They returned to ono’are:ekeh, Great Turtle Island, and the genocide continues.

In 1942 Joseph Stalin was presented with a present to remind him of our ancient alliance. It is in the Moscow State Museum of Contemporary Political history.

100 million onkwe’hon:weh were annihilated on orders of the Vatican. Russia never participated in the biggest holocaust in all humanity. They have announced that they are building an acknowledgement of the “North American Indian Holocaust”. It will stand next to the US Embassy in Moscow. Had they not stolen this they would not exist.

In this proposed acknowledgement by Russia, we want our view represented as those who continue to protect the kaia’nere:kowa, the Great Law of Peace, on this land. The Papal Bulls of the Vatican gave the impression that God gave them the right to get away with all crimes. The Jesuits worked with the British under the direction of the Vatican to carry out this holocaust, the biggest in all humanity. The corporations of US and Canada base their illegal existence on this act. The world has to acknowledge and act upon pressuring them to take full responsibility and right the wrongs they have committed. They must stop standing in the way of kaia’nereh:kowa flourishing throughout the world and establishing a true world peace.

MNN. Aug. 10, 2015. After meeting with Donald Trump, Joe “One-armed-Bandit” Norton, of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. told us, “Everything’s got to change”. He lost two referenda to put his casino in our community. The Donald and Joe decided to put it in the St. Lawrence River off Kahnawake.

Now his partner is running for President of the US. It looks like the Donald is behind the false face running Kahnawake, and eventually all of the Rotinoshonni communities in Canada and US.

Joe helps himself to our sovereignty and money to make himself and his outside friends into billionaires [Mohawk Internet Technology]. His name JOSEPH NORTON and his title are both owned outright by the corporation known as the CROWN.

He’s helping Canada steal everything we have: the economy that depends on our resources, justice to keep us out of the way, social issues to distract us, health care to keep us sick, foreign affair to lie to the world about us, defense to design deadly “INDIAN Details” to control us, governance to keep the bankers happy, our energy to sell to the highest bidder, environment to ruin our land, pipelines to carry away stolen oil and gas, military to protect their international partners and terrorism to try to scare us if we resist. Joe and other band councils are front men of this diabolical plan.

Joe never mentions the kaianerehkowa, the Great Peace, in any public statements. “Joke Norton” is trying to municipalize us, as per Canada’s 1924 business plan. He is implementing the final step in the genocide called CANADA. On October 14, 1998, he signed ten deadly agreements with Quebec to undermine us: to cover fiscal matters on consumer goods and services; tobacco, fuel and alcoholic beverages; transportation and user fees; economic development; administration of justice; registration of births, marriages and deaths; child care; police services; combat sports; and liquor permits. Joe signs with Quebec.

Joe puts a dollar value on everything. He pretends to represent us. Historically, in all Mohawk communities only 5% take part in the imposed European election system.

Chiefs: “$99 for me and $1 for the rest of the people! Just like our mentors!”

In 1979 he got someone to put forward a fake resolution to return Kahnawake to a traditional ”form” of government, not the real traditional government. He is trying to bring in “an extraordinary new process”! [What does that mean?]

Joe knows that every living thing on ono’ware:geh is ours, rocks, water, minerals, trees, oil gas and so on. Admiralty courts cannot make a declaration on this. Canada is not a country and has no constitution. Joe wants a nation-to-nation relationship with Quebec, which is a colony. He wants us to “cohabitate and share our resources with the colonial settlers, for the sake of our health, education and justice”.

Joe is the viper in the grass. He says the world wants to do business with us [him], to be like Trump, to earn funds in private enterprise to pay our bills. Macleans magazine declared him to be the most influential INDIAN owned by the corporation of Canada. Joe wants to be like the crooks that taught him about capitalism. He falsely assumes that we all want to be just like them.

Joe Norton’s dictatorial laws for Kahnawake are outside of the Admiralty rules he has signed up for. As Alice Cooper reminds us of the danger among us, “I wanna kiss you, but I want it too much (too much) I wanna taste you, but your lips are venomous poison. One look could kill (could kill), My pain, your thrill”.

As you have been previously alerted by our ahserakowa of kanekotah, thahoketoteh, we write today to remind you of the order you are under. You have a copy of Captain General Sir Frederick Haldimand’s order he left for you. We provide you another.

Halidmand Proclamation 1784 making Kanekotah the only UK military protectorate for the Mohawks in the world.

This issue has now come before the Iroquois Confederate Council. We put you on notice of your legal requirement to follow military law and do as your General ordered in 1784. “Due to the early attachment of the Mohawks and the loss of their settlements in the American states”, “we have purchased a tract of land, six miles from each side of the Grand River, starting at Lake Erie and extending in that proportion to the head of said river, which them and their posterity shall enjoy forever”.

You are legally required to follow this order. Due to the colonial settlerism issues, we require your physical presence in kanekotah when we move to our tract. We would like to do this in June 2015.

Your house in kanekota is waiting for you.

The Canadian courts have neglected this Royal Proclamation. It is a Royal Proclamation because of the title “Captain General”. We now come to you with one mind and demand your protection for our people.

In 1947 the British Army built a mansion you can occupy in the Hamlet of Hornings Mills, kanekotah. I forward you a copy of the Royal Proclamation from the Captain General, Sir Frederick Halidmand, and the survey we had done at the Queen’s Printer of Ontario. The British have already set the precedent on this legality when they invaded Palestine to create Israel in 1947. They claimed their legality through the Balfour Declaration, which is not really a royal proclamation since it was not signed by a Captain General or a King. These are the only entities that can make a royal proclamation. Now the British Army must carry out their legal requirements and protect 6 miles from the source of the Grand River, as per the attached survey we have done by the Queens Printer of Ontario. [map].

We require physical signs everywhere to indicate that people are entering a British military protectorate under the laws of the Kaia’nere:kowa.

MNN. Nov. 20, 2014. At a recent meeting the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois discussed the residential school holocaust perpetrated on us by the CROWN/Vatican. They became of one mind that the CROWN/Vatican should be charged and forced to answer for the crime of genocide before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

Nowhere to go! No rock to hide under!

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC headed by Chief Judge Murray Sinclair, has already gathered evidence and proven the crime of genocide. He announced his Commission has no mandate to charge the CROWN, only to provide the truth of what happened, and to develop a reconciliation strategy. Since he cannot charge the CROWN, all his evidence on behalf of the 80,000 murdered Onkwehonwe children can be taken and filed.

The law of Onowaregeh is the Great Peace/Kaianerekowa. No Admiralty statute has any jurisdiction over us on Onowaregeh. Only the Guswenth/Two Row Wampum is the basis of all of our interaction. The corporations’ only basis for their claim on our land are the Doctrines of Discovery, terra nullius, etc. which are legal fiction. These doctrines have been condemned as socially unjust, racist and in violation of basic and fundamental human rights. These papal bulls have been the basis of the murders of 150 million Ongwehonwe in the Western Hemisphere.

As everybody knows, anything based on a lie is a lie. Admiralty Law [CROWN law] is for banks and corporations. We Rotinoshonni are the ongwehonwe of the land. We are not a corporation and not a bank. It is illegal to trade our land for money. All Admiralty [CROWN] statutes are based on this lie.

On October 25, 1924, the genocidal Indian Lands Acts were imposed upon us by the CROWN colony of Canada. They were to be deemed as binding on the provinces as if they were acts of the legislatures. They are by-laws of the corporation [CROWN]. At this time ‘reserves’ were set up forcing the ‘Indians’ into captivity. Then they snatched our children and inserted them into their residential school death camps. The Palestinians can expect a version of the residential school holocaust to be imposed upon them. We are going to stop this from happening to anyone else ever.

Background: In 324 AD Emperor Constantine of the Roman Empire set up Christianity as the official religion of the empire. The capital of Rome was Constantinople and the capital of the church was Kiev Russia. In 910 five hundred priests broke away from the Christian Church and set up their syndicate in Rome Italy at the Vatican. They called their new religion “Roman Catholicism”. The monarchs of Western Europe were behind the creation and day-to-day operations of the corporate entity, the CROWN/Vatican. Each monarch had a turn to place their Pope in the Vatican for life. Roman Catholicism is “corporatism”. All corporations get their ISO number from the Vatican. Canada is ISO #1366-2:CA 1867 and USA is ISO #3166-2:US Feb. 21, 1871. The CROWN/ [Vatican] is listed as the majority shareholder in both of these corporations.

Through Admiralty Law all admiralty courts are also private corporations owned by the CROWN. All Canadian, US and British courts are Admiralty courts. There is no way for us to get a fair hearing in any Admiralty court because the owners of the courts are guilty of the genocide that we are charging them with.

Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague. Not Admiralty CROWN Court.

The Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague was set up in 1899 by Tsar Nicholas II of Russia as the first international court for world peace. It is not an Admiralty court. It is designed for cases like ours. He and previous Tsars saw the genocide occurring in the Western Hemisphere due to the Catholic Bulls. Russia was never a part of the Western Hemisphere genocide. Let us all stand together as one earth family, the roots going in all directions, plant a tree of peace and bury all the weapons of war.

And so become yourself because the past is just a good-bye. Teach your children well, their father’s hell did slowly go by, and feed them on your dreams, the one they fix, the one you’ll know by. COMPLEX ART OF PEACEMAKING

“According to Haudenosaunee stories, a male child was born whose destiny was to address the condition of continuous warfare. The story of this man, who would come to be called the Peacemaker, gave form and substance to a kind of revolution in thinking.

In that time, people fought wars with clubs, traps, and bows and arrows. These were not what we today call weapons of mass destruction, but a solid club wielded by a skilled warrior was a terrifying weapon.

Any effort to seek peace had to be practical. In the days prior to the invention of states–just like in this current so-called age of terrorism–no one had the power to assure that everyone would stop the violence. There was an attention to practice, to how to make promises to one another that would be kept.

Under the Peacemaker’s guidance, the Haudenosaunee people developed a protocol to be followed when enemies first come together under a temporary truce. The protocol begins with a “condolence,” a short ceremony in which the two parties acknowledge each other’s humanity and the losses and sacrifices that each had suffered. The two parties would meet in the middle of the forest, and one side would say to the other something like this:

“We’ve been engaged in combat, and you’ve come out of the forest, and you’re covered in the bracken of the forest; we see that on your clothing.”

“So the first thing we do is we brush your clothing off, and clean off all the stuff that shows that you’ve been in a war.”

The next thing they do is they brush off the bench that the man is going to sit on, and make it clean and ready.

One side passes strings of wampum to the other, each string carrying a pre-set message. Your enemy then acknowledges these messages by repeating them back to you. They say things like this:

“With this wampum, I release the pressure in your chest. You’re feeling tight in your body from the struggle, so I release you from that,”

“With this one, I remove the tears from your eyes that you’ve been crying because of the people you lost in war.”

“And with this one, I release your vocal cords. I release your voice so you can speak strongly.”

They are addressing the conditions that can extend the truce. The first goal is to stop the fighting; a truce is not peace, but it is a small step in that direction.

The peacemaking process begins with some principles, one of which is symbolized by images of people casting weapons beneath a tree and burying them. This is, of course, entirely symbolic, just like modern disarmament is entirely symbolic, since you can always go out and buy more weapons. Likewise, the Indians could always go home and whittle more weapons, and in any case, they couldn’t give up weapons entirely because they depended on them for hunting and food gathering. So when they say they are putting the weapons of war under the tree, this is symbolic language meaning that they are not going to use them on each other anymore.

The second principle can be summarized in this statement: We are now going to put our minds together to create peace. The focus is on a desirable outcome that benefits everyone. One of the most famous quotations from Indians is from Sitting Bull: “Now let us put our minds together to see what kind of world we can leave for our children.” And another is out of the Haudenosaunee tradition now known as The Great Law of Peace: “Now we put our minds together to see what kind of world we can create for the seventh generation yet unborn.” Both of these are pragmatic constructions; both are about envisioning a desirable outcome and then negotiating the steps to go from here to the outcome that you want.”

MOHAWK ACTION FILED IN COLONIAL COURT AGAINST IROQUOIS CONFEDERACY

MOHAWK ACTION FILED IN COLONIAL COURT AGAINST IROQUOIS CONFEDERACYMNN. Feb. 18, 2007. A $4.3 trillion Notice of Action was filed Monday morning in Brantford at the Supreme Court by a group calling themselves “stewards of the Haldimand Treaty”. There is no such treaty. It is against those individuals and political organizations who they think are undermining the authority of the “Mohawk Nation of Grand River”, which also does not exist. We are a nation and Grand River is one of our communities.A national meeting of the Mohawk Nation is where these people can discuss their concerns. The colonial courts have no jurisdiction over this matter. It is violation of the Two Row Wampum and Silver Covenant Chain.Canada should disregard these people. They have gone outside the Mohawk Nation and Six Nations Confederacy. They have alienated themselves. In the Great Law it says if the Confederacy sees that individuals are confused, they have a duty to bring them back into the circle By going to this foreign court they have gone astray. As soon as they have come back and use the law, we will resolve these problems.The Haldimand Tract of 1794 was not “granted by King George III to the Mohawk Nation”. Nobody can grant us our own land. It is a promise of protection from all encroachment of our people who live on the Tract. The Tract is part of the vast Six Nations land. The “Mohawks of Grand River” are part of the greater Mohawk Nation. We, the Kanionkehaka/Mohawk are the “eastern doorkeepers” of Turtle Island, from as far east as Sorel of so-called Quebec, all the way out to the Grand River territory, all the way down to south of Albany, New Hampshire and Vermont.The British did not keep their promises. In 1924 Canada attacked, threw out the Confederacy Chiefs and installed the illegal “Indian Act” band council system. The Mohawk have not been left out of “present and past land dealings with the Crown and with the Canadian and provincial governments”. Canada and the Indian Act band council have disregarded us. When anyone joins the “Indian Act”, they give up their birthright. Those Kanionshoni’onwe who decide to follow the colonial way can only take their bodies with them. The land, names and birthright remains with the people. Mohawk Confederacy Chief Alan McNaughton sits on the Chiefs Council who receives the concerns of our Nation. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy is on track. Such an internal matter doesn’t belong in the Canadian court system to be decided by a colonial judge. This violates the Six Nations constitution, the Kaianereh’kowa. They are welcome to attend meetings. The “fire” is the voice of our people. We have a peoples’ fire, a council fire, a clan fire, a women’s fire, a men’s fire and the chief’s council fire where our voices can be heard. Everyone has a responsibility to place their ideas into the discussions. The Mohawks and other Six Nations too want a complete restoration of the original Confederacy and the Kaianereh’kowa. Many of our nations are attending Confederacy Chiefs meetings to unify our people. Our birthright and our freedom to travel throughout our homeland without inference is our foremost concern. We are an intelligent people. We have our instructions to follow. We are working to preserve our constitution and trying to live it. We are working towards being the people we were meant to be. Those few men who sit on those long house benches do not have all the answers. If they did, the Kaianereh’kowa would never have prescribed any duties to the clan mothers, the women’s council, men’s council or the clan council. These fires have been rekindled. We have to be responsible. We support the men on the Confederacy Chiefs’ Council. The Rotiyaner/chiefs are trying to do a big job, to guide us to do our work. No free egalitarian truly democratic nation in the world can put all the weight on the shoulders of their leaders. We have to work with them, support them, advise them and help them stand up for our constitution. This is how our nation will continue to exist. As we always say, the door of the longhouse is always open for anyone to find their way inside. No on can sell or give away our land. Any land of the Rotinonhsonni’onwe involves the whole Confederacy. If any of the nations no longer want to retain their territory, then it reverts to those remaining nations who continue to adhere to the Kaianereh’kowa. Kanionshoni’onwe means that the house belongs to those who follow the ways of the longhouse. As long as we adhere to our law, we remain the title holders to the land. Canada continues to fraudulently create sales of our land. They are proving once again that they never can legally claim what belongs to us. All they can do is to continually steal from us. These individuals have taken internal issues of the nation and the Confederacy to a foreign court. We remind the foreign court that it has no jurisdiction to entertain this matter. It is out of their jurisdiction. No nation has a right to judge another nation. Canada, we remind you that there is a law that governs all people that must be respected, our laws, your laws and international law. Leave this matter to the appropriate authorities, which would be the Mohawk Nation and other Rotinonhsonni’onwe. Sovereignty is our birthright. Use it or lose it.
