He vowed to finish Lincoln’s Indigenous genocide program, as we are still in the path of the bankers, the governments they control and their deadly war games. Mr. Lincoln earned a fraudulent place in history. He signed the Homestead Act in 1862. This was a law offering huge tracts of our lands to foreign white settlement. It was put through without consultation, consent or regard for the rights and needs of our people. Eventually 1.6 million homesteads were granted on our land and 270,000,000 acres of our territories were privatized between 1862 and 1886, which is 10% of all US lands. in the conflicts that raged over this illegal action, thousands of Ongwehonwe men, women and children were killed and millions of acres of our territories remain unlawfully occupied.   

Two days after Lincoln signed the “Emancipation Proclamation” in 1863, he signed an order to hang 38 Dakota in Mankato Minnesota, who were defending their people and land. There were only about 40 adult men of fighting age left out of 400 ”prisoners of war”. The US agent refused to feed the Indigenous people and was selling the rations that were meant for them. The men begged for food for their people who were starving to death. He told them to eat grass. They killed him and stuffed his mouth with grass. [www.republicoflakotah.com].

After the Civil War, Lincoln set up the “Buffalo Soldiers” 10th Cavalry regiment in 1866. The black soldiers’ job was to murder our people. They attacked us 127 times. 10 Medals of Honor were awarded to them for slaughtering our men, women and children between 1866 and 1890. They were at Wounded Knee helping their masters kill and bury our people. Lincoln set them up to protect the white invading settlers by starving and killing us. He is celebrated as a hero because of his murder of thousand of Indigenous men, women and children and the theft of millions of acres of our land.

MNN.  Feb. 8, 2013. We Onkwehonwe are the keepers of the law of peace here on Great Turtle Island. Any valid treaty must have have the principles of the Two Row for all North and South America. The law of the land is Kaianereh’ko:wa.

The Indigenous have treaty-making powers.  The Iroquois call the Two Row Wampum the “Guswentha, which means “Two Roads”, defining the relationship between two sovereigns. It is recorded on a belt made of wampums.

The First Iroquois Treaty with a European nation was in 1606 with the Dutch. They called it a “Peace and Friendship” and “Trade and Commerce” treaty, to allow them to trade in our Territory. Similar treaties were made with Great Britain, France, the Thirteen Colonies, and eventually the United States.  These are the “Covenant Chain” treaties. Treaties on behalf of the settlers were made with the Crown. 

The Two Row concept is the basis of the principle of non-interference in international law. Valid international treaties are rooted in the natural law of the land. If not so rooted, they  apply only on the seas.

No one can legally put “one foot in the canoe and the other in the Vessel”.  We would be stranded or perish should a storm suddenly arise and the vessels separate. We can only follow one jurisdiction, one law. Otherwise our people will be in  great peril. 

The Two Row is embodied in the Great Peace in the following articles: 

Wampum #78: Whenever a foreign nation enters the League or accepts the Great Peace, the Rotinonshonni’onwe [Iroquois] and the foreign nation enter into an agreement by which the foreign nation persuades other nations to accept the Great Peace. 

Wampum #83: When peace is established by the termination of the war, then the Great Peace comes. 

Wampum #84: Whenever a foreign nation has been conquered or has accepted the Great Peace, their own system of internal government may continue in the territories we have provided for them. They must cease all warfare against other nations. Ceremonies are protected.  

Wampum #87: When the war of the Rotinonshonni’onwe on a foreign nation is ended, peace is restored to that nation.  When all terms of peace have been agreed upon, a state of friendship is established. 

Wampum #97: Before the Great Peace, each nation had its own Council Fire. The Fires  continue as before and they are not quenched. 

Wampum #99: The rites and festivals of each nation remain undisturbed and continue as before. The people of old times retained them as useful and necessary for the good of the people.

We were never asked if we wanted to be governed by this corporate system of control by the bankers of Europe. International law provides that everyone has a right to self-determination.  We will control our lives and govern ourselves as we have done since time immemorial. When the band and tribal councils are voted out, Canada and US must conduct relations with us through the Queen who represents the people of Canada and the President who represents the people of the US. The illegal band and tribal council systems were imposed in Canada in 1924 and in the US in 1871.  

We will activate our Indigenous system. We will not be tricked. We will use our Indigenous consensual decision making process. The true will of the people will be validly expressed. Anything else is a fraud.    

Nothing changes the legality of the informed decision to remove them. Only we can decide who represents us. 

The band councils take an oath to follow the corporate business plan which is to assimilate and eliminate the Indigenous. Canada and US assume jurisdiction over us through them, as registered corporations of Canada and the US.

They are charged with the protection, defense and welfare of the people.  These duties take many forms; keeping the peace, teaching, speaking to the people, repossessing lost lands, maintaining human rights, diplomatic relations with other nations, and all work that promotes the People’s welfare. A warrior’s duties are based on the natural instinct to survive. It is not man-made. He will tell us his name. After receiving his name before the people, he becomes a member of the community.

His mother, grandmothers and grandfathers raise him from birth until his voice changes. They help him develop “onigonra”, the mind, which is his fire. They feed, clothe and make him comfortable, strong and healthy. He learns the basic aspects of indigenous life. The women observe all the young people and find their special gifts, to be guided and trained for certain duties.   

Then his uncles on his mother’s side take him. He fasts to seek his protection and medicine. His umbilical cord and the soil of his territory are placed in his medicine bag, which he always wears. 

He learns to defend himself and build up his endurance. His physical training begins before sunrise every morning. He starts running as far and as hard as he can until high noon. He sees something new and different every day within nature around him, the night creatures, flowers opening up, birds singing and the day insects coming out.

His will comes from nature. He has to know our laws and ways and apply the truth. Kaianereh’ko:wa is based on truth and nature: skenna, kariwiio and kasastsensera [peace righteousness and power]. Sa-o-ie-ra means it’s natural, instilled in us by creation. We have the natural instinct to protect ourselves, our people, our clans, our territories and everything that sustains life. 

We were taken off the path by genocide programs of the invaders of Great Turtle Island. They brought man-made beliefs that violated nature. For a time we became confused. 

Warriors of old did not have to deal with media manipulations, high tech police surveillance, wanted posters, phony charges to criminalize them into submission to the colonial system. 

Our ancestors sacrificed much so that we would survive. Nature is here forever. We are real people forever, Onkwehonwe. 

The Rotiskenrakete is not a soldier, but a defender of the people. Peace is the warrior’s goal. He knows the war is not over until it is won. If the conflict continues, the black wampum string is dropped. They fight until they win. The adversary must agree  to live peacefully under the great law of peace. MNN. Feb. 3, 2013. During the Caledonia struggle, former Prime Minister Mulroney gave Prime Minister Harper some advice on how to deal with Indians.

Mulroney “First, you gotta make those Indians look bad. Hire some top publicity firms. Put out 4 negative stories for every positive one. Say the Indians are breaking the law. Harper:   I got that one, Brian.

Mulroney: “Lie. Confuse the public. Say they have no real evidence. Suggest they ‘might’ have weapons and criminal records! The public won’t read the “might”. They’ll just read “weapons” and “criminal”. Make negative images so the public sees the Indians as the bad guys. Say you are “defending law and order” [while you are evicting them from their legal property]. Never mind that they might only have 2 by 4s, bats or a bag of stones. Don’t mention the millions of dollars you are spending on ouzies, tasers, pepper spray, ear drum splitters, M-16s, silencers and the latest in ultra high tech weaponry for the cops”. 

Mulroney: “Announce that you want to solve the crisis peacefully. Shut the People out of the negotiations. Deal only with those on your payroll [corporate Indians]. Let the Ministry of Propaganda [corporate media] do their job of putting out 4 bad stories for every good one. Announce that you will tour the reserves to see what the people need. [Still hasn’t done that!] Appoint a known adversary of Indians [such as Mike Harris] as chair of a Commons Committee on Aboriginal Affairs. You know, someone who excuses police brutality. 

Harper:   You are right Brian ! Mike is our man, remember he got away with the Ipperwash thing.

Mulroney: Act surprised that the protesters won’t leave peacefully.  Then surround them, point guns at them and scare them. Stop their supporters from entering or leaving the protest. If the Indigenous keep resisting, some of them and even our cops might get killed or hurt. Remember, there will be men, women and children there. Indian Affairs policy has been to absorb the Indians into Canadian society whether they like it or not. Harper, your job is to “clean it up” so US and foreign companies can get richer extracting their resources without paying them. You and I will load up our pockets, hahahah! The bankster’s economy depends on clear cutting, mining, water diversions and generally despoiling the land.

Harper:  We are working on new laws right now to be rid of those pesky indians

Mulroney:  “The Indians just want to make a stand on a principle, like land and resource rights and their poor living conditions. Tell them, “You’ve made your point.  Now go home”. 

 Harper: “We know there are no leaders. We want to see who the main resisters are. We need a target, someone to shoot at.

Mulroney:   “Our miltary needs practice so we can send them out to support American interests in the Middle East and elsewhere. We both got elected due to support from American companies. Don’t bite the hands that feed us. Gotta think about our Benjamins, not the people, Stevie.chin

 Mulroney:  “Keep saying, “No one will get hurt”, if they do as they’re told.  The main resisters should be told that the cops will take them out.

 Harper:  “The cops don’t want to do the killing!

Mulroney:  “Put native cops on the front line. Mention native factionalism all the time. Let the cops beat Indian prisoners so it doesn’t leave bruises on their faces. They die later of their injuries, like Lasagna of the Oka crisis. I was PM then. It’s dirty work that someone has to do. Cops don’t really care if they lose one of their own. Few remember Marcel LeMay who was killed at Oka? If a cop gets shot by “friendly fire”, pretend it was the “injuns that done it. With one of your Senate appointments, put in an Indian face. 

Harper:  ”What happens if some of our cops sympathize with them?” 

Mulroney:  ”Say it’s the Stockholm Syndrome. He’s gone crazy. Then run a feature on an old anti-Indian fable. It’s cowboys and Indians time again, Stevie, yee haw! hahahah!

Mulroney:   “The Indians just want to carry out their original legal rights that we promised long ago.  We have to avoid that at all cost, Stevie.

MNN.  Feb. 3, 2013.  The power is the People.  They select the chiefs, clan mothers, titles and positions, who answer to the people. If they don’t listen, the people will remove errant chiefs or clan mothers.

The fire symbolizes the people coming together. “Sa’tsi”ra” means, “You have a fire”.  “Swa’tsi:rare” means, “the fire is inside you”. It is the spirit, life of the person, family, clan, community, nation, confederacy.

The root word for family, “kawa’tsi:re”, is “otsire”, the word for fire.  It means the family still has a fire and exists. Each person, family and clan has a fire. The People’s Fire is the most powerful because all the minds come together.  

The fire is the people’s voice. Each person has a voice, a duty to express their views on all social, political and economic issues. Individuals must exercise their personal power on behalf of the people. This is the foundation of the consensual decision making process of the Kaianereh’ko:wa, the law of the land.

All direction comes from the fire of the People. Then it goes to the clan mothers and then to the chiefs.  We all keep an eye on the chiefs and clan mothers to make sure they are all following the law.   

The Kanianereh’ko:wa, the Great Law, came to our people because dictators had risen, taken control and created constant warfare. The Great Law got rid of the dictators and the wars. We lived in peace for thousands of years, until the Europeans brought the war back to Great Turtle Island.  

Band and Tribal councils are corporate Indians who are part of the royal economist bankers genocide program. They work under the direction of Indian Affairs and the US Bureau of Indian Affairs. Without any legal right, they sign surrenders of our land and resources. Our land cannot be sold or given away. They cannot use our titles to legitimize themselves and mislead the people. They don’t rule us. 

Our traditional chiefs are the spokespersons for the People, saying only what the people tell them. Those chiefs who don’t listen to the People are outside the circle. Their antlers break off, the blood goes into their eyes, ears and mouth. The people cannot listen to those whose words are not clear, whose eyesight is gone and who have become deaf.

Our great law of peace is the law of the land. We have a Two Row relationship with the settlers that they have breached. This needs to be redressed.

Our fire continues.  Our voices are becoming stronger every day. Each person has a duty to counsel themselves and learn as much as they can about their issues. As long as we are alive, our fire will not go out.  When the colonists tried to extinguish us, we continued our fire. We did everything to stay alive. Only we can extinguish our fire.

MNN.  FEB 3, 2013.  The “words that come before” is a dedication to the coming faces that we do every day.  We place ourselves within an interdependent relationship with the natural world. We remind ourselves that we are equal with all elements of nature.  

The Indigenous women are the progenitors of the soil of this land. It is held for the coming generations of our people yet unborn.  Sovereign power is exercised to remind us of our way of life based on the Kaianereh’ko:wa, the Great Law of Peace. The natural world is the perfect reality. At every gathering, the “ohenton kariwa’tek:wen” is said so that we may gather our minds together as one.

First, let us pay our respects to the people and remind ourselves of the necessity of good relations between ourselves in order to be productive and happy.  So be it in our minds. 

Let us extend our respect to our Great Mother Earth, and how the functions of the women parallels the role of the earth.  The immunities and medicines we inherit come from living on her.  So be it in our minds. 

Let us extend our thanks for our cousins, all the waters, and to the contents of the waters – the fish, plant life and other things.  Food and medicines needed to live healthily come from the waters.  So be it in our minds.

Let us now extend our respect to our sisters, the plant life, such as corn, beans and squash, strawberries and other foods. So be it in our minds. 

Let us give our respect to our brothers and sisters, the animals, insects and birds, who are also beneficial to the people.  So be it in our minds. 

Let us give our thanks to our grandfathers, the four winds and thunderers. They help renew nature for the peopleSo be it in our minds. 

Let us now give our thanks to our grandmother, the moon, which regulates all female life. From her we learn the best time to put seeds into the ground and pick medicines.  So be it in our minds. 

Let us now give our respects to our eldest brother, the Sun, who is the example for the men to follow. The sun supports the earth by warming it so things can grow. He gives support and reinforcement to the people. He beautifies everything that has been put on the earth.  They protect and support the people, particularly the women. They help raise the children and ensure their well-being and continuation of life. So be it in our minds. 

Let us now give respect to our distant cousins, the stars, who have a lot of knowledge and strength when we need them. So be it in our minds. 

Let us give thanks to our teachers who pass on the language, culture and messages from our ancestors.  So be it in our minds. 

We give thanks to all our relatives of the natural world, to all that helps human life, to the “Kasasten’sera’kowa sa oiera”, the great natural power, which is the power that produces them.  We place ourselves in an interdependent system of relationships of all elements of nature, which are equal.  We shall never know the face of this power, nor the name of this power, nor where this power dwells.  We know it is logical, neither male nor female.  So be it in our minds. 

We, the people have the duty to rescue this earth for the faces yet unborn, who are under its surface and will be released to us. We work together to create an environment that will give them a good life on earth. So be it in our minds. 

We, the people, work together for the continuity of life. Saving humanity and the earth is through exercising the power of the Kaianereh’ko:wa. If there is anything in the great natural world that we forgot to thank, we add it here.  So be it in our minds. 

Now that we have given thanks and respect to all elements of Creation, we are ready to deal with the matters at hand.

MNN: Everyone knows Canada owes … how much?

MNN.  Feb.2, 2013.  Everyone knows Canada owes… how much?  The legal origins of Canada’s debt to us is Section 109 of the British North America Act 1867. The daily increase in the $4.5 trillion in our Indian Trust Fund is substantial:  

“… and all Sums then due or payable for such Lands, Mines, Minerals, or Royalties, shall belong to the several Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick in which the same are situate or arise, subject to any “Trusts” existing in respect thereof, and to any Interest other than that of the Province in the same”.  

The 1867 “Privy Council” opinion on Section 109 stated that “subject to” means the order of rank in interest. In any conflict the Indian interest is ahead of Canada, the provinces and all other interests, unless the Indigenous people give their fully informed consent to make a treaty to sell their interest to the Crown. This has never validly happened.

The legal land regime is Indigenous. The settlers are tenants to treaties. In 1875 the colony of Canada enacted a “Minute in Council”.  According to Section 132, Canada is under a constitutional duty to not allow provincial law on land that has not been validly purchased from the Indians through a treaty.  In 1876, Cabinet got Parliament to unconstitutionally pass a federal law called the “Indian Act”, without a constitutional amendment. Indian jurisdiction was illegally invaded. We were forced UNDER THEIR fraudulent federal law. 

Canada is still “subject” to the Indian interest. The Indian Act completely violates the “rule of law”. Criminally breaching Section 109 of its own constitution is TREASON. Also breached are international genocide and apartheid laws.  Colonization has been illegal since 1961. 

The “International Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”, 1948, prohibits Canada from allowing provincial land legislation that does not respect the “paramouncy” of the Indian interest. The consequence is “serious bodily and mental harm”.  

Canada ratified the genocide convention through “The Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act” with a catch. Section 9 VETOES any prosecutions of Canadians unless the Attorney General of Canada gives his permission. They commit genocide and think they can’t be punished.

Canada set up puppet governments called “band and tribal councils” to make illegal deals with them on our behalf. These crime syndicates and so-called “Aboriginal” governments divvy up the loot in back rooms.
