One day in 1975 while I was sitting at my desk in Indian Affairs, Harry Chapman, the Registrar, showed me a secret Band Council Resolution BCR initiated by Chief Andrew Delisle and the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK. Everyone in Kahnawake would have their Indian status extinquished. The community would become a taxable municipality, open to development and condos for non-Ongwehonwe. Most Ongwehonwe could not afford to live here and would have to leave. MCK Inc. had put a monetary value of $600 million on Kahnawake. If there was no opposition to the BCR within 40 days, it would go into effect.

Kahnawake is on the St. Lawrence River across from Montreal. Traffic from the West has to go through our community. I live within the half mile area between CP Rail, major highways and the St. Lawrence Seaway. This is the only community where the Seaway cuts through the middle of he community. Goods from the interior of North America have to go through here by ship, rail or truck.

MCK was trained on how to deal with us. I was taught these tactics when I worked at Indian Affairs for 20 years. They sit behind a table at the front and declare everything is a secret. Some mouthpieces derail the audience regularly. They answer no questions. The agenda is restricted.

At the meeting of 30 people on December 2, out of over 10,000 residents, we were told about their instructions from the CROWN. They could not give us any details for fear that Canada would walk away from the table! We would be forced into their Admiralty court system where we would surely lose. Actually, this genocide attempt belongs in the international Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, which is not an Admiralty court.

We are being told that we are going to be moved to land where we have no Kahnion’ke:haka interest. Our interest in the Seigneury tract would be removed. The MCK has already received about $5 million from Canada to get us to sign off on the Seigneury. Chateauguay, St. Constant, Delson, LaPrairie and the others have expressed an interest in joining us and create a new wampum based relationship. MCK said, “Three places are available for us to resettle on, with tax exemption” until the CROWN decides otherwise. Since it might be on Algonquin land, according to our custom, it must have an Algonquin name. If there is resistance from us, force is threatened. Video: This happened in Kitimat BC.

The media has always given us bad press to turn public sentiment away from our favor. When the time comes, nobody will help us, they hope. The current evictions issue is a smoke screen. We have been deliberately divided.  It has made everybody quiet, afraid to speak out for fear of being attacked and bullied. All community workers can’t voice their opposition for fear of losing their jobs or being reprimanded institutionally or publicly. Same old. Same old. Starve us into submission!

The MCK sat up this scenario. The main issue is about taking the Mohawk interest off 55,000 acres on the south shore so goods can be moved from the interior of the continent for international trade without any Mohawk presence. We have been right here going on five suns. That’s why we’ve been placed here. It’s our job! Not theirs!

Admiralty law of the seas puts a dollar value on everything. In the 1700s the bankers invented Admiralty law to settle trade disputes on the open seas, where no law of the land applies. It is strictly for money, corporations and banks.

When people are sent a summons to attend an Admiralty court, it is an invitation to attend their place of business, that is all. The judge is the captain of the ship. When you step through the gate you have entered the ship, you have given him the right to decide how much money you will give to them. It’s invalid if you are forced into the procedure. If no plea is entered, you will be illegally held for a short time only, since its a human rights violation.

Bench comes from the Latin, “banco”, meaning bank. The Judge is the banker. In their language called “legalese”, the judge sits behind the bench reading the list in the court docket, which is all in capital letters. He asks, “Are you JASON SMITH?” If you answer, “Yes, I am”, you have agreed to represent the corporate identity they created for you.

She:kon. Small groups of individuals have been empowered by the colonizers to act as imposters. They are fraudulently representing the Ongwehonwe. They are secretly “negotiating” agreements on behalf of our People and our future generations. They are trying to relinquish our land, title and birthright. The plan for 45,000 acres of Kanionkehaka territory called the “Seigneury of Sault St. Louis” is to make it into CROWN Vatican land. We will be forced onto a reservation in our neighbor’s territory. It will be for the use of INDIAN people until the CROWN determines otherwise.

It is a temporary privilege. The plan is that Indian Affairs will be no more because there will be no more Ongwehonwe. The corporate INDIAN band council will become mayors and city or town councilors. We will be given a taxable Certificate of Possession to build our houses on, which is temporary on CROWN lands. The CROWN theft of our land will be complete, as per the 1924 Indian Advancement Act by Duncan Campbell Scott, to be rid of the “INDIAN problem”.

I am making this objection because I am calling on Ongwehonwe to stand together, to keep our arrows bound together, no matter where we reside on Onowaregeh. Take the money for yourself and your family.” With the band council proposal to give us money for Kahnawake and the Mohawk interest in the Seigneury, and remove us away from the route of the pipeline, they appear to have bought into the economic hit man program.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake are using the traditional economic hit man approach on us – Bribe us. If we don’t take the money, then bring in the military. They had a meeting with us to say they had a meeting. Now they think they can sign away our land and remove us. The hit men’s job is to remove the final impediments to the CROWN’s theft . Those who don’t fit in have already been driven out.

We Mohawks are on the path of the cross-Canada pipeline. They know that they can’t get it through Kahnawake. So get rid of the fighters.

Kahnawake is not a reserve nor CROWN land. It is the unceded original Ongwehone territory of Kanienkeh. We the Rotinoshonni can’t relinquish our title. MNN. Dec. 2, 2014. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is calling for a one-day community consultation on the supposed loss of the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis SSSL by the Mohawks of Kahnawake. It was not lost. We always knew where it was! We are not the intruders. Yet we are being asked if we want to stay on our homeland. To ask that question means they know it’s ours. Discussion is being restricted to accepting the loss of our lands, whether it’s possible for its return and will we be removed.

These remarks are those of elders who are of like minds, based on our teachings before the coming of the colonizers.

The band council framed the question as though we are accepting the loss of our land. It can’t be returned to us, as it’s already ours. We can’t give up something that belongs to our children. it’s our duty and responsibility to protect the birthright of our children for their free use and right to our homeland.

This international issue must include all Rotinoshonni. SSSL is part of Kanienkehaka, “people of the flint”, which is part of the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois Confederacy, the 49 families of the Confederacy and our friends and allies. The entire area is Kanienkeh. All of our brothers and sisters should be reminded that our lands are not for sale. We continue to adhere to those teachings.

The issue is the illegitimate occupation of non-Ongwehonwe communities on 45,000 acres of a small portion of our massive land tract. The Canadian government is responsible for the centuries of use of our land and resources, disrupting our way of life and the existing problems we have had to endure. How can the non-Ongwehonwe make this up to us? Are those who wish to remain going to cooperate with us? Do the occupiers want to stay or leave? Do they want to live under a council of our People?

Do they wish to follow our law and live in peace with the Ongwehonwe or not? Those settlers who wish to remain must live according to the Kaianerehkowa. Those who do not must vacate and reside among those of like minds. The MCK, an arm of Quebec and Canada, may join us or leave with those who don’t want to comply.

The “legal fiction” is that in 1680 French King Louis XIV gave our land to the Jesuits. In 1762 General Gage of the British military dispossessed them and affirmed the land is that of the Iroquois, their friends and allies.

On October 25, 1924, the colony of Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a POW camp. Now they want to relocate us. We are here to stay! The settlers who are on the Seigneury will compensate us as they did before the genocidal event of 1924.

The whole economy of US and Canada is based on them continuing the lie that our land can be monetized. As soon as we agree to this fraud, the bankers win. This meeting is meant to put a dollar value on our land. We refuse to participate in this illegal scam.

We are here to stir up your minds. As Charlie Pride says: “Oh, the snakes crawl at night. That’s what they say. When the sun goes down, then the snakes will play”.

Harper is beefing up Bill C-44, the CSIS secret police act, using Hitler’s Enabling Act as the model. Harper calls it the protection of Canada from terrorists act. He will enhance surveillance powers “to more effectively investigate threats to the security of Canada” and disclosure of informants’ identities of those Canadians already on a watch list to combat radicalization.

On March 23, 1933, the newly elected members of the German Parliament (the Reichstag) passed Hitler’s Enabling Act, called the “Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich”. Democracy was ended in Germany and Hitler’s dictatorship was established.

Nazis had caused ‘distress’ to create a crisis atmosphere that made the law “necessary” to restore order. The Reichstag was burnt down to cause panic and outrage, blaming his enemies. An uprising began.  Harper introduced his act just as a gunman launched a false flag in Ottawa on October 22, 2014.

During the vote, the storm troopers stood in the hallways and aisles where the voting took place, chanting, “Full powers – or else!” Hitler spoke to the Reichstag pledging to use these powers only when essential to carry out vitally necessary measures. He needed a two-thirds majority to alter the German constitution. Non-Nazis supported him after he promised to restore some basic rights he had taken away by decree.

The vote was 441 for, 84, against. The Nazis leapt to their feet clapping, stamping and shouting, then broke into the Nazi anthem. Hitler and his corporate financiers successfully tore down the German Democratic Republic legally and ended democracy, leading to a complete Nazi takeover. The Reichstag became merely a sounding board, a cheering section for Hitler’s pronouncements.

Currently the oligarchs are well advanced in their plan to control the globe through corporate “trade treaties”. President Obama is setting up panels of international corporations to override national laws and the rights and protections of workers, consumers and investors worldwide.

Those who accept the Great Peace are the new Indians and are required to help us Ongwehonwe spread the peace and protect Mother Earth, the only way to heal Nazism.

PROFOUND PIPELINE SPEECH

MNN. Nov. 27, 2014. In 1976 the MNN editor was working at Indian Affairs in Ottawa. One evening I was working late. A man came to see me. He spoke about 24-year old Nelson Small Legs Jr., who had appeared at the Berger Commission on the MacKenzie Valley Pipeline. His appearance was pivotal in stopping its construction. Two days later he apparently committed suicide. His father told me he was murdered. He gave me details that he had given to the RCMP, which were ignored in their report.

I wrote a personal letter to the RCMP requesting a re-examination of the Nelson Small Legs Jr. case. Several months passed. One day a soldier from the Department of Defense came to my office in Indian Affairs. “How did you know all that about the death of Nelson Small Legs Jr.?” he asked. He then admitted that it was not a suicide but the RCMP report would not be changed.

Then the soldier said he wanted to show me something on the 14th floor. It was a black wall with a black almost invisible door that he opened into a dark room. All the windows were covered with black drapes. Inside was a large round table covered by a green cloth. He pulled it off to reveal a huge map of Canada. Green, yellow and red flags were pinned to each Ongwehonwe community. Most of the red were in the east along the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario and a few in the Northwest. He showed me the walls covered with computers and charts. “These are for emergencies!” he told me. In fact, It was the “war room” for the 500-year war called colonialism.

After the 1990 Mohawk Oka Crisis, I went to Ottawa and looked up to the 14th floor. The windows on the north side were still darkened. I recalled Judge Berger’s final words in his report, “The North is a Native homeland, not simply a frontier for the federal government”.

The war continues. The spirit of Burnaby Mountain BC has awoken the people connected to the earth. We wonder when the corpo cops will take their plastic boots off and touch their bare feet onto the ground so they hear and feel the messages she is sending to all living things.

Today Jimi Hendrix would have turned 72, had he not been murdered.He reminds us of our connections to the natural world: “While I realize that I’ve been hypnotized, I love your gypsy eyes”.

They became of one mind that the CROWN/Vatican should be charged and forced to answer for the crime of genocide before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC headed by Chief Judge Murray Sinclair, has already gathered evidence and proven the crime of genocide. He announced his Commission has no mandate to charge the CROWN, only to provide the truth of what happened, and to develop a reconciliation strategy. Since he cannot charge the CROWN, all his evidence on behalf of the 80,000 murdered Onkwehonwe children can be taken and filed.

The law of Onowaregeh is the Great Peace/Kaianerekowa. No Admiralty statute has any jurisdiction over us on Onowaregeh. Only the Guswenth/Two Row Wampum is the basis of all of our interaction. The corporations’ only basis for their claim on our land are the Doctrines of Discovery, terra nullius, etc. which are legal fiction. These doctrines have been condemned as socially unjust, racist and in violation of basic and fundamental human rights. These papal bulls have been the basis of the murders of 150 million Ongwehonwe in the Western Hemisphere.

As everybody knows, anything based on a lie is a lie. Admiralty Law [CROWN law] is for banks and corporations. We Rotinoshonni are the ongwehonwe of the land. We are not a corporation and not a bank. It is illegal to trade our land for money. All Admiralty [CROWN] statutes are based on this lie.

On October 25, 1924, the genocidal Indian Lands Acts were imposed upon us by the CROWN colony of Canada. They were to be deemed as binding on the provinces as if they were acts of the legislatures. They are by-laws of the corporation [CROWN]. At this time ‘reserves’ were set up forcing the ‘Indians’ into captivity. Then they snatched our children and inserted them into their residential school death camps. The Palestinians can expect a version of the residential school holocaust to be imposed upon them. We are going to stop this from happening to anyone else ever.

Background: In 324 AD Emperor Constantine of the Roman Empire set up Christianity as the official religion of the empire. The capital of Rome was Constantinople and the capital of the church was Kiev Russia. In 910 five hundred priests broke away from the Christian Church and set up their syndicate in Rome Italy at the Vatican. They called their new religion “Roman Catholicism”. The monarchs of Western Europe were behind the creation and day-to-day operations of the corporate entity, the CROWN/Vatican. Each monarch had a turn to place their Pope in the Vatican for life. Roman Catholicism is “corporatism”. All corporations get their ISO number from the Vatican. Canada is ISO #1366-2:CA 1867 and USA is ISO #3166-2:US Feb. 21, 1871. The CROWN/ [Vatican] is listed as the majority shareholder in both of these corporations.

Through Admiralty Law all admiralty courts are also private corporations owned by the CROWN. All Canadian, US and British courts are Admiralty courts. There is no way for us to get a fair hearing in any Admiralty court because the owners of the courts are guilty of the genocide that we are charging them with.

The Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague was set up in 1899 by Tsar Nicholas II of Russia as the first international court for world peace. It is not an Admiralty court. It is designed for cases like ours. He and previous Tsars saw the genocide occurring in the Western Hemisphere due to the Catholic Bulls. Russia was never a part of the Western Hemisphere genocide. Let us all stand together as one earth family, the roots going in all directions, plant a tree of peace and bury all the weapons of war.

MNN. Nov. 10, 2014. War is the bankers’ favorite theatre. November 11th is a celebration of war. The bankers and government get the day off. Everyone else works. Commemorations are televised of the past and present bloodletting. The bagpipes blare. Why do Scottish clad men marching with bagpipes symbolize Canada in national or state memorials? People buy poppies from kids, to keep war going. Recent alleged killing of two soldiers and the gunfight on Parliament Hill were timed for effect. War is sold by the warmongers by honoring those who have been murdered. Remembrance Day is the biggest propaganda campaign for the continuance of World War I. The killing fields in Europe ended but war continued.

There never has been a reason for Canada to be in any war. The Queens Privy Council and her appointed actors run the show in the colony of Canada disguised as a democracy. Their corporate entities, such as the band councils, run all business.

The first world peace agreement was signed in Montreal by us and France in 1701. In 1710 the Iroquois Confederacy sent four chiefs to the first world peace conference in London. Then we tried again in 1923. The Iroquois Confederacy sent Deskahe to the League of Nations to teach the Great Peace to stop all war. He was sponsored by eight sovereign nations, including Iran. Britain blocked every attempt for a year and a half every time it was his turn to speak. He was blocked from entering Canada by bloodline agent, Duncan Campbell Scott. He was subsequently murdered by agents of the crown and never allowed to return to his home at Six Nations.

MNN. Nov. 4, 2014. Rev. Kevin Annett, a non-Indian, and his followers are nullifying Canada and proclaiming the “Republic of Kanata” on January 1, 2015, in Winnipeg. It will be on all our unsurrendered Indigenous land known as “Canada”. The Iroquois Confederacy symbolism is being used without our permission, such as the Tree of Peace with the Eagle at the top and the roots spreading in the four directions. He is going to nationalize our land, restrict ownership to 160 acres each, establish a citizen’s militia, lower the voting age to 16 and abolish income tax.

Kaianerekowa: Wampum 45 provides that the Women are the progenitors of the Nation. They own the land and soil. 

Rev. Annett did not ask us for permission to set up their new corporation or republic. He is recruiting settlers to join a new corporation or rogue state with a hierarchical corporate system. They do not plan to live by the law of the land, the Kaianerekowa, and the Guswentha.

This could be another attempt to usurp Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island. Only we are sovereign with all title and authority over Onowaregeh. Rev. Annett cannot legitimize himself by recruiting Indians to support his company to make it appear like he’s got Indigenous support. He can have authority only over those who give him their rights.  All traditional Indigenous nations in the Western Hemisphere adhere to the principles of the Great Peace. Those Indigenous who support him lose their claim to the land, Ongwehonweh name, clan and forfeit their birthright.

The Corporations of Canada and the US never resolved the issues of our land, which they know we can never give up. Hook and crook are the basis for their claims. Theft and murder have no statute of limitation in Kaianerekowa or Admiralty law.

A corporation has no authority beyond itself. It’s by-laws apply only to its employees. Onowaregeh is ours since time immemorial. We will protect our land and resources and stop another rogue state like this from continuing the genocide.
