MNN. July 27, 2013. How do we resolve issues using the Mohawk consensual decision-making process? Divide the group into three clans, Wolf, Turtle and Bear. Sit in a circle and face each other as equals. Use the basic criteria – peace, righteousness and power.

The issue: pretend to be people of an Indian reservation where a train rammed into the center of the community. Ten people died. They are going to be overrun by the FBI, social workers, media, grief counselors, helpers, curious people, assorted authorities and the train company’s representatives. The people need to gather before the world spotlight is put on them. 

The Wolf Clan deliberates first. After discussing the many facets of the horrendous event, they come up with three good ideas. First, ask neutral observers to deal with the outsiders. Second, ask a neutral group to be on the front lines as a buffer. Third, the clans will deal with the victims, families and community. Everyone wants peace. These 3 decisions are passed over the fire to the Turtle Clan, who then discuss them. They agree with the three ideas and expand on the third one. Then it is passed over the fire to the Bear Clan who discuss it and sanction the decisions of the other two clans.

This is a traditional Haudenosaunee way of resolving issues. Each person must participate so the level of knowledge is raised and discussed until it is understood. A resolution is reached which is in the best interests of all. It is essential that they come to one mind.  

The structure of decision making in international law and the rule of law come from the Iroquois constitution, Kaia’nere:kowa/Great Law of Peace. It is meant for the whole world to stop war. The US Constitution was based on this philosophy of equality and everybody has a voice. The tools for resolving issues is based on our relationship to the natural world. The problem is the US maintained their hierarchical commercial system within it. The Charter of the UN is based on the US Constitution with this flaw. Everybody has the duty to save the true rule of law for the world.

The decision-making process gives each a voice. Their thoughts and feelings are validated. They don’t wait for fabricated information and then decisions are made by a few people, which are then implemented by force. Each must seek the real truth. We‘ll crack down on their trade or business that gives them any economic advantages or a voice. Our corporate media won’t cover anything unless it’s negative.”

MNN. JULY 29, 2013. What would you do if an old man sent pictures of his erect penis to your adolescent daughter, along with suggestive sexual invitations to have sex? It’s like suggesting a father rape his daughter. Former Congressman, Anthony Weiner, a wealthy politician running for mayor of New York City is setting this example. Former NYS Governor Eliot Spitzer, another old man, was caught soliciting a 22-year old. He resigned and became a media star. Both committed crimes against women. images-2

The rulers are dismantling US and Canada legally, socially, politically, commercially and ethically. Canada is being handed over to the US empire. Prime Minister Harper is taking apart everything so international bankers can access the resources.    

Inbred royalty is being displayed up front, the Royal Air Force and Queenie is pictured everywhere. Charles and Camilla may be installed as king and queen of Canada. The working class continues to serve as the resource extractors.   

Anthony Weiner is a litmus test of a dying empire, of parasites that steal everything and produce nothing, of openly scamming everyone, and of a decaying rotting society. Thousands of years of ethics, decent norms and intelligence is being trampled upon. Sexual voyeurism attacks women and children first, followed by the massacre of humanity. 

Both Spitzer and Weiner’s wives stood by their man. They forgave their husbands because they don’t care about other people. Vanity, status and being a mayor’s or CEO’s wife is more important. They are part of the problem and just as guilty. Guilt and corruption start internally. The collaborators are shielded. Society without morals becomes uncaring about politics. Weiner tells us, “I can be as decadent as I want”.  

The rulers have promoted the penis and pornography to represent power, war and status. This decadent strata of society must be removed from the human race or we will all go down. This should be the last exploiting class to rule. 

In the old way, men pursued the perpetrator, snapped him up, tied him to a tree and castrated him. The women whip him with a red willow in front of the people.  Everybody has a choice. Our communities have the responsibility to take care of our women and children. The masses rely on their police, politicians and congressmen, many of whom are committing indecencies. If people don’t confront Weiner, they agree with it.

A sting operation is going on in 74 US cities for child prostitution.

Why celebrate the birth of another idle rich [Prince George] who will live off the backs of their subjects in lavish luxury from ill-gotten gains? Since 1704 all Indigenous wealth has been deposited into our account. In 1867 the British Monarch set up the Corporation of Canada to take 60% of the our wealth. 40% continued to go into our trust account over which they declared themselves as trustees. This royal baby smoke screen is meant to help them hang on to our ever growing $350 trillion Indian Trust Fund. A few greedy banking families control this money. Only close inbred relatives and their nominees can benefit from their illicit productivity. The idle rich and their workers came to Great Turtle Island with nothing and stole everything. Their descendents brag, “I inherited so much money. I’ll never have to work”. They live on tax-free dividends and other benefits. This scam entrenches the power of these thugs to live off the fruits of others’ labor, in an extravagant ostentatious manner. This gang of criminals call themselves the royal family!

They set up corporations under the Admiralty Laws of the Seas and illegally put them on Indigenous lands. The new baby represents the perpetuation of this theft and genocide. The subjects celebrate as they hope the scam will continue to benefit them.

The royal babies wave their fifty-dollar ivory rattles at each other. They’re worth millions of dollars of preferred stock. They laugh in their pram, pushed by imported nurses, all the way to the bank.

To carry on the idle rich game they have to breed carefully. To keep everything they’ve stolen within the family, they’ve been breeding with each other. The British royals are descended from the Hapsburgs and other selected royals. Queen Victoria and Prince Albert are first cousins. They are Queen Elizabeth’s grandparents. Her husband, Prince Phillip, a Hapsburg, comes from one of the most inbred families of the lot. He and Queenie are second cousins once removed. They’ve produced all kinds of princesses and princelings who don’t have to work. They get a stipend to live the life of the idle rich. To them a job is a hobby. It’s not in the plain and humble part of labor. We call this kind of reprodduction the “Kentucky Clan”.   

While they inherit the stolen money, they also inherit the legacy of the death and extortion that they benefit from. They orchestrated the biggest holocaust in all humanity, the murder of 150 million Indigenous people in the Western Hemisphere. We were genocided, wronged, raped and robbed. Our environment was destroyed. Royals, our blood is on your ‘royal’ hands. You are accepting responsibility for these evil atrocities. By accepting this you carry on the shameful legacy. You created an insane hierarchical structure of war and greed violating the law of nature. When you inherit your ill-gotten gains and fake titles, you inherit the evil of your ancestors’ exploitation.

In March 1942, a group of scientific and medical researchers went to Norway House, Cross Lake, God’s Lake Mine, Rossville, and The Pas in Northern Manitoba Canada. Conditions were “deplorable”. The people were starving. Their task was to conduct experiments on us through controlled starvation. Sponsors were Indian Affairs, the New York-based Milbank Memorial Fund, the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and the Hudson’s Bay Company. Managers were Dr. Percy Moore of Indian Affairs Medical Services and Dr. Frederick Tisdall, a RCAF Wing Commander.

Researchers found a terrible “state of malnutrition” leading to general apathy, slowness, inertia and premature ageing. 

Indigenous were to be lead away from racial indolent habits caused by their easy means of feeding themselves by hunting and fishing. Moore, in a 1941 article, said that, because “the Indian” has the “psychology of a child,” researchers should not tell them about the research. 

Studies were made possible by their access to deliberately starved children through being made wards of the state. “Controls” and experimental subjects were set up of children that were deprived for two to five years of nutritionally inadequate diets and denied dental care to create anemia.

The Ahiarmiut of Ennadai Lake “experimentally” were relocated to isolated animal-less areas without their consent. Hunger, starvation, and misery killed many of them. Indian Affairs Robert Phillips wrote to the Deputy Minister in 1955 that it was useful for the Department to “think of 9,000 Eskimos as a laboratory experiment and give the imagination full rein on what might be done to improve the culture.” We continue to be “experimental materials” and “laboratories” for scientific and social experimentation. They are part of a larger institutionalized and dehumanizing colonial racial ideology that continues to be Canada’s policies towards us. Though we developed most of the food eaten worldwide, we continue to be one of the most starved. The War of 1812 is when the US tried to make all Great Turtle Island into one big United States. On August 16, 1812, a force of Indigenous allies of British Major General Isaac Brock took Fort Detroit and repelled the overwhelming large American forces under Brigadier General William Hull. The sight of the Indian war whoops terrified the Americans who refused to fight. Hull ran up a white flag and quickly surrendered. After the invasion, the natural land owners were pushed out. The bankers set up the artificial corporation of Detroit under the Admiralty laws of the seas. A counterfeit economy was created to extract our resources and start manufacturing. 1812 detroit

All towns and cities are foreign corporations set up by the banker shareholders for profit only. When a city is no longer viable, the bankers declare bankruptcy and dissolve the city. They illegally take whatever they can for a few cents on the dollar. Like Detroit, the infrastructure is left to decay and drown in debt. They become poor, crime-infested hellholes. The population drops by as much as 75%. The lights don’t work. The ambulances are old. Almost 100,000 buildings are abandoned. Less than half are working. 60% of children live third world conditions. The rulers plunder whatever is valuable.

The rulers’ greatest fear is of the “initiates” they recruited to carry out their dirty work. The initiates were falsely promised eternal life and willingly went along with the genocide and environmental destruction. Those left behind will perish. 

Detroit is one of the first of many dissolved cities in both US and Canada. As Dekanawidah predicted, the rulers and initiates are the serpents that will be washed away, never to be seen again. Prime Minister Harper’s former economic hit man within Indian Affairs, Jim Prentice, also known as “The-Dim-Apprentice”, is warning us, his Indigenous landlords, to turn over our energy and natural resources to the international bankers real quick, or else! Harper’s scam-the-Indians-and-get-a-commission right hand man left government to become a big cheese at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. It’s one of the banks that exists on deposits from the ever growing $350 trillion Indian Trust Fund. His job is to con us.

Dim warned AFN to run fast to the conference at the picnic folding table to negotiate “constructively’. This means “sign here!” Some corporate Injun mouthpieces with forked tongues are being picked who will sign quickly, listen to government advisers and talk for us.

“Nation building” is liquefied natural gas terminals on the West coast to Ring of Fire [James/Hudsons Bay] to pipelines. Whether we like it or not, these are going to move ahead without us. MNN. July 16/13. Idle No More was a grassroots Indigenous movement until it got incorporated in January 2013. The owners are shareholders and are now part of the foreign corporate grid structure that controls us and our possessions. The settlers can become part of Idle No More, decolonize themselves and help stop the genocide. Idle No More is governed by the foreign corporate hierarchical structure of Admiralty Law, the law of commerce. It can get a bank account, be taken over by anybody through 51% purchase of the shares. The bankers will take control, if they haven’t already. All corporations exist to generate profit for the shareholders.

Idle No More can sue, buy, sell property, make contracts, pay taxes, even commit crimes. It protects the owners from personal liability for debts and obligations. Tax receipts can be provided to foundations and government bodies for donations to their enterprise. Like all corporations, annual meetings are obligatory.

MNN is an advocate of the real law of the land, Kaianerehkowa/Great Law of Peace. We have never been idle in all our existence. True Indigenous nations are the independent sovereigns of Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island, and keepers of the law of peace.  

All corporations are controlled by the bankers. Those who remain with Idle No More Inc. can’t fight an entity they have become a part of. It makes no sense.

It will be easier to get money from our enemies.

The corporate band council sell-outs are the same. They work for and get paid by the Corporation of Canada. These traitors will be brought before their people to answer for their treachery.

In 1881 the Corporation of Canada gave 22,500 kilometers of Indigenous land to the foreign bankers without our knowledge or consent. CP Rail then built railroads and sold the timber and resources. Troops and settlers were sent West. Our land was developed with tourist hotels, followed by steamships and airlines, all with our ever growing $340 trillion Indian Trust Fund. 

The settlers need us to fight for our land and to save them. We can stand up to the banker bullies.  Like their rulers, they are not native to Great Turtle Island. Yet, in the Great Peace of Montreal 1701 we agreed to help them survive but never to own any land or resources.

Easy oil and gas are depleted. They want resources that are harder to find, nastier to extract, and more complicated to ship. US Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway was carrying “fracked” shale oil from North Dakota. The lethal cargo was being illegally passed through Kahnawake to Lac-Mégantic, as part of a boom in dirty, unconventional energy. On July 6 It blew up like an atom bomb incinerating almost 100 people.

Fracking of gas is creating earthquakes that reverberate around the globe. Fluids are put into the ground which cause pressure that forces the earth’s faults to slide easier. 

frackingA group of Canadian businessmen plan to build a 2,400-kilometre rail line and a pipe line to ship tar sands oil from Alberta to Alaska and elsewhere. They also plan to truck and barge it down our waterways.

Pipe dreams are visions resulting from taking drugs or day dreaming. The oil and rail bankers are dreaming about creating profits, becoming confused with reality. Lac-Mégantic was a perfect storm of greed, deregulation and a final energy rush for the bankers to gamble with the environment and human life.

The corporate governments of Canada and elsewhere freed them from environmental, labor and safety standards and oversight rules. Cost-cutting, massive lay-offs, and speed-ups followed. Then companies and rail-lines were privatized for greater profit.

Munitions of all types are being shipped in dangerous substandard old rail cars. Last year Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway got permission to operate with just one engineer.

Soon we will deal directly with the band and tribal council control grid, that is accelerating the genocide of our people. These fake corporate accomplices are THE only ones who will set up their own people for a fall.

We will end reliance on oil, not soon but now. For those who never knew the victims of Lac-Mégantic, there could be no better way to honor them.

MNN. July 12, 2013.  The blowing up of the train bomb in Megantic [Quebec] raised false flag questions. This event shows the destructive relationship between the corporation and the community created by the government through deregulation. The train went from Montreal, then through the Mohawk community of Kahnawake “Adirondack Junction” station, and onto Megantic. Ed Burnhardt of Chicago is the CEO of Montreal, Main and Atlantic Railroad Company. He also owns the tracks and trains of international conglomerate, “Rail World”, in Australia, New Zealand, Britain, Estonia, Poland, Ukraine, Canada and US. These cars carry mostly deadly war materials in thin easily punctured tankers.  12.5% of the shareholders in the rail company is the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, the public sector pension and insurance fund.

Burnhardt is blaming a “lone gunman’, Tom Hayden, for not following regulations that don’t exist. To make a 2% profit trains are left unattended. Jovial Burnhardt joked about having to wear a bullet-proof vest to meet the horrified survivors of the bombing.  He kept apologizing, “Sorry, sorry, sorry!” He told the Wall Street Journal that not enough manual hand breaks were applied to the train before it was left unattended. “We don’t really have a performance standard to measure all our staff against.” He told the Montreal Gazette his company is not at fault. He blamed the firefighters who put out the blaze of one locomotive. He is thinking of transferring the crew to Sherbooke, 100 miles away. 

On Saturday, July 6, the train smacked into the packed gathering place in the center of town, wiping out most of the youth of the village. They were having a beer on a hot summer night. 

Burkhardt announced that his company intends to keep running freight through Lac-Megantic. “Later, we’ll clean up all the wrecked cars and rebuild tracks around the town and start to run trains through here again”. They just speed through the centre of town, like Kahnawake. The problem is that Megantic like Kahnawake don’t need the train for passengers, delivery or pick up. 

The American Association of Railroads says that it costs $1 to $3 million to build a mile of mainline rail.  The oil comes from North Dakota, Saskatchewan and Alberta. The rail barons and their accomplices deliver their goods to the east and west coasts for international distribution. Train companies are private businesses and are exempt from municipal regulations and noise by-laws.

Railways are responsible to themselves only, their own inspections, with no obligation to inform anyone about the hazardous materials, like oil, ethanol, sulfuric acid or propane they carry through our villages. 

Rural land is cheaper, without restrictions. The governments gave all our land away no charge to the rail companies, without our knowledge or consent. They do not own it. It is one of the last vestiges of colonialism. These rail families made their fortune originally in the opium trade in China. They are the “Pirates of the Caribbean”, the bankers, who continue to terrorize the world. The people of Lac Magantic will never forget their lost ones as Hank Snow reminds us; “never speak harsh words to your dear loving husband, he may leave you and never return” Wreck of the old 97

An objection has been launched for these illegal forays over our land, threatening our lives. The Council of the Great Peace is being violated. The people of Lac Megantic and others may follow the roots and sit in the protection of the shade of the Great Tree of Peace. We have been waiting for all of the people to join us.
