TV star Glenn Beck said, “Guns should only be in the hands of good people”! Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said, “The men and women who secured this country have the answers”. They are beginning to see the answer to survival is to go to the Indigenous people.

Anonymous put out a billboard connecting the weapons culture to the genocide of our people. Geronimo stands with 3 warriors, with the caption, “Homeland Security: Fighting Terrorism since 1492”. The plight of North Americans is being equated to the genocide of over 100 million Indigenous People who were protecting their lives, lands and possessions. It is over 500 years of domination and ethnic exploitation we have endured. The bankers and their corporate media continue to try to malign us with their loud hysterical cries, superstition, magic, irrational beliefs, fatalism, wishful thinking and opportunism all rolled into one. MNN. May 6, 2013. Prime Minister Harper just announced at the G20 meeting he is personally dismantling the non-“sovereignty” of Canada, to be governed by a new world order. Canadian Security and Intelligence Service CSIS revealed that foreign governments have taken control of Canadian politicians and bureaucrats, Harper may be one of them. These spies receive money, guidance and their orders from their handlers, the banker shareholders that own the corporation of Canada. Their fake by-laws make it necessary to always spy on each other. Feint Maneuver

Feints are designed to distract or mislead, by giving the impression that a certain maneuver will, or will not take place. There are two types, feint attacks and feint retreats. Feint attack diverts us to concentrate on something so that another area is weaker. Feint retreat is direct contact to draw us into an ambush or cause disarray and then they retreat.

A big danger for the bankers is that the people will come to the Indigenous way and support the protection of natural resources. The Indigenous struggle is worldwide, since warfare is wherever the enemy operates. A network of over 2,000 bases and a million troops stands in readiness for war. 

US goals for conquest of the world are to control the world economy and its financial market; and taking over all natural resources, particularly primary resources and nonrenewable sources of energy.  

After the 911 “false flag” in 2001, US President Bush made a quick tour to Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico “to promote democracy and trade” and to curb dissent to the US war plans. They are especially concerned with the International Network for the Abolition of US Military Bases which pursues disarmament and demilitarization.

MNN. Apr 30, 2013. Federal Court of Canada was asked: Does Canada have a constitution? Are Sections 109 and 132 still part of the British North America Act 1867? If so, our rights to our lands, resources, funds and our sovereignty supersede that of Canada. [Thahoketoteh of Kanekota v. the Queen, T2007-13, Apr. 8, 2013].  Judge Snider refused to answer this simple question, in 4 pages of nonsense. She ordered Thahoketoteh pay $500 for the tele-conference trial, which cost $0. Kanekota was a direct confrontation in their own arena, by their own rule of law, which they did not follow. They sit in judgment as one of the parties in the dispute. This violates international law against genocide. Canada could only deny us our basic human rights.  

Canada has a constitution which the courts do not have to follow because it was not ratified by the people. At the signing of the 1948 UN Declaration on Human Rights, Canada and US signed. A clause was added exempting US and Canada from the International Criminal Court. They could never be tried for any human rights violations. They can only be tried domestically. Accordingly, they are waging war everywhere in the world.   

Their blatant disregard for the questions indicates their uncertain future. With their accomplices, the UN, IMF, World Bank, BIS and other Rothschild owned banks, they are fighting the advancing consciousness of the people who live with the land. junta

We are a free people with free minds. Their fake system needs our resources and our labor. Many supported our case to help promote our constitution of peace. Judge Snider’s “fatally flawed” decision opened the eyes of all, that going into their theater of the absurd is a waste of time.   

Thahoketoteh felt that the energy of putting his mind into the case was anti-spiritual. They will never rule against the corporation. Nor allow a third party adjudicator to make it a fair hearing. We are living in a military dictatorship with no rule of law. Our true constitution for thousands of year is the law of this land. Current CCCE President John Manley was named Time Canada’s “Newsmaker of the Year” in 2001 for crafting cross-border anti-terrorism strategies with the first U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge. Other members are part of the war machine: Air Canada, Bombardier, CN, Deloitte, Encana, GlaxoSmithKline, IBM, KPMG, Royal Bank of Canada, and many other firms at the heart of the Canadian economy on stolen Indigenous land.

Just like the way the Corporation of Canada passed a statute making itself the trustee of our ever growing $70.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The wealth of Canadians, all created by genocide and theft of our natural resources, will be plundered by the shareholders of the Corporation of Canada, the bankers. It’s in the new budget, “Economic Action Path 2013”.

It will be a bail-in regime condoned by the IMF and the World Bank, for banks in Canada “to big to fail”. This was planned before the Cyprus bank’s run on people’s accounts, which was a test run. The Indian Trust Fund, the largest savings account in the world that has been robbed, is the first example of savings theft. The public turned away when we demanded our savings. Now they’re coming after your trust fund.  

Banks will be designed to fail. The law will allow private bank accounts to be pilfered by “systematically important banks”. The genocide system created these banks. Banks will now be able to take extreme risks and lose deposits to save themselves. These are their assets and are permanent losses. MNN. Apr. 27, 2013. James Anaya, the special UN rapporteur on the rights of Indigenous peoples, says the Harper government until recently refused his request to investigate the “human rights situation of Indigenous peoples”. He was refused official entry into Canada. The violations were so serious that he was ready to meet through unofficial channels. He was finally given a permit, with conditions?feudalism

Canada’s national human rights commission is getting flooded with complaints from Indigenous about the discrimination and misconduct of their corporate Indian band councils for selling out our resources to Harper’s multinational banking buddies. Harper is telling us to go to the very agents we are complaining about. Harper’s job is to shut us up and speed up the rape of our resources.

The number of complaints has grown by over 1000% annually since 2008 on issues such as land and resource theft, denial of housing and decent living conditions, voting eligibility in band council elections, shortages of federal funding for child welfare, education and policing. Harper refuses to pass along some of our ever-growing $70.1 trillion Indian Trust Fund to help alleviate third world living conditions.

Harper created a special system within the human right commission so that we can’t take our complaints directly to the commission. We have to take it to the band council we are complaining about. Similar to the RCMP rape victims told by Harper to take it to the RCMP for investigation. “When you have complaints about my discrimination and mistreatment of you, you have to go to my corporate Indian council rather than to the commission. You know, the way Duncan Campbell Scott of Indian Affairs set it up in 1924”.

Harper considers us less than human according to their colonial laws that are still in place. Former Prime Minister Paul Martin admitted on April 26 2013 at the federal Truth and Reconciliation Commission that the residential school death camps “engaged in cultural genocide”. Genocide is genocide, Mr. Martin, anywhere in the world. As former Prime Minister you are complicit in the cover up.

Harper did not want the special UN rapporteur to visit Canada. Anaya would have no choice but to the report to the world body the genocide  and human rights violation. We have a right to a neutral third party adjudication. The party we are complaining about cannot be the judge, jury and executioner so as to contain the issue.aldous huxley2
