MNN. JULY 15, 2015. Our proud young people stood up to the powers that be. The Haudenosaunee under-19 women’s lacrosse team withdrew Thursday from the upcoming FIL U19 Women’s World Championship in Edinburgh, Scotland. The corporatists say our Rotinoshonni-issued passports are not valid because they do not meet their corporate standards. We, the natural people of our land, need a colonial passport for international travel. In 2010 Rotinoshonni sovereignty drew worldwide media attention when the U.K. would not allow the Iroquois Nationals men’s lacrosse team into its borders without Canadian or American passports. They withdraw from the tournament rather than use a corporate imposed identification. In 2014 in Denver they participated and earned the bronze medal because it took place on ono’ware:geh, Great Turtle Island.

 

The colonialists would not wish others to know that we had a sophisticated system of issuing passes to those who would enter our nation and territory. We gave them a special name in our language to use when traversing among us. Other systems existed for those who wished to remain.

INDIAN “DEADLY” DETAIL AT ONONDAGA

MNN. 10 July 2015. A meeting of those of us clients dropped by the lawyers, the lawyers for the other ongwe’hon:weh, the NYS Attorney General’s office, met at G. Nugent’s office [not the INDIAN hater Ted] in Syracuse. It was about the NYS Attack in Onondaga in 1997. [See video]

We went to interrogate his client, one of the New York State Troopers, who was charged and wants to come clean about the “Indian Detail”. 14 of the 100 targets from all Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy Rotinoshonni were dropped by the pro se lawyers because we refused to take the cash settlement offered by NYS to drop the case against of hundreds of Troopers and NYS. As Judge George Lowe previously reported, if this case goes to court, they [the ongwe’hon:weh] will win. He advised NYS to offer us money so they can continue to get away with genocide. On May 18, 1997 we were having a ceremony and a feast on private ground near Interstate 81. Also, we were going to talk about various topics, in particular the agreement signed between the Onondaga Council of Chiefs Ind. and NYS to charge illegal taxes on our products. The highway was not blocked. 75% attending were women and children.

The appearingly remorseful sargeant was nervous. The two lawyers still involved in the case, were trying to dominate everything that happened in that room. Someone from the NYS Attorney General’s Office listened and took extensive notes.

We finally got a chance to ask a few questions. “When were you called to show up for the Indian Detail?” He answered, “at 11:00 am the day before May 18th”. He admitted there was extensive preparation for this attack. Then we asked, “What is an Indian Detail? Is there an “Italian Detail”? “A Chinese Detail”? or “an English Detail”? He answered, “No. there is only an Indian Detail”. We asked what preparations are made for an Indian Detail? “We have to assemble all our equipment – rifle, ammunition, bullet proof vest, tear gas, pepper spray, shield, baton”, and so on, all meant for deadly force. The Troopers were ordered not to wear their name badges, which, he said, is illegal.

In one of the NYSP videos, the commander instructed the lineup of Troopers just before the attack, “Make sure you take out the right one [or ones]!” The sargeant said he did not know about this.

The man from the Attorney General’s Office left the room to make a phone call. He returned and asked the sargeant a few questions. Then he turned to us and asked us to submit in writing within a week a list of our demands to stop this case from going to trial. We said we needed at least a month. So a deadline was set for August 10, 2015.

MNN. July 4, 2015. The Great Peace showed that we are not independent unless we understand how we are dependent and how we can come to one mind. July 4th is a religious day to show how to worship the Golden Calf, the falsest god, and to celebrate being owned by the corporation of the United States of America.

Our land was invaded by people trying to repeat the same success and use the same means as the billionaires of their original country. They arrived sick and diseased. The Great Peace had us pity them. We took care of them, clothed and fed them and healed their bodies but not their minds. They exploited our kindness. Some got rich. US society and laws worked for the rich but not for the poor. Their dependence will continue until Americans face up to the truth of their origins: war, genocide, theft, destruction of our land, imposition of the false party system to replace the clan system, the monetization of everything to create big banks to control all the money. Independence can only come from justice. They have to face us!

Ability to reason has been kept from these people. July 4th is a party to mask the poverty of their illusion. No wonder it is the biggest drunk of the year. The slaves get a day off. Eat hot dogs at the baseball game amid drunken hysteria, millions will be spent on fireworks while the homeless and a quarter of the children in the US go hungry. There will be arguing, fighting and killings. No one is safe. People will be wallowing in the muck of this lie, trying desperately to forget the illusion they live in.

The Americans think you can build a healthy society without being responsible to anyone but themselves. MNN. June 27, 2015. The CROWN put Joe Norton back in as chief of Kahnawake. The previous chief did not deliver the goods on time. In the pretend democracy the incorporated band councils, also called “hang around the fort INDIANS”, obey the CROWN that makes the rules and decisions. The bankers out of London have been running a Ponzi scheme ever since they got here. They lend money to their carpetbaggers to come here and steal what they can from us. The bankers get a return on their money that should have been paid to us for our resources. The illegal Vatican monetary/military matrix was set up to create classes of haves and have-nots. They stole through every means possible with nothing to back it up but force, intimidation and genocide. The band council INDIANS are set up to help them.

The colonial matrix is the protection racket. The loan sharks lend money at high interest or a promise to protect us from them. Their military collection agency has been collecting from us by threatening to break our legs, burn down our homes or murder us.

The CROWN wants to remove Kahnawake as a tax free zone. Norton and his backers made previous attempts to bring in a casino and taxation. The people said “No” twice. In the casino matrix, controlled by Canada, the workers don’t pay taxes at first. After 15 to 20 years, the tax department comes in and demands taxes for the past years. 100% of the profits go to a small group of sell-outs and the corporate government. If we don’t pay them, our land, homes and resources are confiscated. We are arrested or removed.

In the Akwesasne people’s casino issue, the outside white population saw our prosperity. They pressured Albany and then Washington to shut us down and pass laws restricting all our economic growth. For us Ono’ware:geh land, waterways and airways are tax free zones.

 

Our people are given the idea that our education, health and social services are being given to us by the colonial settlers. It is our funds being doled out to us. Many of our business people with their outside backers violate our sovereignty by going to Ottawa and Washington to beg for permission to set up businesses. Nations don’t do that! TRC USING SOUTH AFRICAN “WHITE WASH” MODEL

MNN. 8 June 2015. The majority of White South Africans take no responsibility for apartheid, though they are the main beneficiaries. Over 40% think apartheid was a good idea, but badly executed. Canada’s “INDIAN reserve” system was the model for the apartheid system. Today the vast majority of South African Blacks are more impoverished, even more since the Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC hearings in 1996. They can now buy clean water and electricity. A few are wealthy. TRC denied trials of the colonial corporate butchers who committed genocide. Instead they got amnesty. Apartheid-signs

TRC did not address the collective loss of dignity, opportunities, systemic violence, stolen land and resources, denial of education, and the role of corporations that collaborated with and made money from the brutal apartheid regime. Forced removals are deemed to be legal.

In 2008 when TRC started in Canada, the conservatives changed their laws to protect their businesses and their accomplices so they can keep stealing our resources, destroying our environment and removing protection for us. They are trying to renege on their debts and keep illegally occupying us. They want to oppress us by no jobs, no education and no money. We demand total control and profits from our lands and resources, as the agreements between free and sovereign parties would mandate.

If nothing else, the CROWN was found to have committed “cultural genocide”. Those who took part and benefitted or who didn’t actively resist will be charged in an international venue. TRC nailed the whites and their INDIAN helpers, who betrayed us, sold us into slavery, helped murder our children, allowed corporations to torture us and kept it all secret. They’re going to jail.

Many White South Africans glorify their apartheid past. 60% feel that victims of gross human rights violations should not be compensated. For stable development and to maintain social order, detention of political prisoners is necessary. Also whites should have economic control. TRC FAILED.

TRC was a sell out to the CROWN! South African Blacks have no economic power and no ownership in major corporations. Illegal land ownership continues. Well-armed policemen attack and imprison protestors who are fighting bread and butter issues. Strikes abound. Social and health services are denied. It revealed Canada’s excuse for their practice to erase, disappear and rob us of everything. They are trying to say they are better now and so we must forgive and forget, but no justice. This is how genocide is made legal, eg. Palestine.

TRC is trying to help the perpetrators and those who benefited from genocide to reconcile with its victims! No, it’s going to be reconciliation according to us! We have the evidence.
