“FRAMEWORK” TRAILRIDERS CHARGE INTO KAHNAWAKE

MNN. Dec. 18, 2018. Canada’s statutes state, “This statute shall have the force of rule of law”. They shall pretend it has the force of real law, when it’s actually based on genocidal acts in the Canadian version of law.  

IT’S FOR LYING, CHEATING AND TRYING TO STEAL OUR BIRTHRIGHT!

The Indian Act band council issued illegal business licences to our people to conduct businesses in the community. They used the money to boost up the training and weaponry of their private police force. Now Indian Act chief, Joe Norton, hides in the police station where he says the people have to go to talk to him. 

Outsiders, Surete du Quebec, SQ cops raided and shut down some the businesses. SQ can only enter kahnawake if the chief and council [Commissioners] commission the outside military force to come in. Superior Court ruled these permits are not valid. The business people were fined, jailed and given criminal records. 

Indian Act chief Joe Norton didn’t help them. He allowed the pillage of the businesses to bring on the Trudeau framework of municipalization and taxation. 

The Superior Court already ruled that the Indian Act council is not a government that can make laws. They are a committee that answers to the generals who run Indian Affairs.  

Rather than fight a jurisdictional issue that Quebec would lose, the business people were charged as criminals. Soon all the other businesses using these bogus permits will be shut down.  They have every right to sue the Indian Act MCK, as well as sue the chief personally for his negligence.  

THE “FRAMEWORK” HORSIE!

Trudeau’s Framework is already in play in kahnawake. kanionkehaka men don’t don yellow vests. They pick up their weapons and get ready to fight their invaders, protect their women and children and their homeland.

We kanionkehaka can do whatever is necessary to bolster our economies anywhere on turtle island. We are sovereign, as creation placed us here. In the past some businesses became strong through using our sovereignty.  owistah, the disease of the mind that transfers priority thought from ‘We’ to ‘Me’, is now an epidemic in kahnawake and other kanionkehaka/Mohawk communities.    

tekentiokwanhoksta, the power of the 49 families of the rotinoshonni’onwe/Iroquois Confederacy, is the way to protect the legacy of our children. The Indian Act council is setting up a system for everybody to pay tithes to them, not to the community and they will hand every cent over to London bankers through their handlers.   

The shop of one woman stays open because she does not comply. The kanionkehaka of khenteke/tyendinaga, Six Nation, kanehsatake and akwesasne are ready to stand up. We don’t think they’ll be donning yellow vests. 

Indian Act Joe basically set up a war between the men of kahnawake and the SQ, shades of Oka?  He says he can’t do anything to help the people because he signed the 10-Point Agreement giving municipal powers over kahnawake to Quebec. He forgets to mention that it only applies to him and the 300 people who took part in the band council election. They gave up their birthright. They will soon be migrating out of kahnawake.    

The Canadian version of law is not legal because it does not pass the test of international law scrutiny as it is based on genocide. The Oct. 25, 1924 Indian Act created all of the POW camps called “reserves”. Our lands were stolen by the provinces for resource extraction and all of our rights as human beings were taken away. Our people were rounded up like dogs and herded into these camps. 

Nazareth seems to know the conflicts between the SQ and the businesses at kahnawake when they sing: “Woke up this morning. My dog was dead. Someone disliked him and shot him through the head. Woke up this morning. My cat had died. I know I’ll miss her. I sat down and cried”.

Canada and US have designated us as  “domestic matters” to remove themselves from international scrutiny. They warn other countries not to interfere with their genocide program, which they call a “domestic matter”! The Indian Act band councils and Indian police are Canada’s version of Nazi Germany’s Gestapo. [Read “Policing Indigenous Movements. JUSTIN, JUST KEEP OUR POCKETS FULL!

When we use corporate terms “Indian”, “First Nations”, “Aboriginal”, “bands”, “indigenous” people, “tribes”, “nations” and any of their artificial names, we give Canada and its band councils jurisdiction. They want us in their ship and we are left with no canoe of our own. Under duress we are forced to submit to their system. The corporation of Canada forces us all to acquire banking names in all capital letters, which infers a corporation. This makes us into corporate artificial entities rather than peoples who have no protection by international human rights or any constitution.  

CORPORATISM IS HERE TO STAY. BUT NOT THE “INDIANS”! 

Land claims agreements are setting corporate limits to our identity through removal of our original names, place names and words that connect us to our mother and violate the original contract between us and the fraud artists. We are onkwehonwe, nishnawbe, dene, lakota, cree, migmag and so on. We are kanionkehaka’onwe and our territory is kanienkeh, forever. We all have original natural names and all of turtle island is our territory. 

The whole land claims process is a complete and utter fraud. In their Access to Information Act notice [Indian & Northern Affairs, A-2011-01840/LD2]: “Provide all documents held by gov’t pertaining to a declaration by the Governor in Council that the “Registry Group” “Mohawk Council of Akwesasne” are a Band within the meaning of the Indian Act”. They are making contracts that are made to look like they are between the onkwehonweh and Canada. The Dundee land claim was signed by the corporation of Canada and their employees, not by the onkwehonweh, which goes against the true way of this land, kanaierekowa, great peace, forever.

The abusers agreed to survive and coexist with all life as brothers and sisters on this our mother earth, until the end of their time here. They broke the agreement when they created the first false flag war known as the American Revolution.

MNN. Dec. 11, 2018. Joe Norton and the Indian Act band council are afraid of the people. They are calling a last minute meeting on December 12 on membership in a small venue which might hold 30 people comfortably, in the kahnawake police station. They fear for their own safety. The traitors are insulting the people who want only peace. 

BAND MEETING TO CONSULT THE PEOPLE!

We are being lured to attend a dangerous meeting at their military controlled police station so they can report that we we’ve given them our consent to their proposal on membership. True consent can only come from a duly called meeting of the three clans representing almost 10,000 people of kahnawake. MCK is  a government committee that does not speak for us, only for the 328 people who take part in their sham Indian Act elections.   

The attendees will be surrounded by cops, surveillance and the latest high powered weaponry. Concerned citizens will feel threatened in the unnatural bullet proof high security police structure set up by the police state of Canada and the council that does not follow the great peace. Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. has created an artificial hysteria that 35,000 to 60,000 are moving into our community. The council’s sole function is to administer our stolen funds for the corporation of Canada. They want to create a municipality of taxpayers for their bosses. 

The council of women of the three clans have the duty and responsibility to monitor all actions and decisions of our people and the land that we live in, according to the kaianerekowa. 

WE WANT OUR NATURAL FREEDOM TO DECIDE WHO WILL LIVE WITH US. DOWN WITH THE FASCIST COUNCIL. 

The Indian Act band council gives the impression they are against this migration. Their view is irrelevant. They represent Canada. Not us. We shall see what their position is on the rightful role of the women. This is a community of sovereign people. Some have families that left here a long time ago. Some have grandchildren and great grandchildren who want to come here. 

kahnawake is part of the 400,000 acre Seigneury tract, which is part of greater kanienkeh, the land of the rotino’shonni’onwe/Iroquois Confederacy. All turtle island from pole to pole and ocean to ocean is onkwehonweh land. If necessary, for those we decide to take in, we will reclaim all that territory that has been expropriated. 

How are these people going to eat, sleep, exist, live here??? 

The criteria to use in resolving this matter is the tekeni teiohateh, two row, as interpreted by the people according to the kaianerekowa and our original covenant with the earth. Not the Indian Act genocide program. 

Our role is to care for onowarekeh, turtle island, for our future peoples. Our protocol can take a complex situation and find a positive way where the people come to a concensus. We will decide who will live with us. Not the Indian Act band council, the Department of Indian Affairs, Privy Council, province, or the Prime Minister.  

Time limits are being thrown at us, like JIT [Just In Time] trucks running on the highways on our land. We cannot be rushed into decisions that will affect future generations. Our people from all our other communities must be involved. Each of us is sovereign and have responsibilities for each other. We have a right to say NO to outside entities that try to force and manipulate us!

Anyone who does not want to live by the kaianerekowa has to leave turtle island.

We expect our Peace Keepers to listen to their mothers as Johnny Cash pointed out: “A young cowboy named Billy Joe grew restless on the farm. A boy filled with wonderlust who really meant no harm. MNN. DEC. 1, 2018. Ten years ago the kanionkehaka/Mohawks of tyendinaga/kentekeh were attacked by the Ontario Provincial Police for standing on a country road. They were mauled and arrested.   

GEORGE ORWELL’S FINAL MESSAGE FOR HUMANITY: 

The Mohawks want to peacefully occupy their own land. All our borders have always been the rivers. The original kentekeh land is from the north where the rivers start and south to deep water which is Lake Ontario. In the Indian Lands Act of October 25, 1924 all native lands were expropriated by the colony called Canada. The RCMP came into our longhouses, guns drawn, deposed our chiefs, shot some of them and installed their band councils. The provinces stole our lands to control extraction of our resources. It was year one of Duncan Campbell Scott’s 100-year plan to be rid of “the Indian problem”.  The settlers quickly arrived to occupy the stolen land. This was in response to Chief Levy General’s visit to Geneva to apply for the Iroquois admittance into the League of Nations. Canada and all other colonial states did not qualify.

All kanionkehaka/Mohawk farms were expropriated on that day. Many natives refused to be jailed into the prisoner of war camp called “reserves”, so they were disenfranchised. Our families were scattered to the wind. Now our families are coming home. 

Over 10,000 Mohawks are returning to their ancestral homeland. Indian affairs has kept records of every one as part of their military occupation since 1924, which continues to this day. We never gave up our birthright.

The rotino’shonni, Iroquois, have always been here. Canada’s claims policy is to never give back land. only money for the stolen property. They will never respect our rightful jurisdiction over our land.   

LISTEN TO TRUDEAU’S OATH TO THE QUEEN:

 

Trudeau took an oath to the Queen of England, her heirs and successors forever’ to abide by the wishes of the Privy Council, who are the board of directors of the corporation called Canada. He did not make an oath to the people of Canada, or to the land called Canada, or to any constitution. The Governor General is the CEO chief executive officer of the Corporation of Canada. The Prime Minister is the President, the Leader of the Opposition is the Vice President, and the Finance Minister is the Secretary of the Treasury. Their main job is to continue the illusion of freedom to the people while providing ever growing dividends for the CROWN shareholders. The Queen is a shareholder of the CROWN and walks behind the Mayor of the City of London when she enters that domain, who are the majority shareholders of the company called “Canada”. 

We hope Amnesty international takes this information to the Prosecutor of the World Court in The Hague.  

The settlers, OPP, RCMP, Canada, Ontario and the enforcers of the other provinces have no right to come onto any land of the Mohawks at kentekeh. No one has been punished for their crime in 2008. It’s coming.

FRENCH REVOLUTION II

MNN. Nov. 29, 2018. Paris is burning! The fire is caused by native American great peace ideals, just like the first French revolution. The people have had enough of their oligarchs. 

The Europeans came to turtle island to destroy the kaianerekowa, the great peace. In 1779 General George ‘ranatakaias’ Washington, the rabid dog that attacks without reason, created the executive order to kill the Mohawks. They planned to defeat the rotino’shonni, Iroquois, chop down the tree of peace, and create the U. S. republic of war. 

In 1701 the French sued for peace. The Great Peace of Montreal was enacted between the French and the rotino’shonni and all our friends and allies. 

They accepted that our first covenant was with the earth and all things alive. All natural living things have the same mother on turtle island. Our father is the source energy of all creation. 

Here we are all brothers and sisters and shall survive and coexist. The teiohateh, two row, means we made the covenant with nature. We were placed on all of turtle island from the north to the south pole. Our duty is to heal the evil on this planet. 

EVEN THIS CHILD TRIES TO HEAL THE EVIL.  

In 1701 we taught the French how the kaianerekowa would eliminate war from their culture. IN 1701 we invited the British to share in the peace. They came to kingston In August 1701 under the teiohateh, the covenant with nature, which they broke immediately. 

In 1710 we sent the five chiefs to hold the world’s first international peace conference in London. 

66 years later 1776 the City of London bankers devised the very first ‘false flag’ war called the American Revolution. 

The great peace spread to France and caused the French Revolution when the people rebelled against the oligarchs. Today the French Revolution II is happening again, as the great peace enters the minds of the French people again.  

The following presentation to the Senate in Ottawa by BAR lawyer Aaron Detlor raised some important issues. He asked how did Canada subvert the teiohateh, two row agreement, and pretend to be our masters? In 1924 our land was usurped under provincial resource extraction rules and we were all placed in prison of war of war camps called “reserves”.

Regardless of past conflicting statements about Aaron Detlor on behalf of the HDI, he tried to bring critical issues before the Senate. He sees the December 4/18 meeting between Canada and their AFN employees in Ottawa as nothing but a corporate business plan. He said, “Canada can’t give us something they haven’t got, ‘self government’, or anything! Rather they take eveything from us. We must say NO to everyone of their development proposals of our land and resources. Every tree in the ground is worth $1 million, our defence against carbon pollution.

ISHI, THE LAST NATIVE OF CALIFORNIA

MNN. Nov. 19, 2018. In 1911 the last Yahi emerged from the wilderness at Oroville California, near San Francisco. The Americans thought they had massacred all the Yahi and that he was the last “wild Indian”. The completely decimated city of Paradise stands on Yahi land, about 125 miles north of Sacramento, where the fire started and spread. The current fires are the largest in the history of California. Paradise will be uninhabitable for the foreseeable future. 

Americans had placed the survivors of the genocide of over 100 million in the Western Hemisphere in prison camps called “reservations”. The Yahi were thought to have all been killed in the California genocide in the 19th century. This is the story of “Ishi, the Last Yahi” who appeared out of the wildeness in 1911 and died in captivity five years later:

MNN. NOV. 13, 2018. When the intruders left their home continent, the Crown that financed them to come here, told them, “When you get there, learn one of the native languages.” Why? “So you can connect to the land and eventually take ownership”.

MNN. Nov. 8, 2018. Oren Lyons is the worst traitor of all onkwehonweh. In 1996 before the New York State attack of the native people on May 18, 1997, Esther Sundown, an Onondaga of Tonawanda, played a recording of Lyons speaking at a gathering. She was shocked to hear him encourage native people to give up our birthright to turtle island and become corporate Americans. In effect he told the natives to, “Give up your birthright and start becoming Americans”. This is a natural impossibility. It can be done on paper but not genetically.

Oren Lyons is a longtime agent for the foreign intruders calling themselves the U.S government, that push the genocide program. He has fooled many. But not all. He made our people desperate if we maintained our true natural selves. On Nov. 5, he told us to vote in the foreign election. Only corporate citizen slaves can vote in an election. He violated the tekeni teiohateh [Two Row] by leaving the canoe and boarding the ship.     

 

He is not Onondaga, a chief nor a faithkeeper. Just a traitor and an informant for the US to help kill off the original people. Some call him the “Museum Indian” and others “Lying Oren”. Sometimes he calls himself “a runner”, which is a messenger boy for the enemy. He pushes the American way of oppression and lies about us, particularly the rotiskenrakete, the warriors. He falsely accused them of putting a bounty on him. 

The rotiskenrakete and our people knew there would be retribution from his US corporate handlers if the rightful duties of the kaianerekowa [our constitution] to execute him for treason was carried out [tehonwatisokwariton]. They would be called murderers for carrying out a sentence of death, which is the right of any nation in the world for someone who commits treason, conspiracy and espionage.These are his crimes against the rotinoshonni’onwe.
