1997 NYS ATTACK HAUDENOSAUNEE

MNN. Oct. 16, 2013. In May 18, 1997, members of the Haudenosaunee from our communities converged on Onondaga Nation land next to NYS Thruway 81. Most were  women, children and babies, as well as some of our men. It was to be a joyous celebration with a tobacco burning, feast, dancing and singing. At 3.00 pm 200 paramilitary New York State Troopers surrounded, attacked and viciously beat us up, injuring, jailing and incapacitating us. Many ran with babies in their arms to hide in the surrounding bush. STOMP DANCE

Over the years this case went through the court. All motions to drop the case and that the cops had a right to do it, were defeated. Judge George Low studied the evidence and reported that if this went to trial, we would win. There was no justification for the attack and it was all filmed. [See video below]

Eventually New York State decided to stop any trial by giving about 100 plaintiffs and the lawyers $3 million. The condition was that the traitorous state controlled Onondaga Council Inc. that requested the attack, NYS police and the politicians would be immune from prosecution. We could not be able to discuss it. Some signed as the people are very poor and needed the funds. It had to be unanimous. 

On Oct. 15, 2013, those who refused to sign were ordered to meet with the Judge Therese Wiley Dancks of the US Court Northern District NY and our lawyers in Syracuse. The 12 plaintiffs did not expect to be taken separately into rooms and intimidated by their own lawyers and the judge into signing the agreement or else!  They were threatened to remain silent. 

On Oct. 16, the following day, the remaining plaintiffs were called in. Judge Lowe made a presentation. “I am neutral!” Then he proceeded to tell us of the dire consequences if we don’t sign: years of trial, motions, this is an that, racist jurors. By 2020 if we win, we might be awarded $1. Money was mentioned over and over again.

Several plaintiffs said, “I did not come here to be talked to like a child”. He withdrew his consent to the settlement. Another said, “Sovereignty is our goal. Not money”. The majority agreed. They walked out of court and went home.  We were reminded once again we can’t stand before the enemy and expect justice. In 1944 during WW2 the Bretton-Woods agreement made all global trade and banking base its value on the US dollar. It was backed by our Indigenous resources and funds, which was used to rebuild war-torn Europe, the Marshall Plan. The US was paid in US-backed dollars. None came to us.CURRENCY WARS

Under the privately owned Federal Reserve System, money is a loan at interest. The owners get a “piece of the action”, the accruing interest, of every transaction worldwide that uses the US dollar as the base currency. All buying power is based on its value.

International bankers own and control all corporations worldwide. Americans don’t really have to work as long as they can collect their “cut of the action”.

The private central banking scam is designed to create more debt than money. The debt can never be paid off. Some nations are not paying the interest to the US. They’re always finding ways to keep collecting money from us. At least we are the only people who can truthfully say we own the land.

All borrowed money gives the bankers  a “piece of every action”, like the Mafia gets from every business operating inside their territories, or else their business or country will be demolished.

War is made against those nations who refuse to use the US dollar or the US based global banking system. The Mafia [Federal Reserve] collects their “piece of the action” by sending out their enforcers, the US military.

The US dollar is losing its real value due to banker created inflation. Prices rise but wages don’t! The US is trying to borrow from other nations to run their country. Syria does not owe any money to the IMF or the World Bank, which circulates the US dollar and coerces all countries to use it.

In Iraq in 2002 Saddam Hussein got UN permission to sell Iraq’s oil for Euros. One year later the US invaded, lynched Saddam, and put Iraq’s oil back on the world market, for US dollars. Gaddafi set up a new state central bank in Libya with a local value-based currency using the Gold Dinar. Oil was sold only for the Gold Dinar. The US invaded, killed Gaddafi, destroyed the state central bank and the Gold Dinar and imposed their private central bank.

China deals with 8 nations that do not go through the US dollar. Many South American nations fund their own BRICS controlled central bank for trade and investment, without using the US dollar.

If President Obama can’t get his war with Syria or Iran, many nations will drop the US dollar. The party will be over for Wall Street and the Federal Reserve. Many countries know that the debt is really owed to the Indigenous people here.

We Indigenous can break the will of those Americans and others who are eyeing our ever-growing $405 trillion Indian Trust Fund, the biggest in the world. We will stop these warlike people by questioning their right to live on our land while violating the Great Law of Peace of Great Turtle Island.

It comes from the Latin word fasces [or feces!], referring to a centralized autocratic regime headed by a dictator. The image is individual sticks tied together into a bundle, representing the citizens. The bundle is a big stick called ‘the state’, that rules with unlimited power. People have to obey the rules created by corporate bankers. They have no rights and no voice.

In March 1942, a group of scientific and medical researchers went to Norway House, Cross Lake, God’s Lake Mine, Rossville, and The Pas in Northern Manitoba Canada. Conditions were “deplorable”. The people were starving. Their task was to conduct experiments on us through controlled starvation. Sponsors were Indian Affairs, the New York-based Milbank Memorial Fund, the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and the Hudson’s Bay Company. Managers were Dr. Percy Moore of Indian Affairs Medical Services and Dr. Frederick Tisdall, a RCAF Wing Commander. 

10 Nuremberg Code Principles came out of the Nuremberg Doctors Trials addressing the atrocities of Nazi doctors and scientists as ethically wrong. Scientists viewed it “as a code for barbarians and not for civilized physician investigators” of our people. 

During and after the war hunger was epidemic among Indigenous people. Violating the Nuremberg Code the researchers saw residential schools and our communities as “experimental materials” and “laboratories” to pursue their political and professional interests. 50% of Indigenous people died during and after these experiences. The researchers argued that white people had to be protected from Indian “reservoirs” and “vectors” of diseases like tuberculosis!! Researchers found a terrible “state of malnutrition” leading to general apathy, slowness, inertia and premature ageing. 

Indigenous were to be lead away from racial indolent habits caused by their easy means of feeding themselves by hunting and fishing. Moore, in a 1941 article, said that, because “the Indian” has the “psychology of a child,” researchers should not tell them about the research. 

Studies were made possible by their access to deliberately starved children through being made wards of the state. “Controls” and experimental subjects were set up of children that were deprived for two to five years of nutritionally inadequate diets and denied dental care to create anemia.

The Ahiarmiut of Ennadai Lake “experimentally” were relocated to isolated animal-less areas without their consent. Hunger, starvation, and misery killed many of them. Indian Affairs Robert Phillips wrote to the Deputy Minister in 1955 that it was useful for the Department to “think of 9,000 Eskimos as a laboratory experiment and give the imagination full rein on what might be done to improve the culture.” We continue to be “experimental materials” and “laboratories” for scientific and social experimentation. They are part of a larger institutionalized and dehumanizing colonial racial ideology that continues to be Canada’s policies towards us. Though we developed most of the food eaten worldwide, we continue to be one of the most starved. Harper’s scam-the-Indians-and-get-a-commission right hand man left government to become a big cheese at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Dim warned AFN to run fast to the conference at the picnic folding table to negotiate “constructively’. This means “sign here!” Some corporate Injun mouthpieces with forked tongues are being picked who will sign quickly, listen to government advisers and talk for us.

Corruption needs corporate control of spiritual, moral and mental decay. The greedy band and tribal councils and their accomplices are a major part of the corporate grid to steal our resources and funds and undermine our nations. They create and pit factions against each other, stir up conflicts, confusion and make unilateral decisions from which there is no appeal. We are not told or misinformed about what’s going on. Non-native outside business interests are brought in to stand behind willing community members to compromise and abuse our sovereignty. These corporate Injun degenerates rely on illicit favors for personal gain, called “kickbacks”. Included are gifts, money, sexual favors, off shore bank accounts, entertainment, dishonest employment, preferential treatment and benefits for themselves and their immediate family. Their crimes and misconduct are overlooked as long as they faithfully bow before their puppet master. Bribery makes them susceptible to blackmail and extortion. The corporate media could bring charges or to public light if necessary. Band councils make overt or benign threats with impunity, such as withholding services, benefits and other entitlements from the people.   

These Immoral corporate Injun chiefs contribute to the decline in moral and ethical standards of the community. Dishonesty spreads. We could be seen as corrupt by association or letting it go on. We cannot easily exercise the moral foundation of the Kaianerekowa to maintain our power and to command respect. 

When these lackeys get away with abuse, the message is that it’s okay to be cruel. When one does something wrong, it becomes easier to do another wrong. The humane behavior of honest people is constantly undermined. By not stopping these corporate Injun concentration camp wardens from violating us, the decline of our nation’s moral values and ethical standards will continue. 

The colonial strategy is to strengthen their low-life Injun sell-outs to continue being morally destructive. They are given a smooth well-honed honey-covered script. The corporate hierarchical system can only stay in power when we don’t object. Otherwise we are part of it. Soon no one will listen to our voices. There are many with souls and decency who condemn this evil.

BABY INDIAN ACT

MNN. MAY 5, 2013. Prime Minister Harper is controlled by the globalists. He does not represent the Canadian people. [See link below]. He announced that Canadian sovereignty will be dismantled (Canada is not sovereign, it’s a corporate entity). He is bringing about a corporate hostile takeover bid by the bankers to bring Canada under global governance. He thinks this move will allow him to spread around our ever growing $80 trillion Indian Trust Fund, to the globalist cabal.

Resistance is the inevitable answer to the political, economic, social genocide program of the Corporation of Canada. How strong are we? We would stand together to protect each other. Except for those treasonous corporate Injuns who owe their positions and wealth to serving their masters. Some of the puppet organizations being set up like the “Iroquois Caucus” to mimic the Iroquois Confederacy are a springboard to subversion. They are illegally signing away everything. 

We are unified by our ties to our mother, Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island, to carry out our instructions to stop theft and desecration of us and our mother.  

Powerful commercial multinational interests pour money into their Indian tribal and band council agents. Prime Minister Harper is trying to form an ‘Indian’ government that will be in charge of us and our resources as part of the military and foreign policy strategy.  

The corporate Injuns job is to slow down any political resistance by discouraging, confusing us and telling on us. They are the enemy within who declare support for our struggle for freedom and then by secret devious means, serve and promote the imperial interests. The corporation of Canada needs them to sign away our rights, resources and destiny. The enemy within for Canadians, is Harper himself.The traditional womens’ fire of our communities can remove them immediately and replace them with a true grassroots Indigenous body.
