MNN. April 5, 2015. The St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Council Inc. is trying to lead their people like cattle to the slaughter house, using their MOU. The Tribe will be the first to get the steel bolt in the head and the meat hook that drags them away. Beverly Cook will hang and bleed out alone. “On May 28, 2014, the St. Regis Tribal Council Inc. SRMT announced that it has agreed to sell to New York State our long-standing claims to all original kanionkehaka [Mohawk] land for all time. SRMT is a Masonic New York State corporation illegally imposed upon the sovereign people of Akwesasne in 1892. They attend the Massena Lodge [their true longhouse]. This “trustee” system is meant to steal ongwehonwe territory and eradicate the Mohawk Nation.  It violates the convention on genocide.

kanionkehaka object to this colonial strategy derived from Papal Bulls that are illegal. NYS “Memorandum of Understanding” MOU eliminates our inherent title to 9.9 million acres. Such “federal trusts” are remnants of colonialism. The Tribe’s support from the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Inc., created by the corporation of Canada, is also part of the colonial assimilation strategy.

The Tribe admitted that NYS officials dictated the “settlement”. NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo threatened that this was their last chance to get a benefit! The INDIANS will be starved into submission, another old colonial strategy. He warned that the notorious City of Sherrill v. Oneida Indian Nation Inc. US Supreme Court case, would be used to eradicate our claims. The threat forced the Tribe to agree to the NYS drafted contract. Their fear of penalties affected their judgment, forcing them to abandoned their “lawful” fiduciary responsibility towards the people. They agreed to allow NYS to remove the kanionkehaka birthright and impose alien laws on us and our territory.

The Tribe claims to have the authority to extinguish all kanionkehaka birthright for all time, without consulting all kanionkehaka. They claim to be successors to the fraudulent treaty of the Seven Nations of Canada, which it seeks to enforce upon the kanionkehaka! No documents, resolutions or affirmations from the Seven Nations were produced (Algonquins, Nippissings, Kahnawakeronon, Oswegatchie, Hurons of Lorette, Abanakis of Odanak and Kanesatake Mohawks). As a NYS corporation the Tribe cannot qualify the rights of this entity nor enter into national agreements.

The Tribe’s “MOU” will use US federal trust to try to undermine the sovereignty, jurisdiction and land title of the kanionkehaka. There are no “benefits”. NYS will start collecting taxes from us and steal our land. This issue must go to a proper international court of dispute resolution such as the International Court of Arbitration in The Hague, a non-Admiralty court, designed to deal with this exact situation.

Tribal Trustee, Beverly Cook, at a Wolf Clan meeting on March 21/2015 urged us to bend to New York’s threats or “receive nothing”. She suggested the kanionkehaka start a separate claim using aboriginal title as a defense. All US courts are Admiralty, only for banks, corporations and contracts. Under current US law she alone can sign to terminate all our claims forever, this is absolutely illegal! We need international dispute resolution. The kanionkehaka know that the trustees’ job is to protect NYS interests. We are not bound by the terms of the May 28, 2014 “MOU”. It affects only St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. and its supporters, those who voted for them.

This objection is being sent to NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo, various representatives of the residents of New York in Albany and Washington DC and to Ranatakaiius, President Barack Obama.

Their incorporated INDIAN councils – Mohawk Council of Kanehsatake Inc., Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. – are the frontline swindlers. None of the corporate sales, bylaws and regulations of Canada and US apply to us. They are all violating the teio’ha:teh/Two Row Wampum Agreement. Through Vatican Papal Bulls, Doctrine of Discovery, etc., all fiction, the land was illegally occupied.

The Sulpicians and Jesuits are the agents of colonization and genocide. The Company of One Hundred Associates operated from France had assumed possession of Mohawk land, which they illegally doled out. Saint Sulpice in Old Montreal set up the city of Montreal on kanion’ke:haka/Mohawk land.

The Jesuit Jean Jacques Olier in 1657 sent four priests to Paris to come back and set up a parish on Mohawk land. In 1663 France gave Mohawk land to the Society of Notre Dame of Montreal, which then gave Mohawk land to the Seminary of Saint Sulpice at Kanehsatake. A French seigneurial system was set up on Mohawk land.

In 1668 the Sulpicians decided that Mohawks in Kanehsatake, Montreal, Mi’kkmaq, Akwesasne, Algonquins of Abitibbi and Temiskaming were Catholics. For military purposes in 1676 a mission was opened at the Great Lakes. In 1720 they moved them to Mohawk land at the Lake of Two Mountains – Kanehsatake. In 1716 Mohawk land was granted to the Mohawks on the Ottawa River. Anyone questioning this bizarre swapping of Mohawk land was murdered.

The meeting set for tonight was cancelled.  None has been rescheduled. Although Mike says “we are not overseen by the Privy Council“, we learned that Sophie Picard, a Temple Bar Lawyer, is one of the handlers directed through the Privy Council. Every council in Canada is directed through the Privy Council.

At a previous meeting you told us that Christine Deom is the liaison with the Privy Council, that manages the corporation for the shareholders. We Ongwe’hon:weh want a meeting with the Privy Council. On October 25, 1924, the band councils were forced on us across Canada. The RCMP shot our chiefs in the head in the longhouse. The band council system is archaic and illegal. You representing this system means you are complicit in genocide.

MCK is incorporated or you couldn’t get a bank account. Actually, you are an actor for your overlords. You do not act for us. Your secret meetings to sell our land indicates that you only act for the Corporation of Canada. You said, “Negotiations are based solely on Seigneury interests, not rights or title”. “There will always be an underlying interest in these lands”. As the acting INDIAN for MCK Inc. you totally affirm the CROWN has the ultimate authority over our land. You have forfeited your birthright!

Because you are assimilated, you say we are in full development as INDIANS and no longer follow our law. Your pyramidal decision making structure is archaic. Sitting at a table negotiating the birthright of our children is like a man having raped your daughter. Now he wants to sit with you and negotiate how many more times he’s going to rape your daughter. Just tell them our land is not for sale and there will be no pipeline. Mike, your mind has been clouded by the fog of colonialism.”

We can’t be killed outright without them being charged with genocide. MNN. MAR. 2015. The Corporation of Canada does not require the approval of the Ongwe’hon:weh to push through a proposal, only to have a “consultation” meeting. If we don’t take part, that means we acquiesced. This OBJECTION to usurping Ganiengeh land known as the “Seigneury of Sault St. Louis” was presented to the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. [MCK Inc.].  Mike Delisle, the President of MCK corporation, said his deadline for this deal has to be ratified by the beginning of June 2015.

Delisle was told that, “All 500 nations of Great Turtle Island were represented at the Great Peace of Montreal 1701, allowing the colonial settlers the right to live here. This treaty was broken. Everything reverts back to one day before for all Ongwe’hon:weh [natural people].  The Seigneury grant from Louis XIV in 1680 to the Jesuits is invalid and fraudulent. Louis did not own our land.

MCK Inc. are incorporated INDIANS that act for the CROWN and are overseen by the Privy Council. Their job is to put a dollar value on our land and then sell it. By design Kahnawake will be made unliveable through pipelines, highways, canals, railroads and toxins by transporting stolen resources from the West. These MCK Inc. traitors have forfeited their birthright, Ongwe’hon:weh name, clan, voice and right to live among us. Their actions constitute espionage, conspiracy and complicity in genocide.

Our land belongs to those coming to us from beneath the earth. MCK Inc., Parliament, the Queen, corporations, bankers and their followers are all foreigners. Their small private meetings do not legally represent the will of the People. They must answer to all 49 families, our friends and allies throughout Ono’ware:geh.

Should MCK Inc. continue their treachery, they will be burnt by the fire, which shall burn forever. Political relations can only be conducted through diplomatic channels, prescribed in Teio’ha:teh.

We have asked for the exact names, addresses of and all communiques with MCK Inc. and Indian Affairs and their Privy Council handlers, who are directing this genocide.

At the recent meeting with the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. to object to the attempted illegal expropriation of our Kahnion’ke:haka land known as the “Seigneury”, Chief Mike Delisle said, “You won’t be forced to leave!” Permits will be given out by the provincial government to multinational corporations to build pipelines, railways, highways and canals throughout Kahnawake to transport oil and resources from the West. Living conditions will become unbearable. We will be criminalized and sued for resisting for millions. Oil company sued town. Our land will be grabbed. We will be relocated out of everybody’s way!

We objected to the attempted uprooting of all Kanion’ke:haka interests by selling the tract known as the “Seigneury” to the Corporation of Canada. Teio’ha:teh [Two Row Agreement] is the colonial settlers’ passport to live here in peace with us on our land.

1.The Great Peace affirms that our land and line of descent are vested in the women.

The scheme of the CROWN’s Privy Council through the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. violates the only true legal agreement allowing the visitors to co-exist with us in eternal peace. The plan for the takeover of Ono’ware:geh. Money is debt. The bank lends $1000 for a truck. Through the fractional reserve banking laws, the bank now has $10,000 available to lend to others. When the borrower for the truck is behind 3 payments, the bank issues an order to the repo man to seize the truck.

If incorporated INDIANS of MCK Inc. is successful in privatizing our property, apply the same scenario of the truck to our homes. Three months behind, in walks the repo man. Our family is out on the dirt road in the blowing freezing snow. So the bankers can hold onto Ongwehonwe land.

When the bank lends us some money to build our home or do repairs, MCK Inc. co-signs the loan because a lien cannot be put on us.

If we fall behind, the council seizes our property. With the proposed municipalization, like any other city on the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis, the bank can seize our home and land, even if we are almost finished paying for it.

New municipality rules to be illegally asserted by the incorporated INDIAN council allow the bankers to take everything, as they do everywhere else in on Onowaregeh. Illegal taxation will be enforced. Economic circumstances are deliberately created to cause us financial hardship. Most will resist the extortion. The sheriff comes in, confiscates our home, building, property and land. All based on a fake debt that is cashed in by the bank.

No lien can be put on Ongwehonwe because we own everything. The corporations of Canada and the US own nothing.

The Indian Trust Fund contains hundreds of trillions. The corporation of Canada stole and extorts it for their benefit. We have petitioned to remove these trustees. It’s not a loan or gift or welfare. It’s ours.
