MNN. Nov. 21, 2014. Prime Minister Harper’s anti-terror bill has created the new INDIANS who are Canadians that stand by the Ongwehonwe and the laws of creation. War has been declared to desecrate our land. Like the ongwehonwe, the natural people of Onowaregeh, they are being brutally beaten and arrested under corporate by-laws by corporate police for protesting the Kinder Morgan pipeline at Burnaby Mountain in British Columbia.

Those holding INDIAN cards have unknowingly signed under duress onto the corporate genocide program established for the INDIANS according to CROWN/Admiralty law. We are given corporate band and tribal enrolment numbers. The fictitious name INDIAN describes us in their corporate structure to force us into their Admiralty law structure. Admiralty court is for banks and corporations, always about money. They have turned us all into corporations through the issuance of birth certificates and all identification, always in capital letters to signify a corporation. that law is called” Capitus Dimunitio Maxima”. If we use the artificial name in their court, we have given them jurisdiction over us as people. Their summons is an invitation to attend their place of business. That is all! If you go, you have joined onto their system. Our allies on Burnaby Mountain should make no plea in Admiralty Court because they are following the law of the land under its protection.

The Lakota traditional council recently dealt with their artificial INDIANS by kicking them and their slimy TransCanada Pipeline cohorts out of the meeting. See the video below that shows them fleeing the Lakota meeting. The Lakota made a declaration of war against Canada and US over the pipeline. They said, “The next Indian war starts now!” Any Ongwehonwe and our allies who are illegally apprehended are Prisoners of War.

The allies supporting the Ongwehonwe at Burnaby Mountain B.C. are enforcing the law of the land. They are not acting under CROWN/Admiralty jurisdiction. When they are arrested and go to court, they are our allies who are under the protection of the Great Peace.

MNN. July 11, 2014. Regarding the INDIAN TRUST FUND, I’m not requesting anything that’s not mine. But I am demanding everything that is. The fund is more than $970 trillion. My share is at least $470 million. As a Mohawk woman, I have a duty to protect the people and the land. My authority comes from Kaianerekowa, Wampum 44, the law of the land of Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island.

Tomorrow it'll be 100%.

The Guswentha/Two Row Wampum Agreement gave the Europeans permission to live here. We taught them to sustain themselves and to never forget that this land and everything on it belongs to us. When Canada wanted independence, the Queen could not give what belongs to us. She reaffirmed the Two Row Agreement on her last two trips to Canada. We can never transfer this land on which we are naturally placed. The Europeans can make laws only for themselves.

The British took over the Dutch colony in 1684. After the Great Peace of Montreal in 1701 the British accepted the conditions of the Two Row Wampum in Albany in 1701. They came and settled in Kingston Ontario which consummated the agreement. The British wrote their own interpretation of the Two Row Agreement called the Beaver Hunting Ground Treaty and the Nanfan Treaty. They never published it to anyone but themselves. We have a copy.

The Two Row Agreement is that we shall be equal in our endeavors here on our land that we are caretakers of. No one shall be over another nor better. Perpetual peace shall prevail. The British and French wanted the Two Row Agreement to protect themselves from us.

The British agreed that everything they did with our land and our resources would be shared with us, 50-50. The Indian Trust Fund is now the largest trust fund in the world.

The settlers needed our permission to live in certain areas. They agreed to remain on that land only. Otherwise it reverts to the Nation. We can take any resources, trees, hunt and fish at anytime on our lands. They could not dig deeper than the depth of a plow. Our permission was needed to build a basement and a well.

The Indian Trust Fund and Two Row Wampum are still in play. We want recompense for every single thing that was illegally taken and converted into money, such as trees, rocks, minerals, oils, etc. since 1701. These settlers came from a society that uses currency which we now understand. We demand full payment. We never gave the settlers permission to put our share in trust. This scheme to steal our possessions was devised by declaring us as incompetent by the Corporation known as the Vatican.

We never sold or leased anything above and below the ground. This income is ongoing. Interest is accumulating daily. Our fund subsidizes universities, hospitals, railways, corporations, infrastructure, exploration, municipal, provincial and federal governments, etc. Canadians created money with our resources, never giving us anything, keeping us in abject poverty.

We Ongwehonwe were never asked our consent for any development or raping of our territories. All the families of the Iroquois Confederacy and our friends and allies have to agree to anything that is done to our land. Our chiefs and clan mothers were murdered to break our circles of authority. The head of our people was cut off so the body would die. The next day there were more chiefs and clan mothers. The people are the government. We will stand up and hold our arms tighter around the circle.

I and all our people on Great Turtle Island are owed our share of the total Indian Trust Fund from 1701. I am almost 75 years old. I was always told by my ancestors, “They can’t give the land back to us because it’s already ours”. The artificial creation called “title” is nothing more than a statute under their Admiralty Law which is for banks and corporations. It ‘s been proven to be based on the “Doctrine of Discovery” which is nothing more than “a legal fiction”. We are the inherent sovereigns of Great Turtle Island. We will receive half of everything they created from our land and resources. I wish to be cashed out of the Trust Fund.

ERRANT CHIEFS

They shall be warned three times in open Council: first by the women relatives, second by the men relatives, and finally by the chiefs of the Nation to which they belong.  For continuing to submit to foreign laws, such as the Indian Act and Federal Indian Law, the chiefs forfeit their birthright. Wampum 25.

MNN. FEB. 10, 2014. The hierarchal charade is ending. Looks like Canada is joining the US and UN control grid [Agenda 21]. Lawyers for the Corporation of Canada are fleeing and saying in effect, “Let’s get out now while the going is good. We’ll join Piper, the international law firm, run out of the UN. We can help make laws for the bankers worldwide. We already have our stolen money in off-shore accounts so no one can touch it”.

The first law firm to fold was home to prime ministers, supreme court justices and federal and local politicians. Their job was to take the heat off the bankers. It’s first class on their own terms, they think. They’re trying to dictate the terms of their surrender.

We Indigenous are to remain fenced in by Indian Affairs and the Indian Act. Indian Affairs and RCMP are both divisions of the Canadian army.  

The corporation is dissolving. The shareholders are trying to steer the dissolution in their favor. We demand the list of the shareholders of the Corporation of Canada. We will charge them with genocide and theft of our ever growing $650 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The world wants to see this.

OWNER’S MANUAL

MNN. Jan. 3, 2014. Oneida comedian and American Indian Movement AIM advocate, Charlie Hill, left us with many great insights. He said that we Indigenous have the “owner’s manual” to Turtle Island. We can fix it because It’s ours. The Kiainerekowa, Great Law of Peace, is our owner’s manual. Our job is to pass along the peace to the rest of the people in the world. We lay out the white roots for people to find for themselves, to trace them to their source.

Dekanawida, the greatest teacher to ever come to this planet, taught each person how to figure out the path in their own mind. He knew we would never get it if he just told us everything. According to international law the true natural people of these territories must be consulted and give our consent.  The Corporation of Canada touts this theft as a “nation-building heist”.

We have to give our consent to develop pipelines, oil and gas projects, mines and electricity generation. They want to steal $650-billion worth of our resources in the next decade, which we never surrendered!

Indian Act corporate “Injuns” want a cut of the $12-billion stick-up. These shameless crooks gathered in Gatineau, Que. to scheme how they would help their corporate puppeteers carry out the trans-Canada highway robbery.

Since we own it all, they should wait for us to tell them if we will give them anything! We demand payment for everything they owe us. Nothing more will be taken until the debt is paid in full.

Former prime minister Paul Martin is pushing education. Before we talk, we want to ‘learn’ what they are doing with our ever-growing $600 trillion Indian Trust Fund. We are the fastest growing race in Canada. We refuse to be a slave labor pool for these gangsters who washed up on our shores bringing nothing with them except lies and diseases! If anyone needs education, it’s them! MNN. Aug. 28, 2013. In the spring of 2005 the women of Akwesasne asked the men to fill council positions in the Turtle, Wolf and Bear clans. Bear and Wolf Clans each selected three men and the Turtle Clan selected one. During the next few years, they worked on establishing various businesses to help the people. 

In July 2011 to September 2012 the Three Feathers casino in Akwesasne was operated by the Longhouse people.

At 5.00 a.m. on December 18, 2012 Three Feathers was raided by US federal marshals, border patrol agents and Mohawk tribal police. Rorahkwiserake of the Wolf Clan was arrested at the business site on a US warrant using NYS Inc. gambling laws that are invalid in Akwesasne. Three men were named in indictments. Kahnieretiio of the Bear Clan was placed under house arrest and could not leave Akwesasne. Tony Laughing was also placed under house arrest with an ankle bracelet. Bail [ransom] of $50,000 was set for Rorahkwiserake of the Wolf Clan who remains in a Plattsburgh NY prison. leg bracelet

On December 28 2012 the Six Nations Rotiskenrakehte/Men received the issue. Six Nations Counsel of Chiefs, Tekarihoken Royaner, offered his clan family support. Kanenhariyo, on formal loan from the Turtle Clan, became temporary Ayonwes [War Chief]. 

The Two Row Wampum agreement gave Europeans limited rights to live on our land. They are bound to return any of our people who may be in violation to be judged by our people. We must also return their prisoners to them. [Two Row Wampum, Great Law of Peace and Great Peace of Montreal 1701.] Ignorance of the law is  no excuse.

The Mohawk/Kanionkehaka are the northern “Keepers of the Eastern Door” of the Iroquois Confederacy. We are the enforcers of the Great Peace and protect our people, territory and waterways. The charges by the foreign corporations of the United States, New York State, US federal marshals, border patrols and Mohawk tribal police against our people are illegal. The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. is a foreign entity. The Kaianerekowa/Great Law of Peace is the only law of Onowaregeh. We never forfeited jurisdiction over ourselves, our land and resources to foreign entities incorporated under the Admiralty law of the seas. We have a rightful duty to resist. 

These principles are affirmed in the US Constitution, British North America Act; the international Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide, United Nations Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and other international legal instruments that the US and Canada have signed. 

General Assembly Resolution 1541 [XV] requires the informed consent of the people before they are included in another state; the international Court of Justice affirmed this in the Western Sahara case; and the Indigenous people never consented to be part of the US and Canada.  

All individual or foreign entities wishing to discuss issues with us must go through proper protocol, which is the US President and Queen Elizabeth, who represents the occupiers.    

This illegal interference in Indigenous trade and commerce will end. The Mohawks will resist illegality and affirm our inherent rights.akwe casino

MNN. June 24, 2013. Why did Kanienkehaka/Mohawk power break down? Our men were weakened by the deliberate social and political breakdown, alcoholism, war, poor physical and mental health, teachings of pacifism, movement restrictions, loss of lands and economic rights. Traditionally Haudenosaunee women speak out and question everything.  We are the inherent holders of the land for the coming generations. We create peace by regulating war. None can be called until the women try three times to achieve a peaceful solution. We appoint the warriors, define the conflict and negotiate peace. When the newcomers realized that Haudenosaunee chiefs acted on the recommendations of the women based on the consensus of the people, they set out to break these power bonds. A policy was developed to deal with men only on land, political and trade issues.

The tie to the earth is through the women. The men protect these connections. The strong female role as the foundation of Haudenosaunee society was uprooted. The male dominated hierarchical system took its toll on all the people. The invaders are educated to not hear or see us. Women as the progenitors of the soil were forced by policy to be subservient to the men. will not reform

European men felt uneasy about dealing with women, especially in relation to land and resource holdings. Indigenous female power bonds were a major obstacle. The matrilocal communal land holding system was targeted for destruction. A new regime of land held by a few foreign bankers and corporate entities was set in place to conform to the European hierarchical world view. 

To oppress our women is to oppress all of us. The “She No Speak” colonial system is rigid, punitive, demeaning and self-deprecating towards women. We are not supposed to question male authority. 

Europeans broke the women’ power through non-native religious influence and the Indian Act and Federal Indian Law passed by the colonists. These violations of the rule of law forced us in a subservient position to our men in our relations with the colonists. The major underpinnings of Kanienkehaka sovereignty were undermined.  

she no speakWe survived a holocaust. Our views, duties and responsibilities do not need to be validated by their foreign  tribal and band council Injun accomplices. The balance between men and women is the ultimate reason we are still here and an important people today. As Aretha Franklin points out: “I get tired [just a little bit], keep on trying [just a little bit]” even though everybody knows who we are! “Respect”
