To work for Indian Affairs in Ottawa, I had to “swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II”. I wrote “under duress” and signed my name. Our people had been almost exterminated, our property and resources stolen and we live in POW camps. I had no choice in order to get a job and salary.

The oath to a foreign monarch affirms that Canada is a colony of Britain. She is the feudal lord. The soldiers’ oath is a code of moral obligation to her as head of the military and worldwide Free Masonry. They swear an oath to protect the Queen and her heirs and ancestors, the blood line.

The oath is mandatory for any job in any CROWN position and for any salary. It is acquiescence to a foreign autocrat and its Admiralty system of government. If you don’t swear an oath, you will not get a job or any money. Therefore, the INDIANS are starved into submission.

Voluntary oath makes you a subject of the CROWN and all its institutions within the Admiralty system of government, courts, police, legislators. It gives the Privy Council the right to run Canada. If every INDIAN refused to take an oath to the Queen, colonization would be over!

The Assembly of First Nations are willing corporate INDIANS being pressured by the Privy Council, probably out of the 14th floor war room at Indian Affairs. Their public oath to the people is for show. The oath to the Queen is enforceable. Former heads of AFN, Shawn Atleo, Ovid Mercredi and Phil Fontaine, have moved up the corporate ladder like any other colonized subject, through stealth and deception of their own people. They took the money from the feathered economic hit man and are wealthy with off-shore bank accounts, “Think about you and your family. Don’t worry about the people”.

The last “cold winter” is causing more pressure on the corporate INDIANS to “finish the job!” of helping the CROWN to take control of 100% of our unceded land and possessions. They have never wanted to share anything with us. They have only wanted to steal everything off us. including our children. That is what they will pay for!

We Ongwehonwe refuse to be controlled by the corporate councils, the Privy Council and Queen of England. We have the Great Peace, the greatest system on earth, for running a country.

The British Empire will not continue stealing our resources and land. The chiefs and councilors swear an oath to Queen Elizabeth and then try to sign us away. The MOHAWK COUNCIL OF KAHNAWAKE INC., set up under the illegal genocidal Indian Act is finished. We are tearing down the military fence around the POW camps called ‘reserves’. We will stop the killing of our children.

Admiralty law of the seas puts a dollar value on everything. In the 1700s the bankers invented Admiralty law to settle trade disputes on the open seas, where no law of the land applies. It is strictly for money, corporations and banks.

When people are sent a summons to attend an Admiralty court, it is an invitation to attend their place of business, that is all. The judge is the captain of the ship. When you step through the gate you have entered the ship, you have given him the right to decide how much money you will give to them. It’s invalid if you are forced into the procedure. If no plea is entered, you will be illegally held for a short time only, since its a human rights violation.

Bench comes from the Latin, “banco”, meaning bank. The Judge is the banker. In their language called “legalese”, the judge sits behind the bench reading the list in the court docket, which is all in capital letters. He asks, “Are you JASON SMITH?” If you answer, “Yes, I am”, you have agreed to represent the corporate identity they created for you.

The plan for 45,000 acres of Kanionkehaka territory called the “Seigneury of Sault St. Louis” is to make it into CROWN Vatican land. We will be forced onto a reservation in our neighbor’s territory. It will be for the use of INDIAN people until the CROWN determines otherwise.

It is a temporary privilege. The plan is that Indian Affairs will be no more because there will be no more Ongwehonwe. I saw these tactics played on our people when I worked at Indian Affairs. They tried to follow it at the December 2 meeting at the Golden Agers to discuss the Seigneury land issue.

Canada needs Ongwehonwe consent for pipelines, resource extraction and so on throughout Canada. They want to remove the Mohawks out of Montreal, the same way the Americans wanted the Cherokee out of Georgia. The white people want to populate Kahnawake.

The Seigneury of Sault St. Louis is on Kanionkehaka land. Any deal between Canada and itself through their corporate councils is an internal deal amongst themselves. The Corpo INDIANS are not Ongwehonwe.

Sitting at the front imitating their masters, the INDIANS dictated the CROWN’s agenda. We were told to keep this a secret. The Great Law provides that all meetings are open to everyone. Every mind is important to the whole.

The INDIANS want to put us on the legal fiction called CROWN land? The INDIANS are trying to get us to agree to a price, as the bankers require for their fraudulent economy based on land theft. We are being offered 65,000 acres of our own land near the border, 24,000 acres towards Ottawa or a large tract near Mt. Tremblant, which is Algonquin land. The Seigneury with ten cities on it will become CROWN land. Kahnawake is not a reserve. Not CROWN land. They want us outside of the Seigneury where we have no Ongwehonwe interest.

We want everything granted to the British according the Two Row from 1701 that they accepted. This includes all of Ontario and everything West in what they now call Canada. it’s time for Britain to come to the table again with the Ongwehonwe to create a new wampum belt of reconiliation with us.

Harper is beefing up Bill C-44, the CSIS secret police act, using Hitler’s Enabling Act as the model. Harper calls it the protection of Canada from terrorists act. He will enhance surveillance powers “to more effectively investigate threats to the security of Canada” and disclosure of informants’ identities of those Canadians already on a watch list to combat radicalization.

On March 23, 1933, the newly elected members of the German Parliament (the Reichstag) passed Hitler’s Enabling Act, called the “Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich”. Democracy was ended in Germany and Hitler’s dictatorship was established.

Nazis had caused ‘distress’ to create a crisis atmosphere that made the law “necessary” to restore order. The Reichstag was burnt down to cause panic and outrage, blaming his enemies. An uprising began.  Harper introduced his act just as a gunman launched a false flag in Ottawa on October 22, 2014.

During the vote, the storm troopers stood in the hallways and aisles where the voting took place, chanting, “Full powers – or else!” Hitler spoke to the Reichstag pledging to use these powers only when essential to carry out vitally necessary measures. Harper said of his Act, ”We will not overreact. But it is also time that we stop under-reacting to the great threats against us.” Hitler promised to end unemployment and promote peace. He needed a two-thirds majority to alter the German constitution. Non-Nazis supported him after he promised to restore some basic rights he had taken away by decree.

The Reichstag became merely a sounding board, a cheering section for Hitler’s pronouncements.

Currently the oligarchs are well advanced in their plan to control the globe through corporate “trade treaties”. President Obama is setting up panels of international corporations to override national laws and the rights and protections of workers, consumers and investors worldwide.

Those who accept the Great Peace are the new Indians and are required to help us Ongwehonwe spread the peace and protect Mother Earth, the only way to heal Nazism.

He spoke about 24-year old Nelson Small Legs Jr., who had appeared at the Berger Commission on the MacKenzie Valley Pipeline. His appearance was pivotal in stopping its construction. Two days later he apparently committed suicide. His father told me he was murdered. He gave me details that he had given to the RCMP, which were ignored in their report.

I wrote a personal letter to the RCMP requesting a re-examination of the Nelson Small Legs Jr. case. Several months passed. One day a soldier from the Department of Defense came to my office in Indian Affairs. “How did you know all that about the death of Nelson Small Legs Jr.?” he asked. He then admitted that it was not a suicide but the RCMP report would not be changed.

Then the soldier said he wanted to show me something on the 14th floor. It was a black wall with a black almost invisible door that he opened into a dark room. All the windows were covered with black drapes. Inside was a large round table covered by a green cloth. He pulled it off to reveal a huge map of Canada. Green, yellow and red flags were pinned to each Ongwehonwe community. Most of the red were in the east along the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario and a few in the Northwest. He showed me the walls covered with computers and charts. “These are for emergencies!” he told me. In fact, It was the “war room” for the 500-year war called colonialism.

After the 1990 Mohawk Oka Crisis, I went to Ottawa and looked up to the 14th floor. The windows on the north side were still darkened. I recalled Judge Berger’s final words in his report, “The North is a Native homeland, not simply a frontier for the federal government”.

The war continues. The spirit of Burnaby Mountain BC has awoken the people connected to the earth. We wonder when the corpo cops will take their plastic boots off and touch their bare feet onto the ground so they hear and feel the messages she is sending to all living things.

Today Jimi Hendrix would have turned 72, had he not been murdered.He reminds us of our connections to the natural world: “While I realize that I’ve been hypnotized, I love your gypsy eyes”.

The time has come for mothers to speak to their sons and daughters who are carrying out the will of the multinational energy corporations and their agents. Tell your children not to shoot and kill us for wanting peace and to save the earth. Remind them they are also of the people.

Martial law is planned for different scenarios like Ferguson, Burnaby Mountain, civil wars, impending disasters, climatic devastation, etc. In 1917 the Russian people were starving and freezing due to the war they had been involved in since 1914. The Tsar sent the police to put down the rebellion. After months of conflicts, the police refused to kill the people and instead joined them. Nicholas then ordered the army to put down the police and people rebellion. Within a short time the army joined them too. Shortly thereafter Nicholas and his family were murdered.

Get ready for the coming revolution. Martial law will be imposed in stages. Food and housing shortages will cause rioting. China has been preparing for years for the pole shift, building “ghost cities” in the mountains away from the coast. Deserts are being irrigated. Russia is moving its people to the eastern regions. In Canada and US the majority live in cities on major waterways and are therefore vulnerable to flooding.

Major environmental destruction will cause hardship to every person on Onowaregeh. Soil, drinking water and the entire forests of Northern Alberta are being destroyed. All other provinces and states on Onowaregeh will be affected.

Labor camps are already set up, called FEMA in the US and new private prisons in Canada. Cities such as Montreal can be easily blocked and all the people can become virtual prisoners.

The government has trained and armed their agencies in anticipation of martial law. The elite will do everything to stay in power. UN Agenda 21 sells martial law as promoting order, security and essential services. The military will control power, utilities and food distribution. Curfews, denial of civil rights, travel restrictions, access to money will be controlled by the corporations. Watch the Burnaby Mountain BC protest. The police work for the corporations against the people. Canada pays them to protect the energy extractors.

Henry Kissinger who helped draft UN Agenda 21 said: “Military men are dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy”.

The women have to stop them from killing their own people.
