enslave the rest and steal or control all the resources. When people adhere to man-made doctrines based on greed and illusions, they are submitting to dishonesty, slavery or death.

We must weigh all the objective realties and collectively become of one mind. [Splitting-the-Sky. Nov. 7, 2009].

We have to use the criteria of peace, righteousness and power, to get the full picture. To stay out of the colonial wilderness, we must listen to those we know and trust.

We should be suspicious of strangers or dogmas asserted without proof that suddenly appear and offer false hope. They pose as Mohawks but usually answer to some foreign intel agency. These serpents are among us to divert, confuse and gather information.

MNN. Aug. 31, 2009. Canada’s military is using Indigenous to test their “war on terror” and to train their killers. Helplessness and hopelessness are old strategies: such as putting pressure on us, taking it off, cops grabbing our youth, torturing, maiming and threatening them and then releasing them.

Psychological warfare is supposed to replace real total war. Silent Weapons are economic and psychological tactics to herd and enslave peoples through coercion. Its developers are unspeakably evil.

The Pentagon’s counter-insurgency warfare program is based on the theories of Prof. Martin Seligman of the American Psychological Association to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd) of war veterans. MNN is interpreting Peter Chamberlin’s revealing Weaponizing Psychology – Treating People Like Dogs [28 Aug, 2009. ]

The US military created computer-modeled psyops plans based on Seligman’s theories of “learned helplessness,” to create “learned hopelessness”, to push people to the breaking point.

The masses constantly get false reports like the economy is improving. Some people and animals give up when faced with inescapable pain, cruelty and relentless uncertainty.

The CIA’s torture/interrogation program is based on this “water-boarding” mentality. Prisoners are electro-shocked and treated like dogs. Dog cages, collars and leashes break down resistance and destroy their will to escape, even when offered a way out. This was done to our children in residential schools.

Servicemen are subjected to traumatic shock and stress. Hypnosis teaches aggression and resisting human nature and exhaustion. They’re told that real “men” and “patriots” can overcome any trauma they saw or inflicted. Actually many vets do not recover.

The Real Warriors Campaign does not treat the unstable and those traumatized by the organized slaughter they carried out, or those who attempt suicide or go on shooting sprees. Otherwise the fascist war on terror cannot be expanded.

The military thought they could turn “learned helplessness” or temporary insanity into a useful weapon. SEAS, synthetic environment for analysis and simulation, is a hopelessness predictor on when people will break down emotionally and become borderline unstable.

The Sentient World Simulation SWS is using current real events to break down peoples. Military leaders think they can predict behaviors by controlling individuals and mobs through various economic and psychological stresses.

Homeland Security and Defense Department use SWS to manipulate populations through fear and anxiety-induced helplessness. Favorite panic causing events are earthquakes, tsunamis, terrorist attacks, fake bombs, economic melt down and false flag operations like 911.

Canada created a replica of the Mohawk community of Kahnawake to train soldiers in lethal warfare against civilian Indigenous. Pentagon simulated Baghdad for the new Special Forces counter-insurgency program. They try to anticipate snipers, blind spots and breaking points of civilians. Peaceful-looking actions are supposed to win over locals and take advantage of their breaking points.

These strategies didn’t work. Both the failed Israeli invasions of Lebanon and last year’s destruction of Gaza were based on these theories. Adversaries were temporarily weakened. The Israeli world image remains darkly stained.

The elite beast is panicking because they could not make us submit. They forgot their failures in Vietnam, Iraq and elsewhere. Creating learned helplessness, mass hopelessness and capitulation is failing.

We can stop this Silent War. Don’t give up!

MNN. Apr. 14, 2010. A parasite lives in or on a host and sucks nourishment. It can’t live independently. Otherwise it perishes. It’s like a cancer cell spreading and colonizing the entire body eventually killing it.

The parasites developed capitalism so a few leeches can live off the labor and generosity of other races. They invaded the Western Hemisphere bringing nothing with them except murderous weapons and mind controlling religions.

Indigenous hosts were always aware that the parasites were deadly foes and tried shaking them off. They cannot provide for themselves and want our land and resources for free!

To steal this, the parasites advocated, motivated, planned, organized, ordered and implemented the murder of over 100 million of us.

The parasites invented the banking system. Paper is printed called money and loaned at high or illegal interest rates. The debt is collected by hook or by crook.

Parasites need artificial hierarchical authority backed by military might. The repressive apparatus is run by syndicates under their control.

The masses are trained to obey. The parasite constantly scares and threatens the host and tells them they can’t iive without them.

Can the parasite change its inner nature? A maple tree can’t be changed into a pine.

European and Western states lure non-white “aliens” into their cities to accept lower wages and threats of being kicked out if they complain. They want these “immigrants” to become their hosts to live off their backs. Many hosts realize they don’t have to serve them.

Rather than pitch in and do their share, the parasite is dying off. They think everyone else should die off too. President Obama wants to store nuclear waste in the US and might keep nuclear bombs under his bed to use as he sees fit.

Various current ideologies, movements and cults are meant to preserve the parasites. They falsely believe they own the land, waters, skies, satellites, radar, nuclear energy and so on. The masses say nothing. They attach themselves to the fake materialist world thinking they will be saved.

Parasites are always looking for or creating new hosts to latch onto their energy, resources and move onto the next host.

It is said indigenous were created from the earth and the white race was created from froth on the beach. We can use our blueprint, the Kaianerehkowa, to rebuild our societies. It will be easier now that the blockers are voluntarily leaving us.

MNN. Apr. 9, 2010. When the English defeated the French to steal Great Turtle Island, the Catholic Church started the “revenge of the cradle”. Priests ordered the French women to have 10 or more children to eventually outnumber the English and take over. It worked for a while. Now the white race is dying out.

Whites think they need a large uneducated slave class on whose back they can build their economy and country. There’s been a backlash.

The white race has over 250 defective genes and disorders and the most infertile men and women. In two world wars they killed off tens of millions of their people.

In the 1960s whites were 12.5% of the world population. Today they are 7.2%. By 2030 they will be 5%.

In 1974 former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger called for a worldwide depopulation program. He never thought his race would be aborting themselves out of existence.

By 2050 the white race will be a minority on Great Turtle Island.

The white population growth in the US is 7% a year; Blacks are 15% of the population; and Hispanics, as Indigenous are called, are increasing by 194% a year. 20% are elders and will live in third world living conditions due to the depletion of the economy and tax base.

The Planned Parenthood and Eugenics Society complain that those least fit to carry on their race are increasing more rapidly. To maintain their civilization, they recommend not helping those who should never have been born.

In Europe the self-exterminating whites live for luxury like the Americans. For example, for every 9 live births there are 10 deaths in Britain. In Germany it’s 5. They are thinking of bringing back 10 million Germans from the US.

By the end of the 21st Century there will be no white people on Great Turtle Island and possibly none in the world.

So long, visitors. Don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Whites will become like an aging dinosaur in the distant past. Many of this endangered species are already living in gated communities.

In 1897 US explorer Robert E. Peary lured 6 Greenland Inuit to the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. Four died. One returned home. One, Minik’s father, was secretly skinned, studied and put in a display case. In 1993 he was finally returned home and given an Inuit burial. Unlike the white race, we prefer live exhibits!

INDIGENOUS PEOPLE MAKING SENSE OF 911 CONFUSION

MNN. April 30, 2007. Since the “911” hit on the Twin Towers of New York City, where are the Indigenous people of Turtle Island fitting into the political and economic shift that is taking place worldwide? We have the resources that everybody wants. Could 911 be a deliberate strategy to destroy Turtle Island as a sanctuary or safe haven not only for people but for money?

Just prior to 911 the “Euro” currency was going to be launched within days. It raises suspicion as to who did 911. Issuing the Euro could have devalued the U.S. dollar while raising the value of the Euro currency.

Someone once said that to move your agenda ahead, you have to create a crisis. After 911, the financial capital of the world was shifted from New York City to London. London was already set up to take over banking on the wings of this power shift. Regardless of how 911 happened, that was the result.

The internet constantly shows the destruction of the Twin Towers and other attacks of that day. Investors have become nervous to invest in New York City. Money will move and not take chances. Other players want to cash in on the fall of New York City such as existing megatropolises like Tokyo, Shanghai and London.

The oil sheiks have since quickly converted a desert into a modern mega city. What kind of power structure is being planned in Dubai? Haliburton, for one, is moving its operations there.

It’s only 5 to 6 years of consolidation. If it is Dubai and companies start going there, U.S. interests will have to follow. Other interests are looking for ways to cash in. Dubai and other metropolises are getting ready to handle this shift.

The U.S. is trying to bring the focus back by using our resources as one of the enticements.

The U.S. has blacklisted Canada as a partner, which they want merely as a resource hinterland under their control. The U.S. is already entrenched in Canadian policing, military, governments, the intelligence community, communications, and whatever it takes to control the country. It’s got Canada lock, stock and barrel!

Toronto and Hamilton as the “Golden Horse Shoe” were once a worldwide economic center. They have been downgraded. Toronto is yesterday’s newspaper. The powers that think they are want to set up a new center that will be more attractive to investors and people with money. That is probably why they toyed with the idea of moving the stock exchange to Calgary. Toronto has to be destroyed so that any financial windfall that comes this way will fall on New York City.

Nonetheless Canada is a natural ally to the U.S. Without Canada’s resources the U.S. can’t move ahead. We see the usefulness of the U.S. building up the triangle of Montreal-Cornwall-Ottawa which is closer to New York City.

The U.S. does not finance anything. Buying a company is not the same as coming in and building one. They just come in, take over and buy up companies like Bell to gain control over Canada’s telecommunications. So the U.S. gains control over all communications with access to all private and financial records of the citizens of Canada. Soon it will be worthless to have all our conversations recorded. We might even be released from bondage and regain our freedom. This is what we’re hoping for.

It is an “Americanism” to give Indigenous People the right to demonstrate peacefully. Canadians are not seeing this. They want to shut us up. The U.S. actually wants us to win this war against Canada because it is against the Canadian government, which they have infiltrated. Should we get everything we can while we can? We want control of Turtle Island. The U.S. want Turtle Island. If they side with us to defeat Canada, no doubt they may turn on us. The U.S. ambassador recently said at an Indigenous conference in British Columbia that they are “keeping a close eye on all the activities of the Indigenous People of Canada”. You can be sure they are not doing it for our benefit.

The U.S. has to shift money back to Turtle Island to get our natural resources off us. They don’t want the big money to buy up oil shares, energy and communications in other parts of the world. This will turn Turtle Island into a third world. We, the indigenous people, have the land and resources, which is what the fight is over.

There are also a lot of resources in the China-Soviet Union interior which have not been exploited. A lot of money is going there. All of these activities will decide where the next power base will be. Our land base and resources are being used as trinkets to invest over here. While they’re busy signing away our natural resources, they hope the chips will fall back on New York City. Don’t think for a moment they have any interest in enriching the owners of the land and resources, us.

People shouldn’t forget that US dominance is primarily post World War II. It might be time to shift it somewhere else. Shouldn’t the license to oppress be spread around instead of just focusing on us here? We’ve had enough of their plutocracy [rule of the wealthy for the benefit of the wealthy]. If hierarchy has to exist, it’s time for someone else to take their turn at being oppressed.

The Akwesasne Mohawks are a fly in the ointment. The Mohawks here are well set up and in somebody’s way. Make no mistake. No one will give up Akwesasne. The U.S. know they will never win against us. Indigenous from everywhere will show up and help us defend it. So the U.S. would prefer to work with us. This is something we have to be very careful of.

The colonial band council puppet system will go the way of the do-do bird. We are presently getting back all our people. This is what frightens Canada and its minions.

We need to start laying down the laws right now. The U.S. wants a beachhead they can control. We aren’t going to allow that. They know it. The Canadian politicians have already been bought out and are under U.S. control. But we are not.

We have to watch when they start to develop and implement infrastructures to support their interests. They will box us in and horde those infrastructures. As soon as they consolidate their power back in New York City, that infrastructure will be abandoned. We need to be cautious where infrastructures go and who owns them.

The push will be on. They will make it look like the second coming. We know already that the Indigenous People will not be benefiting. The drive will not come from within our communities. Canadians are asleep at the switch. Someone else is driving their train for them. They have been hypnotized into complacently accepting everything that is happening.

Another thought is that if the U.S. ever gets the idea that it was the Europeans who knocked down the Twin Towers, are we looking at retaliation against them? Will the U.S. do the same to some European infrastructures? If the U.S. is cornered financially or in any other way, if they have the ability to attack, will they do so? That doesn’t exclude London, Paris and other big cities. We don’t know what’s coming.

We have come a long way and we have not fired a single shot. We’ve just been firing our bulletins.

Fraudulent Land Claim Settlement of “City of Toronto”

RE: PROPOSED FRAUDULENT LAND CLAIM SETTLEMENT OF SIX NATIONS LAND KNOWN AS THE “CITY OF TORONTO” WITH THE MISSISSAUGAS OF NEW CREDIT

WE FIND YOU GUILTY OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. THE FRAUDULENT PURCHASE OF SIX NATIONS LAND KNOWN AS THE “CITY OF TORONTO” BY THE BRITISH COLONIAL GOVERNMENT AND THE SUBSEQUENT LAND CLAIMS SETTLEMENT IN PROGRESS WITH THE MISSISSAUGA OF NEW CREDIT WHO DO NOT OWN THE LAND;

2. THE VIOLATIONS OF KAIANEREH’KO:WA, TWO ROW WAMPUM, SILVER COVENANT AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS.

DATE: February 7, 2007

In a Six Nations meeting with the Mississauga on May 22, 1784, Pokquan the Mississauga Speaker told the British that:

“We have considered your request Father. We the Mississauga are not the owners of all that Land laying between the three Lakes, but we have agreed and are willing to transfer our right of Soil & property to the King our Father…”

In 1784 the British were aware that the Missisauga had no interest in the land now known as the “City of Toronto”. “Toronto” is a Mohawk name. “Ontario” is also a Mohawk name. So is “Canada”. In 1787 this Purchase of Toronto by the British was found to be fraudulent because it is Six Nations land and the Mississauga admitted to not owning it. The British got the Mississauga to sign a blank agreement and paid them 10 shillings for 392 square miles of Six Nations Land. After the signing the British inserted the dimensions making it larger than agreed upon. Throughout the Mississauga knew they could not sell land that belongs to the Six Nations.

According to the Kaianereh’ko:wa Joseph Brant, who witnessed this theft, had no position with the Iroquois Confederacy. He was appointed as a Pine Tree Chief by the Confederacy to act as a translator. It was a ceremonial position without any power. Joseph Brant was an officer in the British army and a British subject, not a Mohawk of the Confederacy. He signed as a British subject to sell land to his colonial friends. All these alienations by Joseph Brant are illegal. Our lands cannot be alienated. Any transactions of any kind to do with land have to be sanctioned by all the nations of the Confederacy at a Grand Council meeting. This has always been our law and it is consistent with modern international law as affirmed by International court of Justice in the Western Sahara case.

We have the responsibility to protect our mother and our mother has to be there to take care of our future generations. It is the birthright of every generation to have their mother there to take care of them. It is not ours to sell.

No nation legitimizes foreigners to sell their land. The British would not themselves nor let Germany put up England for sale on the world market! Neither does France or Japan or China! Whenever a peoples’ homeland is threatened by occupation or other means, the Indigenous people of those lands take it as an act of aggression and an act of war. Canada is a colony and does not have title to our land. Evidence of their anxiety is this proposal to illegally “settle” the Toronto land claim.

The Mississauga told the British in 1784, “We don’t own anything, but since you want to buy what we own, which is nothing, we are willing to sell it”. Today their successors, the colony of Canada and its corporate agents, are attempting to “correct” their oversight of 1784. They now want the Mississauga to once again fraudulently transfer Six Nations lands to the British successors. Extensive evidence and documents are available to support our position. Canada is trying to make us think that an original wrong can be corrected by a subsequent wrong.

The British and the Mississauga both knew that the Confederacy would never relinquish our rights to any of our land. So they made the fraudulent deal between themselves and Joseph Brant, a British subject, was their witness.

The thief now wants to legitimize the original theft. Stealing is illegal anywhere in the world. There is no statute of limitation on theft. Colonial powers cannot ratify their original theft. The present Mississauga are an incorporated band set up under the illegal Indian Act, which is ultra vires the Constitution. Any dealings between two colonial government agencies is illegal and fraudulent.

Canada, Ontario and Toronto, whose money are you going to use to pay the Mississauga? It will be our money from the land and resources you have stolen from us. You are using stolen money to buy stolen property. You have to sit down with us, the owners of the land, the Six Nations Confederacy, and nobody else. You cannot deal with the Mississauga. They came under the protective umbrella of the Confederacy and are tenants on our land. The tenant cannot sell the land out from underneath the landlord. Only the true title holders have a right to deal with land issues.

It is fraud. It is theft. Everybody, native and non-native, can see it for what it is.

THE COLONIAL GOVERNMENT OF CANADA AND ITS AGENTS ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING COVENANTS THAT IT CLAIMS TO UPHOLD:

UN Resolution 1514 affirms the independence of Indigenous people. This fraudulent land claim of the British for the city of Toronto is a colonial act that violates international law. Canada is “squatting” on Turtle Island. UNTS 1021 condemns colonial states that force such policies on us as constituting genocide. [The Mabo case in Australia];

The title of Noongar Aborigines of Australia to Western Australia including the city of Perth were affirmed on September 21, 2006, in Bennell v. State of Western Australia. They proved they continue to exist and are still part of the land. The Six Nations Confederacy and our title to what is now known as the city of Toronto and beyond continues to exist.

The UN Charter requires that its members cannot use armed force to resolve international differences. Starving and then waving money in front of the Mississauga constitutes coercion, violence and use of force.

Canada is a colonial state that must respect the political rights of the Six Nations Confederacy as set out in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

General Assembly Resolution 1541 (XV) requires the informed consent of a people before they are included in another state [Western Sahara case]. We are not Canadians. We have never surrendered our jurisdiction over ourselves and our lands. Britain and its successor, Canada, are violating our jurisdiction. We must be dealt with on a nation-to-nation basis.

The United Nations Committee for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination found on March 6, 2006 that the United States was denying the Western Shoshone people “their rights to own, develop, control and use their land and resources”. Canada continues to live in the past and refuses to stop colonialism even though it is illegal.

International law rejects colonial encroachment on our land. Our land cannot be developed without consultation with us and our consent. Our perspectives cannot be ignored. Even the Supreme Court of Canada recognizes that.

WE, THE ROTINONHSONNI:ONWE WOMEN TITLE HOLDERS demand an end to the breach of our rights.

a). Our governance is based on relations of equality and mutual respect as affirmed by the Kaianereh’ko:wa, our Great Law of Peace. Our relationship with the colonists is based on the Guswentah, the Two Row Wampum. We agreed to travel on different paths on the same river without interfering with each other. Canada cannot usurp our vessel.

b). We are the trustees of our land for the future generations of our People. Our land cannot be alienated. Colonial states cannot remove us to exploit our land and resources.

c). Colonial states have failed to stop their encroachment on our land and in our lives. Squatters illegally occupy our land, steal our resources and poison our water and air almost beyond repair. Corporate governments and their entities have imposed their destructive agendas on us.

d). Canada’s justice system functions to keep the stolen property, to continue the theft, to undermine us and to continue its genocide.

WE, THE ROTINONHSONNI:ONWE WOMEN TITLE HOLDERS WISH TO PROTECT OUR PHYSICAL INTEGRITY AND OUR LEGAL RIGHTS THROUGH PEACEFUL MEANS.

1.That Canada uphold freedom, justice and peace including our inherent right of self-determination. Canada cannot “settle” this fraudulent land claim of the Six Nations without our fully informed consent and consensus of the majority of our people.

2. That we be dealt with on a nation-to-nation basis. Colonial states cannot deal through their unlawfully imposed corporate puppets known as the Mississauga band council.

3. The “rule of law” comes from Creation. It encompasses all that is good for humanity, that of being of one mind based on natural righteousness. To create peace we must live in balance with the natural world, according to our own teachings, direction, language and culture. Foreigners to Turtle Island must respect the Indigenous law of our land. They cannot legislate over or judge us.

4. Colonial states cannot criminalize us for upholding our obligations. We have an inherent right to preserve our land for our coming generations. Our acts have been defensive and peaceful.

WE, THE ROTINONHSONNI:ONWE WOMEN TITLE HOLDERS, insist that in keeping with our right to self-determination, we shall deal with our lands, rights and possessions, including the Six Nations land that the city of Toronto is sitting on.

For 500 years we resisted colonial efforts to do away with us and impose your unnatural institutions on us. The colonizers need to meet with us peacefully according to the principles of the Two Row Wampum agreement. The colonizers must remain on your ship and not steer our canoe. The formula to peace is the Kaianereh’ko:wa.

We, the Women Title Holders, insist on an immediate end to this false initiative to have Canadian government corporations settle a fraudulent claim to our land. Colonization has changed the natural world on Turtle Island, the plants, the animals, and the air we breathe. We can’t even drink the water anymore without filtering it. Some people in the colonial society seem to think that just because the first treaties like the Two Row Wampum and the Silver Covenant Chain are inconvenient for you, you can forget about them. They are still the foundation of our relationships, an irrevocable part of modern life. We must initiate a dialogue to work toward a solution acceptable to the Rotinoshonni:onwe.

ELIZABETH JOHNS’ “YELLOW JOURNALISM” DEMONIZES ONKWEHONWE!

ELIZABETH JOHNS’ “YELLOW JOURNALISM” DEMONIZES ONKWEHONWE!

MNN. Jan. 25, 2007. Elizabeth Johns suddenly came on the scene in Cornwall Ontario. She is 21 years old, a recent Ryerson Journalism graduate still wet behind the ears. In no time at all, she has become a front page banner reporter for the Cornwall Standard Freeholder. She writes sensational stories, and we do mean ‘stories. The main plot and theme of these imaginative presentations focus on discrediting the Mohawks, Cornwall’s neighbor across the river.

Young Miss Johns has presented what she called “objective fact” but in fact was a biased opinion on just about every story that trickles off her computer. Most are unsubstantiated rumors, innuendos and charges. She must have gotten “A” in “yellow journalism” 340 at Ryerson.

She wrote about the two young cousins from Cornwall Island who had been murdered by two “hit men” sent in by the Bikers. These men were caught. A sensational story appeared starting on the front page giving extensive information on the leads, evidence and police reports. This eventually led the defense to declare that their clients could not get a fair trial in Cornwall or anywhere. They might get off scott free! Whose agenda does this serve? How did this sweet looking girl get ahold of police files that should have remained confidential to protect the integrity of the justice system?

The Cornwall Standard Freehold has come to be known as the editor?s mouthpiece. It publishes only the facts that the editor thinks are fit to print, rather than a full account that would be fair to everyone.

This L’il Miss Poison spread the story of a Mohawk lawyer on the front page with a photo. He had been falsely charged with sexual harassment. The story was written in a way that effectively destroyed the man’s reputation and tried to ruin his business, with the editor’s approval, of course. She stuck her knife into him and took slices off him. She did not double and triple check her sources or read between the lines of what she was told by the band council. They wanted to get rid of him and made up the charges that they thought would stick, but did not. So what’s she going to do about it now?

Her story was highly destructive and almost ruined his life. For all the harm done, this “cracked” reporter didn’t even bother to attend his trial. When the case finally got heard, he won, but at what cost? The result was acknowledged on the front page. It was too little too late. The damage was already done. Can he be given back those five years of hell on earth?

This young lady’s initiatives don’t stop here. She also wrote a disparaging story about the daughter of an Akwesasne activist who has been constantly harassed at the border at a port that is right in the middle of the community. She finally brought complaints against them before the Canadian Human Rights Commission. The story tore that young girl up and questioned her integrity. Did little Miss Muffet report on the appeal to the Human Rights Commission? We don’t think so.

Who benefits from all this demonization of the Mohawks? One theory is that there is a fight between the Ontario Provincial Police with the local Cornwall Police over control of the city. It sounds like a turf war by street gangs. But these are the cops!! How are they protecting the citizens? We all know that newspapers depend on the police for tips on their stories and so they maintain a close relationship.

It started in April of 2006 when the New York Times came to Akwesasne to do a story on one of our business people. They got all kinds of information that could only come from police sources. The entire story was engineered for one purpose. The Mohawks have to be neutralized. Our spokespeople have to be discredited.

There is an attempt to stymie the position of the Mohawks as defenders of Onkwehonwe rights. In the 1920?s Paul K. Diabo, an iron worker, working in the U.S. brought a case to stop the colonial governments from stopping us from going into the U.S. to live and work. It went to the Supreme Court of the United States. It established that all Indians have a right to cross into the U.S. without hindrance because we are the original people of Turtle Island. We have continued our yearly demonstration of this right to cross this imaginary line at Niagara Falls.

For the conglomerates that are trying to run the world, multinational corporations, banks and the governments they control must neutralize all their opposition. The New York Times is one of their major mouthpieces. That’s why the yellow journalism started there. And the rest are following in hot pursuit.

Many reports on Onkwehonwe have been inaccurate or biased and the public has little means of verifying what was written. The newspaper wields a lot of political power. Little Miss Intrepid and the Freeholder often exploit their position with regard to the Onkwehonwe by putting out flamboyant and irresponsible approaches to news. The Freeholder has taken a lead in presenting distorted stories, sensationalism and misleading images for the sole purpose of boosting newspaper sales. Or could they be supporting another agenda? One of the agendas could possibly be the purported removal of the Mohawks from Akwesasne, a strategic area.

Because of the internet, newspapers are losing circulation, advertisers and money. Yellow journalism appears to be making a big comeback in this climate. Johns appears to be willing to produce this kind of journalism of fabricating a story to fit someone’s agenda.

Something’s missing in this kid’s education. Her editor and Ryerson should both be ashamed. She’s only 21 and she’s already destroyed the reputations of so many people.
